I have to give RAVE views. I was on my way home to get my wallet (SW ATL) and I ended up hitting something and needed a new tire. Martinez was nice enough to let someone pay over the phone and replaced my tire. Greatly appreciate the grace, professionalism and customer service provided.

Needed to get tires for my 2018 Chevy Silverado and have been looking around for affordable pricing. Was referred to Martinez and he gave me a great deal for New Tires. Amazing customer service and service was very fast. I needed two tires changed which came up to $93 which is a really good price for two used tires. I will be coming to this place for all of my tire needs from now on.

Gave me an attitude on the phone because i called again later asking if they brought rims. Ive been calling and asking multiple tire shops if they brought any. I called again by accident and was very rude about it. Now if i need to buy tires i know where not to go to because i can only imagine the service they do.Update: They just blew up my phone and called me because of my review. Very immature rep, and worker. I didnt get his name but you never supposed to do that to a customer. Doesnt matter if you do business with them or not. I cant write down numbers while driving. I call what is near by.
Martinez and his assistant changed the alternator for my car at a lower price than the mechanic shops around. They went above and beyond when providing their service, as usual. If you take the time to truly compare their service with other providers in the area youll realize this is not a grateful comment only, it is a fact: this place is cheaper and these guys will give you great customer service as well.
I look them up, called for a price on used tires and got a great deal! Very courteous, helpful, attentive. One of the best customer service experiences Ive had in my life! Such good, honest, respectful folks with great great service and quality tires. I got a HARD TO FIND rear tire like --brand new-- changed, inflated, mounted on the rim, tested, and installed for $40 and in under 15 minutes total time since I pulled up to when Im writing this review. THE BEST SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED EVER!!
I had my tires mounted and balanced in a reasonable price. They did a very good job and services. My car run smoothly. Martinez put extra work on my car with no extra cost. I would recommend this car shop!
I had a screw in my tire and shopped around to get the price of a new tire. Last Friday, I went to two different places and I was told yes you need a new tire after investigation. So on Monday, I decided to call around a few more shops to get the price of a new tire again. I found Martinez, online, who had the most & best reviews. He had the cheapest quote ($70) for the tire I thought I needed according to what I was told at the past few shops I visited. Over the phone, he told me I may not need a new tire. He told me to come on by, and since I work 3 miles from him, I decided to stop by soon after hanging up. He checked it out and stated I did NOT need a new tire, just a simple plug for $10!I am glad this guy was honest and very reasonable compared to the other two men I encountered at the other shops that told me they couldnt plug my tire. I dont know, but maybe b/c I am a woman, they tried me. He enlightened me on the importance of rotating my tires and how often. He told me what other services they provide. I told him I wish Id met him a week earlier before my son got ripped off at another tire shop in Marietta! He told me they do oil changes and rotating tires for $35 which is a great price. He has my business from now on! I will tell my family & friends about him.
Martinez is very helpful and professional. I have been doing all my brakes repairs , Tires replacements or repairs and oil changes since he opened his business . I needed a pair of used tires for an old pickup. My situation was a bit of a problem in that no one had my size. Junior had a set and not only gave me a great deal but also offered to rotate the wheels front to back without extra charge. All this and almost no wait time. Anytime I find someone with high-end customer service and great prices, Im sold.Make sure to look for the Dairy Queen and pull in there, then drive around to the back.
Great customer service. Didnt complicate anything, was attentive and funny. I got a flat and went to Martinezs to buy a new used tire. He had a good amount of tires available and the prices were great. I would recommend Martinez Wheels & Tires and will be a return customer for future services.

For the last 2 years I have brought my cars to Martinez and no problems. He never has recommended extra services like other places and for those repairs that are needed he has always been honest as to whether they could wait or if they needed to be done ASAP and why. He is always willing to explain the what and hows when it comes to car repairs. I highly recommend him for any car problems and if he cant fix he will refer to someone that can and also give you good info so you know what to expect.
Mr. Martinez was very professional, got the tune up in my truck and tires done in great time. I told him about an issue I noticed in the truck and got it fixed for me at a very good price!. He also told me what to do to prevent it from happening again to avoid other issues and save money in the long run. They got my girlfriends car a good quality used tire for $40 out the door. It was about 6ish and my girlfriend had a flat tire. I had to go pick her up after work and they were open. I called and they quoted a great price. They offered some cheaper tires with less life on them, but for $5 more I got one that had significantly more life left. They were upfront about pricing and were eager to help out. Would definitely go there when I need a tire installed quickly and for a decent price. They did ask for me to do a review, but i waited a couple weeks before posting this so that I can be sure the tire was good.

Went out of my way to get to this place, it was highly recommended yet I was tempted to settle for something closer. SO glad I didnt settle! They totally went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I asked for something and they suggested a more affordable alternative. Who does that? This shop is professional, honest and well worth your visit. Michelle at customer service is a gem. The deals on tiers look amazing looking forward to replacing mine soon. Give them a call for a quick and friendly estimate, I felt no pressure at all.
The owner here is very nice and runs an honest business. Also he had a good selection of tires and a size no one else had, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and he had great tires starting at $35!!! Will be going back here for future business for sure.

