LongHorn Steakhouse in other cities:
I love steak and this is the place to go. The steak is always cooked perfectly. Steak sauce? What steak sauce? Cooked so good that nothing extra is needed. Longhorn always uses great cuts of meat and the cooks always prepare them well. I got my ribeye topped with parmesan cheese and it was absolutely delicious. I sat at the bar this time and the bartender Christopher was great and attentive. I will definitely be back again.
From a food stand point, the food was amazing. My burger was made correctly and tasted great. My issue was with the service and I dont think it was the waiters fault. Our waiter was working a hand full of tables and also working the bar. This resulted in much longer wait times for refills and even the check. One person in our group didnt even get a refill. Again, I dont feel it was the waiters fault. I think they may of been short staffed or maybe thats how it works during lunch time.
I love the cubed steak. This longhorn is not too crowded and felt more personable and calmer than others Ive visited. Margarita could have used more tequila. The porterhouse should have been well done but was very pink inside so my husband and son took it home afterwards to finish cooking it. All vegetables were very good. All in all i enjoyed it and will go back just not very often; however, my husband mentioned he may not return.
We waited quite a while and eventually had to seat ourselves. We sat in the bar and after about 5 to 8 minutes the bartender came over and took our order. He was a really good server and busy at that so we appreciated his attention to our table. We had the cheese and bacon dip and both had a sirloin medium, Caesar salads, the mac and cheese, and the corn special side. The Caesar salads were quite meh, full of stems and not much leaf... my hubbys even had a huge piece of lettuce core, see picture. Overall the steaks, appetizer, insides were quite well done, hence the four stars. I had to take one away for the lack of employees and service outside of our particular server. It was like he was the only one running the place. The Caesar salads also sucked.
Host doesnt care bad mood waitress overworked manager greedy and rude was bad from the start had to beg host to get me a table twice had 0 hospitality manager pretended to care waitress never filled up drinks 65.00 for microwaved food so I can have a beverage like a normal person with my meal what a horrible valentines
Great surroundings, and great service staff. All let down by the food - its quite average. The kitchen seems competent, its just limited by budget ingredients. This restaurant is good for a quick meal out. For a really great steak, keep looking. There are better options.
Tonight my wife and I came in and were seated quickly, and our server, Gavin was great! We ordered the fillet and a burger. When they came out they were both a bit too seared and the steak was very undercooked, but Steve, the District Manager who happened to be there tonight, and Gavin our server were both very quick and eager to help make things right. Having worked in food service, I know these things happen, but the response and follow through is what really matters, and in this case, Steve and Gavin responded PERFECTLY! They got us new food that was perfectly cooked and delicious. Superior customer service is very tough to find, but we definitely experienced it tonight! Big thanks to Steve and our awesome server, Gavin for the great service! We love coming here and look forward to our next visit!
Let me start by saying this place do not own any star! I had ate an uncooked Salmon salad and I did not know it until I flipped it over and I almost threw up! Lost the appetite and was furious!! Even tho the manager, Trisha (not her fault) made me feel at ease, but I will definitely not be ordering there again!!
This is the worst LongHorn. We have tried to go 4 times over the last month. We get there at 11:45 am. NO host/ess. Nobody comes to seat us. We wait for five minutes and then leave. Today we tried to just go sit at the bar to order lunch. No hostess, no bartender. We walked out without eating AGAIN. The food is good IF you can get a table and get waited on. For the record, there was only one table with two people and one guy sitting at the bar. I guess LongHorn doesnt care since there is no hostess on duty. Why dont they have a doorbell that rings when customers come in?
I wasn’t thrilled about going to long horn because of it being a chain. However, we ended up there because a few restaurants around there were on an hour wait. When we went to long horn there was no wait and we were greeted with a professional, calm, kind and tentative young man named Bennet! He was our server and BOY did he knock it out of the park! Plus the entire meal was hot, flavorful and delicious! We will be going back soon for sure.
