Absolutely the best bra fitting I have ever had! Livi was so knowledgeable and polite. They offer so many sizes and styles it is amazing! The boutique is very clean and cute. I have always dreaded bra shopping but that was not the case today, I felt so comfortable and confident in almost every bra that Livi sized me to. Such a great team and an outstanding boutique! I will never go anywhere else to shop for bras.
I HAD to come write a review for this. I am super disproportionate— meaning my band is tiny and my breasts are huge. Since I was a teenager, I could never find the perfect fitting bra. I could never find my cup size in stores like VS. The only place I could ever find my cup size was cacique, but they never had a band small enough to fit my back. It was Either an okay fitting band and cup too small, or okay fitting cup and huge band.As soon as I walked into LiviRae yesterday, Livi greeted me and jumped right in to help me. She’s super cute and sweet and made me feel super comfortable. Even though she was working with several of us at once, I never felt ignored or left alone and she never seemed overwhelmed or stressed. She pretty much took one look at me and knew my size and exactly what styles suit my body. She even told me the awesome story about how LiviRae Lingerie came about all while giving several of us what felt like her undivided attention. This young lady is so helpful, sweet, informative & just all around amazing. She turned the most dreaded experience into a wonderful one for me. I will NEVER shop anywhere else for a bra ever again.
Wow Is all I can say, I am 47 years old and I had always bought my bras from regular stores, I found this store and thought to try it out. Molly came right up to me and my 14 year old daughter and within a sec told us she knew exactly what sizes we needed, then sure enough she was absolutely correct doing her fitting.I will only buy bras from here, they make you look thinner and thats a super plus for me . I really miss Rhonda she was the best bra fitter and gave great customer service. I was referred to Katie. Im very disappointed. I did everything virtually. She looked up the bra that I like to buy in my size and its out of stock. She offered to order it but I would have to wait up to 6 weeks to get! I advised Katie through text I would need to look at other options. She never set an appointment for me and she didnt call me the next day like she offered. There was no explination as to why the communication just stopped. Im so dissapointed. I love the products that LiviRae sales. The bras are of a superior quality and comfortable, but customer sevice has declined since Rhonda left. She was the best and I miss her! ...update July 7/09 as stated below Katie did reach back out. I cannot wait up to 6 weeks for a bra. I understand being short staffed, supply issues, and covid making difficult to meet demands. My employer is also short staffed therefore I am working mandatory overtime. I work in customer service. Katie did her best to try and rectify the issue however, I could not wait due to my work schedule for this purchase. I had a limited amount of time to go into the establishment after hearing the item would be on backorder. That really wasnt issue it was the poor communication
What an amazing bra fitting experience! I am English, and have been professionally fitted for bras ever since I was old enough to wear one. Here in the US, it is sadly not as easy to find good bra fitting places that also stock larger cup and band sizes in fun and interesting colors and designs. However, LiviRae’s hit the ball out of the park.The fitters were friendly and knowledgeable and the bras they selected for us were not only pretty, but also reasonably priced. I make it a point to seek out little boutiques like these because I have found that they tend to stock much more affordable lingerie than larger chains such as Rigby & Peller.From talking to the owners and hearing their story, it’s clear to me that they’re passionate about making beautiful and affordable lingerie available to women of all sizes.We came here from Savannah (while visiting family in Atlanta), and I’m so glad we checked this place out. Many Savannah ladies rave about it because Savannah is sadly lacking when it comes to such stores. It was my friend’s very first bra fitting experience, and she was blown away by how well fitting, uplifting and pretty her new bras are. We will both be back!
Absolutely love my bras and panties. Went for myself and ended up buying some for my Mom. The personal fitting and customer service exhibited from entry to exit. From Livi, to Monique (my one on one) to Molly the owner provided me and my Mom a wonderful experience. I cant wait to go back!!!!
Ive had ok fitting bras for years. After a fitting at a known place and really unsure on size I was told I was, and going with it for a while. I decided to give LiviRae a try. I live too far away to have an in person so I booked an appointment online. At appointment time Molly called me. We talked and we took measurements. And then Molly went to look for bras for me. I purchased and she sent them to me. Instructions come with it. I love my new bras. So I booked another visit with Molly to see more bras. And I bought more. Cant wait to get them. LiviRae Lingerie is a great place to buy bras!! The sales associate didnt need a tape measure to figure out my size!! She just walked in and looked at me and knew my size right away! Amazing! The customer service was great! My mom and I will be purchasing our bras here for now on!!
Visited with daughter and granddaughter who are challenged with finding their sizes. They signed in and was called within 5 minutes, and were out within 30 minutes with 8 perfect fitting bras. In the meantime, I was able to comfortably wait with a cup of tea and snack. We also received their professional advice on caring for our new and not so new lingerie. I’m in Texas, so I signed up for a virtual fitting. I chose Zoom, and Cynthia was very patient with me as it was my first time. She was very informative and answered my questions. It’s a process. I feel the shipping was in a timely manner. The communication was more than I expected. The quality was second to none.Most of the negative reviews I saw were obviously from people who didn’t read the instructions LiviRae Lingerie plainly states from the beginning. I went to buy for a friend of mine and I was running late to be there they let me in after they closed to make the purchase. So kind and professional going the extra mile that is how a business should be run . Courteous and kindness can buy you a lot and it doesnt cost a cent.
I took my daughter to LiviRae on the advice of one of my coworkers. She spoke very highly of them so I decided to give them a try. First impression, Instantly Greeted with a smile, but the place is really crowded. They are in much need of a place twice as large. Not much seating or browsing room. The upside, EVERYONE was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There also was a guy there playing the guitar, pretty cool. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we were taken to our fitting area, (not bad at all). Keely was the young lady who was sent to wait on my daughter. Keely was AWESOME!! She looked at my daughter, front and back, had my daughter push her girls up then guesstimated what size she was. She came back with a couple of bras and the very first one she tried on was on the money! I was impressed!!👍🏼. Some of their bras were a little pricey, but well worth it. Keely was very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant personality. My daughter adored her and appreciated her expertise. She fitted my daughter with the perfect bras for her double Js. We wanted one regular bra and one sports bra. Keely explained in detail, the ins and outs of finding the perfect fit. My daughter was soooo happy with her new bra, she actually wore it out of the store and threw the old one away. I recommend LiviRae to anyone looking for the perfect fit bra. Keely, thank you girl! I had my virtual fitting with Molly May 20. It was the most comfortable fitting ever! She is down to earth, and such a fun person. And a fellow leopard fan! She is AMAZING!! She knew my measurements before I could even say it out loud!!! I recommend everyone head to LiviRae to get a proper fitting, your girls will thank you! I cannot wait to get more bras( and some cute/sexy panties)
I live in the far north..far far north in Canada. Its impossible to find comfortable well fitting bras in Canada, and I have had to settle for bras that were ill fitting and uncomfortable. Then I discovered Livirae and for the first time in years, I can wear a bra without rushing home to remove it. Not only is it comfortable but it gives me a better shape and the bra is so pretty . The staff are wonderful and even though my dealings have been online, I am given the same service as if I was shopping in store. Customer service is exceptional.

Im a lover of all things 90-Day Fiance and after seeing in the Bares All Mollys assessment of Rebeccas bra-size and the difference a properly fitting bra made on Rebecca I knew I had to book a virtual appointment!My virtual appointment went great. They were professional, courteous, and provided a lot of fun bra options for me to look at. I was a little hesitant because I was wearing a 36C and she recommended a 36FF, however when the bras came yesterday they fit perfectly.This is my first bra fitting as an adult and I had no idea this is how a bra was supposed to fit! The $25 to hold your virtual fitting, which then goes towards the bras you purchase, is worth it! I feel like a million bucks and all of my tops fit better.Thanks guys!!! Id give 10 stars if I could. :)
Good experience. Booked an appointment, wasn’t expecting there to be a deposit but I appreciate that half went towards my purchase. They fitted me quickly, gave me a variety of bras to try on, and I actually walked out with 4 great choices and some knowledge. Took away a star because they weren’t as personal as I thought they would be, just kind of got me in and out.
