LongHorn Steakhouse in other cities:
Where do I start? Checked in a hour before arrival and still had to wait an extra 30 min to be seated. First red flag . Bread had to be asked for twice and it was cold. Rarely seen the waiter after that, she was busy tending to other tables. Food came and fries were old, steak was dried and not to mention my ice water had flakes from a dirty water filter I assume ? That grossed me out entirely. & to make things worse the napkin smelled dirty and the utensils looked unwashed. I’ve given this location multiple tries and they rarely ever succeed. This is our last visit.
The service was so slow. I normally do not speak unkindly about an establishment. Im hoping our server was new, but it took over 30 mins just to get beverages and 2 hours for food. By far, the worst experience with Longhorns that I have ever had, and it was my grandsons 21st birthday!
Ordered dinner to go and was left disappointed. Seems like the food is just tossed carelessly without any effort. The picture of the soup on their website is so appetizing and what we got was a half empty cup of soup with no toppings although indicated we wanted all of it when placing the order. Never again! Sorry, huge disappointment! So I posted a picture of the soup picture from their website and a picture of the soup we got. See for yourselves. Half empty cup, no toppings and didnt taste so great either. I had better soup from a can from a grocery store.
Went here for my birthday. It was the worst service Ive ever had at a LongHorn Steakhouse. Food tasted alright but orders were incorrect. Worst of all is that the bill was all messed up and took about 40 minutes to get almost straightened out... Just overall very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.
First time at a LongHorn and it was just okay for me. I would have given it 3 stars but the rest of the family loved it so it may just have been what I ordered. I would recommend the filet and not the ribeye, the ribeye was tough that night. The picture is the parmesan garlic crusted filet and lobster my wife ordered.
Ordered curbside pickup, waited 15 minutes after pickup time before it was delivered. Upon receiving my order, the condiments and silverware I added (and are on the receipt) were all forgotten.Gonna have a fun time eating a salad with my hands... lunch break borderline ruined. The fact you have to check your orders before you leave here is sad honestly.I know its very hard to look at a ticket or receipt and throw the listed things into a bag...😆
Slow service at times. Lots of tables with dirty dishes that had not been cleared off or cleaned in the 1.5 hours we were in the dinning area. Made me a bit worried about what the condition of the kitchen was in.... in my opinion this is where management should step in to support the staff and clear the tables to keep things running smoothly and Dinning area looking clean. This location is a hit or miss. Its upsetting because its the only upscale Dinning option in our area and 5 min from our house. AND WE LOVE LONGHORNS ❤
This was by far the worst exhibit of customer service I have ever experienced at this Longhorns..They brought out the bread with no plates we didnt have silverware for almost thirty minutes..and we were AT the bar also they kept going around the corner to make our drinks when we were AT the bar!!! The firecracker rolls were good but the smokehouse wings lacked any flavor at all ...they were borderline rude they knew they were rude and did not care..because we heard them from around the corner.so two thumbs down never going back##@ mymonimatters..
Got To-Go food order here (because of COVID-19) and I’m a bit terrified of ever eating at Longhorns again. The first annoying thing was that they gave us a completely different sides to our meal, and the salad was wimpy, probably 3 bites total. Then I took a bite into the bread they gave us and I tasted something off, I looked at the rest of the loaf and it was filled with MOLD!!!
This picture shows what Longhorn advertises as a Flos Filet on top versus what my Mother was served on the bottom!! We had the worst experience ever here. We took my Dad out for his birthday to the Bethlehem Longhorn. The restaurant was not busy but we still had to wait a very long time to be acknowledged by a server. My mom ordered a Flos Filet and I ordered a Steak salad. Please note that we have eaten at Longhorns many, many times over the years and I worked as a waitress at one for a period of time while I was in college. This experience was unlike any we had ever had before. We waited a long time for our food and when it arrived I was shocked to see what they served my mom as a Flos Filet. Not only was this clearly not a Flos Filet but my steak and hers were both overcooked. We sent them back and the second Filet they brought her was the same as the first. (See Picture). We told our waitress that this was clearly NOT a Filet and she brought out the manager. (Sha?)Not once did he apologize and to make matters worse he tried to tell us that this pathetic piece of meat was indeed a Filet but that the cook had to SQUISH IT FLAT in order to cook it medium well?!? You have got to be kidding me!! I have never experienced such an obvious lie!! The whole time this was happening I was still waiting on my meal to be brought back out. My Dad had already finished his burger and by this point the experience was ruined. My mom never got to eat a steak at all and my meal was not brought out until we had already paid and were leaving. We rarely saw our waitress and had to wait for long periods of time for drink refills. The manager seemed irritated and never apologized and after lying about the filet he never returned to our table. We will not be back to this restaurant. We have been fans of Longhorns for over 20 years but this experience has put a stop to that. Unbelievable!! Long Horns should be ashamed that they would try and pass off a sirloin steak as a filet not once but twice and then when they were called out make up outlandish lies!! Unbelievable!!!!
