FOOD POISONING40 minutes after dinner dont eat the salads. We definitely had a very bad waiter. The other staff was more attentive and helpful then the waiter assigned to us . Did I mention the food poisoning only person in party of 3 who ate Caesar salad severe diarrhea all night and all morning.
My husband and I had a date night for dinner. He had lobster tail and I had the parmesan chicken. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service could have been better. We never received our bread or Texas tonions. The server seemed like she didnt want to be there.
Horrible experience today. Host was rude from the minute we walked in. Our waitress never got our drink order till we were waiting a good 15 minutes. Our salads made it out before our appetizer because Taylor our waitress said it was sent to the wrong table. Ordered the most expensive steak they had 2 of them. Mine was over cooked and had a funny smell. My husbands was wayyyy over cooked and they sent him out uncooked Mac and cheese still cold in the middle. Was informed a manager would be over to speak with us after 20 minutes we had to ask if he was coming. When he did come he didnt apologize for anything and pretty much dismissed our complaints. When we got new steaks we asked for a to go box for them bc our kids were done eating and were ready to go. That also took another 15 mins and the manager didnt even bring them back so we asked the waitress for some. The manager did comp our steaks but the whole experience was not good from the start. 2 hours later and still hungry we finally got our check and were able to leave.
Waited 5 minutes to be greeted. No one running front counter. They werent even busy. Order taken right away but wrong food was brought to table. Onion soup had two pieces of bread init and it soaked up all the soup (see picture). Restaurant has an off putting smell, smelt like a dirty mop. Bread and butter was delicious but not enough to get me to come back.
My wife and I had lunch today..KG aka Kendall was our server. 10 out of 10 stars for this young man, very bright, very astute, very personable. Ask for KG for your server, you definitely won’t be disappointed with him. Food was excellent as always, but can’t say enough about KG.
Had a delicious Christmas eve lunch. Tried their shrimp and lobster chowder. Was delicious. Had grilled salmon and baked potato. Love the potato had salted skin. Couldnt finish so brought home. Made potato skins later. My husband had their 7 spice Steak Salad which he loved. Great meal and server Ashley was excellent.
Great service! Absolutely loved this location. We were in from Dallas for only one night and I’m glad we ended up stopping by. It was a little under staffed but we were cranky and starving from the 11 hour drive.Food was amazing, the guys scarfed down the entire burger in record time. If we ever end up in GA again, I’m sure we’ll be back
We took my grandson to Longhorn for his 19th birthday. Its one of our favorite places. Its like being in Texas,, that is the atmosphere. This one is on Macon road, open for lunch and dinner, also has a bar. Whenever we eat there we want left overs to take home😀 This is what we ordered--my daughter started with the loaded potato soup, then she ordered appetizers, Wild West Shrimp w/ ranch dressing, Spicy chicken bites, and a side of Baby Back Ribs. I had a big Chicken strip salad, and my grandson had Wings with seasoned frys. The waitress was very attentive. She came with to go boxes and lots of smiles. Then she came with a big surprise. Debi had brought a big Sundae (we all helped eat it) and on the plate underliner she had written HAPPY BIRTHDAY with chocolate syrup. Thank you Debi, I still smile when I think about how great every thing was. The Longhorn has outstanding waiters and waitresses, its very clean and always a pleasure.
Delicious NY Strip done to perfection. My wife loved the 9 ounce filet. She prefers her filet well done and 95% of of steak.houses consistently fail to do this without burning the outside. LongHorn got it right. The location of LongHorn may be somewhat concealed, but it is definitely worth finding and choosing as your steakhouse. I highly recommend it.
Kitchen is on point! Back of the house has it totally together. Food was Fabulous.We had a good laugh at the management of the place. Weird!Hosting and wait staff could use some training on punctuality, saying hello, ( we sat ourselves), being nice in general ( no one smiles except our waitress & the bartender).Bringing things to the table that the patron actually needs and ask for would be a plus. It looked like our sweet waitress was the Only one working other than the bartender. They worked very well together.We were a group of 4 in an empty looking restaurant. Maybe 6 tables of people total in the place.Management needs improvement.
