We definitely recommend the dealership but we dont recommend Roscoe. His customer service was lacking and he was rude. He gave us the feeling that he was only concerned about the commission and when we didnt agree on numbers he got pouty.The only reason we continued with the deal was because of the manager that was working. His customer service was on point.
This is the best group of people to go to if your looking for a new car!! I have already purchase two vehicles from them!! I had the pleasure to work with Jada Johnson!! She has the best knowledge on vehicles and finances. Dont waste your time and just head on over to her!!
I needed a key fob programmed for our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After dealing with Step one CDJ North Savannah & being told they could get me the fob but I would have to buy it from them and that they dont work on vehicles over 10 years old I told them thanks but no thanks I would seek service from someone else.I called Liberty CDJ and spoke to Emily and she said they could program it and that they would be willing to program an OEM aftermarket fob.So I drove up there the next day and Michael took very good care of me. I was in and out in less than an hour.Bottom line up front if you need service for your Jeep I would highly recommend Liberty CDJ.They only charged me a 1/2 hour labor while some of the other dealerships wanted 1 hour labor and wanted me to buy the fob from them.So if you want the job done right and save some $$ money this is your dealership.
Service Department would not recommend. On 11 August 2021 my family and I went to Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram with the intent to purchase a new vehicle with a 3rd row seat. We found a 2020 Dodge Durango Certified Pre-owned that we settled on for purchase. The sales departmart was great, had no issues there. Sale went well, but I needed to come back up there the next day to finish up some paperwork. When driving the new vehicle home the night of the 11th, I began braking from highway speeds and we noticed a good deal of vibration and shaking. I got to the house, looked at the brakes and noticed an approximately 2mm deep gash in the center of the rear right brake rotor.On 12 August 2021, I was back at the dealership with the new vehicle. I brought up the braking issue and the visible gouge in the brake rotor to the sales department. They worked with me and contacted the service department to have them take a look. I pulled the truck over to the service lane and was met by a male service technician. I told him about the brake rotor and the gouge. He looked at it, and said, There might have been a rock caught in the rotor at some point. Youll have to pay for a brake job, its not covered under the warranty. I replied, Its a certified pre-owned vehicle and one of the checks on your certified pre-owned checklist is condition of brake components. Surely a gouged brake rotor does not meet Chrysler standards. (I had looked up the pre-owned checklist before arriving at the dealer and had a copy of it if I needed it) He walked back in, spoke with the manager and came out to say that they would replace the rear rotors and turn the front brake rotors to fix the issue. I would need to bring the truck to them the next day because parts would need to be ordered.On 13 August 2021, we brought the Durango back to the dealer at approximately 0930. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle. At approximately 3pm, I was called and advised the truck was ready to be picked up. I picked up the vehicle a little after 4pm and drove it 10 miles to my home. Again I felt a slight vibration while braking from speed, but attributed it to uneven wear on the front pads due to the rotors being turned.It is now 2 September 2021, the truck has an additional 200 miles, and my wife notified me today that the vibration is back and may be worse than it was initially. I inspected the brakes when I got home from work and noticed the replacement rear right rotor has a wear mark in the same spot as the old rotor. The service department seems to have used the same pads that caused the initial problem with the replacement. Nontheless, now the front right rotor, which they turned, has bad scouring. The front right rotor initially had no issues. The front right rotor still has turning marks on it and the brake pad does not appear to be contacting the rotor.When I bought a Dodge certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, I expected the proper service checks to be completed per the Certified checklist. The rear rotor was in an unserviceable condition from the start. The sales department was very helpful, the service department seemed very defensive on initial contact with them. The service department failed to perform satisfactory certified pre-owned checks via their own checklist and failed to perform satisfactory work on a critical component of the vehicle. Reduced braking capacity is a severe safety hazard and places myself and my family at risk. Now I will need to spend money to replace components that have been replaced, and spend additional money to replace components that had no issues until they were serviced.Photos are attached: 1) Their own certified pre-owned checklist 2) New rear rotor with developing scour line 3) Freshly turned front right rotor with developing deep scour marks 4) The state of the brake rotor on the car as it was sold to us as a certified pre-owned vehicle
Most trash dealership I’ve probably ever been to in my life. Very unhelpful. I had a legit question, I just needed to communicate a question that would’ve taken five minutes. They didn’t even acknowledge my existence and looked at me as I was dumb when i asked a question. Travel to a different dealership if I needed to do business with Jeep stuff.
Liars. They are liars. Asked them before we bought our SUV when we needed our oil change that came free with the purchase if we was to move will it still be free. They said yes as long as its a dodge dealership. Liars liars. Went to get an oil change in Ohio because i recently moved there and they told me No. It doesnt work like that. When i called them to question them about it they sayed they never told us this. Liars. Weve bought about three cars from them because we was loyal customers. Please please do not go here for any car needs they are liars and will not help you and send you to voicemails.
Absolute worst service department ever. Left message after message and will not return phone calls. My truck was turned in for a major issue and it sat for almost 2 weeks. When I finally got a hold of the manager, he said he was waiting for me to bring it in. Completely clueless. Tried getting a hold of the GM, but he doesn’t return phone calls either. Horrible customer service at this place. I’ve had two visits here and each one was horrible. Would not recommend.
Just purchased my first ever jeep here!!! Mr. suspenders saved my day! he helped me find a deal that fit my budget and listened to my needs! Great dealership...... My sons old jeep broke down while he was traveling to FL. It was basically not worth fixing. The folks at the dealership worked with us and allowed the car to stay there until we could take care of things. I feel they went out of their way to make a bad situation much better. Thank You !!!!!

From start to finish the team made the process super easy! They 100% work with you explaining the process and will negotiate with you within reason. The Manager came and spoke with us laying it all out on the line, we felt like he was definitely making sure we were comfortable and happy with the numbers. There financial guy also explained all the final details, made the signing process understandable and easy. Last but not least Troy with the suspenders is your guy to see, it never felt like he was just trying to sell a car! Hes attentive, he listens to you and just has outstanding customer service! This man needs a raise,!!! If anyone is in the market to get a new vehicle ask for Troy will make it happen.

