My car had to be repainted. I took my car on Monday and it was supposed to be ready on Thursday. On Thursday I was told in wouldnt be ready until Friday. On Friday I was told by Justice that it was being painted to 2pm and I could pick it up at 5pm the same day. How can they give a customer a car painted 3 hours earlier, I asked Justice? When I asked for the supervisor Shauna, she wasnt there, Justice had no explanation, when I called back twice no one answered the phone. Its Saturday and theyve had my car since Monday I cant reach anyone at Forest Park Macco and no one has called all week. This is zero customer service. I really need the owner Ericka to call me because I dont know what is going on with my car, I cant reach anyone at the shop, no one will call me and theyve had my car a week.Dont take your to the Forest Park Macco. They dont deliver when promised, they dont communicate with customers, and they dont answer the phone after they get your car. Under new management they are giving the same poor service as the previous owner.BEWARE OF MACCO FOREST PARK GA!!!!!!
The overall job was satisfactory . However, I was not satisfied with the amount of time it took for them to complete the work. I was told that my vehicle would be ready 7 to 10 days. It took 3 weeks! I tried to be patient and understanding but what I didnt appreciate was the dishonesty in telling me when my vehicle would be ready. When I started to inquire about my truck at the 2 weeks point, I was being told a different day of completion each timed I called. For my inconvenience, they did adjust my bill which is good business. I would cautiously use Maaco again because of price and quality of work.
This is not a trustworthy business. My truck had frame damage and I brought it to this shop in February because they said that they repaired bent frames. They required me to pay over half up front in cash. I thought this was weird but trusted them. Then after a month they said that there were additional parts I would need and that I needed to purchase them myself and bring them to them. I have never been to an auto shop where I had to purchase the parts myself. It has now been 5 months and I just received a call saying that my frame is beyond repair.I do not understand how a professional business can run this way. I was assured that their team was certified to do frame work. This is CLEARLY not the case. After taking my money and time I am left with a truck that is still useless.This is either a case of a con artist taking advantage of a trusting customer or an incompetent shop who doesn’t have the ability to do what they promise. I would highly advise anyone to avoid this shop.
HorribleI went too get my bumper painted and replaced! I provided my own bumper! When the quote was given the man said it would be done in 1 day, that one day turned into several! Finally Monday came he told me somebody dropped my bumper and it messed it up he would redo it and take 75 dollars off! I go too pick my bumper up on Wednesday the guy say o i supposed too put it on for you? So now i have to find somebody too put my bumper on and the paint job was horrible!
From the moment I arrived, Shuna the manager made sure I was served by the whole team with excellent service. It made the process so much easier to have all hands on deck in regard to the paint and body work that I needed to get done. This is hands down the place to go for body and paint work at an excellent price.
Jason, manager, was very patient and kind. Tyrone, estimator, was very detailed and concerned. It was extended time, However, they were so patient with me, it was worth the wait. My car is Beutiful
Poor painting and prep work. Very disappointed in the level of service with everything from paint not matching, visible trim areas covered in new paint ....to car battery drained at pickup. Maaco rep gave countless excuses and took no responsibility for any of the above issues.
No employees to do any paint or body work.Sometimes the place is closed for days
This have the worst experience of my life. I brought my car in on a monday and was told my car would be ready on a friday fast forward my car wasn’t ready until the following thursday. l came to pick my car up and didn’t even no that was my car when i arrived. My car came in GRAY when i picked my car up it was PURPLE. The manger showed me the paint chart and told me it was going to be a darker gray but in the book he say it say lavender. I never knew my car would be PURpLe. I’m very upset with my car l had to pick my car up because l didn’t have any more transportation. The manger Jason told me he would repaint my car for another charge. This is unfair to me to have to pay more money. So now i’m left with a Purple car. This is devastating.