I pre-purchased a bra from them that needed to be a custom fit. They took measurements and made adjustments. Came in two weeks later to pick up and it was so extremely tight around my ribs. I felt like I couldn’t breathe. They suggested I must have gained weight. Reality is they took wrong measurements. They refused to fix or give my money back. Poor customer service….lesson learned.
I wanted to take a minute and write a review of Livirae Lingerie in Kennesaw, Georgia. They are fantastic. Since I live too far away to get to the store we did a virtual fitting and the staff and Molly and Cynthia, the owners, could not have been nicer. I have always had a problem trying to find a bra that fits. I ordered 4 and cant wait to get them. Their customer service is second to none. If I have any issues with the fit they will work with me until I get it right. What a pleasure it was talking to everyone. Where have they been all my life? They have a customer for life. I like my bras, I dont love them. I expected them to fit better considering I spent so much time with the young girl helping me. They are too tight around, I was hoping they would relax but they havent, I have even lost a few pounds since my fitting. Also I have spillage over my cup. I have really large breasts and cannot buy bras from just anywhere. I will probably go back and tell them my concerns with a more experienced bra specialist.
Made my online purchase. Received an email, stating the shipping label has been created. Ive been tracking this for weeks. USPS says, still waiting for item. Ive emailed them. NO RESPONSE! Ive called, No answer, I had to leave a voice mail. NO CALL BACK. Went to PayPal and started my claim. LiviRae rectified the problem and shipped out another one with fast shipping. Thank you for fixing the issue
I did an online consultation with Katie, when she assessed the size I needed I thought she had chosen a size way to big. I normally buy a 34dd and she put me in a 36g. The bras fit perfect. LiviRae Lingerie has earned my business for life and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Katie was super professional and friendly and made the experience a breeze.
I had a great experience with Christie. She set me straight with the bra size I needed and explained the rationale behind the fitting. During checkout there was a mix up with payment that Monic sorted out and I was able to utilize my gift card that I had purchased a year prior. I am definitely going to frequent LiviRae for bras. I was fitted for two bras by Keely, she was so sweet and informative! She knew immediately what I needed and what was right for me (turns out I was 3 cup sizes too small with a band that was too big). My new bras fit great and have helped with my JJ cup back pain. I walked into the nail shop this morning. A lady walked up to me and ask me if she could ask me a very personal question? I said sure.She said I dont mean to be rude or embarrass you but, your are a big busted woman, what brand bra do you wear, I ask because your breast look very well support and nice. I said honestly I dont remember the brand but, I ordered a couple bras from Livie Raes Lingerie store in Georgia. I said they are well worth the $s. Obviously, the bras hold up.Anyway, I wrote down the name of your shop and gave her the 2 phone #s I have to reach you. Explained how wonderful Molly was and the virtual fitting. My daughter Corey treated me to a super fun day today at LiviRae. We were greeted by a lovely lady Trina that was the best host ever! She’s a great people person. (She also owns a salon next door. Will have to visit her shop soon. Her shop is Hair Artisans of Atlanta) The sitting area had anything you wanted while waiting for your appt. Saw Molly first. She came up & greeted us. She was so upbeat & what a great personality. She spend a good bit of time talking to my daughter. My daughter had brought them a thank you gift. Next we were greeted by Cynthia. She is the cutest!! Also a bubbly wonderful personality. She fitted my daughter first. Brought in several bras for her. I was next up & Cynthia brought in a few for me. She knows her stuff! It’s like she can look at your breast and know your size. She definitely has a gift. The whole time we were in the dressing room, we were laughing and having a great time. There were about 10 people in the shop but these ladies made you feel like you were their only customer. They never rushed us. Cynthia paid close attention to detail and respected your likes and dislikes. I don’t like wire and she found me the perfect bra. This is the first time I’m ever been fitted properly. This was definitely the best mother/daughter day we’ve had in a long time. Thank you Molly, Cynthia and Trina. Had such a good time.
They are such lovely people and so supporting! I’m always having a hard time finding a bra size that fits correctly and comfortably, thanks to the store I no longer have to struggle. Their specialists are always so hopeful and focused on your wants and needs. They will never make you feel uncomfortable.
This store is amazing! Clean with a variety of sizes. Yes, they have been on the radio and pride themselves in plus-sized lingerie, but they also have regular daily-wear (and in petite sizes.) Because their bras last a long time I only have to go once a year and 2016-2020 were all successful trips. The employees are super knowledgeable about their products, offer suggestions, and fittings. During covid, fittings are easily scheduled online by time and employee :)
I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and have been wearing sports bras almost 24/7 since. My daughter brought me to LiviRae’s today to finally buy some new bras. I will be coming back. I had a wonderful fitter, Simerly. She had worked with many mastectomy/reconstruction patients in the past. Simerly was so professional. I was so comfortable and she brought me so many options. My daughter was with me and she also received a fitting and was pleased with her options as well. The entire staff was wonderful. We were greeted immediately and by the time we left we felt like old friends. I highly recommend this store.
I had such high hopes for my fitting and experience with LiviRae and I have been left feeling just as frustrated and uncomfortable as I was before my appointment. I felt like I was just another number they were shuffling through as quickly as possible and my complaints werent really being heard. Had I done my research before and known they dont accept returns (only exchanges) I never would have made an appointment or ordered any bras. After multiple emails with different people, I am left with $180 worth of Bras that I dont like and dont fit me well. I have the same complaints as I did with every other bra I have owned.I think they have a good concept but they have gotten too big to handle and instead of no longer taking new customers, they pack their schedule and run themselves so thin that their customer service and things they are known for (fitting someone by looking at them for example) have been pushed aside.All of that aside, everyone I spoke with was very nice and if I lived local, I would probably give them another shot. However, I will not order from them again via their website.
So I recently had a virtual fitting with Cynthia, after watching 90 day fiancée Bares All on Discovery+ I saw what a difference getting the right size bra makes. Cynthia was on time and absolutely wonderful. Not only did she get me in the right cup size, but the 2 bras she sent me fit like a dream. Hands down the most comfortable bras I have ever worn. I cant Thank these women enough. Highly recommended and 1 very happy customer
I love this boutique as they have a large variety of plus size and bustier items as well as great service and they respect your privacy though I did see a man in there the first time I went, which wasnt too bad though I would prefer there were no men. Top quality and fitting at reasonable matching. They also can order some things in larger sizes. I went in to pick up an order and was pleased to order my sissy something in her size as well.
I have been a LiviRae customer for close to 9 years and will never go anywhere else. Gone are the days of trying on endless bras at the stores and having wires poking me. Cynthia helped me on my most recent trip. She listened to what I was looking for and brought out tons of options for me. I walked away with bras, panties and some lingerie. All bras I have gotten from LiviRae have held up well and never had an issue with a wire coming out. I love coming in and finding 6+ items that fit within 30 minutes. Lifelong customer for sure!
Just had my second virtual fitting and love LiviRae Lingerie. I always have had a hard time finding the right fitting bra, even with fittings and other stores. I am in love with their recommendations and fits. Amazing g they were able to be so accurate over a virtual fitting.
I did a virtual fitting with Molly she was amazing, great customer service. The bra I was sent fits amazing. I have had issues finding the correct fit. My band is big around my ribs and usually the cup sizes is too big so I have a huge gap or bras look like granny bras. I want a particular sports bra that doesnt come in my size so it will be customized to fit my ribs.I will be a repeated customer. I highly recommend. I have tried other plus size brands such as torrid, lane bryant. I even tried VS when I was younger and none of these have fit properly or have been comfortable.I say give it a try. They know what they are doing.
After seeing all the raving reviews, I thought I would come here to get a proper fitting. While I will say the fitting was good and my bra feels like it actually fits, they had hardly any bras in my size. Im a 28DDD so Im pretty small in the band and I would say about average in the cup so I get that my size isnt extremely popular. However, since livirae lingerie says that they fit any bust and seem as if they want to be size inclusive, it was really disappointing for them to have hardly any bras in my size. I felt I was just choosing the best out of a few bras that I didnt really like. Theyre probably great if youre larger busted but I will most likely not be going back.
Simerly did a great job and was very nice and not at all pushy about what to buy. She answered my questions honestly and didnt make me feel at all uncomfortable even though Im a plus size woman. They had many sizes and colors available in different styles. I just wished they had prices on their products.
