Very clean restrooms. The attendant was in the process of cleaning while we were there and she was super nice. Store was well stocked. Cashier was friendly.
I only used the gas pump and didnt go inside. The parking lot was clean. I love that the pumps have scan and pay as well as tap and pay as an option.

There place was very clean. They had microwaves their and a person with kids needs places like this as well. Its good because when you just want to relax there is people around and that is a good safety measure especially if you are a Woman. These Truck Stop Gas stations is Good for People in general who are traveling.It helps keep pricing down because they can buy in bulk and pass it on to the consumer. I really do appreciate these truckers because I feel you could even ask them for directions and they would be spot on. We all need to just give credit where credit is do. And this is the way these men decided to make a living. God bless you men who keep America productive. Us Women know how you like your trucks, planes, boats because its not easy getting in those things.Just think of the name LOVES TRAVEL STOP and you know what that means you Love to travel and you need to stop to get some rest.

I am giving 2 stars cause the place is very clean & the staff is super friendly, BUT no I would not recommend cause I truly feel as if there should be at least a few reasonable prices, but I didnt see not even one! Not sure what store the mother of small kids was at but a store that does that should feel deeply ashamed when a mother n her kids are paying these prices. Wow

Store was clean. Didn’t realize there was a fenced pup area! Perfect to take a break from driving, 4 foot fence, newly lain sod, trash can and extra dog bags, and picnic tables! All very new and clean.
Come here is u need your tires change fast and not forever at the loves they can get u in and out asap told me I have to wait 7 hrs to do two tire change for what and road calls more important come on loves
I love taking showers at this location because they always seem to be nice and clean. I mean every single time. The showers also come with hair in the face bowl. Imagine that. You get all of this and more for the low price of $15 dollars.

At least they were open. All the garbage cans full outside. Took my garbage into the restroom, which is tidy and clean. Told the clerk that the garbage cans are full. She said its the road service guys job. What!? He is a mechanic, a trained service technician and has a very dangerous job changing tires and such on the highway, he doesnt need to be doing the garbage, she should! Or someone else that has a job, like making coffee and cleaning showers or a young person as their 1st job. She just passed the buck. This place will be a trashy truck stop in no time. At least she said thank you for letting me know. Geeze, how bout you or the other inside employees have pride in where you work and just do what needs to be done, instead of its not my job.

It will be incredibly busy because they have the best gas prices and the best employees. Its worth the wait! Store and restroom are neat as a pin and once you get to the counter you know they hire only good people

Was a nice clean Loves!Very well stocked, had a lot of different varietys of Fresh Food and Fruits. Hot Dogs were available.Restrooms were clean.Only issue I saw, was that some people have a tendency to park close to the store to pickup their group...which blocks others from using the available parking spots to include the handicap spots.All, please remember, your not the only obe traveling. Others need to use those parking spots and we all should never block a Handicapped parking spot....Thanks!

I liked the new southern shock mountain dew. Everything else was bad. I watched a dog have diarrhea on the side walk and an employee dumped a drink on the puddle of diarrhea and called it a day. It wasnt even all cleaned either.
Got charged 107.45$ for something I havent pumped, they moved me from pump 18 to 25 cause 18 didnt work but they still charged me! Freaking ridiculous. Advice avoid this gas station it happened to guy who was before me but he realized on time!
Everytime I stop at this place to get diesel, I have to wait a long time because of the truck drivers sitting at the fuel not fueling

5 star because is my favorite Loves but yesterday 5 hours shutdown hurt us as a PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS.If the store is close or have any other issues that you guys have to shutdown the facility please find a way to let us know ahead,It will be good to know ahead so we Driver can plan ahead. This power issue from yesterday screwed a lot of us as getting fuel and showers. We run on a tide clock schedule including myself that pushed to make it all the way here to get fuel a hot meal plus shower and i couldnt get none of that. So i gonna leave this as a review on Google

Overnight Manager in fuel side.very rude in the morning, when I asked for extra towel.if she doesnt like her job she should find a job she likes. Been here before n gave 5 stars but she made it 1 star.

