I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE GETTINGA A CAR! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. I was hung up on multiple times after trying to get help for a car that stopped working on me after two weeks of having it. They provided me with no solution and had no sense of urgency in helping me. Horrible establishment! Rude people!
Runn!!!! I bought a car from these guys and after 1 week my car would not start. I drove from Atlanta to Texas and the car started running hot while on the road. I pulled over on the side of the road and was stranded. I reached out to them and was given the run around. They would not accept the fact that they sold me a lemon and refused to refund or rectify the situation. They basically told me it was nothing they could do even though I purchased a warranty. Whatever you do runnnnnnnnnnn far away from this place.
Nice people. They will help you get a car. But do not buy a car from here. I haven’t had the car a month and the transmission went out already. Very disappointed.

Where do I need to begin, when I got this car Dede was very helpful, and made the process very quick Dede is not the problem. The problem is the people that Dede work with the customer service is beyond terrible. Every single time I call to make a payment on my car I get nothing but attitude on the phone. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the mechanic for the longest so I can get my car serviced. They gave me a we owe you to get my alignment fixed and the place clearly didn’t do it right because my alignment is still messed up not to mention my sensor on my car is messed up as well been calling I keep getting the run around now I seeing my friend gave back her car from them and just went somewhere else I’m getting ready to do the same and I’m finna report this to the BBB because this is ridiculous worst car place ever.

They where very tentative( especially) I can’t remember the young guy in the front office on the other side of the parking lot 🤗.. I would recommend Marietta Car Center to anyone who needs a car. It was super easy fast, and they have options for you! I was WOWd by my sales woman Dee Dee. She kept it real with me, and when I thought I ran into a road block and couldnt get my car, she kept me encouraged. She DA BOMB for real. Willie was very sweet and kind and made sure that I got all of the information I needed to make sure I was satisfied, and had what i needed to drive off. Bought a car from them with no horn and no radio and they lied and said AutoZone would fix it. Turns out the were cut so its a big repair. Its completely unsafe and their manager Tracy was very rude, spiteful, unprofessional and nasty with me. Please save your money and get a reliable car from somewhere else. Stay away from Marietta car center. Trust me I have over 4000 views on my Google reviews and just want to help people stay away from preditatory companies that treat customer like trash once they leave the lot. Run! Hide ya keys!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! They don’t fix your car and give you the run around! I have took legal actions because they can’t seem to find my number to fix my car but find the time to call me when it’s time to make a payment or cut my car off because I am a day behind. The only resolution I am looking for is to get my money I have point into this car because they don’t care about the customers. They only want you to purchase. Reconsider and find a new place because this is not the one. They are rude and laugh like your pain is funny when talking to them. I have a witness I can’t make any of this up!
At first I thought this was the best option to getting a car fast and it may work for some. When I got the car everything was fine with it except the Bluetooth, in which they told me worked fine. After a month my tire sensor came on, one of the window motor started to go out and other minor issues. It has been almost 2 years and I changed my insurance just recently. I understand their policy on insurance but if I do not respond to an email wouldnt the logical business thing to do is call the customer? I get calls if my payment doesnt go through so why not for the insurance too? Ive worked for all types of customer service companies, including finance and insurance, and that is usually how it works. Not good business in my opinion.

Don’t buy from this place, they are price gouging. They wanted $15,000 for a 2014 Toyota Camry with 140,000 miles and it has structural damage in the carfax. I don’t understand how they can justify their prices. That car is worth $8,000-9000 at best.* I talked to them and they do offer a warranty for 500. They said these prices are standard for by here pay here car dealership. I have been in bad situations financially but I would be crazy to sign a contract here. It’s a terrible idea

