Needed my bathroom plumbing fixed and as far as supplies go I didn’t know exactly what I needed Bill in the plumbing section was above and beyond what you would expect for help these days in customer service he literally walked and picked out every connector and fitting that I needed to do the job and instead of multiple trips to the hardware store I had everything I needed and done the job way quicker than expected thank you Bill in the plumbing section
WILL BE REPORTING TO CORPORATE!DO NOT LEAVE LOWES IN CHARGE OF YOUR FLOORING.We had issues ordering in store. Took them an hour to figure things out. Took forever to install the floors. When they were installed the contractors were playing loud as hell music in our house. Then they discovered Lowe’s didn’t order the right transition pieces. Waited weeks again only to find out that they never handled it so once again we had to call and complain. Weeks again to schedule the transition pieces. Had to argue with the contractor to nail down the pieces that were nailed before (this is all a hazard). He finally finished and I realized no he didn’t nail all the pieces down, I have pieces with SHARP NAILS hanging out, not to mention gaps and just shoddy work. We paid thousands and I want to be compensated or will have to take other action! See attached photos.
I purchased a remnant piece of carpet on clearance on at Lowes. The associate wrote my name and the name of the person whos was going to pick up the carpet (the installer)-- The installer, Mr Johnny Melvin. The installer promised to pick up the carpet over and over again. I could not get anyone from Lowes to deliver the carpet because it was during the pandemic, and then the Installer disappeared and would not return my calls. During this time, I was in constant contact with an Lowes Associate with calls and status about picking up the carpet. I explained to her my problem. Eventually, I found someone to pick up my carpet and I went there with my receipt to get it and it could not be found. I went back on several occasions and my carpet could be not located. Finally, I spoke to Rick, the Flooring Manager, showed him my receipt, explained the problem, requested to speak to the store manager, and I was denied to speak to the Store Manager. The Store Manager would not come speak to me. I was told by Rick, my carpet could not be located that it was probably somewhere, way up in their storage area, and he couldnt get to it. The store refused to get my carpet, refused to give me a credit, or give me my money back. A favorable solution would be my carpet, $200 credit or refund.
Do not I repeat do not buy your cabinets from Lowe’s. We have been in our home since April and our cabinets are still not complete. Our material came in months ago but sat outside for months with no installer coming to finish the job so then that had to be exposed of. Then we were told our material was lost or just not ordered or possibly got thrown in the trash , the next time it was the wrong material was ordered, now the item is on back order until the end of January. We bought majority of our appliances and most of our other materials we needed from Lowe’s and most everything went so smooth but this has been a complete disaster and I do not want anyone else to experience this. This is not the only issue we have had with our cabinets either this is just the icing on the cake. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with Lowe’s and choose someone else for your cabinets.
This is my go to spot. Stacey in Appliances is absolutely the best. He is so attentive. Asking open ended questions to find out your needs. Gives his honest opinion. He always has a smile. No matter how long you take to pick Appliances. Im so glad he is at this location. He truly makes it the best shopping experience. Everyone there spoke and had a ready to help attitude which really makes you feels like you are their customer. Thank you Everyone at this Lowes location.
Only 3 stars today. The staff was extremely helpful, but I am a little disappointed that Lowes sells certain products without carrying and replacement parts. Went to get a replacement light kit for a Hunter ceiling fan, and they dont carry just the light kits. I have to go to the Hunter website and try to order what I need. Not looking forward to this but praying for the best.
This store is becoming worse and worse. You can no longer find anything in their store, due to them constantly moving stuff around. This is the only store in the area where you cannot look online to see what aisle and bay has what youre looking for. When you ask a Lowes employee, they tell you that the number on hand according to the website is wrong and theyll just clear the number out. I can understand the number being off by one or two, but eight. So after an hour of looking, we found what we were looking for; it was out back in the wood yard... all eight of them. EIGHT 42 portable fans. When I brought it up to the store manager, who just happened to be at the check out, he pretty much just shrugged, didnt say anything. Employees constantly pile returns, or whatever, on carts and leave them in the middle of an already cluttered aisle. This store and stores website definitely needs attention.
