It was my first visit. The drink was great. The food not so good. The portions were really skimpy. The negative rating comes in with the service. My server was hard to understand and not very attentive although I still tipped her because I understand the struggle of a server. Ill give this place another try later this year.
Been here twice. Both times were great. Lord the salsa so seasoned and good!!! Margaritas grill spots have the best salsa!!! Food came out so fast I almost wanted to tell her wait a minute lol. Perfect!
Missing half our food, it was ice cold, and it looked disgusting like dog food and due to being very cold was pretty disgusting!!!!
Not a huge fan. Called ahead about 45 min before they closed asked if I could still dine in. They said yeah so me and my girl pulled up. Was greeted with a unfriendly look by the host. She almost looked offended we walked in. She sat us then took a while to get drinks. Dude brought chips from the 19th sentry. First basked was ok the second one they tried to take me out. When we got the cheese dip it was luke warm but I didn’t complain. When the food game the waitress said be careful as if the plates were hot 😂 I’m use to the plate being so hot you can’t touch it. Not a actual cold plate I mean I put my hand under it and it was cold….the burritos were huge in respect tho but they were cold and just weird….I asked for a side of rice and I was served rice heated up in the microwave put on my plate the same shape as the bowl it was heated up in. The rice was like lava and turned to mush when I ate it and the beans looked like someone yeah hit me with the chicken sandwich meme. I didn’t even ask for beans…..my girl asked for 4 enchiladas and some other stuff she got 3 not like that’s really a problem if the food was hot….couldn’t even cut the thing it was like rubber and my tortilla was dry….how u get a dry tortilla when is has cheese sauce on it…..I took one bite and said nah bruh this ain’t it. They turn up all the lights bright af turned off the radio they made it real clear they didn’t want us there lol 😂 but that’s ok. We won’t be back. I told the waitress all the food was not good and we were just gonna dip but she was all like wait imma get the check and I said check for wut bruh….crusty dusty musty chips and I’m not lying bruh I ate one chip it sent me back to the Stone Age with Moses and them. I started questioning if Kane killed Abel…doesn’t matter the food was bad service was poor waitress was cute that’s about all you get from me. 10/10 would not recommend :)
Great place to eat! The food is great, prices are very reasonable, and the chips are awesome! Staff is always attentive and polite, I will definitely be back!
Food and pricing are awesome. The servuce could use some work. Our waiter clearly high, which was bad enough without his supervisor taking 5 whole minutes while we waited to order to awkwardly question his off behavior. I actually felt bad for the dude, sh3 was so unprofessional. He was so rattled we actually left after waiting for 45 and being told our order had been lost in the kitchen.We order take out from here all the time and the food is high quality and prepared well!!
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. Waitress was rude as can been. Bar tender didn’t know how to make drinks. Waitress turned her back to type order into the computer because couldn’t get it remember it and didn’t know the menu. Then we asked for the manager and explained the situation and all he responded with was “Ok sorry”. DONT EVER GO HERE unless you want to be treated like very poorly.
Street tacos were NOT street tacos! Service was very slow with only 3 tables with guests and several servers working. The appearance and upkeep of the restaurant has declined and needs repairs and DEEP cleaning!
The food was bland, it doesnt really give u an authentic Mexican feel. The service was ok when we finally received it because the waitress wasnt informed that we had been seated. Not the best Warner robins has to offer.

By phone I ordered 2 beef taco salads, 1 small order of white cheese dip & 1 extra order of chips and salsa (came with one order). The order was ready when I got to Margaritas. It was a Saturday night & the place was packed.Took the food home. My boyfriend and I ate & it was delicious! 🙂
Hands down as of right now this is the best Mexican place in Warner robins (in my opinion). We went there one night to try it out because I love some Mexican food and got the best service. Went back two more times since then and the service was still on point each time. Everytime I go I usually order the margarita salad which is sooooo good. Im not sure if they have drink specials because I cant indulge in that right now but the service and atmosphere is really nice. They havent disappointed me yet!

Not as good experience as previous visits. Hostess seated us, waiter took drink order and disappeared. Waited almost 15 minutes for drinks without seeing the server anywhere. Another server passed our table 3 times going each direction. I tried to get her attention several times to no avail.When our waiter finally brought our drinks he disappeared again without asking for our order.Once we finally got the food it was good, as always.
My lady and I decided to eat here. The waitress 731 janiya b, leaned against table to lazy to stand straight up and take a order with respect. The person at the table gave her funny looks as it was their table she was leaning against. She took our order but did not write anything down. With out a pad and pencil the order came to us wrong. I decided to just eat it knowing if I sent it back my foodit would arrive later and my lady would be done by time I got mine back correct. I figured it would b ok but eating it was not a good idea .My tea glass ran empty for second time waiting about 5 mins not seeing my waitress 731 anywhere I went looking for her and found her sitting on entrance couch on her cell phone.After talking to manager Lupe about the bad service and the food not being what I ordered wanting a discount the manger Lupe did not seem to care. I asked her nice to adjust bill but she pretty much refused. Its the managers job to make sure the employees do a good job and the customer is satisfied. I was not. They offer poor service yet want the customer to suffer and pay for their mistakes. It was bad enough I wont pay for more of the same. Ill be contacting main office and will not return to this store.
Me and my family came to eat here and our servers name was Kollyn he was very rude and was walking around with a scowl and didnt even bother giving us straws with our drinks or asking whether or not we needed forks and knives we had to ask for them. When we didnt leave a tip and left a note saying his service wasnt good he said qoute on qoute I dont like you either. Other than that the food here was great . The owner should be aware of this employees attitude.
Overpriced and poor service. This was a second chance for them and they failed. Macon was poor service and quality. Called in order for pickup in Warner Robins and it wasnt ready when i got there. El Pastor tacos werent prepared correctly and had undercooked bacon on them. Ordered a small Guacamole and it was super SMALL for $3.99??