Amazed as soon as I walked in the door! I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. I was about 25 minutes early for my appointment and they went ahead and got my started anyway. My consultant was Katie and she was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable about their products. She made me feel so comfortable, she asked questions and really listened. She brought so many different options. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and was left alone to look over all the options. I ended up purchasing 2 regular bras, 1 sports bra and the laundry detergent. I was even impressed with the way the staff spoke to each other and to customers on the phone. My husband was with me and they were very kind to him as well. LiviRae has my business for life!!
All I can say is WOW. I came in to LiviRae looking for some help on my wedding day lingerie to wear under my dress.... Needless to say, it had been a long day of let downs after going from Davids bridal, the mall, etc. and finding absolutely nothing!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with Keely. She had spoke to me on the phone and was ready to help me try on a bunch of different things. I had my own dressing room ready and she was very attentive and conscious of what I was looking for in a bustiae! I found the perfect color and size. The stockings I had wanted to wear with it were not there in my size, but Keely was able to arrange to order them for me. I got a call a week later letting me know they were ready for pick up. I cant express how easy this process was with the consultants at LiviRae. Thank you guys so much!!!!
Wow! LiviRae Lingerie literally blew me away!!! I’m still amazed by how wonderful and professional Keely was. She truly made the experience incredible with her bubbly personality and unbelievable expertise. When she told me my size without even taking my measurements, I was like no way. I took home the first bra she put on me! Don’t walk, RUN to livirae lingerie to feel absolutely confident and comfortable in your new bra!
I am currently 26 weeks pregnant. I’ve measured myself to the best of my ability and can tell I’ve gone up a size or two. My back between my shoulder blades has been bothering me a lot with the bras I ordered trying to size myself from other vendors, so tonight I decided I would come by for then to measure me and try some more supportive bras on. I only had 30 mins since I have birth class at 6. I walk in and there are 3 employees there and I ask the one behind the counter if I could get measured for a nursing bra. She tells me “There is going to be a little bit of a wait, an hour plus.” Its 5:30. They are suppose to close at 6. I told her I could not wait I had class. So another one of the workers offers to grab me a bra to take home, but if it didn’t work I would have to return it in 15 days. Well that just defeats the whole purpose of coming to a physical store is to walk out with the proper size. Plus, I do not live in Kennesaw. I live in Rome a 1 hr 10 min drive. I just find it very frustrating to be pregnant and uncomfortable and unable to get any help. I cried when I got back in the car with my husband. Not only can I not try clothes on during my pregnancy, but now I just have to suffer because no one can take the time to help me. It is just very disheartening and frustrating in such a vulnerable situation.
I enjoy the knowledge my customer service lady had. Every minute I felt like she really had my best interest at heart. After getting home I was a little dissatisfied with 1 of the 3 purchases and have called emailed and left voice mails with out receiving anything in return! LADIES THIS MATTERS TO! It’s how you get returning clients!
I am beyond disappointed 😔 i’ve watched these women on TV and believed that they really had an understanding of women and our bra needs …… well THEY DONT! I ordered and overplayed for 2 bras from them. I will never make this mistake again. The first one squeaks! You read right, with every move it makes a little squeaky noise. That was fun to explain to a room full of people during a meeting who were trying to figure out what the noise was.🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ including my boss … i was beyond embarrassed. The other offers zero support and the sides are so poorly constructed that it gives you this weird like skin fold on the sides. I wasted over $100 believing these women, don’t make the same mistake I did. Go purchase your bras somewhere else.
I did a zoom thing Cynthia she was nice but I really dont think I am a F. The biggest size I have ever been is a D. I asked if they dont fit what do I do??? She said I could exchange them. So I will let you know how it goes once they arrive.I just need to take pictures wearing the bars. I heard about them by watching their show awhile back and I hope these bras fit and look good on me.
My first time ordering from this business was irritating. I placed an order and after time went by, the company failed to send me a notification as to why my order was being delayed. After a few months went by, I finally received my order. The quality of the bras is terrible and theyre OVERPRICED. I could find a better quality bra elsewhere for far less money. I watch the owners on TLC often and thought Id like to purchase a bra 😡 Wish I had listened to my daughter when she said from the beginning that this company sells poor quality bras. I definitely would not recommend this business.
This store has the best customer service of any shoppe i have ever been in. I was helped by so many wonderfully encouraging women that were so knowledgeable and confident that I left feeling confident myself. I didnt feel judged in any way and was treated so well. Im a life time customer now and truly appreciate the staff here at Livi Rae.
I pop into this store when Im in the Atlanta area because they have an amazing selection of bras for large busted women. The products are of exceptional quality and beautiful although a bit pricey. The staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable.The only negative is they charge a 3.5 percent fee if you use a credit card.
As a shy and timid person I was afraid to go. I am so thankful for the new confidence that Monique gave me and the knowledge she shared about bras. Like many other reviewers I saw Molly on 90 Day Fiancé (incidentally my favorite program ever) fit Rebecca with a bra by just looking at her. She said she had this amazing “power”. I was like, “all right let’s see if you truly have this power”. I booked a virtual fitting with Molly herself. She was so professional and the fitting was super easy. She confidently proclaimed that I’ve been wearing a bra that was too wide in the band and too small in the cup. There was no hesitation in her assessment. I was hopeful but still a bit skeptical. I’ve had an in person fitting at a boutique bra shop in N.J.in the past. Sadly, the bras from N.J. were more like medieval torture devices. I lost hope of ever finding a comfortable bra.Well, Molly and Livirae are a Godsend! I received my bras within the week of my fitting. When I opened the box I was shocked to see such big cups staring back at me. “Surely these will never fit me. She must have made a mistake”. I tried on the bras and discovered to my surprise that 2 of the 3 bras did indeed fit perfectly. The third seemed close but not quite right. I emailed Molly as instructed on the sheet included in the order to tell her I think I needed a different size on the 3rd bra. After sending her pics of me in the bra she instructed me in how to arrange “the girls”, lower the strap and band and let her know if that made a difference. It made ALL the difference. I have waited almost a full month to write this review because I didn’t want to celebrate too soon. I can tell you I LOVE my new bras. They are so feminine and fit perfectly. I can’t wait to put them on in the morning. They make me feel “pretty” even in sweats (my new uniform during the last year). Most importantly, I used to get neck pain and have pins and needles down my arm due to the pressure of the ill fitting bras I used to wear. No more! Thank you Molly and the staff at Livirae! I had a very bad experience. I had a “virtual fitting “ scheduled with Katie about 3.5 weeks ago. 2 minutes before the appointment she texted me saying that she is running late and Christi will start taking care of me. They said to have a measuring tape during the appointment for the fitting, which I had. I was asked 2 questions, showed a few options and was never measured assuming that since they all have a lot of experience they would know what they are talking about. When I received the bras they were the wrong size. I emailed Katie right away as it said on the letter that came in the package with the bras, however I have never received a response. Then I texted her and a week later she responded that it’s not a problem and she will take care of the exchange. I waited for 3 days again with no response and am still waiting. I was very disappointed and would not recommend their services to anyone.
The staff is courteous, professional, and patient to make sure youre sized properly and comfortable. You have to be prepared to spend, 😅 but for me, what I paid was worth it for a good fit and quality products. There can be a wait, so dont go if youre in a rush. I left happy, so I recommend it.
I made an appointment for my roommate who has a massive chest and has never been properly sized. This meant poor support and her back is always hurting. I had seen the show Double Divas and knew that Molly was excellent at sizing people.We arrived a half hour early for a 1:45pm appointment. The place is small and intimate and very busy. We were greeted at the door and allowed to step inside and wait in a small waiting area. They provide free water and coffee compliments of a Keurig. The music is fun and energetic. There is plenty of art and lingerie pieces to keep you entertained while you wait.I happened to need to use the restroom due to the fact that we drove over 2 hours to get here. I was shown to the room and it was amazing. They had lotion, air freshener, panty liners and lots of other necessities for ladies. This place truly tailors to women.After my restroom break, my roommate and I were shown to a cozy private curtained area. I had made the appointment with Molly herself knowing her skill from that show. With their popularity, it did take awhile for her to be freed up to see us, but it was worth every minute of the wait. So please, if you make an appointment, dont be in a rush.Once she stepped in with us, Molly had her take her shirt and bra off and immediately took off to find her the proper size. She didnt need measuring tape or anything. She came back less than 2 minutes later with a handful of bras. Every single one of them fit her perfectly. From the first try. It took Molly less than 10 minutes to set her up. I helped her pick some amazing colors and styles out, and we were done!!I would highly recommend this shop to any and all women, no matter your breast size, shape or even issues (such as medical).
