My boyfriend and I have been frequenting this ice cream shop for years and the owner (I think he is the owner anyway I have not actually asked) always remembers us and asks us how college is going. (Even if we don’t come by for a few months) They are so very nice and personable, I have never once had a negative experience- they make sure you leave with a smile every time. I will always choose to go here over any other dessert place!
Delicious! For what you get, I would say the prices are fair when compared to places like Cold Stone Creamery. Plus, free unlimited mix ins and plain waffle cones! You just cant beat that!
It was like any other ice cream parlor however that ice cream was too expensive I paid for it and I enjoy the ice cream but that was a lot for a waffle cone and one scoop of ice cream $10

Very cute idea but horrible service. No joy in helping kids find a new flavor almost as if theyre bored at work. On top of thay my daughter found a long peice of hair in the whipped cream of her milkshake and it shocked them for a second. One girl was quick to replace it but we still paid 5 dollars for it. Never again.
Called to see what time they closed. They told me 10. I was there at 9:30. They were already closed. We had family in from out of town and they were very disappointed.
We always order my husbands birthday cake from here. He loves the strawberry ice cream so the half sheet cake always comes out perfect. Everyone in the family raves about the cake. The cake is always delish and the customer service has always been second to none.
I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake Double later! It was amazing!!! My family and I enjoyed it, so delicious! I will be ordering my cakes from here from now own! Oh and the vanilla ice cream I ordered as well and added pecans!!! Super tasty, is the ice cream home made? I think it may be because it tastes that way!!!! They always close much earlier than what their hours say. New winter hours say they close at 9:30, but wouldn’t let us in when we got there at 9:11. This isn’t the first night this has happened.
Sadly— I cannot say how this ice cream tasted because I left before I could be serviced. As I was waiting to be serviced I witnessed the ice cream maker preparing the person in front of us. She VISIBLY saw a hair in the bowl she was prepping- PULLED IT OUT and continued to make the persons ice cream. Sadly the person this ice cream was for was not paying attention. She only threw out the cup when she seen I saw what happened and was watching in horror. I immediately walked out. Guess I will never know what it it taste like.
I come here often and Im never disappointed! The ice cream is all made there and the staff is always helpful and smiling. The customer satisfaction is definitely number one priority here. I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing...!! I asked for peanuts to be added to my ice cream and the young lady that assisted me did an awesome job...!!!! However; the only reason for not scoring 5 STARS, the peanuts had a stale flavor to them and threw the flavors off a bit. Other than that, it was extremely delicious and beyond enjoyable. I truly enjoyed it
Product was good. However, the price continues to rise. Three 2- scoops of ice cream cost me $20. Will not return anytime soon.
If you’re not going to offer unlimited combinations, you need to take the sign down. What made you different from other ice cream spots were the unlimited combinations, limiting the mix-ins to 3 and then raising the price is ridiculous.
This marble slave location is amazing there are two staff members in particular named Adam and Stone I asked these amazing people for their names because out of the 10 times i’ve been here they have treated me with the best customer service ever.I watched as they treated every customer with really good service and respect. The other staff members there however don’t have the best customer service and are quite rude and don’t have the best work ethic. I am very please with these two and will ask for them every time I come!
I had a very good experience here. I have never in my life had marble slab. However, my daughter wanted an ice cream cake for her bday. She specifically asked for unicorn. I called and they said they could do it. I ordered a medium cake and set a pick up date. I went and the place was packed. I bypassed the line since the people were actually ordering ice cream and went to pay and pick up the cake. The cake was very cute. My daughter loved it. It was amazingly tasty as well. I assume that I was speaking to the owner when I went in... not 100% sure. She was very nice, engaging and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good ice cream cake. My only issue is that sometimes it is hard to get someone to answer the phone. However, I assume that is during their busy times.Oh and there is plenty of parking and a good amount of seating if you want to enjoy your ice cream there.
Love this place, the staff is great and so warm and welcoming! The ice cream is delicious and has really great quality and prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend people to visit because it has a great ambiance and is really clean and parking is good. It is close by to a lot of shops and is a great place to bring friends and family. Overall best ice cream shop in the area, a must visit!!

Asked for a strawberry shortcake milkshake and received a strawberry milkshake. When I asked for it to be corrected or if I could just get the strawberry shortcake sundae I was told I had to pay extra by the worker. I dont understand why I had to pay for something I didnt ask for and had to pay extra to get it corrected...