For some reason we have lived in East Cobb for 20 years and this was our 1st time visiting Longhorn. We were so pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be returning and this will likely become a regular for us. Ordered the Flos Filet and the Salmon. Both were excellent. Value was very good - entrees come with a side salad & veggie as well as bread all for about $20-25. Lindsay was our server - handling lots of tables and did a fantastic job! Mgr Brad stopped by to confirm all was good and he was on top of things. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
I love this restaurant and this location. I have never had a bad meal there until today. I went at lunch time and ordered the burger and it was cold the fries were hot, a little over fried, but hot. I hate to send food back however this is Longhorns and there is a certain quality you expect and therefore I did send the burger back. It came back hot and was ok. I took the other half with me however threw it away later as I started feeling a little sick from lunch. $17 dollars later, with tip, this was a disappointing lunch.
This was a pick-up order and the food was hot, the order was correct, and it was quick and easy. Had a 6 oz. Flo filet, which is absolutely one of the best steaks you can ever eat. It melts in your mouth and needs no extras to make it delicious. Longhorn is a regular go-to for us because of their consistency, great sides and value for the quality of food.
Update to Longhorn East Cobb after COVID they really stepped up their take out or call in orders. I can park outside and someone will run out with my order and we no longer have to walk in all the way to the back of the restaurant in pj’s.Also the food temps and bread are perfect and the staff is much more friendly caring and kind. Thank you for your 500% improvement in the take out experience!!Previous review in 2018:Ordered at 730pm and the app told me to pick up the food at 9 pm. I called the restaurant to verify it takes one hour and a half to get food there, and the hosteas girl said yes the time is accurate. At 830 someone calls to say my food is ready. But I wasnt prepared because of the app time of nine and the phone confirmation.I get the food home, and the ribs are burned, and my 8oz sirloin steak is a piece of RUBBER. Potatoes are dry and gross and cold. Also, To pick up the food inside the restaurant I have to walk to the the bar in the back of the building to get my food... in my pajamas. Why cant they walk it up to the front for me? You see me and my kid in pijamas... Yes the bar all the way through the whole restaurant is the perfect place to make people pick up online orders. Every other restaurant and grocery store brings it out to the car for you.Why arent the online orders served to customers up front? The whole reason I ordered online is to avoid entering the restaurant. Why do they make me walk all the way to the back bar area? Its closing time and the hostes are cleaning up and wont allow me to walk by because they are busy gossiping. Also, the floor in the reception area is greasy and very slippery.First and last time I ever visit this place. Gross food, rude hostesses inconsiderate service to online orders.
2nd time recently going to Longhorn on Lower Roswell Rd in Marietta Ga. This Longhorn knows how to do it. Great food, great steak cooked to perfection. Ask for Shelby, one of the best servers Ive had. And I know because I too have been a server. Thank you Longhorn and Shelby!
I visited this Longhorn Steakhouse location in Marietta, GA. It was my 1st visit to this location. And, with as much as I would like to give them a good review. I can not. The bathroom had a leaking commode, and it wasnt very clean. The waitress did semi-greet us. Then left immediately. My son and I decided on an appetizer and our entrees and placed our order. The waitress finally arrived and took our order. We decided to order everything at once since we were afraid she would be gone for a while. When she finally brought our entrees she didnt bring our appetizer. I asked how much longer it would be. She said that the kitchen hadnt even started it yet. So, I told her to cancel it. She never offered either of us a refill on our beverages. We might go back some time waaaaay down the road.
Young lady who waited on our table was very good, as were most of the wait staff who we interacted with... but the steaks were horribly prepared. My steak was ordered med rare and arrived well done. My friend ordered his med rare, and it arrived extremely rare and burnt on the outside. The grill cook needs training and the manager should be replaced.
