Having purchases a few used cars over the years , my typical choice is an established dealer such as Lexus or Toyota etc. Please , do not go to M&M auto, with the expectations to be fed and pampered as you would a name- brand dealership. That being said , the service was great. Eric and his assistant Daniel were patient , both having the mindset to ensure that you are extremely satisfied before leaving . They will climb the highest mountain if necessary, to get you into a vehicle of your liking . I left a very satisfied customer.
We enjoyed our experience with our salesman, William. We drove over 50 miles to test drive 3 different cars, one being at a competitive dealership. We test drove a Subaru Forester and really liked the vibe of the suv. We were looking for a vehicle to fit our new baby on the way. William was very friendly and continued to engage conversation on our new family addition and the excitement. He really made the experience more of a joy mentally instead of a pushy sales pitch. William really caught my attention when he asked what price would keep me from test driving the other vehicle. We were able to come to an agreement on a more than fair price and I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. The car drives amazing and I have no complaints so far. William even showed up on their off day, Sunday, to finish the deal. Thank you William for your excellent help and thanks for introducing us to your puppy as well.
We met with Roy, also known as “Roll Tide Roy”, on Saturday to discuss pricing of a 2016 Jetta Volkswagen. We had spoken on the phone, and he said the car was still available. My parents and I made the 2 hour drive to look at the car that was in “pristine” condition. When we arrived, the car’s front bumper didn’t line up right, there were stains on the seats, the window tint was peeling, a light was out, it had not been detailed at all (we found a receipt in the car pocket from 2017), and it needed new tires fairly soon. Even with all the surprises when we arrived at the dealership, we were still planning to purchase the Volkswagen that online was listed for $11,895. My father went in to discuss pricing on the vehicle, where Roy and Roy’s manager wanted to charge a $399 docking fee, bringing the final price to $12,200. I would not recommend this business to anyone. M and M Auto Superstore will not be receiving business for me or anyone I know. An extremely disappointing experience for my first time purchasing a car.
It was a good experience. I knew what I wanted and knew mostly about the kind of car I was there for. The sales person William, didn’t get in my way and let me do what I needed to do to check the car out. I asked him not to talk much during the test drive so I could hear things going with the car and he obliged. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive. The dealership as a whole was good. No need to haggle the price because the price was fair. Will do business with again, even though I live over 100 miles away. I hope William is still there when I do.
M and M Auto Superstore restored our faith in people and business. Although I am 43yo-I am a new driver. My husband did his research and having visited M and M previously when he was in the market-we decided to give them a look. From first contact we could tell that this dealership was different. Roy is human first and salesman second. They stayed late on a Saturday to fill out paperwork - only to find that we had an issue with our bank. We kept them abreast of our progress with resolving the issue and they also followed up with us-each time pleasant and caring. We were able to purchase a safe, reliable SUV. We had an issue that they promised to fix and not only kept their word but worked on the issue with exceptional communication and transparency. They went above and beyond to not only ensure we were happy but also to do the right thing. It was never about a dollar- it was about doing right by the customer. I had no intention of purchasing a car. I went to M and M with my family. The experience of watching Roll Tide Roy go through the paperwork with my Son In Law was amazing. He was proficient, pleasant, patient and a joy to speak with. Upon completion of their purchase my Daughter was waking about the lot. She indicated there was a car she liked for me.I looked and love it on site. I test drove it. There was absolutely no pressure. We went to get a bite to eat came back. Very impressed with M and M Auto. Daniel was our salesperson, and gave us great, no pressure help. Very patient, addressed all our questions and needs, and very accessible, responded to texts/calls in good time. Staff is laid back and friendly. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Jetta. Good price, car is in very good condition. There were a couple issues with the car, and Eric (the manager) helped take care of them, and made sure we were completely satisfied. In my opinion above and beyond what was called for. Thanks Daniel and Eric!
I had a fantastic experience buying from them. Karen from Alabama who sold me my car. That’s how she introduced herself Karen from Alabama. She was the sweetest thing, just need to warm and friendly. And she really did go out for a way to get me the best deal for the money that I had.
All I can say is my experience here was awful! I mentioned to the salesman that I was going to pay full cash for the car I was looking at. I couldn’t even test drive the car where I wanted. The asking price seem too high. The car I was looking at been was at the dealership for over 3 months. People like him who turn down a cash deal won’t let a company like this flourish. I asked if he could see if his manager could negotiate a lower price for the car which he never asked. If a salesman can’t do something this simple, then he can’t help out potential customers!! So glad I took my Payment of full cash and went to the FORD dealership to get a completely better car and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Good luck to this company because people like him aren’t helping potential customer and not helping the company get money.
They were so great and helpful. Very patient, not going to pressure you into something you dont want and make sure you leave happy. I highly recommend this dealership, good people. Roll Tide Roy is a great person to go to when buying your first car. All of the staff I encountered were so nice and helpful and they didnt try to sell me something they knew I didnt like. Im so glad I stopped by this dealership because now I own a gorgeous Jetta from M&M.Update!!!!!Recently I had my oil changed, and had asked the mechanic to check out everything else and he told me everything was fantastic. Not a single thing wrong. I decided to post an update because Ive seen a few people make complaints about their car and just wanted to say mine was completely fine. If you want a great car at a great price M&M is the place to go.Another update:Ive had this car for about 2 weeks and The EPC and engine light came on so now its at heritage of Volkswagen because I cant drive it. I would ask for any documents for anything mechanical that has been done on the car youre looking at. Bright side is everything under the hood is good but the car itself, well I cant drive it now. I really hate having to make this update because I enjoyed my time at this dealership and they were so great.
I just bought a car from Mr. Roy and it was an absolute pleasure. As a first time car buyer, and a woman, I was worried of being taken advantage of. That is something you don’t have to worry about with Mr. Roy. He’s a very honest man and runs an honest, genuinely helpful dealership. I got an amazing deal for both my trade-in and the car I bought. Mr. Roy kept the process light with his quick wit and was knowledgeable with my questions. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and will be using his services again when I need a car. I am now the proud owner of an M and M car!!
I bought a used Cadillac SRX from M and M and am very pleased with the purchase. Karen was a great sales person, no pressure, and was willing to let me have the car inspected. The touch screen was not working, M and M promised to have it fixed once purchased and made good on that promise. I paid a fair price for the vehicle and would definitely buy from them again and recommend M and M Auto Superstore for your car purchasing needs. Cheers!

