Fantastic experience! We have been Massage Envy members for a couple years and this is a great way to fix muscle spasms from high intensity training and tightness from prolonged sitting. We continually see Mr. Benford. He is great at removing knots via deep tissue massage and is almost constantly booked. Great service and COVID precautions, plus the rollover credits via the monthly membership make it a great deal.

After being a member here for years, I am extremely disappointed. I had foot surgery in January, and I accrued several massages. I was going to get caught up when Covid hit, and I couldnt. Then I got a job in the U.K. and wasnt going to be in the states, so now I have spent $630 for nothing. I wouldve thought they would be more understanding in these circumstances. I dont want a refund I only wanted to transfer the already paid for massages to someone who would use them. Not Fair!

Id been here once a month during my time in Columbus. The customer services are outstanding. They never messed up my appointment or bill statement. All the girls at front desk are very polite and helpful. Pia, Kim, and Percy are highly recommended masseurs. They know their jobs and they love their jobs. Compared with other Envy locations Ive ever been, Bradley Park is the best and well-managed.
I tried to cancel my membership due to lack of quality and customer service. When I called the front desk they hung up on me with no call back.
Chastity was my technician and she did such a great job will definitely use her again
I haven’t had a massage in a while, so when I visited this location for the first time, I was very excited. Maybe I had very high hopes, but I wasn’t all that impressed with my massage. I’ve had better for cheaper. The techniques seemed amateur to be honest. The desk staff were very courteous, and the location was clean at least.
Staff have always been helpful and courteous. Ive had various massage therapist over my 1 yrs with them. SOME better than others but never have a felt that it was a waste of my money or time. The best part was if I didnt feel the massage was what I needed, I tried another therapist the next time. Once I found a particular therapist I enjoyed it always scheduled my next session. Hope this helps others.
Ms. Feather is absolutely wonderful! I love the way she explains each step shes taking and makes me feel at ease and so comfortable. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. 😊
I had my first facial here with Ashley and she was so understanding and walked me through each step. I had her focus on black heads removal and she was very gentle on my face. Had a great first experience. Would definitely recommend!
I cant speak for all Massage Envys, but I would definitely NOT establish a membership with the Bradley Park location! One of the main purposes for my husband opening a membership was for the couples massages, which worked well at first, NOW all of a sudden, we are informed we are not allowed to do couples massages unless I open an account as well. The staff seemed to have an oh well, get over it reaction to our situation. My husband is furious that he is now stuck with credits that he cant do anything with since he decided to cancel his membership. He tried but couldnt even transfer them to me, since Im pregnant. EXTREMELY unprofessional desk staff. Their clumsiness with explaining the policy tells me more training is DEFINITELY needed as far as company policy and everyone being on one accord WITH that policy and not just flip flop whenever they feel like it. Had we known what we know now, we would have RAN in another direction. A waste of money. And they are STILL giving my husband the runaround with a bunch of paperwork and his account has not been cancelled yet. They continue to charge his card. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Although Ive never had a massage yet me amd my wife have a couple one booked my wife woke up with a cough, Tanisha should get 10 stars for customer service she was amazing and tentative very respectful and great customer service very understanding shes amazing deserves a raise in my book!!
My husband set up a massage as a gift for Valentines day here. Now, weve been to our fair share of massage spas around the area and I will definitely be going back to Massage Envy. I had James M and he was absolutely amazing! He had my comfort level in mind at all times. He wasnt too soft [a problem weve had at other places] and applied perfect pressure and was consistent with it. I cannot emphasize how great he was. Im looking forward to booking another appointment with him.
Holly was amazing! I came in with knots and tightness everywhere. She used enough pressure (without hurting) to loosen everything and make me completely comfortable and relaxed. I would 100% recommend her and will be back to see her again!!
Best massage Ive ever had, hands down! My massage therapist was Kanesha and she listened to exactly what I needed. Pressure stayed firm for the entire service and I walked out of there feeling way less tension. Front desk was friendly, location is convenient and clean. Ive already booked another massage and plan to join as a member!

Definitely not a place for a microdermabrasion. Never had a professional microdermabrasion completed in 20mins and cost over $100.
This is a very nice place for facials...I had a bad break out on my face and after my facial it started clearing up the next day. Had massage done as well and she would check in with me to make sure the pressure was ok. I totally enjoyed my visit. I will be back for a facial. So professional too!!
My first time have a massage and it was the best. The atmosphere is clean quiet and so comfortable. The staff is nice and attentive too.

Another failed appointment. They cant seem to get their therapists to show up. I would like to give zero stars but I have to give at least one star.I wouldnt suggest a membership with them.Do not walk, jog or run. Get in your vehicle and drive as fast as you can from this business. Maybe other locations are good but the Columbus franchise SUCKS!!!
I recently moved to Auburn Alabama from Florida and was looking for a place to receive a massage. I did a google search and booked an appointment. The day of the appointment when I walked in, the lady at the front desk did not have my info. After several minutes of investigation, we realized I had accidentally booked my appointment in Georgia. I felt so bad and asked the lady at the front desk if she would please call them and let them know that I showed up at the wrong place and I was so sorry. When I booked my appointment they took my card info down and explained that I would only be charged when I redeemed my massage. There was no explanation of a cancellation policy. When the lady in Auburn called they explained that I had already been charged and their manager would not be in until Tuesday, so I should call back then. I completely understood. I am a hairstylist, so I completely understand that if you don’t show up the massage therapist doesn’t make any money, but I also understand that accidents happen. I never charge my clients a cancellation fee for first time cancellations or no shows, only habitual offenders. When I called to talk to the manager and explain what happened she was very short and condescending. She said that the card company they use can not refund money back to a visa debit card only a credit card. She talked over me the entire time I tried to explain myself and was super passive aggressive. She got me off the phone by explaining that she would call the card company and see if they could refund the money, then of course I never heard back from her again. I called her back today and was told they could not, but she would put points in the system that could only be used in Columbus Georgia. I get that I made the appointment at the wrong place, but this manager has no customer service skills. If I treated my clients like this, I would be out of a job.
I left this place feeling like I was in high school. Ive been to a few places but the one has the best results after t he fact. I highly recommend the membership u cant beat it.
This place is absolutely wonderful! My wife and I both got memberships and go 2 to 3 times per month. Very affordable as well.