Today was my first visit to LiviRae. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time just in case. My fitting specialist was Katie and she was PHENOMENAL! She looked at me once and off she went grabbing the perfect size. It was like magic. She continuously brought different style and color options. I’ve never had a bra that truly fit, so this was an exciting experience. They have everything imaginable undergarment-wise, and that just scratches the surface. I felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment I stepped foot in the door to the time I left. I will definitely be back!
I purchased a bra from this store purely because my size had gone up and I was unsure of fit. Plus I had always been a livirae lingerie buyer since I was 15. However not anymore. I purchased and wore out a bra on Sunday and the wire popped out after TWO DAYS. I called and they said I would come in for a replacement. I walked in and they mishandled me from the get go. Kristie or Kristin came at me with attitude and hostility from the moment I walked in. As if I had not been a fair customer about the situation. They said I was not allowed to walk out with the bra after I got my exchange one on. I believed I was coming in to get an exchange for my bad one they said otherwise. To be precise that it was MY FAULT. So I had to buy ANOTHER one. Seems like really shady business ethics that over the phone I was led to believe I was getting a replacement and instead I had to purchase another one. I was told by Cynthia the OWNER herself that I was out of my mind for thinking I was getting a replacement for the faulty product for free. As if my bust size and daily use of TWO days was responsible for the bra breaking. I bought from Amazon the same bra for years and had NEVER had the wire come out after TWO days. Speaks of the quality that is now LiviRae Lingerie.
This place is awesome! I’ve been going here for years to get bras for my side and always been able to get great ones. My trip today was the best yet. Caroline was my fitter and I’ve never had a better fitter. She was patient and super nice, making sure I was happy with what she brought and not making me feel bad about not liking something. The next time I’m there, I will be requesting her as a fitter. She was marvelous!
I am pretty disappointed that a bra I purchased after only a few months of wear the wire popped out and now it is unwearable. I reached out via email to see if anything could be done about that and haven’t heard back I even emailed again and still nothing very very disappointed in a place I was so exited to buy from.
I went, originally because I loved the show. I bought bras because the person who helped me realized quickly that I knew proper bra fitting and their selection for larger cups was fantastic.Its crowded, and can be loud. Make an appointment, an absolute must, especially on a weekend, and know that it takes forever to get through the traffic light off of the highway into their strip. If youre not wearing a professionally fitted bra, theyll look, evaluate and try some different sizes on. They will touch your breasts and make sure youre in the correct size bra. If you dont want them to touch you, or have any concerns, be upfront with them. Expect that theyll move quickly, since theyre half hour slots.
It is amazing what a good bra will do for you. I bought 4 bras 5 years ago and just now replacing them. The ladies are so wonderfully helpful. They get you in the right size and show you the right way to put a bra on. They also have beautiful bras for larger sizes and sexy lingerie.
Very helpful staff! A little bit easy to get overwhelmed, though.Great selection and the bra sizing is respectful and easy. Nice that youd only need an appointment on weekends. I was helped as soon as I walked in on a weekday. Definitely worth the trip for good selection and service!
My virtual video appointment was very helpful! I had no idea if a bra fitting virtually can be effective! I was so proven wrong! With a proven expert, you certainly will get ideally fitted for a perfect fitted bra! I felt so comfortable and enjoyed the experience! My bra just came in and the color, the material and fit is phenomenal. I am so excited that I can shop in a different state and still get the amazing bras and consultations by proven experts. Molly’s knowledge surpasses anyone I have come across in my lifetime! She addressed all my problem areas and I love her amazing personality! I just had another virtual appointment and we went over how to properly put on a bra - wooww I am so impressed - I learned so much! I visited Woodstock Ga last week, and was excited to get sized properly for new bras. It was so easy to get an appointment, and Caroline was awesome! Im 55 and for the first time in my life, I was sized CORRECTLY. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to have help me. The prices were lower than I expected and the experience made me smile all day! I will be ordering again and again online, and look forward to visiting again when I return to Woodstock. LOVE LOVE LOVE my new bras! After gaining significant weight I was unable to find a comfortable bra anywhere. Even the plus size clothing stores sold me bras that had me readjusting the girls all day; apparently I am a DD and two other stores sold me Bs and Cs... I have only had my new bras for 9 hours but Im already prepared to burn every single one of my old bras! These women really know their stuff, my fitter took one look at me and 5 minutes later I was in the most comfortable bra Ive ever worn, on the first try. Definitely not the cheapest undergarments Ive ever owned but you get what you pay for, and so far these are worth every penny.
I had to exchange a bra from a virtual fitting. I had been communicating by email with Katie. Great communication. I had the pleasure of a fitting by Ashley. She was awesome. So nice. We drove three and a half hours but it was so worth it. We found the problem with the other bra, found the correct size, and Katie came in to introduce herself to me in person and give me a hug. She even remembered to share I have fibromyalgia so to make sure there was no rubbing, pinching, etc. because I wouldnt be able to stand it. I thought that was so thoughtful. I ended up buying the wash and two more bras. My old bras were two sizes too big around and two cups too small.....
Horrible experience... went to get handsfree pumping bras to use at work. Got fitted and paid $200. Picked up the bras and the alterations made converted my bras into a nursing bra, which I did not want. I explained that to the staff and was told they do not do that type of alteration but I could bring the bras back and get them converted back to a normal bra. I dont need normal bras I needed pumping bras. I would have NEVER spent this much money if I knew they could not help me! They said sorry for the confusion but they would not let me return the bras for a refund and get any money back. I will NEVER come back to this business... I feel very taken advantage of. Poor business practice LiviRae. Do not spend your money here.
This was such an amazing experience, ESPECIALLY with the current pandemic going on. I’ve always been a fan of the show Double Divas. Now seeing my ladies on 90day Pillow Talk, I knew it was meant for me to go and treat my “DOUBLE DIVAS” to meeting and being fitted by these beauties. It was ALL that and some might I add. I traveled from Covington, Ga to Kennesaw and was NOT DISAPPOINTED. From the atmosphere, to the staff, the gorgeous selections of merchandise, the vibe was ALL I thought it would be. I LOVE my new bras and definitely will be back to treat my DOUBLE DIVAS very soon! I’ve been spreading the word to all my ladies with ANY breast size. They do not discriminate on making you’re breast feel well appreciated. I made a comment to the young lady who was checking me out that, we constantly treat ourselves with Nail & Hair days, forgetting our BREAST actually need to be loved and adored also! I love this store! I found it about 10 years ago when looking for a bra that would fit my teenage daughter. From the begininng, the ladies working here seemed to find this not so much a chore, but an opportunity to help females (regardless of age) find the bra that would enhance the look and give more confidence to each customer. They are kind, enthusiatic, and patient, because finding that right look and fit in a bra no matter what size, is not always easy!
I ended up finding the perfect strapless bra here but it took a little doing. My first fitting was on a very busy Sunday and I think the girl who helped me was very rushed. So she wasnt able to give me quality service and I ended up with a bra that was one cup size too large. I thought maybe I was mistaken and it would look better when I got home and put the Flirt inserts in that the girl told me would look great. They do look good in other bras, but in this one they looked fake. After thinking about it I decided to call the store and go back in. I had torn the tags off but still had them and they were fine with that. I came back in today, got one a cup size smaller that fit perfectly and am completely satisfied! So my advice would be to take your time. Just because they are rushed doesnt mean you have to be. Really think about it, then get what you feel is the right size for you, regardless of what you are told. If it feels wrong, it is wrong.
I went at the start of the year and never got around to posting a review. I loved the experience and the woman who fitted me was very nice although she doesnt work there anymore. When I asked Christi for help she was very rude and the bra I bought squeaks when I move. I paid $70 for a bra that makes noise and digs into me all day
I was referred by my cousin. So elated to be there. To be educated properly about cup size and accommodating band size, made me feel better. Katie sized me perfectly. It was worth the hour drive, my time, and the costs to get good supportive excellent fit for me bras
If you want a great bra fitting especially if you wear a hard to find size, go to LiviRae. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. I drive almost 2 hours 1 way to shop there. This trip I met the owners who used to have their own show called Double Devas. Great experience over all.