3-21-21 UPDATE---------------CHECK ENGINE LIGHT has been on and off for 3 months. I take it there EVERY/OTHER week on an off day!! At first I was just relieved that they were so kind and accommodating during the repair process but NOW I AM JUST OVER IT!! 3 weeks ago they took my car to a Specialist that replaced the Starter because it was having problems cranking...next day...SAME THING!! They then said that they would take it to the Nissan Dealership for a Diagnosistics Test but 3 weeks later that has yet to happen...now here I am with a full tank of gas and my car wont start after 20 mins of trying...battery running everything beeping not a sound on crank...ohh and of course all my payments are made but my car wont work!! BS!! OVER IT!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEWI am so happy I found this dealership. They offer a warranty oil changes and mechanics. Deedee is phenomenal! She was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Her patience is GOLDEN. Mr. Willie was so thorough and ensured that the truck I wanted was ready to go in a timely matter. He had the mechanics double check the truck and filled the tank up before I left. Lastly, Natalie was amazing not only did she make me the best coffee on a cold and rainy day she walked me through online information and went through all my paperwork in great detail!! When I first got my car from here it had a minor issue with it . My power steering had a leak . I called them told them the issue about it and they fixed it free of charge . Not bad of a company . Pretty good customer service. The lady in the waiting area bought us food for the long wait we had waited while our car was getting fixed as well . Very nice

Excellent service Natalie and great price on car.Edit: 10-22-2020Was forced to leave review on top of that. Haven’t had my vehicle for 30 days and had to return to manufacture for a total of 5 recalls. Had to pay for a rental out of my own pocket and literally took a lost. My car been in the shop for 3 days and just received a phone call that it will take more time to get my car out of shop. On top of that Kia rejected to pay for my rental coverages because it way past warranty even though I just purchased the vehicle September 19th 2020. So now I’m stuck without a car plus I lost money that I can’t get reimbursed. Very disappointed
I was desperate seen a truck Ive always wanted.Yes the process was super quick, best customer service on the planet. BUT they know that truck was a crime scene. Its my own fault for letting them sell me this truck. The dog hair, smell and what we believe to be blood that wont come out is a daily reminder of my hasty actions. None of the gauges work, its rigged in some many places my wiper switch look like a turbo boost switch. And again my fault for my hast. My tires have slow leaks and need to be replaced. Im just so sad about my choice. People get your credit in order so you wont have to deal with high down payments and even higher interest.

So far no good.... cant speak to the car I signed a contract for so far I have driven it a total of 2 hours. Thursday night I got it, Friday it sat, and Saturday, well lets just say I discovered it falls on line with a lemon. Took it to dealership specializing in my vehicle type. Simply put they said, less than 2 days take it back. Im allowing them to fix the problem first. So for now, I put money down and signed for something I dont have. Hope it works out, but I couldnt say Id send my enemy at this point. Sad face. Waiting on a lyft, feeling like a ghost in the lobby where they initially were so kind. (Monday)Its now Tuesday, its the transmission, and I just want out of this contract and my deposit back. I gave it time, but the energy changed. I want to feel comfortable and good about where I invest my money. This is not the time to waste anything which we all know based on the last year. Nothing is promised or guaranteed. Need a vehicle to work. This is wasting time and money. Please!

They sell bad cars, lock people into car notes, dont honor the I owe you for repairs and then you have to pay them for diagnostics and repairs of the bad car they sold. No grace period for the bi-weekly car note and the office staff are very rude and unprofessional
UPDATE 2 weeks into car. Needs over 2500.00 in repairs. I was told to finish down payment and their mechanic would look at it. Was told that wasnt gonna happen and I assumed all risk for buying used car. That may be true but I was really looking forward to having a good car. But after only 2 weeks it may not run without the repairs. first time on the car lot here and met John. He was very friendly, not too pushy, and very helpful. We looked at a few SUVs and he was very helpful in my final selection. Most dealerships have sales guys who are quite pushy and keep you from focusing. Kudos to the staff here and including the lady in the office too. Very down to earth people. I will be referring my friends and family and will be a repeat customer as well.