Very good massages. I have had two bad experiences in a year and a half. Be aware that your massage is really 50 min long as they cut it off 10 min before the end of your session even though you dont need any more than 5 minutes to change. Get there early to ensure a prompt start so you dont cut into the 50 minutes. Carol is one of the few masseuses who gives you almost a full hour and she is great. If you like a deeper massage, Kim is wonderful.

Mediocre at best. My husband set up and paid for a 60 min massage for me as a graduation present. It was a suprise, so he didnt give me all the details up front, but my massage was suppose to include aromatherapy and some kind of exfoliation scrub ( for an up charge) for my feet and hands. My massage only lasted 50 mins, and there was no aromatherapy or exfoliation for my feet or hands. My hands where never even touched. Would not recommend.
Massages can be good but this location is garbage to have a membership at. System is always down and paperwork is process crazy slow and lost all the time. Tried to transfer my membership to this location, filled out the paperwork 3 times and after calling ever over week the manager finally got to it 5 months later after I started my cancellation process
Ben was great and definitely helped me loosen up after Airborne school. Also gave me some ideas to help with some minor injuries I had. I would definitely come back

Refuse to see me because the massage therapist is not up to date on dealing with people who have medical issues. I have been to most massage places with no problem and Ive survived! I will not tell any of my clients or friends about this unprofessional place.
Good therapists are few and far between and once you find a good one, they end up leaving for better paying opportunities. Good option for a cheap massage though.

DO NOT GO HERE. Firstly because they’re wildly overpriced and you could go to a locally run establishment for a lower price. THEY WILL SWINDLE YOU INTO A MEMBERSHIP claiming you can “cancel at any time with no penalty” BUT YOU CAN’T. Seriously. You may as well hand them all your savings because even if you cancel it they’ll still withdraw your money. Also the therapist’s hands are FREEZING and the oil isn’t even warm to make up for that! Plus every therapist I had was mediocre at best and it’s clear they don’t regulate the quality of the massages given.

I would go into detail about my experience but instead I’ll sum it by saying they are the McDonalds of massage parlors. Stay away, I paid for 90 minutes and only received 60 minutes; this was theft by deception.

Horrible service. I keep getting bombarded by annoying phone calls which the staff refused to address until my third call to the clinic. To make matters worse, half of the massages I received there have been horrible. Avoid this place like the plague.

2022-04-22I have a 1 year contract that’s Expiring next month.I had to go through several therapies to find the one I liked.Maria has hard grip and rubKatherine, she has tiny fingers but she does great on the Thera gun.Erica is in between the both.I only had 1 gentlemen and he was too rough.I’mAn athlete and I prefer someone to go deeper and break the fascia down.I won’t be renewing my membership.I prefer more physical muscle manipulation than what they offer.I pay 60$ a month for a 1 hour massage .In the membership you get discounted rates on future massages.

2022-01-26Stephanie is amazing, she asked me where my problem areas were and made sure that paid more attention to those areas rather than wasting time on areas that werent a problem. She communicated with me constantly to make sure the pressure was good and that I was okay. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I have seen some bad ratings on here and was somewhat skeptical about going, I am glad that I did go, the experience was great.Its really hard to find a massage therapist in this town that I can consistently go to, but I definitely have founded that person.I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times.When you book make sure that you book Stephanie for the best experience.

2021-08-03I booked three massage a month ago and 2 hours prior to service this Saturday received a call stating there was a mishap in booking. On Friday I received a call to confirmed all 3 massages. The service person tried to get someone to perform the 3 services however was unable. Only able to get 2 services which was a birthday celebration. I asked to speak to manager which was Lindsey. She hasnt returned my call as of today. She has shown poor customer service and refused to follow-up with me. I asked to leave a message for the owner. Im still waiting on a reply. Iwould never recommend this company to anyone. Due to mishap which has happened to me more than once. My family members wanted to purchase a membership but not now.

2021-09-04I had an athletic competition last Saturday so I booked a massage on the Friday morning before. They called and canceled my appointment Friday morning. But if I would have canceled day of, I would have been responsible for 50% of the cost....go figure. I could not find another place to book on such short notice. It really offset my weekend.

2021-05-11I became a member just over a month ago my first session i had a massage and the second was a massage with the machine they use to work out knots I had a hip replacement that I am experiencing complications with 2 years ago but when I leave here my pain is lowered and I walk better theyre always very professional and very clean they follow a lot of things like temperature check when you walk in use hand sanitizer and wear masks the whole time I feel safe going here for services i like the monthly price and committing to myself for monthly massages to reduce pain and inflammation in my body i notice I walk better and move better thanks to going to massage envy
