The salesman Dionysus was very helpful. We were able to pick out the mattress we wanted with his help. He did not pressure us and we were able to test out multiple mattresses without being pressured.
We were very happy with our service today. He explained all the different mattresses to us with there advantages and comfort to meet our needs.

He didn’t try to upsell me, in fact he matched online pricing and made sure I left the store with exactly what I wanted at a good price. He even helped me to my car with the mattress. When I arrived at the store two other couples came in behind me. Even with this many customers at once, Anne made me feel as if I was the only one. I had two of my younger grandchildren with me. Not what you want to bring to a room full of beds. It seemed like just minutes before she had all the paper work done and explained to me in detail. All I can say is drive the extra miles to the Buford store. I have been in to this Mattress Firm 3 times and each time I’m more shocked than the time before. Nice enough but NOT knowledgeable. At all. I recently bought a mattress from Buford because the knowledge was so terrible at this location. Came today to simply buy a pillow. Not in stock and the girl had to call to see if they could accept I coupon I received after buying my mattress. Drove all this way for nothing. She said come back.., I live 35 minutes from here. Never mind,
You have to go see Jade, she is a great associate to work with..She was professional, listened, and pointed my wife and myself in the right direction, and landed us on a great mattress deal package within 30 mins!!, As we left the store we also locked in another quote for yet another bed for our daughter! Great job.

We recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in Bethlehem. It ended up taking us two days to decide on what we wanted to do. First, Kenny helped us and he was awesome! Answered all questions we had and talked us through the whole thing. Today we went back and Rachel helped us finish the deal. It was an amazing experience especially after we had been rushed at other furniture places. I wish we had of come here in the beginning. I HIGHLY recommend this location!! The staff is overall amazing and Rachel made sure we had all our questions answered before we left after finishing our purchase!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would because this establishment deserves it!

First of all I have to rate the manager Kenny with 5 stars. He was very helpful in helping us pick just the right mattress and told us that if we had any issues to just give him a call. Our mattress was delivered today so we haven’t had the chance to test it out yet. We be back to give a review on it after about a weeks sleep!
I just bought a new mattress, with Wallaces help. I was VERY indecisive when I arrived, but Wallace was super informative about every mattress that I asked about. Bought my daughter a bed today and was helped by Julie Clements. She gave us a great deal and wonderful service. Highly recommend buying from here!Edited 9/10/18. I’m changing my rating after having problems with my service. I purchased a cooling memory foam mattress and box spring and a bundle that included 2 cooling pillows, sheet set and a mattress protector and paid in full with no financing. Our mattress set was supposed to be delivered Friday 9/8/18 and after waiting all day and no delivery I called the store to find out that my mattress had not been ordered 😳 so it was rescheduled for Sunday. I also asked about our bundled set that was supposed to be delivered via FedEx and thank goodness I did because it was apparently was not ordered also. I was assured that everything had been fixed and that my mattress and bundle would be delivered on Sunday. I was specifically told that everything would arrive on the truck with the mattress. On Saturday I received a call from the store and was told that my pillows did not get shipped but that they had them in stock so I could pick them up at the store. My mattress did arrive on Sunday, along with my mattress protector but with no sheets. Upon calling the store again I was told that the sheets would be delivered on Tuesday by way of FedEx. Completely different from what I was told when I called on Friday. The delivery guy told me that every customer that ordered the bundle had the same problem that I had (expecting the sheets/pillows with the mattress). I was reimbursed 100 plus tax for my inconvenience. This is my second time buying a mattress from Mattress Firm just not happy with my delivery. Would have preferred to have everything shipped and delivered as promised.
Today was the best investment I have made in a while. Jackie was great!!! I was impressed that she was so knowledgeable about the different mattresses. She also allowed me to take my time and lay on each mattress for 10 minutes or more. Go see Jackie today. You will not be disappointed!!!! #headedtobettersleep 😀😀😀

My wife and I both have back problems, so we were reading everything we could about mattresses to ensure we would make the right purchase. It got very confusing reading hundreds of reviews before finally realizing all we were getting were opinions and many were biased one way or another. We slept one night on our daughters new mattress purchased from Mattress Firm. We both liked it, but I was still uncertain about what kind of mattress would be best for us. We decided to go to the store to check them out ourselves. Kenny was extremely patient with me explaining the various differences and pros and cons of the mattress types. I learned more in that hour or so than all of the studying I had been doing. We purchased the mattress set that we think will be the best for us, and I feel extremely confident that we made the right decision because of everything I learned from Kenny. Thank you very much.

We visited mattress firm in Bethlehem on 12/15/2018. We were helped by a well-mannered sales associate named Kenny. My wife and I both feel that Kenny provided superb service; we both found him to be patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable about his product! He listened and guided us towards the product which made both my wife and myself very happy! (Which is amazing because we have very opposing views about what a mattress should be) In conclusion, we were not only satisfied with our purchase, but also the excellent customer service we received! We just bought a queen mattress set at the Bethlehem, GA Mattress Firm. We were greeted quickly as we entered the store and Julie came right over to offer assistance. She explained the brand and firmness of each and offered to answer any questions. I explained we were going to browse and she left us alone!!! This was greatly appreciated as we do not like “hovering” salespeople. We chose the set we wanted and let her know. She set up our account, processed the sale, and we were on our way!! Overall, one of the easiest perchases we’ve made. We would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a mattress set.
In store was overall a good experience especially since I had my 4 year old who wanted to explore the beds too. Three delivery on the other hand was not so great. The two fellows who were delivering started bringing up the new bed before removing the old bed. My husband moved the cal king bed by himself into the hall. They acted surprised when they were informed they had to take the old bed. My husband left the bed frame. They were like we dont take those. My husband was like yeah but dont we have to move it for you to install the base... then they forgot to put the washers on before putting in the bolts. They thought they were extra pieces. My husband grabbed his tools and put it together. The younger guy was friendly and although he had no clue what he was doing, I cant complain to much I guess... the older guy didnt say a work and didnt seem friendly at all. Im disappointed because I paid a lot of money for the bed and extra for set up and install.
My husband and myself had a wonderful experience working with Kenny and Jacque. They were both very helpful and friendly. We look forward to sleeping on our new purchase! :)

