LongHorn Steakhouse in other cities:
Honestly, this was the best experience ever. My boyfriend and I go out to eat dinner every two weeks, and Drew was the best server that I had ever had. He truly was attentive to our needs and wants and made this experience pleasurable. I usually don’t eat at Longhorn’s because of bad experiences in the past, but he truly made this experience to be a memorable one. Drew, if you read this, thank you. Thank you for making tonight a great experience. I’m so glad we chose Longhorn’s.
Service was great, but this is not the place for steaks! My steak and lobster came out cold, sent it back….My waitress came back with hot juicy food, lobster was great but my steak was not. It was juicy and medium like I love it….but it had no Taste Flavor whatsoever. Next time I’ll try something other than steak😊
Food was great. Our server was maybe the best server I’ve ever had anywhere. Wish I would have remembered her name. She knew the menu up and down. She didn’t have to think about anything. My wife wasn’t impressed with her steak which isn’t a good sign for a steak house but everyone else’s food was good.
We had a great server at the bar. Very friendly and served us our Easter dinner at the bar since we were traveling. The staff on the floor were very friendly and had smiles on their faces even though they were under staffed. We ordered two steaks well done. Mine was crispy ribeye that crunched when I chewed it. My husband had a rare new. York strip. The fast and friendly service more then made up for it.
This is our favorite Longhorns in the entire South East. The staff is always friendly, food comes out fast, hot and FRESH! Way to go Longhorns, you will always have us as customers for life. Wish I would have taken lots of photos of my meal...but it smelled and looked so good - I ate it before I thought of taking any pictures!Highly recommended!
Family and I came in tonight for dinner.Hostesses were great, they got us seated immediately.Server (SHERRY) on the other hand was absolutely terrible! She took a good 20 minutes to come to the table just to take our drink order. When she brought the drinks, she also brought out the bread; it was disgusting, cold to the touch and even worse when bitten into. We ordered the loaded fries for an appetizer, the fries were cold and tasted old, plate was cold, nothing was hot. When the food came out, everything seemed to be good until I got to the baked potato, I cant even describe the taste because it was out of this world disgusting! The only decent thing about tonight was the steak and hostesses.
At 4:45p we were told it would be an hour wait. Ok no issue. We check back with the hostess at 5:40p and were told another 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes we checked again and she responded rudely so you want to be removed off the list and promptly walked away (Hailey was the hostess). Cassidy was our server and she was great. She was very kind and attentive and knew what she was doing. Our food was good as well. So no problems with the server or food. The biggest problem was standing at the front door. If you are a hostess you dont act and respond the way she did. An explanation as to why would have been more appropriate, example Im sorry your wait is a little longer than quoted we had a couple big parties and are a little short staffed. We will seat you as soon as possible. You dont respond with well do you want me to take you off the list.
Waited for 40 minutes outside, wanted a table for 5 and 2 were children, after waiting they took someone that just walked up and promptly seated all 4 of them!! It was supposed to be a birthday dinner for my daughter but she was furious and wanted to leave, this happened about 9pm. The black male waiter and waitress just totally ignored our family and we checked on the status of seating several times, went to Outback instead and loved it, wont go back to Longhorns EVER!!
My husband and I went to Longhorns on Saturday, we asked to be placed on the wait list 40-50 minute wait to be expected, however, once finally called for seating, sat for 20 minutes before a waiter to come and take our order, when he finally came, he didnt seem to pleasant. He placed took our order and we waited 45 minutes for our food. When the food was brought to the table, my husbands food was hot, mine was cold as if they just took it out of the refrigerator, plate was hot, but the food was not.I advised the waiter of the cold food, hes reaction was really, he picked up the plate and took it back and said they would take the plate and put the ribs (after I taste it ) and put on back on the grill. I was shocked because I felt it was unsanitary. The cook brought the same plate back I ate off and the food was placed in a microwave instead of redo the food. This was a very poor experience from a fairly new restaurant. There was no incentive was offered, truly disappointment. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to this restaurant. EVER!
Only saw our waiter twice. Different person brought salads, different person food, no refills, our steaks were so salty. Manager came over and smiled at me while saying boldly seasoned means extra salt because the seasons fall off while they cook the steaks. My husband got so frustrated that he got up took his plate upfront and got a to go box the ticket and said lets go. It was horrible. Oh wait the broccoli was good. Yep never going back.
