Ive lived here for the last several years (since 2016) and of all the thousands of dollars we spent for this 2 bdrm 2 bath, the singular most IRRITATING issue (among many) is the fact that the gym isnt open 24 hours. Ive told management on countless occasions that someone keeps locking the gym before the alleged closing time of 10PM. I work full time and I can go to the gym either in the early AM or late PM and its always locked. Management has done nothing about it and at this point Im past infuriation. Then they have the absolute NERVE to raise the rent. No one (accept for Ty) is helpful in the main office and they charge WAY TOO MUCH money to go through the things weve been through here. They take advantage of the fact that its close to the new SunTrust stadium so theyre literally expensive for nothing. BTW - Im typing this at 7:32PM watching someone hop the fence because the gate is locked (once agian).
Highly recommend this place is quite, clean and the apartment is decent. I want to shoutout to AMY shes incredible worker, professional and very hospitable and also to tyrone his awesome worker too. For maintenance team they very friendly & courteous. One I notice need to improve is to have more access for trash locations in every corners of the community and expand the laundry facility thats all but overall I love this place. Keep up the great work!
Hands down, Five star manager & staff! Ive lived here almost two years & Angela the manager has been a God send to my family. I have never lived in a rental where the property manager takes initiative, is hands on & personable with tenants, and keeps a friendly staff on board that welcomes you like family. Angela, and Ty aka Tyrone (The superb leasing agent) were there when I first moved in( the OGs) & have gone above and beyond to assure my stay here was comfortable and safe. They have never waivered in their professonial yet admirable personalities and no matter what went wrong were always on it! It goes without saying, a property is as good as its property manager & thats hard to come by! Thank u Angela for helping me through the roughest moments and being your amazing genuine self 💓 BTW the apartments are safe, modern and Pest Free!
I lived here for 4 years and I enjoyed my time at Marietta Crossing. The community was generally quiet and I never had any issues with neighbors or anyone in the leasing office. Maintenance completed all my requests promptly, typically within 24 hours. The complex is right off I-75 and it would take me about 12 minutes to get to Downtown Atlanta if there was light traffic. Thankfully I didnt need it, but during the the height of the COVID pandemic, they also offered rent payment plans to assist those whose incomes were affected. My move out was simple and easy and they were even accommodating when I had to unexpectedly push my move-out date back a week. The only downside would be that only one of the one-bedroom floor plans has washer/dryer hookup.
Me and my girlfriend have been staying here for basically a year . May makes our 12 months , and we will NOT be renewing the lease for many reasons . I’m currently posting this at 10:45 am , about 30 mins ago me and girlfriend who is 28 weeks pregnant was woken up out our sleep for a “maintenance” call . I do not know this woman name as she’s a new face but she was Spanish , with reddish hair and wears glasses . She started complaining about a mop and bucket and some shoes I use to work in being outside and called my items “trash” . She asked me to remove the items because it didn’t “look good” I refused this is when the bad customer service came in at . For one I could not understand her English so she got a very nasty attitude when I asked her to repeat herself. She then threatened to “call my dad” like i’m some teenager or child for not removing MY items from MY porch . For one I pay the rent here not my dad I felt very disrespected and to be honest I feel this happened because we are not renewing. Let me give you guys a little more information pass all these good reviews. For one the water is not clean at all . We’ve had days when we had to wait hours for the water to come out clear . Parking is horrible we hate when we have groceries because it’s such a long walk to the apartment from the parking lot . We put in a work order for the ceiling because it was peeling they came in a timely manner but did a poor job at fixing it , they applied old ceiling mix and didn’t clean up afterwards it was paint and the popcorn residue from the ceiling everywhere which I had to clean up , not to mention the ceiling peeled off in less then 2 hours because of such a poor job they did . I didn’t even bother calling them back because of how they didn’t clean up last time . Another thing to watch out for is black mold . As i said earlier my girlfriend is 28 weeks pregnant and near the air conditioner is a window that’s above the unit , black mold is everywhere under the windshield . Overall when you decide not to continue leasing they treat you like trash . I can’t speak for the rest of the staff but the Spanish lady at the office definitely has a lot to work on .
Marietta Crossing is by all means the best place to work.Property Manager Angela go beyond to help the residents in the community.Gerald the Assistant Property Manager fair and always try to help all tenants as much as he can.Tyrone and Paskall Leasing Consultation are amazing and a pleasure to work with. The staff at Marietta Crossing are a great team they get the job done with a smile.
Marietta crossing is a very nice community. The lady (who’s name I can’t remember) was lovey and very helpful when I did my tour. I was actually going to go ahead and put in an application for it! The renovated apartments we great. Very clean and a perfect amount of space. Though the price point just to have an in unit washer and dryer was honestly crazy 😦. I absolutely loved the apartments and if you can afford it by all means. In competition with neighboring Apartments w/ in unit w/d WITH renovations their prices are skyrocket. I was really disappointed :( I really did love them, and they were the closest to school.
I moved into the apartments about 2 months ago and it’s been nothing but great to us from the front office team down to the maintenance team. They don’t treat you like any other apartment complex where they want the rent money and done with you. They go above and beyond from walking into the office they know everyone name personally that feels good to always doing something for the community like events for kids and adults. Property is always clean and well kept up I’m absolutely pleased with my apartment love it.