Youve got a gem in your server B (Bea? Bee? I forget to look at the check) but they were amazing! They were super friendly, interacted on the perfect level with my kids, and was the right blend of attentive without being there too much.The food was ok, nothing super special that I would rate it 5 stars. But the service? Outstanding and worth every star! Keep them around, they are a true asset!
The food is good but the service is ratchetThe waitress r not friendly n when u hv a problem that overly friendly manager st the front door doesnt even know or come over. My family had been going there for years but the service has decline. I had issues with the pick up a few months back but decided to try going in n sitting down but that was worst. I will take the lost of a good steak n never go back. They think too much of themselves if they think people are going to give them their hard earn money to come in n be talked down to by a waitress who should atleast be friendly ijs
This was not a good dining experience. Giving 2 stars due to very friendly host. The waiter made us feel invisible. He tended to other tables and checked on them regularly. We had to remind him about our appetizer (mushrooms) which was cold, even though it had to be remade because it was taken to the wrong table. Then our food was delivered 2 minutes later which was also luke warm. I understand when you get busy it gets hard but at least a little communication makes the customers feel better and not unwelcome.
This is the worse longhorn I have ever been to. Floors sticky. Has odor. Ordered a salad and didn’t receive my salad until after I received my cold food. Took forever for my mom to get her debit card back. The server kept forgetting what we asked for and took forever to bring back steak sauce. My kids ate their chicken tenders plain due to no dipping sauce that we asked for. We Will never go back. If I had negative 100 stars I would give this longhorn negative 500 stars
I had looked this place up while on the road. We were not sure of our exact arrival time, so I didnt place my order as it was 2pm. The 1st available pick up was at 6:45pm. I assumed this was just the 1st available for a dinner pickup. Once arriving in Columbus I tried to place the order again. 3 hour wait! I realize it was Mothers day, but come on! 3 hours for a to go order!! I called the restaurant to make sure and she confirmed the wait. She also confirmed it takes longer for a to go order than eating at the restaurant.Thats NUTS! Not being from here I am not sure if this is normal for them or not. Word of advice though if you think you want to order to go, better order WAY ahead of time!
Shakara was the best server ever!! We really enjoyed her. She was attentive, very polite, and made no mistakes. The only dreadful part of this experience was the air conditioner was out in the restaurant!! July heat in Georgia with no heat is not a good combination but Shakara really went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The management provided us with some fans for the private room.
This place used to be my go to place. The last two times Ive been there have been a not so pleasant experience. This particular time I was given a hard time when I asked for a large to go box. The waitress, who is normally great today me I couldnt have a large to go box because they where for to go customers. I spent $60 this visit and figured that probably would have been the exception. I was told I would have better luck if I put in a to go order. That young lady had a really bad attitude toward the end of service. The manager is also very hard to deal with. Im very disappointed, I love the Longhorn brand and restaurant, but I believe I will not visit this location any longer.
Curbside to go order was missing shrimp since the Longhorn on Macon Rd ran out. After reviewing my order in the car,I had to go inside. Kelviney along with the manager had a steak dinner prepared for me to correct the error and inconvenience. Our food was delicious! Thanks for saving dinner!
I had the most wonderful server. she was patient and kind and very attentiveshe kept our glasses full and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we sat down to the moment we left. Her name was cady and she said she was new and Im not sure if she was still in training but it was a wonderfulexperience
We have CONSISTENTLY ordered the SAME items from the menu for the past 5yrs. In our last visits over the course of 6months, we have run into the SAME issue of HOW we ask items to be cooked and IT ISNT ACCORDING TO SPEC. As a cook of 25 yrs with a reputable chain, we OVERSTAND spec however, if the customer ASKS for mods, either you CAN OR CANT. Patrons are not FAMILIAR with a spec.....STOP GIVING WHAT IS NOT ASKED FOR IN THE NAME OF SPEC...(upcharge or accommodation perhaps)....MAKE TABLE VISITS to build rapport...etc. tonight was a MESS once again and management was focused on CLOSURE vs ACCOMMODATE paying patrons. Peace & Wellness....do better...this NOT a bash...this is AWARENESS to listen and accommodate better without defensiveness or albeit knowing.