The Long Hornsteak in Bethlehem served up rare-22oz of awesome! w/ Giant loaded baked potato nice &crunchy skin- buttered up lots sour cream etc.and a salad that couldnt be beat! service from David the bartender was always right on time . scaled 1-10 ya ll get à 9 1/2. Best steak ever😋
This was our first time visiting this location, and while well go again, it was not the overall best experience.Lets talk about the greeting and drink process. It took 15 minutes for the server to take our drink orders and then another ten to bring them. The drinks were dropped off and we tried to place the orders, but the person left. To make a long story short, we received our check 2 HOURS after we were seated. The big draw back to restaurant will be the food, which was good.I just wish the service was better.
We stopped here for dinner tonight around 8:30. The restaurant wasnt busy at all, so we were seated right away. The first thing that hits you when you walk in the door is this really bad smell, like stale liquor and general filth, like a pet shop if it served mixed drinks. Not good. The service was OK - we were served bread and salads. But, the entrees took a little longer than they probably should have, which was weird. My wife ordered parmesan-crusted chicken, and it was hot and fresh. However, my Flos Filet and fries were cold and stale. Im fairly confident that these fries were left over from somebody elses meal - they were truly stale, not just cold. And it wasnt really a full portion. The steak was hard and cold. Totally unacceptable, especially for Longhorn. The manager apologized profusely and compd our meal, which was nice - but Ill never visit this location again. Its late, Im hungry, and Im home making Ramen noodles instead of eating the steak I wanted.
Burn steak and sangria? Or what is this? It tasted like fruit juice... the mash potatoes were dry like eww dry... oh and the bread arrived after... I know... honestly I am hard core Long Horn fan.... but next time Ill take the drive to the Lawrenceville or Bufford location🤷♀️
Awful, waited on hold 18 minutes to order, finally went in & without checking phones manager was extremely rude & told me they had no one on hold, showed her my phone she admitted it was location phone # . She walked me over to bar & told me to order , than she walked away. I ordered full rack of ribs & gave her my CC waitress said there was no charge. When she brought food to car she had a bill & said they only charged me half price. Upon taking food out for dinner later I had less than a half order. The girl that was managing Sat.needs more training on dealing with customers. We buy your ribs about every 4-6 weeks but will be switching to Chilis.
The food is and always has tasted great. No problem there. However, my wife and I have had issues with their takeout service. We typically order from them at least once a week or so. In the last six weeks, each time theyve forgotten something, whether that be dressing for our salads, or the bread or something. And while mostly consistent, the portion sizes significantly vary at times, so much so that at one point, we had to return our meal because they had literally given us a third the size what we had anticipated. If ordering out, Id suggest checking twice to make sure you have everything before you leave. Otherwise, Id have given this LH a 5 star rating.
Really good steak and beer with exceptional service! We generally just sit at the bar and have enjoyed talking with other diners and the wait staff. A real treat since COVID, but its nice to have some normalcy again when so many others are still stuck in the DONT TOUCH ANYTHING AND WEAR A MASK! mentality.
I ordered the small Rib Eye. As the waitress placed it in front of me I noticed two things at the same time. The aroma was to die for and yet the thickness belonged on the kiddies menu. The flavor was there through every bite. The brussel sprouts were cold enough to be redone. However I really enjoyed the Caesar Salad!
We went to Longhorn today (the second time this week) and when we arrived nobody was around. No hostess. We waited for a few minutes and when nobody appeared, we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was helpful. We ordered drinks and then she came back to take our order. We decided to get the same thing we had on Tuesday because it had been THAT good! The order was two NY strip steaks. We ordered them the exact way we had it previously. Medium. They came out quickly but when we cut into them, they were very red and bloody. Not at all how we had them before. It wasnt a big deal, we asked them to cook them longer so they werent as bloody and red and then the manager came over. We told him they were waaay too rare. He asked how we wanted them cooked, and we told him.He proceeded to tell me, If I were to order this, thats how I would want it.Huh? This isnt about how you want it, its about how we want it. How we have had it before and EVERY time we have been at your restaurant. The manager eventually took the plates away and had them cooked longer. Much to the dismay of the cook staff (yes, we were close enough to the kitchen to hear what was said) He brought them back out and they were still super red and bloody. At that point, we were done. We asked for to-go packaging and we packed up the steak and paid our tab.Its unfortunate that the manager thinks that how he wants his steak is more important than what the customer wants.Attached is the managers card. Beware.
Great experience tonight! One of the young men employees (I think his name was John?) gave our table a free appetizer as a “thank you” as I work at a store nearby and helped him when he came in on his break. Decided to go to Longhorn for dinner with the family when I got out of work, and just happened to run into him and he was kind enough to do that for our table! Our waitress was also awesome!