The staff at Marietta Crossing are fabulous to work with. They make you feel like a part of their community, not just a resident. Being new to the area Amy has gone out of her way to share some of her favorite places to visit with my husband and I. We are really happy so far! Lots of space in the apartment, quick maintenance responses and friendly neighbors. :)
Worst customer service Ive dealt with in a very long time. This company was apart of unjust Tow from the parking lot where my family lived and claimed to not have anything to do with the fact that it was towed. After weeks of back and forth on the phone with the tow company and the leasing office, I was sent in circles by the leasing office promising that they would speak with the tow company and help get the situation resolved. Instead, I was treated as if I was a burden to their daily operations with handling phone calls. I was hung up on by the female manager (Angela) and lied to by the male manager (Gerald). Both told me that they did not have the car towed but when I insisted on calling with the tow company on a three way call the manager Angela hung up on me blatantly so that she did not have to fess up to the incorrect information that she was giving on both sides. Either way it goes we are stuck with a towed car in jeopardy of being crushed by the tow company. This apartment complex is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
Let me take a few minutes to brag on Ty. Ty is truly amazing man. He made my leasing experience seamless. From the very first conversation we had, I explained to him what I was looking for and boy did he deliver. As soon as we got off the phone, He sent me an email with the two floor plans of the one bedroom unit they had available as well as details on what I needed to apply. Two days later, I visited the two units and applied for my apartment the same exact day.Now as far as the apartment itself, I love it. Marietta Crossing is located in a really good neighborhood. Central to many locations with interstate75 literally two minutes away.My apartment is upgraded, hardwood floors in my entry way, kitchen and bathroom, and carpet elsewhere. The kitchen has black stainless steel appliances with a really deep sink. Only thing I wish I had was a pantry but I can make do with one side of my cabinets. My living room is so huge that I can block off half of it to turn that into my toddler playroom. My bathroom is larger than the normal size lengthwise, it even has a nice vanity area that I can convert into a makeup area in the bathroom instead of putting my vanity in my room.My bedroom is very huge, once again more than enough space to share with my son. He literally has his own side in my room with his toddler bed. I’m very happy that I have a fan in my room. My closet is a walk-in closet that has three racks for clothing. The day of move in, I had my walk through with Ty. The next day I found a few minor issues in my apartment but literally two hours after me putting in my work order, one of the maintenance guys came and fixed every single one of my issues. I hope they continue to be this efficient.I’ve already had a package delivered at my doorstep. No one stole my package. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my move. It has been 1 week since living at Marietta Crossing and I couldn’t be more happy. Looking forward to trying out the gym and taking my son to the pool and playground this summer. If you read my review to the bottom of this message, go ahead and call Marietta Crossing to schedule your apartment tour with Ty. You won’t regret it.
We have loved making this place our home. The staff here are friendly, timely on getting back to you, and such great support through the process. The amenities are fabulous and everything is so organized and clean. My husband and I could not be happier with our first spot being Marietta Crossing to start our family! Tyrone has been a HUGE help for us applying. He is so patient & made it seamless for us to move in. He will go above & beyond for you!
Living here has had its ups and downs, but I think the apartment complex tries its best the majority of the time to accommodate tenants. Angela & Ty are the main POC and they do a good job.The maintenance team is awesome, and they respond fairly quickly on tickets. I appreciate them and their laid back & friendly demeanor.
My wife and I lived at the Marietta Crossing for about 2 years and we had a great experience living there. Ty was our leasing agent and he took good care of us. The maintenance was very responsive. We had a few issues with the apartment during that period of time, but they fixed right away. For the area, I would say is probably the best community around Delk Rd.
My move in was so smooth and easy. This is my first time living on my own and they have made this a great experience so far. The staff is amazing, the neighbors are friendly and my apartment is wonderful!!! I love it so much I got my cousin to move out here and get an apartment as well. We are excited to be neighbors and a resident of Marietta Crossing!!!
I absolutely love living here. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The leasing staff is friendly and professional. I’ve been living here for 4 months now and I love it so much that I’m moving my mom into the complex as well. Maintenance is fast professional and they actually know what the heck they’re doing. Adriana and Angela are super stars. They really work to make sure everyone is happy. If I need anything they’re always willing to help. I plan on being here for a long time.
I have lived in a studio apt in this neighborhood for the past year, and it has been a great experience. Here are my thoughts from living here:- NEIGHBORHOOD: I like that its a gated neighborhood. There have been times where the entrance gate was broken here and there, but always fixed pretty quickly. Never had an issue with the exit gate to leave. Neighborhood itself is quiet, so no issues with noise. People who live here have always been friendly when when Ive passed by them. The gym is on the smaller size, but I didnt have an issue with this since I personally just didnt go to the gym often. The pool is also beautiful, but I never really hung out there due my own lack of interest in going.- MANAGEMENT: Management is WONDERFUL here, which I think makes a HUGE impact on apartment-living satisfaction. Everyone in the front office is always warm and welcoming. Any time I had questions, they answered them promptly and patiently (especially Ty and Adrianna!!!). They also do a great job of keeping tenants in the loop with neighborhood announcements or alerts about the various fun events they plan through the resident portal so that I never miss anything important.- STUDIO APARTMENT: The apartment was clean when I moved in. Ive made a few work requests throughout my stay here (ex. asking for a deadbolt on the main door to feel safer, problem with kitchen sink dripping, asking for the porch light to be fix). Work requests are easy to put in via the website, and all my requests were fixed within 1-2 days. No washing machine/dryer in the apartment, but there is a neighborhood laundromat that can be used that requires a small fee. The lack of laundry services in my unit was inconvenient, but I knew about it coming into my lease. I wish the air conditioning/heating unit was more updated, as you cant really adjust for a certain temperature to be set automatically. However, it did what it was supposed to do.- OVERALL: I enjoyed staying in this neighborhood. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know. The monthly rent cost was reasonable, especially for this area being around the Braves stadium. The only reason Im leaving is due to changes in my job. Otherwise, I would definitely stay!
FIVE STARS!This was by far my FAVORITE experience renting an apartment since moving to Georgia! When I called the leasing office to get information, Ty assisted me and gave me all of the information I needed to know. He didn’t rush me and gave me of the details I needed to know in order to make my apartment selection. The next day, I went back to the leasing office and received my keys the same day! The apartment is beautiful. I did a walk through and checked the sinks, fridge, walls, A/C, EVERYTHING was perfect. These apartments are also in a great location and safe area, I am SO glad I picked this complex to live in!Even though we are experiencing a pandemic, the staff here was friendly, available, and gave me excellent customer service. I also noticed that the entire staff treats everyone with the same respect, from the people in the leasing office to the Maitnence men. Very friendly community!!
I will be moving here on the 19th and I must say I’m excited. I have to brag on some people. Amy is the sweetest person. From the time I went to talk to her till the moment I left. She really shows compassion in what she does. She showed me a couple of places and really explained how the process works with applying. Now I’m going to brag on Ty! He is just amazing. He was very helpful with the process of applying. I was so nervous and doubtful but he kept my hopes up. Once I was approved, he called very excited which made me more excited. He has been communicating with me, answering any questions I have, and informs me on a lot. This is my first time having my own and they are making the experience exciting. Thank you for making my experience worth wild. I can’t wait till I move and start this journey.
