My husband and I visited the Camp Creek location several times in the past. We both asked our therapists for swedish massages and our therapist refused to do them with the exception of Tara. We were told thats not the type of massages we like to do. This was very frustrating to us as paying customers. We talked to the supervisor about it and she was no help at all. She started telling us about the types of massages she likes to get as if we cared. The supervisor made excuses for the therapist and never apologized to us. We have since switched to the Stockbridge location and we are very satisfied and happy with this location. Everyone in Stockbridge is very professional and they do exactly what the paying customer ask for. We will never visit the Camp Creek location again.
It was not worth the money for my facial. The esthetician just did the bare minimum...if that! I asked her to look at a couple of places on my face (that she ignored) and she told me that I would have to come back and book a 90 minute session. My skin is not bad, so she wouldnt have had to do a lot. She was lazy and even ended my session 7 minutes early. I will not be going back.
The front desk associate provided excellent customer service. (The most positive experience of the entire visit)The therapist- not so much. A couple things made my first visit disappointing:1. Too much dialogue at the beginning of my session. She was just talking more than preliminary procedures.I explained to the therapist that I only like “light & medium strokes” due to muscle weakness from a thyroid condition that I have she replied “ well I’m pretty heavy handed” I was shocked !* I should’ve requested someone else right then but I didn’t want to be dramatic2. I’m about to get undressed & she attempts to turn the massage table warmer on and it’s malfunctioning- I let her know that the room is a bit cool for me and the warmer really matters for me she replies” well I would have to strip the entire table down to fix it . She goes out the room and proceeds to take me to another room.At the beginning of my massage I had to yell “ouch & tell her it was too hard.The therapist was not rude or mean, but not welcoming, & could definitely improve the quality of her customer service. She was not a good fit for me I was so disappointed in my visit. I personally wouldn’t recommend this location. If you’re looking for a relaxing spa like experience- this location is a no in my opinion. (Which sucks because I looked up reviews before I booked it)
My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM, however, my confirmation text sent to me for 3:45 PM. I showed up at 3:50 PM. When I got in the room I was told that I was late and I can only received 40min for the 60 mins I paid for. They refused to adjust the time so I can have my 60 mins due to their mistake in schedule after I showed them the text confirming the appointment. Also, When they say 60 mins you pay for 60 mins but in actuality you only receive 50 mins of massage. They dont tell you prior to arrival that 10 mins is used for before and after prep. I recommend my suggestions to adjust my time and to inform clients that they are not receiving the full time they paid for. I felt my suggestions fell on deaf ears. Its not a place I would go back to or refer anyone to.
Its usually a great experience. I went in for a facial a few days ago. The room was cold with a broken table warmer... That didnt bother me as much as the loud chatter from the employee break area. I could hear full conversations that I had to tune out... The service was great itself was great, but the loud talking ruined it. After a stressful day, I wanted to relax... It didnt happen.
Upon arrival everything about massage envy felt pleasant, I was welcomed the massage therapist was really good. Until it came time to pay for my service; the front desk associate CHIS insisted that I tip the therapist before I could even pay for my services!! it was almost like I was being bullied to tip first; I literally had to ask him to charge my card. I replied I have a cash tip for the therapist; he then stated theres the envelope I couldnt believe the rudeness.! After all hes the reason I wont be returning!!
What a great experience! Massage therapist Tarigh was PHENOMENAL!!If you have neck/shoulder issues, she will set you straight. I have been to a number of Massage Envy locations over the last few years as I travel for work, shes one of the top therapists Ive have! Cant wait to return!
*4/9/2021 Update* Seems like my favorite esthetician, Shelby, is out indefinitely (or has left for another opportunity). 😩 She’s amazing at what she does and truly has a passion for her craft because I always walked out glowing. Hopefully she returns soon, but if not hopefully someone can drop her IG so that I can reconnect with her. 😊Truly enjoyed my 90 min facial back in December and have another one scheduled next week. Now, the only concern I have is the location. Do NOT leave anything of value in your car or in plain sight because I’ve heard of some peoples’ cars being broken into. 🤷🏽♀️
I was so excited to get my massage however I was very disappointed in my services. I left feeling stressed. Normally when I get a massage I leave feeling relaxed and I usually fall asleep in the room. I told them my focused points were my lower back and feet. The therapist didnt focused on those. I was expecting her to massage my arches of my feet but that was overlooked. I was late because there was a fatality and all lanes were blocked. Although I was late, I was still expecting to get quality service done for the time I did have with the therapist. This was a gift from my husband and it was a waste of his money. I was prepared to sign up for a membership.