I ordered my steak medium and it was more on the rare side. The waitress brought my salad with ranch instead of blue cheese I never was offered a drink refill. The gentleman who brought my food out was awesome. He brought me some sauteed mushrooms when I realized I forgot the mushrooms.
The host was nice and the waiter done a great job! Dont remember his name cause that strawberry margarita was hitting, but he had a tattoo on his left forearm that resembled a smiley face. Very professional guy. Always a great experience at longhorns and they done very well by my wife and I. Thank you Longhorns.
The food is always delicious. Service was questionable. I arrived for a late lunch, and they were not busy. I was seated and waited longer than necessary to be acknowledged. When the server finally came to my table, she was not wearing a mask. Every other server and hostess was wearing a mask. She came and went from my table several times with no mask. At the end if my meal, I asked her if there was some reason she was not wearing her mask, and she said she was working behind the bar, clearly she was working tables too. My response was that it was my understanding that it was mandated that ALL service staff were to wear masks at all times. She apologized and returned to my table wearing her mask when she gave me my check to be signed. I wish we didnt have to wear masks, and I want restaurants to stay open, but right now it is my understanding that we should all be exercising extreme caution. Just saying.
Horrible. I have never had an experience like this in my life. Our bread was frozen. Our server brought my 2 year old fancy mac n cheese (not what I asked for). He took until everyone was finished to bring condiments for my childrens hamburgers. My steak was supposed to be a filet but it was a sirloin. It was weird because he charged me for 4 shrimp but I could have gotten a steak and shrimp for cheaper. The waiter said I dont normally admit mistakes but I rung it up wrong. Well why did I have to pay for something I didnt order. It was just awful. We will not go back.
💁♀️The salmon was good & salad was very good!! Very good bread &butter! The Waiter was very good at his job!He was Extremely polite !We went 2 different times & we had the same waiter. He was a great waiter& Listed very good ! The place was very clean!!☺This was on on way Visiting family in Georgia! We will go again in the future!Keep up the good work 👍🎀Long Horn Team‼️ 👏
Always good. We get the 8 ounce renegade. Soup and veggie. Our order was correct. Alittle under staffed but we werent in a rush so we didnt mind. As if you are in a hurry when you go out to eat. Dont go out to eat. Waiters and waitresses are busy people. You arent the only one they are serving.I give them thumbs up.
Food is superb. Service sucked and host with attitude. I called an hour ahead for a table for my husband and I. We arrived on time as I had stated and she gave our table away to the people before us. Then both host preceded to make us wait in our car to be seated after I called an hour before I got here. And we are still waiting just because the food is delicious.
Although they close at 10pm, don’t try and come to this location at 9:35pm. I tried to place a to-go order and the girl who answered the phone said it was too late. However, one night I was dining in they were sitting people that walked in the door up until 10pm - which I thought that was standard procedure for restaurant’s to do so. I was going to order a medium cooked Flo’s filet (which takes 10-12min to cook) with a sweet potato (those are already cooked). My last to-go order I made I was told to be there in 15 min. If she allowed me to order I would have paid and picked up 10 min earlier than everyone would be able to go home. Our last time eating at this location was actually horrible. I just typically don’t leave negative reviews. It was on March 7th, my birthday, and we chose to come here for dinner. I got the Flo’s filet which was almost inedible and the asparagus wasn’t cooked at all. My fiancé’s fries weren’t cooked and were drenched in grease, so we sent them back. They through the same fries in the fryer ... for the 3rd time ... and when they came out they were even more greasier and tasted awful. We could tell they were extra fries from prior orders. His shrimp was not how it was supposed to taste nor look like compared to the Longhorn in Monroe which is amazing compared to this one. I felt horrible. He didn’t even enjoy his dinner but he ate it to make me not feel bad for choosing to go there. We feel they were rushing us out the door. They were vacuuming under the tables all around and next to us and would have done under our table if we let him. We got there at 9pm. It was a waste of $65 and the worst birthday dinner I have had in my 37 years. They need to train their employees that customer service goes a long way. And the cooks need to value their jobs as the food is the only reason people go to a restaurant and the reason they get a paycheck. I should have listened to all of the other reviews.
Lamar B. gave excellent service tonight! He was knowledgeable and showed great care and concern for the entire meal. He was, also, very friendly and personable. The food is always on par, which is typically why we dine here, but we will come back specifically to sit in his section next time!
We celebrated our anniversary with family. There was no waiting and the service was very good. Staff was wearing masks and we felt very safe with the social distancing with tables. It was our first time eating inside a restaurant since the covid19 breakout in March. Staff was very accommidating to any requests we had and steaks were awesome!!