I give this place 5 stars without a doubt. Tanita was so great helping me get my apartment before I even moved to Georgia a couple of months ago. I just moved here from San Antonio and everyone made me feel so welcomed. The leasing staff are the best Ive ever seen. They are all so professional and sweet and very understanding in different situations. They even make the kids feel welcomed by giving them snacks sometimes. The maintenance crew are always fixing things in a timely manner and the property is always kept so nice. Im so closed to everything in this area. I couldnt have picked a better place. Keep up the great work guys.
Angela with a smile for the win! The units are nice and amenities/grounds are very well maintained, every neighbor I have interacted with has been pleasant. I have to say that the big difference between this complex and others is the leasing and maintenance staff. Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming, it makes you just want to hang out there all day (plus, they have yummy snacks). Maintenance staff works very hard and non-stop all over the place to make sure things as they should.
There are plenty of places for rent and live but this place is where you go to live in a place that definitely feels like home. Ty made the application process super simple. His timely responses to any questions that arose along the way was exceptional. The leasing office is attentive during the process. They make sure to make you feel like this is home from day 1!Unfortunately I was late meeting Ty to finalize my paperwork and but he stayed beyond his shift to finalize my paperwork, and give me a tour of my new apartment. He was absolutely terrific at greeting and making me feel welcomed. In addition he is professional, knowledgeable, patient and readily assist you! Thanks again Ty!!!

Greatest place ever! I absolutely love the complex and all of the staff here at the Jasmine at Marietta Crossing. As I have lived here for two years, I have always had a great experience. All of the leasing agents are professional and very understanding, the complex is very clean, the environment is very relaxed and quiet. I highly recommend the Jasmine at Marietta Crossing Apartments.
I absolutely love it here at Jasmine at Marietta Crossing. The staff here is always very kind and the complex is always very clean all around. Even through my hardest times, the door was always open when I needed the most help and I am very happy to be a resident here at Jasmine at Marietta Crossing. Highly recommended!!
I have had only a pleasant experience as a former tenant at Jasmine apartments. The office crew was always very pleasant and helpful and always addressed my concerns. I especially had a great experience with Tanita in the office who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were being met and I remained a satisfied resident. The only reason I moved is that I recently purchased a home, otherwise I would’ve stayed since it is such a great community with so many amenities and events offered! I will miss this close knit community.
Just moved into one of the studio apartments, and I can already say that it feels like home. Id like to highlight the staff, everyone here is friendly, involved and very helpful. Ty especially has been great! He has made the moving process run seamlessly and enjoyable. The complex is kept up very well and is located in a peaceful and accessible location.
I have been living here a year and I must say I love these apartments. They make you feel so at home and welcomed and assist you with anything you need assistance with. Very peaceful environment as well they also do outside maintenance to keep the sidewalks and yards cleaned. Amazing chill and pool area as well very peaceful and spacious never crowded. They also make you feel like family as well even host complex events so that your aren’t just strangers to neighbors and throughout the complex.
Ive seen a ton of apartment complexes and lived in about 5 in the Atlanta area. I have to say Jasmine at Marietta Crossing ranks very high on my list for a number of reasons. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff - believe me, its not always easy to find courteous people working at a leasing office... they are super nice at first to get you to sign a lease and then.... Oh well, these guys are really cool (thumbs up Ty!). Grounds are well maintained, apartments are nice enough, and they keep people entertained with events and stuff... so yeah, I would recommend this community to anyone who wants a nice peaceful location with super friendly staff but doesnt want to break the bank!
Ive been here for nearly half a year now and Im happy with the management and service. I think the staff is very responsive and friendly. Maintenance people are cool as well. That said, I also know from being in hospitality that service is a two-way street so asking politely can go a long way :).My apartment is in good condition and everything works well.. Water pressure could be a tad stronger and the residents upstairs could stomp a little less over my bedroom... but all in all, I think its a great deal.
I moved in on October 2019. The staff is awesome. Tanita was amazing through my whole process. She called to follow up on when I was going to move in. Ty is such a wonderful young man. Adrianna is so good as well. I always wanted to live at this property and now that I do it has been an amazing experience. When I first walked in the apartment I feel in love.
My family and I have lived in this community for 7+ years and I wouldnt have it any other way. We visited several different communities, before settling here; and, this one is definitely top of the line. Other than the location, we were and still are attracted to the cleanliness and safety. We definitely feel wanted and appreciate. The communitys greatest asset is its staff. You will never meet another group of friendly, caring and professional people. If you enjoy the family atmosphere this is definitely the place to be. Thank you!
Love jasmine Marietta crossing. I have been living here for almost 1 year. They have the cheapest rental apartments with the best quality in all of Marietta. They are really close to the highway, and they are fast to respond to service request. The apartments grounds are always very clean. The staff are incredibly patient and kind. especially Adrianna, Tanita, Ty,Angela and Nicole.I would definitely recommend this community.
I want to say Thank you for the great experience you all gave me in my 2 years living at Jasmine at Marietta Crossing.I have never seen a Manager like Angela, she is so involved in the community. When I had a request, she took the time to make an appointment to come and inspect my apartment. She found the best resolution for me and guided me through my maintenance issue. The Maintenance team did a great job, they were quick and very professional. It is so easy to talk to Angela, she understands and helps with an amazing smile.I’m so sad to leave my Jasmine at Marietta crossing family, even though I know I can always come back. I will keep referring friends and family to you guys.I gave them a 5 stars because from the moment I moved in I knew I was in the best hands. Now is time for my married life to begin in our New Home.Again, thank you Angela, Adrianna, Ty, Nicole and Tanita for the great customer service.Jess
I love jasmine Marietta crossing. I have been living here for almost 4 years. They have the cheapest rental apartments with the best quality in all of Marietta. They are really close to the highway, and they are fast to respond to service request. The apartments grounds are always very clean, and there are no roaches!!!! The leasing office staff are exceptional , especially Adrianna and Angela!