Got overlooked after check-in. A young white couple was seated before us even though they arrived and checked after we did. The person we initially checked in with stepped away for a minute another server filled in and seated the couple we asked why they were seated before us and we were told that our name had not been written down by the 1st guy. We asked for him and he returned full of apologies none that restored the wasted minutes to our lives. Next our server Dillan continuously got lost while serving us. We sent 3 other servers to retrieve him. Each time he returned he acted as if nothing had happened. Not a good experience...well be certain to skip any opportunity to return.
My friends steak was perfect, my other friends salmon was under cooked both times, the manager and waitress were very gracious which made the food situation better. The location however was not the best. I was a little nervous leaving my car in their parking lot. I would not recommend dining there after dark.
My friend and I came down to have dinner, got the lean steaks with a jack and coke. The lean steaks were super chewy but tasted good, the jack and coke had such a strong proportion of jack that it felt like I was taking shots the entire time, overall the food was good but it could have a little more flavor 💔
Wow! This place is a really nice place for a great steak experience. My wife and I both had the 12oz rib eye with baked potatoes and salad. Awesome! We were both really hungry and I was able to eat all of mine, but, no room for dessert. My wife had to save about half of hers for later. And the service was great! There were quite a few people ahead of us when we got there, but we were seated in no time, which we liked and appreciated very much.We will definitely be going back. Great job, Longhorn Steakhouse!
The manager Aaron Story ,that was left on Duty after Bob should be fired. They messed our food up for 2x in a row. We ordered the the ribeye outlaw ... it was burnt and ordered ribs that tasted like they took them out the freezer and put BBQ sauce on them. We asked for a manager and Aaron sent the waitress back out to tell us hes not talking to us and that we can come back to see Bob when hes there. That was very unprofessional and after today we willNot be returning. D Im most definitely sure my family and friends . Dont either... JUST HORRIBLE
Group of 5. Good service. Good food. No prime rib. I did not ask if they even had Prime Rib, that is my usual purchase. I had lunch of chowder and salad, both were good. Everyone else was well satisfied with orders. We were there at the end of a rush. When the calm set in 2 of the wait staff stopped by for a few minutes of conversation. That was nice to have them do that when time was available. I always enjoy visits to Georgia, it is a friendly place.
Our server Lorraine took excellent care of us. The restaurant was busy due to Fathers Day but she remained professional and wore a friendly smile. The food that we ordered was good and she brought our refills in a timely manner! The restaurant manager came to check on our table. Really there was no need as she made our dinner worthwhile!!!
Had a great meal! Was a little concerned at first due to a 15min wait to be seated but they were getting slammed! Brie, our waitress, was both pleasant and engaging! My wifes steak was slightly undercooked, and despite having eaten half of it, they happily brought her another! Despite all of that, the experience was a great one!
Longhorn is my favorite place to get a steak. My favorite is theOutlaw Ribeye medium cooked with parmesan cheese crust. Yes, I do eat it down to the bone 🤗. The steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes are a must whenever I get my steak. Although, I have tried the brussel sprouts and they are delicious as well. It can get pretty packed I there but once youre seated youre good right?? Overall, Longhorn Steakhouse is must for steaks. Do not miss out!!!!
I visit this place often however yesterday the wait for being served was longer and the place was not packed. We didnt get bread until asking for it. Not until after our meals came out. None of the waitresses knew they were out of fried pickles. I wanted to order and I heard several others as well trying to order and their waitress didnt know they were out either. My steak as good but my sons bacon cheeseburger was very dry and again we had to ask for condiments. As time went on service did improve.
We really enjoyed our dinner. We were there for a birthday celebration with about 11 adults and 4 children. Their banquet room was more than adequate for our party. Our hostess/server was all that we needed her to be. The manager came in twice to check in with us and was very polite and professional.
The service was less than desirable. We had to send one of the steaks back because it wasnt cooked to order. My husband also wanted another drink and the server removed the glass without asking. We were also interested in dessert but it was never offered. It seems as though she was just ready for us to leave. I would not recommend this location.