I ordered a NY strip stak Stake well done, they Brought it to my table medium well.I had to send it to be cooked to well done, they returned table with the stake and I was Burnt, not good at all, this is the second time this has happened at this Longhorns steakhouse in winder GA
Friday, February 8, 2019 Once again, I was amazed, but this time in a positive way. Everybody was friendly, everybody that we walked past say hello or something to us. It was very busy, so we were told a 45-minute wait, but it seemed like we only waited 30 minutes which was great. Once seated at our table our waitress was Kimberly. Although she seemed busy, she was very attentive and upbeat, made us feel like we were her only customers, I dont think our drinks ever got under half way full. Everyone’s food was cooked perfectly. The manager stopped by twice to check on us. Overall, the service and the food were above what I was expecting. We will definitely be coming back.
It was great food, we enjoyed our server, she was hilarious and gave just the right amount of attention. Wish younger servers would take a note or two on the importance of their job. Which is to primarily make sure each customer has a phenomenal, memorable dining experience! Thats how you get 20% tip ladies and gentleman! Good job Longhorn of Bethlehem! Its been years since Ive eaten at Longhorn maybe youve won me back !
Sweet tea was amazing, service wasnt great, and order came out wrong.. and told person who delivered food and asked him to grab our server. Server came by 8 min later, grabbed our glasses to refill, and then dropped them and was gone again again. Sides were wrong, and random extra potatoes I didnt order. 2 tables near us also had incorrect orders :-( expensive enough of a place I like to get what I ordered, since Im paying for it...
In my 21 years of existence until tonight I had never been to a Longhorn Steakhouse, but I now realize why so many love it. The steak was great, the portion sizes were perfect for me, and the service was phenomenal. Though the prices were a little steep (what do you expect from steak), the upscale feel of the restaurant and the great food warranted the price - this place takes one thing and does it really well, without trying to be five restaurants in one, which I really appreciate.
Normally this place is great but they really blew it and made no effort to try to fix it. We were basically put in a corner and forgotten. Many people around us were seated after us and were served and completed their meals before we received ours. We got drinks once. Our steaks preparation was reversed but no one asked and frankly it took so long to get it we just ate it. Also our salads arrived after we received our entrees. Our server was far more concerned with his larger table than with us. Our bill was between $50-60. My husband put a $100 bill in the envelope and asked if this was all set implying he should get a huge tip based on the 10 words he spoke to us.
Wasnt to impressive when you get served raw salmon after 40 minutes of waiting on the food, slow Sunday night with no waiting line and of course 1/2 capacity (covid rules). Yes the other food was cooked perfectly that is why I gave it 2 star, I know it will be a while before I go back!!!!
Time shared with great friends in a perfect atmosphere. Great food as well. We had the best waitress ever. We stayed until closing time and we were the only people left. But, our waitress still catered to us and was joking around with us which made our evening just that much better.
Excellent food. The waiters and waitresses got backed up with orders on a Tuesday night so it took them close to 5 minutes before anything you asked of them was brought to you. I couldnt imagine the wait on a Friday or Saturday. We ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer that came with some banana peppers slices on a bed of shrimp with ranch dipping sauce. The shrimp was fresh and crisp and it was not overcooked. I had the bacon cheeseburger cooked medium. The burger was large enough for a person to have a good dinner however the fries were soft and you could tell they were old. It was cooked how I asked and was very flavorful. My company ordered a Flos filet, the smallest portion (6oz) and a loaded baked potato as the side and it came with a salad. $22 rounded up for just that order gives you the price range of what you might expect for just the basic steak order here. Prime rib will run you closer to 30.Everything came out at the same time, it was filling and a good experience overall.
I find that this location fails to follow guidelines for Corona virus protocol.I visited Longhorn Steakhouse on October 15th for lunch at 12-12:30. The restaurant was seating parties in back to back booths only, having half of the seating area closed. While I understand a reduced wait staff at this time of day they could have serviced the same number of patrons and practiced a safer environment. I chose to leave and will not return to this location.
Our server was great. Thankfully the stuffed mushrooms and bread was delicious! The meal was absolutely horrible! The creamy spinach was not cooked. The steak was ok. The potatoes werent the greatest. If it werent for the server I would of gave 1 star! Very disappointing
First time we came to this location I had hair wrapped around my chicken! So ended up walking out with my dinner just being bread as you can assume I lost my appetite after that. Decided to give it a try twice these last few weeks and my chicken was way under cooked and then our LAST trip coming here as I found hair in my salad AGAIN! Right on the side as if the cooks or waitress couldnt see it. I sent the salad back and asked for a new one and it looked like the same salad as if they just took the hair off. So disgusting and unprofessional! You either get uncooked food or hair in your food, not once but TWICE!
Customer Service was great! The food was less than average. My husband ordered a Poterhouse Steak it was burned on the outside and very salty and no taste in the inside. I ordered the Cowboy Pork Chops and they were bland no taste to it. I was only able to eat one out of the two. The sides are good but that was about it. My server was very pleasant and the service was good.
