Visited and bought a Mazda 3 on the same day. Michael was very nice, not pushy at all, and was a great help. The whole process was smooth and Michael helped us purchase our car for the lowest price while also accepting a good amount for our trade-in. He explained both the financing and leasing process in great detail, and even went through the trouble of helping us even after the store hours. I definitely recommend this place for others to go car shopping and would return in the future to purchase another car.
I had been car shopping for months when we ran across Mall of Georgia Mazda. We went to look at the exact car I wanted. The staff was incredibly friendly, reasonable, respectful, and knowledgeable. (I worked with Dylan and Marcus). I wasn’t able to leave with this car the same day, but we were able to come up with a plan that worked best for me. Dylan stayed in touch with us and kept us updated as we waited for my car to come on the lot. I picked up my new 2022 Mazda 3 today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience we had at the Mall of Georgia Mazda. I highly recommend doing business here!

Service department is always outstanding. They go the extra mile to keep the shiny side up and the flat side down. They have kept my Mazda running in tip top shape for 175,000 miles. Expect to get another 75,000 miles out of her. They are always ready to help you. Garrett, Nicole, and Aaron are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their product.

Stopped by Mazda for my oil change not thinking much of it, I told them I’ve been looking to upgrade due to having two large breed dogs that didn’t fit in my current car and right off the bat Austin Banks took the time to listen and asked all the right questions and genuinely wanted to get me something my boys would be comfortable in and that was in my price range. He pulled some strings and after a while he was able to get me the exact car I wanted. He was kind, patient, and was overall a pleasant guy to work with! I will be asking for him for any of my future upgrades!
Austin was very helpful and very friendly. I felt connected and he ensured i got what needed and wanted about of my new vehicle. This was an unfortunate time for me to look for a new car and he sympathized with my situation and continued to reach out to me throughout the entire process. My husband and I have been looking to replace my car and have gone to several dealerships. Mall of Georgia Mazda and Sam were amazing! Sam was knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in, explained the trim levels and was very friendly. We didnt feel pressured to buy at all and all the numbers/cost was broken down for us to make sure we could make the decision best for us. When we left I had a car I absolutely love! We are already planning to return when my husband is ready to replace his vehicle. 😊

Very impressive with the excellent service this dealership provided. The front desk gentleman Aaron was friendly to every customer. We have recently bought a car from them and traded in our previous car as well. I love Mazda, and we have already two Mazda cars. However the work and service in this dealership does not represent the quality of the brand.After we bought our car, the person who sold the car to us never answered our call. They never delivered the products we bought with the car, and on top of that they lost three pairs of sunglasses that we forgot in our trade in car.
Worked with Austin over a two/three week period when I was looking for a new car. Even though I sold my car to someone else, even though I bought a car with a competitor, Austin still worked diligently and tenaciously to find the perfect car for me.My first option did not work out at all, and I called Austin to explain the situation and see what he could do. He helped me the same day I reached out to him, and Im preparing to sign off on a vehicle as I write this review.Austin at Mall of Georgia Mazda is a professional, friendly, and knows what is best. He was up against almost a decade of Honda tradition, and Austin is the man to pull me away from Honda and give Mazda a chance. And I have no regrets knowing hes looking out for me.If youre looking for a car in the Buford,GA region, you would be doing yourself a major disservice by not stopping by and giving Austin at Mall of GA Mazda a chance to help you out. I wish I stuck with him first instead of trying out a used car competitor up the street. 10/10 will definitely be back for future business.
I wouldnt recommend. The added dealer junk like lo-jack ($3000-$5000) pushed us out of trading in our current Mazda CX-9 lease for another. They had one on the lot we would have leased but, they refused to budge on the junk charges. Its slightly better than just dealer added mark-up but, not much. We found Rick Case and Jim Ellis to be accommodating however, they didnt have what we wanted. Went with a Honda instead.
Just purchased a brand new 2022 CX-5 from Austin and Cleveland! This is the second vehicle I purchased from Mall of GA Mazda and Cleveland, and I couldnt be happier. Not only do they have the BEST customer service - they have great product and they are straight-up about everything they have on their lot. I couldnt imagine buying a car anywhere (or from anyone) else!