This was by far the MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had, especially with this being MY FIRST CAR on my Adulting journey. I came in an Mrs. DeeDee handle all my paperwork with care no issues. When I bought this car I told them from day one it seems like my transmission is going. My vehicle has been in and out of their shop and they claim nothing is wrong. I just recently had an alternator issue but the worst of it all is that it is a transmission issue. I was sold a lemon 🍋 from day one

I just bought a used car from Marietta Car Center and it was simply amazing. They have a very knowledgeable staff with an easy going environment. That made my car buying experience great. Most places you go to you leave feeling like you got screwed but with Guillermo and his staff. He made me feel like one of the family. Thats what I needed and the budget I was working with was ok. They had something for me, when I told my guy friends how much my car was and how easy it was. They were surprise and impressed. They expected I would have been lied to or cheated because I am a woman. That was so far from the truth. LOL, Where do I begin? Today marks the date that I make my second payment. Two days into having the car, my truck didnt start. Mind you, when i test drove the truck, i was told not to turn the car off because the battery was dead. That should have been red flag number one. I decided to get the truck because i liked it and the mileage was reasonable. While signing my documents, i was told that the mechanic was installing a brand new battery. THIS WAS A LIE. When my car didnt start that morning, they had someone come out almost immediately to install a new battery but, this is a horrible experience to be happening so early on. Not to mention i had to call out from work that day. As days went on, the bumper came half off. LMAO Apparently they just glue their cars together to hold long enough to get you to buy them. I also still have consistent problems with the truck starting. Sometimes it stalls and takes over 15 seconds to even turn over which is so embarrassing and other times, it doesnt start at all. Lastly, the payments are sky high. Youd think i was driving around in a 2020 Mercedes Benz or something. But, i guess thats the price you pay when your credit is questionable. I was told they dont give refunds and i cant back out of it. So im stuck with this janky vehicle which im sure wont even last a year. I will pay because thats what i agreed to when i signed on the dotted line. But i am a very unhappy customer and would encourage everyone to run for your life and dont purchase here. The ONLY good thing about this experience was the customer service from sales rep Sir. Hes awesome and very friendly. He made the experience pleasant. Everything else about it is trash.

I purchased a 2007 Chrysler today and the experience was great. There were no gimmicks or lies. The sales woman was nice and professional and he entire process took less than an hour and a half. I test drove the car put the money down got insurance and drove off. Very professional dealership with good cars with low miles. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
I needed a vehicle asap and in October of 2020 I got a 2013 dodge avenger that the picture on the website didnt show the damage on it. But I needed a vehicle so I got it.. 2 months later I had to bring it to get fixed took 2-3 weeks.. now July 2021 my car has so much going on and they had so many excuses of not having a tow which they claim when you purchase to always have SMH and then also state they dont know when it could be looked at or fixed after being in the shop but constantly calling for my payment and also calling others to make me pay.. one time something happened to my GPS probably because something was always wrong with the vehicle they made it seem as if I did something to disable it and was able to see me the same day 🤔🤔..