The food was delicious. The service was slow. We had a coupon that wasnt honored because we were with a party, even though we ordered off the menu at regular prices. The manager was told, after wed paid, and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit. The lock on the door to the handicap stall in the ladies room was broken. The water at the sink sprayed everywhere, even at the lowest level. Oh, and there was a cigarette butt sitting on the frame of some art hanging on the wall. I dont think Ill be back ... Anyone need a coupon for a free appetizer?? Lol
Horrible service. We got there at 1:55pm, as instructed for a pick up, they 1st acted like we placed our order at another LH, once they found our order, it took 25 minutes for it to be brought out to the car.. qe fot rhe food at 3:20 pm. Totally ridiculous, they didnt start the food UNTIL, we got there.
Food was good, came out fast. Server started out great, but quickly turned south. Never got refills on drinks. Time for check and took forever to get it. Finally got it and gave me right one at beginning but upon final check out, after ringing up my card, she had checked the wrong table on my card, which was way more than my ticket. Had to track someone else down to fix it.
I had to edit my post after this visit. We had a party of about 15 people, when the food came out me and 3 of the other guest food was cold. Then asked for the manger, she came over with a attitude. Told her about the food being cold. She took it back and put it in the microwave. Thats not what to do when people are paying for a meal. You expect your food to be cooked to your liking. We come here to eat on a regular, not the normal type of service from this place. The waiter went above and beyond, thank you John. Even though the manger didnt do her part as a manger of a restaurant. Will be awhile before we return and thanks for a horrible experience for our uncle birthday.
This is first and oldest Longhorn Steakhouse in Columbus. It is still considered the best Longhorn Steakhouse in Columbus by people thathave been to both locations. It is rarely overcrowded, spacious seatinginside. The tables and booths are spaced far enough apart that you dont feel like you are sitting on top of a neighboring table.This location also has a banquet / meeting room that can seat up to about 90 people according to the manager. I was with a group using the banquet room and we had a party of 32 people. Service was great, food was even better. Everyone was really pleased with their meals. Usually, with a party that large, at least one person will have a problem with their meal. ( Steak Overcooked, or Undercooked) I am happy to say that only one person had an undercooked meal ( Salmon), but it was taken care of quickly.If you want to relax and enjoy your meal and not feel rushed like you do at many Franchise Restaurants, go to this location and relax, enjoy your meal. I am not paid or receiving any gratuity from Longhorn. I have been patronizing this location for over 20 years and it has always been great.
Smelled bad when I walked in. Shouldve known right then. We werent even greeted, just seated. Our server was impatient and seemed put off when we got there. Appetizer was so salty, I couldnt eat it. My salad was so drenched in dressing, I sent it back. Peach tea tasted like syrup with ice. Lady set food on our table without a word, and without giving us time to move things in her way. Steak was coated with and in a puddle of butter (why.) Terrible experience. Manager stopped at our table, after tending to table next to us. Nice attempt, but a dessert isnt going to resurrect my appetite. No, thank you.
A nice older longhorn. Womens bathroom was nasty with a broken toilet with very understood very disturbing stuff in the toilet that they did not close or say the bathroom was broken. Notified employing they said oh yeah its broken on . Im like you need to cover that up. Its nasty and unsanitary. Great service with our food food was good. Waitress was awesome.
Our family is traveling and stopped for lunch since we didnt want fast food. It was a late lunch around 230 pm. There were very few patrons in the store yet our salad orders rook about 30 minutes to get out. They were not complicated orders and the waiter was not overloaded. The manager did his obligatory We have one cook right now and things got backed up speech. He also gave our children a complimentary ice cream. The bathrooms were not clean either. Disappointed in Longhorn for the bad experience today. Once we got our food.it was good other than a completely cold.steak on the salad. We probably wouldnt return to that location if we lived in the area.
Service is slow and was served a chipped plate. Not that it is a big deal to have a chipped plate but it means to me theyre careless. My food temperature was good but my partners food temperature was not. He had a baked potato that wouldnt melt butter. You use to say you get what you pay for, but the prices here rival Ruths Chris, so I dont think it is worth it. I did give three stars because the manager came out and apologized for the cold food and comped us a drink.
Everything was wonderful, I know its a chain across country, but it was my first time. Prices were extremely reasonable for an awesome steak. I was most impressed by our waitress, she was so nice, and patient, and helpful. We never asked for refills, and thats good. We got in fast on a Friday night, which was another thing Im not used too being from SoCal. My son got an awesome steak for first time in four months after graduating from Fort Benning infantry that day. I know it was awesome because I had the same rib eye. Its a little out of the way, but just follow the signs and you will find it.