I arrived at Longhorns and told the server I would like a table for 2 being that I was waiting on someone else to arrive in the next 10 minutes. I was told it would be a 8-10 wait so I sat at the bar thinking maybe they had to clear and clean a table or a booth. After about 10 minutes went by I asked were there any booths yet available and was given the answer of not yet, mind you there couldnt of been no more than 10 to 12 customers in the entire restaurant with plenty of empty tables and booths available. Bottom line there were only 2 servers in the restaurant, one person behind the bar, one person checking in people telling incoming customers there would be a wait to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. After deciding to sit at the bar I sat there for about 2 minutes and just said its not worth it, got up and left and went next door to another restaurant and spent my money there. Nobody wants to work anymore! The person checking in customers could have easily shown us to a table and at least brought us some water back. Longhorns is a good restaurant with great food but if they cant do something about hiring more employees then thats one place that will no longer get any of my business and believe me this is not the first time this had happen at this particular restaurant.
The wait was 20 mins, which wasnt too bad but when we got inside, there were a lot of empty tables. The food itself was good, however we waited 40 mins for our food, and once it came the order was incomplete. I ordered loaded mashed potatoes but when the plate came it was just plain mashed potatoes.
After waiting an hr and a half our waiter came by shocked that we didn’t have our food still. No idea why since he was our waiter but he did give us salad while we waited and when we finally got our food it was just mine and the food was cold and my steak was raw. We finally got the manager and he said he would pay for the meal and redo my food and bring my boyfriend’s food along with it so I thought he was gonna take the plate that I had but he said no that’s fine. So I assumed he was just gonna remake it all together. Then our waiter comes with my boyfriend’s food packed up and gave me an empty box. I was confused and said that the manager said he was gonna remake the food since it wasn’t right, so he took the plate then a couple mins later brought it back and said I don’t think he said that and I was mad that they were trying to give me the food that I said was incorrect so he took it back again. We waited a couple mins then finally got our food and left, just to find out that they just gave me the same food just packed up. I would recommend not going here
Longhorn is cool but this one needs some help. We were sat immediately, however the server never approached us to speak, ask if we wanted drinks, or even tell us who they were. About 4 servers passed us up and continued to ignore us. My fiancé and I decided after 10 minutes of no recognition that we were not waiting any longer and decided to go to T-Bonez instead. We were sat with food and drink within 8 minutes.
The quality of the food was acceptable, but the price was very high. They were also on a limited menu when we ordered so they didnt have a lot of things like french onion soup or prime rib. The call in process was painless and we just picked it up and left, but overall we might wait before ordering again. I had a burger that was supposed to be medium, but it was mostly burnt, and the strip that my wife had was slightly better but unevenly cooked.
Very Slow customer service for online pick-up order. Waited an hour past time they said food would be ready. I had to go inside to inquire about order. I was promised someone would to speak with me about my order. Waited 10 minutes and had to ask for manager to check on my order.Be sure to ask them if they can really have meal ready by the time promised.
Probably the worst LH I have been to. First off its Augusta Nationals week here in Augusta so you think with all the $$$ running around town you would been on point.Steak was under cooked and ice cold. The chicken was cold, asparagus was mushy. The seating staff tells a party of 2 the had a wait but 3 minutes later sit a party of 5 right away. And you look around the restaurant and see 6 empty tables? I understand if you are maybe short hand but tell your customer. That or make all the ones sitting around playing on their phones to work and help thr rest. Be better LongHorn!
Very decent food, definitely will go back, only for food, prices are very reasonable.Complaints: zero ice in the old fashioneds, steak and pork chops came out approximately 3 minutes after we got our salads. Cocktails took longer than the appetizer!!!The service was mediocre at best, albeit friendly.4 stars for food. Timing was rubbish! We did go at 6pm with an hour wait to sit on a Friday night.
Today we had the pleasure of eating at Longhorns Steakhouse. The food is amazing, and the service is exceptional! We had a small problem with our order and they were very kind and gave us a new meal with a discount. Also, today was our anniversary, and they gave is free ice cream to celebrate. This is definitely a wonderful place for families and couples to eat. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!
