Their jeweler is an artist! He was able to exactly replicate a lost ring that had great sentimental value. All he had to go by was a conversation I had with the manager of repairs and a 1937 14k pin that I found on eBay.
Levys jewellers on Broughton us my go to place for gifts for my wife and daughter. The service old fashioned hospitality combined with intuitive staff. Everybody there is always extremely helpful.Kelsey has been extremely helpful, especially with the Pandora items that my wife and daughter love. She knows her products and is especially helpful with special orders.Shopping at Levys makes it easy to buy local!
Miss Jackie was fantastic, she was there to greet and assist but not Assentive. She was fun to work with and we ended up buying two watches. The Levi family also was very helpful with service, sizing and dinner recommendations.Love this stores quality, service and professionalism

I love this Jewelry Store. Initially, I had gone into the jewelry store for a replacement battery for my watch, however, ended up with beautiful earring jackets. Kelsey F. was my salesperson and working with her was my first time buying from LEVY Jewelers a smooth and fun experience. She truly cares about what you want, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Including taking the time to write down information that I requested for another possible purchase in order for me to make a sound decision at that time. They repaired and serviced an early Omega Automatic watch I own. Hands down one of the best servicing experiences I’ve had. They not only mechanically fixed the watch (which had barley kept time and looked miserable on my timegraph) but appropriately cleaned and preserved it’s original patina. It is extraordinarily rare to find a watch place competent in repairing vintage watches for a fair price. They’re recommended by their competitors, even up in Charleston. They have my business from here on out.
We walked in here on a whim during our brief stint in town. We wanted to look at wedding bands for my fiancé who had now idea what he wanted. We walked out with two wedding bands and a beautiful necklace. Kelsey helped us with our purchase. She was wonderful to work with and helped us feel good about our decisions. Everyone there was lovely and hospitable. Kelsey wrapped up our purchases in the most beautiful boxes and ribbons. I would definitely return if I’m ever in town and looking for some jewelry.
I’ve been a customer in the past and recently talked with their designer about making a ring from some other pieces I had. My experience with Steven, the designer, was excellent. However, on another visit I decided to look at some of their stock and talked with Debbie Cohen. She showed me several rings and we arranged for me to discuss a possible trade in with Lowell Kronowitz. Instead of having something made I traded in a pair of diamond studs toward a Roberto Coin ring. My husband purchased the ring for our anniversary and we couldn’t be happier with our experience yet again! Debbie and Mr. Lowell were professional, the trade in was a fair value, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this locally owned store!

We moved from Indiana to the Lowcountry seven years ago. I needed to have my Rolex timepiece serviced, and fortunately Levy Jewelers is one of the very few factory services centers in the country. Could not be more happy. First and foremost, Lorie was excellent. Personable and so helpful. Second, not only was my watch completely taken down and parts as needed replaced, it literally looked like it did when it was given to me as a gift a decade ago. Finally, there was the followup phone call by Lorie and also a personal note she sent to followup. Good businesses do good work for their product. Great businesses do what Lorie and Levy Jewelers do for their customers.
YES GO HERE! You will not be disappointed. It is at first intimidating going through those locked doors but do not fear- everyone inside is very nice and helpful! Was looking for a certain style earring to go with the wedding dress- Jackie picked us up at the door and led us to the perfect location- she found the ones we ended up getting in about 2 minutes but then was so kind as we wandered around and made sure it was right! JACKIE you are amazing, we cant wait to visit you next time we are in town. She also showed us a few pieces that I continue to think about, it seems they have pieces in all price ranges so dont miss out. Probably one of the best jewelry stores Ive ever been to