Purchased all new Christmas lights for my entire home here. By the end of the season only one strand was still fully functional. After taking them down even though it fell in the 90 return policy, I was informed of a sign stating no Christmas goods would be returnable after the 26th. Id understand if they worked and I wanted to return them, that would be wrong. But selling poor quality products then refusing to honor your own returns policy for defective products is insane. Ive shopped at Lowes for the last time.
Ordered a freezer Last week and got a confirmation it would be delivered between 9 - 12 today. Called to check around 12:45 only to be put on hold for about 30 minutes. Called back and finally spoke to someone that was a manager. Said it was on the truck and delivery by 8 tonight...... Havent seen it yet?? Not the first time Ive had a problem with them delivering but maybe the last
Very disappointed with the non-helping sales associate today. We had to load and push 26 bags of mulch through the store per the associate. Of course he was absolutely rude and didnt help at all. It would have been helpful to take advantage of the loading area that was not even offered. Sorry they have lost my business.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. Purchased vinyl sheet flooring and the install was great. To avoid damaging the new flooring with our old refrigerator, we purchased a new refrigerator so that Lowes could install it without damage. Well, the floor got damaged. Getting a human to answer the phone is impossible. Long story short, they are not fixing the floor they damage. Will not be buying another thing from Lowes EVER again. But they will not care, There customer service is terrible for a nationwide company.
I order a door in the store. Their was a door available in store but was damage so we require to order. Return the door to store and was required to pay a restocking fee. The fee should not have been charged since there was a door in the store. It was very bad customer satisfaction. Will not ever purchased expensive items from Lowes again
Its happened to me many times to even keep count. Lowes website has hundreds of things in stock, when you get there they dont have one in the right isle. I Look for an employee to help me find it, they dont find it and tell me its out of stock, sorry about that. I stay searching and find it in the top shelves missplaced in a box. SMH. Do better.
Deceptive Pricing. Multiple items say one price on the shelf but ring up higher at the register. Manager was defensive instead of acknowledging the issue and assuring the customer the problem will be fixed asap.Just imagine how many people have paid the higher price at the register and didnt pay attention to the problem; over several years. Does not seem to be a honest way to make extra money, Lowes.
My daughter and I went to Lowes in Statesboro to purchase plant and furniture for her yard. We received helpful information on plants best suited for sun and shade.We received assistance loading the adirondack chairs, from a young man named Shane, who loaded our chairs. He was polite and very courteous. It was a very pleasant experience.
Does not honor hassle free guarantee on Kobalt products. I’ve returned many ratcheting wrenches at this Store and the Hinesville location. It’s hit or miss whether you’re wasting you’re trip or not. Even when they do make the return it takes a half hour and several associates. This time was for lack of a receipt. In the Kobalt pamphlet they have at the register it says no receipt required. Looking to escalate my experience to higher ups.
Purchased a Husqvarna riding mower a few months back. Blades started hitting deck and I took it to Statesboro store and they said that they can’t do nothing about it. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks now, with no return phone calls. I want a refund and/or exchange!
Purchased flooring from Lowes Statesboro store and they sent Keller Interiors on 6/14/21 to perform the job. When they were cutting the tile they blew the exhaust from their wet tile saw onto my vinyl fence. A very large section of it now looks and feels like sand paper. The molding around the master bath shower looks like it was replaced by a kindergartner. Nothing against kindergartners but I didnt pay for a job to be performed by that age group. The stove is now 1 1/2 inches above our new counter tops. Molding was not completed. Inswing sill on two doors not replaced. Contacted Lowes who sent them back out. Their floorman Blake returned with an attitude. He installed the two inswing sill and molding. He suggested we rip up the tile under the stove and cut grooves into the tile in front of the stove. Or buy a new stove. The inswing sill is not installed correctly as I can take a pair of large scissors and slide them under both doors. This of course allows crawling creatures and flys easy access to the interior of our house. Blake disappeared without addressing the other issues. I was not surprised when I pulled the washing machine and dryer forward to find the molding behind them had not been attached. The date of my writing this is 8/4/21. There were of course other issues, like not showing up, showing up late and twice they stopped work due to equipment failures (wet saw and drill mixer).I have contacted Lowes and sent pictures of the damage but they have not responded. I will complete this review at the outcome of legal action they are forcing me to take.