I will start saying that I totally recommend this apartment complex. Lived here for a year and I was really happy with everything. Clean, quiet neighborhood with very nice amenities. The staff always goes above and beyond. Also I will like to thanks Tanita with everything that she did for me when I was unable to get there on time because of hurricane Maria hitting me back home. She did a fantastic job communicating and assuring me that my unit will be available whenever I was able to get in. Super diligent and happy with the way I was treated here.
This is by far one of the cleanest properties that I have seen in metro Atlanta. The office staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. It seems to be a nice, and secure neighborhood. I have also noticed a few family friendly events held by the staff.I would definitely recommend Jasmine at Marietta Crossing to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood to live in. Its also very close to the interstate, so that helps.
So I came in last week to look at a unit and I didnt have much time and was going to come back. Ty said that he would just ask me a few questions so I was only looking at the units that would work for me. Very nice community. Quiet and I loved the fact that theres a dog park. The pool area looks amazing. I like that its right off the highway. I was only previewing cause our lease isnt up til the first of the year, but this is definitely one of the top choices. I got the vibe that the staff really appreciates their residents
I have been leaving in this community for 7+ months now & its a very good experience till date. Apartment community is very spacious & in good locality. The leasing staff is very nice & helpful. I had a few maintenance requests which was addressed in timely manner. They do organize partys for family & kids & its really appreciable.Overall I enjoy living in this community.
I’ve lived here for 3 years and I wouldn’t trade this place for the world. The location is PERFECT - close proximity to all things social and necessary. The community is my favorite attribute. Staff makes sure that we always have a great sense of community with one another. Peaceful neighborhood where everyone is respectful And friendly. Clean, modern, updated with an amazing Maitenance crew. FIVE STARS - NOT LEAVING !
I must say I must eat crow and take back my statement from an earlier post....Communication is everything. ..After speaking with the Sr.Leasing Officer of Jasmine of Marietta Apartment all my concerns and issues were correctef within 2 weeks...She had a contractor to come out pressure washed and treat my roof to eliminate those Georgia Roaches...I an can truly say Roaches and spiders Gone! Again, I truly want to apologize for the statements last month and they reduce the gas bill due to deployment as well...I am getting the gas turned back on tomorrow which is my responsibility in the lease agreement that I signed..I have been here 4 years and as in any community there are bumps and hills but just having a conversation will always keep the community connected..WITH MUCH RESPECTJESSICAI.
Jasmine at Marietta Crossing is by far the best living community!!! First impression, amazing!!! They welcome you in like family making you feel at home. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Angela, the property manager is AWESOME!! Shes always there to help when needed. She actually CARES about your situation and tries her best to resolve any issues we may have. Adrianna, Nicole and Ty are awesome and helpful as well. They treat you with the utmost respect. The community stays clean and they have fun community events so you can get to know your neighbors.
So far so good! I moved here from midtown Atlanta after graduating college to be closer to my job in Marietta, and the commute is great because its very close to the expressway. The only downside about that is turning onto Powers Ferry Place from Delk Rd can be a bit tricky because of the TWLT median and adjacent restaurants and gas stations, but once youre aware of it, it hasnt been a problem for me.As far as my actual apartment, I can honestly say I LOVE IT, and it was very affordable for me. Now I got the fully renovated model so I can only speak for those layouts, not the older models. I had one maintenance request about a clogged tub, and it was fixed in about a day. Everyone in the office has been very nice to me, and they even have events every now and again. I havent interacted with many of my neighbors but the ones I do pass occasionally seem okay. I end this with saying that Im not a very picky person so if youre anal you might disagree with my review. I just care about my place being affordable, clean, pest free, and decent management, and I get that here. Id recommend my friends to stay here.
I moved from Texas to Atlanta last month and I came up across Jasmine at Marietta Crossing searching on the web prior to my move. I worked with basically all the Leasing staff while my application was processing, and I have to say that they were beyond my needs. I asked them to send pictures of my future apartment so I had a better perspective of the apartment and I have to say that I was so impressed by this Community. they not only send me pictures of the apartment but all the different amenities I will be using. They even give me a Welcome Gift and a Welcome card (Sooo Sweet :)) !!!!! I would recommend Jasmine at Marietta Crossing to anyone looking to move to a great community near the city... really 15 min from Downtown Atlanta.Gates are always closed, Laundry room is clean, pool looks amazing, no bugs in the apartments... Im just so happy to be here !!!Great Job you guys! keep up the energy it is very contagious !
I just finished signing a lease here and I must say that throughout the entire experience not only were Ty, Nicole, and Tanita super hospitable, but they were professional, patient, and determined in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The apartment community is very clean, well maintained, and welcoming. I am very happy to be able to come and be part of this community :D.
I just moved into my first apartment and I am glad that I chose Marietta Crossing. Tyrone was my lease agent who worked with me and was very patient and considerate to some of the hurdles I was going through in order to move in. All the staff are very friendly and professional when it comes to knowing the property and helping the residents. I’m glad I moved here.
This place has been great. Tanita at the front desk has gone above and beyond to help my wife and I with everything we needed. We moved here from out of state , sight unseen , and she described the place perfectly and has helped with every step of the process to make this move go smoothly. All the staff have been welcoming and the town house was everything we expected. Pool and tennis courts are great and the grounds are kept very clean.
Do not rent from here. They are overcharging you to live near the junkies at the drury inn & motel six which are a mile away. My car got broken into multiple times, the floors would randomly leak water, they have a roach problem & when your lease is up and you try to leave they’re going to charge you $2000, you’re better off finding somewhere else to stay.
Ive lived here for almost 3 weeks now and love my apartment and the complex. Tanita in the leasing office has been helpful since day 1. The maintenance team has been on point. Everyone has been friendly and acknowledges you, inlcuding the residence. (And not in a creepy way).I would definitely recommend this community.
The staff here is freaking AWESOME! Very responsive, easy to talk, and they actually do follow up calls! Its a bit disappointing at times when water has to be shut off randomly, but other than that, the community is safe and quiet. There is always parking, and the grass is always cut!
Very easy application process! Ty was very pleasant each time I walked in he greeted me with a smile. Very friendly and professional staff. Responded promptly each time I contacted them, and walked me through the process to move in as soon as possible! Property is beautiful, neighborhood is quiet. I hope to be here for many years!