Good food and drinks, but our server tonight (an older guy) was impatient while we ordered and didnt return to our table to check on us until we were ready to go; however, this is an unusual occurrence, because the service is generally good. Our orders were delivered promptly and as ordered, so thumbs up! Good music to fit the meal and atmosphere.
Dont waste your money on the margaritas here. The food is ok but the margs are all mix with hardly any tequila. Most of the staff acted comatose, especially the hostess.
Im currently sitting here at almost 20 minutes, still no waitress, still no drinks, out of salsa and chips..... first and last time I will come here 😒 edit: now that we have sat here almost on the 30 minute mark, still no waitress.... we are going to eat somewhere else. Wish I could not even give them a star. It is not busy and there should be no reason for this
Very, very disappointed. The prices are the same but the portions are way down and this time, so was the flavor. I guess thats why they keep changing management. I would Not recommend this place.

I ordered the Mexican Steak and I literally has 4 small strips of steak and the rest was fat, onions and sauce. This is a ROBBERY! my plate cost $15. We will not come back, and I’ll make sure my network doesn’t come here. There are better places to eat in town!

Place use to be good but the last 2 times have been terrible. Everyone in there seems to be under the influence of something and could care less about their job. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Food was good and server was attentive. The atmosphere wasnt what I wanted from a Mexican restaurant. It has a very club vibe with music like Thriller and Dance Monkey playing very loudly. Wasnt mad when Rhianna came on though. The hallway to the restrooms smelt like wet rugs and there were lots of gnats flying around the table as well.
I went here for the first time with a friend and my boyfriend and it was amazing and I really loved the fajita nachos I do recommend them and it was a great experience

On March 6th 2022 at 4:29 pm me and my girlfriend were disrespected of course my first thought is because we are black we were told there would be a wait in an open restaurant with at least 15 open tables available when ask why on the the wait we were told the server and that’s was the response the hostess was as shocked as we were at the guys actions after a small back and forth before leaving I thought ask for a manager and turns out the guy was the manager so to Kroger we go the stars should be zero

We used to love this place, but the quality of the food and drinks have declined. They used to have wonderful margaritas, but the one my husband ordered last evening was the worst weve ever tasted. And it was completely over priced, so we wont be going back. Too bad really because not every Mexican restaurant has Tacos el Pastor, which I enjoy. Unfortunately, the Margaritas in Macon at Presidential Parkway is no better. Theyve all gone downhill.

The meal was ok until I discovered my Shrimp Burrito only had red sauce, cheese and shrimp however it was suppose to come w my choice of beans, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. I brought it to the waitress attention and she brought all attitude, it was like I was talking English and she was talking French. she did not understand what I was saying to her even after she read the menu. It was in black and white. I Asked for the Manger and she asked if I wanted the meal re made....uhhh thats a negative after all the going back and forth. Customer service is lonnnng gone. I do my best to stimulate the economy but its not worth it when you get bad service. The service affects how the food taste. Although, the strawberry Margarita was quite tasty.
Currently work here as a Waitress.....Food is superb however, work stations needs to be rotated out. Every server should have access to serve parties. Also when the kitchen is backed up and tables are available. guests should be allowed to sit. They can enjoy drinks chips and dip until the kitchen is ready to take orders again. Management should be aware of this

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL margaritas I have EVERRRRR seen! When I came into the restaurant I immediately saw Chick-fil-A food disgustingly all over the table at the entrance! I was never greeted and 3 people walked pass me without a word! I waited 6 mins patiently before saying anything and the waitress then said one second and started counting her TIP MONEY right in front of me! Then I finally said can I please be seated and another guy came and walked me to a table….I get to the table and water was all over it so he says let me wipe it for you…leaves and another 5 minutes goes by and I’m just standing there and the waitress was was counting her tips said what’s wrong and I told her I was still waiting for table to be cleaned….I IMMEDIATELY JUST WALKED TOWARDS THE FRONT DOOR AND TO SEE 6 employees just sitting at the table with the Chick-fil-A was including the one who was getting the towel to wipe down!!! NEVER AGAIN!! CLOSE DOWN IF YOU CANT PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY CORRECTLY!!!

Ive dined here before and it was always good. Decided to do a pick up order for dinner...the food was HORRIBLE! ＄63 for soggy nachos, I had to pour some of the grease off the dip to eat it only to taste burned sausage. The house specials were thrown together. Just HORRIBLE called to complain placed on hold twice for no one to assist. Worst food ever!!!