My service was so amazing I shared it on my Facebook page. I had to call Lowes after talking on the phone with a funeral planning my baby brothers funeral after he died unexpectedly.Big shout out to Joseph at Lowes in Statesboro, Ga. Had a rough day yesterday, then had an issue with a Lowes order (totally my mistake when we ordered online) I called Lowes and Joseph answered the phone for customer. He completely solved the first part of my problem, then told me step by step how to solve the second part. I asked him his name (Joseph) and I said I was going to call back and talk to the manager and brag about his help. He said, I am one of the managers. I said Well, sir, your employee Joseph is amazing and my super hero of the day. We laughed. He said he hoped my day went better and he was glad he could help. It was nice to deal with a compassionate, caring stranger.
If you purchase anything from Statesboro Lowes be sure to check and make sure all hardware is included!!First we bought a sliding exterior door and after driving over an hour to my moms house and opened the box there was no hardware...not even the door handle!! Had to make a second trip back and the salesman had the oh well attitude!!Same week purchased a chimney cap and once again...NO HARDWARE!!!Statesboro needs a Home Depot!! If nothing else to keep Lowes on their toes!!
The two associates we interacted with were really helpful. And the cashier, her name is Anne, is very sweet.I only had one issue, though, which was getting a carpet. Two associates walked past me while I was struggling to get a carpet down. I actually ended up pulling a muscle in my back because of it. They were more concerned with talking to each other about a new employee, which was frustrating.
The worst stocked Lowes in south georgia hands down. Ordered things online that it said they had in store, that they dont have. Shows 13 chainsaws available when you check out only to show up and be told they removed it from my order because they cant find them. Then I go back online and they removed all 13 from their stores inventory. If your department mangers cant do their jobs, send them home and replace them. On that note, the electrical section has so many bare shelves youd think they were having a going out of business sale.
Went to Lowes to buy a zero turn lawn mower $4,000 on this past Friday evening told it would be delivered on Monday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. called the store told it would be on Tuesdays delivery again waited all day for the delivery and called what it didnt come and told it would be Thursday is this how you treat all your customers at Lowes. Ill think twice again before I shop at Lowes Ill run to Home Depot
Customers should not have to wait 45 min to get an associate to help them. Especially after several sales associates radio for help in their department.I ended up having to go to the appliance desk to have them look up the product just for her to tell me they didn’t have it in stock. As a contractor who spends quarter of a million a year at Lowe’s I will never shop here again.
Janine or Nean from the paint department at the Lowe’s in Statesboro should get a raise or a promotion or something. Five stars for her for helping me in the appliance section today. I waited for thirty minutes to buy a washer and dryer and nobody but her would help me. For twenty five years I’ve spent a small fortune in that store for my real estate business but that appliance department is really lacking right now!
I bought a washer and dryer and had it scheduled to arrive at the end of the week only to find out my washer and dryer had been resold at a higher price to someone else. I went to the store and after about two hours of going back and forth got the assistant store manager to give us 10% off a floor model and delivered the next day. It arrived on May 16. Today June 19 I called because the dryer stopped working and I checked every other possibility Lowe’s refuses to help because it is past 30 days. Then they call me to tell me they should be able to do something just to have a “manager” get on the phone and tell me they can’t. Why bother calling me and wasting my time. I will never set foot in a Lowe’s building again.