I told the Karen I wanted to ONLY use my BANK when I called and when I went to the property with my sons. I TOLD HER I WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN MY BANK, WHICH THEY USE. This women still ran my social security number to found other options. I got alert on my phone stated capital one hit has a hard inquiry. I went to her and told her I have gave you clear instructions I only wanted to use my bank. I also asked the manager why did you run my social security number with out my consent, her response I was giving you options. This dealship is unethical and can not be trusted with your information, I was betrayed just for them to make a sale. I called the manager Eric to make him Aware whats going on in his facilities he didnt believe me. I have not yet received a return phone call. Be very careful
The test drive and transaction were efficient and painless. We ran into a bit of a snag when converting the title in our home state due to some paperwork provided by the vehicles previous owner, which M and Ms office helped us resolve before lunchtime the same day. Their pricing was competitive and we felt quite well taken care of.
We had a great service experience at M and M Auto Superstore. The rapid email response and telephone communication from our salesman Daniel Mushrush was superb!!! We traveled a short distance out of state to look at a vehicle and communicated with Daniel on our way over. Upon our arrival Daniel had already put gas in the car and had it waiting for us to test drive. He answered all of our questions and made our purchase experience a very smooth and fast process! I just recently purchased a vehicle from this company. They were awesome and super helpful from the day that I called to ask about the vehicle to the day that they had someone pick me up at the airport to drive me to the dealership! We flew in and they were courteous enough to have someone waiting as we arrived. Vehicle was everything that it was supposed to been. Great place to buy from. Would fly again to purchase a vehicle from this dealership!
I give this two stars because the sales staff was nice. Our sales guy was Eric, and he showed us a Honda Accord Touring that was a great deal. We wanted to have the car looked at by a third party mechanic, which was no big deal. The car itself needed $1,100 in repairs right off the lot (with a clean carfax and autocheck). I wouldn’t consider them “dishonest”, but do be CAUTIOUS when purchasing a vehicle here. Also, while I don’t think Eric was trying to be dishonest; he did try to get us to buy the car on the spot with a 3 month warranty without having it looked at. HARD PASS.
I visited M and M on a Saturday. I was ready to buy the vehicle on Monday, once the emissions were done. No one reached out to me on Monday to say it was done. So I emailed twice. The salesman said a guy will do the emissions on Thursday. I get an email on Thursday saying it was sold on Wednesday. Not good business. I also noticed a lack of diversity. Just saying.....I was also asked if they could check my credit before looking at a car! I have never experienced that! I rejected that notion....but still! Jeeze. There are many places around Thorton to choose from. Choose wisely.
Bought a 2004 Buick Lesabre from this place in 2012. I was encouraged to test drive a Lincoln LS but didn’t like it as much. No pressure, they saw I had my heart set on my Buick. I paid a fair cash price for her (under $5k I think) and drove her for 6+ years. She needed some standard maintenance over the years but was still going strong at 178k when I sold her for a newer car in KY. I miss that beautiful car every day! Wish I’d kept her.