I stopped in for a quick bite today. The atmosphere was warming and welcoming. I realized that the table I sat at was dirty and wiped it down. The staff quickly apologized. Speed of service could be a little more swift. Entrées came hot and sizzling shortly after. Food was outstanding and reasonably priced.
Ordered lunch through Door Dash from Margaritas. We ordered from the meatless portion of the menu. Once we received our food my mom who is 100% vegetarian, took a bite out of ground beef that was in the tostada. I checked my food and to my surprise it was the same, I also had a cheese enchilada instead of a bean enchilada. I called the restaurant and Toni (Tony) who was very pleasant and told me that they would remake the entire meal and was sorry for the inconvenience. She told me that the meal would be ready in 15 to 20 min. Not a problem. I was almost to the restaurant and I receive a phone call asking if I had left my house, and if I had not left to bring the wrong food with me in order to remake the meals.I told her that I was already on the way. I told her kids already ate the food that was for them. She told me we would figure it out when I got there. Once I got there Tony went to see where they were on the remake. She brought back a bag with just the incorrect items. I told her so she wants to eat this hot food with the cold food at home. She said that is what the manager told her. So I asked to speak to the manager Vivian, since I knew it wasnt her call. Once the manager arrived I told her my issue and she said that is all she can do for me since I didnt bring the food back, and they are not able to remake the entire meal. She said that is their policy. I said whos policy she said the owner, I said the owner Alex. She said yes, I said I will speak to him (Yes we know the owner of all the margaritas) She said that is completely fine and this is all she can do she is sorry and that I can call him. As I was stepping out they all (Servers and manager) began speaking in Spanish. I walk back in and say you could wait until Im gone to talk about me. A server named Evelyn (However you spell it) said no one is talking about you honey so you can leave. I asked her name and she took her mask down aggressively and told me her name. WOW!!! I completely understand that policy is a policy but at the same time that is not how you treat customers. Why would I go through all that trouble to make up a lie about the food, especially when in the first place I used the convenience of door dash to have my food delivered. So they want their food back they can have all of it! I will be taking back the new and the old! I will also let the owner know about his restaurants rude employees and manager.
In town for a Fall Workshop. Decided to have Mexican Food. Did a search of Mexican restaurants near me. Im so glad we chose this place. The food, drink, and service was exceptional.
If I could give no stars I would. Ive never seen prejudice and irrational thinking in one place before. My friend and I just visited Warner Robins a couple days ago and thought to get food in proximity to our hotel. We chose this very restaurant because of the chain that we have been to. I was ashamed to say it was not the same experience. As entered the property , we were not greeted just had stares but it had to take one host to say she would seAt us. As we passed a plethora of available tables ,the host pointed us to a back that was in the way , in the corner by the bathroom and kitchen. A table sat for a family not a couple. That was the first strike. Chips were brought out, stale and cold. I asked the host for a bowl of queso but instead of getting it, she stated it wasnt her job. Mind you, the business wasnt busy. Now when our waiter, Austin , approaches , we let him know the same thing and let him know our order and drinks. To my dismay, when I ordered our food, Austin had the audacity to say and I quote, that might be a little expensive, will you be able to afford it? Filled with anger I said nothing, I just waited for the drinks and food because I was tired and did not have the time for ignorance. The food came out about 8 min after we ordered and the steak was not grilled fully. I asked forines to be cooked longer and also asked for a side of rice. Austin , for some reason thought to say out his mouth, that the rice would be an upcharge. I understand how restaurans works so I understood I would have to pay extra. He tooky plate to supposedly grill the steak long and came back with the plate of rice adding the cement about the price yet againSo I educated j on his ignorance so he stopped serving us then a rude cook came out. He ce out with my plate with queso added on top but the staleak not cooked any longer than before. That same cook proceeded to come out his mouth with , it is always Saturday , when these people come out. So at that point I did not believe any of his gestures were sincere but instead spiteful. My partner paid for the meal and killed the ignorance of all the workers with higher tip than he shouldve for honestly ashitty , undercooked meal.So honestly this restaurant by far was the worst experience Ive had.You judge by the look of someone but dont know what they carry. But have a host with unprofessional wear and Austin with strong cologne and wrinkled shirt. This was unprofessional and would not recommend.

If I could give this place a different score, I would give more like a -10. This was by far the worst experience I have had at this restaurant. It took a good 15 minutes for my server to even come to my table, gave him the entire order from appetizer to entree. I never got my drink the whole time that I was there. My server told me he was going to bring it after he took our order. He had a party of 15 at the same time, I understand how busy it can get with that many people, I was a server myself for more than 15-20 years. At one point the hostess walked by our table and I stopped her to ask for my drink and my husband and daughter needed a refill. She went and got thier drink, but me, still nothing. She said to us He is busy he has a party of 15. Ok, well she shouldnt have sat him if he couldnt handle it. There was 2 other families there with small children that was behaving better than the adults were. I told the manager about my experience and all she said was Im sorry and took off the other coke that I was charged for and didnt order it. She asked if I wanted a drink to go, I said yes a coke and my water I never got. She brings out just a coke. So I never got my drink. I will never go to this place again. Worst experience I have ever had. The manager should have been a little more concerned about what I had going on but she seemed like she didnt care either. I would not recommend going to this place.... EVER! And if this place lets tennagers order alcoholic beverages, that is all that was at that party of 15 table, they should be out of business. There is no way I would have given any of them an alcoholic beverage from the bar. One of the people that sat at the table went to one of the tables with small children at it and told them he was sorry for being loud. To make matters even worse, my husband asked our server to ask the table to knock it down a little bit. He told my husband he was about to run them out the door. Thirty minutes later.... Nothing.
Always had good service, not this time. And the manager did not care. If your fork sticks to the napkin when you get there, just leave. I should have checked and done that.
Missing cheese dip the last two times I ordered. Most recent I didn’t get ice cream with my dessert. If kitchen is run so poorly I’m surprised none has gotten sick. No excuse for the laziness
I don’t ask for a lot in life. I just ask when I place a to go order that I not be forgotten about until the food’s been sitting on the bar going cold for 20 minutes. That’s all I ask.EDIT: Changing my review from two stars to one as I had the same exact problem where I went in to place a to go order and the food went cold because no one went to get my food when it was done.The manager here should be ashamed of running a place where all the workers are literally sitting around talking (I came in at 4), and not one of them thought to check on my food. I finally asked the lady who took my order, after 30 minutes, if my food was ready and she said “oh yeah!” like she completely forgot about it. Of course she brought the food back to me and it wasn’t even warm. I will not be coming here anymore.
Today was actually the 2nd time I visited the restaurant. Wish I hadnt . The 1st time the service was awful it was a party of 8 and had the party sharing 1 shot glass! Said it was the only one they had. Skip to today. Service even worse. The servers stayed huddled up together talking about CUSTOMERS! loud enough that the remaining customers could hear. While this was going on, we the customers were getting no service. The area what not clean and the lighting was so bad, couldnt read the menu. Then of course the card machine goes out and they then started directed people to the ATM machine across the street! Fortunately I had cash, some didnt. Waitress brought my change in dollars but not the remaining coin change. Considering this wasnt my fault they should have gotten the short of the money instead of me. Please dont waste your money or time at this establishment
Normally I always get great service from here and I always order from here but today was just bad customer service. Two servers walked right past me and didnt even acknowledge my present. I had to stop one of the ladys just to ask if there was anyone working there at the bar where I was standing to place my order. The young lady stated no and then proceeded only then to ask me if I needed help. So when my order was finally placed and then it came back all wrong so I just asked for my money back. Plus I did try to call before I came but the phone was busy so I thought maybe that they were really busy but when I stepped inside I saw that they only had four customers. I do know that they are short of workers but this is no excuse.
Food was delicious but staff less than desirable
My girlfriend, and I came on weds 2/17/21. The service was very slow. Couldn’t keep refills on the table. Forgot stuff we ask. Then forgot to bring me a refill after 3 times of touching our table again. Then forgot the Togo box twice. Then after all that, the servers hover over you until you sign the receipt, and put a tip. I will never come back to this restaurant again. Not like you guys care. Lost two guests.
Food was great, service was even greater. She, Erica, was very attentive to my kids and making sure they were happy. She was wonderful, and it made the food taste even better. Cant wait to go back!
The food itself was good, but the condition of the restaurant and the service was very poor. First of all, the floor was very dirty (sticky and oily), none of the restroom locks were working and the papertowel dispenser was broken. I ordered Sprite and got club soda, my husband got sweet tea instead of unsweet tea. Then we specifically asked for no guac, and we got guac on our lettuce. There were no knifes so even we got our food we had to wait to get utensils.The only reason I give 2 stars because the food was good.

