Liz did a very good job helping us on the sales floor today! I came in today with a friend looking for workout tops (for me) & yoga pants for a family member. She helped us find what we needed & had the sizes that were out of stock ordered for us. I have always been pleased with Lululemon’s service & product quality and will definitely shop with them in the future!
All the employees are very kind and helpful. The vibe in this store is upbeat and I really like the expanded new location.
I buy many articles of Lululemon...I wear nothing but Lululemon to work everyday. I dont keep receipts because I almost NEVER return ANYTHING. Today, I needed to return one shirt that I never wore or washed, with the tag still attached. I bought it about a month ago. It did not fit well. I was made to feel like a second-class citizen until the store associate could finally find the purchase history. Lululemon Avalon... just adopt a Nordstrom-like return policy. Youll improve upon your cult-like following and not piss of loyal customers like me.
For some reason this store never answers their phone, and their voicemail box is full?? I called 20+ times trying to reach somebody over the course of 2 days until my store pickup order was inevitably cancelled… disappointed 😞
This was not my first time here, and service has always been wonderful. But today I came in with a top that had some defects that Id had sitting in my closet for awhile getting no use due to said defects. The staff took it back with a smile and gave me full credit for what I originally paid. So now instead of having a top sitting around getting no use, I used the credit towards some cute items that will absolutely be loved and used. It made my day, and I appreciate it so much!
I love Lululemon, but this store was a little bit of a disappointment. While the front staff were friendly and helpful, the girls at the legging bar didnt even acknowledge me besides to give me a once over. To make matters worse, Im recovering from a broken foot and having to use a walking boot. My size leggings are at the bottom( size 10) and I was having to struggle to get back up after looking thru the stack. No offers to help. I did end up buying 2 pairs of leggings and a jacket but the experience was upsetting.
Yes they’re social distancing and yes you may have to wait to get in but their customer service like the quality of their products is exceptional! Krista helped us curb side and we left fulfilled and informed with products that we absolutely love ❤️

I understand the Avalon Lululemon store is trying to practice social distancing.But the retail shopping experience is absolute garbage right now.Stay Home, And order online.I absolutely love Lululemon and will continue to buy their clothes.But theres literally no one in the store, I know exactly what I want, and the lady up front wasnt helpful at all.She couldnt even check in the back for any inventory. She is trying to force me to do everything over my cell phone?Theres plenty of employees standing around, and they definitely need someone whos a little better at customer service working the front door instead of a unhappy store representative.Please get better Lulu Avalon, I expect more out of this store!7/15/20 2:57pm Wednesday.
I had purchased 7 teal skuba hoodies for our staff. Once everyone tried them on we realized we needed to switch out one size. When I went back in the Alpharetta Lululemon store they didnt have that color but the smiling girl behind the checkout desk proceeded to call around until she found me one and had it shipped directly to me. Fabi was amazing! She delivered customer service with a smile and was a pleasure to work with:)

The product speaks for itself, but the staff is even better. From an easy song expertise to incredible service when a product has failed. They always go above and beyond.
Beyond frustrating! I’m happy they are trying to use social distancing but the store is empty while a huge line forms outside on top of each other. Poor execution and absolutely no common sense whatsoever.
A staff member saw me with a pile of leggings. She looked me down with an annoyed face like she was about to have to clean up after me cause I couldnt afford it. Didnt offer to start me a fitting room. I was like ok strange. Asked her for fitting room, spelled my name Don. Ok, whatever, maybe she had a bad day. While Im trying clothes on. I hear the same girl being extremely helpful and prompting to offer a fitting room to every single customer. I am the only Asian customer in the store. I usually spend $1000 every trip at Lenox. This is beneath the lululemon standard, she should be ashamed of herself. Yes, I just got pretty womaned at lululemon lol
Pricey but worth it. Leggings and headbands are great quality as the bags are super convenient and reusable. Staff are friendly.
Friendly staff, the best fitter Ive ever had and is Makenzie Flenniken. Amazing and they keep the store running like a track store.
This particular Lulu location is super cute. Their clothes are insanely expensive, and kind of drab, but it is super high quality. They could definitely use more color.

2021-09-16I love the products but Lululemon online packaging quality needs some work. For the higher cost, quality of products, and as a loyal consumer to your brand, I expect much more thoughtfulness and care when I receive an online order - especially when paying full price. The receipt in my packaging was completely crumpled up, and there were no layers of padding to protect the clothes from getting damaged. Im pretty disappointed.

2020-12-26Amazing customer service at this store!!!!! Just wanted to say thank you again to Claire, Alexis, and the other girl (I didn’t catch her name) who helped me out with our mix up! A family accidentally picked up my purchase after I paid for it during checkout and they left the store with my purchase before we noticed. These girls handled the problem and got my purchase back within a few hours! Thanks girls!! :) I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently this was handled! :)

2021-05-04I cannot thank the Avalon store enough for the fabulous customer service they provided to me last Saturday, May 1st. I ordered the wrong size pants and they called NO less than 6 stores to locate them so they could be shipped in two days. The Store Manager ensured we went on our vacation in Lululemon Style. Assisting me took no less than 30 - 40 minutes, and they acted like I was the only one in the store. The store was jammed packed. Thank you for the excellent customer service. You are now our lifetime go to Lululemon store.

2020-07-31I must say shopping with Lululemon, specifically this location, has been the BEST customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life.I called the store 15 minutes after it opened to inquire about the Align Super High Rise Short 10”. Clare answered and offered to put them on hold for me! I was so happy since I couldn’t get off work till 4:30 and they only had two pairs in my size.The virtual waiting list was a breeze. The fitting room attendant was so nice and knowledgeable. The military discount was the icing on the cake!I can definitely see myself coming back here just for the customer service! Did I mention the leggings feel like butter?
