I’ve been trying to be a good customer here but really having a nightmare experience over reoccurring non-functional leaf blowers I give you my money for. This has been an inconvenience for us 3 months now. Handful of trips into both stores to follow up. Have been told both times ya’ll would try to repair and never hear anything back. 2nd time around I paid the difference for another one that worked for just 2 days. I was told you were going to call me and you don’t call me. I call and you don’t answer. I have been nice & given ya’ll multiple opportunities to fix this. This is just too much. I would appreciate it if you step up to make things right, give me my money back asap so we can move on from this.
First time going to the store. Walked in and immediately walked out. No hello or welcome. Not friendly.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The store is well organized as much as possible with such a large inventory. Would recommend it be the first stop if you needed home improvement supplies.

Went down there today to buy a delta table saw I saw there last weekend they were asking 550 but it had a sticker on it today sold $400 but a real nice guy that worked there asked me if he could help me and I told him the story and he said he thought they had another 1 in the back. So I told him I would give $400 just like the exact saw sold for in the front but I guess he wasnt a salesperson so he went a got a lady and told her the same thing and she told me she couldnt go down to $400 but she could let it go for $500 so we didnt make a deal today.

Things are marked a few $ below retail, but everything is half off the sticker price, somethings they will come down on.Everything as is NO RETURNS.Very friendly, helpful staff.Very busy place things move fast.

They have some good deals. You have to ask but they are willing to come down on the price. I got a $200+ door for $75. If you pay cash, you pay no tax.
They have good prices and good merchandise everybody need to go there I will be back there Monday to get more cant get no more today because of money was low

Sold my sister a refrigerator, told her if it doesnt work she can bring it back. It dont work...she called and complained and now theyre saying all sales are final!! I was there when they told her she could bring it back. This place is a rip off!!

2022-08-06Bought five fans.One was incomplete.I came back and they replaced it with one without a light and gave me a universal light.They swore it would fit and my electrician put them on and it didnt fit.Came back and this time they said I had to bring the original receipt.They said only store credit but I need a fan and they dont have one.I already spent twice on the electrician to come out and they still wont give me my money back.Ended up spending more than what I would have saved.Save your time and money and go to the big stores.They were trying to piece together a fan so they would give me my money back.Look at the picture below

2022-03-13I got my vanity today and when the men were loading it into my truck, they asked me do I have help when I get home to get it out of the truck. Of course, I said, no but Ill be ok. They both said no maam, well ride with you and put it in the house, and you can bring us back. They went inside, told the store manager, and he agreed completely. They all said the owner of the store wouldnt want us to leave you hanging like that, were here to help you. I will be a customer forever. And cant wait to see what next weeks truck brings to the store.

2022-05-24Went to the store to purchase a split air conditioning unit I was told by the manager This is what you need there were no hoses at the time and that they were on back order my husband and I continue to call for several weeks that turned into 2 months We continue to call leave messages no one never called us back. So we had to return the merchandise The Manager was there rude!

2021-05-01I was a bit disappointed about the service today. The staff was very friendly at my first visit at their place, but I felt not treated right before leaving. I was initially looking for something else when a salesperson approached me. As we were walking toward the items of my interest I saw they had battery operated lawnmowers and was told that they had a great sale today. We walked outside to take a look and when I asked about specifics I was guided toward a lawnmower selling for $230 per the salesperson. Not sure about the mower yet, I asked if I could try it out first and all details of the machine. They were very helpful and let me even try myself. So everything was going great. I spent a while looking at the item and I was ready to purchase. Then the poor little fella realized he’s made a mistake and that the price was $345. I did not get upset but said that maybe I can talk to a manager to see if they’d lower the price. The owners wife came out and called her husband explaining the situation but he said he couldn’t honor the quoted price by his employee, he’d sell it for $330, that’s the lowest he could do. Wow... needless to say how I felt... I surely didn’t want to get the salesperson in trouble but was surprised about the owners reaction... not going back there.

2021-09-17I bought a pressure washer.. was told it was brand new. It ran bad then completely quit after 10min. Took it back would not exchange it. Or return money.. Said I would have to leave it for their mechanic. Dont waste your money spend the extra 70$ buy brand new. I lost 230$ plus labor for employees standing around. They offer no helpUpdate.. after standing in the store for 45min they did finally admit it was broken and exchanged it for a bigger 3200 from the back. I had a 2900. Everything I said above is true. I suggest you read their reply very carefully.. I was lucky they had another pressure washer. If you buy an item here and it doesnt work the money you spent is gone unless you can find something else to get of equal value. If they didnt have another pressure I would have had to find 230$ worth of something else I didnt need or want. That 14 day exchange they dont tell you if it dont work. You have to wait and see if they can fix it before you can exchange. The price isnt that much better than real retail stores. And youre taking all the risk on the item. Do your research.. also they stated they gave me a 100$ upgrade. The model i originally bought was 299$ at home depot the model they exchanged with me is 307$ at homedepot.. idk how 8$ equal 100$ upgrade