Great customer service! staff members are personable, knowlegeable, helpful, professional, & just plain nice! boutique bras are hands down better for me than discount retail brands. buying their gift cards when theyre half price makes their lingerie fit my budget. livirae lingerie, aka double divas, rock!
Me and my other Momma came down for a girls trip all the way from Tennessee to be fitted and to course see Molly!!! She is an absolute doll and we love her!!! The girls that helped us were all wonderful to help in anyway! We will definitely be back and maybe see Cynthia next time!! Love u girls!!!
First of all, they do a visual as far as measuring a person. Not sure at all how they can come up with any sizes exactly. But I put my trust in them and the employees. I purchased two bras from them, and neither fit. Unfortunately, one never knows how a bra will feel simply by trying on the bra. I am currently wearing a bra at least one cup size too big and no, I have not lost weight. The other bra fitted so badly, I trashed it seeing as I couldnt return it, the one I am wearing today, will go in the trash as soon as I get home. For the amount they charge you for a bra, you can go to any dept store and get twice as many bras.Update- Kailey from the store actually called me today to discuss my issues with their bras. For her to take the time to call and actually listen to my problems was refreshing in this day and time.Thank you for the call.
My wife, daughter, and I visited LiviRaes after we were never able to find the right bra for my daughter. She thought shed be intimidated as a teenager going through a fitting, but the salesperson made it so quick and non intimidating.Her bras may be the most expensive weve ever purchased, but to see the smile on my daughters face was well worth it.UPDATE: I returned on 4.19.18 because once we knew her cup size we bought my daughter some bras online. Thumbs down!!! They may have been the same size and claimed to be the same fit, they were not! I immediately contacted the company and sent the bras back. The next day I made my way back to LiviRaes. The team was great again, gave me personalised attention, and I walked out with more undergarments for my daughter. Well worth the cost!
The Double Divas!! Theyre the greatest for sure. Their staff are always eager to attend to my wife and daughters needs. And although its a womens boutique they always make me feel welcome. Molly is a character indeed! Reservations arent necessary but a good consideration. If youre a lady with particular needs and sizing issues its worth the trip and the money... take care of the girls you wont find better support for them!!
I guess my expectations were too high. I have been hard to fit my entire adult life. I wore the same brand for close to 30 years. I have very large breasts, I did not expect to look like a lingere model nor did I expect to be treated like a high dollar client at an exclusive boutique. I do expect to be treated nicely and with respect. I am over 40 and have not been a girl for a long time. Being called Girly numerous times by the staff is unprofessional. I also felt that I was burdening your staff when I asked to try different styles or didnt like the fit. I am sorry but the under wire is not supposed to poke you in the arm or poke out of the front of your clothing. I appreciate the young lady asking for help, however I felt very uncomfortable in your too small robe and having to go through 3 fitters to finally have a senior fitter come in toward the end of my visit. I did purchase two bras, one I went home with one is on order. I am on day 3 of my new bra and it does not fit properly. The cups bunch under my breast and the band is rolling up in the back. I wish after spending two hours with 3 consultants you had just told me you could not help me and I need to have custom bras made. I hope you can use this information to better equip your staff with compassion and respect for us large hard to fit ladies. I would return to your shop to resolve these issues, however I live 5 hours away. Disappointed in Tallahassee

I came in from out of town after hearing some recommendations. I was hoping to be fitted for a bra but the consultant just eyeballed me and brought about 5 bras (all the wrong size). I ended up settling for 2 that didn’t fit well because I was told that the bra would “form to my body”. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I do applaud them on making my exchange easy and taking it even past the due date (holiday season and living 4 hours away). However, the bras that I ended up with are pretty uncomfortable and still don’t fit correctly (I asked to be measured the second time around and was told that they don’t do measurements). I still have to wear them everyday because they were a little pricey. For women who need a custom sized bra this place seemed great... just don’t go if you want to be measured and fitted.
Sales lady didnt even tell me her name I asked to be fitted for a bra like four times and she said I was about a dd cant believe I was about to spend $200 plus with them and they treated me like that. They definitely wont be getting me money thats for sure! Had a whole corset outfit I was about to purchase and I put it all back... its a shame because I really liked the corset but I wont spend my money where its not appreciated!
Really bummed! Walked in and waited patiently in line for someone to measure me... was told give them just a few mins and she would help me. She brought me to a waiting room and closed the curtain and said someone would come help me. After 15 minutes and no one coming to check on me I left and no one even noticed or acknowledged me! Really disappointed because I planned on buying two bras because I heard such good things. I was in your store for close to 30 minutes and couldn’t get fitted. This is not an exaggeration.
The customer service has declined drastically in the past four years.👎Two months ago, I had a hole in my bra and the women told me it was just a small hole, so dont worry about it. Then, last Saturday the wait was horrendous, but excepted for a Saturday. However, they no longer fit people instead they assume sizes, rush people and the customer service is terrible. During my fitting I told the women that I had all of the bras that she was showing me. Yet, she still pushed the same bras to me, and I hate the bras with the straps that stick out and the same old goddess bras that you can find anywhere. When I told her that I had already purchased four of the same bras that she was trying to sell me, she said, Girl, thats all weve got. Wow!!! Ive been shopping here since I got married in 2015. I have tons of basic lingerie and random stuff from here like bathing suits, countless jewlery pieces, purses, the powder detergent, $200 dollar panty and bra sets and even books from this place. I dont shop here because of the quality, but because Ive always loved the experience, and I wanted to support the business. My husband knows that I used to love this place so much that he would always buy me the gift certicates, so much that he even gets the alerts on his telephone. Nevertheless, last Saturday will be my last visit. I just ended up getting the bra that I hate, bed room slippers, underwear and a little bag, just to spend yet another gift certificate that he had bought me. I guess Ill be returning to Intimates or just buying my bras on Amazon. Apparently, livi rae and Amazon have the same wholesaler, as the goddess bras are all the same and cheaper on Amazon. Well atleast I can avoid the bad customer service!!!!
I live in Saint Augustine, FL and there are no shops that sell bras for people with breasts that are my size. I was excited to to get to go into the shop that was made famous for helping big chested girls out. The experience in store was a little underwhelming. They bring you to a dressing room, tell you to get down to your bra and then leave you there for 10 minutes or so while whoever youre waiting for gets to you. Its mildly uncomfortable. They then come in, have you take your bra off and then disappear for a bit, leaving you topless for however long that takes. Then a bunch of bras are brought in, none of which fit right because surprise surprise they dont have your cup size in store. So they do what other companies do to sell you their product, go up in the band. Then youre left in the fitting room with a million options of bras that are all different sizes, and its a little overwhelming. You think to yourself well this is my one chance to get some bras that fit, so Ill splurge.I purchased two bras, a bathing suit top, and a strapless to be sewn into the bathing suit top. They were going to alter one of the bras and sew the strapless into the top and send it to me. I spent nearly 300 dollars, and left feeling a little uneasy, but hopeful.Yet here I am with two new bras that slide up my back, one of which was supposed to be altered so that it fit me correctly. I paid extra for this, and it fits the same as in the store. I also have a bathing suit top that probably cost more than a hundred dollars, a stitch is already coming undone, and they sewed the bra into it lopsided so that the seam that is supposed to be in the center of your breasts is an inch over into my left breast. I am extremely disappointed.I know that I went on a busy day, but I expected so much more from this experience. I guess Ill be playing the guessing game and buying from Amazon from now on.
Definitely an interesting experience. I visited LiviRae with my mom, and she ended up finding a few things to take home. I was pleased with the professional fitting, but I dont like not being able to choose what I would like to try on. If the show room were bigger with a more extensive selection, I think itd be great! However, I dont think the space would permit this.If you need to get fitted for a bra professionally, this is the place to go.