Everyone that I worked with throughout my experience was truly wonderful. I experienced no pressure and a true willingness to help. I was able to buy a very nice one owner vehicle and they even were able to find me a lower interest rate than my credit union offered which saved me money. From my experience I feel that M And M Auto Superstore has assembled a great team from the buyer to sales to finance and everyone between has made this the place to purchase your next used vehicle.
I have bought alot of automobiles in my life but never has it been so easy, fast and friendly. Everyone at the store was great from the salesman to all the finance team. No one pressured or hassled me just a really great experience the whole way around. I would have given more than 5 stars but it isnt an option. I definitely recommend buying here. I will come back here from now on, all the vehicles on the lot were nice vehicles unlike everywhere else. And you can tell the whole team cares about helping you through the process and getting you into a vehicle. Thanks m and m you guys are great
I bought a vehicle from the owner of M and M Superstore 12 years ago. It was time to trade it in, so we went to M and M because of the great experience in the past. Daniel was our salesman. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and took all the time we needed. Everyone was very friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase my vehicles.

Not only was he knowledgeable of his inventory, but he remained patient as we found the right fit for me. He made sure that the process was seamless and that i was informed every step of the way. I had to share my experience with this amazing company. Im financing my first car, and when I seen this car online something just gave me a great feeling about this place, I looked at a few others at different locations but something about this one kept my attention. I called Friday and we went to look at the vehicle, Roy was such a great man , while filling out paper work waiting on word from the finance company Roy shared a ton of wisdom with my family and I. This was much more than a car buying experience I will never forget some of the lessons I was taught, though I wasnt able to leave the lot with my car that night cause I needed some other paper work. I knew it was mine. I prayed through the night if it was ment to be it will all work out, we came with my car as a trade in saturday morning and through the grace of God we were able to get the car. My husband and I have been in the market for a vehicle for about a month now. After trolling the web for several weeks we finally settled on a 2000 Ford Expedition we saw advertised at M&M Auto Superstore on Thornton Rd. After calling to schedule an appointment we went up to the dealership and were greeted at the door by a salesman affectionately named Big Head Ed. Ed was beyond knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. Unlike previous experiences, there were no hard sell tactics, no condescending attitudes and no double talk. The truck was exactly as described and after test driving we decided to purchase it. M & M processed our paperwork quickly and Big Head Ed kept us entertained while we waited. I can honestly say this was hands down the BEST vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Ill be sending my son there in the next couple of months to purchase and it doesnt hurt that they have an awesome referral program. Im not kidding, if you need a reliable vehicle, in good condition and a great price, this is the place to go. Searched online with many dealers in the area and found M&M to have the best used car prices. Buying a used car can be a tricky process but finding a dealership with real market value prices is near impossible.We went to M&M today and were greeted by a welcoming sales person who gave us a great shopping experience before running us through the mill with credit applications and down-payment negotiations. This set them apart from any other dealerships weve been to through the years.The gentleman we worked with, Ed, was very courteous and we would recommend anyone to him.We went, hoping to buy a car with limited means, and Ed made our purchase possible.We just parked the new car at home and love it. Thank You, Ed! It is perfect!
My Dad and I sat there for 2+ hours signing paperwork and getting approved for a 2009 Ford Fusion and they told us that we could pick up the car and pay for it the next morning. When we get there the guy up front tells us that they sold the car to someone else despite the fact that they knew we were coming to pick up the car in the morning and they didnt even bother to call to tell us the car was sold, all the paperwork signing and credit running was for nothing. I wont be coming back here.
Bought a Silverado from here, the service was great. No pressure from the lady that helped us (Susan, I highly recommend her). She let me make my own decision without the sales pitch. Finance guys were great. Also I got a pretty fair deal on my trade in. I would be hard pressed finding anything negative to say about my experience here
I highly recommend Jeff at this location. Unfortunately we did not purchase from this lot, but I really would have liked to. We stopped by just to look, trying to determine what type of car to purchase for our 16 year old. Jeff made a suggestion and that turned out to be the perfect fit! The model they had was not exactly what we wanted but Jeff was so helpful, even touching base a few days later to see if he could help. Next time that we are in the market for a used car, I will definitely be contacting Jeff at M and M.