Had to wait a long time to get seated even though the place wasnt that busy & then they separated our party. Waiters were nice but it seems they struggled to keep up with us. This is the second time weve been here & it was the same both times. First time we had our food & had to wait for them to bring silverware. Obviously they have some staffing issues. Disappointed because Longhorns is usually a good place to go.
This was my typical planned group outing. While our menú options were limited based on the size of my group and my budget, it was a great evening. Had i known in advance that it would be the last for while I might have been less budget concious but I would not have chosen a different restaurant. Their reputation was well deserved. The service was efficient, courtious and deliberate. The menú was diverse enough to offer 2 choices for every palate. The steaks were tender and prepared to everyones preference. The chicken was well seasoned and particularly delightful. The fish and the shrimp were succulant. On this night they had a chef that understood the science of food prep. Its not often you find a resturant that does everything well. We tried múltiple appetizers and desert. Space was the only detractor for the evening. My party seated 22 in a party room that had plenty of space but setup was a bit right. All in all it was a good night for the Team and well worth the the price. Give it a try when you have the chance. Alone or in a group, you will not be disappointed.
On this day, the staff appeared to have an attitude for some reason. I do mean EVERYONE was semi rude on some level; from the hostess to the entree deliverer. Also, the bartender (who in fact handed delivered a drink to our table) was having a moment as well. My parents had just gotten in town from Chesapeake VA and I did not want to make any waves about the rude service, although my parents asked to speak to a manager and he was in fact the rude ring leader. Nonetheless, I am giving this location 3 stars simply because of the staff. The food was DELICIOUS (5 STARS); we had PERFECTLY cooked lamb chops over garlic mashed potatoes with sauteed spinach. Again I say, SIMPLY DELICIOUS. The staffs attitude (except for the chef since we encounter him/her personally) left much to be desired. Maybe I will give them a try another time BUT not anytime soon.
There was a lengthy wait on receiving our order. They used to serve you the bread,so your wait would go slightly unnoticed; but now that comes out with the order? That senseless to me. However, once we got the food - it was Great! They could do better with the time management!
I was very disappointed. I was with a group of at least 40 . I was the only one that ordered the prime rib. After they started bringing food out I was informed they were out of prime rib. I ordered Flos fillet. It came out another 15 minutes later butterflied. It was supposed to be medium rare. You dont butterfly a medium rare steak. Unless you ask if that is ok. Was not impressed about quality of food or appearance of the restaurant. Ceiling stained and drooping. I will not go back and will tell everyone I know not to as well. Also had to ask for bread after the salad. Come on get it together. For these prices they should be all over it.
Ill start by saying that the staff and management were WONDERFUL! Im inclined to say that THEY get FIVE STARS. But, the food does not. Both my mom and my sister in law got Prime Rib sandwiches, and they smelled and tasted rotten. Again, the staff and manager took care of things, BUT.... Im not exactly sure how a cook couldnt have smelled that prior to sending it out. We had a large party, and none of us were blown away by our meals and at the prices they ask, you should be!
Cant cook a steak properly if they had to. I ordered my steak med. It came out it was raw. This has happened twice never going back. They suck you would be better of anywhere else like sagebrush or the Texas Road House much better food and wait staff. Its just a rip off.
The appetizers came out fine...they messed up my soup, brought the wrong one..asked for extra butter and sour cream for baked potato, forgot...had to ask again...didnt bring dressing for salad, had to ask again...didnt bring spoon for coffee...had to ask...felt like we had to keep asking for everything again. ..finally were able to eat, by that time we all kinda lost our appetite. ..
Food was delicious, but very lacking in customer service. We were there at a not too busy time, but still people stood waiting to be seated. On our way out of the restaurant, we went back to the kitchen to let them know that people were waiting to be seated and found three or four staff members standing around chatting.The mens bathroom had bloody paper towels in the sink and the towel dispenser empty. The situation was attended to after we told them. The waitress did the minimum and we had to ask for a refill on coffee. She never asked if we would like refills on beverages. Rating a 3, because food was good. Too bad the help isnt as good.