My steak was good not great thats the only reason Im not giving it five stars. The seasoning was lacking and for rare it was tough.. I sat in the bar area (at a single top table) and Emily the bartender who waited on me was spot on. If you read my reviews Im not one to gloat or give alot of praise. Emily was attentive without being intrusive made sure I was taken care of while keeping the bar and the other customers chugging along. Restaurant overall was clean, staff that I dealt with was knowledgeable about the menu, and food was good. Really it boiled down to the steak not meeting my expectations.. Maybe next time itll be up to snuff.. Ive had better at Longhorn in the past is why.
Despite obvious open tables and free staff, we had to wait 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. The bartender and her sidekick were too busy staring at us and restocking to even call for assistance or to welcome us. Then there was no welcome to Longhorns or anything. Just a blunt, it will be a 30 minute wait. No worries, Logans welcomed us, was happy to wait on us and take our money. We had 100% better service and food. Wont go back to Longhorns. Ever.
The food was good. Not really worth the price in my opinion but the real problem was the hostess. She was rude and simply didnt want to seat our group. Total of 12 including 3 kids. She split us up Wich was fine but put an empty table between us. And didnt give silverware for kids.
When we arrived at 4:45pm we were told there would be an hour wait. At 5:40 we asked the hostess how much longer it would be? She responded Another 15 minutes. 15 minutes later we asked again, she responded Do you want me to take you off the list, and then walked off. Finally at 6:15pm we were seated. The server Cassidy was friendly and the food and drinks were good. However, it we be quiet a while before we come back; Haley the hostess needs to go to Charm School.
Had a horrible experience at this Longhorn! Had to wait for a table in my car since they have no seats or waiting area. Then finally get seated and had no bread to start us off which wasnt a big deal. But then we ordered our food and ordered a appetizer. We finally got our food out after waiting for more than 30 mins and we still didnt get our appetizer! Then we didnt get silverware until we had to ask for it. After getting our plates for about 15 mins our appetizer finally came out. Then my boyfriends burger was just completely raw and so we sent it back and it came back even more raw then before! So then we asked for manger and he said that it just comes that way! So they serve raw food now?? The blood from the meat was literally soaking into his bread! He didnt even get to eat his burger! The manager finally took the burger off our ticket. Then the waitress name (Amanda) was nice up until we talked to the manager. And then she didnt talk to us anymore and pretty much threw the check book at us! Was very rude after we talked to the manger. I DO NOT recommend this place to eat. It was a horrible experience!
First time visiting was tonight and it was awful 😣 will not be back. My Irish coffee came out ice cold and was charged $14! My food and my stepdaughter’s was cold as well after waiting 45 minutes for it. It took the manager 10 minutes to even come to our table. We ended up going to Chick-fil-A. The only positive was our server. If you want to wait forever for a cold meal then this is the place to go.
How you handle adversity is the measure of who you are. Well, my order came out wrong the first time. Franklin the waiter took care of it right away and brought me a mouth-watering steak. Thats top-notch service folks. Some would not have given 5 stars. I did because its not how you start, its how you finish.
Had a great time there. A little busy on a Friday night, but only had to wait 15 minutes when the estimated time was 30. The food and drinks were delicious, and the wait staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. Good prices as well. Would definitely recommend.
My experience there for my bithday was awful . First we had to wait for one hour and 30min. Then the service with ordering food was bad . Never got refills on drink. Only bought out two bread loaf! When ask for cake she bought cake out. No plates or silver ware bought out. I had a party of fifteen people. When I spoke to the manager about the service she handed me free appetizer for my next visit. The experience is I will never come back to the restaurant for a big party if it going to take that long to be feed! They were more worried about the guest amount . Then giving me great customer service! And that location was small I couldnt invite alot of family to small. Needs a remodel !!!
We have been getting dinner here almost once a week for more than a year. This is the second time in the last couple months I have been greatly disappointed in the food and service.NO BREAD, SALAD WAS PITIFUL. ONLY ONE OUT OF THREE HAD TOMATOES. The $28. Steak that suppose to be 20oz looks more like the12 oz ribeye we got. Stingy on the butter and sourcream. Bill was wrong. Charged gratuity which I never do. Always do cash. Just really disappointed. Feel I got taken. The money we paid and what we actually got. Really not happyib
One of the worst experiences ever they brought me out a burnt $30 steak my husbands french fries was cold the mashed potatoes was cold and I ordered a fully loaded baked potato and a sweet potato and they brought me out two sweet potatoes I asked him not to sit near the restroom and thats the first table they tried to sit me at I will not be going back to this longhorns ever also appetizers we ordered chicken wings and they brought her all drumsticks and one flat this restaurant has really gone downhill
Went for lunch with some friends. We all picked the grilled chicken strawberry salad and shrimp and lobster chowder. Best grilled chicken, so tender. Normally dont order chicken out because I dont like white meat but this was so juicy, not dry at all. The salad had the perfect amount of dressing. Not much strawberries, but it is the end of season. The soup was wonderful as well as the bread. Definitely be back soon!