Paint job was great, I feel good driving my car now its all shiny and new looking. Customer service was great and Banita made sure I had a ride home and came to get me when car was done. The price was good and fit my budget they have different packages to fit all budgets. Check them out.
The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. The woman that sits at the front desk is terrible. Shes a liar and is unprofessional af. She continuously called and texted confirming that the car would be ready for pick up the next day. Every time we went to pick up the car it hadnt even been started on. So she made up a lie each time, which I called her out on. How many tomorrows does it take for the car to be ready? She didnt give a discount and was just rude.
First off I want to say that Maaco Inn Forest Park did a magnificent job on our van we purchased, my name is Regina and my husband Greg and I purchased a yellow DHL van several years ago and we wanted to be painted white, Shana at the desk when you first walk in is very pleasant and is always pleasant and has a beautiful spirit and personality we took our van and on a Thursday and we received it back when promised. I must say I am that individual that always gives reviews good or bad, I have had my own business for 12 years. My husband and I started at Dui School back in 2009 so professionalism, courtesy and great customer service has always been our motto and you have a wonderful person at the front face of your company, Sitting at that frost desk is Miss Shana, sooooo professional and she always responds to my calls hands-down the Maaco In Forest Park on Forest Parkway is very professional and customer oriented, I was able to meet a couple of the employees very nice and very respectful. I am a 55-year-old lady and it is imperative that we always treat customers with respect and common courtesy, this location exceeded my expectations. To the management at Maaco At this location Miss Shana is definitely going the extra mile to get the job done, well done Miss miss Shana well done continue with that great customer service positive attitude and responding to all of your clients it is very important because you are the first person we see you when we walk in you got the job done girl thank you thank you thank you thank you God bless and stay safe
Forrest park is the perfect macco location the owner gives and exact estimate of your vehicle repair prices are reasonable and they don’t continue to call needing additional money or parts. My main concern was paint match. I drop my car off and when I receive my vehicle back it looked exactly like the factory. I would recommend anyone to them it’s worth it
This was the best decision I could have made. The price was right. The work was excellent. Jason was really great. I recommend Maaco Forest Park to anyone needing a paint job.
I pull up and the lady said something bout charging me 3 times for a tailight i told her is covered my my insurance and she told me to try another place.sounds like she was trying to scam me for 3 times the pay
Very sloppy work. Paint was on my tire, under the bumper, on the wiper fluid sprayers and other places. Would not do business here again.
The new owner Viet is a pleasure to deal with. We recently had some non insurance body work and painting done on our older model Lexus. Looks good and we were kept informed every step of the process.
I had a great experience with this Maaco facility. They did an excellent job with the paint and the gloss is amazing! I would definitely recommend this shop to future customers.
There were 4 window shades on my car installed from the Kia, they were removed from my truck to paint. They were not put back my truck. When I asked what happened. I was told they were BROKEN, and will not be replaced. My heart was BROKEN.
The work done on my car was good but dont leave anything by accident in your car because someone there has sticky fingers. Had stuff taken out my glove department.

They need to work on how they speak to people who come in for advice/professionalism. Were doing you a favor by driving money to your businesses with our money so after we put down our hard earned money dont constantly remind us how much youre doing us a favor every time we talk to you because of the great deal you supposedly gave us and make us feel like were a burden by asking for MORE. Customer service means you make the customer feel good in their choices and that their business is appreciated, the opposite of making them feel like their business is not enough.
The first time I went there the shop owner was horrible. When I picked up my truck the painting was poor workmen-ship. Went back to get it repainted since I had a Warrenty. The workmen ship wasn’t any better. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Beware******* Veit (Owner) is a scam artist he preys on new costumers inexperience. I brought my 1974 Chevy nova rebuild to him. And he promised to sand and fix body. But when he ran behind on deadline he just paint over all the cars imperfections it looks terrible. I have filed a lawsuit against the company. I warning do not take you car here you will be hurt!!!!!
I’ve had 3 vehicles repaired at this location and the service was top notch. The staff were highly professional and the quality of the work was excellent! I would recommend this particular site to anyone.
Our company van needed some TLC and Benita and the crew at Maaco Forest Park hooked us up! They handle paint, repair, ordering necessary parts from the supplier...everything! Highly recommended for everything from paint to full repairs!
My almost 1400.00 paint job is terrible. It look like it was painted outside there is so much trash in the clear coat.
Took first car for a quote on 9-21-2020 at 8:00am. Was told that I would get an email for the amount by the end of the day. Here it is 9-30-2020 still havent got it after numerous of calls to find out why I havent received it and getting the same lies.
Jason was great!........but the manager I delt with when I picked up my vehicle was rude arrogant and frankly just out right terrible!........and they did not paint the rack on top of my vehicle!

