We were in recently and wanted to praise the ones who we noticed working so hard and they took care of us.The host coral was so nice and professional with us and got us seated in a great time. Also our waitress Cierra was absolutely the best. Very friendly and took care of us. Kept our drinks filled and was just a great experience. Next time we come thru we will ask for Cierra again.Keep up the work you two.John Dailey
I always love coming here but I picked up some food at 9pm tonight, got home and there was barely any salad in my side salad, just hard pieces, I didn’t get and cocktail sauce with my shrimp which isn’t a big deal and my donut bites were hard and barely had any chocolate sauce. I’m disappointed in longhorn this evening. ☹️
WE thoroughly enjoyed our time here (one Saturday afternoon). Steak houses are somewhat dated - but, this Longhorns was very classic and mellow. Our server was nice enough, and made sure that we were satisfied. Its dimly lit here and not too noisey - which is rare for a steak house. Our entrees were nice.
Worked here for two months. Loved it! Made a lot of money and met many good people. Be forewarned however. If you dont play by their rules, they will discipline you without remorse, even if it means your loved one passes away and/or you have COVID. I am absolutely appalled by the managers decision making here. Apparently work takes precedence over your loved ones. Stay aware folks.
Mi love longhorn but my most recent visit was not up to par. The Wild West shrimp had no peppers or heat that it usually does it was just plain fried shrimp. My daughter ordered the steak which came to the table cold. They microwaved it which over cooked it. Sent back for a refund. The waitress did not monitor our table so we had dishes that needed to be taken away from the appetizers so we could have room to eat. I had to constantly ask for refills. Not usual for this location but I will return maybe it was just a busy night.
Every time we go to this location, the service is awesome. I wish I could give 10 stars to our server, Sharen. She was literally “superwoman”! Her multitask skills are amazing, She brought out everything with perfection, and a positive attitude, while also taking care of a huge party directly across from us. She is most definitely management material. We also loved to see the unity of the staff. Everyone worked well together, and had no problem helping each other. Whatever this location is doing, please do not stop. Oh! and I forgot to mention, the food is amazing! We will most definitely be coming back, and hope to get Sharen again.
I came here on my lunch break. I watched servers and waited about 10 minutes before someone came to my booth. Lizabeth A’s name was on my ticket. I felt rushed while placing my order. When I received my food (the only good while there), she never came and asked to refill/check back to see if everything was ok. Though, I did watch her service the party next to me and she was patient and made sure she checked up on them throughout the time they was there.
This is a good longhorn; and there’s always a wait on the weekends. They need to work on the estimates they give people though.We reserved ahead on the app; were 28th in line with a 45 minute wait. 40 minutes later we got to the longhorn and were 5th in line, checked in at the front and were told it would be a 45 minute wait.I said this didn’t sound right; this was our original wait when I did seating ahead, and now we are 5th in line not 28th. It just didn’t sound accurate. Apparently a manager was near there and overheard something ? She said she manages 6 Longhorns and this is just how it is, etc. she came off a little aggressive.Anyways; 10 minutes later (not 45) we were first in line and then seated. The food is still quite good at this location and will come back. Just ignore the wait time they say and go by the app.
Called ahead hours before and we were told that they could accommodate party of 12. They told us yes and to call when we arrivedWe called upon arrival and the young lady ensured us they had us(her words). When I stepped inside the manager informed us that we would have to be split up because of Covid and that we must wait outside. I understand Covid protocols but wish we had been told that we would be split up over the phone. Also if one group has to wait outside why dont others? I timed them in for about 10 minutes.
The service was great and we love the atmosphere. However, the food is not great. The prices are going up but good quality is going down. Even if the food was the same yummy food it used to be the prices are too high for that food. I ordered the French onion soup. it arrived with a 1/2 of melted Swiss cheese (way too much) under that were saturated croutons but no soup. it was like a savory bread pudding. I saw no onions and it was heavy on the salt. I was disappointed. it was not tasty. my husband ordered chopped steak which he said was tasty but we could not get over the prices. We used to be regulars but we will find another steak house.