I came Mazda Mall of Georgia just to test drive a car .Austin was a professional and friendly sales associate. He helped me figure out what I want , within my budget . He wasn’t pushy at all and I he helped me get through the process smoothly .I generally really hate car dealerships and buying a car can be so stressful. However , my experience today totally changed my expectations.If you want good service , in a very comfortable dealership- come over to this dealership and ask for Austin .Ps : look up how good the ratings are on the Mazda CX-30.
The service was extremely slow and way overpriced. All I got was an oil change, tire rotation/balance, and an alignment. It took them almost 2 and half hours. Then when I left I heard a bad rattling noise and a piece of trim flew off my car going down the interstate. I have not previously heard a noise before coming in. I called to tell them about it and they of course denied any responsibility. Either they are lying or Mazda has some really poor quality control on their vehicles because my car only has 20,000 miles on it.
*please read full review, I have to lay out the issues before I can get to the 5 stars*My wife had an issue with our car and took it for servicing. My wife waited, much longer than she needed to, for them to tell her they did have the part. they told her that they would get her a loaner car. Turns out they didn’t have any. My wife now frustrated has to wait for a ride that was already there to come back and get this. All this handling our one year old son. With this experience I decided to leave a negative review, which I have deleted to post this 5 star review. The General Manager, Brandon called me with in the hour to understand what had happened in his store. He was very respectful, and communicated how he can accommodate. He made arrangements for my wife to have a vehicle TONIGHT. Was more than happy to deliver it personally! We were heading that way anyway and decided to stop by and pick it up. I met with Brandon in person and we talked along side his employees. Everything was made up for and we understood each other’s side to all this. We have a reliable way to work and he took this opportunity to teach his employees like a real leader. To everyone involved, you were great with trying to help out. My wife made it very clear that you guys were respectful and very helpful! I personally hate dealerships, but after this experience I will definitely be back to upgrade my wife’s car. The extent Brandon was willing to help us, and teaching his employees at the same time was the kind of customer service any company should have. My wife also says thank you so much for making sure she can get to work this weekend! We are glad to have this resolved, and appreciate the kind and respectful behavior!
I saw a new Bronco on their lot for sale, used Bronco to be more accurate. I realize used car prices are a bit high right now. But for this company to be asking 109k for a vehicle that was 42k new is just absurd. Its pure greed by this company if you ask me. They have lost any future business from me. Which Im sure they could care less about since they will sell it someone else who has more money than brains. Shame on you Mall of Georgia Mazda.
Talk about Easy!We bought our second CX-9 from here and once again these people took all the hassle out of car shopping. Garry Carson and his team made the purchase painless and much quicker than we could have hoped for. The trade was fair and there just didnt seem to be the pressure you come to expect when car shopping. Big thumbs up from us. We LOVE our new CX-9 and will be back to Mazda Mall of GA for the next car we buy.

On the first day of a new job, my car battery was dead! I called Garrett at Mall of GA Mazda and he immediately sent someone over to jump the battery. This was my 3rd experience at this location and they did well, once again. Zaira Smith was my salesperson and she did well. I like the no pressure, no-commission approach to the way they sell their cars and I appreciate that. I came to Zaira with a very narrow list of specifics that I wasnt willing to budge on and she respected that. I ended up buying something even better. Cute too

Well that was officially the best dealership experience I’ve had in my 30 years. I hate dealing with pushy sales people and folks that dont know how to help and I’m walking out of here with the biggest smile on my face. Dylan Stoher and Cleveland Luster are world class at what they do, they truly worked WITH me and not against me, I will be buying my every vehicle from them moving forward. Mall of Georgia Mazda has got a forever customer in me after this. If you’re trading a vehicle, they will hook it up. All they have are super high end vehicles and I appreciate that variety because it doesnt waste my time. Salute to yall for being so far ahead of the pack
Called and asked if they had new CX-5s to test drive and was told they had 3 brand new ones to test drive and even gave us colors and everything. Arrived two hours later and all they had was two used CX-5s, a 2018 and a 2016. Was also told I would have to sign a buyers agreement to even reserve an incoming one when I wasn’t even able to see a new one. This is very different from other dealerships I’ve been to, which do not make you sign any kind of agreement to reserve a car. Do not recommend this dealership at all.