Ordered 16oz prime rib medium rare...served item that did not resemble prime rib, advised server who contacted manager, manager commented that it was prime rib but that it might have too much gristle, manager left with item and returned in about three minutes and said that he had re-cut it...whatever this meat was, it was inedible, not chewable by a human, manager never checked back, we paid the bill and left a 15% tip for the entire bill...server did her jobAs of 10/18, A couple of weeks ago I sent photo, copy of receipt, and contact info...never heard back...Poor performance
Brad and his staff were so accommodating for our family gathering last night. Our server Daniel was very attentive and friendly and wow what a great experience! During these most trying times for restaurants I feel confident that longhorn will come through it shining like they always do.
My husband and I decided to go out last night. First night out in a very long time, and decided on LongHorns. I love how they had us wait in our car until our table was ready, and everyone dining in was spaced out nicely. Once we got our table, we waited for our server longer than I thought we should have, being there was only a handful of tables occupied, minus a star. The food came out quick and it was absolutely delicious. My husband and I shared the spicy chicken bites appetizer. *drool*. We each had steak and shrimp. Zero complaints on the food. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. Now, the reason I took another star away is because they are doing the most despicable thing I think Ive heard. As we were walking out of the restaurant to go wait in our car for our table, a lady was walking in. She had parked, legally, in a handicap parking spot in the front of the restaurant. A gentleman (or lack there of), walked out with a curbside order and told this lady she had to move her car to the back of the restaurant because all the spots in the front of the restaurant were designated for curbside pick up only. She said even the handicap spots?, and he replied yes maam, there are more parking spots in the rear of the restaurant.. What?! That was absolutely ridiculous. They should absolutely leave the handicap spots available for handicap customers and utilize the parking in front and on the side (next to to-go parking) of the restaurant for curbside pickup. So, 3 stars.
Weve come to this location twice in the past month, both on a Fri/Sat night during the dinner rush. Even though there was roughly a 15-20 min each time the host had very positive energy and was making everyone smile and was working hard to make sure tables came up quickly. Our servers for both dinners were attentive Apps/Salads/Steaks all came out when they were supposed to and I never had to ask for a drink refill. Steaks came out as they were ordered. Honestly just a top notch experience. Whenever We are in the mood for a steak dinner this place It will be difficult to chose another restaurant over this location. Great Job
Now I remember why I only come here every 3 years-because I forget how poor the steaks are. The Longhorn was grisly and tough. The Caesar salad had chopped romaine stalk and was over dressed. The mushroom appetizer was cheesy good and the brussel sprouts crispy and tasty. Service was slow.. They should serve Prevagen for dessert so I can remember to skip this bad habit in 3 years!
Hate to write a bad review after always getting great service and great food at take out here. First the waitress didn’t come to the table for 10 minutes about the same time the manager did to say sorry and send over some shrimp which was nice. The kids meal came out first but didn’t see anyone for another 10 minutes to get some ketchup and then when are dinners came out the prime rib was under cooked and fatty and tough. The kids steak was under cooked but never was asked if all was ok and to bad the manager never came back to see how it all went. Will now have to try Ming’s or outback. Maybe we will try again for takeout just maybe.
My husband and I went to this, East Cobb Longhorns last night. Our waiter was great, attentive and concerned but was the only positive of our visit ! We waited quite awhile for our steaks to come! Thank goodness we had ordered Wild West Shrimp or our wait would have been frustrating. My Flos Filet, when it finally arrived, was so seasoned with pepper I couldnt eat it. Our waiter told me they would recook it. The manager came by apologized and said my dinner was on her. Okay , I can live with one mistake but when my new steak came it was cool in the center not the medium I had ordered. By then my husband was almost done with his dinner so sending back was not really what I wanted. Our waiter brought me a box so I could bring my steak home and cook it more. He also offered desert. However, the manager never came back to see if my second steak was okay or say anything when my second steak was not right. Why not? I wanted a steak cooked correctly not a free meal! She does not seem to have a handle on what is happening in her restaurant. After having gone to this restaurant for over 20 years we will not return in the near future!