UPDATE: I received a call from the manager who wanted to make my order right. My salad was prepared correctly this time and I was given a super bomb apple pie to go with it. My husband wanted to eat too so I placed a separate order for a steak from their specials menu (Delmonico steak).My salad was great and exactly what I ordered. My husband said he was really impressed with the steak he had. He said the seasoning is perfect. I tried it and outside of the seasoning it’s crazy how tender it was.THANK YOU LONGHORN FOR MAKING IT RIGHT! This is the only sit down restaurant in Covington that we like and I’m grateful that you care about your customers!!!Original review:Okay. Last time I ordered the 7 pepper Caesar salad I got home to find tomatoes and blue cheese on it. I didn’t place the order so I blamed the other person. Tonight I ordered the SAME salad myself and get all the way home to find blue cheese on it again. It’s not even an option to remove it since it’s all mixed in! I absolutely HATE blue cheese and am super aggravated about having to pick through a salad to make it edible. Either the longhorns to go order section needs to be updated online or the cook needs to get it together. $17 for a salad is a bit much to have it screwed up. Maybe I’m crabby tonight but I would have loved to come home, relax and eat my non blue cheese Caesar salad. 😡
The appetizer shrimp was great and the man and cheese is hands down the best, better then alot of people make it at home. Didnt care for the blooming onion or the mushrooms covered in cheese but the mushrooms are delicious it was just wasnt a good mix for me personally however the steaks are always good and the staff is always great
The service was great but the meal that I ordered wasnt. I usually order steak at long horn, which are good. I decided to order something different, the 2 pork chop meal. The portion is more than filling but the pork chops were overcooked and very tough to chew. The flavor of the meat wasnt there because it was overcooked. I cook often and am considered a great cook by many people. I like my pork cooked but not to a point of where it is tough, dry, and unfavorable. I didnt complain about it to the waitress because I didnt feel like it at that time. Ive had my experience and wont order that again and would not recommend it at this long horn.
I came because I heard their Lamb was AWESOME!! I looked for it on the menu, didnt see it, inquired about it. Was told they reduced their menu after they reopened after pandemic, and the Lamb was one of the ones that was taken off the menu😔.The Atmosphere was inviting, my waitress was Good. So, I order the Salmon, The food was Excellent all except the rice.. the rice was hard(I think it had not been cook long) But everything else was good.
Our server was Cleveland and he was awesome! Such a delight to have someone treat us like we were special.(We had walked out of Applebees because of horrible service and food. Never done that before ) I hope you realize what a great asset Cleveland is to your company.
Fail!!!Ordered my husbands favorite steak with sides. Picked it up, got home. The steak is significantly smaller than it was the last 10 xs hes ordered it. Etc, etc......I have updated my review. We have been back, multiple times since that review 2 years ago, and experienced nothing below 4 star service.I dont know what they did but Im glad they did it....theres not much else on this strip to choose from.
My cousins and I went for dinner. We were a party of 9. As you can imagine we ordered up some food but unfortunately, 4 of us ordered Salmon. It was way overcooked!!! It had burnt edges, dried texture. We even asked for extra sauce used to put on top of it thinking that would make a difference but unfortunately it didnt! Not to mention that there was ketchup on one of the chairs. Luckily, one of my cousins purse sat in the ketchup instead of her beautiful outfit!😳
Overcooked steak, ran out of baked potatoes and when asked if they could replace it with sweet potato they said yes then brought out mashed. The mac n cheese was terribly dry and undercooked. Have been before and it was good but Sunday 11-14-21 at 7 pm was one of the worst experiences ever.