We had the best buying experience with the guys over at Mazada Mall of GA. My wife and I bought the CX-5 after a long process of visiting dealership after dealership, test driving and price breakdowns. We are confident that Mall of GA values the consumer over the profit. They made sure we were completely happy before we drove off the lot.
I have now been contacted by two managers concerning my poor experience with this dealership and subsequent 1Star review on carguru. The most recent of which was Chris. While I understand leaving a dealership in the 70’s, 80’s, or 90’s may have ended negotiations on a deal for a vehicle to think that way today is ludicrous, when cars can be purchased solely online. Without going into detail around his attempts to get my to change my review I did inform him I messaged their corporate customer care portal in hopes that it may actually get some sort of a result to which he replied (laughing) “It Won’t!” This tells me customer reviews are not taken seriously by at a minimum himself. Sadly disappointed at the attempts to sway a customers review of their services, instead of taking ownership of the problem and attempting to ensure other customers don’t have a similar experience (perceived, false, real, or true). As seen on other bad reviews they will likely respond with “I’m sorry your experience was X,Y, or Z that is not in keeping with our standards”. I saw it as a bad experience whether they agree with my perception or not it is still how “ I “ felt about the engagement.
Ordered a new vehicle and that experience was good. When arriving though the experience diminished with salesmen pushing me to buy optional addons... First one said they always add these things when he tried to have me sign a paper approving of them. My salesman was busy on a call. They told me the $499 window tint was standard and required along with a $1,250 interior protection package and an exterior one plus lojack. None of this I wanted nor was brought up during vehicle ordering. I told the guy they could keep the car and he found my salesman and had the items removed... Thats shady business practice. After the financing was done, which was a good experience, they pushed telling me to give them my phone so they could install the vehicle app but instead of doing that or just telling me to my wife handed them her phone and then they pushed for us both to give them 5 star ratings and have called me each day after purchase leaving voicemails to do a survey and instructed me to put all 10s.This killed the experience for me entirely. I want honesty, and to be able to do honest reviews. It would have been 5 stars without this pushiness. Advice to dealer... Dont let your salespeople lie to your customers telling them add-ons are required for the purchase of your vehicles.

We came here on Saturday after stopping at a bunch of different dealerships and met with Sam Anefils and he was great. Car shopping during these times can be very stressful, but Sam went straight to the point and took care of us very well. We’re now leaving this car with a brand new car.
Edit: Got my checks after posting this review. Then I was paid attention to and helped out. Was told to remove my review but google isn’t letting me.Had a great experience here when I bought my car almost 4 years ago. Purchased an oil change package and was told I could cancel with refund at any time. Called early December to cancel and was told I’d have a check mailed out in a couple days. Here we are over a month later after calling 4 times and still nothing.
Yesterday morning 02/09/2022 I took my Mazda CX-5 into the service department at Hendricks Mazda Mall of Georgia around 0840 AM as I had an appointment for an oil change at 0900. Darvin Bonilla was my servce advisor. He kept me informed on the progress of my service. When a potential problem was found, he came to me to discuss it and had already sent me a video of the inspection. I authorized the additional repairs and Mr. Bonilla had me out in plenty of time to make my physical therapy appointment. The charge was lower than quoted. When a light came on my dashboard after service, Mr. Bonilla was wonderful in doing all he could to get the computer to reset. I did not have to wait or come back.
I always get my service here done… I got my breaks done today and it took a little longer than what I was told, I didn’t mind at all especially since Mrs Kayla (service advisor) kept updating me with everything that was going on and why it was taking a little longer. I’m satisfied with their work and also their customer service.