My husband and I ate here on Saturday for our anniversary. It was horrible!! They ran out of baked potatoes. If the kitchen realized they were running low they should have informed the servers. So the customers were informed before ordering. Our steaks were so spicy we couldnt even eat them. The sides were just as bad. The Mac and cheese tasted like they melted cheese on top of noodles. The female manger was rude. Didnt ask if we would like our steaks remade. She tried saying that all the steaks were heavenly seasoned. Huge difference between heavenly seasoned and spicy!! She saw we barely ate anything. Nothing was comped. Obviously the restaurant is ran like the management! Worthless and sorry.
EDIT: since corona I have been doing curbside togo orders and the order I just received was wrong. I am missing a salad and I asked for a regular potato and a sweet potato and got two sweet potatoes but the regular potato toppings. Plus when I called the girl on the phone sounded like she just started working there today because she had no idea what to do. If I am paying for something I would at least appreciate for all of the items to be in the bag... It’s not that hard to follow the ticket which has the list of items that should be in the bag.I just moved to the area and Longhorn has always been one of our favorite places and this one did not disappoint! Both waiters we have had have been very friendly and kind. Lamar is amazing!!!!
1 star is being generous. All 5 of our bread plates were nasty but we thought our server grabbed the dirty plates instead of clean ones. The second round of plates were equally as dirty and then when they brought out our food the plates and the silverware were dirty. Not only was there food on the dishes but they were greasy. I could rub my finger across the plate and leave streaks in the grease. We told our server we wanted to pay for our food and leave because the restaurant was dirty and we were not eating the food so she charged us for food that had just been dropped off and not touched plus the food that had never made it to the table. We requested to see the manager and when we told him he said, oh let me go check the temperature of the dishwasher and make sure there’s cleaning solution in it. He never offered to replace the food on clean plates, gift card for the food we never receive etc. We will never go back here. I’d rather go to the gas station and get a pack of crackers and coke.
I cant portray the repulsiveness. The introduction of the food will blow you away, yet once you nibble into your steak, appetizers and drink your watery tea, you will close your eyes and wish you were once again at the red light, during which you discussed whether to turn into the eatery and Ill tell ya, decide to go somewhere else.Your tastebuds will thank you!
Food was fast getting out, always have a full glass of my favorite beverage. Knocked a star because I got a ribeye steak and to be honest it was very thin, not a thick piece of steak. Maybe its just my expectations but steak was at least cooked correctly and flavorful.
We came here on a Friday night, they were a bit busy as to be expected. Our waitress was incredibly slow. It took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks out to us, then about 40 minutes to get our food after we ordered. With smaller portions, they should really look into getting smaller plates, the entrees looked ridiculous on such large plates. The loaded potato could definitely be more loaded. Two tables next to us came in after us, one had an issue with their food, had it remade, ate, and was able to pay and leave before us. The other table was able to sit, eat, and pay all in the time it took us to finish our food and wait for our waitress to come back with our bill. Slowest service Ive ever had and it had nothing to do with the restaurant being busy- all the other servers seemed just fine getting their patrons out in a timely fashion.
Went for lunch today..we were the first party for lunch. Incredible service by waitress Debbie (sp). Very kind, and attentive. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty, and as soon as you walk in the restaurant, you are hit with the smell of unchanged mop water/dirty cleaning, dish towels. Very sour smell. It was overwhelming.. I was unable to eat.
The food is great, drinks are great and he majority of the staff is very friendly. The food usually comes out quickly and Ive yet to have a negative experience there. On Friday and Saturday nights there can be a wait (any restaurant goer knows that) but the tables usually flip pretty quickly. The menu has a great selection but depending on what you order it can be pricey (also very typical of any steakhouse). I enjoy coming to this location and the Flos filet is probably the best filet mignon Ive ever had.
We had to wait 20 min on Fathers Day after church which was expected. We were seated, got our waters and ordered. Our salads came out immediately with bread. As soon as we finished our salads, our meals were delivered. All of our steaks and chicken cooked perfectly. We appreciated the manager stopping by as well. Great food and service today!!
After multiple visits, steaks have always been the temperature ordered, food is always well prepared, and table service is generally fantastic. Sometimes the service has been a little slow to revisit tables and refill drinks, but that can be expected when there is a 20min wait with the crowd on a Sunday. Overall pleasant experiences and will definitely be back.
Not my best experience at a Longhorn. Baked sweet potato wasnt warm enough to melt the butter they put on it and the flatiron steak wasnt very tender. Ordered a long pour Strawberry Margarita and it was all mixer. Couldnt taste alcohol and felt no effects from drinking the whole thing. For a $15 drink, I should have been able to tell I drank something. I only drink once a month on average, so it isnt a tolerance thing. Manager greeted us as we entered, but never checked on how our meal was. Overall a disappointing performance.
