Lululemon is always incredible. This is a smaller store in Savannah but they still have some great things. Their clearance sections are not as big as the other stores but thats to be expected because of the size of the store.
Went in here with some spare time just to look around at more shorts or some shirts with no intent on buying, but the customer service from Kayla (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was outstanding and she was very helpful the whole time I was there. I ended up buying a couple items just because of her help and overall attitude, she did a great job! Definitely the best store I have visited so far.
If I could rate this store 100 stars I would!! Not only are the clothes amazing but the customer service is EXCELLENT!!!! Beyond my expectations!! I am ALWAYS greeted when I’m in the store and employees go above and beyond to help me find what I am looking for every time.
I am traveling and just stepped into the store to buy a sports bra. Not one employee could be bothered to greet me, let alone help me, despite the fact I was the only customer in the store! Ill just wait until I get home to buy a bra, this isnt the service Im accustomed to at Lululemon!
Emily the sales associate helped me pick out an outfit to wear for my first rock n roll half marathon in Savannah! I tried the fast and free crop bottom and the hold and let flow tank top and fell in love! The material is so breathable and it wicked away my sweat on race day without feeling weighed down! I was very comfortable during my race while looking stylish! I am going to by more running clothes from this store! I’ve tried other clothing lines for workout apparel, but lululemon wins with the best fit, wicking away sweat, and feeling comfortable!
The fact that Lululemon will honor spouses and active duty, reservist (but mainly spouses) and not veterans is truly appalling on Lululemons part toward those who have served. I love this brand, but they need to readjust their policy.
Over priced and normal quality ,u can find better at good well !
AWESOME CLOTHING. STARTED SHOPPING THERE IN MARCH AND IM IN THE STORE SO MUCH ALL OF THE SALES REPS KNOW WHO I AM AND GREET ME WHEN I COME IN. LOVE EVERYTHING THERE FROM THE UNDERWEAR TO THE SOCKS.

2022-02-13Great store, however every time I get something hemmed it is always done horribly. If you’re thinking of having something hemmed I highly recommend just taking it somewhere else. While it is free at lululemon I’d rather spend a little more to have the hemming done properly.

2022-02-16Felt the staff were unhelpful in the fitting room. Felt judged and they were too busy talking to each other to notice me waiting for a room. Had this experience just at this Savannah location, not others. Longtime Lulu customer. Disappointed in this staff training and attitude.

2022-03-03I have had nothing but attentive salespersons here! Quick to find product for me and to get me a dressing room. Sometimes they dont have every size in every item but that is more to do with the supply chain issues. Nice to have the in person option here when not 💯 on what size I am.

2021-12-05They were so nice and helpful with doing an exchange. I bought leggings online that were piling super super bad. I did not think they would exchange them because I got them on sale and lost the tags but they were so sweet about it

2019-06-30This was my first experience at a lululemon, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The store was clean, organized, and full of available employees. The employees were friendly and always helpful. For the person who gave this store a bad review because of the price of leggings: a negative review on a specific location has nothing to do with the prices that lululemon (corporate) puts on their leggings. If you can’t afford to pay that much, DON’T SHOP THERE. It’s misguided to take your frustration out on the reputation of a particular location just because you aren’t comfortable with the price of the clothing.

2019-02-14This is my first time purchasing anything from lululemon. The customer service here was great! Anyone who knows about lululemon knows that it is pricey, but so far the quality of the clothing seems absolutely worth it. The people who work here are super super helpful and nice. I will be back!