From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted by employees that I could tell were actually HAPPY to be working there, which can be hard to find these days! It felt unlike any experience I have had before in a car dealership. Very poor customer service experience. Had to wait a very long time for the lady to find keys for a test drive, then she went inside to get her business card, and came back, as I was driving away because I do not playing the car salesman game, out a very long time later with her sales manager and no card in hand.
I went to the Mazda Mall of Georgia on Saturday September 7th feeling like I had a difficult situation and probably wouldn’t be able to get a vehicle that day. I worked with Brandon Greene who was extremely helpful and so much fun to work with! He found me the perfect vehicle, exactly what I was wanting and worked with the sales managers and financing to help me out. Chris and Marcus were fantastic! We got the BEST deal on a new 2019 CX-5 and felt like we were treated like family. This is how car buying should be with honesty and integrity from the sales team. I usually dont have a problem here at all, but today I brought my car into get serviced and to get undercarriage fixed because I noticed it was loose after I bought it. They said its going to cost me over $400 to get it fixed because they always check underneath before selling. I guess saying I did it. Ive only had it a month and have never hit anything. The last person that had it, hit something hard. Make sure to check out everything before taking it off the lot. Ive learned my lesson.
I loved my experience with this dealership! I showed up about 2 hours before close but no one ever made me feel rushed or like I was extending their day. My fiance actually bought a truck the same evening! I was put into the perfect car - Mazda 3, a suggestion made by Marcus, when I actually came in to see another model. it was the best fit for my needs and my wants. I worked with Tyler Shambo who was a wonderful Client Advisor. He was friendly and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I am now a loyal Mall of GA Mazda customer. My partner purchased his Mazda 3 Hatchback from MOG Mazda about a year ago. While we were waiting for his car to be serviced, we decided to walk around the lot for a little bit. I really had no intention of purchasing a car immediately but as we walked the lot, I came across a 2020 Mazda 3 Hatchback that was still wrapped up from being shipped. Initially, the color caught my eye, but when I looked inside I fell in love with the red interior.The next day, I decided to test drive a few different cars from different dealerships. MOG Mazda was the last stop for the day because I really just wanted to inquire about the car I had seen the previous day. I was immediately greeted by Tyler Shambo who was very personable and extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. After I showed him the car I had seen on the lot, he offered to let me test drive it and even though it had still been wrapped with the factory protective film, he unwrapped it and brought it around for me to drive in less than 15 minutes.Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and super helpful as a brand representative. He knew all of the features and showed me how to use them before we started the test drive. On the test drive, Tyler treated us like family. He was honest and upfront about everything and gave good recommendations as to services and features I did not know about.The entire process with Tyler and the rest of the team at Mall of Georgia Mazda was very pleasant. Everyone was super respectful, personal, and helpful. I truly felt as though the entire team had my best interest in mind and were there to make the process as enjoyable as possible!I would highly recommend Mall of Georgia Mazda and Ty Shambo to anyone looking for an amazing vehicle and a no pressure car buying experience!
Simply stated this was the worst experience I have had buying a car. From the salesman freaking our when I asked for my keys back to the finance manager (Dwayne), not returning my calls on 3 occasions. The rubber floor mats on a CX-5 look like they have 3 years of wear when they are new. Its also irritating that they tint all the front side windows when the vehicle hits the lot (I dont care for the extra tinting).I will not buy another car from this dealership. I had great experiences at the Hyundai dealership across the street, both sales and service, I should have stuck with them. One other note is that the heads up display is not adjustable side to side and if your lean on the armrest it cuts some of the info from view.One other minor point is that when call and ask to speak to anyone they ask who you are like everyone there is so important that they have to qualify weather or not they will talk to you, I personally find this practice offensive.First service call was similar to previous experience. The Command Switch (buttons in front of infotainment control knob) failed after three months. The first thing the service adviser said wasnt sorry for the inconvenience, but instead he asked if we spilled anything on it. again, not the right way to treat people.Came in for my second scheduled maintenance today, I made a 1:00 appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. My car wasnt put on the rack until an 3:00. I have yet to have this dealer show any respect gor my time.
My experience here was amazing. I was welcomed immediately on the showroom floor. The car I was interested in was pulled around and washed. All of my questions were answered the purchase was clean and easy. Cleveland is the man fantastic salesman I would absolutely purchase from him again.
Michael was open and up front about everything from the get go—didn’t feel like I was pressured or swayed in any way. Test drove the car and the rest is history. All promises made by Michael and the dealer were kept and I would definitely do business with them again. Love the car!!

Sam is the man!!! We had an excellent experience here. First, Garrett and the service staff are absolutely the best we have ever worked with. Straight forward, honest, and not afraid to admit/advise when things are wrong. They (mostly Garrett) are the reason we come back time and time again. A trusted mechanic is worth the world. Amazing. Now, the sales staff - also exceptional. We take our 2016 cx9 in for its service appts here and purchased it from the lease. Easy process, they communicated, in laymans terms, all the options we had. Stephen helped us buy the Mazda. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with, like buying from a friend. Now, 6 months ago we test drove a truck but were no ready to buy at the time. Sam has followed up (not annoyingly) just to check in. With help from Stephen (who goes by bodie), we got the perfect truck, at a great price, shipped from a dealership in Tallahassee within 3 days. Sam greeted us with a hug, handshake and asked about our family. I think he was genuinely as excited about me buying a truck as I was! We met in person once in September.....he remembered everything about us and our conversation. He was so helpful, even went out in the pouring rain to change our license plate, filled up both cars with gas and introduced us to his wife, who also works there. It was like buying from family. Carley did our financing- efficient, detailed, honest, and didnt oversell the warranty and all that extra stuff. She was very friendly but got us done with the paperwork as quick as possible, which is the worst part of car buying. Love our Mazda cx9 love our new truck, love this dealership team. In a world were everything is online and you can get any deal anywhere, the PEOPLE make the difference!!
Good experience, we were able to test drive, negotiate and get through financing in roughly 90 minutes! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Only downside, which you’re going to find everywhere right now in 2021 limited inventory is a bit of a bummer when coming to picking trims and all. But… we got a car we’re really happy with!