I love Longhorns, but this location was horrible. My stuffed mushrooms were not hot, then my order was wrong, I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I was brought mashed potatoes and a sweet potato all of which was lukewarm. When the server finally came back around, we let her know, about the order being wrong as well as the other problems with our order, which Im not even gonna get into. When she brought back my mac and cheese, I can actually say it was hot and good, cant say much for the rest of my meal. Ill be sticking with the other location from now on.
So, going to the bar for pickup fine. Sitting at a dirty bar 30 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready just gross. And the pick up person saw the area, placed the food around the unclean. Really?!? If someone had taken the time to clear and clean we would have ordered drinks whole we waited. You should Never be to busy to keep you area clean.
Service was below standard. Food was not seasoned well. My sisters steak was not cooked properly as requested. Chilli cheese fries had no chilli I asked the server does that look like it has chilli on it. She said Im sure its in there somewhere. Well it was not un there somewhere. Guess this is why we stopped coming.
Food was not bad, the server was super serious though like this was definitely a job and not an adventure. I wish that they would do something about that terrible sour mop water smell in this place. This is only my third time going to this location in the 8 years living here and thats the most memorable part of the experience every time. Just sniff the air when you come in, you dont smell steak on the grill, you smell old mop water that they are too lazy to change out. You cant mop the lobby with the same water you mop the kitchen with. I hope they fix this because for an average of $20 bucks a person no matter what you order they gotta do better.
The wait was long,even after calling.Was told to come in a table for a party of 9adults and 2 children would be ready. When arrived had to wait almost an hour to be seated. Believe it was due to being under staffed. Need to have more waitress and waiters on wkend and holidays. After all that,the staff was polite and courteous.
This restaurant has been around for many years at this location. There are a lot of interesting things to see hanging on the walls, from the ceiling, and lining the panels. It is a little on the dark side. But the food is always good. I always get Flos Filet and Chocolate Stampede for dessert. Flos Filet is very tender, gristle free, and no fat. It will be cooked to your specifications, and comes perfectly seasoned. I never add steak sauce. Chocolate Stampede is the best dessert on the planet, if you are a chocoholic.
I have to say this was my first and last time to ever order from this restraunt. I could have got better food from Captain Ds to be honest and spent way less.I ordered for carryout and I got the 12 piece shrimp got charged extra for the cauliflower when it should have came with the meal.Not to mention it was still hard and my food was not even hot. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo as well a d on the internet it says 7.99 well I call and order it and get told that this is only the price for during the week. So ok but 11.99 for just a sandwich and almost 3.oo for a bowl of chili only half full could have did better at Krystals for less money becuz they should of already came with a.side without an extra charge. So all and all I spent $40.00 bucks for nothing it was awful.I mean I work in the food industry and would not serve something that was not up to my standards .Not to mention I left my preparer 5.00 dollar tip.
Group of 8 met at 7 on a Friday night. No reservations and it took over an hour to get seated. Tried to get another group ahead of us but had to remind them we were here before the other group. Did not put bread plates on our table until we commented on it. Took a while to get our food. Noticed a much larger group seated 20 minutes after us received their food immediately after our group did. They larger group had not called ahead. If you go on a Friday night expect a very long wait.
Must have had a shortage of fries in the back as our plates came with very few fries. Plates for appetizers were pretty dirty. Waitress was unusually rude about the plates being dirty and sent her mgr to bring us plates. I would think for a group our size and having someone in military uniform she would be alot nicer then she was. Tip reflected her attitude.
After a long day my daughter and her husband invited me to come out to eat with my two grandsons and thier wives to spend time together.what a great way to end the day!!!great fun GREAT food all our steaks cooked perfectly, and one of the best servers i encountered in a very long time.his name,and i really hope im spelling it right,was quan.he never lost patience,we kept him on his toes running for things and with his wonderful personality , made our dinner
We ordered take out, and pick up was at the bar. While it was busy, the people working the bar didnt maintain a clean bar area. We sat at the bar thinking to order a drink while we waited, sitting at the only available seats it was dirty. 30 minutes later when the food finally came out it was unpacked right on the unclean bar top. I believe everything person working behind the bar should be held accountable for the problem.