My husband and I bought a pick up truck there a week ago today. Picked it up on Friday. Right after I drove off the lot, I realized that the heat wasnt working. I was advised by the dealership to bring it back on Monday for them to fix it. Got a call from them today stating that its costing $600 to fix it that I had to pay half of it. I know that theyre asking me to pay only because we already paid $9000 cash for it. They really have nothing to lose. That to me was the worst experience at a dealership. I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again other than picking up the truck. 😞😞
I went in with a specific car in mind that I saw online. My salesperson was Jeff. He showed me exactly what I wanted. There was no hassle and he didnt try to force any other vehicle on me. He was very friendly and helpful. I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I had my mechanic look the car over and he could not find anything wrong with it. Given the circumstances, I would definitely buy another car from this lot.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.. Shop around, I purchased a truck from them and after a few months I am now paying a truck note on a truck I cant drive.. I have to have a whole new bottom end put in my truck as well as new heads.. so on top of an outrageously high note Im having to pay on loans I had to take out to get it fixed. All these issues were preexisting and it should of never been sold.. So all and all if you decide you must buy for them take it to your trusted mechanic. Their mechanics apparently have no knowledge and never thoroughly inspected this truck.. Value had to be basically set on cosmetic not it being road worthy.. So thanks M & M job well done! I will never trust a used car dealership again.
Absolutely the best experience ever. From start to finish they were helpful and kind. They even bought my kids pizza and let them watch spongebob while handling our needs. Entire staff was pleasant and I drove off with the car I wanted and the price I needed. Highly recommend. Ask for Jeff, but all salespeople were honest and down to earth.

I’ve been to a lot of car dealerships and I’ve always had the same bad experiences. Until I found M&M Auto superstore. First off we traded in my daughters car, a 05’ fusion for a 14’ fiesta.. We wanted her to have a car that was dependable. A car that would get her to school and work and whatever we ask of her. The “ole man” was the realist car salesman I’ve ever met. Great sense of humor and super nice guy.. Needless to say everything he told us went as if he sold a car before.. He did everything he said he could and turns out we left in a nice car.. if I could give 100 stars I would.. 🙌🏻

I left here feeling deceived. Will (sales guy) had me thinking this lady was just going to look at my information to let me know how much my payments could possible be. I find out she was really about to run my credit, which put hits on your credit score. Will told me he couldnt give me the price of the vehicle without her checking first. All lies. I went in the room where she was and she gave me an exact estimate of my payments and cost of the car without running my credit.Will told me this company needs him because he is the best salesman they ever had.I say this if your going to lie your not a good salesman, your a good liar.Make sure you ask a thousands questions if your dealing with Will. And never give him your information unless you absolutely need to. 😠
Been there twice shopping vehicles. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I test drove a later model Dodge Ram a few weeks ago and everything about the experience was great. No pressure, trying to find the right vehicle for me.. I would highly recommend looking here for a used vehicle.
I purchased a car here after the devastating loss of my husband (my previous car was totaled in the process) I told the sales woman why I needed a new vehicle and that money was tight for me, but I needed something safe for my infant son. She discounted the price 400 dollars. Literally a hour after I purchased the car the check engine light came on. And what do you know its a $400 fix! A week later the alternator went. Then the spark plugs. Within 10 months I spent over 2000 in fixes! Last week check engine light again! 600! All I can say is we all take risks buying used.But knowingly selling a lemon.... bad business!

DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!! Sold me a complete LEMON !!! went to the property to look at 2 different cars I saw online when I got there one wouldn’t start. ( Red Chrysler 200) and the other was a Mazda that I purchased drove fine until I got home and the next morning it WOULDNT START ! Took it to a Mazda dealership and they said it would be 1k in repairs . Don’t let these guys rip you off they seem friendly but will sell you anything
Ive never written a review before, but after my experience with M&M I feel like I have to say something. After going to countless dealerships and buy here pay here lots, and my score taking a beating worse than Tyson, M&M was able to get me approved for their 07 Lexus GS350. I never imagined owning one of these much less getting full price for my trade in. They were completely upfront and honest about what they do and Susan answered all of my questions first before walking me through the deal. They also provide a Carfax on all on all of their cars without question. Before I was ready to consider buying I told them that I wanted to let my mechanic look at it, and not only were they cool with it but they even took it to him AND LEFT IT UNTIL HE WAS DONE!!!!!!!! Then to top it all off I dont get off of work until after they close, but they waited until I was able to come in to work with me and we ended up finishing 3 1/2 hours after they closed. I will be coming back to buy from them again. Thanks again M&M.
Wanted clean retail price for a car that was less than average trade in value. Needed new paint job on the car, car had multiple warning lights on dashboard( adaptive head light malfunction, left daytime running headlight not working etc.) These warnings alone plus the paint job are well over 2000.00 dollars to fix! I know because i had one just like it recently totalled and i had all these items done on the one i had. In addition mine had the sports package which this on did not have. Wouldnt go back even if they came to my offer!
Came in today to look at a truck. Was continuously told Im entitled to my own opinion and the salesman had to keep saying no disrespect intended. Thats a tell tale sign of being disrespectful. Truck is leaking oil and needed thousands of dollars in repair. Unwilling to listen to customer or work with them. Would never go back.
I purchased a truck here at a good price however I will never go back. Turns out they didnt have a title for the vehicle in their possession. After a month they told me the owner they purchased the vehicle had lost the title and they applied for a replacement (out of state). It took so long to get a valid GA title both the temp tags expired and I had to park the vehicle and couldnt drive it... very frustrating. Staff was rude and told me i was lucky it didnt take longer.. I was also told they didnt have titles on most of the vehicles on the lot.
I bought a Chevy Cruze from Susan this last week. Very happy with my car and with Susans help with everything, just unsatisfied with the state of some things. Car was extremely misaligned and struggles to maintain going straight, which would not be a difficult fix. Also, any time Ive bought a car, Ive driven off the lot with a full tank of gas. Unfortunately, I drove away with a quarter tank and a dirty car, with no promises of a free refill or free wash. I understand these are small things, but as a car buyer, it would be nice to be taken care of, certainly with the small things. Questionable on if Ill be a return customer.

Do not purchase your vehicle here unless you can have it fully inspected elsewhere. This place will sell you a vehicle that is unsafe and has issues. We have bought F250 ($30K+!!!) here with broken drivers side A/C, cruise control and mirrors not working. That is our stupidity, but next thing you know my husband is driving and the brake pedal stays in the floor! After 2 weeks of troubleshooting we found out that the brake master cylinder was bad. I do not appreciate them putting my husbands life in danger! Meanwhile we are $2K+ out of pocket! Stay away!
I had a GREAT experience with Errick and the rest of the M and M personnel. Drove from 2 1/2 hours away to find the vehicle held back so that I could look at it. After test driving and making a deal, it was a little after closing time. Heard no complaints from Errick about staying late and he has been more than helpful even after the sale.