My Fossil watch needed a battery and the back was difficult to access. It was sent to the downtown store and the battery replaced. Shortly after, condensation appeared on the crystal and the stem wouldnt budge to update to Eastern Standard Time. When I took the watch in they offered to repair it for a fee. I explained it was working fine before I brought it in the service lady (so sorry I dont remember you name) politely explained that was what she was told. A few days later, she called and said that she asked her manager if there was anything they could do? He agreed they should ,make it right. A huge thank you to them both! This was a relatively inexpensive watch, but it was a gift from my son, so it was important to me. Levy Jewelers is always friendly and and have demonstrated their passion for taking care of their customers . . . I will be one for life!
TheRepresentatives are friendly and professional. They make you feel right at home make you feel like you want to come back and buy more , I took my watch in to be repaired and they did it in a short amount of time.
Levy Jewelers is amazing! I took my engagement ring in to get fixed because it was not sized correctly at the original store where my fiancé bought it and Levy Jewelers fixed it and made it look so perfect and beautiful! Huge shout out to Andy who helped me get everything taken care of and Steven, the jeweler who did the work on the ring - amazing job! I’m in love with it! Overall just a really great team here, every time I came into the store someone was there to greet and help me immediately. I would absolutely recommend coming here for any jewelry needs!
I stopped in looking for a Pandora charm to commemorate my vacation to Savannah, & found a nice variety to choose from. My saleswoman Jackie was very helpful & friendly! The staff made me feel welcome and were genuinely interested in helping me find just what I was looking for.
Very friendly staff with tons of knowledge and beautiful pieces. I stopped in to look at some watches and there display had very attractive items at several different price points. Had a pleasant conversation with one of the sales women who answered all my questions and did some research on a particular watch they did not have on display.
Perfect and joyful experience! We were looking for the right ring for over a year. While we were visiting Savannah we stopped in Levy Jewelers on a whim. There we found the most beautiful antique ring with old mine cut diamonds surrounding a beautiful emerald. We are confident we got the fairest price for such quality. I’ve struggled to write this review as I truly received awesome service there. The review I’m writing is based on a number of watches I dropped off for replacement of batteries. Some watches due to their makeup were kept as they had to have the o-ring reworked and pressure checked.A week passed and I was contacted the watches were ready for pick up. I drove almost 2 hours to pick up the watches and upon my arrival I was told the Ebel which was included in the watches dropped off wasn’t ready.A few days pass and I called to see if it was ready as I was going to be in Savannah and I was told that Ebel’s take longer to replace the battery.So now we are like 3 weeks into having my watch being worked on to install a simple battery and replace an O-ring.I finally receive a call from an associate who informs me that the watch is ready and unfortunately it wasn’t the battery!!!!!So it took them 3 weeks to tell me that!!!!! Something just doesn’t sound right!!!!!!It took them a few days to work on my Omega , Tag Huer. Luminox,and some less expensive watches but 3 weeks to replace a battery in the Ebel.I’m sorry but I feel something happened to the Ebel once dropped off and now I’m stuck with a non working watch.Things just don’t add up!

Jackie guided my husband and I through our selection, offering options all similar to what I liked, some a little less expensive that what we expected and some a little more expensive. Ultimately, we purchased an anniversary band that I love. And, Im confident about the value of the purchase. Jackie also recommended a DELICIOUS Cuban restaurant on MLK Blvd. for our lunch. My husband bought me a David Yurman necklace for my birthday, which is lovely. Yet I want another David Yurman necklace which is not in stock. Levy stood behind their return policy, and didn’t give us any trouble with returning the necklace.Over the years, we’ve only bought a watch and some Pandora stuff here, but I’ll definitely consider buying more items here in the future.

We went to the Oglethorpe Mall to look for an engagement ring. We liked what this store had to offer. We went back and ordered a ring, paid for it and found out it had to be sent out to have the diamond set. We left thinking that the sales person would stay in touch with us. She disappointed us on every level. However, the manager, Brad, contacted me and was very helpful and professional. I have returned to the store many times since because of him. I really appreciated his help.