My friends and I ordered steaks, I requested it medium. It came back medium on the outside and raw in the middle. I had cut into the steak and taken a few bites before I realized the middle was raw. I told the waitress and she said she would get me a new steak. Meanwhile everyone else is eating. My steak that I had eaten off of came back to the table from being on the grill. Plus everyone was finished by the time my food came. Needless to say it was now overcooked and I was disgusted that they cooked food that had been eaten off of back onto the grill especially with covid going on. I could not eat that and it ruined my whole meal. I was wondering how often do they cook food thats been eaten off of on the grill. The waitress was unconcerned and it felt like we were bothering her. The whole experience was awful.
Food was on point, both in taste and presentation. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Table and dining room as a whole was clean. My only suggestion to the kitchen manager would be to slice the onions thinner when they are used on burgers, because when the onion slices are an inch thick, it makes the burger fall apart.
Our food was correct and good. The wait time was not bad. However, our server disappeared after taking our order. Someone else brought us our food. Had to ask another server to get our server. Instead another server came and asked what we needed. A different person brought us condiments. We saw our server finally but she still never came back to our table or did anything else for us. The server I asked for help got us refills and brought our check and took our payment. We left one of the worse tips I have ever left and I hope the lady who took our payment gets the money instead. We have been to this location many times, the worst experience on this visit.
This particular restaurant is in need of a deep cleaning. The wait area is filthy and the restroom was worse than any truck stop I have ever been in.We wont be going back anytime soon.The food was fair. We didnt get our appetizer and the waitress tried to sit us in a booth and my husband is in a wheelchair. We had to go back out to the waiting area until a waitress showed up to a table that was wheelchair accessible.
Great staff and service. The staff looks out for each others tables so that the customers are taken care of. Can get busy, have never waited more than 10 minutes for a table. Been twice and the manager on duty has checked on me both times. Will go back. Read the menu for all the information you need to be satisfied.
I have been ordering the strawberry 🍓 grilled chicken salad and it is excellent and low in calories. Its a large salad that takes time to eat which is a plus. Ive also had their strawberry cake which is wonderful and not overly sweet. Most other items in the menu have huge calories so I will not order those
Ordered take out. When I got home both orders were completely under cooked. Manager made me return to the restaurant for refund. Hoping he refunds in good faith, Because I didnt wait for the refund. What bothered me most he checked my food as if I was lying the undercooked food. I wouldnt ever return to this place if it was the last place to eat.
The server was friendly and my sons food was good...but my shrimp and rice were undercooked. We did show up about an hour before closing, but still feel that the food quality shouldnt have suffered; and I did not ask them to recook it because it was already so close to closing by the time we received our food.
Food was good. Waitress on the other hand was blah no customer service skills. She came to our table like ugh and came like a drive by. Didnt refill our drinks until our food was almost gone.It was busy but I watched her go to other tables laugh smile and joke with the other guests. But when she came to us it was like we were an annoyance. The way we were seated for a party of 5 at a small booth with a chair at the end was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Never had any space while eating. Because our Waitress didnt clear our table in a timely manner.
Visited the restaurant October 2021 , they overcooked me and my fiancé steak .🥩 It took so long to come we wasn’t going to wait for another one. However the manger refuse to discount our meal or anything and stalled to come talk to us when we asked to speak to someone the 2nd time . I’ve never had a bad experience here until now but I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Curbside pick up was amazing ! The communication online was easy to use and our order was ready when we arrived. The employee had on a mask and was very kind. The food was nicely packaged and hot! The portion side of food and dessert was amazing. Definitely will come back to this Longhorn.