I dont understand why you cant make an appointment for service on your vehicle. I took my car in 2 days ago. I called this morning and my car has not even been looked at yet. I could be driving my car until a technician is available to check it out. Please consider revising your policy.
2017 RAM 1500 RebelNew to the area and had an emergency repair on my airbag system. I had another dodge dealership in upstate Ny look at a couple month prior. I was outside my warranty and because they could see this was warranty work prior because I had the records, they with out any hesitation corrected the issue under warranty. Serviced the suspension quickly and properly. Thank you Liberty Dodge you guys are great!Want to give a shot out to Will in the service department extremely knowledgeable and terrific employee. My Permanent business has been won!
I took my husbands truck in for an oil change and two minor recalls. Was told an hour to an hour and a half. (No appointments for that. First come, first serve.) Not great, but ok, the work needs to be done anyway. Three hours later, it was finally finished. I got no updates along the way until I asked for one. I will definitely NOT be returning.
Went to this dealer yesterday and left with a brand new vehicle after trading in our car! We were and still are nothing but satisfied, we were helped by Dereana Phillips, as soon as we got out she greeted us and was very knowledgeable to what they have in the lot! We let her know exactly what we were looking for & she helped us from start to finish! She made sure we left satisfied and she was very truthful about all vehicles even if it was something negative she didn’t force us like most sales reps will and she was very polite and patient!!! Highly recommend her & this dealership overall!
Service Department, I have had no dealing with sales.They do not offer appointments, large and small maintenance is first come first served. I get that on oil changes but not on things that could take days to repair.I tried for three weeks to get my truck in to the diesel technician. I was consistently told there were several vehicles ahead of mine and I could leave it for the technician when he returned in a few days. I have one vehicle, were they going to pull the trailers for me? Is there only one diesel technician? Does he not work every day?I finally took my truck to another service department to be told I had warranty items that needed repair, 3000 miles ago. Ive done all repairs suggested and kept up with normal maintenance. Because this service department would not see my truck in a timely manner the repair cost has more than doubled.
If I could give them zero stars I would.They were dishonest and very unprofessional. We drove over an hour to buy a truck. I ask 3 times before I got there what the total out the door price would be she gave me the price and again I said that is everything tag, title, dealer fees, everything bringing the check cost.I even text her before we headed that way and again ask if that was the total and she assured me it was. We get there drive the truck and even though it smelled terribly like cigarettes and the change oil light was on and it needed tires we decided to do the deal only to be told the price she gave me didnt include the 3000 down payment. REALLY! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. AndAnd after talking with the manager I was even more disgusted at the total lack of professionalism. People beware!!!!
Salesman was eager to sell a car until we told him about my fiancé’s recent car accident. We were supposed to be followed up with but never got an email or text. Jokes on them because our insurance cut him a $21K check 😂. Don’t go here! Go to J.C Lewis down the street, respectfully.
Management showed little to no interest in selling me a car, attempted to renegotiate a second car on the lot at a lower price and they didnt even bother to write up a new deal. New sales associate was very enthusiastic and polite but other employees there were very unprofessional by barging in office while we were talking, and also showing another client the same car I was interested in while I was there. Kind of made me lose taste in the car and the respect for management.
Saleswoman D had a lot of customers when we came into the dealership but she took us on and let us be independent but still extremely helpful. We found the perfect car for us and our son and our puppies. The process did not take long at all. Finance was helpful and listened to what we wanted and we negotiated and ended in a fair price overall. Sampson is an awesome guy and definitely makes you feel welcome and makes the process fun and easy. Everyone is easy to bond with. They push papers to get the tag process done easier and faster. An overall fantastic experience!!! Everyone here is amazing! Highly recommended !
I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler and Hansel Morrow was my sales associate. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very patient with me. I will be recommending him to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle because he took his time and made sure it was what I wanted price wise and vehicle wise.
We recently bought a vehicle from here. Raina Richardson was our sales rep and she was amazing. The whole process was hassle free and there was no pressure to buy whatsoever. Initially we went to look around and found a vehicle that we wanted. At this point we had already went to several other dealerships looking at vehicles that met our needs and desires. Once we traveled to Hinesville and looked at the inventory there, we found what we were looking for. Raina met us outside and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were asking about. I told her that I was interested in the vehicle and that I would return later that week to purchase it if it was still available. She took the vehicle off the sales lot and held it for me until I was back in town. Raina worked with my work schedule and made herself available for any questions or concerns that we had. She is true to her word and helped us to get the best deal. Once we went back to finalize the purchase, again, she met us outside with a big smile on her face. She made us feel like we were more than customers. All of the staff are pleasant and I have nothing negative to say about our buying experience. I will certainly recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future, and will definitely send them to Raina with a clear conscious.
AMAZING customer service! They got my vehicle in quickly, gave me a rental so I could get to work and had it finished by lunch! Just simply amazing. They really understand that since they do a walk in service only that sometimes its difficult for some people to wait. I whole heartedly appreciate what wonderful service they provided. I recommend this dealership for any and all purchasing, rental, or services needed!
Have a friend that just recently bought a vehicle here and a little after a year it’s already having issues. They had her vehicle for over a week and didn’t even look at it knowing she had a baby and no other vehicle! Another issued occurred after she took it back (without it being seen over a week being there) and they refused to look up her warranty for the vehicle to see if it will cover it! She ended up having to go to somewhere else to get a diagnostic and To get her vehicle fix! They treat you good until you drive off that lot! Highly don’t recommend to get any vehicle from this Jeep dealership!
Stay away from this place. They want customers buy vehicles with all kinds of problems and safety issues. First day when I saw and reported some issues they said they are going to fix. When I called second day they said all issues were fixed and ready to go. When I get there was nothing fixed and told me to come on third day so that they will address all the issues and set me an appointment too. Then all of sudden they called me just before my appointment time and said that vehicle was sold.The sales staff are so unknowledgeable about vehicle issues. They made me drive over there twice for around 200 miles and this was the result. Never trust this dealership. They dont value customers. They think customers dont have any other job to do other than going back and forth to their dealership. I would give ZERO star if there is an option to do that.
Poor communication between the service department and the mechanics. I was told my car would be done on a Monday afternoon, called and was told Tuesday morning. They seriously told me it would be done everyday when I called and this continued for 4 days till Friday. This caused me to cancel plans repeatedly as I believed the associate who told me my car would be done, which obviously was a mistake. This obvious disrespect to my time, shows how little the service department seemed to care for a seemingly “quick” (as stated by the associate who helped me) issue. Either one the garage is slow or he associate is misinformed on a such topics. This issue could have easily been resolved by calling me and letting me know instead of repeated “tomorrows”. Garage and staff seem very disorganized which leads to a poor service. Unlike other reviews, I did not feel like I had very good or concerned customer service. From the beginning, I felt like I was not taken seriously or disliked for whatever reason by the associate who helped me. I felt like I was a burden for calling to inquire about my car and the time when it would be done. This seems like a business that doesn’t respect people’s time. Next time, I will surely take my business elsewhere.
I was told that this dealership had just received two Scat Pack’s on their lot. I immediately got in my car and drive from Pooler,Ga to see these cars. When I arrived at the dealership. I was greeted by a beautiful sales rep. I’ve never purchased a car from a woman before. So I was a little uncomfortable at first but this sales rep was so professional and knowledgeable she made feel so at ease. She showed me one of the two cars I was interested in. I test drove the car and It was loaded with all of the extras so I never even got to see the other car. I was told what they wanted for the car and after very little back and forth. I was the proud owner my very first Dodge Scat Pack V8 Hemi 6.4L. Thank you Ms. Phillips.
I am glad that I went to this dealership. The personnel were very driven, outgoing and personable. Ms Phillips was knowledgeable and made sure that I got the vehicle that I was comfortable with and the finance department made sure that I got a price that I was comfortable with. Natasha Litle was our sales rep and she was amazing!!! She had great information about the cars we looked at and if she didn’t know something she got the information for us. Natasha is very knowledgeable, friendly, and she gave us time to think about our purchase without the annoying calls or texts! Dealing with her was like buying a car from a friend we have know for years, that’s the way she made us feel! Our experience with her was the best one we have ever had when buying a car!!! The first time here, the service dept was great. Now they have a girl working there who is super rude. And they dont take appts. What kind of dealership wont make an appt to service your vehicle? No option for an oil change or recalls unless you miss a day of work. They are the reason for the recall yet i have to take a day off work to get recalls done? Also had a coupon, sent to me by them and they refused to honor it. Thats just BS. Not very good customer service at all in my book...and they really need a nicer person working the counter. That girl is plain rude...i saw her talk badly and with an attitude to several people, in person and via phone.
I had the best services offered to me, by a car dealership at Liberty Chrysler. My saleswoman was the best. If you Go, Please ask for Latasha White. The fact that I was buying a used vehicle did not stand in the way of being treated with the best customer care. I found the vehicle on line, & every question I had about it was answered. When I arrived to sign the paperwork for my deal it was very clearly explained and a fast process.. #HAPPYCUSTOMER
The enthusiasm and professionalism I received was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked into their office to when I walked out with keys, I was treated with respect. The entire car buying process felt as if I was being advised instead of being just another sale. The Sales Professional Latasha, went above and beyond ensuring I understood the entire buying process and even assisted in figuring out a way to take my old vehicle back home. I was beyond pleased with my experience and highly recommend these professionals for everyone’s car buying needs!
CHECK UPDATE BELOW:I was advised by several people to stay away from this place, mostly because the cars are overpriced and the sales reps are more concerned about what they can get out of the customer instead of helping the customer. So naturally I went into this place focused. I didnt quite like how all (maybe not all but A LOT) of the sales reps were sitting outside of the building waiting for customers piled up on the bench and against the building. I didnt want to get out of the car due to this sight. Everyone looked so hungry for a sale. My husband and I were just looking at a car that we saw online and within seconds a sales rep named Janae approached us. She appeared very calm and friendly, which she was. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle, which was a Dodge Durango. She went through a few mandatory scripts, but after we declined she got right to business which is what I like. She didnt cut any corners, and she didnt try to pressure us. She just informed us of the car and its entirety and the price of which we werent extremely happy with at the moment. Janae spoke with her manager and he explained the pricing. After doing our research, we found that the manager gave us a good price. I think he couldve given us a little more off, but hey thats just me. I like to push it. We ended up getting a 2016 Dodge Durango with 25 miles on it for a great price with discounts from Dodge and a military discount. We also have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, yes you read it right; A LIFETIME WARRANTY. We purchased our car yesterday (6/27/16) and havent received our tags yet if that matters to any. We got a full tank of gas too. We are very pleased and if we decide to purchase another vehicle in the near future we will revisit LIBERTY CHRYSLER! Thanks LIBERTY CDJR. Im glad I didnt listen to what I was advised NOT to Do! :-)UPDATE:Three years later and several issues with the car later and a ton of out of pocket expenses later. I would say that The service department isn’t an honest group! My car has had several, and I do mean several, expensive issues that obviously were preexisting on the vehicle (before we bought it in 2016) that not even a mechanic would’ve been able to detect before buying because they were electrical issues. After contacting Dodge headquarters to seek assistance with the issue (as instructed by a manager at LC Dodge to do), the service department made the issue seem as if it was our fault and we weren’t compensated for the pre existing issue. Will never buy another Dodge and definitely will never buy from LC Dodge again...I can say I took a chance and spent a lot of unnecessary money. I retract my statement up above about shopping with them and do not recommend LCDJR.