Finally find my new home! Cozy, great location, great amenities... Marietta Crossing Offer all the things I was looking for. The office staff is super responsive and they will guide you through the process to make sure is as smooth as possible!I recommend this place to you!Lauren🐳
Im writing this review as a resident from the past who meant to write a review a long time ago but Im a true and proud procrastinator. Jasmine is one of the best things that happened to me when I moved to GA. I lived there for 8.5 years and whenever I pass the place, to this day, wonderful memories come up. I was there long enough to start off with an amazing staff, watch a not so great few folks come to run the office, then see another super star staff and maintenance crew who cared about the residents take back over. I was there for all the cool upgrades that happened as the area was growing and becoming more popular. Living in 3 different style apartments and seeing others due to old neighbors that I loved and hung out with, I can most definitely say that it has something for everyone. Being so close to the interstate was perfect wether you had to travel north or south. On top of the conveniences, it was also home. I was 23 when I moved there and 32 when I moved out. I grew as an adult here. All of my great memories in Atlanta and Marietta that happened before I got married happened while I was living at Jasmine. When I met my then boyfriend and got engaged, the staff even celebrated with me. Neighbors from my days living there came to my wedding. It was such a wonderful home. Absolutely everything I wanted and needed as I came out to GA to chase the dream. I love Jasmine so much that if I ever have a daughter I plan on naming her after the place. Which Im not sure how she will feel about being named after an apartment complex, but she will just have to deal because thats how much I freaking loved that place. Its the only apartment community that I lived in here in the state of GA and I have absolutely no regrets! Not sure if this review is what those of you reading are looking for, but Im using this review to express my love to a place that was such a blessing in my life! Long live Jasmine!
Everything was smooth, fast, & perfect just like they said it was going to be. They staff is very persistent and keep you up with what’s going on in the community via email & letter. The staff (Ty, Nicole, and Angela) was AMAZING! I recommend this community for anyone. It’s so peaceful, clean, and safe. The price is definitely is worth it all. I know I made the right choice. Have a blessed day.
Amazing staff that goes above and beyond for tenants. If everything falls through for me I will return. The staff are incredibly patient and kind. They will treat you right and you will not be disappointed. Special thanks to Tye for his patience with me. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is interested. I have my share of problems and the staff was so gentle and kind with me. Thanks Guys!!!! You’re amazing.
First off, the leasing agents are friendly HOWEVER they do not get things done in a timely manner. The 2 stars are only for the friendliness..To be honest, I moved to this apartment complex because I waited till the last minute to look for an apartment and a friend of mine told me about it. This was the cheapest of the 3 I looked at and I think I caught a break on the price bc online it was cheaper but in office they told me a different price. Which is FALSE ADVERTISINGPros1. Bathroom has a good area space.2. Closet space is descent3. The carpet was clean4. Overnight maintenance is greatCons1. Time management - never have I been to an apartment complex that takes almost a month to see whether youre approved or not2. The cabinets are chipped in the BATHROOM & KITCHEN. Small spots of Paint is on the bathroom surfaces3. Kitchen is SMALL OMG.. Your stomach touch the sink while your back touch the stove.. need to upgrade appliances.. did not come with a microwave. My sink was dirty. Had food in the sink.4.Why is the a $75 cleaning fee prior to move in? Dont you pay that after you move out if you dont clean up ..5. The ventilation in my bedroom is horrible. I cant feel cold/heat through the vent. All said and done, I will not recommend this apartment complex. The prices are too much, especially for old appliances..
I enjoyed my stay here. The staff from top to bottom is top notch. Any and all issues were resolved in a timely manner. I would like to have extended my stay there. Do to cost of living increase in the area, I had to relocate away from the stadium. I would recommend living there to anyone looking to move into that area.
The Jasmine Marietta staff are amazing people very courteous very professional. They make my living experience in this complex wonderful. I also work from home and because of the wonderful atmosphere, both living and working from home is pure joy. If it wasn’t because I was raised to buy a home, I would stay here indefinitely. THANKS!!
I love the leasing team there but the manager herself is so unprofessional. I came as a prospect recently but left as nothing more then that because Of her character. You should always act your best as a manager/the highest chain of command at the property because you never know who’s around. I will not be staying there, nor will I recommend it.
I love that its quiet here. Lots of trees and the pool is BEAUTIFUL. I like the little nook up top with the swing. The pool is closed on Mondays though. Not that it really matters with the weather now, but when I went to ask about it Ty told me about the cleaning schedule and how they would rather have it closed on a Monday than during the weekend. That made sense. He’s always happy and smiling. Even offered me a Pellegrino since he remembered I don’t drink alcohol. Great community.
I recently came to visit this property as I am gearing up to move. The staff was very welcoming as soon as I entered the leasing office. They answered all of my questions and never got frustrated with me. The apartment I toured was really nice! Definitely on my list to apply!
Roaches roaches roaches!!! And when you get pest control nothing changes. The pest control people will tell you that its you and no one else has them. Noisy neighbors over crowded complex. Me and my fiancé has been here for eight months and when our lease is up we are out of here. Management seems to genuinely try to help but nothing really changes for the better. Rusty pipes and hard water has actually caused my skin to break out, we ended up buying shower filters. The functionality of the apartment sucks youll find that in the smaller two bedroom there are no linen closets or storage what so ever. Its really odd how the place is made. Like caveman are meant to live here. Everything is pretty much make shift itll look good before you move in and then cabinet draws and shower rods start to fall off and apart.
I came to Jasmine at Marietta Crossing to just gather information because of the good rep, but I was not prepared for the experience I received. TY Bacon was amazing! He gave great customer service made me feel welcome and excited. This is how you should feel when finding the right home. He gave me his full attention and made sure he was communicating clear and concise. I look forward to making this my home. Thanks Ty !
My 4 stars is for the people here. The office workers, the maintenance crew, and the neighbors. We have lived here for a year and havent had any continuous issues. (Our car was broken into but I believe that was some kids handy work. I dont believe the price matches what you get. We pay over $1000 a month. Parking is far from our unit which sucks during the summer trying to manage kids and groceries in the heat. The kitchen is closed off, small, and needs updating. The bathrooms (or at least the master) should have a soaking/garden tub. It just would be nice to get your monies worth for the price you end up paying.