Its been hit or miss on service the last few times. The waiters seem to abandon us for some reason. Theres been two times now where we have sat down, decided what to order, talked for awhile, got super hungry, and the waiter never even greeted us or took our drink orders. Both times we gave up and stood up and left. Were not coming in at very busy hours, so I dont know what their excuse is. The food was good when we actually got through the ordering process, but most of the time if we crave a steak, we just end up going somewhere else.
Was disappointed in the service tonight at the bar. Asked for a drink on the rocks. Received a glass overflowing with ice and 3/4 of a oz. at best. Salad came out with frozen cucumbers and cheese. No problem, things happen. Brought it up to our bartender. Salad came back out with no cucumbers, no questions, no explanation. Salmon was dry and overcooked. I wouldn’t have said anything about it, but not once were we asked how our meal was. Asked for a drink after I was done with dinner. Bartender was busier chatting it up with a couple at the bar and never received the drink requested. Don’t mean to be that annoying knit picky customer, but I tip well for great service and the whole energy of the service provided was just not a positive and welcoming experience. Bartender seemed more like he couldn’t be bothered...
The hostess was poised, attentive and professional. I was served by the manager on duty who was just as attentive, professional and very attentive to my needs, listening and served my order to my liking. The bartender was personable, attentive and engaging while I waited on my order. When the food is good and this was or even if it is marginal you cant beat great customer care.....fot this reason alone this Longhorn stands out.
We are regulars here, so I hope tonights visit was an anomaly. The staff has turned over quite a bit, and is not as good as it used to be. They are not as professional or well-mannered as we have come to expect over the years. An hour before closing time, the employees in the bar area were very loud, almost bordering on obnoxious at times. This is not your private party area, folks, you are working for a respectable employer, and your guests deserve to eat in a relaxing, somewhat quiet restaurant! The staff should not be using vacuums near our table when we are trying to eat either. Management needs to rescue this place before it gets ruined from within. Im hoping that things will get better soon, so we can go back. The food is still very good and our specific server was pleasant and efficient, so all is not lost. The competition is too keen and clever to let your guard down with the wrong staff, Longhorn. Please take steps to regain your establishment, as well as your loyal, Cobb County customer base.
Its a nice Longhorn. We go here for lunch occasionally, since their lunches are reasonably priced. The lunch menu covers sandwiches, salads, burgers, and a section that does smaller portions with a paired soup or salad. You can also order off of the regular menu, if youd like a steak. The service is always great.
Always fresh food and a great experience here. Accommodating to other options for selections. Sad to learn that the lamb chops are only a seasonal meal. Switched to the pork chops and they were out! However, management resolved with another option that was so tasty and juicy, Im going to want it next time!! If they had the lamb chops, it would have been 5 stars! My husband and son always love their steaks!
Been going to LH for 30 years. All of the 3 dinners ordered tonight tasted like salt licks. Even after asparagus was sent back it came back worse and completely overcooked. The salmon and broccoli were also terrible and sent back and still salty. I don’t know if I will ever go back!
We have tried to order meals to go from this place. Four times in a row they have left off something from our order and we had to drive back to get it. Once was one of the entire meals, other times a side or two. Two weeks ago they said they would send us a coupon or something to make up for it...they never did. Tonight it happened again...2 sides missing. We are going to Teds from now on...to hell with this place!!!
Service is lacking at this location and has happened more than once. We walked out a few months ago because no one came to our table in almost 10 minutes. No refills, never brought A1 this time. Hardly anyone eating at restaurant so no excuse. Still gave good tip for being at work.