FANTASTIC. Bri and Kristie were amazing to us . They helped me and my mother find things we would just love for my moms upcoming special day . We even got to meet Molly and she was one of the most amazing and humble people you’ll ever meet . Even though we drove all the way from Decatur not one drop of gas was wasted . It was worth the drive . We were treated with such grace and I felt like my dollar was valued here . We both got fitted for a bra as well as a bustier and they made me feel sexy . I tried on a bra and even when my breast milk started leaking through they didn’t make me feel bad about it . I got that bra needless to say lol
Do NOT patronize this establishment! I have been a customer there for years and never had a problem until now. I have NEVER been so profiled, patronized and treated so ugly; thanks CYNTHIA. The way she TREATED me was the straw. What a shame seeing that she is one of the owners. This is a prime example surrounding some of the issues we are having in the world today. They may have retained me as a customer had she TREATED me differently. I REFUSE to continue to spend my TIME and MONEY in an establishment that lacks customer focus and questions my integrity as a hard-working, God-fearing woman. ESPECIALLY from the top. What?!?! No way. Thats okay though....this customer they do not have to worry about anymore NOR ALLL of the other customers that I have sent their way. You cannot treat people any kind of way and expect to be blessed. It doesnt work that way.
Hi yall! We were visiting Georgia from Texas and made it a must to visit Livi Rae! Everyone was so helpful from the moment we walked in! I recently had breast augmentation and could not find a bra that fit properly. Christi was so sweet and was able to fit me in some very sexy bras! I was able to buy one practical everyday bra and one sexy one with matching panties! My new girls looked so GOOD!(I was a bit hestitant of visiting the store after reading some of the unfavorable reviews but we personally had a positive experience) So happy we made the trip. They were even able to fit my Momma! We are two Perky Texans! Thank you!
I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted immediately with warm and friendly smiles from the staff. The person helping me, Kiosha, really listened and was very personable. She even found me some bras on clearance so I could buy two! Loved the customer service and I have two bras that fit. I will definitely be back for more!
I went on a Sunday, and it was busy, so I waited patiently to be taken back to the fitting room. The associate was in such a hurry that she didnt even measure me, just told me what size I was and proceeded to put me in the tightest and most uncomfortable bras I have ever worn. When I asked about how tight they were and how I was having difficulties breathing, I was told that they had to fit this tight so once washed and worn they wouldnt loosen. I bought her reasoning and 2 bras for over $200!! I went home (living over 2 hours away) and was only able to wear one of them 5 minutes! When I took off the bra, my skin was welted, red, and in serious pain from the high under-wire in between my breasts. I called and asked to speak with the manager since I was told I could not get refunded, and WOW were the associates rude! I never once got a call back from the manager/ owner as requested and told by the associates. I called several times and never could get anyone to assist me. I was not going to drive over 2 hours one way for an exchange when they wouldnt assist me properly the first time or over the phone. Also the bra I never even wore and tags still on it has a seam that is undone and if I pulled even a bit, forget washing, the whole thing would unravel. UPSET, OVER PAID, DONT FIT, WORST BRAS OF MY LIFE!!!!
HORRIBLE, horrible, horrible. They claim on the site they professionally fit bras. I went in and instead of actually having me try several sizes or measuring, they simply hurriedly tried one and said that was the correct fit.When I wore it for a couple of hours it cut into my skin. I took the bras back and they exchanged them, however, still no professional fit!!!! They claim they do the fit by eyeball. What is that about.Anyway, unfortunately, I accepted that only to get home and find one of the bras has a seam pulled. Utterly useless.I took both back and demanded a refund only to get a response that they only did store credits.If i was trying to return for some frivolous reason that might be acceptable but not for returning a defective product and not really receiving the professional fitting that they claim on their website.I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Go somewhere that will really take care of a customer when there is an issue.
The first time I went there (like a year ago) was perfect I found for the 1st time the perfect bra and the girl who help me was amazing she knew what I was looking for.But :( I went this weekend again because Im breastfeeding and I needed a bigger bra well the girl who help me was a bit rude. I didnt like the way she treated me. After she tried to fit me a couple of bras (that didnt work )she said that was my size and I told her well I dont feel comfortable. So I she brought me another one but said it was too big for me and I tried it and I loved it. I told her I wanted that one and she like made a face and reported that it wasnt my size. (Even my husband said she looks mad) we went to pay and she was saying something to the girl upfront and when we got there she gave me a look and stop talking turn around and left!The place its nice I JUST DIDNT LIKE THE WAY SHE TREATED ME!!
I finally made LiviRae. My consultant told me I was wearing the wrong size bra and boy was she right. She fitted me in the right size and it felt so good. I purchased three bras and I will be back. By the way the bras comes on color and lace, it makes your girls look SEXY😂😃🤣😉
GREAT store, great inventory, prices are insane though. Even for a boutique. Found some of the items we bought online for much less. Despite their warranty they ALWAYS accuse us of having run the lingerie in the dryer. I mean 100% of the time they will blame us for that. My wife has been going here for years. Its very disappointing that they wont take our word for it. I recall a few times they wouldnt do repairs because they insisted it was run through the dryer. My wife would kill me if I did the laundry much less ran her stuff through the dryer. She hangs EVERYTHING thats delicate.
I had such a great experience with my virtual fitting Saturday, not only did she find my right size but explained what the difference was in what I was wearing to what I really needed. I will only be shopping with LiviRae from now on, even though I am in Delaware . .
On April 23, 2016 my friend of mine made arrangements with Brandy, your LiviRae Your Way consultant here in Huntsville, AL to have a bra fitting for myself and a few other people. We had discussed having this done and she made special arrangements to have me fitted as part of my birthday gift. I was unable to have a complete fitting because Brandy did not have the correct bras with her to fit me. She also took a picture of me in my bra to send in to the home office because my cup size was a little questionable. I was told that she would call within the next week when she received the correct bras for me to try.Weeks went by and I heard nothing! I reached out to my friend to contacted her a few times but I still heard nothing. I then asked my friend for Brandy’s contact information so I could contact her myself. I sent a text, which I unfortunately deleted, an email which went unanswered and Facebook message to her LiviRae personal page, again unanswered. I didn’t hear a word from her! Finally, I contacted the store in Georgia myself and made an inquiry about the bras. On May 25th she called my cellphone (please listen to file) and left a message giving me a couple of excuses. 1. It was a miscommunication between the store and her, the process had changed and I was to purchase a bra that I didn’t know if I liked or if it fit and then try it on, if it didn’t fit they could exchange it. In short, the store was waiting for her to order a paid for bra and she was waiting to be sent a bra. 2. It was her daughter’s graduation and she had a houseful of people. I returned the call and Brandy told me I just needed to give her my credit card so she could order the bra. I informed her I had been carrying around cash since my fitting April 23 waiting to buy a bra, I don’t use credit cards. Secondly, why would I pay for something I wasn’t sure fitted or that I liked? I was unable to try on the correct fitting bra on April 23! The band fit but the cup size was way too big. Thirdly, I was leaving on vacation in just a few days and really wanted to have a proper fitting nice bra to take with me. After speaking to Brandy on the phone I decided to just forget the whole thing and cut my losses.Let me say, I am a big girl and I know it. I don’t EVER feel comfortable taking my clothes off in front of a complete stranger or having my photo taken in just my bra. I did these things because I wanted to have a proper fitting bra and finally have the support and experience the comfort of a well-made bra. As a mother, I never splurge on expensive undergarments for myself. For a month, I walked around with cash waiting to order a few of your amazing bras and now here I am more than a month later with nothing but a less than heartfelt apology.I hope by me sharing my experience with you, you can improve the way your consultants represent your business.