And I also received a cheap insurance monthly payment as well with a company that Marietta Car Center is affiliated with as well. Run while you have time. Don’t believe the hype. They’re unorganized and unaware what’s going on. They misinform customers about what’s needed to get them process on a application and also misinform customers about the vehicle they’re inquiring about just to make a sale. Staff is unprofessional and lack knowledge of what they’re selling. You have a new sales representative with no training and customer service skills. Cars have high miles and a lot of wear and tear on them. Please I advise you to do your research and scam through the paperwork. Because they won’t inform you about anything. I took those measures myself and found out the car I was interested in have been into a wreck and not from the dealership. Also the financial manager tried to me falsify documents just so she could make a sale. Steer clear of this place.
Came in on 2-28 looking to buy a car and spoke with Chris. We looked at few trucks and SUVs. Filled out the application and asked what I would be able to afford. This is my first time buying a car from the company and had a very pleasant experience. the process was fast, easy, and quick. They were also very helpful and had plenty of options for all credit situations. I also liked that their cars are very clean inside and out.
I contacted the dealership bc I was having extreme problems with a car that I purchased elsewhere just to get the feel of things and see what the atmosphere was.... over the phone they were extremely polite and listened to my questions. They answered all questions without hesitation. I asked that they send me the link for the application so that I could review it. Turns out it was a very simple application, made easier to fill it out and send it back quickly. Within about 30 minutes someone contacted me and said I was pre approved and asked for my email to send me a packet to fill out. The packet consisted of items needed to secure financing with them and a reference sheet! Again, simple! Only thing is you must provide 8 references complete with name address and phone numbers for all. Which is kinda hard considering I don’t know anyone’s address! Lol! I quickly worked that out and sent everything back. Again I was met with a follow up call form Phillip. Fast forward to a few day’s later, purchase day! The day I met the voice behind the phone calls, Philip! His dedication to providing exceptional customer service is superb! I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman or better quality customer service. I met who I would assume is the customer service manager his name is Willie. Another great experience! Then I met the finance manager a lady, I don’t recall her name exactly Shah.... maybe. I tell you all of these people are great and care about putting people in dependable cars with payments they can afford. There are NO GIMMICKS OR SNEAKY TACTICS HERE!!!! They even took me out to lunch and gassed the car up bf I left the lot! I’m more than happy with my beautiful “new to me ride”! I highly suggest you go here before going anywhere else! If I could give them more stars I would, 5 stars is an understatement!
I would love to leave an honest review without being attacked by the company as seen in other feedback from customers. My car buying experience was great, but I would like my rear view mirror fixed that was broken when I purchased the vehicle. I recently have went through A LOT of setbacks financially ( it’s life and things happen suddenly), but I manage to keep communication and if I’m late, it’s usually no more than a week and I communicate. There’s one guy in the finance department who is pretty rude. I think the staff can be a little bit more understanding sometimes. Also, my payments are due on Saturdays, and I would like to have the time to wake up before I am being called about my payment that just became due. I’d rather make my payments online, but I have to reset my password each time I log in, and it still won’t allow me to log in. How can automatic payments be set up so I won’t have to talk to anyone every two weeks. That would be quite helpful.

The car buying process with bad credit can be terrible, take it from this girl whom had a horrific experience with another dealer in Gwinnett county. William was patient and compassionate. He and Glen made me feel great about the purchase that I was making (and they let me ask ALL of the questions that I needed to without a problem.) Lied about payment arrangements,took my car after I tried to pay them all i had left was 500 to pay while I was away on duty in the field (army) and then made a payment arrangement for 1000 then after I paid it jumped it to 500 more dollars and when I asked why the lady told me because her management wouldnt allow her to do it so why make the deal in the first place... You making promises that she cant keep, theyve shut off my car by accident (which one of the other employees told me) and then tried to ask 300 from me so they could come pick it up tow it and fix it..then found rat droppings under the steering wheel and I figure its probably further back in the dash.. the car drove fine but needed work but other than that Id buy the car again but the staff has to go. Id still have that car had the staff not made a false promise.
I Love Marietta Car Center! I brought my vehicle and had some issues with it, I called and they said NO PROBLEM. They had my vehicle towed to their mechanic and gave me a new engine, Fixed my belts and fixed my power pump. To top all of that off they worked with my payments to accommodate me being with out my car. They are the best and very Friendly.
This is the kind of place you run from. I bought a red mustang. It took all day. Drove it home by 7:30 pm. Tired. Went to bed. I got in the car the next day around 1:00 that afternoon. Drove it to the gas station and tried to back up. It wouldnt. Transmission gone. He knew it before he sold me the carSo, after 15 hours of owning the car, I called him and hes saying he will pick the car up while charging me $100He further told me he didnt think I had transmission trouble. Well of course we went at it. I paid a tow company, not his people, to return the car. My next day off which was that Friday, I showed up for a fight. There were people on the lot and about 3-4 in the office. He looked up when I walked in and said You were right and handed me a check. He didnt want me to cause a scene with prospects in office and on property. He never said another word. I took the check which was conveniently lying next to his computer and leftHes strictly Dishonest. He makes sure the clause that states 72 hours is signed. Be smart. Take your hard earned money to a reputable dealer. They even offer 3 mos warranties. Stay clear of this dealer.

