Mathew is a professional, down to earth and completely honest owner. The inspection they do is amazing. I like the fact pictures are sent explaining exactly what needs to be fixed. There were many things that needed immediate attention.The dealership I used obviously missed this! They now have a customer for LIFE. Its so refreshing to be treated on a personal level. Hard to find that these days. My technician Jace is amazing. The quality he puts into every car is a 100%. His character and honesty speaks for itself. There is no question, just get your Lecus or other cars serviced her( they will service Subaru and other non-Lexus vehicles, but call and ask what they service). Best service,reasonable non-dealer hourly chargrs. Many or all are former mechanics and related from dealership. Lextechs: very high integrity, trust,and always extremely good communicators.

Great experience at LexTechs when I brought my GS350 F-Sport in for an oil change. They were able to get me in right away and were quick and thorough with the service. They took pictures of the car, undercarriage, engine bay, and many other components. Showed me exactly what was going on and what needed attention and what did not. Really liked that aspect of the service, being able to see everything as well as getting a an explanation of what I was seeing. Ed was really cool, did a great job of going over everything and was just fun to talk to. Will definitely be bringing my Lexus back to them when needed.
I came to LexTechs for a second opinion when my family mechanic of over 15 years could not resolve an engine issue with my Lexus IS250 and I have been a customer ever since. From the first contact, you can tell these guys are passionate about what they do. The level of service is unmatched. I have been using Lexus dealer service for probably 11yrs after a local shop screwed up my electrical system. So I was leery to use anybody else. But My last visit to the dealer, I felt they were recommending thousands of dollars of unnecessary services and I had to find someone else.I loved the report that LexTech did. Clear communication and it helped me trust them. I miss the shuttle, loaner car and car wash from dealer but I gained so much more. Pricing was reasonable compared to dealer. Not rock bottom pricing but less than a Lexus dealer. I want to complain (like others have in reviews) about how long it took to complete service but seriously, do a good job on my brakes, I’ll wait! I’ll be back there again and again.
This was my first dealing with LexTechs. My brother has had his Lexus serviced by them for years and has always been impressed by their professional and personable service. I can surely echo his sentiments. These guys told me exactly which repairs they recommended, which they considered optional and why. They also gave me a firm total cost before starting the job. During the work, I waited in the comfortable waiting room with free beverages and snacks. When done, they took time to make sure I understood what each item on the invoice was for. Id recommend LexTechs as a high quality alternative to any dealer service department in the area.

LexTechs is the only place I trust my Sequoia for service. Attentive, friendly, honest, knowledgeable & detail oriented are just a few descriptors for the team at LexTechs. I’ve been a customer since 2016 and have never had ONE bad experience (and driving 40k miles per year means I visit them often). And in the event that something isn’t to your satisfaction, tell them. I promise that they WANT to and WILL do what it takes to satisfy a legitimate concern. Forget the dealership. LexTechs offers the same legendary Lexus quality service for a fraction of the cost, and doubles the assurance that you and your car are taken care of. I recommend them any chance I get!
Friendly staff but I can’t say i had a good experience. I got charged close to $80, including some questionable environmental waste charge, for looking under the hood and taking a video of, what’s under the hood. Most 3rd party mechanics charge 30-40 for simple things like this ( audible bearing noise, no need to open anything), if they charge you at all. Did not tell me that price beforehand either. ( Edit: Despite what the owner said below, yes, I did sign a blank work paper on which I was told to put my address but the diagnostics fee was never disclosed to me at the time. Maybe an oversight but it does not inspire confidence.)Their quoted repair cost was about the same as the dealer. They did say they carry 3 year warranty which can be useful, but at this price I might as well stick with the dealer or find someone a bit more honest.I for one won’t go back again. Make sure you ask about their diagnostics fee before you hand over the key!
I recently moved away from the Johns creek area, but still drive an hour one way to go to LexTechs Johns Creek to service my Lexus. They are always so accommodating, honest, and overall excellent in their customer service. I never feel pressured into service I don’t need. After my oil change last week Ed even helped me get my son’s stroller in the car. You feel like a part of their family when you go there, and to me that makes the drive worth it.