The food was good and the staff was being as quick as they can. They should put more people out making the ice cream so it goes faster. Other than the long line it was good. Both girls working were working fast as they can to satisfy everyone.
I asked for a custom ice cream cake 48 hours before it was needed. The owner asked me to text him specifics & had it ready with plenty of time. It was PERFECT - beautiful and delicious! The owner is always kind and more than willing to help customers.
Very disappointed in this place. My wife went in there for her birthday for a free ice cream from a coupon she got in the app. Weve had problems with this location not honoring their own coupons. But the worker there scanned the coupon, didnt honor it and it took her coupon away. So she lost a coupon and had to pay. Whats the point of going here if they dont honor their own coupons?! Literally doesnt make any sense. Its always the same older lady which I believe is the owners sister.
Seriously, save your money and go to the grocery store. For $15 you get artificial extract flavoring, no mix ins, and a stale waffle cones.
My husband and I have been here quite a few times including to pick up pre-ordered birthday cakes. The cakes can be pricey but so far have been totally worth the cost!!! Everything has been SO GOOD!!! It is one couple that own and operate the store and they are super friendly and helpful! We have never had a bad experience or bad service here and will continue to support this location!
Disappointed. A group went out and we ordered and one person got ice cream that had flavor that was not what he ordered. He ordered blue cotton candy and it tasted like coffee because the scoops werent cleaned properly. When it was brought to their attention he was told it was illegal make the order over. Asked for a manager and was told they wouldnt give information. It all ended up in the trash This is my 1st and last time to this location.
Great service and great ice cream. I always look forward to visiting this particular marble slab because they are clean and their ice cream tastes great, they have a friendly staff and have exceptional customer service. Definitely recommend visiting any day of the week!
Too expensive for the amount of ice cream you get ( no matter the unlimited topping they give you). The concept is pretty much like Cold Stone where you choose your flavor and they mix in your choice of toppingson a marble stone. Customer service is lacking. The ice cream is delicious but not worth it.
First time here. Got the Cookie Dough majestic shake which at a price of nearly $11 it was definately not worth it. The shake was more just sweet cream liquid than shake. I imagine this was partly due to the fact that it took a while to prep. Ill go back again sometime and try some ice cream and review based off that but as of now I cant recomend the place.
Great people there! The grandkids loved their ice cream and as I am dairy sensitive, I had my first banana split with sherbet. It was AMAZING!! Game changer for me. Of course no chocolate syrup, or Carmel but, lots of banana, strawberries, pineapple, and blueberries with pecans. Oh my!!!!!
I was greeted by all the wonderful workers. Miss Kayla took my order with the biggest smile ever. She is very sweet & a kind person and she made my order perfectly. I will be back for another amazing ice cream made by Kayla.
Ummm. I loved it until I found not 1, but 3 strands of hair in my ice cream. So gross and havent been back since. I was a loyal customer prior and still feel as if they have the best icecream hands down. I just cant take a chance. They need to wear hair nets or something.
Hands down the best ice cream you will ever eat (with unlimited mix-ins like chocolate chips, Oreos, M&Ms, gummy bears-you name it) ...unless you were in elementary school in the 80s, and you were able to get that Mickey Mouse bar on Friday. Staff is good. This place can get busy on a hot summer night so be prepared to wait.
I drove from Jonesboro to get ice cream and the website says they closed at 930. We got there at 9:03p and they were closing. The girl pretended not to hear me while cleaning up. If you want ice cream that stay open til they’re supposed to go to brusters or Dairy Queen. They want their money. This is what happens when businesses think they have gotten all of the money. While you’re closing half hour early, another company is getting your money. I’ll never drive back. Sad business. Wish I could give it under 1 star. But I’m sure they don’t care about this review until I start spreading the word, especially when I never bring my entire daycare here for an outing .
Arrived at 9:20, when the door and the website stated that they close at 10:00. I was denied entry in a very rude manner. 0/10 do not come here.
We had a bad experience today. We went in there around 10:15 pm and ordered two once cream. We set down at table and few min after one employee come and ask us to leave because they are closing in 5 min. What kind of customer service is this? I never had such type of experience in any of other franchises. Employee usually wait until customer finish their dinner or desert. We are not only one knocked out of the store, there were 5 to 6 customers asked to leave.We could have ordered order second as well but instead of asking they asked us to leave.
Worst experience ever today! My 10 year old daughter was DENIED a cup of ice cream for her birthday because the e-mail account used for the on-line coupon was not in her name...REALLY! We are a family of 5 and when we visit this location (in McDonough) it usually is no less than $30-$35 dollars for ice-cream. I must be out-of-my-mind! Only because my wife and kids like the ice cream am I willing to pay their prices. To deny a child ice cream on her birthday because of an e-mail account, my wife set up for ALL of us, does not make sense. We have done the birthday ice-cream trip for the last few years...but no more. I guess if my 5 year old and my 8 year old want to get the CUP of ice cream on their birthday they too need an e-mail account in their own personal names....NOT!!!! Such ridiculous policy for a child. I hope they read this and change their policy, if not...at least I put it out there for others to fore warned.