Last night my husband and I came to this location after a church event! We were seated around 7:45 and the restaurant was not that busy. Vanessa was our waitress and we told her we were in a hurry and ordered right then! We ordered peanuts to share and bread and a salad! Apparently we didn’t order enough for this waitress! She was very unfriendly and had an attitude! She never gave us the peanuts...and when she delivered our food she never smiled or asked if we needed anything else! Vanessa was in our area 5 times and never bothered to look at us or come over and ask if we needed anything! Never looked in our direction and she went to the table next to us 3 times without acknowledging us at all! Never even came to replenish our water! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner but Vanessa took away that pleasure of dining there! ! If she isn’t happy working with folks who don’t order more so that she gets more money....she should look elsewhere for a job! Very disappointed in her attitude, her unfriendliness , and her uncaring demeanor! Vanessa needs to be reminded she works for the public!!
Ordered the porterhouse 22 ounce steak. When the steak came it looked much smaller than 22 ounces, and when I cut the pieces I wound up having to really chew about six of them since they were all gristle. In all I got about 10 total bites of meat out of the right hand side (split the steak with my wife; she had the fillet part and she said it was good.)At the end of our meal I mentioned to our server that I was disappointed with the cut of steak; not up to usual Longhorn standard. The manager came over after the server had removed the plates and I repeated my complaint. The manager said she would check the kitchen to see what was going on.The manager never came back to me at the table. As we were leaving I saw the manager at the hostess desk and asked her what was going on with the piece of steak that I got. She said she didn’t see anything wrong in the kitchen and I must’ve just gotten a piece of bad steak. That was all she said. “Oh well…“It will probably be a long time before I eat it any Longhorns again and definitely a very long time before I eat at the Longhorns on Lower Roswell Road. If you eat there, just be prepared for a bad cut of steak and very poor managerial care of the customers.
Food is okay but the last two times I’ve gone we’ve waited a long time to get seated. There was no host and the the servers kept passing by with out even saying hello. They didn’t have to seat us just a simple hi I’ll be with you soon would have been great. I rather just order to go then have to sit with them
Not crowded at all but service was very slow with slow follow through as well. The 2 steaks we ordered were cooked opposite and the very undercooked one wad sent back. After waiting as everyone are the steak was returned but only moderately better. When I got into the middle and close to bone Its rare like barely cooked. Worst dining experience ever at Longhorn...wont ever go back to that location.
Meh. Received the wrong beer, two steaks ordered at the table were cooked opposite to how they were ordered, didnt seem like the restaurant was that busy overall but our server was at least triple set and mostly completely disinterested. Bread came out after we had finished our salad and subsequently started on our entrees. Food runner didnt ask us to cut into our steaks to confirm their level of doneness. Wife never received a lime requested for her drink before we ordered any food. At least twice the server asked us if we needed anything while still in motion going to another table. Its not a Michelin rated restaurant but for $60 between two people, I expect more.
This is a chain restaurant so it is what it is. Food was not bad. The cook burned my wifes lamb chops and there was some confusion in the kitchen about replacing the meal. While that part was less than expected the management did all they could to make it right. A single bad meal does not make a restaurant. How management handles the situation does. We will go back based on how they took care of us
3 bad experiences. We will stop going. Meat always cooked wrong (by 2 levels! ). Chop steak slathered in salty sauce menu doesnt mention. I love sweet sweet tea and I spit this out it was too sweet. Bad service. List goes on....and management doesnt care. Last time they did take my burnt chicken off the bill after I waited 20mins to cook another one, but not this manager.
Consistently the best steakhouse I can find. I have tried the fancy steakhouses where dinner will set you back $200 or more (Ruths Chris, Bones) and frankly, I like the taste of Longhorns steak better! every time. Friday night was another example of excellent steak. Also, if you have not yet tried the parmesan crusted chicken, it will be the best chicken you have ever had. Try it.
Was in there the other night for dinner. Unusually slow for a weekend night at a restaurant but the food was decent and my server was adequate. One star for extreme unprofessionalism of the other staff members. I will not be returning due to inappropriate remarks i overheard coming from one in particular, the tall African American waiter whom i believe had his nails done. Weird inappropriate and plain uncomfortable remarks and gestures made towards others around him (specifically other male employees) and i am at a loss for words as to why management would ever allow such behavior in what’s supposed to be a “family friendly” establishment.