Called the service department to schedule warranty repairs needed, told no appointment was necessary. Six hours later my vehicle was never looked at. No apologies, no excuses, nothing. Not even the courtesy of attempting to rescheuldle or get it looked at. Maybe I should have researched service departments a little more before buying a Dodge product..
Hello everyone, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle with Liberty Chrysler I highly recommend Latasha White as your sales rep. I have bought three vehicles from Liberty Chrysler over the years. All three vehicles Latasha hasi been my sales rep. I don’t see anyone else but her. She listens to what I want and is patient the entire time while I ask millions of questions. She takes her time and explains in detail everything about the vehicle. I highly recommend Tasha. She is awesome at what she does. I also have to add Mr. Sampson because he is always pleasant when I stop by. He always has a smile and has great customer service. Also every time I need my oil changed I head over to the service department and they always take care of my vehicle for me with no problems. I’m always satisfied with the customer service I receive at Liberty Chrysler.
The car salesmen will NOT work with you! Extremely pushy and WILL REFUSE to show you any used cars they have on the lot. They will not negotiate prices or monthly payments one bit.Do NOT tell them you are military or they will up sell you on everything. They think all military personnel are rich and they will question what bills you have if you say you cant afford $600+ a month on a car.Car salesman gave up on me and didnt want to work with me anymore after I told him the monthly payment was too much and if we could possibly negotiate pricing but DIDNT want me to have a cosigner. They told my wife she NEEDED a cosigner if she was to ever buy a car for the first time. Thats definitely not true from previous experience.Oh I forgot to mention. They wanted to buy my car for $2,500 when other dealerships will offer $4,500 in the past.
I went to the car dealership on 25 Aug 2016, during their so called summer sales event. Which by the way was a joke. First, my stepson and I were dealing with a lady then a guy comes out to assist us. He had an aggressive attitude and the only thing he was worried about was to make a sale. I got a price of one vehicle, but wanted prices for two others. He said he could not get the prices of the other two vehicles because his boss was busy. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this was the first time I heard that excuse. Forgot to mention when we first got there they want you to sign papers to do a credit check before looking and even talking about prices, which I let them know was backwards. How can you negotiate a price when you do not know the price. I told them I have done research on vehicles and was going to shop around. When I told them that I got a vibe that they were done dealing with me. Then they told me to come back at a later date. What they did not know was I had a 40k pre-approved check from my bank to buy a vehicle in my pocket. For the way they do business and the customer service that was provided I will take my business elsewhere. I will NEVER stop by there again and I will let everyone I know to do the same.
A very good dealership and the reason is customer service. La Tasha White was great due her care about what the customer want and her personality is spot on. She made us feel welcome also like we was a part of her family not someone trying to make a sale. I have been to many dealerships also talk with many people but she is the best I have seen. If you want a vehicle as well as a good price ask for La Tasha White because its about what you want not all about making a dollar. Im a hard person to please. Thanks La Tasha
Service department doesn’t take appointments. I’m not kidding. I ended up having to pull my car out after two days of it not being looked at. Crystal (one of the advisors) rudely told me their system “works for them” but they were just too busy to look at my vehicle (which is under warranty). She also blamed “losing a tech” as another reason they were so backed up. Naturally this system doesn’t work if you can’t get vehicles through the door and technicians are quitting. Perhaps if you took appointments and gave your technicians AND customers some predictability you wouldn’t have them quit and have customers leave. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
Best customer service you will find. This is the only dealership my husband and I will deal with. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the vehicle and the price before you sign any paper. This is vehicle #2 for us. I recommend them to everyone looking for a new car
The sales member I dealt with was rude and obnoxious and the whole service department is horrible. 2 weeks to get a car diagnosed? No appointment times? Something is causing this to not run smoothly and youd think they would fix it but instead I feel like they just turn a blind eye and let money walk out the door. I love my Renegade but will NEVER buy another Dodge product strictly because the customer service is horrible.
We were upside down in our car and owed way too much on it. I went around to 3 different dealerships trying to get out of it. Liberty Chrysler was the place to go. Latasha White helped me out on my second day there and she helped point me in the direction of our new vehicle!! We were able to get our car paid off in full and owed no negative equity. Latasha was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle or even a used vehicle. They love their customers and their cars!!
We brought our jeep in today for an oil change and tires rotated. The service attendant, Mr. Bo Mosley was courteous, insightful, helpful and down-right entertaining in helping us. Our visit to your business was a great experience not only by the service provided but by Mr. Bo Mosleys knowledge, expertise and the hospitality he showed us. I have been in Hinesville since June of 2017 and have had not one visit to this dealership that was positive. My 2500 Cummins has been stacking on recalls and every attempt (over 4 tries) I have made to come in and have them fixed has been met with ridiculous excuses like the diesel techs arent here, are at lunch, on vacation, or working on gas vehicles. Unless I can magically leave my truck at the dealership for 2-4 days theres no way my visit will be short. They are understaffed, especially when it comes to Diesel Techs.They currently have one diesel tech who they use as a gasoline tech. So when a diesel truck comes in they have to wait even longer to be worked on. No appointments are allowed during the week, just walk-ins. Saturday is appointment only but no Recall work done on Saturday??? So I have no choice but to leave my truck to sit in their lot for days on end while I struggle finding rides to and from work because my only mode of transportation is sitting in a lot waiting to be worked on. The 4 recalls I have should take under 2 hours total time... So this dealership is basically telling me that my time as a customer doesnt mean anything to them. I get it yall dont make money off of recalls but this is ridiculous. They wont even offer a loaner car to compensate me for the wait time. This situation has not changed in the 2 years that I have been here. Their management needs to fix how they operate, all the convenience is given to the dealer and the customer suffers time and money. Last time I go near this dealer.
Two years ago went in for an oil change. Had a set of headphones go missing from my truck. Yesterday took my truck in for recall work. It had 7 open recalls. They called this morning for me to pick it up. They said they didnt do any of the recall work because they were not able to do a specific one at the moment. Instead of taking care of the ones they could they didnt do any. They said it had to do with the way it gets inputted in their system and it would flag them. Didnt make any sense to me so I called two other dealerships and they both said they would have done the ones they could and gone from there. Definitely wont be going back. I would rather travel 30-45 mins to another dealership.
Shady Service Department. I was on Temporary Duty to Fort Stewart when the Check engine light came on in my Jeep Wrangler. I have a blue tooth code reader so I logged the codes and gave a detailed description of the issue to the service department. They took three days diagnosing the problem. When I went to pick up my jeep they said they could not figure out what was wrong yet still charged me for a diagnosis. The reason it had taken three days was they performed a recall repair WITHOUT my approval, a repair (and associated loaner vehicle) I had scheduled back in my home town. They didnt inform me they were doing the repair and deprived me of my vehicle for three days because they wanted to be able to charge Jeep for the install. When I got back to my home town dealer they were able to able to diagnose the issue in 10 minutes (bad cam position sensor) and said any competent Jeep Mechanic should have been able to do the same. I cant speak to the sales side of the dealership but the service side chose profit over integrity.
DON’T TRUST THESE REVIEWS! They pay people to give them good reviews. I should report this to Chrysler. Can you believe they offered me free gas to give them a good review? So basically, they tried to bribe me. Very unprofessional. In my opinion, this is a horrible place to purchase a vehicle! Don’t buy from here! All they care about is making a profit. Even the service department is rude. The cars look good online but different in person, so don’t trust the website. Most of the vehicles (even some of the new ones) have alot of miles, smell, have dents/scratches all over them, or have some kinds of issues. It’s like they were trying to hide the damages on it. The car I wanted needed to be jumped off (which isn’t horrible but should have been taken care of before hand) and kept making a noise that they sales person acted like they didn’t hear when I brung it up. I’m no fool tho. It’s just sad. Some of staff even looks shady. All they did was sit out front and talk about the customers. I know I want to buy from someone who cares about me? Don’t you? I bet as soon as you purchase the salespeople don’t even remember you. No one wants to help you get your issues resolved. And you can tell the managers don’t even care. Don’t trust this shady place.... smh .. my neighbor told me to STAY AWAY .. and now that I see how bad it is for myself IM WARNING U .....STAY AWAY!
After being denied a couple times for the vehicle I wanted Raina never gave up and periodically found ways to keep in touch with me. She encouraged me to continue to always make my payments on time and that eventually a bank would finance the vehicle I wanted. I did exactly what she told me and here I am in a vehicle I am very much satisfied with. Thank you!!
5 Start Treatment Every Time. My wife and I have been dealing with the service department on our 2011 Durango for a couple of years now after terrible service from our former dealer in Savannah.I see a few negative reviews here. As a business owner I can tell you that far too often the public has a very slanted view of the experience when dealing with a business. As the adage goes someone unhappy will tell 15 people and a happy customer may tell 3 if you are lucky.I can tell from some of these reviews that there is a margin of BS in them.Having much experience in purchasing and selling cars it is very difficult to find the exact same car at another dealer due to all the option and engine packages available. Just one package option can make thousands of dollars difference in the price of the car.Another major issue when purchasing a car is CREDIT RATING of the buyer. Due to some peoples lack of fiscal responsibility a 10% difference in interest rates can mean double the car payment under certain condition, so being told they should be able to work with in a budget is not concrete until the finance department runs the numbers.When dealing with ever changing inventory on the used side of a dealership it is next to impossible for someone to know every nuance of every brand that may come across the lot. It is different when you are selling only one particular brand, so you cant really hold someones feet to fire for product knowledge under these conditions. That is like asking someone in the bakery for assistance in the automotive section of WalMart.My Durango in at Liberty Chrysler as I type and during the review have been called twice by Ed Stewart from the customer service department. We have spoken for times on the phone today alone on this issue and he has been proactive in moving our claim and repair along.If you are looking for a new car or an exceptional service department I urge you to give Liberty Chrysler an opportunity to earn your business. You will be glad you did.For the record, my wife is a doctor and I am a business owner and we both demand the same service and courtesy of those we deal with as we do ourselves and our staffs. Otherwise we would NOT be dealing with Liberty and driving all the way from Savannah when we have not one but two dealers here.