Horrible service went for a birthday dinner once we got there it took over an hour for someone to come take our drink order. Then other 30 min for meal. The waiter acted like he didnt want to be there took for ever to come and check back on the party. Then once we received the check the 20% gratuity was all ready hand written in. When asked they said because they didnt charge for the banquet room so it automatic a 20% add. Which I stated that service was bad and that wasnt said in the beginning. Would I come back no, not to this location.
This place was great! We till my daughter here for her graduation dinner and it was swamped but you would never know it with how well the staff handled everything. The prices are good for a steakhouse. With meals, wine, and dessert, for a table of 5, we dropped just under 300 and it was worth every bit.
The food was pretty good as well as our waitress. The hostess was very rude and had a nasty attitude!!! She walked us from the front to the back of the restarunt, we passed 6 or so clean tables, but for some reason she thought it best to seat us next to the bathroom!! If not for her I would have given more stars!
Always have rude staff which made my coworkers and myself hesitant towards going more frequently however on our last visit it was the last straw. After an hr of waiting for our food our very rude server still didnt bother to update us. We got up to talk to the hostess and as we were approaching the stand our server shows up letting us know our food would have to be boxed because it still isnt ready. I find it hard to believe after an hour it still wasnt ready...even with a group of 5, 2 of our plates were salads? Management didnt bother to appologize or even try to make it right. Paid our drinks and left. Refuse to go anymore. Poor reflection on the longhorn chain
The Blue Cheese dressing is some of the best I have had, we ate here twice while visiting last week. The first visit was great but the 2nd visit wasnt so good, my Son ordered a steak med and it was well done and dry and the Waitress never stopped back to check on us, I probably wont stop back when I am visiting next month.
We usually love this place but tonight it was AWFUL!! All of our steaks came out wrong and when they replaced it it was cooked wrong again! Then you hear the kitchen staff talking about drugs. We still paid for our kids meals even though her steak was cooked wrong too. Im very disappointed and we will not be back.
Service was slow to say the least. Place is behind a few motels in a corner by itself, so u can imagine the type of customers it attracted. We didnt even stay to order entrees. Which is sad because I had been wanting a steak ALL DAY lol. Appetizers was good. Never be back or recommend. Thanks!
The food was VERY good, the kitchen staff KNOW how to make a Medium cooked Steak Perfectly. Our Server, Domineka, was super sweet and did a great job from taking our order to checking on us and bringing refills without us having to ask while we were there. Definetly ask for her section, you will have a nice experience.The only reason I rated only 4 stars was the host/hostess. The girl and guy ( I didnt see name tags) did not smile once and both acted as if they did not like being there, the girl didnt say much, dropped the menus on the table and walked away.No Enjoy your meal, Your server will be right with you, nothing.Other than the two hosts, we had a very nice dinner.
Ordered the 12oz Ribeye with Rice Pilaf. Steak was correctly cooked to order. Albeit the steak was kind of bland, thankfully it was juicy and the fat was tasty. I would rate this places steaks under Texas Roadhouse and Outback steakhouse as far as ribeyes go.Waiter didnt check on our food after we received it even though its not busy. Our waitress hasnt stopped by and our food is completely gone and water is low.Overall food was Alright. Not great not bad. Just okay.If you want to better satisfy your tastebuds go to Texas Roadhouse.
Our food was not good this is the first time that I wasnt pleased with my food the almost 30.00 dollar steak was raw, I asked for medium, my salad was just a bowl of old lettuce my potato was cold, my grandkids food was just as bad, I paid over 50.00 dollars for that food and it was a waste of money
Longhorn steak house was amazing. The waitress was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the place seemed very clean. I had the ribeye (medium) with a ceasar salad and the sweet potato and all items were delectable. Im definitely going back again next time im in the mood for steak!
The food is unbelievably delicious and affordable! I had the pleasure of bumping into one of the fry cooks (Maurice Williams) and he was very helpful and sweet, not to mention cute! ;-) Sorry ladies, hes taken. But the setting as a whole is very clean and friendly perfect for families.