My mom told me the place was terrible, but we went anyway. First, I ordered my drink with no ice, guess what full of ice. My wife ordered a salad with dressing on the side, they put the dressing on the salad anyway. When they bought the salad back with the dressing on the side it was the wrong dressing. My sons plate had a orange that look liked it came out of a trash can. My moms steak was burnt and the manager said it was charred as if she cant tell the difference between charred and burnt. Worst experience I had in a restaurant ever.
Our waitress had to he reminded to refill our water glasses and even failed to fill all glasses. Our salad plates were not cleared before our entrees arrived and the restaurant was not busy. The rib eye steaks were surprisingly flavorless. Very disappointing meal. Poor service, poor meal.
Ordered the Mushrooms and Tonions appetizer. I dont eat mushrooms but tonight I did. They were awesome as well as the Tonions . My daughter ordered the New York strip that the waiter recommended over the Flatiron Steak. I ordered Prime Rib with Asparagus and a side salad no tomatoesThis is where dinner went downhill. My daughter didnt like the Ribeye as it had no flavor. She sent it back and changed over to the Flatiron medium rare. It came out to her medium well but liked it over the strip. My 12oz Prime Rib was the toughest Prime Rib that I have had with no seasoned flavor. I understand a kitchen not always having a good night and I had to pick tonight to eat at Longhorns on their off night.
AWFUL place. We called Saturday to let them know that we would have a large party on Sunday (they don’t take reservations.) when we got there, we were rudely told by the “manager” that they simply couldn’t sit us. Bull. There were MULTIPLE tables available for a large party to be seated. The manager was horrible and rude and poorly spoken. We will never be returning to any longhorn. Not that it’s a huge loss- their food is subpar anyway.
The wait staff avoided eye contact to the point that it took 40+ minutes to get the check, when wed OBVIOUSLY finished long before. No drink refills offered. One good point: I ordered an entree to be shared, and it came to the table already divided between two plates.
Went there for quick dinner with my fiancé after a long day at work. We got a table quickly but then the server didn’t show up for 15 minutes then the bread didn’t come till after food got to the table. The chicken tenders were more like chicken nuggets, the “grilled” corn on the cobb was barely cooked and the shrimp was super salty. No one came by to see how the food was until we were pretty much done. Then my fiancé told the girl it was my birthday and if they have a desert. They provided a “Sunday” which was a scoop of vanilla ice cream with freezer burn and whip cream on top and that was called a Sunday. We were told they no longer sing happy birthday ( which I was happy about) but at the same time if that’s someone’s family dinner on their birthday and want to celebrate a little I think it would disappoint them. Next time we are just going to a fast food restaurant so there’s no expectations at all
I miss the original style which was more like a hole in the wall steak house and dive bar. Its very good now but obviously commercialized. At one time this location in East Cobb was one of the original George McKerrow Long Horns. I miss that style it once had peanuts on the tables and floor. No BS logo in steer horns on the wall and laid back atmosphere.
Food quality was a huge disappointment. The one in Woodstock is consistently good. Wound up at this one and feel the food quality is different than Woodstock. Different distributors?? My filet mignon was not as tender as usual....kind of chewy (cooked med. rare). The lobster tail tasted old....not fresh at all, texture was wonky, and very small for $10...2-3 ounces at most. The hubby had grilled shrimp and if my napkin werent cloth, Id have spit it out....texture was undercooked and again....the flavor was sooooo off....not fresh. Sad to pay over $100 for this subpar meal. Saaaaaaaaaaad.
About the same as all Longhorns but they never have prime rib available. They seem to cook steak a little more than you request. I usually order medium rare but here I order rare (it comes out medium rare). For the same price I prefer Outback. Joey Ds Oakroom is my favorite but the price is higher but worth it.