Thankful they were working with us especially with us being military family they were patient and understanding with everything and got the best deal we could ask for along with our trade in Amya is the best she was my sale rep and went out her way to help us !!! Worst place in the service part. Took a week to just to a diagnostic. They had to replace 2 fuel pumps which was over $ 1,000. Then when I went to go pick my car back the EPS light and about 5 more problems with my car came up , when I told him it was none of that was here BEFORE I took it over there they said that wasn’t there problem and had nothing to do with that. Staff was no help at all.
Sales woman was nice. Helpful. Made a cash on spot offer for a 2014 dodge durango and was shut down ... Only asked to drop price by 4k for on spot cash and trade... Thankfuly i got the same vehicle lined up in savanna for 19500 for less mileage and a few more up grades on same year model.
Hayden was my sales person and I could not have been more satisfied. He was extremely easy to get alone with and gave me plenty of detail on the truck that I purchased. Would recommend Liberty Chrysler to anyone and everyone if you are looking for good customer service.
My dart got towed to their service department on a Friday night. I already knew the issue was a bushing that was on recall. I didnt get a call back till the next Wednesday to pick it up. That wasnt necessarily a problem, I have another vehicle to drive, thankfully. But I get a call at 9:48am to pick it up, I get there around 11:30 and when I get in my car, theres a receipt for Taco Bell for 9:20 that morning. Something fixed that you can test it in the parking lot, they drove it all the way to post and got breakfast in it and didnt bother taking their trash with them. Im not ok with this.
Liberty Chrysler Dodge is the best Car dealership in Hinesville Ga. I Purchased a New 2018 Dodge Journey .The customer service was excellent. The Finance Mgr Mr.Sampson broke it down line by line..He didnt rush..The Part Dept was very helpful. Ms.Jen Crowell help me find accessories for my car .I wanted to change some of the car details. She was very helpful.The Service dept was very good to.Ms.Crystal was very knowledgeable about my car oil changes. I thought it was every 3000 miles but its actually it every 5000 miles are if the sensor come on and it say time for a oil change.didnt know!! So Basically the whole Dealership was excellent.
So I went in LCDJR to get my car serviced. While waiting I started looking around for a truck and ended up buying one. Ms Raina Richardson qas the saleswoman that helped me pick out my truck and throughout the whole process she made sure I was ok. I waited about a month to see how the company would treat me after I bought the truck and they (Raina Richardson) did awesome. She even got my payments down to what I wanted them to be. At least once a week she either called or e-mailed me to check to see how everything was going with the truck. I never had that to happen to me when I bought my car at another place. She even called and asked me if I had gotten my real tag. Ms Richardson if you are reading this if I could I would give you 10 STARS. You was awesome and if I do buy another vehicle I would buy it from you. I also told family and friends about Ms Richardson from LCDJR.
Went into the dealership and I knew more about the trucks then our salesman. There trucks are way overpriced and they were very unprofessional and rude. When I walked out they didnt say have a good day, or please come back, nothing. Just rude. Dont go here go to autonation of South Georgia or offlease only in Florida. For gods sake just look online at other trucks and youll see how much they rip you off.
Bunch of crooks. They list their cars online with half the mileage so the online sites will tell you Great deal, but once you get there, its double the mileage and they laugh it off. They dont budge on their prices and offer you the absolute minimum for your trade in car, plus they add a bunch of hidden fees that they call admin fees.Very shady place. Will take my money elsewhere!