Let me start off by saying that our waitress was nice & apologetic, even though all the events that occurred were not her fault. Also, the food was good....once we finally received it. The place was very busy for a Monday evening, with several large parties, so we tried to be patient when things took a lot longer than usual. I love a good Bloody Mary, but theirs can not be described that way. It could have possibly been saved by some pickle juice and hot sauce, but I was told they had neither on hand. I ordered the renegade sirloin with the grilled shrimp. When my plate came out, the steak was missing. They took the entire plate back to the kitchen, and by the time they came back with a steak, the shrimp were cold. I ordered my steak medium, but what I got can best be described as over well. When the waitress came back by (which took a while b/c she was so busy) I showed her the inside of the dark brown steak & embarrassed by the obvious mistake, she apologized again & took it back. She kept coming back to the table for the next 15 minutes apologizing. She said she had 7 re-fires b/c the cooks had been messing up steaks all night. By the time I finally got my steak, everyone had already been finished eating for a while. She said she spoke with the manager & got us a 25% discount on our ticket for our trouble. I honestly felt like for all the trouble, my meal should have been free. Also, I feel like they should have given a discount to the rest of our party, who had to sit there forever & wait on me to get my food, before we could just put it in a to-go box & leave. This is not how Longhorn use to be. I hope it was just a bad night & not how their food & service has become since Covid.
I asked to be seated at the bar so they put me on a wait. I waited for about 20 min and the hostess said the bar was still full but she had a booth ready if I wanted it, I took it and my service was great. The server was very attentive and fast. I ordered my food and everything came out quick. Great job tonight guys and thanks for all you do!
Service was slow at first but friendly and attentive later on. The food was mostly good but my steak was overseasoned so much I had to scrape seasoning off for it to be edible.We were seated near a large party of restaurant employees who were so loud I couldnt have a conversation with my family and were all disregarding Covid guidelines so there were people within 2 feet of us throughout our meal which ruined the enjoyment of our meal.
First off I would like to say that my husband and I eat at this location at least twice a month. That’s at least $50 a visit for us. Salmon was my go to but I had a few bad experiences with this entree here so when I saw the lamb chops I was elated! My husband orders the outlaw ribeye and we get it curbside to go. The past few times we’ve experienced medium rare steak when asked for it well done, dry and not portioned correctly steakhouse mac and cheese, incorrect and missing sides! It’s just been frustrating because we’ve spoken with management who seems nonchalant with no apology( a young lady on afternoon shift 3/23/21) For instance yesterday we ordered Lamb chops and Outlaw ribeye dinners. Steak was medium rare they put spinach under his mash potatoes;(it’s plated like that with the lamb chops but spinach is on top!)Mac and cheese was dry and had no cheese sauce and they were not portioned correctly.Everytime I get the chops the sauce and spinach is in a cup in the side. This was plated with sauce everywhere and the plate looked a mess. I spoke with the nonchalant manager and drove 30 minutes back to the restaurant to have them recook my order and then they forgot to put my asparagus on the plate! I noticed that and waited for them to cook that .My husband waited to eat his food after I got back so we could eat together and discovered his steak and mash potatoes were wrong! I was DONE at this point! Management and the kitchen needs to get it together! Prior issues have been compensated with a gift card but I want you guys to get it right the first time! Too much money and time wasted for a simple meal! I used to be a restaurant manager and I understand the business and you guys have just lost mine!
PLEASE READ IT ALL. Excellent customer service, the host, manager and waitress definitely great. I want to share something really interesting. It was a rainy day, our first choice was Long Horn, but the line was long, so me and my husband decided to go next restaurant (Applebees) it was same parking entrance just make a right. We reserved a table, went to cross the street, they call and tell me: your table is ready. We drove back, enter the parking lot, went inside and ask for my table, (we didnt make a right) so we ended in Long Horn. They were surprised?? Look for our name and of course, they didnt found it. Look for it 3 minutes, I said you call me telling me that the table is ready, and the manager said sorry, we figure it out. Take us to the table been really nice with us, we sit, the waitress nicely placed the manu in front of us and take the order of our drinks, I LOOK AT THE MENU, AND GET THE CHILLS WORSE OF MY LIFE, WE WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE. (BUT THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND THE SERVICE EXCELLENT. I WENT TO THE MANAGER, AND SAID SORRY. HE SMILED AND TOLD ME, DONT WORRY, I NOTICED THAT BECAUSE WE DONT CALL, WE SEND A TEXT MESSAGE. (OMG)
I have never had any prior issues however tonight I ordered 2 6oz Filets and a 9oz all medium well . When I got home the 6oz looked rough and they werent medium well and were tough?? Ive never had a Filet from Longhorns like that.The 9oz was borderline rare. We ordered about 2 weeks ago and it was perfect. I tried to call store but only got a recording.