Ordered the Mexican steak. Steak had so much fat it was ridiculous. Husband ordered the enchiladas with pork and the pork was just as bad with fat. Both plates looked like they were just thrown together. Waiter was nice. That’s where the 1 star came in. Will not be back.

Ordered delivery and my order was half missing and not what I ordered. I order special nachos, I’m missing the lettuce, tomato, and guacamole. Asked for my chips to be put on the side they were in with the chicken. Chips are now soggy and gross. I order this everytime I eat here and now it’s messed up called 3x to see if they would make it right phone just rang and rang and rang.
Great food, friendly staff, and clean. The only reason they arent getting 5 stars is that the bathrooms needed attention, and they were understaffed--so the wait was a little longer than usual.
I ordered the house special. It tasted like it had been sitting all day. It was ice cold, rice was mushy, vegetables were browning and old, and the steak was dry. The worse house special i have ever had. I dont understand how you could mess up such a simple order. Even the white cheese they normally put on top i couldnt see because it was all soaked into the old rice. Disgusting.

I placed order for the Texas Nachos and the Texas Dip from this restaurant through door dash. I personally called and spoke to the restaurant and spoke with “said” Manager Vivian about the missing items that come with the dish ordered which was missing shrimp. I asked for no onions and they covered it with onions. Order arrived QUICKLY but ALL of my order was cold literally. Vivian stated that the store is not at fault for the temp of my food or the onions that was added when I asked for NO onions or the missing main items of SHRIMP that come with the order clearly. ALSO THE ENTIRE ORDER OF THE TEXAS DIP WAS MISSING FROM MY ORDERShe stated that I need to request a refund through door dash. I told her it wasn’t their fault. I asked her how she was going to make this right and she said I could come by the store and they would give me a single shrimp. I hung up. I will never order or visit this restaurant again!!! HORRIBLE customer service who don’t care about business at all and I hope her superiors deal with her. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Got a taco salad. It didnt have as much guacamole and toppings that it used to have on it. They dont have any way to pay for additional toppings. I dont understand why they go up on the price and go down on the quality and quantity of the food. They should have a way to buy small 4 ounce containers of extra portions of guacamole, etc. The places in Macon GA are the same. I dont go to margaritas anymore in Macon, because you need to buy 2 different menu items that doesnt taste as good as they used to, just to get enough food, when you should get enough food with one menu item. beef enchiladas missing the cheese which flavored the rice and beans. Eventually it will go out of business because the owner doesnt know how to run Margaritas.
No wait time and the server (Wes) was really nice! Not to mention that a very beautiful and generous family that paid for our meal🤗. The atmosphere was great considering it was close to closing time. The food came out promptly and was great!! I will certainly be going back to this location.
Terrible. Service was bad. We sat in the middle of tables where the waiters had to carry the trays over our heads. Dirty glasses we got up and leftThe waitress came out to charge us for a lemonade Did we need to pay for the dirt in the glass as well
My visit was devine! The quantity of the food matches the price. Today at 1:30 the food was OUTSTANDING and our waitress Amy was excellent! Customer service is a number 1 in my book. Have to give the cook in the kitchen 5+ stars as the food was wonderful. Best experience Ive had eating out in a VERY long time. Kudos Margaritas!
The service was horrible. When we walked in the lady didn’t even notice us. She just continued her conversation station with one of the waiters. It took at least 5 minutes before she seated us. She just sat us with only menus and no utensils. We had to had to ask multiple time for it. The tea was sour. It took so long for us to get some service that we almost got up and walked out. Granted they were busy. But the server Brandon was very kind and helpful. When we got our food it wasn’t even hot or warm it was cold. They charged $13 for tilapia which was not fresh it was frozen my husband could squish it and water came out of it. I will never eat at this establishment again. Oh and I also found a hair in the salsa which I almost ate if i wouldn’t have looked at it.
Came here with my pregnant wife who decided she really wanted Mexican food. Will never return after what happened today. We were seated, chips and salsa were dropped onto the table and the waitress left without any sort of greeting and didn’t even ask us what we wanted to drink. 10 minutes goes by, and she never returned. We had to go to the BAR and ask for our sprite and water, and the bartender brought us the drinks to our table. Our waitress stood in the back of the room with another waitress and didn’t even make any further effort when she saw us retrieve our own drinks. 25 minutes went by with no service, she never asked us what we would like to order. We got up and tried to pay for our drinks from the bartender. Our server realized we were leaving and finally decided to come to us to see what the issue was... Very clueless. I told her we didn’t get any service so we were just gonna leave and she said “Okay..” and walked off. Terribly rude and inconsiderate. Went down to Shane’s Rib Shack a few feet down and had great service and amazing food.
Went to Longhorns, 45 minute wait. Went over to this grill, had my steak in a quesadilla. It was tender and delicious and more than a 5oz glass of wine. All kinds of rib eye dishes and we didnt have to wait. Our waiter was very attentive. Good restaurant. Good staff.
Kinda pricey for what we had and the waitress although really nice and tried very hard she was clearly new and should have had an experienced coworker assist her but overall Id go back