Came in with a specific engine light on.After 4 hours and two uber rides they hadnt even started looking at the problem and gave me a thorough report on all the stupid problems wrong with the car. Just like a dealer except smaller.Left with a bill for service and no resolution to my problem.At least this place is clean.
The best experience I’ve had in the auto maintenance industry. I’ve been going to their Johns Creek location since 2016, 2017 and have been very impressed. I’ve dropped in randomly for a key battery, they’ve given me one for free and changed it for me on the spot. Had to replace a headlight bulb, changed it within 30 minutes when their lot was packed with other vehicles. Entire staff has always been very professional and nice. Would highly recommend.

Ive been bringing my Lexus to LexTechs for a few years now. Ive always been very pleased with my entire experience (besides the price tags but that comes with owning a Lexus. Haha). The customer service in the front of the house and the willingness for the guys in the back of the house to come out and explain exactly what he/she sees, TOP NOTCH. I LOVE the honesty about what maintenance is needed. I like how they use technology via text to review maintenance inspections. I could go on and on about the customer service. A loaner vehicle so I can keep my day going. Coffee and waters if I need to stick around in their clean customer area. If you have a Lexus and live anywhere near Johns Creek (I live in West Roswell) call LexTechs.
Although I usually have my step-dad repair any and all car issues I have periodically, I chose LexTechs this time around because Ed was so kind and thoroughly walked me through the various different aspects of my car’s health. After a 5,000 mile inspection, he sent me the report of my car’s health, and then we discussed the next steps. He didn’t mind explaining those to my step-dad either, and they worked together to figure out the best plan for my car, addressing the most important repairs first. My car was repaired in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend LexTechs!
LexTechs was amazing. I reached out to them after receiving a way overpriced quote from a local Lexus dealership for routine maintenance.The service was top notch, from initially setting up the appointment over the phone to when I left after my service was completed. This to me is reason enough to comeback.They offer a nice lounge to hang out in while your vehicle is being serviced, and offer complimentary refreshments as well.Since we are in a digital age, I thought the “vehicle inspection report” that they send you via text message after your vehicle is super helpful and allows me to keep a digital copy.They’re also extremely honest, and took out all the unnecessary “fluff”, and only performed the work that needed to be done.Overall a great shop, would definitely recommend to Toyota and Lexus owners. Will be back.
Service is always done quickly. They email you a thorough report with pictures while vehicle is being serviced. They will break down all charges with no hesitation and allow you to add or take away charges. Ex: remote battery charge ($20) at Lexus dealership is included in service even if not needed. Nice and inviting facility and Matthew seemed pretty nice. However, I was highly disappointed with a wait time of over two hours for my scheduled visit. All I wanted was to know if they could replace my shocks without removing front leveling spacers. I was charged $148 for Diagnostics and was told that that would go towards my repair if I decide to get the repair work done. I got the repair work done but was not entitled to the entire $148 towards my repair cost of over $1400.00. I took my car in at 7:15 a.m on a Tuesday and my car was not ready until 3days later! My car rides better, so far..so, I cant complain about the quality of their work. I left feeling a little cheated and I feel like they kept my car a lot longer than necessary. I will not refer a friend nor will I return for their busy!