I went to Mazda if Roswell and did not have that great of customer service there but this dealership went above and beyond to provide the best experience for me. I got the exact car I wanted even with the whole shortage situation and it only had 4 miles on it. Austin was very great and made sure to keep in contact with me and helped with everything imaginable. The whole experience was great and everyone was very helpful and willing to work with my needs.
Called about a car and asked for some info…I was told they would get back to me. Marcus the sales manager said he would send me the info and he never did. I called the next day twice and they never did. I called the next day 3 times and on the 3rd time they informed me the car was now sold.

Our sales guy was Michael Nector? not sure of spelling of his last name. He was so helpful and very kind to us. I would recommend anyone to go here to buy your car. I recently purchased a CX-9 and am extremely pleased with the vehicle and the staff I worked with at Mall of Georgia Mazda, especially Sales Associates Sam Anefils and Chris Ragan, and SalesManager Dwayne Carter. I’ve been looking for a pre-owned CX9 equipped with specific features. I discovered the used vehicle I wanted wasn’t readily available on the market after searching internet and multiple dealers. The sales associate at Mall of Ga Mazda continued to search and update me of recent CX9 trades-ins & purchases among the vast Jim Hendrick inventories they have access to. I found a 2015 pre-owned CX9 last week with all my desired equipment options and at a reasonable price that includes Mazda’s Certified Pre-Owned 12 month/12,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. The Sales Associates Sam and Chris were very knowledgeable of their products and aided me greatly in my search and in my final purchase decision. Sales Manager Dwayne was excellent to work with in negotiations and finalization of the contract agreement. The only concerns for me were associated with pre-installation of a Kahu system and the Seller Admin Fee. These concerns were resolved 100% to my satisfaction. This dealership has earned a 5 Star rating from me!
HUGE shout out to Cleveland and Carly at Mall of GA Mazda who helped make the purchase of my 2018 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium last week smooth and easy! After an almost 5 hour drive to the dealership that included getting caught in rush hour traffic in Atlanta, they greeted me like I was family and made me feel so comfortable upon arrival. My new car was spotless and was even more beautiful in person. I am very impressed with the customer service I have received, I could not have asked for better. I have bought two cars at Hendrick Mall of Georgia Mazda. Not only do I like their service department (which is one of the reasons I bought a second car at this dealership), I thought my buying experiences were two of the easiest I have ever had. Tyler, my salesman, was so terrific that he sold me a Mazda when I planned to buy a completely different make. With no pressure, he sold me on a different model of car and won my unwinnable husband over as well. Then, he handed me a paper with the walkout price- no goofing around with monthly payment garbage to confuse me into paying more than I wanted. I was satisfied with my final price. The warranty is awesome and I felt valued from start to finish.

It continues to be a fantastic vehicle. It recently had a minor issue and after talking with Mazda Mall of Georgia, Marcus, the sales manager, went above and beyond to resolve the issue entirely. Mazda Mall of Georgia made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle at the time of purchase and even 6 months after the fact.I would absolutely recommend Mazda Mall of Georgia both for their vehicles and for their service.
They made us waste our time. After losing more than 3 hours and reaching an agreement and putting the initials on the paper in which he showed us the last offer, the sales rep did not return but one who told us it was the manager saying that he had made a mistake with the monthly payment. and the sales rep did not have the decency to approach us to apologize. We will not go back to Mall of GA Mazda dealer even if they give us a car as a gift. They are not trustworthy people and they do not value clients time. Luckily for us, we found another dealer where they gave us what we were looking for.

We had a great experience with the Mall of Georgia Mazda Service Department. Darvin Bonilla was our service advisor, and he provided exceptional support. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely the best service advisor Ive ever worked with! We called two other Mazda dealers in the area to get prices for our repair, and Mall of Georgia Mazda saved us a lot of money. It was a bit of a drive for us, but it was definitely worth it! If youre looking for Mazda service in the Gwinnett County area, this is the place to go.