Ordered 2 carry out orders for lunch. The food was good and was ready in a timely manner however the lunch special prices listed online are incorrect. What should have been $7.95 came up to $9.95. When I asked about it one employee said we havent had those prices in a long time. Two other employees tried to look into it but just told me that the prices had changed and that the owner doesnt like to update the website. They did not honor the online prices so just warning others!
I’ve been here for quite some time now, and every time my waiter who usually is Austin always makes sure I’m taken care of. The food and service here is amazing!
This was the Margaritas on Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins. Service here was absolutely 100% better than the highway 96 location. We were seated quickly, the servers were prompt and courteous. Not bickering and arguing amongst themselves and managers like at the Hwy 96 location. The food was hot and good! Keep up the good work!
The table that they were sitting us at was obviously dirty so, I asked if they could wipe it off. Such a chore for a smart mouthed waitress. We left!!!1 star only because it wouldnt post without it. No, not deserved.
Great food and great service. Went here last night to treat my twin nieces for their birthday along with other family members food was great! The only thing about this place is that the location is close quarters, limited space, other then that nothing came about as far as a discussion everyone was please. I would return!
I ordered from Doordash, the food that I received I wont even feed it to my dog, it was spoiled, and stink, I called and told them about the order and they told me take it up with Doordarshan and handed up.
Weve been going there a few years, and it is BY FAR our favorite Mexican food in the area. Theyre food is not like all of the other local Mexican eateries weve tried, and they have some fusion dishes that put their menu above the other guys. The service has always been good to great. I didnt give them 5 stars because they never answer their phone, so getting takeout has been impossible. Still, the food is really good, and keeps us coming back.
It was after the lunch rush and the restaurant was dirty. That made me a bad impression. The food was as expected, meaning nothing too special, but nothing bad either. The server wasnt very attentive. Id go again, if I didnt have another option.
Server didnt seem like she was interested in her job. She charged me extra for cheese that was supposed to be on the tacos anyways... That they didnt put on them. Whatever, service sucked... Food was decent. Customer service here definitely needs some work. Everyone that was working all had a blah look to them, no friendly smiles. The employees look like they are just hanging out waiting for their shift to be over instead of being productive.

I discovered this place when I moved to Warner Robins. Id been to other Mexican restaurants around town but was particularly impressed by this place. Cilantro in the freshly made salsa, need I say more? The food is great and prices reasonable. The service is great and the restaurant is clean and modern. They also have a great bar too!
I love this chain. The food is SO good, and reasonably priced. The ambiance is great too, a poorly lit but I think thats what theyre going for. I ordered a piña colada and my waitress made it extra creamy and with extra alcohol to my liking. Theyre also child friendly.
This was definitely a good restaurant to eat at a while back.NOT NOW! The food wasnt that great. I wasnt too hungry so I ordered one simple chicken chimichanga by itself. The waitress brought me the whole dinner plate. Before she sat it on my table. I asked to only get charged for what I ordered. I said I do (NOT) want the whole dinner plate. They apologized and said they have to charge me for the whole dinner. What! Now Im stuck with a whole dinner plate I did not want and to top it off pay for it!
Went here the other night and the older waitress there was very rude. As soon as we walked through the door She made the comment of “ oh they sent you from next door huh?”. She then brought us the menu and in the same breathe asked us what we wanted?. 😳. She was in a rush to get us out of there claiming they will close soon but it was 930 and they supposedly close at 11. The overall look and feel of the restaurant was great otherwise but ofcourse customer service matters more.
I cant say that its the BEST Mexican cuisine Ive ever had. . .but its by FAR the best around middle Georgia, hence five stars. Service has always been great as well. . . definitely worth a visit if you havent been
Food was good and different from many of the restaurants of this type. Downside was customer service. A slight problem with the order escalated into my having to go to the Manager about attitude of waiter. He assigned me another waiter, but she kept forgetting my table and i had to constantly get assistance from other staff when something was needed, e.g. drink refills, bill, payment, etc.Im not sure a return visit is on the horizon.
I travel frequently and eat Mexican cuisine everywhere I go. This is the absolute best experience Ive ever had. The food, the atmosphere, the service was nothing less than perfect. This is also a very beautiful establishment, including the restrooms! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute!!❤
First visit here. I had the chicken soup. It was a bit different then most but really good...I think I like it this way better with bits of zucchini in it. My wife got the grenade burrito that also had zucchini in it...delicious!The guacamole seemed fresh with lots of big pieces and the salsa was think and tasty. Chips were the thin ones that I like.The server was very attentive and polite. Restaurant was clean but undergoing some interior updates.

My family was spending a night in Warner Robins and needed good drinks and some food after dealing with Atlanta traffic. Margaritas was a great find! The Texas Margarita is truly delicious... much more robust than most Mexican Restaurants weve been to. Service is excellent, and our cozy seating arrangement made sure that the whole family could talk comfortably. Next time we are passing through Warner Robins, were DEFINITELY going back!
Worst experience ever tonight. First, our queso showed up at least 5 minutes before the chips and salsa. Second, they didn’t have the beer I ordered but instead of asking what I’d like, they decided for me..what the heck? Last, my husband ordered fajitas that didn’t come out sizzling... I’ve never.. have you?
The waitress wasnt very good but the food was GREAT. Our cups were empty most of the time. That is VERY important in customer service.
Waiter took forever to give us our straws,napkins, and cheese dip.. even had to ask for it TWICE . My wrapped fork had sauce on it from the previous guest. Even witnessed a Waitress dropped a wrapped fork and Put it back in the clean pile!!! Nice furniture and Food was what we ordered :)
Food is good, the fresh guacamole wasnt the best Ive had. It seems like they mixed a few fresh ingredients with store bought guacamole. Ill try other places before going back. The food is good enough. Wouldnt order fresh guacamole.