Service was atrocious. 45 minutes to get food for a table of 2 during the 2 PM hour in a Sat. Waiter acted like he had never been instructed on how to wait tables & spent the entire service failing to acknowledge us in any way. Manager didnt really seem to care either. Steak was drastically undercooked & soup was cold. Cannot recommend anyone visiting.
Was originally going to give four stars for the simple fact that we called ahead and put our name in (they dont do reservations) were told 30 to 45 minutes wait. When we got there and got a transponder to let us know when our table was ready we went out to the car and were doing stuff on the internet. After about 50 minutes I walked inside and they said that we alerted you about 10 minutes ago and your table had been passed up and that you cannot have them in the car which made for an interesting event!! The hostess then told me to take another one(transponder?) and wait another 30 minutes! That was not going to work!! When the other host a young man had said that theres no way they waited long enough and the manager made things right as well and sat us immediately. Even though they were super busy they provided excellent service! Amy is an outstanding server that turned our night around and made it a great time! The manager Andy is super awesome as well & a real nice guy and genuinely cared about making our dining experience nice! So theyve earned 5 stars in my book!!
Normally this place is great and everything is normally cook just how we like it. But on this trip things did not go so well. My steak was way over seasoned and overcooked. The appetizer was extremely salty and dry. But like I said it is normally a great time and food just on this trip it was not and that is what I am being asked to rate.
Good food, Great service. Our waitress, Wren (I think her name was) was friendly, helpful, and had an overall wonderful personality that elevated the dining experience. She was also very helpful in helping us get to our movie on time. The only downside to the night was the slightly musty smell to the restaurant, but thankfully it was not so strong that I couldnt enjoy the food.
I went to the Bethlehem, GA location on a rainy Sunday afternoon (after 1:00 p.m.) to purchase 2 gift cards for Christmas. I waited at the bar area and the waitress behind the bar (Sarah) acknowledged my presence. However, I waited more than 10 minutes for her to even come by and that was after I had asked when I was going to get some help. While waiting, the waitress took menus and drinks over to 2 tables who were seated after I had been waiting to make my purchase. The so-called manager (Jessica) that day basically had a smirkish grin on her face while I complained about the service I received. I will certainly think twice before going to this location in the future.
This was the time weve went there and the service was great the food was cooked just right and the staff were very nice and polite. Of course they all looked like they were new to that restaurant we saw none of the usual staff we have seen before there. Thanks for the good food and hospitality Longhorns
After a few visits to the Bethlehem Longhorns and horrible service each time, my husband and I decided to give it one more try tonight. We were greeted by smiling faces, big change. Our waitress was Dianna and she was Awesome. She really seem to care that we were satisfied with the full experience. I just would like to say Thank you the staff but mainly Dianna for helping to make our date night even better
Terrible! We gave this place a try pre-pandemic, and the service was not the best. Idk what possessed us to order curbside. TWICE! Steak, I guess? Omg. The first time the food took forever, and my husband had to go into the store to pick it up. He said it was mass chaos inside, and when we got home our food was missing. Okay, this was weird times so we decided to give them benefit of the doubt. Ordered again, within a few minutes someone from the restaurant calls back and says they dont have hamburger buns. We agreed to just have them make the burger without the bun. Not only did the food take FOREVER, but when we finally got the order the hamburger wasnt even included. It had been entirely removed from the ticket! Frustrated doesnt even begin to cover it after we had been waiting so long already. This was a random weekday, nobody there, and youve had ample time to get your act together. Disappointing, for sure.
Generally the service here is decent. I have never had anything more than okay service but it has never been bad. The food usually takes a bit longer to come out and getting our checks at the end has taken a few minutes longer than it needed to. Those things are a little bit annoying but not enough that we stop coming. Its a Longhorns. You get the same food as all the others. The service is a bit lacking.
We sat at high top near bar. So bartender was our server. She has a pleasant attitude but her fast pace needs to stay behind the bar when its crowded. The way our food and drink was presented and slide across the table made spillage every time. I almost felt like she was throwing it at me.
Hostess on duty was very nonchalant in a condescending way. We were a table of four, they had seated multiple large tables and said that we would have to wait, its getting late, theyre low on servers, etc. So 15 mins we wait. The manager was an oblivious douche with the same condescending, idgaf attitude the hostess had. Although the server was fantastic & a sweetheart, and the steak was pretty tasty, the potato seemed microwaved or reheated, and my daughters fries were underdone and/or baked.Wont be going back, I dont think.
Food was delicious, served timely, and at the proper intervals. This visit I was alone & it wasnt very busy. I was afraid my dinner would come out immediately after the appetizer & salad. That was not the case. My server was attentive w/o being overbearing. Overall, another fantastic visit.
This place got an overhaul in the last year. I had previous service here several times before that would’ve only gotten one star. I will not elaborate because the problem has been fixed. We had a wonderful dinner with A+ service and our food came out hot and ready to eat. The waitress I wish I could remember her name but she had long dark hair and was towards the front was absolutely amazing. We will be eating there on a regular basis again. Bravo Longhorns great job!