This has been a GREAT experience for me considering all the things I was dealing with at this time. I was in the process of closing my home in Iowa and relocating to Georgia. I was so STRESSED out and nothing was going according to plan. The agent Ty was working with me and let me tell you.. he is EVERYTHING!He eased my worries and worked with me through all the issues, he was a life saver and I will forever be grateful! I spoke with Angela? And her voice just conforted me over the phone.😊 I have not met either of them in person.. but they have made a GREAT 1st IMPRESSION! Your staff is everything🙏
Ive been here less than a month and already plan to move at the end of this lease. The positive is that everyone Ive met in the Leasing Office and maintenance are VERY nice. They are warm and friendly each time Ive talked with them.Negatives:1. The apt was supposedly move-in ready but was dirty and needed repairs before moving in. The leasing agent failed to put the maintenance work orders in so I had to reach out for help. I got at least 2 of the issues addressed.2. Ive been dealing with heating/cooling ventilation issues the past 2 weeks. A tenant shouldnt have to pump their a/c more to cool their apt due to air vents failing. The 1st maintenance guy said little air coming through the living room & kitchen vents is normal bc theyre furthest away. In a 828sf apt there is no excuse except lack of maintenance on the system over the years building up to duct work issues or the layout of the duct work is poor to start with. After pushing the issue, now they need to open up the ceiling to repair duct work, but theyve failed to communicate anything to me in 1 week despite now the system barely blows cool air!!! I submitted a ticket for that on Sunday night. Its now Thursday night. Ive not been contacted and maintenance hasnt been to my home yet. My saving grace right now is the cool weather lately, but who wants doors open to smell people smoke, yell, conversate and blast their music???3. On the Residential Portal, it shows I have a zero balance. I sent an email through the portal on Sunday also asking about this and if there will be a prob if I try submitting a payment...once I know what my payment is. I still havent heard from anyone.4. I JUST received a letter yesterday (10/25) with my bill owed for rent and water. Im being charged extra line items no one told me of before moving in, I still show a $0 balance online and Im getting this bill 6 days before due.5. No storage space for paying $915/mo. None whatsoever.6. Tiny kitchen but huge dining room?!7. Chipped up & unclean countertops in kitchen and bathroom.8. Grease sometimes drips onto my clean pans stored inside the stoves pots & pan drawer. Mind you...Ive only cooked at home 6 times and none included grease!!!Choosing to sign a lease after noticing #5-7 is my fault. I should of gone elsewhere, but I needed a place ASAP. #1-4 is inexcusable and the primary reasons I cant wait to leave. Being friendly and nice will not pay my increased electric and gas bill or answer financial questions. Very unfortunate situation.
I just want to say the entire front office are super courteous. I havent even moved in yet and it already feels like I have. If this is what I have to look forward to it then I feel Ive made the right choice. Ty is a jewel and delivers nothing less than 5 star customer service. I cant wait to move in.
The apartments are specious and clean. Management is responsive to any requests and are ager to accommodate tenants. It only receives 4 stars out of 5 because there are no in-unit washer and dryer. There an in-complex washer and dryer facility, but it is not centrally located, which means tenants in buildings at the other end of the complex will have to drive to do laundry. The same can be said about waste collection. There is a central trash compactor location which is outside of the complex. This means tenants will have to place the trash in their vehicles and drive it, at least once per week, to the collection site. This is highly inconvenient.
My boyfriend and I lived here for our first year in Georgia and loved it!!!! Ty is a wonderfully soul and gave me a tour via FaceTime from New York and I was sold! They made moving in super easy and were some welcoming. Tanita is my GIRL and she always made sure that my needs were met while living there. It has on sight laundry and a really nice pool😎. I was 5 minutes from life university and my job. Jasmine is a hidden gem off of delk road. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe beautiful home near Atlanta. Keep up the good work guys 👍💕
This is a cheap and fully loaded apartment community. Oh did I say fully loaded. Yes loaded with roaches. When we leased an apartment here in the month of June of 2013 we saw few roaches during the tour itself. The leasing guys assured me that their every Monday pest control will easily take care of this. Days past and roaches started showing up more & more and everywhere. One would be shocked with the amount if you light up the kitchen in late night. There was never any significant help from the pest control measures after multiple attempts. There were numerous cracks around the joints between Kitchen walls and floor which even after repeated complaints was never taken care of and they kept saying that I was the trouble maker. Irrespective of how clean we used maintain the apartment these bugs used to leverage those cracks to come inside the house. I checked with neighbors and they also had the same issue. Finally in Sep 2015, I had to move out. So beware of this community. I would never recommend this to anyone. Pathetic apartment and even more pathetic management. Find youself a better place to stay. Life is hell here.
Tania is the best! Gave us a tour, showed us our dream apartment and got our application approved in 30 mins flat lol! We were desperate but so grateful to have found this place. I love living here. Small community, gate is always fixed quickly after it’s broken, maintenance request are resolved fast and efficiently. No pests or bug problems. Not moving ever until I purchase a house.
First off let me say I’ve never been greeted by office staff standing and I mean all of the office stands when you walk in. Then they are very thorough in explaining the property, amenities, apartment features and the application process. Although the rent is pretty high if I could afford it I would just for the office staff.
Excellent community and staff!! I have never had an issue with bugs or roaches. Whenever I have an issue maintaince does not hesitate to fix the issue. Landscaping is amazing and property is very well kept. This is a very quiet community and safe. I really love JMC and would recommend to any and everyone.
I just toured this beautiful community and I was impressed by the kindness of the staff. When I walked in everyone greeted me with a smile and made me just feel at home. We toured a 2 bedroom townhome and I was very impressed with the renovation special after looking at other communities in the area. Unfortunately it was over my budget but I will refer some people that I know to this community due to the kindness of the staff.
Jasmine at Marietta Crossing is very family orientated with friendly helpful staff, clean surroundings, nice amenities, nice quiet tranquil atmosphere. Office management always plan thoughtful activities throughout the year for example Valentines day, Easter, Pool parties, Movie night and the list goes on.. Highly recommended.