GREAT SERVICE & PRICE!!! When my Lexus RX 400 stopped working I first went to Nalley Lexus of Roswell and they told me I needed to pay $10,000 to replace my hybrid battery. Fortunately, I got a second opinion at LexTechs of Johns Creek! LexTechs repaired my Lexus for UNDER $1,500 and it is good as new! LexTechs also had unbeatable customer service - Chad and everyone at LexTechs called me frequently with updates and returned my calls immediately! They even arranged for towing and auto body repair. My family will ONLY go to LexTechs for our auto repair needs from now on! They deserve 100 stars!
I brought my car in for service and the Lextechs Team went above and beyond to fix my issue. What’s more is that my repair was not part of a documented warranty so they went ahead and covered it anyway. Wow! I’m more than grateful for them-they have a customer for life!
The staff at LexTechs of Atlanta in Johns Creek are exceptional!! They always take care of my ES350 with great detail. They even took care of my sons 2013 Scion TC at a cheaper cost than than the Toyota dealership and found the problem the dealership mis-diagnosed. I enjoy every visit and the follow up after every visit.
I had 120k service for my Toyota Sienna. Very professional and polite! All work is thoroughly explained with updates sent throughout the day. The complimentary rental car was much appreciated. It was so much nicer than the Toyota dealer and less expensive.
Chad, Houston and Matthew are the most honest mechanics I have ever known. I had to have some major work done on my Lexus Rx 400 that was costed almost almost $1,500. I took the car in for service. By the time I got home with the loaner car they provided. Chad called me to let me know the work I had brought the car in for them to perform had already been done. Now I dont need to tell you what dishonest mechanics would done. Besides being very meticulous and knowledgeable about Lexus products, they offer great customer service and if they recommend service to your car know that they are honest mechanics.
Professional, transparent and wonderfully efficient. This is my first time using LexTechs of Atlanta for my (new to me) IS F and I couldnt be happier with the service. Rear brake job in an hour at a great price. The service bays and waiting area are cleaner and nicer than most dealerships and Huston and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have to drive 30 minutes to get here and it is completely worth it. I know my special car is being taken care of at a special place. Im keeping my IS F forever and I am looking forward to LexTechs of Atlanta helping me do it. Extra special points for being able to talk to someone owns the same special car I do...thanks Huston!
Recently had an opportunity to use LexTechs in Johns Creek for the 60K mile service for my Lexus RX 350. My service experience was very good and the cost was reasonable and fair. My service consultant, Chad was knowledgeable and provided information in a professional manner. He was very personable and made the experience very easy. If your Lexus needs service or repairs, you should give them a call.
I took mine 2008 Lexus for presale check, this car is highly maintained by Lexus $tealership since last 12 years, my buyer was crazy with so many questions and I knew there was nothing wrong with the car, so I took the car for checkup, after theyre done with the checkup, they told my buyer it needs $8000.00 worth of repair, my buyer ran away, he told me I can work with them to get car fixed for swindling $8000.00I took the car to my personal mechanic in frantic mindset, and he didnt find anything wrong with the SUV and I have been driving the same car after the inspection and there is literally nothing wrong with the car.FYI that $8000.00 worth of repair, didnt include engine/transmission swap, I thought $tealership were bad, but these guys got bigger fork to cut you down. STAY Away.
I have a Lexus ES 350. This was my first time coming into the shop. This place is professional and they did way more than the Lexus or Toyota dealerships would do. They even emailed me photos of the under side of my car along with the maintenance status of my car. Nobody has ever done anything like that! ***Plus*** they showed me a picture of something that I paid the dealer $300 to fix and it still wasnt fixed!! Right now... Im pleased and will share with my Lexus buddies. You need to give them a shot! They did more and was way less than the dealership!
Ive worked with Ed and the team here on the 3 Lexus Cars/Trucks that I own. One of them as a 4-inch lift, 35 tires, locking rear differential, and is highly-customized... others are stock and in between. Whether its custom or OEM, Lextechs has known what to do with my Lexus. Theyve been straightforward, provided quality work, with much better pricing than the dealership.
If I could give 6 stars I would! I took my 06 GS300 AWD in for a starter issue that my normal mechanic recommended I take to a dealership because he was afraid to get into it. Long story short - Matthew kept me informed all the way through & took great care of my car. And when I had to return for a follow-up, Matthew explained everything & made sure I left as a happy customer. Absolutely one of the best repair experiences Ive ever had. Dealership level of service, with feeling ripped off or pressured into unnecessary work. Although Im happy w/my normal mechanic, Lextechs won a new customer (my old mechanic can still take care of my wifes Honda 😄).