I buy a new car every couple years and this is by far the pushiest dealership and overpriced dealership I’ve been to. 760 credit and going through their financing I got a 4.9 APR on a brand new vehicle. I’ve never had over a 2.49 going through any other financial institution. My sales rep Homza needs to learn more about the cars he’s trying to sell. He lied multiple times about the specs of the vehicle just to try and get me to buy.After deciding to take a night to think about the “deal” they were giving me and them being very pushy to take the deal and telling me I wouldn’t find a better deal anywhere else I found the same car with the same options and everything for $4,500 cheaper with a 1.9% interest rate at a Dodge dealer in Savannah. Liberty in Hinesville is taking advantage of people. Especially young Soldiers who may be buying their first new car and have no experience with the car buying process.Additionally, my friend traded in a vehicle there and they only offered $9,800 then turned around a put it in the lot for $16,000. That’s $6,200 they marked up the car! The car booked for $16,800 on KBB and NADA. I could see trying to make $2,500 - $3,000 but low balling honest, hard working people that much is wrong.I highly recommend you find a different Dodge dealership and cut the business for this one down so maybe they’ll learn to actually make good, honest deals happen instead of ripping people off for their hard earned money.
Very Disappointed! I visited the dealership and told them exactly what I wanted and how much I could afford to pay a month. The salesman tried to talk me in to a new vehicle and promissed to be able to meet my budget of $400 a month. He steered me away from my original plan and I trusted that he knew what he was doing. I WAS WRONG! After 2 days of no contact, I called him and texted him 4 times before finally getting a call back. He hit me with the news of$720 a month and the price of the vehicle was nearly $8000 more than what other dealerships advertised prices were on the internet. I tried to keep my business local but my experience was terrible. I would not reccomend this dealership to anybody! They waisted my time and lowered my credit score by 8 points in the process after sending me to 7 different banks! And after 7 banks they offered me an interest rate that was more than double what my credit union had offered. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership
I will be contacting the corporate office today! Do not do business with these guys! I called August 11th to mank an appointment and was told by the service department they do not do appointments it was first come first serve and to have my truck dropped off. He then informed me if I drop it off that morning thr latest they would keep it would be overnight the next to see what the issue is with my truck. Well I did what he advised me to do, I dropped my truck off August 12th called that afternoon and they had not gotten to it. The next day I callled in the afternoon they had not gotten to my truck either. August 14th 830 that morning I went to the dealership and they still had not looked at my vehicle and it was left unsecured even though I locked it before i left. I told them i would be contacting the corporate office about their poor customer service and oh by the way i will no longer buy from dodge. Keep your money people and go to Ford or Cheverlot! Dodge has poor customer service and their vehicles always have issues!
The lady in the service department is a reason not to but from these people. Not to mention they have no clue when the tech will be in next week but asking to keep my only vehicle.So nice nasty, its not what you say but how you say it. Attitude says everything and hers said TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
We had the best experience at this dealership working with Sampson and our salesman Josh. Two of the most down to earth, honest, and nicest people you could think of working with. They gave us the best value on our 2017 Durango R/T AWD (fully loaded). We went just to look and have our R/T appraised. We ended up buying a new 2019 Ram Tradesman Crew Cab! Absolutely love our new truck!!!!! They answered every single question or concern we had to the fullest. They also worked the numbers on 2 different trucks for us to compare and get to what we wanted until we were ready for them to run the credit for the lock in!!! They did absolutely everything they said they would as well as ensuring that we had every rebate possible! So glad we didnt listen to everyone saying to go far away from Hinesville to buy. Liberty definitely got it done. on another side note, we also have another 2017 Ram 1500 Crew Cab in which we have taken to the service department (along with the Durango R/T) for maintenance prior to purchasing our new 2019 RAM, and we have NEVER dealt with anyone that has been rude towards us. Everyone in the sales dept., service, and parts have been completely nice and respectful towards us!!! We would only refer to Liberty Dodge! Be sure to ask for Josh K and Sampson! Theyll take care of everything you need! Make sure to tell them I referred you!!!!
Sales staff was friendly, but sales manager is kind of greedy. We were looking at a truck thats blue book was $20,000 in excellent condition, but the truck on the lot was scratched and dented. He wanted close to $27,000 for it and would only come down to $25,000. Then we talked about or trade in which bluebooks at $17,000 in good condition. Our trade in JUST came out of their shop getting a sensor and a recall. After he looked at it and drove it his offer was $10,000. We said no way your wasting our time he came back with an offer of $12,000 saying its making a loud noise. What a joke, there is no loud noise and like I said, it just came out of their shop. Watch out, you would be better off going to Savannah and doing business.
Purchased a new Chrysler and the service buying it was a great one. Worked with us on everything, and was able to get pretty much what we wanted. Trying to get any service on it is another story. Been calling for over a month for our free first oil change, left messages on too many voicemails to count and havent heard anything back.Wasnt even calling about the Chrysler, calling about our jeep and still no answer, no calls back, nothing. Worst service department imaginable.