One Of The Best Apartment Complexes In The Marietta Area. I Just Turned In My Keys Yesterday After Living Here For 2 Years And It Was So Bitter Sweet. I Didnt Want To Leave! I Almost Wanted To Hug Tanita Before Leaving But Of Course Due To COVID We Have To Keep A 6ft Distance Lol. They Have Became An Extended Family Since Ive Been Here And Have Always Been Extremely Dependable. TY, Tanita, And Adrianna Have Always Treated Me With Courtesy And The Maintenance Men Were Really Quick To Get My Issues Handled. And To Add, My Neighbors Are Now Close Friends. If You Are Looking For A Great Place To Call Home, Definitely Choose Marietta Crossing
I’ve been living here for a year now and will be moving out at the end of the week, Thank God!! The apartments are over priced “as usual” for GA but I can say they are ok apartments but what I don’t understand is why in the h*ll would anyone want to pay over $1200 for rent and from the first week I moved in, there was a ROACH problem!! I contacted the leasing office about it which they did come out to spray but no relief!! They came out again needless to say about two weeks ago for another pest control session which “OMG” stirred them up and now they are super crazy!! Roaches are everywhere!! So I wrote the leasing office immediately to send someone out again plus I had to bomb my apartment but still no relief!! It is a total embarrassment and an uneasy situation to be in especially when company comes over!! I have never had any roaches in any apartments that I’ve lived in since moving to GA in 2010 until I moved here!! Not to mention the mold!! Oh let me tell you about the mold, yes I call the first week of living here about the mold which was addressed a couple of days later for maintenance to tell me that he would speak with his supervisor about it and maybe replace the cabinet in which it was present at only to come back with some kind of spray and then glued a thick piece of board over it, ............the nerve!!! My allergies was going haywire not to mention the dizziness I experienced every time I come in the house!! Oh no worries because if anything occurs with my health related to this mold and roach infestation I’m sending them a hefty supenoa!! I keep to myself as a tenant because I hate drama so for me I simply try to wait out my lease and write a review and never sign another lease with them!! Oh and one more thing if you’re planning to use your water any time you feel being that you do pay for it and extremely high rent, don’t get your hopes up because they’re shutting the water off every other day!! Such an inconvenience and a hassle!! ****YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!**** So to each its own, that has been my experience maybe yours will be better. Good luck with your search!!
DONT MOVE IN HERE. The management is terrible and unwilling to help when anything is broken. When we moved in the leasing agent didnt let us do the walkthrough ourselves and just checked everything off. If wed done our own walkthrough (which is the legal thing) we wouldve been able to note the LARGE cracks in the walls (that dont get fixed they just get plastered and repainted) the bug problem, the pipes are always breaking, theres rust coming from the pipes (which doesnt hurt you but its not good for you either), the wiring is shoddy at best, and the floor is SO uneven. There are clearly problems that they dont care to fix but are completely against building codes and Im certain the apartments never get inspected after people move out as my closet door had a large hole in it. We took it down but they never replaced it, even after a month or more. The management never puts things in writing so make sure if you request repairs that you somehow get it in writing or else you cant legally debate the terms of the lease. I cant wait for my lease to be up, I wont think twice about leaving!
I currently live at jasmines at Marietta and the key reasons why I stayed so long its because of the friendly staff and great maintenance crew! The only reason why I would leave now Is My upcoming lease arrangements its because the prices are Just getting too high. Now thats not an issue in this location only but if I can find a way to stay. I would!!!!
This complex has been a nightmare since I moved in. From lies to excuses where do I start? Literal 30 days into living here our ROOF fell in. Mold was seen in the ceiling and neighbors who live above me said “ oh yea the caved in like 5 times while my friend lived there” . The mold was never addresssed and was swept under the rug. The ceiling didn’t even have time to dry they patched it right up without letting the space air out!And they want to act like there’s is no mold. But hold on wait it happened again! (first time laundry room this time kitchen)Mold was visible again and for some reason everyone seems to act like it wasn’t there. It took 5 days before anyone attempted to fix it, but the Assistant manager Adrianna Zimmerman acted so concerned and acted as if she called corporate and the Property manger, as well as the plumber.I understand everyone has a life and yes it was about 30 mins until the office closed but the had ample time to take care of this. We were told that the plumber was on the way and someone would meet us at our apt... Well that was the first lie the next day we were told no one had called corporate or made a call to the plumber or the Property Manager. We were helped by an employee, who needs a promotion call me, and oddly she made everything happen immediately.(Sooo the assistant manager really played us )The PROPERTY MANAGER TOLD ME SHE HAD NO IDEA WE HAD A PROBLEM HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??. Not the end! After talking with the plumber about the problem he said that well when you put tape on a pipe it’s gonna leak, meaning the complexes solution was to tape holes. 3weeks ago we were sent an email saying our building water will be turned off IN 10 MINS for an hr.(it was 4pm)!! 2 hrs later we asked how much longer, Tye and the assistant manager said oh my gosh the water is off (Tye sent the email as well as he lives on property) so we went up there and basically got into a big argument (my roommate and myself as well Mr.Tye and the assistant manager )we all went back and forth for a few minutes, and the next statement still makes my blood boil!! We were told that it’s nothing they can do THEY HAVE TO GO HOME TO THEIR FAMILIES?? what about all of the resident who pay rent to live here and their families dont have water and it’s now like 630pm. The water was turned back on at 8pm(our building was the only one affected.) And the outcome of the situation was that we insulted the managers ability to take care of our issues since we’ve been here ( which is very true )We were sent a lease violation and told we cannot come into the leasing office anymore ?Really adults though? But you know what we were abiding by there weird request, even though nothing took place in leasing office,we were all outside MARTHA HERNANDEZ resident relation acting as if she was attempting to help us but more lies. I called her this past Friday (June 15, 2018 )And left her a voice mail about not wanting to play children’s games we can’t go in leasing office?? So you want us to pay rent ? And I actually have a package coming what should I do? She left me a voice mail today and said hey can you change your shipping address because of the leasing violation for being rude to staff LMAO really ????? As I stated earlier 4 people enter into an argument and we are being punished because we choose not to take BS,We all participated in arguing and I need to change my shipping address ? Sad part is we have only lived HERE FOR 4 months !!!!!! Do your homework !! The fake reviews done by employees is so disgusting. The service is horrible, I pay a lot to live and don’t mind paying more to give my money to a company who actually cares about the tenants. !!! I get that money is the end game but at what cost ? You sell a dream to get people to rent but when you move in that dream turns into a nightmare. But more than anything I feel bad for the actual owner of the property who thinks everything is running smoothly! I assure you it is not ,and let’s just say there are many more people who have had the same issues as I .