Lowell Kronowitz and Debbie Cohen helped me to acquire the highly sought after Rolex Black Submariner Date. I’m ecstatic!!! This is my dream watch and they helped make my dream a reality (AND in a very short time period). Anyone that knows Rolex and the current scarcity of the stainless steel sports models understands that Authorized Dealers have to fight to source these watches for their customers. Debbie fought the minute I told her I wanted to purchase my 1st Rolex. When I got the call that my watch had arrived I drove down that day to pick it up. Debbie provided beyond excellent customer service (Debbie deserves WAY more than 5 stars ⭐️) and made sure I understood every facet of my new watch. My relationship with Debbie goes back to her helping me find the perfect engagement ring for my (now) wife. Visited the store in order to have a older Rolex submariner serviced. My point of contact was Lorie. She explained the Rolex service, it’s cost and the anticipated turnaround. Of course the COVID-19 pandemic changed the timeline slightly, but the watch was returned to Levy Jewelers with only a slight delay. Regardless of the timeline, Lorie kept me apprised of the watch and it status. When the service was completed, I return to the store and was amazed at how thorough the Rolex service program really was. All of the staff at the store were not only courteous but very professional. But I would like to single out Lorie not only for her professionalism but outstanding communication. I will certainly be visiting Levy Jewelers again in the future.
Great customer service, walked in and was greeted immediately and went to straight to addressing my needs. I was in need of someone to put a new band on my watch, they were able to do it quickly and correctly. My husband and I recently visited the downtown store to find something special to celebrate our first anniversary. Our salesperson, Brad Allman, was terrific, as were all of the associates there that day who chimed in and helped us decide on the perfect gift for both of us. Wed bought my husbands wedding band there and had an equally great experience. We especially love being able to support a business thats been locally owned and operated since opening in 1920.

Bought a necklace for my wife for our anniversary. David Brown was our salesperson at the time. Probably looked at every necklace in store. He was cordial, knowledgeable and very patient. We decided on a David Yurman necklace. The wife quipped at the conclusion of the purchase, All I need now are the earrings.Well, even a dumb husband will stash away that hint. Visited the store yesterday with a mission - Buy the matching earrings for Christmas. Buttonholed David and went looking. Uh oh, no matching earrings.OK, no problem. Can we get them overnighted from David Yurman? 6-8 weeks! Yikes.David to the rescue. Check inventory at other stores. He can have it here this afternoon!Levys has beautiful jewelry and an extensive selection. Service top flight. Prices as youd expect from a top shelf establishment. Ill shop there again.
Working with the staff (specifically Jackie) at this store to place a custom order has been an amazing experience from the very beginning. My wife and I stopped in Levy Jewelers while visiting Savannah GA. I was looking for a reasonable price wristwatch. The salesman who worked with me was great. I explained that I was not interested in a Rolex and was looking for something in the 2 to 3 hundred range. After looking through a wide range and assortment of watches I settled on a Boliva. It was a nice watch and although it was a about twice what I was looking to spend I found it to be worth the investment. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the watches and was not pushy in the slightest. He took the time to even show me the Rolexs and explain the difference and the value. He was smart in not prejudging my ability to purchase one. I could of easily bought one but I am not a watch guy so I am not about to spend what a decent mid sized vehicle would cost on a watch. Point is, that he took the time to educate me and I actually thought for a brief moment about going ahead and investing in a Rolex. My wife would of wanted the same amount for her. Levy Jewelers has very qualified staff. I must apologize for not remembering the salesmans name, especially because he did such a great job

Andy was so patient and helpful with my jewelry repair. He gave me multiple options, shared his professional opinion, but never pressured me one way or the other. This is my second experience with Levys repair service at the downtown location, and I couldnt be more satisfied. They are honest craftsmen who really deliver. My highest recommendation!

Mr. Brad at the Oglethorpe Mall location helped us with our wedding ring purchases, and we couldn’t have had anyone better than him helping us—he knows his stuff and is super polite. We have been a customer of Levy Jewelers since 1985. We currently live in North Carolina. My wifes dinner ring was in need of repair and appraisal. I initially spoke with Laurie in the repair department. She walked me through how to wrap and return the item. She called me when it was received and walked me through the process of sending it to their authorized repair center. She called me with the cost to repair and also the cost to appraise. When the ring was ready, she called to say how beautiful it was and when to expect its arrival. Every step of the way, she was very professional and treated me like I was one of her close friends. I would not hesitate to recommend Laurie and Levy Jewelers to anyone wishing to receive excellent service with their jewelry purchases or repair.