I am so disappointed to have to write this review about a restaurant I have loved for years. Being retired from the military, you always end up in a lot of locations and Longhorns is usually one of the first places I try to locate, due to the great food and wonderful atmosphere. This is not what occurred at the Augusta location a couple of weeks ago. I was with a birthday party and the general manager was toxic and seemed to honestly be operating a hostile work environment. The employees seemed to be visibly scared to do their jobs or make any errors. The employees were great and they went out of their way to do everything in their power to try to make our party feel comfortable and make our experience better. I saw him take one young lady aside and seemingly berate her for trying to assist our party. I felt sorry for the staff. It honestly felt like my party was not welcomed and like he was trying to do everything to make us leave and to have the worst experience ever. I’m sorry to say that this experience was so disheartening that we will not return to this business again.
Food was really good. I had the prime beef shaved sandwich I thinks thats the name is like a philly steak but upgraded meat with mushrooms . They have good dessert options I hope they add peach cobbler to the selection3/1/22 I ordered the New York Strip with added mushroom baked potato and salad. I also ordered the season wings for appetizer the food was really good
Ordered burger rare, came out well done. No effort made by waiter who went by the name Drew, to correct mistake, speak with his manager, or to even offer a discount. Took one bite of it and left it on the table. 60 dollar meal for myself and my fiance for a burger that wasnt edible. Extremely disappointed as I frequent Longhorn regularly. I will not return after this experience and will do my part to encourage my friends and associates on social media to stay away, as well.
Good food but the pace of the mean was strongly relaxed, took about an hour and a half even though we ordered all of our food immediately with our drinks. When it came out it was all quite good but even with server teams things were a bit slow to get refilled or for bar orders to get filled
Salad came with a side of 9in hair, that sprung once fully removed from salad. Steak drier than georgia heat and taste like cardboard. Other steak was burnt and bitter, only reason this restaurant got a star was bc our waitress was super cool, but not cool enough to come back.
I got the New York Strip at Medium Rare. It was perfect. I didnt need anything added to it. Even the French Fries was superb. Food came out very timely and my server was fantastic despite being busy. Definitely my favorite steak place in all of Augusta. Priced well too! Ate two entrees with desert for 50 dollars. Cant beat it.
Went for lunch with my wife and mother in law. Food was mostly pretty good but my mother in law ordered french onion soup and specifically asked for light bread. Came out mostly bread so she had to send it back. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich lunch and asked for no onions and ranch dressing on the side. She got onion on the sandwich and no ranch. The food itself was good as I said but I would expect more attention to detail in the service. This isnt MacDonalds.
I went to this establishment with a group of friends, and it took forever for us to sit down after being on the waiting list for 30 minutes. They were letting people go ahead of us until we came into the building to ask what was going on. The waiters/servers are always nowhere to be found when you have questions or anything. I ordered a steak MEDIUM WELL, and they brought it to me RARE!!! The manager came and tried to take the food back to cook it a little longer, but it is COVID times so they can’t do that. There was no remorse for the mess up of my meal so I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN.
My steak was cooked perfectly, but the meat quality was bad. Prices were OK, but not great. The salad had too much dressing, but tasted good. The bread is fine.My sweet potato was small, but really good.Almost 4 stars, but i wont go back if Im choosing a chain steak house.
We visited this establishment on January 23, 2021. We waited 15 minutes for the greeter to arrive at the greet desk to place us on the wait list. The wait time was 1 hour. The table was absolutely filthy. The waitress replied it is only crumbs when we asked to have the table cleaned. My wife took the cleaning supplies and cleaned it for us. We waited 1 hour for our food to be served which was warm and not hot. Obvious the food had sat while our waitress ignored it, only to have one of the plates arrive with hair in the food. No apologies from the manager or the waitress about the hair in the food were given. We believe 2 and a half hours of our lives were wasted on this awful restaurant. Go somewhere but do not go to LongHorn Steakhouse on Washington Rd, Augusta, Georgia!