If sometimes hitter mess for the most part always pretty good but you have your occasions it’s just not up to par probably depends on management/workers food is normally always good the last time we ate there I sent all my food back it was not fresh but that’s really the only time I’ve ever had problems eating there. One out of 100 not bad
We had a party of 10 people. The hostess had us a table set up. It was my birthday so I got a free dessert. They got all of our food and drink orders correct on the first try. Our waitress kept our glasses filled with whatever we were drinking. Thank you Longhorn for making my day special.
The waitress was excellent however our food was cold all of it. I didnt send my meat back because it was rare and I knew what the outcome would be. My husband set his back total disaster no seasoning just put the salmon on the grill and brought it back. Mind you his was burnt dry and cold. So we will be dining in for the rest of our lives probably because we dont want to put you out of your way to spend our money. Our daughters hotwings were hot though. Just not the steak, lobster, salmon, sweet potatoes and mac and cheese.
Great service. However, the food was not all that great. I ordered a T-bone steak medium well and it was very dry in most areas. I was trying to figure ok how it could be so dry and still pink?I was a little concerned about the capacity of the restaurant due to Covid-19 as well. There were way too many people at the entrance area when I was trying to leave the restaurant. There was no way to keep any distance from anyone.
Great service from the first step in the door. I was sat at the bar, and waited on by a lady.... I forgot her name, I think it started with a M? She had a shaved head on one side I think. We ordered wings, steak, and the Mac&Cheese. All was exceptional! Food and service.
My food was absolutely terrible. The chicken was barely cooked and I couldn’t even finish eating it. I had to wait 20 minutes past my pickup time for someone to finally come out and bring me my food curbside. The phone had a busy signal all day so I was never able to get in contact with them. Very disappointed in the food and service.
Honestly probably the best visit we have had to this location in YEARS! Probably wouldnt have even given the establishment another chance after our last 2 visits if we had not been given substantial gift cards. Food was hot and fresh, great flavor, VERY attentive waitress, and friendly customer service!!! All of which have been a HUGE problem every other time we have come in the last 4years. To top it off they were actually pretty busy! So to have such a great experience while them being so busy was a very pleasant surprise!
Who does not love a great tasting steak? You cant go wrong with stopping at a long horn steak house. This location was not to busy but I also stopped in at 2pm so the lunch rush was over. The waitress was kind and friendly and my meal was ready very quickly. Cooked exactly the way I asked for and delicious. I will decently be going back in the near future.
Waitress pulled up mask as she came to the table rather than wearing it full time over her nose. This required her to touch the outside of her mask near her nose. which is not sanitary, spreading any germs or virus particles she may have to anything she might touch including plates and glasses. Food was good and service was adequate.
I decided to buy a t-bone steak with asparagus I told them to make my steak medium well they cooked my steak Pretty much raw as if they Rush well I know they Rush. because my asparagus was not cooked at all hard it has salt and pepper on it thats it. I got home and realized it and had to cook asparagus and cook my steak more. Pay 40 bucks to pretty much cook it myself
This was the absolute worst service I have ever received at a restaurant in my entire life. Understandably, Mother’s Day was crowded. My pick up order was 5:10 and we didn’t get our food until 6:20. We were given someone else’s order and had to go back to have it corrected. The food was ice cold and had obviously been sitting out for a long time. My husband woke up in the middle of the night very sick, probably with food poisoning. Very unorganized, terrible Mother’s Day experience!