Id probably have to travel back to the days of my youth and local neighborhood service station (almost 40 years ago) in order to describe a car fix-it-shop experience as gratifying as my recent visit to LexTechs.The very personable and enthusiastic management team and service associates at LexTechs provided me with an LSI inspection for a nominal fee and presented me with estimates on the work that was needed. They also gave me a technical lesson about my car that was worthy of a vocational classroom. As it turned out, the problems I suspected as the cause werent problems at all. Afterward, LexTechs sent me a text with a link to the comprehensive results of my vehicle inspection. There was no hard sell and no games.Yes, it might help to be somewhat of a car buff to have the same amount of fun as I did but youll be treated with consideration and respect no matter your level of automobile enthusiasm. The staff at LexTechs demonstrated to me what true professionalism is all about. This rare display of care and diligence is sorely lacking in the automobile service industry and throughout the business world in general.I was actually disappointed that I couldnt stay longer just to further engage in enjoyable shoptalk. When was the last time that occurred at a car repair facility?
As a single woman I’ve always been weary of getting work done on my car out fear of being taken advantage of. But I can say that the staff here have been awesome! I dealt with Chad, who explained everything to me, what was important to repair and what could wait. He also changed the battery in my fob, arranged an Uber and rental car at no extra cost to me. There is something to be said for such A+ quality customer service. They even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was running well with my car! Matthew and staff could not have been more thorough, friendly, professional, and accommodating. This was my first time here, but I will definitely return. I came in for an oil change and asked them to look at a few issues I was experiencing, and they identified some issues I was not even aware of. I trusted their analysis and recommendations.
I’m not a habitual “rater”, but the experiences I have had at LexTechs have been very positive. At the Dealer level, I felt like they were ALWAYS pushing a service and never had any positive results to my issues. There was always a response of trying things until it got corrected, which just results in high fees. Independent shops I have been to serviced all makes and models, but with current vehicles being so specific and advanced, you really need a shop that knows what they are looking at and has the specialized tools.LexTechs actually DIAGNOSED my issues, and repaired them without the need for buying unnecessary parts. Today, they removed a broken gas filler piece from small gas can that was lodged in my (used) Tundra because I couldn’t fill at the pump without it shutting off. Yes I paid a couple bucks for the tech’s time, but I didn’t have to buy a $700part-which the dealer was pushing me to do AFTER I spent $300 of their tech’s time not finding my issue.LexTechs in Johns Creek may be out of my way, but they have earned all of my future vehicle repair and maintenance business through their honesty, and more importantly capability.
First, let me speak about the warm telephone conversation I had with Houston and Matt theyre very knowledgeable about the Lexus product and want nothing more than to have your business for as long as you own your Lexus. I was impressed with their honesty even if they didnt make money. Thats says you can trust them. On my first visit they could have requested that I spend money on something that wouldnt benefit me long term. But they didnt they gave me the information as if it was them deciding for themselves as a customer. So all I can say is Thank you. My wife and I look forward to letting you Service our Cars for being Honesty. Which is a BIG WORD IN THE CAR SERVICE BUSINESS.

First time purchasing a vehicle from an independent dealer, so I wasnt sure what to expect. Jimmy A. made the experience not only easy, he also treated me as though I was part of the family. Wont hesitate doing business with LexTechs of Atlanta for my future auto needs.
I previously left a negative review and then had a conversation with the store owner/manager who is very friendly and professional, and he addressed some of my concerns. Therefore, I changed this to neutral (3-star)I need to replace several parts for front suspension and Lextech gave me an estimate including OEM and aftermarket parts needed. I agree that for my case aftermarket parts actually perform better than OEM. However, I have two concerns: first, their aftermarket part price, comparing to the online price of some renowned aftermarket brands (e.g. Moog, Beck/Arnley), is usually doubled or event tripled. In other words, this is not 50% margin, but a 100% to 200% margin. Second, the OEM part price at dealership is ridiculously high, so I’d hope Lextech OEM part price would be more reasonable, but theirs are as high as dealers’. I’m fine with their labor cost given their experience and skill.Some positive aspects. First, I’m pretty sure they will get the repair done thoroughly. Second, they provide 3-Year/36,000 mile warranty since Lextech purchases warranty insurance, and this is better than dealers’ warranty.Overall, I personally don’t feel comfortable for their parts price. Meanwhile, for me, this place can still be good place to do inspection and basic service such as oil change. Consequently, my personal opinion is this place is neither better nor worse than dealership and I give a neutral review.
I love these guys! They are not cheap (cheaper than the Lexuss dealers) by any means but they are honest. They tell you the truth and this to me is most valuable. I have a place where I can take my car and they will take care of it like if it was their own. So Thank you so much!!
Lextech is a great place to take your lexus for service as good or better then the dealer without the higher price or smugg attitude that you sometimes get at the dealership. They act like they want ti earn your business, instead of acting like they are doing you a favor to service your lexus. They dont try to sell you a lot extra stuff and treat you like a friend. Iuse to take my old ls 400 to them and now take my LS 460......I am very particular and they exceed my expectations. I really appreciate them