I called Lowes Statesboro ga to get the price of a upright freezer small. I was sent to 3 employees and I stayed on phone for assistance for 10min. Then the employee hanged up on me. Then I called again and asked for the manager and he could not give me an answer either. The manager said that they have only one person working in the appliances. Well here is my excuse LOWES I DONT LIVE IN STATESBORO;
Excellent service from all the employees that we came in contact especially the young man who helped I slowed the gas grill and secure it in the bed of my truck. His name is Jayln. The only downside to the visit was large number of customers that were not wearing masks.
Good selection of materials but delivery people have been late on several occasions. Staff often not responsive or unavailable. Service here is the problem and they have no incentive to change because the competing hardware stores here in Statesboro have very limited stock by comparison.Pro tip: dont pay for anything at this store until it is delivered to your hands or pick up larger items with a truck. Ive had several items delivered or ordered online and they have let me down all but once.
We went here to buy a washer and dryer and applied for the lease to own program.If I was giving that process stars I would give it a negative zero. Let me start by saying- this is the most obnoxious way to apply. I had to text a number and get a link sent to an application on my phone. Annoying trying to apply for anything from a mobile device.It doesnt help that Lowes and stores loke that have no service due to their roofs. It needs to be administered a different way. We had so many issues applying and trying to check out.But we had a wonderful employee named Alana! She was awesome, and we were so grateful that she was helping us, she was so patient and pleasant during the whole debacle. I do hope she gets recognized for great work ethic.I am a general manager at a restaurant in Boston, and she has got a great personality for customer service! Definitely a keeper! Lowes should be so grateful! Thats how to bring customers back.
All I needed was a replacement OCedar mop with out the microfiber mop cover. Instead I had to buy the whole thing. The microfiber mop cover last longer than the mop itself.If they would carry just the mop that would be great. Got 6 or 7 microfiber mop covers, dont need any more.
HUGE thank you to Mr. James and Mr. Wayne with Lowe’s delivery!!! They came to my house to deliver our fridge but we asked if they could take it to our storage unit across the road bc our new house isn’t finished yet, they did it without hesitation! Saved us so much work! They were super nice!!
The Staff is always helpful. They usually have the things I am searching for. I wish they would have kept the Stanley Fat Max Tape Measures instead of getting the Craftsman. All in All, a good visit. Thanks for everything yall do, especially in these troublesome times...
When I asked the gentleman where the loading area was for mulch pick up,he pushed a cart to me and said this is how you do it. I explained that I was picking up over half a pallet. His response was,your going to need a bigger cart, and walked away. I doubt we will purchase anything else there.

Store manager/associate Danielle answered all of my questions with knowledge and was experienced in using the appliances that I was interested in purchasing. As a result, I feel confident about my purchase.

Purchased a dishwasher on 5-24 and had it scheduled to be delivered on 6-11. I did not hear from Lowes, so I called the store today 6-21. The dishwasher is on backorder and scheduled to come in on 7-11. I spoke with a manager named Stacy. I said you guys should have called me. She told me that she had nothing to do with it. The appliance manager should have called you. First Stacy as a store manager take some ownership. A true leader owns the responsibility for the errors made by their team members. Second you have the responsibility to attempt to resolve the situation. Stacy made no attempt to ease my concerns or rectify the error. I will cancel my order and get my money back.Last year Lowes delivered the wrong refrigerator to my house. The delivery was rescheduled after they failed to deliver the appliance at the previously scheduled time.I recently purchased a large amount of Birch wood for a pantry. Chris an employee assisted me and went above his duties to make sure my experience was good. Roger the manger of that department also made sure I was completely satisfied. Big shout out to you guys. Great job. You are the reason I returned.Lowes managementInvest in your leaders. Train them and hold them accountable.Listen to your customers. Excellent or good reviews are nice. Addressing the negative reviews will make you better. I am very upset with my latest purchase. How this situation is handled will determine where I shop for future appliances. I will also share how this is handled whenever someone is in the market for a major purchase.