I am making an effort to do a proper review because I think this needs to be said. First of all, I do not do a lot of reviews, usually they are only for exceptionally good service or very poor service. My first experience at LiviRae was good, but not exceptional. I made an appointment for a custom bra fitting on a Saturday because I heard they get very busy on the weekends. I was on time for my appointment and was taken to a fitting room, but was discouraged with the wait time with my fitter and how long she remained gone helping others as well while I remained topless behind a mere curtain. Nevertheless, I felt she was helpful and seemed genuine. Bambu was her name. I did feel a little pressured to buy more than one item and ended up returning the second item I bought for store credit which was fine because I was interested in a sports bra. I was back at the store last week and it was empty so I was excited that I would get taken care of faster this time. HEATHER was my fitter this time. I found her demeanor to be very disinterested. She just kept reiterating that I needed two sports bras. She did not ask me if I had other bras at home, didn’t ask me what type of activity I do as there are low to medium to high impact bras. She also didn’t ask what my goals were. Now this to some may seem like she had no business asking, but that is how you get to know your customers. If she had asked, she would have known that I was in a process of weight loss and my clothing and BRA sizes are constantly changing. I was not wanting to invest in more than one bra for that reason, but also for the reason that they are very expensive there and I do have others at home. I do not feel that she cared at all, just wanted to make the commission or sales goal. She also had extremely long pointy fingernails that were gouging my breasts, I’m sorry this is not comfortable or hygienic. I am in the medical industry and pay very close attention to things like this. If you are in a job where you are touching others you need to keep your nails short, there is no excuse for me having to be scratched at a bra fitting! As I left the dressing room I told her I was only going to buy one today and she replied in the most condescending and rude tone that I need to “Keep in mind this is not a department store and what you see today might not be here when you come back!” Then she promptly took the bra I was not purchasing and walked away. If I had not had store credit that day I absolutely would not have bought the bra, in fact it is way too tight and now I am stuck with it. This brand of bra is online and at Kohls for much less. I know you would not get the custom fitting if you were to go to a department store, but I felt very angry as I left that store that day and I will NEVER go back or recommend it to anyone. It seems like the magic number to sell is two items regardless of what people want or much less can afford. I do not appreciate the pressure sales! There is suggestive selling which I understand and then there is pressure sales and bold rudeness when you do not purchase and this is exactly what I got that day. LiviRae you do not need to reply to my comment that you are sorry I was unhappy and had a bad experience, you need to talk to HEATHER and any of your other employees that treat customers this way. I will take my big breasts elsewhere thanks!
I went in very nervous having never had a fitting before and Kristy helped me get over that in the first few minutes. She knew exactly what I needed and was extremely professional. I bought two bras and will be back for more! I never realized how fortunate we are to have this type of service so close to home. Wish I had known sooner!
I walked into LiviRae yesterday solely upon the consistent recommendation of my friend/patron. Although, after reading some of the reviews here I was a little concerned. Nevertheless I went and I am THRILLED that I did. Christi was simply AMAZING and the service was EXCEPTIONAL! She sized me up in a single glance and everything that she suggested worked! I was shocked! Ive been wearing the wrong sized bras for years! Thank you Christi for being sooo amazing and making my visit fun and comfortable! Youre a gem!!! I will definitely be back!
After the birth of my son (now 2) and a year and a half of breastfeeding, I didn’t even know where to start with a bra. I’ve been putting it off for ages, but back pain brought me in. I was a 36DD before, and the ladies fit me today for a 38F. It isn’t any wonder that my back and shoulders were hurting. After my fitting and purchase, my back doesn’t hurt and the bra is actually pretty, comfortable, and affordable. I’ll be back for sure.
I went to LiviRae this morning and Hillary was Amazing! She knew exactly what I was looking for. I have always had problems finding the right bra for me. Finally, I found it! Upon entering there was a bad smell. I was greeted with a hello and enjoyed a pink beverage. I told the sales girl what I wanted. She didnt ask what color. She came back with 2 beige bras. When I told her I wanted black, she seemed frustrated and said, most people get beige. Im not most people. And then told me I could wear a beige bra under black clothing. Really? I had called before I drove 50 miles to this location, to make sure they had my size. They assured me they had plenty in my size. They did Not. Not one single bra in my size and color combination. Bamboo put me in a bra that didnt fit and said, oh that looks great. She left me in the dressing room while she helped other customers. Their warehouse must be huge bc it took forever. When she came back, she had brought the wrong size. She asked if I wanted her to see IF they could order it. I said okay and then she said it would take 4-6 weeks. Nope. I wont be back. Wasted trip.
After being fitted for a strapless bra, livi Rae employee said I needed a custom made bra. Trusting their expertise, I agreed. When my package arrived it was someone else’s order!!! Once we got that straightened out I did receive my “custom bra” a few days later. So DISAPPOINTED!! All that was done, was folded over fabric and sown down. The bra is too big all around. The cups have so much extra fabric in cups it wrinkles up. I measure (from 5 different stores) a 38. They sent a 42!!! I can’t possibly wear this bra!!! And of course because it is “custom”. No returns. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! Don’t waste your time!!!
They ladies are absolutely the best at what they do. They are very sweet and genuinely care about making sure you are taken care of. Not everyis comfortable about talking to people about their undergarments and they make you feel at ease and not judged. They definitely have a customer for life from me!
My first time visiting the store I purchased about $250 worth of lingerie and then went back a couple of days later and spent another $75. Unfortunately, about two weeks later I noticed that the $58 dollar lace bra I purchased had a hole/tear in the wear the clasp is. I went back to the store and said I wanted to exchange it and the girl at the register took the bra and said she would be right back. When she came back up she told me that they could fix the hole in the lace. I declined to have it repaired and said I really just wanted to exchange it for something that hold up a little better. The girl then told me that wasnt an option because they had a 15 day return/exchange policy and it was the 16th day. I asked to speak with a manager as I wasnt asking for my money back I just wanted to exchange the defective bra. The girl said she would be right back and went into the back of the store again. About 5 minutes later I was approached by a lady and was asked what I did to the bra. No introduction just what did you do to this?. I told her I didnt do anything to the bra except wear it and she said that it was uncommon for a bra to get a hole/come apart in the area where the hole was on my bra. I wasnt really sure how to respond so I waited for her to continue. She went on to offer fixing the hole in the lace on my new $58 dollar bra and I explained that I would prefer to exchange the bra for something different. I was again told that they have a 15 day return policy and that the day I was there was the 16th day and that was my only option. I asked for the bra back and told her that I was going to post this review. She accused me of being rude and I again asked for the bra back because I was in a hurry and had to get back to work. She handed me the bra back and without saying another word to me, she disappeared into the back of the store. I learned that she was a manager and I think her name was Holly (?) and she was rude, unhelpful and the reason I would never shop there again. I wasnt asking for my money back I just wanted to exchange the defective bra for something I might be able to war more than 5 times. Beware of this place, they dont stand behind what they sell and will try to blame the poor workmanship on you. Pretty disappointed
I wish I could leave more then 5 stars! I have always loved this store and the amazing staff. I unfortunately had to stop coming for several years but I was finally able to make it back yesterday! After having two children and feeling very down about how I look I decided I needed to make a change and Livirae was the first thing I thought about doing. It was amazing how I walked in feeling very down and I walked out extremely giddy and gained a little more confidence in myself! I can not say enough about Livirae and the amazing staff! If you need a great bra and maybe a good pick me up then Livirae is the place to go!
Visited this place with my Fiancee as this place had been highly raved by her friends. She has a back issue and was looking for a better bra to assist with that issue. The staff here were so friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were right on par with other quality garments in the same range. She will be coming back here again now that she has her exact measurements and the products she purchased have worked as promised.
I loved the service and fit of my bras. The customer service was amazing. They do sell every day bras, but they are not readily displayed. You will find the perfect fit here. The only thing that I did not like is their return policy. Returns are only made for store credit.
LiviRae is absolutely the best. Im from Maine and about 5 years ago visited the shop. Ive been hooked ever since. Not only did I get the best fitting bras Ive ever owned, Ive also had perfect suggestions of new styles. I love how Katie takes care of me through Facebook Messanger. I could shop anywhere but I choose LiviRae!