My son broke down less than two miles away from this dealership so he had his van towed to liberty dodge to have them scan his vehicle. They charged him 120.00 for the scan and proceeded to tell him the engine was shot. He had the vehicle then towed to his house where a mechanic looked it over and changed the plugs and put a new alternator in....needless to say it is running better than before! Buyer beware!
We bought a 2016 Dodge Journey in January of 16. We wanted a backup camera on the vehicle so the salesman said no problem. Little did we know that they shipped the Journey out to a 3rd party to have it done. The camera only lasted a year and 2 months. Because we commute regularly from GA to KY the vehicle now has 47 thousand miles on it. I took it up there this morning to have it looked at and they said that they would have to charge me a diagnostic fee and pay for a new camera because it is 11 thousand miles out of warranty. The camera only lasted barely a year and I have been fighting with them for months. They are shady people up there. STAY AWAY!!!

Sales reps we’re friendly but the only down fall which is the biggest down fall about them is they apparently do not have many banks to work with. Was trying to get into a lime green 2015 Challenger. Both my co-signers they declined and was no way around it. I moved on to a different dealer, which I got approved for a 2016 Challenger rt with only 7k miles one I was looking at through this dealer had 30/40k miles and 25k mine that I got through a different dealer was 28k and my mom even got her self a 2015 Challenger SRT which she was one of my co-signers and all we had to do was put 3 k down. Needless to say if you have bad credit and a co-signer they might not be able to work with you. Their loss our gain. 😘😘
Service Department is absolutely horrible. Just left 5 minutes ago after waiting a half hour for someone to even acknowledge me, only to be told that they were too busy to help me. My AC went out on my jeep and its 105+ degrees! I didnt even need them to FIX it! I asked if he could just run a code for me and tell me what was wrong Id do it myself if theyre too busy, but he wouldnt even do that! Will not return and will not recommend anyone go here. Place is a joke for service.
Tried to sell me a 2011 charger with over 50k miles for almost $26,000. Thats insane! I only owed $3,500 on my vehicle I was wanting to trade in and they only offered me $2,000. AutoNation has better prices on newer cars! I was able to get the same car I seen at Liberty Chrysler through AutoNation and it was $21,000. Oh yea, and lets not forget to mention it was a 2014 (3 years newer) and had less miles (19k). Fully loaded SXT (Bluetooth, navigation, xm radio, heated seats/steering wheel) Also AutoNation paid my car completely off. Liberty Chrysler also did my husband wrong a few years back. Sold him a leamon. Whenever he was in need of service ( which was all the time) the service department was rude and lacked in customer service. My experience was horrible both times I almost purchased a car from here. AutoNation was super easy and prices very reasonable. The staff at Liberty Chrysler was nice but I will never purchase a car from this dealership! Cars are way too overpriced. I really Think it has a lot to do with living in a military town. Thats how my poor husband became victim, lol. Army.... Stay away! Please shop around first. Savannah dealerships are so much better. Especially Autonation!
A few months ago my wife and I went into Liberty Chrysler in search of a new vehicle, at first I was skeptical because it was our 4th dealership that day and nothing or no one seemed to have what we were looking for. Not only did our sales rep Natasha go above and beyond to get us into the right vehicle that was within our budget she continued to check on us even after we’ve purchased the vehicle making sure we’ve been satisfied with our investment.
Im giving a 5 star because of the pretty lady with blue contacts who helped me with water.... The hertz rental car manager needs a new profession locking your door on a customer is highly unprofessional and taking your time instead of making a already paid for transaction go by smoothly double negative!!! I will never recommend hertz in Jesup ....but the car lot is pretty
Literally went there with the intention of getting my 2016 fixed then trading up but afterwards. Being someone who takes his car to the dealership for repairs and service, and dealing with this service department, i’m sure I won’t be back nor will I be purchasing a vehicle from here.