Martinez is a really nice guy. He had the best price for my tire needs and got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. In spite of my misfortune of getting a stupid flat tire, I have found an awesome new tire shop for all of my future tires. Yaaaay 😊
I love going to this shop whenever I have to get my oil change done and whenever I have a flat tire. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The location is also close to my job so its very convenient. They have good, reasonable prices for different services and tires.
I had caught a flat tire and Martinez Tires was the third tire place that I went to. The previous tire places didnt even have to the tire for my 20 inch rim a d neither did they attempt to look around,but Martinez Tires called around for the newest tire for the best price. They were very understanding of my budget and very welcoming. I will definitely be going back to Martinez Wheels and Tires in the future for my tires.
I needed two used tires fast. They were able to get the tires for me and put them on quickly and they even give a 3 percent discount to college students and military so that’s nice too.
Martinez can fix just about anything with cars and at a affordable price him and his wife always delivered great customer service and there hasnt been one moment where I went to him and he did not fix any piece on my car and my car was like brand new right after I just really appreciate his service. Awesome mechanic I would definitely recommend him to anyone and anybody.

I have been a car enthusiast for over 20 years and I am also an amateur racer. I am particular about where I take my cars when they need work and this shop was EXCELLENT! They mounted a set of tires for me and did everything exactly right, from the position of the tire on the rim to the tire pressure. Ive found my new tire shop!

I had a blow out on 75 north and my car was towed to him. He not only fixed me tire but he examined the others, took the nail out to see if they were good, and explained everything to me as he went along. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Most of all he did not over charge me......I will come back everytime.

When I am in need of tires (new or used), oil change or brakes one of the first places I call is Martinez Wheels & Tires. The owner and staff are courteous and fair. They also give great referrals if it is work they are unable to perform. This is an A-1 business!

I echo what the other reviewers wrote. Very cordial owners/operators. Will not suggest a fix that you do not need. Will definitely go back. Some items to help potential customers: The shop is between Vins Auto repair and Dairy Queen. Make like you are going to DQ drive thru, and Martinez Tires will be on your right. It is easy to confuse Vins Auto repair with Martinez. As is the case with used tires, there is no guarantee over them. If your driving is limited to city/slower roads, some high way, I would used tires may be for you. Interstate high speed driving is safer with new, brand name tires.
I bent my tire rim after running over a huge rock randomly in the middle of a parking lot. Martinez fixed my rim and gave me a new tire for a really good deal. I, now, refer everyone I know to go there and whenever I need a tire Martinez Tires & Wheels is the place I go.
Best place to go to get really great tires and deals weather its been used or new. I never have any problems. Only place that i go also go for my oil change and tire rotation. Esp tires!

2022-02-28I’ve been coming to Martinez for over 4 years. I bring all my cars to him. He has the best prices and always takes care of me and my family. He does great work and stands by his tires. He’s a honest businessman and will look out for you. He even helped me with brakes at a great price that have lasted longer than other shops. I’ll keep coming back. Give them a try. Any bad review here I’m sure was just a honest misunderstanding or unrealistic expectations from the customer. They’re legit and I’ll be back for years to come.

2022-01-27My husband (who’s a master tech) and I went to Martinez Shop on January 22,2022. He sold us two used tires for the front. He ensured me the tires didn’t have any nails or patches because I made it clear I have a one year old and we are traveling to New Orleans this weekend. Two days later my tire pressure was a 22 psi which was odd considering I just got the tires. My husband took the car to work and put it on the lift and this is what he found. The tire had a slow leak due to it being patched. The crazy thing is it’s so close to the sidewall (super unsafe). Long story short my husband and I went by for a refund which he refused to give me until I started crying and threatening to call the police. Finally he gave me a $50 refund although I paid $60 when buying the tire. He put my old tire on and said “it doesn’t matter because I’m going to sell this tire to somebody else” That comment made me so upset. How dare you sell that tire to someone else. To make matters worse after putting my old tire back on he went around to the back of my car to take a picture of my license plate. He said he was going that to tell his other friends who owns shops to not do business with me. Very unprofessional !!!

2022-03-09I have one year knowing Martinez. Since I am an uber driver, I drive lots of mileage. I have to come several times to do general services to my car. Also, he has changed the tires with the best prices. He is an honest and friendly person. He will find the way to help you no matter you are in a budget. I recommend him. It is the best place to repair/buy tires or do general services in town.

2022-06-23I’ve been going to Martinez Wheels & Tires for years and never had a bad experience! Today the dealership was charging me $250 for a new tire because mine had a nail in it. I decided to take my business to Martinez and I am so glad I did. When I called to see how much it would be, the owner said to bring it in and he would check it out. He ended up repairing it instead of selling me a new tire. Martinez is always so honest and respectful.

2022-02-25DO NOT GO HERE!!!! He is unprofessional and very dishonest as you can tell by the other reviews. I went here to get service done and he charged me $300 before hand. Not even 5 minutes later he told me the service didn’t need to be done and all I needed was new tires. I brought new tires from him not even two weeks before so I didn’t understand why I would need new tires and I had just brought some. I asked for a refund he said my bank would send it to me. My bank said Martinez completed the transaction and it took me over a month to get the funds back. I went back to Martinez out of convenience because it’s close to my house when I arrived he started snapping and going off on me and refused to work on my car. This is not a stand up or honest guy. You can tell by his replies in the reviews that he is very childish and unprofessional. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. He doesn’t sell good tires,he will over charge you and he’s rude.

2022-07-06Terrible terrible service from the Hispanic guy with the tattoos. I asked him to let me see the tire first and he just ignored me and proceeded to mount an almost bald tire. Which was also the wrong size. And he also barely filled out up with air. Very rude and terrible quality tires. Its like they grabbed them from the trash 🗑️

2022-03-03I saw the good reviews so I called to inquire about a tire. The man on the phone was rude, short, acted like I was bothering him. Finally when I got an answer about if they had my tire it was way overpriced