The stakes were delicious but someone mopped the front with what smelt like pee water. After getting to a good seat the food was excellent and the drinks were on point and service was quick. Desert was excellant as well keep up the good work but please talk with whoever mopped the front of the store.
Our 29th Anniversary lunch was awesome! The service was on point and the food was flavorful and cooked correctly.I had the Bedrock Grilled Shrimp...the shrimp were NOT over cooked and very flavorful...it delivered what I was expecting. My wife enjoyed the Renegade Sirloin and Half Rack Baby Back Ribs...as promised the Sirloin came out med.rare and was tender and tasty...the ribs as always moist.Way to go Longhorn, this was a memorable meal!!
The good:My chicken was goodMy waitress was decent for how over worked she was.The bad:1) hostess didnt even greet us, just starred at me until I said 2 please.2) I ordered a bourbon on ice, it was on shaved ice...the picture for advertising it had it on cubes. If you order a bourbon on ice, its to chill the drink... not meant to turn it into a slushie.3) I was told they were out of ribs4) I was told they were out of chop house mac n cheese (a premium side with an up charge of 1.99) they told me we have Kraft mac n cheese from the kids menu....sure why not I want mac n cheese. They actually charged me the up charged price of the premium side...yeah the one with better pasta and bacon and the works...no, instead, for a small bowl of Kraft mac n cheese I was charged an up charged price. when you break it down, a side with the up charge was $5+. They charged me $5 for a quarter box of $.99 mac n cheese.5) the drinks came after the bread and after we finished our appetizer.6) our main course came 35min AFTER we finished our app.7) my wifes burger was bland (its called salt, it helps bring out the flavor of the meat)When I spoke to the manager on these matters she told me she would have been upset if she had to pay that for the mac n cheese also. She told me the ice they put in the bourbon is all they had, nothing I like better than a mouth full of ice with my splash of bourbon. I was offered no consultation except that they heard my complaints and would try and train up their employees on these matter so it wouldnt be an issue for future customers (which was actually my suggestion). This happened to several tables! I watched the look of boredom and dissatisfaction on numerous peoples faces throughout the restaurant as they waited absurd lengths of time, for their food as well.I will not be dining here again and advise anyone looking for a decent meal with their family to look elsewhere until they fix their problems. Their are several other options in the area that are much more satisfying for the a better price ( I ended up paying $66 (for 2 people) for the terrible experience).I hope longhorn hears these concerns and addresses these issues, because ultimately people that dine at your restaurant such as myself and my wife are the ones that keep your doors open.
We had a party of 15-16. Half of us were practically sitting on top of each other, sitting at a table for 12. They had a party of 40 at the same time. BAD timing. Servers were trying, food didnt come out together, several meals were cold, even my soup was. My coffee was cold. But none of us complained. They were not equipped to handle 2 large parties. Just didnt make our outting pleasurable.
This was my second time visiting the Longhorns in Bethlehem. I was visiting my brother and we decided to go for dinner. My waitress was Rae and she did a great job. I order fruit with my daughter side with her meal. Once her food came she ate a piece of fruit and begin to scream saying it was a bug on her food. I looked at her fruit and it was a spider. Yes a spider!! A waiter was walking by and asked was something wrong. I told him that it was a spider in my child food. The waiter (he looked just as shocked as I was) took the fruit and told me that he would go get the manager (manager was standing at the entrance). I seen the waiter give the fruit to the manager and they both walked to the kitchen. A few minutes later my waitress came out with a fresh bowl of fruit. I asked her did the manager send this and was he coming over. She went to the kitchen area and came back and said he took my child food off of the ticket. The manger never came to our table.
My family of four came to this location and waited five minutes or more to be seated this location at this time was not busy it was 3 o’clock after we were seated a large family of six receded right next to us they receive their drinks same time that we did and they receive their salad before we did OK. Then we received our steaks we asked for well done we received them medium/rare We asked to speak to the manager and the manager was very rude and had us cuts into the steak more to prove to her that they were not well done acting like we are lying to her when we are paying for services. After we get our steaks back it looks like we got some jerky Instead of well done steak. We will Entertain the thought of ever going back to this location again.
Feb. 10, 2018 we (two couples) met for the evening at this location. Arrived at 6:30 seated at 7:10 (which was reasonable). Waitress took our drinks and appetizer orders. A few minutes she returned for entree order. I requested the prime rib only to be told they were out..,seriously at 7:20 on a Saturday night. I was disappointed but advised I would take the filet but would like the manager to honor the order at the prime rib cost due to operation error in being prepared. Note I did not order the large filet and expect the prime rib price I order the smaller portion. We received our food I asked if the manager had been consulted i was told they would check. I asked to speak to manager none ever came to our table. Received bill surprise, surprise filet full price. Just want everyone to be aware of poor management at this location. Food is good but management not so much. Eater beware!!!!