LexTechs of Johns Creek are great! Ive used their Decatur location for 10 years to care for my 1995 GS 300 and 2004 RX 330. Now that Ive moved to Cumming Im glad they have a new location near by. Their service is wonderful and lots less than the dealerships. It will be worth your time to check them out. NJG
It was serendipitous that I found this place because I was needing a Lexus mechanic and I happened to drive by! Matthew was extremely helpful and I knew they were trustworthy as soon as I walked in. He encouraged me to get a maintenance inspection to keep my 2007 Lexus running since I have over 200k miles on it. I will be using LexTechs from now on!

I have used LexTechs for 5+ years and they out perform the dealerships every time regarding quality of work and price. My wife has a 1998 LX 470 and it has never had a breakdown b/c of the great care Chad & his mechanics take in looking after it. I expect it to for several more 100k miles! There no location in Johns Creek is close to work so I appreciate the added convenience.
I always have a great experience at LexTechs of Atlanta. I will no longer be using the Lexus dealer. The technicians at LexTechs are all transplants from the dealer and do a great job. They know their stuff and don’t over charge for what they do.

I had a great experience with Lextechs of Johns Creek! Im glad they have a location in johns creek because I was going to go to the one in Decatur, GA. Chad was great and he told me what I needed to repair my water pump and timing belt job for my GS430. Chad is a professional and has outstanding customer service!!! Another thing that these people dont do is try to upsell you with unneccessary parts and labor. The staff is friendly and knowledgable (they know toyota and lexus). IM A BELIEVER!My normal service center told me that I had an issue with my vehicle that would cost your arm and mine to repair it. I kind of enjoy having both of my arms, so I thought Id better shop around...And I did.I spoke with Derek and he stole my heart from our first conversation. I told him my issue and he told me that this was a very expensive repair that would cost to the tune of $300 CHEAPER than the competitor! Now you see why he stole my heart. Normally my mind would shift to this is too good to be true, but I knew the reputation of LexTechs from the Decatur location. I sprinted over to get this repair done before he changed his mind.Since it was my first visit, Derek stated they would like to inspect the entire car. I walked to the nearby stores instead of waiting at the shop (Gotta get those FitBit steps in). About an hour later, I received a text with a link to view my inspection report. The coolest part is the report includes actual pics of your vehicle issues along with videos that further explain the issues in layman terms, for we women who might not otherwise understand.Im so happy they are in our neighborhood now and needless to say, Ill likely be firing our other service repair. After all LexTechs specializes in my car, it just makes sense.Tips/Landmarks:* Location - They share the same entrance as the Shell Gas Station near State Bridge Rd and Jones Bridge* If you own a Lexus or Toyota, take your care here without hesitation* I never say trust anyone blindly, but there was positive energy oozing over this place. I had my oil changed and my headlights resurfaced. Cisco is a God, my headlights look like they are brand new. Great job Cisco!
Took my used car for inspection before finalizing the deal. I was very impressed by Joshs (Technician) knowledge. I felt that everyone over there was very transparent in their dealings. Im happy that they are in town. I believe that it is going to be my go to shop for my Lexus.