These people are just real with you, no bs and no sleazy sales tactics. You want the car, they will make the deal right.
So I found these guys on AutoTrader while looking for a minivan...I had been all over craigslist, been to several dealerships, and craigslist stuff had been mostly very unclean in the range we had been looking for, and the dealerships had been more than we wanted to spend. Called on a Sunday, normally closed, a guy named Jack picked up the phone and said he was there for an hour for a delivery so we could stop by and look at a deal for a used Chevy Venture. Jack was super nice, said he comes by on Sundays to feed a stray cat anyway...I like that kind of guy. He let us test drive a very clean vehicle...worked with us on our cost and we did the deal on a Sunday. Paperwork couldnt be printed till the next day. So we came back and met one of the owners, Erik. Very friendly guy and he reviewed with us what he knew about the vehicle and let us know that he would work with us to find new headlights at his cost for this As Is vehicle if we wanted. My wife and I left there feeling we were actually taken care of, not taken advantage of. It was a great experience.
We went in, having found the Nissan Murano SL we were interested in online. Ed met us. A personable guy and easy to work with. We looked the car over, did a test drive and sat down to come up with a deal. After some negotiation, we came up with a deal that worked. They got us financed and out the door quickly.There was no pressure and the whole experience was really nice. I would recommend them for a used car.
M And M Auto Superstore has an amazing inventory of vehicles and the customer service was awesome. I wasnt pressured into purchasing a vehicle like previous dealerships.HOWEVER......I am disappointed that the 05 Nissan Xterra I purchased a week ago has began to show major mechanical issues—none of these issues showed while test driving the vehicle AND I wasnt made aware of the issues. Im pretty sure the dealership was made aware of these issues. Before finalizing the paperwork, I did notice that the front right tire was in major need of air and was fixed immediately. However, the tire pressure light remain on and I was told to give it a few days for it to go off. It has now been a week. To make matters worst, the check engine soon light also comes on. I was told it could be the brand of gasoline I was using as the code P0430 registered. The dealership cleared the code; it took two days for the light to reappear.So I finally took the Xterra to the Hiram location of Kauffman Tires to find out that there was never a sensor in place and that I will need to replace the existing catalyst converter. Fortunately, the Nissan Service Center in Lithia Springs has provided me an estimate for replacing the converter—a price I am comfortable with, but wish I could have avoided.My suggestion to potential shoppers: have a trusted personal mechanic service your vehicle before driving it home.
Very unprofessional. This company strives on saying one thing and turning around and changing in less than 24 hours. I would not recommend dealing with these people. Sales woman very two sided and appeared to be doing back door deals for particular vehicles. A report for Better Business Bureau will be going as well. Be mindful
About 8 months ago M&M got my husband into his dream truck Diesel Cummings 3500. They worked with low credit rating and we were in and out. The same day they helped my mother in-law into a Toyota Rav. We all had a amazing experience and a team that was not willing to give up on getting us the best payment for our budget.
Took off work and drove 100 miles to buy a luxury model car. It was a base model. It had no alloy wheels, no premium package, no technology package, none of the things listed in the ad.I was told by the sales person Susan, that the dealership couldnt be expected to know one trim level from another.Seems like a textbook bait and switch.
I purchased a 2003 Ford Focus SVT, about a week ago. The car runs and drives great. I has not given me any hint of problems. I love it. Erric Keibler was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable I drove about an hour to get to the store. Well worth the drive. If Im ever in the market for another good, well maintained used car. Very unprofessional, we drove 2hrs to come get a car just for them to say it’s “first come first serve” which is understandable BUT , the simple fact is we where Roy’s customers. We called ahead of time to let him know we where on the way to pick up the car (he didn’t even acknowledge us.) ((I guess because where black))
Do Not buy from this dealership.. The Salesmans was named Jeff aka the Rookie.. I made a deal with this guy over the phone and within 10 minutes as I arrived at the dealership... Jeff aka the Rookie sold the car to another buyer. He didnt even have professional courtesy to call me and let know he had sold the car.. his response to me was (First come.. Firrst serve.. thats the type of dealership that we are so better luck next time)..DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
Be careful dealing with these guys if you have a trade. They will inflate the price of the car, give you $0 on your trade, and finance the full amount that was on the car you are purchasing in the first place. In the end, you basically gave your car away for free and pay full price on the car without getting credit for your trade. That s why they like trade ins.
First, I want to state that this post is not about my opinion of M & M. Its just about the facts concerning my purchase from them.I bought a used truck (as-is - they didnt offer me a warranty) from them. As soon as I got it home, it started making loud timing chain noises. I had it towed (at my expense - $260.00) to their mechanic. The mechanic installed a new timing chain tensioner that I had to pay $200 for. The noise was better at low RPMs, but at 2800 RPMs, the noise was still there. Approximately 3 weeks later it died on the highway when I was on my way to work - another $85.00 towing fee. It turns out that the timing chain broke and bent some valves. Now Im going to be out $2200 more for an engine replacement.
Internet sales a joke ! My wife and I both sent request info about a vehicle from different emails since Im traveling , shes at home. We both get same response we do things differently expect a call shortly. FROM TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT PEOPLE. NOPE just the same as other car dealers wont call or return calls.
If you are in the market for a luxury car M & M Auto Superstore Lithia Springs is where you need to stop. Or not stop as it was for us. We worked with Carl Mushrush and barely had to even visit the dealership. Carl brought the car to us for a test drive and then brought the paperwork to us to sign! Dont misunderstand, the dealership is real nice, but if you want a different experience M & M is your place and Carl Mushrush is your new best friend.
My son brought a 2017 Ford focus,from M and M,it broke down 14 hours later,he called m and m,they sent it t there shop,but they couldnt fix it,it needed a engine and other things,they sent to a Ford dealership, they had it fixed and paid the bill,in the mean time they also paid for a rental so my son could get to work,this dealership will never know how much we appreciate them,if we had a million tongues we could not thank you enough,l will tell everybody about this company,.
Got the truck I wanted happy about that but had the truck less than 40 days found out the head gaskets are blown transmission leaking and they wont help on any of the repair they say there wasnt nothing wrong with the truck when I bought it but they did because they would even offer a warranty on it my suggestion for you if you want to buy a car from them take it to your mechanic and have it looked over first
Went in looking for a Cadillac they were out of it that did not start from helping me out and giving me something better they took they time they were great with me even though I was sort of unpleasant in the beginning but they work with me they did everything that they could for me they went above and beyond it was not just to say but you know I got a friend out of it I would recommend everyone and anyone to come and get a car from them