Sorry. No pictures this time. The food was good as usual and the staff and was extra courteous. One of the people in my party had an issue with their food order. It seems like a simple issue with preference. The LongHorn staff immediately addressed the issue to her satisfaction. Kudos to the staff. In the restaurant industry there will be issues, and sometime customers are hard to deal with. The waitress remained courteous and accommodating. 5⭐s for the experience.
My husband, daughter and I went here for a nice meal before my daughter returned to Colorado. Poor choice for food. We all had sirloin steak with a lobster tail. The lobster was overcooked and rubbery, and when we asked for some butter we were brought butter with lots of cinnamon in it. We told our waitress about the butter having cinnamon in it but were not offered any other, in fact, her response was I didnt bring you that. No apology, no offer to bring regular butter, nothing. The steaks were tough and 1 was thin while the other 2 were thicker like they were supposed to be and all 3 were tough and hard to eat. This was an expensive meal for seniors on a budget, but a lesson well learned, we wont be back. We will definitely be going to Outback from now on.
I dont understand on why people have to make such a big deal on the masks! they are to keep people safe! now on to the food! it was great and all, but once you order the food, it feels like centuries! I understand people dont want to get burned while cooking, but there are others who want to get them as fast as possible because they either have vacation, going home from work, or even just on lunch break before going back to work! aside all that, this isnt a horrible place at all! great great service
I had the cowboy pork chops with baked mac and cheese and a salad. Great meal but I thought when you put cowboy in front of anything the portion size should be astronomical. But regardless the meal was good and the service was great. If there is any indication on how well a restaurant is operating, its the wait time last Saturday is was 45 minutes. I did not want anything else but Longhorns that evening so I braved the wait time and was treated with a good meal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is inviting. So if youre looking for great service and great food put this one on your go to list.
I love Longhorn. This one in particular does a great job at cooking, and the service is always friendly. I gave it 4 stars because theres been a few times where they have forgotten to give me a side dish (to-go curb side). Other than that I enjoy coming here regularly.
This was my first and last time coming. I was invited to my cousins birthday dinner here and ordered a mango margarita. I received two drinks with black debris floating in my drink ! The waitress walk around with a nasty attitude. As I read one girl lips she was saying omfg. I guess customers were getting on her nerves. I am disgusted with this place !
When we got our food everything was cold and we had to wait about two hours. The salad was limp, every patron was put under one waiter who was drowning in orders while others were drinking and playing cards, the ribs were tough and dry and pork chops were red and raw which according to the manager is how they serve them on purpose unless you ask for it to be cooked through along with salmon. This was my first and definitely my last time going.
Ordered a small filet medium rare. The cut of meat was the thickness of a ham burger! It was over cooked partially due to the thickness Im sure. The quality of the food has hit an all time low! The service was spot on. Our waitress was great! Gave her a 25% tip... I wont be coming back to try this restaurant anytime soon. Very disappointed!
Poor customer service, multiple issues that were resolved but zero compensation discounts. Not normally needed but sending food back, not receiving items, drinks not being refilled, or checking to see how things were when needing ketchup and s&p. For the price I expected much better.
I called Longhorn to get on the waitlist. I spoke to the general manager Ciera. She was very kind and explained the CDC guidelines and how they would do their best to accommodate our party of 12. Once we arrived, she kept us informed on our wait. The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding.
Food was mediocre. I noticed that every table around me was adding salt and pepper to their food. This is the first time at a Longhorn Ive had to do that. Steak was grizzly, but cooked perfect. Just a poor cut of meat, I suppose. The redeeming feature was Emily. Best service Ive had at a restaurant in recent years. Longhorn better hope I dont open up a restaurant, because Ill be coming to steal her.
Ordered curbside paid in advance, site said no wait time. I scheduled to pick up @ 5:10 and just got my food @ 5:40? 30 mins late! I even called and was told oh we got busy inside causing the kitchen to back up awe I see since your crowded inside screw the people that ordered in advance and already paid??? Ive never experienced service like this in Athens and will take my business there from now on!!! Unacceptable!!