Dont like last minute surprise but he changed quotes for the specific job on my arrival. They gave me 2 reminder emails and 1 reminder call after I booked a major job but didnt notify me that change. I got it done any way because my time is more valuable. not sure they are really honest. Their price is almost as same as dealer price. not going back.
Chad & the staff at Lextechs have always given me exceptional service & very affordable pricing. Their service on my vehicle & customer service is just as good if not better than the dealership at a fraction of the cost.
I had a rodent get under my hood and chew out a hose. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and didnt inflate or try to sell me any extra services or add on issues that werent really there. Figured out the problem fast. I appreciated their utilization of technology with sending you pictures of exactly what they found under the hood. And all for a reasonable price. I only wish they would have vacuumed my car like how the dealership does. But thats the trade-off for the lower price, so Im not mad. Would definitely return.

I had an emergency with my car and needed to leave out of town soon. They repaired my car quickly and were very understanding of my situation. They also kept their work place well sanitized during the pandemic.
I would not take our Lexus to any other shop but LexTech. Johns Creek or Decatur shops. We took ours to the John Creek shop and could not be happier with the experience.A real good Dealer Alternative shop for Lexus and Toyota cars
Great service place! I had my Toyota Sequoia serviced at other dealer place several times and they could not figure out the issue with check engine light on. LexTech technician was able to locate and fix the problem!
Truly appreciate this teams approach to doing business. I was able to get my car into their shop in a pinch, and they took great care of me. Very thorough and efficient with getting to the root of the problem, and they kept me informed of their progress with the work being done. Ill be back!

Ive been to the shop a few times. Excellent service along with knowledgeable technicians. Comfortable environment with Wifi to allow you to work, TV to entertain, and a few complimentary snacks, coffee, water, etc. All of the dealership traits and perks without any of the hassle, and definitely at a cheaper price.

Great shop, made sure I knew everything from the inspection, didnt pressure me into anything just wanted to make me aware of everything even if they dont do that there. Had to keep my car overnight and offered me a complimentary loaner. Absolutely will be bringing my car back.

2022-01-20LexTechs is the only place that I will take my Land Cruiser for service. The folks there care for my truck like it was their own. 2022-07-20I was a little nervous when they gave me a rather steep quote for a wheel alignment for my 2013 Tacoma, but being a lifted truck, I knew I needed to see someone who really knew what they were doing to get the job done properly--and LexTechs did exactly that. I literally came in with a crooked steering wheel and came out with perfect wheel geometry, and the truck rides like a dream.Ive been to several shops where mechanics have literally told me that my truck couldnt be aligned because its lifted. Either that, or they go ahead and align it only for me to find out later all the angles were asymmetric.I cant stress this enough: if you have a lifted vehicle, you really need someone who knows what theyre doing (especially if youre running mostly factory IFS apart from ride-height adjustable shocks like me). Yes--its going to cost you more upfront, but itll save you money down the line because you wont have to have the job redone again and again by the legions of mechanics out there who have no idea what theyre doing.You get what you pay for.Have it done right. Have it done once at LexTechs. 🛻

2022-08-09I own a transmission shop in Duluth but I use Lex Techs to do the non-transmission work on my LS460. Prices are fair, certainly better than the dealer, with excellent service and communication. They treated me the way I like to treat my customers.

2022-07-10Daughter went in for just an oil change while she was in town, and they tried to get her to do $1500 worth of stuff. This vehicle is rigorously and proactively maintained from the dealership. And the oil change cost $135 or something. Dads don’t let your daughters wander in here and fall prey to Ed

2021-12-27Finally found a good place for my Lexus, after year of servicing with authorized dealers. Level of transparency and ease of seeing service and issues&diagnostic after leaving the service center thru their links/portal is awesome. LexTechs (Michael and Bobby) were super proactive and listed all the issues with things needing immediate attention and things that can wait was nice. Enjoying my car post service.

Recently, I used LexTechs of Atlanta (State Bridge Road location) to replace the hood struts on my SUV.