We arrived about 7:30 on Saturday night. It was SLAMMED! We were given a pager and did find seats at the bar. Our wait was 15 minutes shorter than the 45 minutes quoted. Our server did her best but the manager was the star of the night! He exchanged my incorrect salad and our wine. The food was superb! Well run restaurant!!
This location is absolutely terrible. The management is horrible! I was treated like I was nothing, and received no acknowledgement in any way shape or form by the managers of this establishment. Their was a fly in my shrimp and lobster chowder and when I wanted to speak to the manager about it, he told me to leave! Will report to food health services!!!!!!
My wait time was around 30 to 40 mins. My children did not care for the menu which had very limited options. The restaurant staff was professional and friendly but I was not impressed with the food honestly. Overall, the restaurant had a lot of patrons so the food choices may or may not work for you.🙂
My husband and I do monthly date night once a month. In Feb the dinner was AMAZING! Three nights ago we went, the meat was cooked in two different settings how?? My NY strip steak was medium well how I like on the two ends and the middle was well down. HOW?!?!?!?!?!?!?! And my husbands dinner was mostly fat and the waitress never offered sauces, did not check up on us. I rather go on a Saturday because the service was awesome. On a Friday.... The food was not great and the staff was not caring. Im not bashing! But I will say the difference in the days. Saturday way better food and service than a Friday
Went to dinner with old friends. Thought it was odd that the hostess did not greet us, just grabbed some menus and silverware and headed into the restaurant proper. Our waitress was outstanding, attentive but not annoying. My meal was good. I had the parmesan crusted creamed spinach for a side. The spinach had not been stemmed (pet peeve), and if it was creamed I dont know where it was. Tasted ok, tho. My meat has quite a bit more of the Prairie Dust than I like. All in all an ok meal.
This time is what not as good. Still very nice place and the service was good. Me and my wifes steaks were over cooked. I kept mine and my wife asked if they could redo hers and they did. It came back perfect. The ceaser salad was bland this time. But all in all still a very nice restaurant
Our waitress Brianna was great! We had to keep sending our steaks back as they were not cooked right. My first one was like jerky (very well done), I ordered it Medium......hot pink center. The 2nd one I had to stab to keep it from running off the plate it was so rare. My 2 daughters steaks were not cooked right either. We went to LongHorn Steakhouse for a Steak!! Hopefully they will hire new cooks! The manager and waitress were both accommodating and kept apologizing.
The waitress was nice and the food was good. The only real disappointment is that they do not have a military discount or even a senior discount. They keep their prices up there with restaurants that are much nicer,but apparently feel like they would go broke if they treated the veterans and seniors with a little bit of charity.
Service was great. Very professional and accommodating.Food quality was very average.The ribeye i had was a very poor cut. I would assume they use select steaks. I would go as far to say was graded as a standard. Regardless, I feel any restaraunts classified as a steakhouse should use a minimum of choice cuts.
Always good in Covington!!!! Started me off with stuffed white cheddar mushrooms fried shrimp fresh breadnbutter and margaritas .🍹 😋 For my meal meal....i mostly order The Flo w/ sweet potato Xtra cinnamon sugar, and steamed broccoli....H20with 🍋. Dessert strawberry and cream shortcake 🍰.Perfection everytime.
Great service. Great food. Tried the fried pickles; they were good but Ive had much better elsewhere - we will not be ordering them again. Also tried the lamb chops: very good but they needed something beyond the sauce they serve them in (I believe something like a mint sauce or mint jelly would have been the answer). My wife tried the chopped steak:she didnt like it much, but I love them quite a bit. They are topped with a wine sauce reduction, mushrooms, and fried onion strings. This is my second favorite steak after their Outlaw Rib Eye.

