I attempted to order a pizza but was told theyre not participating in a coupon that was for Marcos at the time(maybe this is a locally owned? anyway very confusing coupon was valid perhaps Im just not familiar with Marcos well enough) so I never ordered a pizza. the guy on the phone clearly was not interested in telling me any alternatives and seemed agitated or maybe rushed when I called ?
The pizza is great, however due to the poor customer service I will never eat or recommend this place to anyone. Today I ordered a pizza with thin crust, picked it up and when I returned home, discovered it was thick crust. When I called to report the issue, I was told I could either drive all the way back up there to get another one if I brought the other one back or I could get a $3.00 credit on my pizza, because the toppings were right and it was only the bread that was wrong. Thats actually laughable. Not sure how it is even legal in the middle of a pandemic to request to bring food back into a store. At any rate, I asked to speak to the manager and was not allowed to talk to him, and when asked for his name, was told they could not give me that information. I was appalled. Never in this area have I been given such poor service. They should be embarrassed.
Love this store and love the employees! Pizza always taste amazing and management is always willing to help! Food is always fresh and hot and the store is always clean! I love how everyone smiles when helping customers! Definitely the best Marco’s my family and I have ever been to!
I come here at least once a month and order the five cheese pizza with extra meat toppings and oh my gosh it is so delicious. The crust is toasted just right and they do not hold back on the cheese and meats. This pizza is well worth the money I spend on it every month. Super filling and delicious.
They almost always get our order wrong. We order a 10 piece wing, we get 6 wings. They leave off ingredients when you build your own pizza. We’ve had feta cheese, spinach, and old world pepperoni completely left off our pizzas. Once instead of adding extra cheese they added regular pepperoni! How do mix those up? And tonight I was on hold over 10 minutes before someone came back on the line. My phone timer said 11 minutes and change. I’ve been a customer since this location opened, but no more!
Customer service at this location is seriously bad. Not sure if it is a Sunday attitude. The business does not have menus on countertop or menus to offer walk in customers. As for taste on food cant say employees to busy talking to each other instead of trying to help customers.. poor service
I placed a order and tracked via their website.I noticed that prior to the est delivery time the web site stated that my pizza had been delivered. However it had not been delivered.I called the store and was disconnected multiple times when calling the store.I finally get manager Chrisy on the phone at which point her app told her the driver was at my home and she had talked to him on phone stating he was at my home.After we went around and around of her telling me he was there and me telling her that he was not there, she called me rude and hung up.I called back and after Chrisy would answer the phone and state she was placing me on hold the driver finally arrived.The driver listed to my run around with the manager and said that he is confused why she is acting this way. Driver stated that he told the manager by phone that he had not delivered the pizza and that he had to turn around and back to store because he had forgotten something and was going to be late.When manager finally took my call a second time I stated that I wanted a refund that the driver was there and she rudely interrupted me and did not hear me tell her I was rejecting the order over her attitude and poor quality of service. I stated I would dispute the charges and she wanted to argue with me that I could not dispute the charges.Pending call back from Marcos customer service and see if they carry same attitude as the local management.
Just had their pizza for the first time and it is amazing! I want to clarify that I was not very hungry when we ordered the pizza, so this is not a I was starving and it was awesome. This pizza is just plain delicious. From the soft yet crispy crust, to the perfectly melted cheese and pepperoni that is flavorful yet not spicy. I have eaten pizza from Florida to new York and this is one of the best.
First time at Marcos and unfortunately the last time. Ordered medium pizza and was surprised at the $14 cost. But, since I had never had a Marcos pizza, I thought it might be a quality product and worth the extra money to try. Found out while waiting for pizza that there was a special and I could have gotten a large for the same price but the employee never mentioned this important fact. Driving home I noticed that the pizza was producing a strange smell unlike any pizza I have experienced. When I got home and tasted it, I understood why the smell was so overpowering. I think it may have been the sausage. I tried two slices and discarded it. Overall, I find it strange that a premium price is being charged. I could have purchased a large at Dominos for $7.99 and although Dominos does not serve a great pizza, it would have been far better than the Marcos. The sad thing is that overpowering smell is still in my car after four days. Ive tried all kinds of air fresheners and Febreze but it wont go away. Never again!
Experienced Bad Service . Waited an hour on my order called to ask about it and they ended up giving it to a person who said they knew me . They didn’t care and told me they were closed (even though they didn’t close for another 30minutes) -so they couldn’t remake my pizza after it was their mistake .
I have tried over and over to order from these folks.At first they were wonderful!!! But as time went by, their quality went down. And by down, I mean SUPER DOWN. I tried over and over to explain the problem - THEY DIDNT CARE!!!They change management and it just gets worse...I am only aiming to help them, but it has become pointless.
Rae delivered our giant order and was extremely respectful and polite! Its not often a pizza delivery guy makes a lasting impression based on such good qualities! Unfortunately we accidentally undertipped him but we will definitely be ordering from here again and well make up for it next time!
This was my first order so my review is based solely on that order.To start with the promise time was inaccurate which isnt a big deal unless youve already been waiting an hour. The delivery driver was polite and well received, my reason for the star. I ordered 4 medium 2 topping pizzas with the deal coupon. The pizzas are the equivalent of little Caesars $5 hot and ready pizzas. The crust is bland and cardboard like. The sauce and toppings were sparse with the sauce only being up near the top where theres that super thick part of the crust nobody likes because its just tough flavorless bread. Seems this company or possibly this store cuts corners to save on cost at the expense of quality and flavor.
Food was great as always but the driver was beyond unprofessional. He used his smart phone for me to sign for the meal but advised that he had already put a $5 pre-tip on the sale!!!!! A $5 tip and he drove half a mile to my house for the delivery. Of course, I corrected the tip before I signed. Who puts a pre-tip on a pizza delivery. I prefer NOT to pay gratuity on a pizza delivery so I wont be ordering from this location again.
Marcos is a joke it use to be a decent restaurant. Daytime experience is ok the night management is horrible its like a bunch of kids even the lady that followed up on my complant could have cared less. And blew my issues off as it was just a bad night for everyone..I truly hope the owner checks in on his or her employees because they have no customer service skills. Very upset will never spend my money there a again I feel like they just all laugh me off..amd could care less of a customer...
Speedee delivery. they are a little on the higher side of the dollar but their foods will be honest folks is not worth the price you pay for it. well thanks for the reply but that was not a great experience I mean did you not read the review or is that just a automatic reply that yall do is totally incorrect it was far from a great experience
All but 1 employee had on gloves, that 1 employee caused me to walk out because I refuse to eat at any restaurant where they’re handling food without the proper ppe! .WE ARE IN WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC!! WEAR GLOVES when you handle food ! I have a list of restaurant that I’m reporting!