Where do I begin, my car started to over heat in the city of Atlanta at 6pm. I tried to drive to marrietta car center to get repaired when my car shut down and wouldn’t start on the side ofI-75n. I called marrietta car center at 6:55pm and the close at 7pm and am sure they were ready to go home and be with family just like all of us after a long day at work. Shah, the tow driver, and marrietta car center did not leave until me and my car was safe. I got a tow from them to the shop 1 hour after they should have been home. I am so thankful to all parties involved! Fyi I have rims and loud music so staying on the side of the interstate was a no go. Everyone come to marrietta car center and let them show you what selfishless, caring, affordable, and speedy service is all about!!!Thank you marrietta car center.... truly

The staff at MCC was extremely helpful today,Especially Chris. I came in this morning needing a vehicle, I made it clear how much I had to spend, what I was looking for in particular, and Chris jumped right into action. Never at any point did I feel pressured or obligated. We explored several different options and also test drove about 4 different cars. Never did the staff get impatient or pushy and always remained helpful. My experience today was very painless and easy. I would for sure recommend this dealership to anyone. Highly disappointed in this company and will never send family or friends there. Cut off my car when my payments have never been late and always on time. Turn around and blame it on a faulty gps. I am In the medical field and take care of patients. Was unable to get to an office where I was needed due to this issue. Will be reporting to the BBB. Had a good review at first then the true colors come out!
I bought my 2007 Chevy TrailBlazer from here last year. It runs great, had a few small dents in the body, no rusting. I drove it out of state like to Ohio, Florida, Alabama, etc. I’m giving it 4 stars because I called 2 days ago, to pay 2 months on my car note. I’m thinking the guy that answered the phone and helped me took the whole payment, but he didn’t. I’m now a day late of paying $9.00 (YES!! $9.00) and I’m calling as I type this since they opened (Google says) at 9am, but nobody’s answering. the only thing I dislike is when u are a day or so late, they completely shut down the website so u can’t make an online payment and have to call. They should fix that. Other than that, I’m grateful and I love my truck. Thank you!UPDATE: I finally got through. the lady that helped me this morning was so nice! I recommend this place if you’re looking for a car. Thank you for your help, ma’am .
This place is a complete rip off I thought it would be a good idea but Ive learned that they are Rude some liars and they Nag you constantly. I put 1500 on a broke down 2008 Buick lacrosse I could have had something way better. Just like the guy said they lied about payment I have four bad tires brake issues and more. Ive already put 500 into this car for maintenance havent even had it a Year yet. They threatened to disable my car for 42 dollars. These people are horrible and dont like to work with people I dont recommend this place. Take your money and Run