Pretty disappointing that bar could not make a chocolate martini so I asked for lemon drop and it took forever to get. Once I got it, after I had almost finished my entire meal, I had to send it back. Pretty poor that it took so long. Anyone working the bar should be an actual bartender that can actually make mixed drinks that are so common to make for any bartender.
Seems like all these people like to do is gossip about issues that come up. When I was there somebody was already arguing about wait time second staff was extremely rude and unprofessional I will make sure to never place a to-go order I wish I would have got the girls name but I know she had piercings never will I return or a place a to-go order

2022-06-16Great place, great experiences. I have gone here for several times for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries and have been quite satisfied everytime.I love their basic chopsteak plate. While their signature lamb wasnt that good in my honest opinion. It was very plain compared to their other dishes.Their soups are delicious! Every single soup has a very distinct taste and not plain at all. Very surprised with the soups.Service has been great. We had some questions about the different dishes and they did give us thorough and clear answers. The appertizer bread with butter is a must. Really complimented the entrees and is very well seasoned.Though the desserts fade a little compared to many of their dishes.

2022-05-13Was out celebrating my sons birthday yesterday afternoon to come back out to a broken window and stollen items. When I asked the manager if we could pull video footage to find the person responsible I was told they don’t have cameras to protect they place of business. I was also told this was the fifth time this location has had cars broken in to this year. My vehicle and another customers vehicle was broken into. All the other vehicles around it was untouched and what he had noticed is all parked in the same area as ours happens to be employees vehicles. What we believe is that the workers are robbing they customers while they are serving you. If you go here to eat be careful and keep eyes out on your vehicles. Not to mention these guys was careless and went straight back to work after our complaint the young workers seem to think it was funny and while chatting amongst each other. Unprofessional and unsafe place.

2021-11-03I have taken 3 stars off. Today the manager brought out the meals. My chicken strip of nine looked as thought they were cut in thirds. when I commented to the manager he saidokay and walked away. What has happened to The old Longhorns???old reviewThe Wait for a table was 25 to 30 minutes, but service was good. The first steak was chewy and tough. We returned it and the replacement one was excellent!. Our burger was good also. Chicken bites and onion soup for appetizers are always delicious. Beware that the alcoholic drinks are weak.

2021-07-17The food was delicious and once we got someone to start waiting on us, they were great. It took a while once we were seated to get someone to wait on us, that is only reason they only got 4 out of 5 stars.

2022-06-12Decided to visit after a 2 year absence and eat at the bar. Takeaways:1. Was ignored by both waitresses. No greeting, both looked at me directly and turned their heads. Noticed a white female come in and they were jumping over hoops to greet her. This was also noticeable with men and couples who sat at the bar. Greetings abound.2. Wasnt offered bread or steak sauce at all although others were without asking.3. I was the only person of color at the bar, although one waitress was a person of color too.4. Weird dynamic and I wont return. I dont tolerate gender bias or racial bias.

2022-04-16Yikes this is not a good location. Seriously. Dirty tables and floors, gave us dirty bread plates. If that’s how they keep the front of the house, imagine how they keep the back of the house. But most of all the food was a total miss, I actually feel sick. We were craving Longhorns and everything sucked. The bread was so bad, ive never had it taste like that. The steak was so salty and fatty. Yuck. The chicken wasn’t good either. Server, Yari, was nice enough but just not effective. Skip this location we will never be back

2022-06-20Super small parking lot and on the last visit people had parked and blocked the mobile order spots. Food was pretty good but its an older and dated version of the restaurant chain. Staff was friendly.Personally, Ive picked Texas Roadhouse as my new substitute.

2018-03-18One of my go to places to have steak. Most of the time food is consistent.Service - Great!Food - consistently goodThis is East Cobb so expect to have people having early dinner. We got there at 6pm and had hard time parking. Also don’t forget to have side order of sautéed mushrooms. Besides steaks, bread is also very good.