Delivery men said they could not install washing machine unless we had new hoses. He stated he had hoses but needed authorization to use them. We paid to have washer installed. Asked if I could keep base of washer that I previously bought at Lowe’s and he said he wasn’t authorized to remove it from washer. When I asked about delivery driver’s names he wanted to know why I needed to know. Very, very disappointing experience and will probably make me think twice about ever buying from Lowe’s. We already had paid delivery and installation fees. I’ve been buying from Lowe’s for decades, but probably never again. This is also the first time I have ever complained about any kind of delivery.
Today in Lowes we were looking for a sliding door and the one we got was priced wrong.Well there were two doors in that same spot and we were trying to get the door.. we called for a manager to remedy the situation because nothing was where it should be. Assistant store manager Chuck came over with a horrible attitude from the start. Chuck was rude and lacks customer service. Store manager Kevin did help us but he couldnt correct Chucks behavior because after the incident they sat under the tree and smoked a cigarette together. Associate Christina was horrible and apparently was not aware of items in stock in her department. Then when I approached her about the door she had an attitude. Lowes customer service sucks but it cant be corrected if management is no better!
Usually has what I’m looking for, but they’ve always suffered with cashiers. You’ll have a packed store on a Sunday and only two registers open. You can expect to spend 15-45 minutes waiting to check out due to the new cashiers not knowing how to look things up or waiting on a second level employee to assist them. They won’t hire actual full time staff as cashiers and use part time or seasonal as cashiers. Aside from that it’s an alright store but a 10 minute in and out becomes a one hour ordeal.
The delivery experience was horrible! The one guy George was upset not friendly didn’t seem to care and didn’t help his partner finish the job. Called talked to manager Matthew. Very nice he set it up for 2 other guys to come back on Sunday to check the washer n fix the pipe that connects to the dryer vent. Well he told me he wasn’t going to send the same guys. So who calls n who shows up but the guy I made the complaint on. So instead of solving any problems my dryer now sticks out a foot from my washer. Yea I was told I needed to get someone to cut the pipeInstead of doing a job right 2 times I was left with an unfinished job n they never even checked the washerI would like to have my money back
I always feel like Im going to get lost when I go to Lowes. The store is fairly large. The staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Theyre the best place to go for your construction needs. Ive found their prices to be competitive, only a bit more expensive than Wal-Mart. They do basic Lowes things like measuring and cutting 2x4s, helping mix paint and so forth. Lowes will also offer any Military or prior service a 10% discount with proper ID. So if that applies to you, make good use of it.
Went to store 2 times to order a smoker. CUSTOMER service First time was upset I ask for help. So I left. 2th time poor manager CUSTOMER service had no idea of what there doing. Ordered smoker with no idea of when it would come. Was only ask by sell person in one place in store Garden. I was all over store looking for things.
We have been waiting since last Tuesday on a refrigerator to be delivered. They called yesterday saying it would be Tuesday August 25, 2020 that morning. Almost lunch and nothing. I called they said they got a late start and can’t promise a time. Waiting 7 days now. You would think the home town people would get it right.
Bought last of model lawn mower that they had got it home and found manufactured defect on rear wheel, took it back, manager of Power Equipment found same model at another store and had it shipped to that store in Statesboro Georgia ,picked it up today manager of Power Equipment area had it fully assembled with a small amount of gas and oil,cranked it up checked out all the moving Parts folded the handles put it in the car brought it home ,set it up, powered up with 1st pull,managers of power equipment and customer service people very friendly and helpful it just took a little while to get the mower from one store to the other not under their, control, great mower model ,Craftsman 140 with 160 cc Honda engine with auto choke, starts first pull just like on the videos pretty decent price $289. 00
Terrible customer service. They missed putting vent cover in my bag. I noticed in the parking lot went straight back in to question it and showed them the receipt. They said the guy that checked me out had just clocked out and I would have to buy another. All it would have taken is 5 seconds to look at the camera but thats ok Home Depot has better prices and will get my business for my home construction. Just used Lowes for convenience.