The food was great, but the service was completely awful. Im so disappointed in my experience here. First, we came in and were told to wait to be seated. People came in AFTER us and got seated before we did. ((KEEP IN MIND: it WAS not busy)) It took our server 10 minutes to even come to our table to give us menus, and he didnt even get our drink orders. After another 10 minutes of waiting, he came back and got our drink orders, then ran off again (literally running) He was in such a rush the whole time we were there; he didnt even let us finish talking before he started running away. We didnt get our drinks until about 5 minutes before our food came out. We didnt get our bread until AFTER we got our food. He barely checked on us and when he did he didnt listen and didnt care what we were saying and ran away. Again, there were empty tables everywhere and multiple servers. Once we got done eating we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for him to come back so we could get togo boxes. Once he finally came he talked over us and cut us off and kept running off before we were finished talking. Then he didnt bring us our check and we were just sitting waiting when he knew we were ready for the check. Once he gave us the check he said just go ahead and give me your card and ill run it really fast in a very rude tone, and when my mother in law hadnt even read the check yet. So she was trying to see what the price was and he walked away to do something else and was gone for quite a long time. Worst service I think Ive ever had. Honestly I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. I wont be coming back
Highly disappointing, very overpriced with water downed drinks and decent food. The service never checked on bread comparing to Texas Roadhouse which drowns you in loads of it. I would never recommend this certain establishment or even building to go to. I am utterly disgusted with how the company priced their menu not due the the taste or effort the cooks put but the amount of food. I have never experienced anything worse than this
Lets start off with our server James was horriable ! Was rude as soon as we got here . Had an attitude when I asked for bread since he didnt offer . Being a longhorn fan for many years . I know it supposed to be offered . My husband got the Porter steak , which indeed it was a big steak . Full of fat !! So we paid for fat nice ! Our server never stood there to make sure it was cooked to my husand likening . Never asked if we would like refills ; clearly seeing just Ice in our cups .This is first time at this location and I will certainly not be returning. I will be sure to inform my fellow soldiers that this place was waste of money and time . Worst experience Ive ever had !!
This is the third time in a row that this place has cooked my steak nowhere close to the cook I ordered on it. I want med rare. If you order medium rare, you get rare. If you order medium to be safe, hoping they might undercook it and accidentally give you a med rate, you end up with a tasteless done or well done. I am not expecting Ruths Chris, anything in the ballpark would be fine, but it never is in the ballpark, not even in the parking lot. How a steak restaurant hasnt come up with a system to idiot proof the cooking of their steaks yet is beyond me. I wont be back. It is sad, because I was pleased with everything else I was served as well as the third of the steak that was actually edible.
This is my favorite place to eat. My husband gets something different everytime but out of all the times Ive been there Ive only ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. By far the best chicken Ive ever had in my life. Service is friendly, sometimes slow and forgetful but I come there for the food, not the service. Highly recommend Longhorns!

2021-12-06Ordered a medium steak. It was rare got sent back twice to fix the steak the last time the manager said I’d get a new steak. Instead, I received my steak back burnt to hell. Our waiter was also the worst I’ve probably ever had. Waited 20 mins for a refill waited another 20 for boxes so we could finally leave after being there for almost 2 hours. I honestly can say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

2022-06-20Food was great. Service was good. The only reason why it did not get 5 stars is because it was very messy in there. It looked like there had been a food fight on the floor and there was just half cleaned tables everywhere. 😳 Other than that it was great!! 😊

2022-02-01Though the food was great and ever the waiter Dylan was steller. The management at this establishment leaves far more than a sour taste in the mouth. Frequently they forgot we were there, replied in a very short manner to simple questions, and even refused to fully explain the process of booking a room. Buyer beware if you want to reserve the banquet hall, you have to put down a deposit and that deposit will not be refunded to you. And even worse the different managers did not agree with how the business is handled.Look, I feel the employees here are amazing. Definitely over worked but they still have great service. But it is high time for new management.

2022-03-12I had lunch here yesterday 3/11. The food was pretty good and my waiter was good. The only complaint is that the hostess has an attitude. She does not greet you when you enter the building she just says how many. After I finished eating I really needed to leave but I could not locate my waiter to get the check; I approached the host and asked if she could help me find him. She was on her phone and acted as if I was bothering her by speaking to her, she never responded to me just simply walked off with an attitude. This should not be the person working in the front of the house.