I toured the property looking for a 3 bedroom and the leasing agent Adriana showed me around. I really love the new look with the nice counters, the only thing is that I prefer to have double sinks in the kitchen but overal was beautiful. Si estas buscando un apartamento en Marietta este es conjunto de apartamentos más lindo de el área.Muchas gracias por el tour. I give them a 5 starts because the customer service was great. Thank you.
This community used to be great place. The upgrades are cute at best. Lived her 7 years. The unprofessional ghetto nosey leasing agents spend their days harassing the residents and their guests.... Julian and tranica the short one that always dressed unprofessional with her hair undone is a problem an nuisance to alot of residents....they couldnt pay me to live here....
This place is a dump, literally-it reeks like a garbage dump. The management is clueless, things are always broken, all kinds of noise throughout the night. If you need something fixed, it takes MONTHS for them to fix it. No heat for a month, broken garbage disposal, broken dishwasher. It may be cheap but it’s not worth it. Oh and good luck finding a parking space. I was so glad that my lease expired and I was out of that dump forever!
Although I will not be leasing here I just want to say that Ty was literally the sweetest, friendliest, and professional leasing consultant I have ever encountered ( and I have been renting for 7 years) If this place had everything I was looking for then I wouldve signed in a heartbeat this place was perfect and Ty was awesome!
The staffing crew are awful they allow maintenance people in your apartment without you knowing and will take up for them no safety people have broken into cars and place neighbors dont look out for each other plrase dont move here very bad atmosphere alone with staffing Angela is poor manager. Go else whete you will regret it must have hidden camera in your place no camera out here as ty bacon say you on your own
I went apartment shopping cause i was tired of the south side of atlanta, i literally went looking over 15 places cause i had issues of how i want my living environment to be, then i stumbled into Lyon at Marietta crossing. I met a lady name Tanita who works at the leasing office, the first word she said to me was welcome home and i was like okay. The apartments are nice but she really made me felt at home and it was literally a Home away from Home. this is actually my 4th Month here and almost everyday i use their business center facilities and Tanita and Ty has really been so helpful to me. I trouble them as much as i can and they make me laugh as much i can take. I do not really write review cause its not my thing but i decided to wait for 4 months to see if this Hospitality will fade away , however, its just natural and they keep treating me like family..............shout out to Tanita and Ty...keep the good work.
I came In a about two weeks ago inquiring about a apartment at rental office I was greeted by a young lady Ms.Ross I was greeted I sat down for only a minute or two we spoke then I showed me some availability on the apartments & we went to look at them right away no time wasted I will be looking forward to moving to the area soon very nice gated & quiet environment
I wouldnt refer this place to anyone. The customer serivce is absolutely terrible, and they are definitely not worth the price at all.The only good aspect about them is the maintenance staff is nice but thats it.Bugs are here and the equipment is all cheap in the apartment even if they tell you its new...its not!
Not worth the money. The maintenance issues are not addressed in an organized manner so basically they will fix the issue whenever they get to it.The rent goes up dramatically every year but there are no amenities added,so nothing changes but the rent bill. They just smile to get your money.

2022-02-05The leasing company went above and beyond to make me feel like a part of the family. Working with me & my finances giving me alternate ways to secure my unit the patience the crossing had for me alone was superb! I would entrust my grandparents to them because they did such a great job definitely should be your new home! Its a one stop shop for all your lively hood needs and the grounds are gorgeous pictures dont do this property justice! A must live.

2022-01-19Living at Marietta Crossing Has been great for my first year. The leasing office treat you like family. The maintenance responds in a timely fashion. I have never had an issue with bugs or anything of that sort. They even just upgraded the gym and the outside lounge area, by adding more grills and a fire pit, really making it a nice vibe to enjoy.

2022-01-25I lived at the Jasmine for 2 years. When I was there the property was well taken care of and they were constantly making upgrades. I visited the property a few weeks ago as I am in the process of moving and was considering moving back here because of the great experience. The Property still looks great and they have made even more improvements and upgrades!

2022-05-22Before I could fully walk in the door, Key was out of his chair and on his feet with the kind of personality you dont expect to see in a leasing office. Alive, upbeat, and spirited. After I ticked off all my must haves, he carted me around the property pointing out things like a Vegas tour guide. He was professional, humorous, personable and most of all, helpful. After showing me 3 different apartments in 90 degree heat, he didnt flinch when I asked if we could revisit the first one he had shown me. I know I spent well over an hour on that property and was practically ready to move in despite the deal breaking lack of wood vinyl above the 1st floor. He called me twice that same day to report his progress in getting me what I wanted, but ultimately it didnt happen.Oh well. What an amazing energy to have encountered.

2022-06-22For 2.5 years I lived at Marietta Crossing and I loved loved being a resident. Whenever I had a problem it was resolved right away. Due to unforeseen circumstances I recently just moved from the property. I will say one thing about moving in don’t use the insurance that’s recommended by the property because it’s not a good company. Angela was the BEST property manager, any time I had a problem she made she it was resolved right away. Ty recently got promoted and he’s doing a good job in his new role. If the circumstances were different for me I would still be on the property. Thanks for the time I was there. 2511 signing off.

2022-06-30My dad has been here for years and its newest renovation to the office pool area I would grade a 10! Nice paint jobs to the building. Mad dad really lied it here. Just wish price wasnt as high after being such a loyal renter.

2022-02-21The leasing office was INCREDIBLY helpful in assisting me throughout the application process. Specifically, Valarie made everything easy and smooth on my end and I am very thankful for her hard work.

2020-12-21By far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in! Fastest maintenance, friendliest staff, quietest community, and best kept grounds. The staff really cares about their Marietta crossing family. They’ve even sent a card and flowers when they learned about the passing of a family member! Truly amazing!