Poor customer serviceEdit: just dropped 1300 at the statesboro store.... called multiple times to get a time frame on my delivery.... Never got one!Even the company with the worst customer service in the history of customer service COMCAST gives you a 4 hour slot !!!!Now my day is lost and nothing has been accomplished ....and im STILL waiting on delivery ....wont be going back for the other appliances i needed!Side note the dude who helped me pick out my order was helpful and courteous.
Customer service is a joke at the Statesboro location, waited 45min for help on flooring for our house didnt get the floor we wanted because they obvisly didnt want to get the forklift two men later still no floor, if it wasnt for the fact that we had a gift card they wouldnt have got our buisness. We ended up with a different color because of the sorry customer service. I recommend going elsewhere if possible because they dont care
Love this store. Always great prices. always great service. They do delivery also. From home improvement all the way to commercial job status inventory. Great deals on dewalt tools and are always having sales on dewalt. Milwalkee. South wire and all your greatest brands.
We are remodeling our house. And having to change from old fixtures to new updated things, we always get what we need the associates are very knowledgeable of the departments and can direct you to or get you the item you need! Mr. Bill and Ms. Ladonna were very helpful! Thank you!

Lowe’s delivery service is a joke. I ordered some carpet 2 weeks ago, paid 79 dollars for it to be delivered. The cutting machine broke, and they failed to let me know when it was repaired to deliver my carpet. I had to call them to inquire about the carpet and it took forever for them to deliver the carpet.
The employees have no idea how to use their computer system. It took 2 weeks for a person to call me to make an appointment to measure for floors. They found out that they had a wrong number on my account. They failed to delete that number. Then I had to order another measurement, no call for over a week. I only waited around that long for the military discount... professionalism, customer service and just straight up caring about your customers goes a long way. I’m going with another company. Plank and Tile.

I bought $400 of galvanized trim 2 gal of a paint that I was told was for painting metal.a paint and primer in 1. I sprayed all the metal.the stuff peelsof.i returned the materials to have them exchanged for new materials that would work.i was told by Chris a manager at the statesboro lowes in Georgia that he would replace the paint and 5 pieces of the 35 pieces of metal.he told me 35 was too many. So this paintis what I was given by their professionals he acknowledge they were at fault buy telling me they would replacematerials.so a small mistake they would fox a big one then too bad customer.you will have to deal with that.
Workers seems to be over worked and resentful. One of them said everybody wants something right the way when he was frustrated and not able to send workers to help the customers. Upon check out, the cashier didnt even say thank you. The whole store just full of bad energy and resentment especially when they are so busy which I thought was a good thing to the store.
Today was my first ever visit to this store. I had a list of five items from different departments to find. I asked Joshua in Pro Services to direct me on where I coild find a few of the items. He actually walked me around the store and helped me find everything I needed. Great customer service!!!! Thanks Joshua (JJ) !!!!

A Plummer shopping, helped me find the water fitting that I was sent to get after looking for them for 10 mins. He was very helpful. Not an employee for lowes. But I like going to lowes, and will continue to, just finding someone to help me, is the only problem. Thanks, to the plummer.
Currently I am deployed on a 9 month rotation out of the country. My wife went and purchased a new dryer as ours broke shortly after my departure. My wife set up the delivery of the new dryer. The lowes team then deliverd the dryer to my old address (however they seem to manage to send my lowes card bill to the correct address every month). The driver then called my wife and informed her that he will be taking the dryer to the Statesboro location and she can pick it up there. I am not quite sure how she will unload it. Upon arrival to the store my wife was argued with about the re payment off the delivery fee. Unreal!!!
Natalie and Chris worked with me on a special project and they were as helpful and accommodating as they could be. Things did not go exactly as planned, but they rolled with it. Together, we were able to help a good man start a new job with the equipment he needed to be successful. Thank you, Natalie & Chris!!