Ive been a member for almost a year. I was referred to Camp Creek location/Chifawn in March when I decided to go to a location closer to home. Boy was I impressed by the staff and her! Shes so professional, knowledgeable and with a sweet personality. This past week I was able to book with her other than my regular time. I was referred to Niqui and she was amazing as well! Im still having issues after my hit &run last month and the massage she gave me was exactly what I needed! Cant choose between them because they both give great massages and are great people. Guess I have to keep alternating them during the month. Cant wait for my sessions in June! Thank you Massage Envy for hiring amazing personnel! Yours truly, A Satisfied Customer
I went for a massage on Wednesday aug 26th, i can in with no pain and left in pain.. it is Sunday aug 30th and i am still in pain. Michael H is the worst! He was too rough even after being told multiple times it as hurting i even asked him to loosen up a little... My back has been hurting since i got my massage... Tarigh is pretty good... I wont be going back to visit Michael H...
I really like going to Message Envy the environment is always inviting and clean. The employees are always friendly and eager to help. I have health issues that actually need to be massaged ofter but some areas that you cant put to much pressure on. I explain this to the massage therapist and 95% of the time I get a great massage but this time, I went on my birthday and the only thing my massage therapist had was a good conversation. I tried to coach her through the process but she just couldnt get it right so I just went along with it. Then when it was over the staff at the desk asked about it and I said it was fine. They wanted me to read about this package deal they offer but I had already said I wasnt interested. The gentleman came from behind the desk and sat on the sofa next to me and began to pretty much try to hard sale me the package. When that didnt work he tried to hit me with it your birthday girl, treat your self, you deserve it. I said no thanks, I dont want nor need another bill. Plus I dont know how often Ill be able to get out here anyway so it would be a waste of money. Then he started to tell me about how your once a month massages roll over, they can be given to someone else or combined to bring someone with you. All that sounds great and all but I still dont want nor need another bill! Then he was like ok if you change your mind just give me a call. I said ok, I left a cash tip for my massage therapist and bought a can of spray Biofreeze. I know youre wondering why I left her a tip when the massage wasnt good. I used to work as a hairstylist and stood on my feet most of the day and most people didnt have the common curiosity to tip me. They swear that they loved their hair but theyd want their change if it were a dollar. Smdh Will I be going back, yes! Do I recommend others to go, absolutely yes!
Please never ever get a membership with them. Really never ever give them your credit card info! They will scam you!!So I went to massage Envy and received a massage . I really enjoyed it so I decided to go back. The second time around I had to pay more because the only have the into price once. The girl at the front insisted on me getting a package and I told her I didn’t want to commit to that because anything may happen. She told me that the manager was understanding and if anything was to happen she’ll cancel it for me. Well my dude and I broke up and I moved . I tried to cancel it but the manager of course wasn’t hearing it . So I just went ahead and put a block on my card. They were still charging me and I didn’t notice so I got the money back they were taking out back from my bank and went ahead and got a new card number. I thought it was done at that point . Sooooo Yesterday i was checking a completely different bank card statement different from the one I signed up with for my membership, and what do I see . A charge from MASSAGE ENY CAMP CREEK FOR 60 bucks! I was amazed !!!! I believe at some point I used this card there and since i canceled my other card they couldn’t charge me. So what do they do... they decided to unarthorize a charge from a card on my file .I called and of course the manager wasn’t available to speak . After that I called my bank and they canceled my card and we are now doing an investigation on the company. Yes it’s only 60 dollars but now your doing criminal acts just for a membership ? Not okay AT ALL !! So please please please weather you have a membership or not check your bank statements regularly because this company is a scammmm! And I will continue to pursue this matter until they get what they deserve !! It’s not about the money at all it’s the principle !
Left more stressed than I came in. We arrived 30min early, but massage started 15min late, but ended on time. Only got 45min of the worst massage ever. I had to ask her to focus on my pain in my shoulder, which is what I came in for, she responded body saying ok but I have to work on other areas. So I had to ask her a again to focus on my pain area. She did but it was minimal satisfaction. Afterward nobody asked how was it, as if the already knew, my therapist didnt even offer water me afterwards. Going here was already plan C because other places were booked. Will not go again.
I can understand that your online service is just to REQUEST THE ABILITY to book an appointment not to ACTUALLY book an appointment, despite it being utterly redundant. However, since that is the case your team should be ensuring that all online requests are answered before the requested time slot.Also, if a customer misunderstands your process and arrives at your location and expecting the appointment to be booked with no one calling to inform them there were no slots available your first words should be Im sorry, we did not contact you. This is our next available slot not an we dont have time to get to all the requests.I would have been fine if someone had reached out beforehand to tell me that there was nothing available today I could have cancelled or made other arrangements, instead you wasted my time.I would hope that this is not customary for this location. I could not see this kind of situation be allowed to happen at any other spa/massage parlor north of I-20.
Made a 2pm appointment on 1/21/2021 for 1/22/2021. I showed up for on time and was told I didn’t have a appointment. Took time out my day for some BS. The person working the desk had no clue on what was going on. Don’t visit this location if ur looking for good customer service.