Rude Manager! And Would not exchange a toy I bought for my son from another loves the night before. Even with a receipt. Took the general manager about 15 minutes to even come out just to say no. Told me to find another loves that has them.Really rude about it. Even called me boy. maybe my Spanish accent?!? So I guess Im stuck with a broken 25 dollar toy because this guy doesnt wanna help, even just to exchange it. Ill never come back to this loves again there is a pilot rite down the road with better customer service. Most loves are great just not this one.

Honestly,I wont recommend Loves,Pilot,TA..Reason being,they claim to be for truck drivers,but they are rippn truckers off..Everything,is higher at these stores,even the showers..They claim that if you get so many gallons of diesel you get a FREE shower,but if you do the math,the price they charge for diesel compared to other truck stores,you could actually rent a room to sleep and that a shower..Even their food for truckers are high...

I always pay for gas at the pump. This is the second time Ive visited and no paper in the printer. If I wanted to go inside, I wouldnt pay at the pump.

The employees were having a great time standing around chatting. All 4 of the tank type coffee machines were empty. The grinder machine was flashing a message that it needed cleaning soon and would not start. 2nd Loves 2 nights in a row that I fueled at but had no coffee available.

Heads up to truckers...just left this Loves & the fuel pumps are down & all laundry machines are out of order. Otherwise clean showers & bathrooms friendly employees. Would have given 4 stars but I really needed to wash clothes!
Its new and the shop wont be open until 12/21/20. Its a loves with giant parking lot. If you get hit here.. the driver should immediately give their cdl up... 😂

Well the loves has only been open a couple of weeks and they have already let it start getting dirty. There was hair on the sink and in the soap holding area in the shower. The floor did not seem to be mopped after the last driver used it. Lets hope management get it together and this is just growing pains of a new store.
Just for the parking lot alone, someone finally buit a perfect lot, wide entrances plenty of parking spots. Didnt mingle too much in the store, but looking around while going to get some Bojangles chicken the store did look clean and very well stock.

2022-06-25Very easy check in with gate code emailed. Bathrooms clean, showers roomy, excellent wifi. Full hook ups. Nice dog park and splash pad. No shade and the power will cut off right at checkout time.

2022-06-18Brand new location. Everything is clean. Huge lot for trucks. Has a pet wash and big pet park. Even has an RV park and camp. This is by far the best loves location i have visited.

2022-04-23Plenty of parking, clean shower. I must say tho, its only a matter of time before this store gets sued for scalding someone. That water gets way too hot way too fast. Maintenance should look into adjusting the temp on the water heater or you should put a sign on your doors that reads no handicaps no elderly.

2022-05-13Always clean, plenty of bathrooms with hot running water in the bathrooms which is a plus in my book. Snacks and drinks available, they also have an electronic section with chargers, cords, etc. Went back 5-13-22 noticed that they have a dog park.

2022-06-17I usually like to come in to the store to get the Nachos. The past several times Ive been very disappointed. Either they are out or the cheese literally cold and lumpy. I dont like to complain alot but maybe if I do this will change and I can start coming back. The store is very clean Ill give you that.

2022-06-08Im here in the mens room where their are alot of men in here using all 3 phases of the bathroom. So why is a female Loves employee (probably a manager who thinks she can) coming into the bathroom showing other employees how they should clean the bathroom?? 1st off the bathroom is very clean so the cleaners are doing a good job. SHE does not need to be in here walking around as men are using the bathroom like she thinks its her house. If it were a man in the womens bathroom then people would be having a total breakdown. What makes Loves think its ok for a woman to do it. She needs to close the bathroom then once everyone is out, she can then walk in with the employees to show what she wants done. She dont need to be in here getting her jollies