Rent was excellent. If I could get her every time I went I would be broke because she does so well that I make sure that I tip her well. The staff is generally very nice and pleasant. You will continue to receive money from me because yall know how to do customer service. Kudos people!!!
I have read some of the reviews it must be hit or miss when going to this Longhorn, but it looks like mostly miss. My wife and I tried to have a bite to eat here yesterday, but with an almost empty house we could not be seated after a 5 minute wait. More than once someone came to the front desk and did not even try to seat us. Finally a waiter looked up from his duties and ask my wife what we wanted? My wife asked if it normally takes this long to be seated and he said yes. She replied with the place almost empty, to no response. A few minutes later this same waiter came up asked us if we would like to be seated, we declined and left. If the service was that bad just to be seated, no need to press our luck by being seated after 10 minutes and ordering food. Almost seemed as if they thought they were doing us a favor instead of treating us as paying customers. I am sure as empty as it was Longhorn must be losing money at this location with that kind of service. One star is not low enough.
We had a delightful experience today! We took my Grandma out to lunch to celebrate her 79th birthday and our server, Kimberly, was an absolute angel! We had a marvelous time and she treated my grandmother so special, was so patient with my 4 young daughters and made us feel like family. We will certainly be back to see Kimberly and enjoy a delicious meal!
Came to this particular location the other night for the first time about 8:30pm. Place was pretty busy for that time of night. We had an awesome waitress with a pretty bubbly personality, I cant remember her name unfortunately. No complaints at all, the food and service was superb and the place was very clean and inviting!
The steaks were very good; the NY strip I had was grilled perfectly, it brought out the flavor of the meat very well. Wife had an 8 oz filet that she said was very tender and delicious. The sides are very good, I had the Steakhouse Mac&Cheese which had bacon and a nice assortment of cheeses. Wife loved her loaded baked potato. We washed down with the Mondavi reserve cab, the vintage they had was not as full bodied as I remember past vintages being but it did the job admirably. Too full for dessert, perhaps our next visit. Our server gave us excellent service.
Being from Texas; I enjoy going to Texas themed restaurants when Im outside of Texas to see how they compare to what I consider a good steakhouse. I must say that I am quite surprised. This is a very good representation of what I think is a good steakhouse. The food and service were great.
Brought my family to this location instead of Buford to avoid Christmas mall traffic. Horrible mistake. Food was cold and steaks were bland with no flavor. Drinks took 20+ minutes to get to our table. Server was flustered and overwhelmed. One meal didn’t even come out. When we finally flagged someone down we were told his meal was entered incorrectly and was coming soon. Once we finally got a chance to talk to the manager (who already knew we weren’t happy) everything started to turn around. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. Will be back to longhorns, but not this location.

2022-01-07This place gets packed! We came here on a Monday evening and had a 10 minute wait. Our server was slammed, but she still did a good job. The food was mediocre. My husbands steak was overcooked and too salty.Only came here to use a giftcard. Probably wouldnt return.

2022-05-07Got the 12 Oz ribeye. It had zero flavor to it. Server took it abs said he was getting another fixed for me. They reheated mine and added so many spices I couldnt eat it. Notice the spices all over the 2nd plate. My wife got the steak to take home.

2022-06-10The place was basically empty yet took forever to get seated. Set for 21 minutes without ever even getting our drinks or a server even coming over to our table. They were to busy having a good time at the bar . We just got up and went to the Texas Roadhouse. By the way, it was fantastic

2022-02-16Food was great took a while for a server to finally come over but once they helped me it was awesome! Stuffed mushrooms were fantastic and the Brussel sprouts were great. Also the steak was cooked exactly how I asked! I definitely recommend going.

2022-03-28Went with a friend and once again the food was pretty good, server was great but the place just isnt clean. From the front doors which are always filthy to waiting at the front to be seated, trash on the floor. The plates and flatware have gunk on them every time. I had a gift card so thought I would try it again. For the third time in as many years - it’s the same experience. Just clean it up and you would gain two 🌟

2021-09-18Very upsetting, we used to eat here regularly but don’t think we will be returning. We got a to go order and found a deep fried FLY in our food! I called and spoke with the manager and all they offered was to refund our appetizer. As a manager of a business myself, I would have gone above and beyond to try and make this right for the customer. Customer service and food quality is very disappointing!

2022-05-01Not to be too snooty and opinionated, I know their steaks are good after all the years of eating them. Now that I have actually learned how to cook great steaks at home, and we now prefer lean meats like venison, I prefer to cook my steaks at home.BUT!! Their salmon is fantastic! I have yet had a bad order of salmon from them, and searching the web, I just cant seem to find their secret recipe.Get the salmon, get the steak, you cant go wrong as a carnivore here :)