I’ve been using Levy for several years now and have always had a great experience. They are very professional, never pushy, and the selection of jewelry and options are great. Today specifically, I went in to exchange a gift. Hunter spent over an hour with me patiently showing me multiple pieces of jewelry at my request, and making several recommendations of his own as well. This really stood out to me considering it was an exchange, so he knew full and well it wasn’t even going to end in a true sale. But never once did he make me feel like anything less than a full paying, valued customer. I ended up choosing a beautiful David Yurman ring that Hunter had me try on, that otherwise I would have never picked out on my own.

Very satisfied with my service I received on a watch purchase. David was very accommodating with my needs and wants. He also allowed me the time I needed to think about my purchase, which meant a lot to me. The store location was perfect, and the visual aspects were spot on for a high end jeweler like Levy.
We were advised by the manufacturer of a watch we have that needed repair that Levy Jewelers in Savannah, GA is the only manufacturer certified repair place in our area. We live about 1 hour away on Hilton Head Island, SC and took the watch to Levys and spent some time looking around the store. The store is excellent and the staff is very hospitable and welcoming. We were approached by a sales associate, Rebecca, who showed us the exact collection we wanted to see and gave us a very informative explanation of several items that my wife was interested in. We purchased a very nice item. Rebecca was very helpful and made very useful suggestions without any pushy sales pressure. We will certainly return to Levy Jewelers in the future.

I have been to this store several times, even dressed like a total street urchin, and been treated with kindness and respect. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. I wanted to purchase my fiances wedding band and they were extra thorough in making sure the details were correct so we got the band we wanted. They were even super nice when my daughter would randomly scream or rub her sticky fingers on the display cases. Went in to have my Rolex serviced. They were friendly and professional. They told me four weeks to get my watch back and it turned into a little over 2. It was amazing. The watch looks greats and works very well. Very pleased and highly recommend them for your high end jewelry needs

My mom had a set of Mikimoto black pearl earrings and necklace that my late father had given her and had always wanted to have each earring turned into a necklace for myself and my sister when we graduated. My mom had wanted it done by Mikimoto to ensure it was done by someone who worked with the special pearls. Levy sent it up to them but unfortunately they sent it back saying they don’t do custom pieces. Lori told us that Levy’s personal jeweler could do it for us and he’d worked with the pearls before. It was such an amazing experience, picking the accompanying diamond and chain and Lori helped us the whole way. I could not be more impressed with how it turned out and am absolutely thankful for how the advisors and jewelers at Levy worked with my family to get exactly what my father would have wanted. They’re AMAZING!!

Visited today with my fiancé to purchase her a Rolex. Salesman (David I believe) failed the test. When I told him we came to look at Rolex watches, he immediately said something along the lines of “let me guess, you’re here for a steel sports model right? We don’t have any”. For those not in the know, these are difficult to get as many people simply purchase them and resell them. Most Rolex dealers will only sell these to you after you’ve purchased the less desirable models, such as two tone Datejust or Cellini’s...I was very off put by this. Funny enough, We came with the intention of buying a precious metal watch for my fiancé, but if you’re immediately going to lump me into a group of resellers or whatever it is you thought, we’ll take our business elsewhere. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover David.
Levy Jewelers was an exceptional experience. The service and attention from associate Jackie was impeccable. She exemplified southern hospitality. We also interacted with a few of her colleagues who were equally kind and offered us refreshments. Levy has a vast inventory of jewelry at every price point; I found a few things that I liked and was able to purchase. Jim was the most pleasurable and knowledgeable sales manager Ive ever experienced. Most notably, he proved to be the ONLY person in Savannah with a vast working knowledge of pearls, especially the coveted Mikimoto pearls! I went in with a strong level of knowledge, but he had even more to give while also making the process fast, fun, and enjoyable. As a fellow salesman, I couldnt ask for better. HIGHLY recommend Levys and working with Jim for all your jewelry needs. She absolutely adores them, by the way. Thank you!
I didn’t buy my current watch from them but during a recent visit to their Broughton St store Angel noticed it was a bit dirty between the links and recommended they give it a dunk in their ultrasonic cleaning machine - Complimentary!! Now it’s bright as new. Great customer service on her part! Thank you! I WILL buy my next watch from them.
I brought a damaged engagement ring that I didnt even purchase from levy jewelers to them for insurance work and received the same first class service as if I had purchased from them. Stacy Sullivan is who my fiance and I worked with and is by far the most knowledgeable and professional jeweler that we have worked with at any jewelry store. I recently needed my watch battery changed, and after many attempts at different locations that couldn’t change it for various reasons. Finally, I went to Levy Jewelers for one last attempt. They were able to replace it in only a few minutes!! The staff including Jim and Aleoeici were super nice and understanding! I will be going to Levy Jewelers first from now on!