My experiences with three marble slabs stores in three states have been wonderful. Personality, Professional Service and Taste. Ice cream to your liking all the add on or add ins. Mixed on a cold marble slab .My personal sweet cream and swiss chocolate mixed.
I am so disappointed in the service at this location. We don’t frequent Marble Slab to begin with, but we visited the location in McDonough off of exit 218 just last night and were so impressed that we tried this establishment on Jonesboro road. Upon entering we were split into groups and not served in order by a server named Monica. The system employed to serve people seemed disjointed and quite frankly ridiculous, but she rushed through orders and was incredibly rude. Once she completed the orders (and took other people in between ours) she yelled at us “HERE” and slid it on the counter without explanation. When we asked is that ours she responded with an attitude “uh yeah”. She also continued the attitude throughout the transaction and continued to throw our ice cream and lids over the dirty counter with dead flies on it. She half heartedly filled the cups half way although larger cups were paid for and continued behaving belligerently and rudely until we left. Due to her behavior and her lack of attentiveness to BASIC customer service we will never come back to this establishment. We will continue to send all who inquire to other locations or different companies as well. And since this is how business is conducted here, we’ll happily continue driving further to the Hampton/McDonough location on 218. Monica and the entire team working around 5:30 on Saturday 8/4/18 need to be re-trained in customer service and best practices or just terminated and replaced with people who can adhere to upholding this company’s ideals of customer service.
I know that going out to buy Ice Cream is going to be expensive but wow... I think it came to around 15 dollars for 2 mediums. I can buy a few gallons of Mayfield for that. Service was friendly and quick but the prices are outrageous. Skip if you can.
Service was great and you dont have to pay for the extra stuff to mix in. Offer military discount. Great flavors similar to Cold Stones. Definitely a good place to take the family

If you count calories...yeah...not the place for you. If you instead want to inundate yourself in sweet creamy insanity...then have fun. Flavors galore, mix-ins galore, waffle bowls with all sorts of toppings. Definitely a stop if youre in the mood for a desert.

The ice cream here is good and unique since you can mix flavors but its not really worth waiting in line for 20 minutes to get it. I dont go here often but when I do waiting like that is the norm.

The other night, a worker named Damion was extremely rude to me. He saw me come in, but instead of him helping me, he turned around and went to the back. Another girl had to stop what she was doing and help me. The boy, Damion, checked me out, but he had a manner of not caring and was rude the whole time. And then, I asked him what time the place closes and he gave me a weird look and said 9:30. But as I waited outside, I saw that they didnt close until 10. If I was the owner, I would fire that worker named Damion. He was rude and I had a bad experience there because of him.

The service is excellent, the ice cream is light and delicious, the sorbet is a perfectly balanced tart and sweet contrast and the atmosphere is quaint and ambient.

2021-06-12The ice cream here is definitely worth the wait ! We were busy eating, we didn’t take many pics. My favorite flavor was definitely the banana flavor. It’s hard to find a banana flavor, let alone one that taste SO GOOD. It was the perfect summer flavor, I would recommend getting it with another flavor that compliments it. We also enjoyed their coffee milkshake. It wasn’t overly sweet and was the perfect amount of coffee flavor. They must have put like three scoops of ice cream in there! You can tell that the ice cream is home made and the flavors really come through. The texture of the ice cream was also very pleasing, just enough creaminess without being “chewy.” Great place to bring the family !

2022-06-11Came in and ordered ice cream for my family and the light skinned girl was playing in her hair and then opened the snickers candy to add it in my husband milkshake, touching it in the process. I asked her to wash her hands and the dark skinned girl came over with a attitude telling her just to pour it out. She poured it out and still didnt wash her hands or the container out. They dont wear gloves or wash their hands prior to fixing anything. I asked for the manager number and was told he dont want his number given out. Ill never return and make sure to tell ppl to never come here.

2018-03-26My family LOVE this place!!! My daughter got her wish revealed by Make A Wish at Marble Slab Creamery and they were very accommodating and did all they could to make the surprise super special. Shes heading off to Disneyland for a week for Spring Break 2018!!!!

2022-06-30Kids love ice cream 🍦.My most sincere apologies, everything that was written was for the other guys along this strip. (Wink wink) Marble Slab is the guys that came to my sweet tooth rescue. It is the other ice cream place that just ignored us. Once again my deepest apologies. Definitely see you every Friday. Love Marble Slab.you guys are the best.

2021-12-18I will NEVER come back to this place! I haven’t been here in years and the day I decided to come it was yet again the worst experience ever! I asked the girl who happen to be young African American with long black braids if I could have the Cookie Dough Drizzle with almonds. After receiving my order I went to my car and started eating my ice cream. Once I took a couple of bites I kept saying to myself the cookie dough tasted funny. I went back inside to ask for something else to be made because the cookie dough tasted funny. She then asked me if I was going to purchase another one and I told her no! The girl then went to the back to talk to her manager who was Indian. She came back to the front and told me the manager stated that I had to purchase another ice cream and that they also do not do refunds. So I then asked her if I could speak with the manager. She responded by telling me that he was busy and he would tell me the same-thing. I then asked again if she could go get him please. The girl proceeded to storm to the back to get the manager and as I was waiting I noticed a roach crawling on the very big menu behind the counter, that shows everything you can order from there. I took some pictures. The manager finally came from the back and told me that I would have to purchase something else because the cookie dough they have hasn’t changed. I told him it had because I know what cookie dough taste like and that isn’t it! Then I told him I just want my money back because I literally just left out of the store and I told him I just saw a roach, and that I have pictures. I told the manager I will be calling the health department on them! I left my ice cream on the counter and the little girl shouted that I had to throw the ice cream away. I looked at her and walked out the store! I am beyond disgusted!!