Our waitress was phenomenal, the staff was relaxed but still professional. The decor was very modern and well-designed - it gave the place a high dollar feel, without actually paying high dollar. Be sure to get the fried cheesecake! Delicious!
Really disappointed honestly 😒 , i loved margaritas but finding out i was served out dated sour cream killed it for me . Service was good dont get me wrong but hearing our server tell another server the kitchen is wrong for that and told us its cause they leave it out over night by the heat 🤢 no sir ... Im good 🤝 .
This was an awesome dining experience and we came during LUNCH!! The food was excellent. Not over cooked. Not under seasoned. The proportions equal the value. The atmosphere and decor is simply beautiful. Best of all, the staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
Although this franchise has several locations throughout middle GA, this restaurant located next to Academy Sports in Centerville is one of the best. The food is exceptional and the portion size is just right to fill you up and take a little home with you. Always good service and friendly people. Highly recommend this place.
First time trying this location. The food was good but the portion sizes are smaller than the Macon restaurant. The restaurant was nice and well maintained. The staff was friendly and service was good. I will come here again.
Has always been good every other time Ive been here in years past, but I was bummed when I came here tonight and the food tasted off, the water was served with no ice and it was hard to understand the waiter. Hmm... Try this again sometime? Their house special has always been legendary...Ill have to revisit. Maybe it was just a bad night or one off experience.
I found the restaurant on line. Placed my order for pickup and was told a different total then I added from the menu. I just thought maybe they added something due to pick up. When I arrived I was told to go to the bar for pick up. The bar person told me the girl would be with me soon she was carry food out. Then I noticed my carry out order came from the front not the kitchen area the bar person speaking loud to another person what is your code. The bar person entered the code and stated the amount still I just thought extra for carry out. When she gave me the receipt to sign it was not for carry out they where charging more per item. I informed the lady the price was incorrect she stated we do not have a menu on line that is the Macon store. I pulled my phone showed her then let me get the manager. I explain I am not wanting a refund or credit just to let him be aware. WO did I get a nasty reply if you want to complain go on line. I felt like it was either I am a senior citizen, I assure you I have not lost any brain cells or if it was because I am a female. I explained you are advertising one price and charging another this is illegal and it is called bait and switch. He just gave me a smirk. I will not ever return. When I got home believe me the food was not even worth half what I paid for it. I should have gone to Taco Bell and least food is good and personal always nice even to seniors and females.
Not good at all! They sat us at a dirty table. Not a good first impression. I got the beef taco salad and their was a leaf in it. I was starving when i got their and Im still hungry bc i barley touched my food. Took on bight of my salad and it was.cold. swrver didnt come back to check on us after she dropped the food o f until we was almost finished. Ugh never again! The ONLY reason i gave 1 star is bc that was the minimum.
My wife and i went for our first visit in 11/7. We ordered medium Pina Colada and Margarita.....their medium is a jumbo at most places. My wife had their Special dinner and i ordered the Mahi-Mahi Tacos. Both meals were excellent. Our waitress gave us great service. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this restaurant I go almost every single Saturday and Sunday!! The staff is great for the most part some days are a little slow but over all its great food I just wish when you say you do not want a specific item in your dish that they would listen, who knows if you dont listen and someone has an allergic reaction please be more careful and make sure the cook understands what your saying!!
My wife brought me here for my birthday. The food is ..... well there is no words for how the taste is. It transports you to a type of heaven and when you are full and cant move it all sets in. That was a great meal. This place is very addicting, there wont be a day that I wont come up with a reason to stop in and stuff food in my mouth till I pass out. It aint expesive and a family friendly environment.

The last 2 times my family ate there, our food was good but only mildly warm and the floors were very greasy and slippery. Once could have been a fluke but twice is a trend Im not used to seeing from this restaurant.
The food was good and our waitress was very friendly and helpful! The bartender however was not so good. It was about an hour before closing and every time she would get a drink order she would throw a fit.
We were traveling, decided to stop for some Mexican food, and ended up here. We have a Margaritas back home, so thought it would be kind of similar. I have worked as a server, so I understand things get a little chaotic on a Friday night. Our server seemed new to the floor. At least, I hope so. He was really quiet and didnt seem to know exactly what he was doing or the menu too well. I ordered my go-to chimichangas. I expect restaurant food to have a lot of sodium, but my chicken tasted like it had been soaked in salt water. Not just kind of salty. After about 3 bites, my tounge hurt like I had sucked on a whole bag of sunflower seeds. First time Ive ever sent food back aside from over-cooked steak. The manager came by and he took the meal off our bill. That was nice. Amd the bathroom had no toilet paper in either stall, but thankfully paper towels.

After 4 years of being a weekly regular at this place and noticing that it slowly has declined over the last year. Tonight was the final straw. We walked in and put our name in for a table and we had a couple groups ahead of us. We were waiting patiently and a group of about 7 non English speaking patrons walked in and they hurried up and cleaned a table and seated them above all that was waiting. After something was said they tried to quickly seat us ignoring the parties that was way before us just to appease to us. That did not settle well with us at all. Never will we spend another penny in this establishment! We walked out and will find another Mexican restaurant that dont play favorites
So. we arrived about 30 minutes before closing. The staff was very accomadating!! The food was AMAZING!!! And the decor was unexpected but very modern and sleek!The best part was the prices!!! Blew our minds!! We will def be back!!
Very good chorizo dip, salsa, and house special. The service was good but not particularly friendly, if that makes sense. I can’t complain, they did a great job. I’ll happily go back.
Very disappointed with the food. The cook must have a shortage of spices. Everything was covered in cilantro -- way too much to be enjoyable. It would be nice to taste something other than cilantro in the salsa. Nicely decorated but service was almost non-existent. Will be returning to El Jalisciense for good food and service.
Whats there to describe. Slow service, cold food, and higher than average prices. I used to take my wife here every Monday for lunch...for almost two years. Then it was sold...and its been bad every since. Ive gone back twice to give it another shot...but Im done now.*revised*I moved them from a one star to a two star. The reason is because this time, it only took 12 minutes for them to acknowledge us at the door. Unfortunately, there is no Tabo Bell nearby, or we would have had gone there, had the same quality of food...and spent less money.
This place has the best chips and salsa, me and my family pretty much eat here every weekend, might switch of and go to the on bonaire to, both place are good. The only thing I had a problem with was the dishwasher never cleaned good, there was always stuff on the fork and stuff but until recently its been very clean so I am pretty pleased .

