I had to leave a review. I see most are hit or miss, but my stay was very good. The staff accommodated me and my autistic daughter to a T. The room was comfortable and very clean (I check everything when checking into a hotel and come equipped with my own cleaning and sanitation products to go back over everything), the shower was hot and breakfast was decent. Ms. Cheri came and fixed an issue with the TV and is the sweetest person. I had no issues at all with noise. The room rate went up from my initial booking, but I couldnt ask for a better stay in the area for the price.

Very nice hotel the staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was not what I expected. It didnt have a lot to choose from for the breakfast. It was a grab and go breakfast type food. Tiny Sausage breakfast biscuits. It ran out fast. Would have been a 5 if the breakfast was better. The place was very clean and beautiful. Nice stay for decent prices.

Arrived and was given a room that had not been cleaned. Room was changed the room we were changed to lock didnt work. Spent most of the next day locked out of the room because the manager had to pick up the maintenance man. Was supposed to receive compensation for the room but when looking at my account found the charged again. Went for the weekend to spend my birthday with my family happy birthday to me.

Dont even bother. Would give zero stars if available. Had a reservation set for two nights 2 months in advance. Show up the night of reservation and no rooms were available. The maids didnt clean so no rooms available. The front desk was absolutely no help and was EXTREMELY rude. They gave another customer the keys to someone elses room after they booked 2 rooms and didnt have 2 rooms available to them. Dont waste your time or money on this place, take your business elsewhere.

The smoke alarm went off at 3AM for 30 minutes! I called the front desk and an annoyed attendant told me it does that every morning at 3AM and had been for the last 2 weeks and has been worked on but not fixed. She then stated it usually doesnt go off that long and she doesnt know how to get it to stop! Then it just got louder and started going off inside ALL OF THE ROOMS too and not just the hallways anymore! I asked this morning what was going to be done to compensate those that were affected and I was told its not their fault that its messed up and nothing was going to be done! Ill never stay there again! Ive stayed before, theres always an issue or three and no one to care enough to actually fix anything and everyone just tells you they dont know what to do and goes on with their day. SMH

Almost gave it a 4, but I guess its my own fault and didnt want to punish them for it. Room was as expected. The way the bed in my room was set up I bashed both of my feet on the bed frame while walking by. Seemed to stick out further than the bed. The courtyard out back was unexpected, it has a beautiful rustic picnic shelter and the landscaping was beautiful and very well maintained. Water pressure for the shower was good.

Although the shower drain really slow and there was a beeping noise in the middle of the night (not in my room), the room was clean and the two ladies at the front desk, (Sharon and Samantha) were amazing. They were very helpful, polite, and did everything to make my stay comfortable. Thank you ladies. You ladies deserve a raise. If no raise, at least the company should buy them lunch or dinner.

Rip off from the beginning.First, the pool was closed.Then, we left a day early and got the runaround about a refund.Then, today, we were charged $ 240.00 FOR CLEANING FEES for a clean room.We booked thru Expedia for the first and last time.

The rooms were very clean! Beds were super soft and the staff was so friendly!! I wish whatever training their employees got was shared everywhere!

Will not stay at this hotel again!!!! Over charged our bank card locking our money down took a full 9 days after our stay to get it straightened out. Ladies up front do not know what they are doing!!!!