This location is under new management. It has taken a week to paint a side mirror. Poor communication, empty promises, and wasted time. This is my second dealings with this location and ive never been so disappointed. The work is on par with othe locations. Professionalism can use some work. I doubt ill be back after this is concluded.

I dropped my tahoe off to get painted on a monday and the manager benita told me that it would be ready in 5 days and then it turned into 7 then 8 very unprofessional no communication wirh the customers very bad experience i wouldnt recommend!!!!!

Although the initial service was great, it became very unprofessional when I was told my car would be ready but wasnt and asked to leave the facility ( I was sitting on the couch reading a book) because I was being lied to about the predicament of my vehicle.
Though Jason provided very good customer service, the place as a whole is not one I would recommend anyone to go to for auto service.

2022-02-24I received superior customer service from Ms. Ashley the manager. I was very nervous while making the appointment because I have only trusted my dealership to handle my vehicles needs. Ashleys transparency comforted me thru the entire process. I needed a rental and Ashley also talked to Enterprise. Her recommendation provided excellent customer service from them as well. 2022-03-08Do not go here! Horrible work! The body work that was performed on my vehicle was not a professional job. They had to knock a dent out of my right side fender which was knocked out but it was not identical to the left side fender and it was extremely noticeable. The paint was not blended and also had bubbles in it when I went to pick up my vehicle. It looks as if my vehicle had been painted with a paint brush. There was chips in my paint that they had claimed to be grout on the hood and front bumper of my vehicle that was not there when i dropped my vehicle off. They asked me to leave it for 25 minutes so they could fix these issues. I left the vehicle for 3 additional hours only to return to the vehicle still not repaired. And dust was left all over the inside of my vehicle. Before taking your car to this Macao consider taking it to a hood spot because that’s exactly what this is.

2022-06-06This place is the worst. If I could give negative 5 I would. Had my vehicle from May 3 thru June 2 and no work done. After taking vehicle someplace else realized that had nit even ordered all parts necessary to complete job.Had to take vehicle to Fayetteville location and it was NO better. CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks!!!!I would NEVER EVER recommend this franchise to anyone.

2022-02-02Word of advice…never do business here! My vehicle was here for paint/body services for approximately 7-8 months and to make things worse, my vehicle was stolen from their shop! Seriously, they should just throw away the whole shop…you’ll regret doing business here…what a nightmare!!!

2021-04-28Jason has to be by far the worst manager I have dealt with. I brought my vehicle in 1 1/2months ago from an accident claim thinking my vehicle would get worked on. I would call to check on the vehicle told it would still be getting looked at. So two weeks ago I call and tell his assistant who no longer there that I would come and get my vehicle because no one had still started on it. She even gave me a reference to a body shop who maybe able to help. So I go in today to pick up my vehicle and i’m told it doesn’t start and may need a battery or starter. And that I also have to get my vehicle towed that I drove there to another body shop. This has by far been the worst I would never recommend to anyone.

2021-02-01Jason was very helpful and professional. He explained what need to be done with my car and gave me a real time pick-up date that didn’t change. I was only asked to pick my car up the next day due to it raining, which was better for me anyway. Jason explained my warranty once I came to pick-up my car and answered any questions I had. Thanks Mr. King for a great experience!