2021-11-13We always love Marcos pizza from the Villa Rica location but tonight was a tremendous disappointment. It took over an hour to be delivered. When we finally got the pizzas they all 3 were barely warm. Worst of all not any of the pizza crust had risen properly and were flat and doughy. Definitely not worth the $55 it cost me!

2022-07-08We bought pizza there all the time but quality and customer service has gone down. The last time we ordered for pickup and we were told 20 minutes. When we got there right on time there was a long line and someone was blocking the drive through for over 15 minutes. When we finally picked up the pizza it was cold. The worst thing was the amount of toppings. 5 pieces of ham and 7 pieces of salami sliced into tiny pieces. This was a large pizza, almost no toppings! Never again!

2022-04-12Guaranteed to mess up your order if you give any special instructions. They didnt do anything to compensate me for the inconvenience of waiting while the remade the pizza. My other pizza got cold while waiting for them to cook the one they messed up. But when they get it right, the pizza is delicious. My husband insists that he will only eat Marcos, so were going to drive a bit farther to a different Marcos restaurant from now on. I just hope they can get my order correct...

2022-03-18This Marcos is hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to. Customer service was perfect, the food was delicious while eating one of the employees started doing the whip nae nae and laughing about how “stoned “ they were which made this experience 10x better would highly recommend to anyone.

2022-05-17They delivered my pizza to the wrong house and upon calling them about it, said theyd send a new one within 30-40 minutes. I called at the hour mark and was ensured it was on the way. I called at the hour and a half mark and cancelled the order. The manager, whose name I couldnt understand when she answered, was very rude and hung up on me.

2022-06-21Ordered Pepperoni Magnifico from the SandHill Marcos! While waiting I set the table and took my insulin bolus (I am diabetic and decided to cheat)! When I arrived 15 minutes after placing my order it was hot and ready! I was so disappointed to open the cover to find maybe 1/3 of the pepperoni that was in the picture on the front door!Moral of the story, stay away from Marcos or get ready to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner!

2022-05-22Love marcos. Love love love them. I pay more for a better pizza. Didnt get the marinara I asked for. Please...delivery drivers and marcos employees..include the extras. Please dont forget. I know it sucks to be at work but my order was easy and direct and I tipped more than the suggested rate. If I can understand what its like to be at work, can yall understand the frustration of not getting all that you ordered? Especially when you pay more and tip more. (I normally tip $5)

2022-02-14The GM was in the back to worried about talking and cutting up while we waited to order and when she finally came forward half the employees emerged from the back of the store without masks on. We asked if they were supposed to wear them and she said yes. But did not enforce them whatsoever. This is a huge problem. Neither I nor anyone i know will come back with that kind of negligence. She seemed far to concerned with talking and joking with the staff instead of working like she was there to be paid to talk to staff and not work.