I went in Saturday afternoon to the Downtown store to look at the Estate Jewelry. Mrs Jackie Boney greeted my daughter and I so warmly and showed us everything we asked about in the cases. I was interested to know if there was a Rolex in the estate case, there was but was not the style I liked. She even called the other store to check their inventory. I ended up buying a new black faced Rolex. Jackie was so personable and genuine to work with and helped make my dream come true. Not only did I purchase the watch but added a beautiful ring from the sale case to the purchase as well! See Jackie if you go to the downtown store, you wont be disappointed!

What a great jewelry store! I have never been in such a posh store where salespeople and the owner treat you as if you were the only, most-valuable customer! I was not in here to buy. I did not look like I could afford to purchase any of their wares, and yet Mr. Kronowitz made me comfortable, and regaled my curious, home-schooled son with local pirate information and a quick lesson on pearls and where they come from — oysters not clams. One was my engagement ring for which a Finger Mate band was made so the ring could be put on and taken off with ease. Me and and wife Tatyana have been a satisfied customer of Levy Jewelers way back when we got married in 1999. Dayle Levy sold us our first engagement and wedding bands. Since then shopping at Levy Jewelers has been a great experience including Jim Whatton at the Savannah Mall location. Met him and have done business with Jim since the Savannah Mall days location. To this day, (which we visited and bought this past Saturday) Jim (and his go beyond customer service) and Jackie at the Broughton Street location have been providing great quality, customer service at Levy Jewelers since 1999.

Went to Savannah to elope two weeks ago and found wedding bands Saturday morning at Levy Jewelers that were perfect! A white gold Euro Comfort Fit size 9 band for him and a substitute wedding band of a Pandora silver with CZ ring for me! Perfect experience! Were going to our original jeweler in Atlanta for my matching wedding band (Tacori), but my husband couldnt believe I found him the perfect ring there! Very happy with Levy Jewelers!
A few weeks ago, I took my watch in to have the battery changed after it stopped running. Within the week, they called me and explained that the problem was with the movement, not the battery, and that it would cost $690.00 to have it fixed. I decided to pick the watch up and take it to another jeweler for a second opinion. They changed the battery and $10 later the watch is working perfectly. I contacted Levy Jewelers but still have not heard back from anyone...
I’ve never been disappointed with several jewelry repairs at Levy’s. Their jewelry selection is wonderful and we recently replaced my husband’s wedding band with a beautiful cobalt and titanium one. Their customer service can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

My mother and I always like to collect classic sterling silver charms for our charm bracelets every time we travel. They are so hard to find now! Everything is the Pandora charms or necklace charms now. But we went into Levys thinking they would be old fashioned enough to carry charms, and they DID! Jackie showed us to a great collection of all kinds of interests in both silver and gold charms. A good variety of Savannah tourism charms too! While we pondered our charm choices they offered to clean our rings for us and they came back as shiny as they days we got them!Shopping for charms is a tradition that has become harder and harder for my Mom and me to do in person, and Jackie and everyone at Levy made us feel welcome and like friends, even though we werent after one of their big ticket purchases.