Its unacceptable to fire one of your sales people because she made a comment that Liberty Chrysler was selling cars at cost. I replied to my to my familys page on Facebook Tasha White that they should also give up the hold back money as well because they will sell their 2018 cars faster. Why would you guys turn around and ask her to take down my post which I never said anything negative about your dealership which I know almost every dealership in the United States I racist. What I hate about the car industry is you Europeans will use us blacks to sell your cars to our peoples and also give us the worst payments of any nationality which I know to be true for a fact. So to fire one of your good sales person because of a comment shows you guys have no loyalty actually this is cinta sign to all yourselves people to look for another job. If it was up to me I would tell black people or minorities to never shop from your company ever

This place is awful! First off they dont really know about their vehicles they just spitball, second they are dishonest they will tried to rip you off with ridiculous prices and make it seem like they are helping, they are rude upon leaving they didnt give is the common courtesy of shaking our hands and try to further business with us upon leaving because we didnt purchase vehicle from there. I STRONGLY recommend Autonation of south savannah they not only beat their price but they were extremely professional, i got a better deal on brand new 2017 RAM than Liberty offered on a used Ram

Very professional. I went there told them what I was looking for and my price range and was shown everything they had that was in or around my price range. Once I found the one they were very helpful getting it to a reasonable number for me. If I ever go looking for another car I will defiantly come back here.

However every time I have been in the salesperson has been EXTREEMLY rude and obnoxious. Tried to sell me a overpriced used Jeep at 26% interest and told me that with my credit that was the best I could hope for then tried to bully and shame me into signing. Only offered $1000 on my Titan in trade when it was valued at $17000 and I had offers from other dealerships to buy it from me. The salesman wouldnt even talk to me about a new truck or jeep. He just kept steering me towards the used side of the lot. I told the guy to shove it and walked away. Worst Expierence of my life.1. Trying to intimidate your customer into making a horrible purchase while being a jerk the entire time I was on the lot does not make me want to buy a vehicle from you and has resulted in me warning my friends, family and soldiers to stay as far away from you as possible. Being so close to Fort Stewart it doesnt suprise me you use these type of horrendous sales tactics.2. I am not an 18 year old kid away from home for the first time in his life. I know what my credit looks like and I know how financing works. I was qualified from many lenders for less than 6%. What type of crap are you trying to pull. I dont know what banks and lenders you work with but trying to screw people over, especially young soldiers, or old soldiers in my case is deplorable.Stay away from this place folks. It would not suprise me one bit if they put saw dust in the engines. They are just out to make a quick buck at the expense of thier customers who are mainly young and inexperienced soldiers.

At first when i described what I was looking for I was pointed to a car that I laughed and said no at ....after a day thinking about it I came back and pointed to the car and said “I want that one” 😂 I love my car. We came in after researching many different trucks. We test drove a bunch. We ended that search at Liberty Chrysler Dodge. The Ram 1500 had the best technology, best drive, and best customer service with Amaya. After coming to a fair number and purchasing our truck, we were even more impressed by Amaya showing us around the dealership for future visits. It seems like such a small step, but we have bought many new vehicles and never had a Sales Professional go to the length and detail that she did. To me that means the relationship doesn’t end with the sell. I would highly recommend Amaya and Liberty Chrysler Dodge if you are in the market for a vehicle