Barely saw our waiter, so we had to eat most of our meal without a drink, never came by to check on us or refill the chips while we waited on our food. They had many waiters and waitresses walking by our table but ours was no where to be found and even had to be located just so we could get our check.
If you go, try and ask if Megan is working! She is a GREAT waitress and she has just a very welcoming smile. Anyways, this place was great. Delicious food and the salsa is the best in town! And like I said ask for Megan, she makes it all so much better
The food was fantastic but when ordering a combination plate the menu did not specify whether or not the chicken would be grilled or stewed. When asked for grilled chicken they proceeded to explain that it would be a $4 upcharge for grilled chicken. However, other than the upcharge the food was great.
I had steak there the other day and I was charged for extra steak on my house special. On top of that, it gave me poisoning and I have been sick for days. Horrible service , horrible food . I’m very non-judgmental and this is my first time every leaving a review anywhere. I personally don’t think anyone deserves to feel this sick..

Lacking all around. Ok at best. Skip this place. My son sat down on the seat and got salsa all over his pants. I opened my menu to have salsa stuck all over the inside(should have been my first clue). Came in and ordered Kids Nachos and Fajitas. Nachos came out with meat and cheese when I asked for cheese. Fajitas came out burnt; burnt chicken and veggies. No shells and no sides with fajitas, she said she would be back and came back with shells. I had to ask again for pico de Gallo, sour cream, rice and beans. I then was told they didn’t come with that. Their menu said it does and I have NEVER been to a restaurant that doesn’t serve those things with fajitas. We also reordered my sons nachos with cheese only and the server brought the plate out while wearing an oven mitt and told my 4 yo not to touch the plate. Had I not had her move it to a basket my son could have had severe burns. Who brings out a scalding hot plate to a 4 yo? By this time it was 20 minutes after the first plate of our order was put down before we actually had all of our food. The manager Gabe was walking around but not doing anything. I did not see him walk up to one single table or talk to one single customer during our time there. I didn’t even bother asking for him as a manager that cared would have been conversating with his guests. We won’t be back. I am sure there are better Mexican restaurants around.

They seated our group of motorcyclists right away and treated us with respect. A nearby national chain restaurant made excuses about why they could not seat us.
I had there House Special and it was great, but we went for some drinks, and the bartender made some outstanding drinks,the place was a pleasant atmosphere, the staff was very nice, assertive, so I like this place.
Comfortable bar with TVs: check. Freshly made salsa with noticeable heat: check. Ample beer selection with the basic Mexican options: check. Fast service: check. This place has all the hallmarks of a solid anywhere-in-America strip-mall Mexican joint. All the usual suspects on the menu. The Mexican steak is fantastic - tender ribeye strips, trimmed of fat, in a glorious bath of chorizo and grilled-yet-crunchy onions. The salad it comes with was a perfect balance to the heat. Big plate, but no so big you feel guilty leaving some beans (does anyone finish their beans, really?) Just passing through town, but would highly recommend for a quick bite on the run or an affordable date night.

DO NOT EAT HERE! So me, my wife and kids went to margaritas off of hwy 96 in Warner robins on Sunday and the whole experience was terrible. They messed all of our food up, the waitress gave us an attitude when we asked for refills. After we got our food and nothing was right, the waitress said that the kitchen was busy when the resturant was pretty much empty and didnt even offer to get our food fixed and then when it came time to pay my bill she brought us the receipt and hovered over us for about 5 minutes until I handed her the money. The whole experience was terrible and I promise I will NEVER eat here again.
We had Tabitha as our server a few weeks ago and she was absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed our dinner but the experience was better because of her. Great restaurant but BETTER SERVER!!!

Every time I call to place a Togo order it rings forever then goes to a fax tone. Obviously they don’t want to make money bc they won’t anwser there phone and there serious has gotten worse the more I go to this restraint. Manager is drunk and yells at staff till they quit in front of customers. Very unprofessional establishment. Don’t waste your money!
The food and skinny maragaritas left much to be desired. I would not come here again.Even after the waitress asked how the food was and I responded (with my untouched entree) that it wasn’t very good, she literally said “well I hope it was wonderful, have a great day” .... not sure she understood what I said, but clearly didn’t care regardless.I would go elsewhere in the area & will tell everyone I know to, as well.

We ordered Fajitas and mind you they come with tortillas. we got cold fajitas and the tortillas came WHEN THE BILL CAME. The Manager did not take any consideration towards our food. NEVER AGAIN. Id give it 5 star if the owner would return or respond to his messages on Facebook. He will read the comment but not respond with anything. Food was not too good last time I was there . Food was good. I had a rather inept waiter but others stepped up and cover for his slack, so I was still well cared for. It would of been nice to not have to deal with the duffus in the first place, so it list a star forum that.
At Warner Robbins for a TDY and decided to hit Margaritas for some more Mexican food, and am I glad we did. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive, the salsa was great, and the margaritas were very good as well. I ended up having the tacos al pastor, which werent bad, but not great either... its the only reason they didnt get a full 5 stars. Definitely try this place out if youre in the area!

Horrible waitress, nosey, pushy and know it all, after we asked several times if the pico had jalapeño and she said no, I got the food there was jalapeños in it, she didn’t even know half of the stuff on the menu. To top it off she was literally hovering over my phone while I was having a FaceTime conversation, rude staff.
Always consistently good food. Only negative is some of the table spacing is a little awkward. But, i think that is easily overlooked when you enjoy your dining company.