2022-05-05After many horrible experiences at various dealers, this was our last stop. The process was super quick and so painless. I would never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Our sales person Daniel was so helpful and upfront. Kudos to Daniel and m&m 👍. We now have car that we love and can afford!

2022-04-27We purchased a 2011 BMW X3 in August. We didn’t drive the vehicle much because it’s not our daily driver. We went out of town 300 miles away. Something I’ve done many times in my near 20 year old Yukon. Prior to going, there were no lights on the dash. Upon returning the oil lights and a host of other lights came on. We took the vehicle in for an oil change and diagnostics. We were floored at the results! The car has a cracked radiator, major oil pan gasket leaks, valve cover gasket, engine oil housing need repair, water pump and thermostat, control arm bushings, drive tensioner belt. This car is a dud! They put this thing on the lot as if it’s been inspected and taken care of. When I called to tell them about the first discovered issue being the major leak the manager informed that the oil had been changed and the car had been maintained. We haven’t been able to drive this thing since November 2021!!!!! It couldn’t have this much damage if the person before us had taken care of it! Do NOT waste your money! We are literally paying for a vehicle that’s been in the shop longer than we’ve been able to use it.

After dealing with many stressful dealerships and people, i was fortunate enough to come across Daniel Mushrush at M and M. He promtly responded to all of my inquiries and met me with the keys to my vehicle of interest before talking financing as well as showing me all other vehicles on the lot for comparison. I went home with an awesome car and it was easy and stress free.

2019-05-18Sad there is no option for 0 stars. At first the customer service was great and they seemed like very genuine people... so I bought a 2008 F250. Test drive went great, a little vibration sound, but nothing big. After they ensured that I signed the as is agreement... and after I had drove 2 hours home.. there was this knocking noise coming from the bed of the truck. Every time I went over a bump, it kept getting louder and more obnoxious and now is constantly loud. I took the truck into ford turns out 8 body mount bushings are shot and quoted me $1700... they were shocked that a dealership had sold us a truck in this condition, and told us its unsafe to drive as the whole cab could come off. I called the dealership back and told them the issue and they said that they cant and wont help... bottom line dont buy anything from these guys... worst dealership Ive ever worked with.

2022-01-18BEWARE - POOR BUSINESS, CUSTOMER SERVICE and FRAUD!On 1/14/22, I contacted Roy (who himself was very polite) at M and M Autosuperstore about a vehicle we wanted to purchase. I was told that they would not hold the vehicle without the deposit of $1000. I sent a same day wire transfer for the deposit of $1000.00 at approx 2pm EST in the afternoon since we could not get to them to purchase the vehicle before closing. My husband drove all night long from FL to get there first thing. The following morning, Rebecca at the dealership said they had not received the deposit and basically accused me of lying. I sent proof of completion from my bank showing amount and confirmation number. She alleged that they never received. My bank confirms that they did. I filed a scam complaint with my bank as well as BBB and Attorney General office. Have never been treated so poorly by a business.