Do not patronize this location! Massage Envys are independently owned - take your money to another location that values its customers and their experience.Ive been a member for 2+ years and have no history of not showing up for my appointments; however that did not prevent me from going through the following:Thursday (Nov 10)- I call and reschedule an appointment scheduled for Saturday. I confirm my account, request a specific day (Dec 3) and a specific service. I get off the phone assuming everything is fine.Saturday (Nov 12) I receive a call stating I was a no show and I would be charged for the appointment. I express my dissatisfaction and communicate that I called and spoke to someone on Thursday and rescheduled. I did not receive any reminder calls for the Saturday appointment so I assume this has been changed without issue. I am asked for the name of the person who helped me or their gender - it is not my responsibility to keep records of who I talk to when I call this business! He (Kenny) says he will research and get back to me.Mon Nov 14- I call back and confirm the date and time I called - luckily I sent myself a calendar invitation for the rescheduled appointment and confirm I spoke to someone at 1:50pm on ThursdayTues Nov 15- The manager (Winter) calls and states because they have nothing in their call log stating they spoke to me and no one who is certified to offer my massage was scheduled to work during the time I rescheduled then they unfortunately have to charge me. I emailed a picture of the call log confirming where I spoke to someone on Nov 10 and request that someone call me to confirm resolution by the end of the day.It is now 10:30pm. I received no call back (even after holding to speak to owner) and specifically requesting resolution today. It is not my responsibility as a customer to maintain an audit trail of evidence when I call and speak to someone at this establishment. It is outrageous that I have had to take time away from my work day and personal life to follow up on what is clearly a personnel issue that has further highlighted the poor customer service and lack of value this location puts on its customers. My WORD and my history as a member for 2+ years should have been sufficient to waive the fee and ensure the next appointment was properly rescheduled. It is not my responsibility to train your people!!!AGAIN, SAVE YOUR MONEY! Ill be cancelling my membership and taking my money to Natural Body & Spa
The front desk staff there is great, if you dont have a great experience theyll make sure that you leave happy. I would suggest who to go to but I dont want you booking up there time ;) Great ambiance, I wish they still served lemon and cucumber water or tea. They cut that out, at least replace it with wine 🙂
I visited this Massage Envy for the first time just recently. Upon my arrival, I was greeted nicely by the receptionists and was told to be seated.They had candy and refreshments for the customers which was cool.While I was waiting,I couldnt help but to hear the staff starting to horseplay in front of me.They were laughing and joking,and I overheard one of them say,Welcome to the mental ward,which I didnt find to be funny nor professional to joke in front of customers in this manner.The atmosphere was nice but a little too dark for some to see when approaching another waiting room.The lady who performed my facial was so nice,professional, and very knowledgeable of her job.She did an excellent job with my facial.The loud talking of the staff once I got settled,kept me from giving this place 5 stars.Its nice to laugh and joke,but some things are off limits in front of customers, especially first time customers. I dont know if I want to visit this particular Massage Envy again because I had to cringe the whole time I was waiting to be called to the back.#First Impression Is Everything
Stephanie, my masseuse, was awesome. Found the problem in my back and even gave me advice on how to avoid it from happening again. The bald-headed man at the front got rude with me after I declined the offer to be a monthly subscriber. Even took me I had very ugly handwriting and his staff started laughing. I thought it was very unprofessional.

2022-01-29I have come to this location several times and 2 xs now I’ve had an issue involving Ms D. Love that sits at the front desk. The 1st time she checked me in and told me to wait in the waiting area. I waited there for 30 minutes before I came and told them I was leaving. I was then told by Ms Love that she forgot about me even though my massage therapist came and asked if I had came in. My massage therapist was told no I had not come in although I was in the waiting room. I was upset but still went through with the massage. Yesterday , I was contacted as a reminder that my massage was scheduled for 11:00 am. I came in at 10:55 and was told again by Ms. D Love to wait in the waiting room. I waited 15 minutes before I came up and jokingly said “y’all didn’t forget about me again did you?” I was then told by Ms Love that my appointment was for 11:30 and I had already went to the waiting room. She could have came and told me instead of having me wait yet again. This Massage Envy has poor service with the staff behind the desk to the office. I was now told that I would be charged a same day cancellation charge. When it’s not my fault. No one wants to wait all of that time. The therapist I was supposed to get my massage from came in and still offered me my massage but after waiting that long and already explaining I have anxiety I did not want to continue. Try a different location or another company all together

2022-08-05My daughter and I tried to scheduled an appointment together. the associate told us it was on a Friday we said ok well take it. the appointment was for Thursday. We were charged for the session but the associate told us the wrong day. it appears they are fine with misleading people as long as they receive the money for the service that was never received

2021-10-31Rome was an awesome front desk person made the process super easy, and he offered great customer service. My masseuse MissQuan was extremely professional and offered quality service as as well! Definitely visiting again!

2021-06-07I visited this location on June4,21. I Scheduled an appointment for a 90 -minute Massage. I was in Atlanta for a visit.Pros: Ms. Felicia was one of the the best massage therapist I have ever had. The staff was courteous and professional.Cons: I was in room 2 and the face rest was very, very uncomfortable. It hurt my face. Ms. Felicia tried her best to make me comfortable. I did not get full relief until I was laying on my back. When I return to Atlanta, I will be scheduling another appointment with Ms. Felicia. I just will not be in room 2.