We went to the restaurant and had to wait a few minutes to be seated due to Covid 19. That was fine but took server a while to get to our table and took forever to get our food. I ordered the LG Burger with fries. When it finally arrived the burger was red inside when I ordered well and the fries were cold. It took 10 more minutes before we saw our server again. I told her the problem and she apologized. I asked for check and she returned only to tell me she took the bad food off my order.... really! Not once did a member of management come to our table and offer to make this right or provide some other form of discount for future meals. This showed us just how little our business means to them and just how poorly managed this restaurant is. Do not plan on returning. Keith McNeill
I love longhorns and always have ! It has always been satisfying! And if not they don’t mind fixing it. But this time . The customer service was horrific . Jasmine S was handling us and barely said 2 words . We have NEVER had that happen before and it was very disturbing and unsettling. If you don’t like your job . Find a new one .
I live out of state now and my mom took my dad to Longhorns for a birthday lunch. I called in not knowing if this was going to get allowed. I was able to order my dad a couple of things for his birthday and paid over the phone. The lady (I will be misspell her name so Im not going to try) that answered the phone was extremely helpful and got my order over to Chris their server. Chris is the best and rang it in as a separate ticket and delivered to my dad. They called me back and went over the total with me and I was able to leave a tip. Thank yall so much! Its not fun being away from my family and because of how amazing the Longhorns staff was they made me feel like I was part of this celebration! #lovemycity
Service waiter did her best. With 6 people and 2 kids, can be a handful. The only thing about the food would be, it was very very salty. We ordered the steak and shrimp and both ver way to salty. The rice that came with the shrimp was a relief from all the salt. The bread is always the best. Longhorns please work on that salt please
If I could leave negative stars I sure would. My son went to eat at the restaurant with his father and aside from grilled shrimp, he said everything was horrible. I had placed a To Go order for myself and my daughter and it was the most horrendous meal we have ever had. My daughter had a burned cheeseburger. The patty was black on one side, the fries were soggy. I had a fully loaded baked potato that came without any cheese, butter, bacon, etc and was abouy 2/3 cooked. I also had a Caesar salad and there was barely enough romaine to feed a rabbit and a package of soggy croutons. Will never eat there or order from there again, extremely disappointed.
They have the best stakes. Always very tender and flavorful. Cooked just the way you want it every time. The staff was very friendly, helpful and available. The service is quick. The place is always clean and stocked well with supplies. The wait is minimal where there is one. Very enjoyable we go quite often.
Place was great. Prices a tad on the expensive side but great steaks, well cooked, very tender and juicy. Wait staff was prompt and polite, made sure our table was well taken care of without being bothersome. Great food, good service, definitely worth the price, will be returning. Just not sure when I can afford to again, lol.
It was good. I had the Lamb chop dinner because I saw it advertised somewhere. I cant remember. They come medium. They were a little on the rare side for me. Although they were tender just a little. I also had the mashed potatoes and spinach to go along with it. They both were cooked very well. Cant go wrong with either of those. The salad was pretty good as well. Nothing really bad to say about the place.
This is my go to place and this time it was perfect. The wait staff was wonderful and attentive without being a pain and the steak was amazing. Medium rare from one end to the other. Even the potato was perfect. I had a sweet tea that was not watered down and did t have any of that instant yes aftertaste. This is the reason I love this place!
Sunday lunch menu is great with lots to choose from. Dad got salad that was more than enough. Mom got the ground steak as usual and it was huge with two sides made plenty from a meal. The complementary bread was delicious. Service was great. Wait was not bad . Will be back .
We ordered Two 12 oz. Ribeyes (both Medium Temperature, my husbands was correct mine was a little over into the medium-well side but it wasnt an issue for me) with sides of double broccoli for myself and my husband had a side Caesar Salad and French Fries. The food was delicious and our waitress, Heather, was on point with beverages and attentiveness to our needs. Over all was delicious, great atmosphere for couples and groups, and looking to return more often to this location.
We waited at least one hour to get our food. When it arrived my salmon tasted like it was spoiled so they changed it. By the time everyone had finished their food my food arrived. My husbands ribeye stake was dry, the Mac and cheese were dry which I had never happened before in other Longhorn Rest. as it is one of our favorite restaurant and to go place. Oh! and the Chicken Crusted Parmesan was also dry. Very disappointing to say the least I give it a 2 star because the waiter was very nice. Sadly will NOT be going back to this Longhorn in particular.
The parking lot was full, so we thought it would be a long wait but it wasnt!! We were seated within 5minutes of entrance. The server was very knowledgeable and professional and the food was outstanding!! And it came out fast !! I always thought of steak when I thought of Longhorns but they truly have something great for everyone!! Ill put you in my top 5!!