OMG I am so glad I got to the store. Everyone was friendly and you can only walk in the store and feel the love. Val was awesome. I got fitted for a half bra which was a big concern and walked out looking great. I wish the store was closer to me; which I know I would be broke but just had so much fun.Val thanks for taking care of me, giving me some great tips and showing me more bras than I could stand to look at. I usually go to Intimacy but decided to give them a try. The fitting was ok. The bras were a little cheaper which was nice. I took my bras home and didnt think about it again for 2 1/2 weeks. Then it started; the under-wire popped out of one of the bras. I called and was told I could bring it in or mail it. I mailed it with a clear note of my purchase date & phone number, and they received it on a Thursday. Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday passed without a call to acknowledge receipt or resolution. I called them - and here is where the fun began. The girl who answered the phone put me on hold, finally returned and said They had it they would alter it for free and it would cost me shipping cost It was one long rapidly spit out statement. I explained that I did not want it repaired, I wanted it replaced since it was less than 21 days old and I had paid for shipping to them, I was not paying for return shipping. This was her response: I only had 2 bras and had over worn it. I did not buy their soap. They could not replace it. I replied, I am 45. I did not grow these beasts yesterday. I own other bras. I also own and use the soap sold by Intimacy. Even if I had worn the bra for 21 days - under-wire popping out is unacceptable I asked for a manager. The manager towed the line - Your fitter was out which is why no-one called you. We cant return it because the manufacturer wont take it back We can repair it and return w/out shipping cost. Ok all my shapely, size challenged, and or body conscious ladies listen up!!! This is THE store for you too. Im a 40J and for years Ive had to try to find places that carry my size and deal with people missizing me or feeling like there was no hope for me not paying a hefty fine to hold up my girls. Not only do they have a WIDE array of sizes, the people are so nice. Im 26 and Ive bewn going to LiviRae for about 3 years now. They never bat an eyelash no matter who comes in that door, young/old/big/small/tall/short/any race, you name it. This store is very inviting and I assure you they will do their best to leave you satisfied and with money in your pocket when you are done. I highly recommend this store!!!
Horrible. I purchased 3 bras, they were tight at the store but the lady told me to give it 3 weeks to stretch out. The bras dig into me and are very painful. I called to ask about the return policy, she said they can give me store credit but only within the first 15 days. Then she placed me on hold for 15 mins so, I hung up. Basically, I have to wear the bras until they stretch out but then Im over ther return policy timeframe. Not a happy experience.
I went to liviRae today 12-18-18 to have some bras upholstered the cashier was very rude and abnoxious she really hurt my feelings like, I had a build up of deodorant I normally would wash them but I am not able to wear them due to the underwire being exposed..I have been going here for a while but due to my experience today I may never come back. I was offered 10 off and told none of my bras could be upholstered..I continue to have the underwire problem and of course I will have a build up, I am a hard working women and my intentions were to get some more today and some special wash powder sold in stores. I have sent a lot of big bust women to this store ..Needless to say customer service is by far getting worse and worse Everytime I go ..I know I am just a small fish ,but maybe my words will take effect someway. They told me a bra is supposed to hurt for at least 2 weeks.After being sized by having a woman look at me and recommend a size, I bought the $70 bra she recommended. After two hours, it was hurting so much I went back to the store. They told me it was supposed to hurt for about two weeks. I told them I didnt want a $70 bra that would cause me pain for 2 weeks so they took the bra back and gave me store credit. Luckily, they sell Hanky Panky panties that I can purchase, otherwise, what would I have done? I dont want a painful bra, this is what I thought Livirae would help me avoid!
This place has changed my nieces life and gave her hope and confidence in a time she needed it most Bamboo is the business(THATS A GOOD THING) she knows her stuff and Ive told my mom and mother in law who will be paying a visit shortly and not to mention myself and my wife will be going back to get hooked up as well they are very professional and made you feel comfortable so glad we stopped in! From A to N they gotcha covered! Make sure to follow the instructions they give you on up keep so it will last!
Bambu was very patient and personable with my mother. It was her first time there and she was great with her. I just sat back and let Bambu do her thing. She has great custom service skills. My mother cant wait to come back and get another bra! The wait was not bad at all. It gave us time to look at the sale room and other items offered in the store. I brought five bras from there a couple years ago and Bambu said that the brand is discontinued, but praised how well I have taken care of it. This store taught me that. Thank you.
Autumn at Livi Rae is fabulous and I only have great things to say about her. To the other poster granted the bras are extremely different than the run of the mill stuff you buy in the department store, VS, or other non specialty store so the price and fitting are different. To LR defense my bras were $60.00 a piece, which you can also spend on a bra from VS during non semi annual sale, but I feel that my new LR bras are better fitting and over all better quality. Also to the defense of LR I dont know any store that takes a bra back once its worn. I have bought bras from Belks that after wearing I wasnt able to return, after all this is intimate apparel.I found the store to be very helpful. It was super crowded when I went, as they were having a photo shoot and sizings going on. I waited 2 hours and the owners were friendly and very funny. They engaged with clients, had cupcakes, and were moving as fast as possible.I am getting used to my new cut of bra, but so far my shoulders feel like weight was literally lifted off of them and only have good things to say about Autumn and the Livi Rae team. She came in with a few styles and the correct fit. My goodness! I was surprised! She was so great and now Im in the right size! Thanks so much!
I bought 3 bras there and they were horrible. When I got home and put one of them on it itched my skin so bad I had to take it off after 2 hours. I went back the next day to return it and they WOULD NOT give me my money back.Three bras cost me almost $200.00. They told me that all the bras that I bought have never been returned by anyone and that they would exchange them but not refund my money.Dont buy anything from this store if there might be a chance that you might have to return it. The service is the worst I have ever experienced. The owners are rude and they are just after your money by getting you to buy a bad product. Victoria Secret is 100 Xs better than this horrible place. Dont waste you money, believe me you will never get it back.
I had a virtual meeting with with a rep at this place. The original meeting I wasnt able to attend because of bad zoom link they gave me. I reached out and explained what happened so we could try to reschedule. The time came around but this time got no email what so ever. Emailed to see what was going on and still havent heard back.
Bambu is my angel♡ so worth the trip. Ive been wearing 36DD bras my whole life.... Im actually a 30G! I feel so much better wearing a proper bra, I cant even explain it. I will only buy my bras from here. Im a truck driver from Detroit, MI and I will always return here if I need anything! The waist cincher is absolutely fabulous! Just the cherry on top that I was looking for :) much love to Bambu ♡♡♡♡♡ I highly recommend any size/ shape females, YOU MUST COME HERE! its worth the money, no question. 2022-06-02I have done 2 virtual fittings over the last year with Cynthia and she is amazing! Both times she was super sweet, made me feel extremely comfortable and was spot on with my size! I will never buy another bra from anywhere else, ever again! All of their bras are beautiful and very affordable. If you dont live locally and cant visit in person, definitely choose virtual! SO completely worth it!

Katie was assisting me and she was such a joy to work with. This establishment was very neat, professional, friendly, and very welcoming. 2021-11-07We drove 7 hours from Florida for a consultation with Molly at LiviRae on a Saturday. My girlfriend was nervous and excited hoping to finally find the truth about what size and style bra she should actually be wearing after feeling uncomfortable most of her life. Molly walked into the dressing room and I swear within 30 seconds of seeing Melissa nailed her size on the dot. Spectacular staff, competitive prices, best selection on earth and worth every penny. If you are a woman constantly frustrated with shopping at stores that cannot fit you properly, YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE TRIP TO LIVIRAE!!! Thank you so much for a tremendous experience.

2022-04-12My experience with LiviRae was amazing. I’ve had a hard time being sized correctly since I have a small rib cage. The staff was wonderful and did not even need to measure me. Sized me perfectly.!! I had so many options. I love all of my purchases. So thankful I went!!

2022-08-10Had a fitting with Cynthia and it was more than worth the 2.5 hour drive from Columbia SC. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. All of the employees were extremely helpful. A very warm and inviting shop. Almost like being a your girlfriends house. Made some great purchases and will definitely be back.

2022-08-20When I first walked in the associate behind the counter didnt greet me or say anything to me. The vibes were weird but I waited and then another associate came from the back and helped me. Angel was super sweet and professional and brought me tons of options. They have really good selections of bras, and my size is really hard to find. For the first time in my life, I found a sports bra that actually acts like a sports bra. I was astounded lol. I will definitely return. Although next time I will bring cash. They charge you an extra fee if you use credit card. I could understand if this was a farmers market or roadside stall, but as a legit business you should build credit card fees into the cost of business.

2022-04-18I did a virtual fitting this weekend and it was an wonderful experience! Molly made me feel very comfortable and heard. She also did a bra 101 with me where I learned that something as small as stitching changes the fit. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all and learned things other stores should have been teaching us all from our teen years. After my appointment a very nice employee called me to let me know a color I requested is out of stock but they are sending me the same bra in a different color just to try for size in the meantime. Also, if your bras dont fit they will do another virtual fitting with you to figure out the issue and send the correct size. Amazing customer service! 100% would recommend over any other store Ive tried.