Dropped off a 2011 caravan for a transmission problem , service tech tells me that the transmission tech says he probabley knows whats wrong with it but needs to take it apart to make shure , 115 an hour for 6 hrs work , ok i can work with that , after one month of countless calls and getting excuse after excuse about the transmission tech not being there or he is late , he finaley takes the trans out . one week after that with no word back I call their supervisor. They call the next day and tell me that I need a brand new transmission, 5k to replace it ,,, joy!!! Its funny that i drove it in there but had to tow it out .If i could give it no stars I would , they were Very unprofessional from lack of communication and it seems the female service tech was the only one that spoke for the transmission tech because I never got to see him . So Liberty Crysler DODGE of HINESVILLE You have failed this city.
Hayden told me he could get the price lower than what was on the window and get me in the truck and ended up trying to get my price down on my truck I was wanting to trade in and never budged of the price of the window price on the truck then would not back the price on the internet like all the other dealerships do will never do business with them again I will go to Savannah or woodys this coming week to see what they have the owners need to see if they can find a better financing manager cause the one they have evidently don’t wanna push the old cars out and make room for the new was lied to the entire time I was there
We bought from crystal Melina, she kept asking for my husbands LES and changed the reason why constantly. FYI they DONT need your LES, listen to your chain of command. She even threatened to call my husbands COC if we didnt bring it in. At first she said for financing. When I told her we were not going with in house, she switched it to they needed it for registration. The contract said they would pay for it, but we still had to pay for it to get our plates. DO NOT give them your phone number. She called and texted constantly until we got our plates, and proved she DID NOT need his les. She now avoids our calls, and doesnt return any voicemails. She never sent the picture she too pf us buying our car. So have then use your phone.

Amanda really went out of her way to make sure that everything on my van was above and beyond what my expectations. Ive Been to other Dodge dealers and Liberty Chrysler is by far the best in the region. I will continue using Liberty Chrysler for all my service needs. AND YOU SHOULD TO!!!!!!
Very slow very slow and very slow drop vehicle off at 730 when door open for brake change and rotors turn got vehicle back at 2:25 said mechanic had two vehicle to finish from day before and my rotors was very hard to get off. Bla bla bla. It took a lady 2 hrs to have her oil changed. I will drive to Savannah or have work done in Atlanta before I get on the road to come visit family.
Today I went to look at a kia forte on the lot, I drove from Savannah after seeing the car on the website. I ran the car fax and found out that the car had been at the lot for a month. Once arriving and being asked if I needed any help, the sales woman had no clue what kind of car I was even speaking of. I had to pull up the car on the phone to show her what it looked like. Every five minutes she was trying to force a different car on me while she walked around the lot looking for the Kia. After finally finding out it was in the service area we found the car parked. The car was dirty, rusted and had food and trash all on the inside. The car was listed on the website as being in almost new shape and the pictures had to of been a totally different car. I made it very clear that I was be leaving the lot and looking else where, somewhere that actually knew about the cars they were selling and someone that actually listened to what I had to say.
Horrible service!!! They will try to rip you off...thousands of dollars they will charge you for labor. it must be take alot of labor with all of those power tools. Rude service workers that cant comprehend English in the simplest form. I love my dodge, but HATE this overpriced place. Extremely poor service, over priced, idiotic ran dealership.
My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Our most recent purchase was a 2013 Chrysler 300 and we still have our 2010 Chrysler that is running like it is brand new. Very happy with our purchases from here and will be back again Im sure

Purchasing the car wasnt a problem what happens afterwards trying to get your car paid off and get your tag is absolutely ridiculous there is no customer service after the sale Heather and Ashley and the tag department are awful to deal with.you called to ask a question they wont hear you out they hang up on you they dont return your phone calls last time doing business with the dealership because of them.
I started off liking it, thinking that even though all cars have problems, they seemed as if they were going to work with the other dealership to fix the continuous and ongoing issue with my car with the check engine light, and not having any A/C, needless to say, I STILL DONT HAVE A/C AND THEY ARE NOW PAWNING ME OFF TO JUST DEAL WITH THE ISSUE WITH THE CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP.......NOT HAPPY ANYMORE PAYING FOR A VEHICLE THAT HAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE WE PURCHASED IT LAST MARCH!!!

2022-02-03I recommend seeing Troy aka Mr. Suspenders at this place. We came in looking for a used car and we were able to leave with two new used cars that we absolutely love without breaking the bank. Cant say enough good things about this place. I absolutely 200% recommend this place for getting a new car or cars.

2022-06-14Avoid this place! Its worth your time to drive to Savannah or anywhere else (FL even!) to not patronize this dealership. Their service department is the opposite of service. They really should rename it the Most Inconvenient Shop. God forbid if you have to have warranty work done here, as they wont do it. They believe their time is more important than yours and will search out ways to make sure you know that. Want proof? Call them and ask for something simple...say you need warranty work done. Theyll not answer the phones, and then after youve tried calling several times thinking maybe theyre just busy, you leave a message. Only they wont call you back. So you drive in (at $5/gallon for gas mind you) only to be told they dont answer phones or have appointments, so youll be required to drive in in the mornings on a weekday (I was there at 9:07 on a Tuesday morning) and leave your truck, theyll eventually look at it, and then they will order parts. You then have to drive back in a couple of weeks to see if the parts are in, and then return a third time for them to be installed (again without appointments or phone calls). This is the very definition of bad service. Spend your money elsewhere!

2022-06-27I have purchased 3 new cars from liberty Chrysler. The 1st one was a different sales person, but the second 2 were both with “Suspender Troy”. He is very knowledgeable and super helpful with everything we needed. He was able to answer any questions we had. He is not pushy, very laid back and fun to deal with. I have already told him the info for the next vehicle we will be purchasing and we can’t wait to have him as our sales rep again.

2022-06-24I was in yesterday and ended up buying a beautiful Tahoe from Troy. If youre looking to buy a car, go talk to him. You will know it is him because he sports super cool suspenders! Most pleasant car buying experience ever! Im a tough sell and he was so patient and willing to fight to get us where we wanted to be as far as.price, etc. These days when good customer service seems to be lacking most times, Troy exemplified old fashion customer service...where you feel valued and that your business isappreciated. Go see him! You wontregret it!.

2021-06-13Just bought a 2017 BMW X3 from a gentleman named Seth Gorsuch. Really awesome man. Even though the trade value of my car was only 15k, he got to raise it up to 21k which has helped me a lot. Although there are minor issues with the BMW Seth is able to get it into repairs and make sure that what ever issues needed to be fixed, will be fixed. If you go there please mention my name.

2022-04-12Long wait time, I give 0 stars. Very unprofessional, the communication between the staff is very poor. Worst Dodge Jeep Ram and Chrysler location I have ever been too. The best one is Tallahassee, FL. Never had those problems there.