Melissa was tremendously helpful, and you can tell at Levy Jewelers they put the customer needs first. Awful experience! Took a vintage Rolex for appraisal, after their appraiser/certified specialist looked at it, it was suggested to me to get the watch serviced. $1500 later, they replaced the original dial with brand new dial, reducing the watch value by $6,000. When I called and asked for my original dial back, the dial is “missing” and can’t be returned to the owner! Yet all non valuable parts of the watch were neatly returned to me. Favorite part of the entire exchange is how their employee Lori was so non chillant about the entire thing! As to say, who cares we ruined your vintage Rolex due to our negligence! Thanks again, Rolex “experts” of Savannah.

Did a walk in 2 weeks ago. Sales woman was weird and judgemental about the gemstone ring I asked to see once I mentioned I wanted it as my engagement ring. Im sure she did not take us seriously as we look like SCAD kids and my hands are rough from work and not manicured. She didnt seem too interested in making a sale or showing us anything else, or telling me about their custom ring design program (which I have previously looked into online) Maybe she assumed we could not afford it, because why else would anyone NOT want a diamond? She assumed wrong and we will take our money elsewhere.

Lost my wedding band. Shopped several jewelers from different states and purchased from Levy Jewelers downtown Savannah. Helpful staff. Had nice experience with Melissa. I recommend Levy Jewelers.
Visited the downtown location twice, to look at the same two pieces of jewelry each time. One was a $1,300 Tag watch, and the other was a blue sapphire and diamond band they were asking $1,300 for. Spoke to two different sales people each time, and was given different stories on whether they could move on the price. I was so serious about the ring, that on the Sunday before we left town, we went back so I could purchase it. They were closed on Sunday. We left town - and I called them the very next day to try to work a deal over the phone. The sales person who picked up the call, Melissa, refused to let me speak to the person I asked for ( Tony Bongs ) and said she would help me. Over the course of the next week, she called me once and texted me a few times with information. It was like pulling teeth. I wanted to either have the ring they had in stock sized and shipped to me, or for them to order one for me. She refused to follow up with me, and I had to keep harassing her. When I asked her to provide me a total price, including shipment and tax - she never got back to me. After having to hound her for a week at that point, I just gave up, because if she didnt want a $1,300 sale, then I didnt want them to have my business. Dont waste your time with these guys, they are too full of themselves to work with common folk.

Tried to be a customer twice. Horrible service both times, even when it was clear that I was there to purchase several items. Once, I waited forever while 3 staff-members were tied up schmoozing an older gentleman that they knew by name. Clearly a case of the Ol Boys Club. The second time, only two salespeople out of the seven I could see, seemed to be working and I stood waiting for someone until I gave up and walked out.

She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in making sure all my wishes were met. I ended up getting multiple jewelry pieces because of Kelsey, and I would not only highly recommend her but also Levy Jewelers in general. 2021-12-20We had heard the history of Levy Jewelers and had some time to kill before checking out our friend singing at the Broughton St Christmas Tree which is in front of the store. We had no intention of purchasing anything and when Brad greeted us, and we told him that we were just browsing, he was very welcoming and encouraged us to take our time looking around, which we did. With his help, we ended up purchasing two amazing sets of wedding rings unexpectedly and we attribute that to Brad’s welcoming, non judgmental nature and the quality and price of the jewelry.

2021-07-28I had a necklace that needed minor repair. Two other independents jewelry stores wanted for me to wait 2-3 weeks for the repair as well as pay dearly. I went to Levy’s at the Mall and was first greeted by a nice man who, although helping another patron, directed me to the wonderful lady in the repair area. She fixed it on the spot and then told me there would be no charge!!! Such care and service is rare and speaks to their values and customer service. While I waited I looked at their lovely, varied pieces of jewelry as well as other gift items. I will be back to buy from them and cannot say enough about the lady working on repairs.If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!!