Ive always dreaded making a car purchase but John and team at Marietta Car Center made this experience nothing but pleasant. The application process was fast and simple and they have quality affordable vehicles. I left as a very happy consumer.
Please beware! Purchased a vehicle and warranty and was told the warranty would cover oil changes and more. Went to the Pep Boys I was referred to and was advised the type of oil change my car needs is not covered by warranty. Contacted Marietta Car Center to cancel my warranty and was giving the run around for days, then I was told I have to come to the office to sign paperwork to cancel the warranty. I drove 45 minutes to the office and was advised the person who handles the cancellation was at a different office and she will email me the forms to sign that day. I didn’t received the email, so I call the next day. After going back and forth with Lenite Curry about what I was told the previous day she finally emailed the cancellation forms and I made my car payment with her. Two days later I needed to go to the labor and devilery due to complications during my pregnancy and my car wouldn’t start. They enabled the the starter disabler due to me not paying 35 dollars for the warranty I no longer have. I was told the paperwork for the cancellation couldn’t be process because HR was out of the office for two days. Not sure what their Human Resources Depaetment would have to do with me and my account. Please find an company that knows what they are doing and that know customer service is important. Wish I could choose another company. Good luck.
I had a great, fast, and easy experience. Brad tried to help me the 1st time I came in but they were closing. Came back a 2nd time around, cause I def needed a vehicle, and Brad got me in a vehicle! Thanks to the Marrietta Car Center family for working with me.
My Experience with Chris was Courteous,i say courteous because he walked around the car lot with me being indecisive going back and forth getting keys to a lot of different vehicles. When it was time to make down payment he transported me to walmart to get the payment. He offered beverages as i waited for my insurance information to go through. The last, part was he got the car detailed for me with no extra fees. The overall experience was a good one it was relaxed experience with no pressure to buy.
Please do not go here. I just purchased a Cadillac CTS on April 5 2017. I drive off the lot the same day the car started smoking and running hot. I called them and they didnt answer the phone, went the next day they said they will take a look at it. They went under the hot clamped some wires together and said you good now. Took it home the next day got off work the car stopped and was smoking. I towed the car to them and they said we will fix it again. The next day they called and said your car is ready. I drove off the lot and got on the highway the car stopped again and wouldnt go past 40mph. They said they cant give me my money back or put be in another car. They are a scam please save your money because my 1300 down payment I put down they got that.... And will be blessed with something better.Never once did I hear from William... The manager or say I apologize. Renee general manager just called me and said that he said nothing was wrong with your car... Really so hope this saves someone else some trouble.
The first day of test drive my vehicle broke down or cut off. I still gave the dealer the benefit of the doubt by allowing them to so call fix the vehicle only to have the same or new problems show up. This is multiple visits and my wasted time to the dealers mechanic and still have problems. You give a good rating and the salesman goes off the radar, just listen to the other countless negative reviews,I regret I didnt.
I have been with Marietta Car Center for several years and I am now working on my third car. I would like to say, I am customer that is well pleased with the service here, the people are great, and the price is right. I never had any issues far as customer service. I mean they are just like Nationwide they are always on your side. Also, if I to grade them they are A one in my book. Penny was excellent she stayed even after it closed to make sure i was in my first car ! Dee Dee was heaven sent. She made a hopeless situation manifest into approval. I’m so grateful for this because other salesmen were lying to me and selling me a dream just to get a referral fee. Dee Dee took the sale out of the situation and saw a person who needed help. Occupation has nothing to do with character but Dee Dee character represented a woman who happens to be a salesperson with a heart! I recommend ALL WOMEN and men to go to her at Marietta Car Sales.

2022-04-12This place will give you the run around. The best person they have there is Ms.Shaw she’s been very helpful and very understanding. Most of their cars have high mileage and be over priced. They’ve recently changed their payment process and I’ve always paid my car note on time but since the new process they’ve had a misunderstanding and I have my receipt from paying it the new way ON TIME this past Friday and they turned it off on Monday by the time I got off work. But thanks to Shaw after my husband getting in contact with her she handled it and it was back on. But when I called there some lady named Kadeja simply stated it was nothing they could do.

2022-07-26The prices of these cars are ridiculous and should be illegal. They are preying on people in need. I know its easier said than done but youre better off working your tail off to build your credit to be able to get a fair priced vehicle. Read the reviews!!!! Not just the supposedly good ones, filter to the one star reviews. I literally read them as we say and waited to meet with the finance department. I went here with my friend a few days ago and felt so bad for her that she was about to sign a contract for an overly priced car that would likely not be reliable based on several of these reviews. She has kids and I dont think its fair these prices. I am a finance major and the numbers dont make sense. Im glad I was there to talk some sense into her. Run as fast as you can. I ultimately loaned her money to get a used car outright rather than payments on a high priced used car here. At least she wont owe me interest. Shame on this dealership