Worst Mexican food I have ever eaten! To be fair the atmoshpere is very nice inside, perhaps the drinks are good (couldnt say I didnt order one) but if you are going for good food then you will be severely disappointed. I ordered the enchiladas supremas and for the first time in my life had to send food back to the kitchen. It looked as though someones diabetic chihuahua got into the halloween candy and then double dragoned all over the top of my food. In addition it was sitting in a half inch of water and grease causing everything to be soggy. This caused the cheese enchilladas to have the consistence and taste of a damp sock and the beef enchiladas to feel like sand on the beach. I would like to say I am prone to exaggeration but Im not. The waiter was super understanding and immediately removed the charge from our bill ( It most happen all the time). So 1/2 star for atmoshere and 1/2 star for service. Adios para siempre Margaritas!
This place sells stale food, and their staff has very nasty attitude, please dont waste your money there you will end up eating 5 day old food.

This woman named like clementine I think was very good to me the other day and I really liked her bar tending she made my day so much better I will definitely ask for clementine next time I go there
From my experience the best chips (if you like extra thin and fresh) and salsa (if you like cilantro). Everything seems a bug step above you average Mexican restaurant, and they have put in the effort to create more unique dishes. Try the donkey.
Hostess immediately sat us, our ordered was placed and brought out quickly, waitress was nice, and prices are very reasonable!!
Nice little restaurant and I mean little. Its on the small side but its nice and new and the service is great, the food is hot and it usually doesnt take long to get and its actually pretty good too.

6:51pmMy family and I were at the Margaritas off of 96 next to Krogers for Mothers day. Worst service we have ever had. After 1.5hours we still didnt have any food. We finally got up to leave and they made me pay for my beer. This was my favorite mexican food, but not any more. Never again!!
Looked up menu online for chicken soup; bowl $4.50 (reasonable). I called to place the order (small bowl) to “go”, $8.42 . NOT ME
This service is amazing even short staffed. I eat Carnitas all over the country and without a doubt the best are here in Warner Robins GA
If I could leave a negative rating I would. The food at this place is not good. it is to spicy or no season at all. They do not offer condiments. Find another Mexican restaurant.
Horrible, rude people. My friend called to ask if they did take out and he got hung up on. I didnt believe him and thought he must have gotten disconnected so I called back and as soon as I asked, I also got hung up on without them even answering the question! As we were hung up on by a woman and a man, I can only assume that this behavior is just their policy. Im glad I didnt have a place like that handling my food because they obviously dont care about their customers.
Nice place for fast food....however, tonight two of our salads came with the meats cold. Good meat portions! Service is always good.

One of our favorite places to frequent, Margaritas not only has delicious food but also an attentive, customer service oriented staff. On Sundays if you bring your church bulletin, they will give you a discount! Love Margaritas! :)
Amber was a sweet and wonderful bartender ! Five tacos were great ! Tap was empty of Modelo Negra and they only had one bottle left. Three stars for lack of product supply.
Service was good. The food was half hot half cold in the same burrito wrapper LOL I guess their food warmers were turned down to low to keep the food that was already cooked hot dont think Ill be going back there for a while
Small place, very busy but got in quickly. Fast service, dispite the waiter saying 3 hours for our food..was a funny guy. Food was good..great margaritas.

2021-05-06Ordered through door dash pick up. Was told that my order would be ready by 8:10 pm. My husband arrived at the restaurant at 8:05 pm and let them know that he was there to get my order. Waitress was snobby and had a nasty attitude about checking on the food for him. He said at the restaurant until 8:50 pm getting the run around when my food had been ready the entire time. If only the waitress would have checked the orders instead of being rude, I would not have cold food and writing such a bad review.

2022-03-19Finally!! A Mexican restaurant that is actually good! From the salsa to the customer service, I was pleasantly surprised this small spot tucked away in the corner of a shopping strip was actually good. The chips were warm and fresh, the salsa was more than just puréed tomato😋!! I had the chicken fajita burrito at lunch and it was super yummy, quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back for dinner. The place is beautiful! Great spot for girls night or date night!

2022-06-17I ordered ground beef nachos, receipt can verify...got chicken instead. Ordered with Door Dash pickup and delivery.Called and spoke with manager and was told that it wasnt their problem and to contact Doordash for a refund. I dont think so. I understand that this might be the system, however the manager was less then stellar in her helpfulness and helping me with a resolution.Of note, I tasted the chicken nachos...they were not good.I definitely do not recommend this restaurant nor do I commend their staff and manager for less then acceptable response.

2021-08-21So I dont make it a habit of doing completely unfavorable reviews but we will not be returning for a second chance here. We had two parties seated before us that came in after us. No one welcomed us, they just said how many before seating us in the back by the bathrooms and the loud kitchen. My husband and I got the fajita for two ($26 entree) and they arrived char burnt to the skillet. My daughters food arrived cold. My sons food was soggy. I understand how busy a restaurant can get and things happen. The waitress was punctual and refilled our drinks quickly... the atmosphere was cozy...but the kitchen failed....I have attached a photo of how my fajita looked after I scraped it off the skillet.

2022-02-22Crispy, light chips with some of the best salsa Ive ever eaten. I got the Chimichanga meal, and the portions are huge. Tasted great, and it was eye candy too! Great value for your money, polite, efficient service, and nice atmosphere.

2022-07-07Love this place, food is good but this time I can honestly say we experienced the worst waitress ever. Here attitude was we were her to please her. And if we requested something like a refill on drinks or more chips and salsa it really put her out. Worst part was we were in clear view if where she was sitting while on her phone and we actually had to flag down another waiter for refills and ice. When she did bring me a refill it was just made hot tea with no ice. When I asked or ice she huffed of and never returned. Again I had to ask another waiter for ice.Hopefully she wont last long, as she is deffinately a detriment to this establishment.Maybe better luck next time.

2022-02-19Horrible experience!! First in my life, a kitchen worker came to our table and confronted us about something completely unfounded!!! Co-worker & I having a private conversation and were accused of making motions toward our waitress. NOT in fact the truth!! By any means. We didnt even know what he was talking about!!! The manager did not even offer any recompense!!! We were weekly to every other regulars... Will NEVER go there again!! Completely embarrassing for Margaritas, no surprise they cannot keep good help at this location! 😡😡😡