2022-04-18Christopher was very dry. His attitude was awful as if he didnt want to be at work. I had to ask for bread for our table. My daughter ordered the 6oz steak with RR shrimp. He brings the steak out without the shrimp. When I asked him about her shrimp he states he didnt hear her order any shrimp. Sir it comes with the steak. Just say I forgot and theyll be out shortly. But no he just had attitude for no reason. I thought it was just my table getting treated like that. No every table in his area. Just giving attitude. I didnt want to give him a tip but I did the right thing regardless of how I was treated. Also Ill never return Thanks Christopher G for the bad experience.

2022-05-01Chicken tenders were an absolute joke. I had one large tender and the rest were the size of shrimp...not worth the $16 bucks spent. First and probably last time eating Longhorns. 😕

2021-09-05For a restaurant with “Steakhouse” in the name, most Longhorn locations seem to have difficulty with meat temperatures. It’s a constant thing, and I have, once again, fooled myself into thinking “Surely the won’t overcook my steak, this time.” Well, they overcooked my steak this time, again, and don’t call me Shirley. I ordered a Maverick Sandwich, cooked rare. It’s medium well. It’s under seasoned. It’s not good. I should have known that a restaurant with a history of overcooking my steak would overcook my steak. I’m done giving the benefit of the doubt. The sides were good, though my son’s Caesar salad barely filled a 2/3 cup measuring cup. At least they cooked his steak right. This is beyond disappointing, and unless something along the lines of “miraculous” occurs, it’ll be a cold day in hell before Longhorn gets any more of my money.

2022-01-29Recently I posted a negative review for this Longhorn location. I had tried the to-go service and had quite a few problems. I reviewed the store detailing the entire episode. Guest relations reached out immediately following the review to make things right. I was very pleased and impressed with the handling of the complaint. Guest relations did a wonderful job.After Longhorn reached out to me I wanted to give the to-go service another try. So, tonight I ordered online again and picked up the food outside. I ordered the Porterhouse with a side of shrimp, salad and a baked sweet potato. Of course the most important part of the meal is the steak. I ordered medium rare. The steak was perfect. Charred on the outside but red inside. Very juicy and flavorful. I ordered ranch dressing with the salad. Ive always enjoyed the Longhorn ranch dressing. This time was no different. It was excellent. See pictures.There were no issues with the pickup of the food this time and everything was cooked correctly. I will continue to patronize this location and may do the to-go option again soon.

2022-04-30Service was excellent - thank you, Analiese! (sp?)MIL said her sangria was delish. Enjoyed her Strawberry Salad, Chopped Steak and mushrooms.Husband said chops were dry, although spices used were good. Rice pilaf was too salty for him.I had baked potatoes and mixed green salad. Cant go wrong.All was fine.(Felt sorry for the staff as they had to work around a gal who couldnt be bothered to take her sweet toddler outside as he had a fit. ☹️ The staff was so sweet and patient. )

2022-07-06Best steak we have had in a long time. Service was great also. Dont know if it was the fact that we got there at a good time or if it is always like that. We will be back to find out.

2022-06-29I called this establishment at 9:30 to place a to-go order if possible. The employee that answered instructed me to come inside and and place the order. This was no problem as i was pulling into the parking lot. When i walked in someone broke a glass and i stood at the front, ordered a drink from the bar, waited to place my order, only to find out they were no longer taking anymore to go orders. I called back and Elizabeth was not able to get a manager. I decided to leave this review for her manager instead. I understand that close to closing it’s hard to place last min orders; however, I called and asked for instruction first. This team was very unprofessional and not communicative at all. You should seek better hostess’s and or bartenders.

2022-06-15We have been eating at Longhorn steakhouse since 1987 and have always enjoyed the experience and food. The last 3 times we have been the steaks have been seasoned to where you can’t eat them they are coated with some type of pepper it burns your mouth when you try to eat it. Please, we go for the great tasting steaks if I wanted seasoned hot pepper on my food We would dine at a mexican restaurant

2022-03-23Always busy food was good but not great. Service was lacking some like always. Overall satisfied with the trip. We had a large group and all were satisfied.