Today July 9 2018 I was at Lowes in Statesboro Ga. looking for flooring no one to help we call help 6 time I had some other thing in cart I to check out and told them I needed a manager guess what happen this time NO Manager.I was just upset which this store they need hire more people in all these stores. One upset customer I will Not Go Back
A assent manager told me he was going to call the police on me because I left my dog in my truck with windows cracked and a fan running and cold water outside temp was 75, was only in store less than 5 mins. I think if they worried about getting shoppers checked out in timely manner and a little less time on who they can call the police on, things would work much better. Or let people bring there pets in the store (was hotter in the store than in my truck) or maybe some shade trees. out touch and lost my business! There are good people working their but this guy needs to go!
My fiancé and I ordered material from this store back in January, for them to remodel our kitchen. Today is March 22, 2018 sub-contractors are here prepared to work its 10:11 still no material and we were supposed to been first delivery for today. Let’s not forget the refrigerator we ordered still not here it was damaged on their truck and actually gonna reply to us that another one will take 40 days to make it to our home. The Lowe’s in Statesboro GA sucks and definitely don’t let Michael do anything dealing with your project service is horrible!
I was in the Statesboro, GA Lowes last week to purchase some lamps. A very nice lady (I am sorry I didnt get her name) helped me put the lamps in my cart. When I checked out, the cashier paged for someone to help me carry them out to my car--when they didnt show in a couple of minutes, she said, go get your car and if they dont show up by then, I will bring them out to you. This was not necessary,, because two more Lowes employees helped to put them in the car. All of a sudden, I saw a young man running towards my car--kind of frightened me for a minute until I saw what he was doing. The cart was rolling toward my car. He dashed over and grabbed the cart just before it rolled into my car. I did get his name--Austin. I thanked them all profusely and told Austin he was my hero.I just wanted to let the powers that be at Lowes should be thankful that they have such kind employees that are willing to go the extra mile to help a somewhat older woman who is somewhat handicapped. Their kindness was most appreciated. I am proud of them and hope that Lowes is too. I purchase all of my appliances, small and large at my Lowes. Your customer service has improved one hundred fold in the last year or so. Keep up the good work. Again, my thanks to Austin and the ladies who helped me.Mandy Franklin Neidlinger
The Statesboro store is getting worse and worse. Ordered kitchen cabinets 5 months ago and still have not gotten a replacement yet. First came in wring Suze and the employee who was helping us had an attitude with us because of their screw ups. Go in today to get lunber and employees (3) just keeping walking by and never bother to help my husband liad lumber on cart then had a stranger help liad in trailer because emoyee just drug around before coming out to help. Wish there was another place locally to carry my business. Theyre customer service is crappy!!!
Terrible customer service. The manager at the customer service was rude as another customer complained to him about his credit card the employee was out of hand and the customer was getting mad about something but the manager said it was his store and he made the rules
They are eager to sell you a generator but not smart enough to tell you that you need a special plug nor stock enough plugs for the generators they sell. Im pretty positive they hire ass kissers than managers or they have no education or Common sense. Shameful part is it was to elderly widow. SHAME SHAME SHAME. But hey Lowes you made money off her and that is the name of your game isnt it!
Its Lowes, so I dont expect to find everything I want. Used to get decent help finding things but nowadays its being staffed by people who know nothing about building or repairing anything and they are getting ruder every time I go. From now on Ill try Howards, Fastenal, or any place before Lowes. Only as a last resort.

2022-05-17I love that they offer curbside now! Thats all I use and it makes my life so much easier to just find what Im looking for on the app and then I go pick it up same day. I use Lowes for my gardening needs and enjoy that I can do it all from my phone! Definitely recommend this service if you have a busy schedule like I do.