I placed a pickup order. I originally ordered my steak medium well but it came well done. I called and spoke to the 1st manager and she said that I could get it made over and pick it up the next day. She got ALL of my information. I called back the next day with my information and was told by another manager that they don’t remake food and that they would have to email their manager and she goes to say that she will call me back. Keep in mind, I had my receipt and food. I always eat at longhorn and I’ve never had this problem. I’m beyond disappointed.

2022-05-16The worst service and the food was just as bad. After waiting for 57 minutes to be seated I expected to have a pleasant meal with good service. Once we were seated, the server came took our order for appetizers and drinks. After not seeing him anymore for 15 to twenty minutes, we asked another server. Our server came out and said the machine was broken that’s why he hadn’t been back.(what machine??) He finally brought out the salad, however we had to wait on utensils another 10 minutes! Then another server came out with the appetizers kinda slammed it on the table and spilled the sauce. He apologized and brought another sauce but didn’t clean up the mess! It didn’t get any better!!! The worst experience ever!!! I usually like Longhorn, it just seemed as if no one wanted to be at work Saturday! I did not mine the wait, however, poor service and bad food is a Big No for me!

2022-04-22My husband and I took our 2 grandsons out for dinner. No wait. A very pleasant waiter. All the food was enjoyed except for my steak. I dont think they like people ordering well done. It was terrible. The dog enjoyed it though.

2021-12-26Service was excellent. My wife and I both had French Onion soup😛 yum, and Fried Brussel Sprouts 🤢 yuck. The Sprouts were raw in the middle and bitter. Her burger was great as well as my ribeye. Cooked perfectly.

2022-02-20Really enjoyed my dinner. Only caveat was having to watch a server or host eat behind the line where food was being prepared. He had on a button up shirt so I am not sure of his position. It was Super Bowl night and it was a little busy so we had to sit at a table at the bar. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive.

2021-11-04My husbands meal was great. However the chops I ordered were like a well, well done steak! Sent them back(we dined in) so I ended up telling them to fix it to go, the server brung them in a black tray, inside a paper bag. I didnt think to check cause by this time we had gotten our check and were ready to leave!!! Got home and opened them and it was worst!!!!! And the wild west shrimp had shells on most of them‼️ My Husband paid 50.49 for our food, and gave a $17 tip‼️‼️ I understand everyone is short staffed but if people are still willing to pay the price, and wait the longer times, the quality of the food shouldnt be questioned‼️‼️‼️

2021-11-23I had the Parmesan encrusted Salmon with Asparagus and my friend had parmesan encrusted Steak. We also got the wild west shrimp and Chocolate Molton Cake. The food was great my only complaint is they were out of Brussel Sprouts and Broccoli😩. Remember to tell them Stacy Pulliam sent you. #VoteStacyPulliamForCommissionerDistrict2

2022-06-13Long wait for food. It took 20 minutes just for drinks and longer for bread (30 minutes). It took one hour to receive our meal during a down time period. A large cockroach crawled from under table where we were eating. The insect proceeded to crawl across half of the table and retrieved once it was startled by my surprise reaction. The cockroach did crawled into the window blind and up the wall behind a picture frame. Things got worse when the manager KYLE was called and he minimized the situation by saying, “it’s nature” in a joking manner. It’s over 90 degrees in Georgia!” His demeanor was joking and he did not consider how the customer was feeling at that time . The manager’s suggestion that we should be ok and comfortable with the cockroach in the restaurant was shocking and unsettling. It should also be unsettling and unacceptable for the restaurant and entire Longhorns corporation. There was no effort to rectify the issue. Visit was on June 11, 2022 around 8 pm.

2022-03-292022-03: Had dinner on a Monday evening and was at a table immediately. The host was a young man and friendly. Our server, AK, was great. She was at our table quickly to get the drink orders, repeated our orders back before ringing them in, kept our drinks filled, and checked on us throughout the meal just enough. The restaurant itself was clean and neat (I cannot comment on the restrooms since we didnt utilize them). Our food was good, having the fried onion appetizer, then a burger and two sirloin steak meals. Everything was cooked perfectly and had decent portions. Overall, a pleasant experience. (And a note for AK: Thank you for your patience with my partys requests! 😁)