It was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, he didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t want and made the whole journey comfortable and pleasing. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped me find the one perfect for me and for my budget. Tyler Lachniet is hands-down who you need to ask for at this dearship. I owned a Dodge Challenger Hellcat. He told us of a Redeye they had on the lot. Understandably dealerships do not want you to test drive these types of cars. Knowing me, that I currently owned a Hellcat they were so nice to let me test drive the Redeye, thankfully. The other dealers I visited would not let us test drive Redeyes, knowing I owned a HellcatWith Mazada agreeing to let me test drive it, that alone, resulted in my husband and I buying it then and there. Tyler is determined and does not give up looking for a vehicle for you when he knows your interested.The best part that I can say about him though, is that he never gives you that pushy car salesman vibe. It is so refreshing that he listens to what you like and want v.s. pushing you into a deal that only benefits him. Dealerships need more sales guys like him.

I purchased a new car from here. The selection is not that large, but sufficient. They didnt have the exact car I wanted, but we found one to compromise on. The salesman and manager were friendly and not overly pushy. If I was going to purchase another Mazda in the future, Id definitely consider shopping here again.
BEST dealership in town, hands down! In December 2020 we were ready to buy a new vehicle, and thus completed our due diligence. We test drove 8 different vehicles, across 8 different manufacturers, and ultimately decided on a Mazda. It simply looks great, inside and out, and has every luxury touch, yet is competitively priced. Why would you pay more, seriously? Upon deciding on a Mazda, we met with three different dealers (the leading Mazda dealerships North of Atlanta) and The Mall of GA Mazda won our business. They were the most professionally run dealership across all of the manufacturers, to include the other two Mazda dealerships. I met with the General Manager, Brandon Apon, and it became readily apparent ‘why’ the dealership was operating differently…I could literally list the qualities Brandon exhibited as a manager, but I will simplify it by stating, that you will not get better customer service, anywhere. Mazda needs to do everything they can to retain employees like that.In fact, in April 2021, we were ready to buy another new vehicle, and The Mall of GA Mazda made that process just as easy as the first. I’m sure every dealership wants to earn your business through the customer service skills they present, but in reality, there’s a difference in how the manufacturers (want) the dealerships to treat customers, and how they (actually) do…not at The Mall of GA Mazda. They not only earned our business through the customer service skills they presented, but they earned our respect through the character they exhibit their customers.Needless to say, from a customer who has purchased two new vehicles in the past few months, The Mall of GA Mazda is the best dealership in town.

Needed a car for worker/mom.We walked to another dealership next door(Nissan) and they started with qualifying questions….all we wanted is to get something and head to a store before they closed, so dealership next door lost our business with crazy numbers.Came to Hendrix Mazda at mall of Ga and maybe done in 20-35 min and add time for paperwork and Josh.T was very clear cut and quick and explained everything simply. Pictures are what we looked at not detailed yet . Waiting on them to drop off car after detail and cleaning.

2022-06-24Lets talk about professionalism and service for a minute. To give some prelim info. I am a VERY difficult person to impress and I expect a lot from people Im giving my money to. IE: Servers at restaurants, salesman, managers at stores Im doing business with... I went into the Mall of Georgia Mazda a few years back with my guard up like most do thinking I was going to meet a fast talking young kid who didnt care about my wants and needs. To my surprise I was greeted at first by the general sales manager (A very nice man with a beautiful Scottish accent). He asked about my needs and wants and was so patient with me. After we chatted for a bit he knew exactly what I wanted. He had a very nice sales associate pull up my new vehicle. The entire time I was treated with respect and I never felt pressured to purchase. We went through the numbers. Everything looked too good to pass and I left with my beautiful new Mazda that I still have today. If it werent for Garry Carson and his team I would have a different outlook on Car salesman and I truly appreciate their professionalism. Bravo Team MOG Mazda!! Bravo!!

2022-01-25This is the second time I am purchasing with Mazda Mall of Georgia. First time I bought a Jeep wrangler with Chase. This time I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee with Sam. Both experiences were great.Everyone is friendly and helpful. This time I had a traded in the Jeep I punched the first time I shopped here. They gave me a great price for my used car and just the same, gave me a great price for my latest purchase.I would defiantly shop here again with both Chase and Sam!