2021-10-16We saved for 3 years to buy $7,000.00 for 3 new exterior doors. Sales staff was great. Subcontracted the install to Cornerstone Windows and Doors (Installer-Mike) - He rushed it and did a HORRIBLE -SLOPPY job! none of the sliding doors were installed properly...nor close properly (doors are twisted and not level or square). He used tiny pieces of scrap wood instead of full clean 2x4s to fill frame gaps between thedoor frame/house opening. installed scrap cracked garbage door trim and used cheap black drywall screws instead of proper WHITE wood screws on a white frame. multiple screws on one side and 2 on another - no proper spacing nor were they measured to stay in sync on both sided of the door frame (VERY SLOPPY). They tried to fix several times and did short cuts each time, before I said the heck with it, gave up and told the last guy to just leave. I WILL NEVER BUY WINDOWS/DOORS HERE EVER AGAIN!!!! Tried to call and email the store manager Kurt Mandelik after the 3rd shortcut repair visit by another one of their subcontractors and I was completely ignored. My advise is to spend the extra money and do business with a professional company instead and check reviews first before you spend your hard earned money.

2022-03-11I ordered an upright freezer online and was not given an option for delivery. When I got the email that it was in the store, I reached out to see if I could possibly get it delivered and was told I could. I was transferred to customer service to set it up. The young lady was very rude and once I gave her the information she told me she couldnt deliver to us. I said thats impossible you guys just delivered my fridge last year and she basically said she didnt know what to tell me. My response: Then please connect me to someone who can. Now-I thought I was about to go down a rabbit hole of poor customer service however, a very nice lady named Cynthia in fulfillment answered the phone and changed the course. She apologized for the rude interaction from customer service and for me getting an email saying the freezer was in the store when it was not. She said she would check the next day for me (even though she was off mind you) to see if she could get it out to me for the Saturday deliveries. By that afternoon she called me back and let me know she had laid eye balls on it and it was in the store and she was working to get it out for Saturday. She knew the personal reason that we needed the freezer and even offered to bring it to me in her own personal truck if if wasnt going to work out. I dont know about the rest of the employees at Lowes (specifically their customer service dept) but Cynthia is a diamond in the rough and I hope she is a valued as she made me feel. Customer service negative stars, Cynthia 5 stars! Thank you again.

2022-03-26I want to start by saying, I’m not exactly the first person to write a bad review however I just had the worst experience at lowes in Statesboro. I don’t know who y’all had working the register in the garden center tonight but I was met with the WORST attitude I’ve ever seen there. Not sure if it was a bad day or something personal but it was completely uncalled for. I walked up to the register with what I needed. I simply asked if I could get some help with the large ponds that they had. I can’t move it because I have a bad back and my cart was full and far too small. The lady snapped at me and continued to be rude to me for no apparent reason. I don’t understand why I was treated so poorly but I want to thank the kid who helped move the pond and not only did he have a good attitude about it but did everything with a smile. That’s how you treat customers. For that reason I’m giving three stars. If it had not been for the cashier, I’d give 5 stars.

2022-04-29A man named Jonathan helped my husband and I today and he was just extremely helpful!!. There was nothing we asked he didn’t have an answer for. Very knowledgable. He helped us with everything!!! From kitchen sink to bath tub faucet to shower walls. You just don’t find that kind of customer service anymore in people and that man went above and beyond to help us!!! He needs a raise!!! And might I add he served out country!! 2022-05-31I just got a large delivery from Lowes in Statesboro GA. The driver Moses went above and beyond to help me get the delivery to a place it wouldnt get damaged by the weather. This hard working gentleman did far more to help than what is required of his job and Im extremely grateful.

2022-04-30Rude cashier told me to leave the regular checkout line to go to self-checkout without any explanation, as if I were an inconvenience in the regular checkout line. Dont worry Lowes, I wont inconvenience you again with my business, as I am motivated to buy what I need from True Value, Ace, Harbor Freight, Home Depot, or any other place that doesnt treat me like Im a nuisance while I attempt to give them money.

2022-05-14Don’t shop at lowes anymore. They do not believe in taking care of customers anymore. My wife and I purchased a fridge a month ago and lowes sent out a service tech to see if it could be fixed. The service tech said it has a Freon leak and we need a replacement. Now we are being told they need a second opinion. What happened with taking care of customers?