We ordered our mattress and base back on November 28th, it was originally scheduled for delivery on Dec. 9th, it has been pushed back 5 times since, we were just told that we’ll get it on the 14th of January. If that is true we will have waited 48 days. This is terrible business, terrible logistics, and an overall terrible experience. I’m giving them until the 14th to wow me.
Buying our first king mattress was a breeze with Kenny! He was so helpful and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Our mattress was delivered the next day and it is wonderful!

Went in to try out the Tulo bed and instead fell in love with the Serta iComfort 300 with the adjustable base. Jackie has been such a great help , gave us details of each and every mattress and their features. She made this whole process so much easier and we are looking forward to a great night sleep. Just be very, very careful buying a mattress from this company. If youre not satisfied it can take an act of congress getting a replacement without paying the as much for another one. Initially, I was very happy. Now, I truly regret making this purchase.I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame on sale. Wasnt happy. Of course, the same sale may not come around for another 5 or 6 months. I finally just got tired and went to another company.- Unhappy Customer!

Kenneth the store manager was great! Checked to make sure that what we purchased Thursday am could be delivered Friday by 5pm or so. The only issue I had was that he stated someone would call me to set up delivery time of a 2 hour window. What actually happened was I had to use the web site to put in my order and find out my delivery time. Thank goodness that slot they chose was convenient for me. They also came an hour earlier and no phone call to make sure we were home.
Great place, amazing selection, and friendly, fast and knowledgeable service. I came with my mother in law to get a bed and headboard. Kenny helped us then and again when we came for me and my husband. So happy with other selection. Super friendly and awesome will continue to come back.

Needed a queen mattress for our spare room for guests for the upcoming weekend. Zero sales haggle from the floor rep. I walked in said what I wanted and thats what I got. Ordered on Monday, great price for the quality, and delivery was seamless! The delivery guys even put the bed skirt on for me without my asking! I had it sitting on the frame to do it as they brought in the top mattress, but when I walked into the room to do it, it was already done!

Kenny and Julia made the horrible experience of bed buying a ton of fun.I have never enjoyed conversation in a mattress store so much.I appreciate that you could explain the fabrication processes in the different mattresses.You didn’t laugh at me when I ran between two beds and dove into them multiple times so as to test them how my dogs would.You even accommodated my circus side show husband and his incredible.....lengths.As representatives of the brand I believe that we will be sleeping with you two every night so buckle up and scrunch into tiny balls because the dogs take up so much room.But seriously, I’m very needy and a sales person by profession, in a management position and I cannot stand bad sales people. Jaquie was really sweet and polite, the experience was fast and received proper information about the mattress and delivery time was fast. Thanks to Jacquie and Kenny my grandma will have a goodnight sleep.

My experience with this mattress firm was less than pleasant! The delivery of my mattress was cancelled TWICE with not one single apology from the manager!The first time is was cancelled, no one bothered to call me and they waited until the DAY OF DELIVERY to tell me that there had been a mistake the week prior with the delivery company receiving my mattress.The second cancellation was for the SAME EXACT REASON, except I was given the alternative of having the manager personally come to my house to deliver my mattress. Although that sounds like second-mile service, it was only going to happen if I had someone in place physically strong enough to unload the mattress and take it up a flight of stairs! After telling the manager that I couldnt have anyone there to unload the mattress and haul away the old one, he gave me the option to reschedule AGAIN, to which I declined and opted to have my entire order cancelled with a full refund!!!!Again, not ONE apology came from the Manager (I am under the impression his name was Kenny), and I was even told that I needed to calm down because I was so irate that the ball was dropped... AGAIN!I am forced to leave one star... if I could have gotten away without leaving any, I would have.
They told us our mattress would be delivered in a week, when we called back a week later they told us that nobody would tell us tfhat becausse it is impossible to deliver that quickly. It has now been three weeks and still no mattress, nobody has called us and when we called to complain they said that our mattress was delivered and our order was completed. I would never reccomened this place to anyone and will never be returning for anything in the future. Extremely displeased and will tell people not to come here!!!
I did not visit Mattress Firm. I went to Great Clips and Target in the same shopping center. I love both of these places. Theyre reasonable and they do a good job.
Experience was really good. I called the store and got no answer. The store clerk called me back a few minutes later. I ordered what I wanted and it was waiting for me when I arrived. Great service, will definitely return.

2021-12-31My Mattress Firm experience had started off a bit rocky at another location. I called Bethlehem and Ann was quick to resolve all my problems. She went above and beyond to make my experience an excellent one! She was able to get the item I was most excited about (a new pillow) the next day and because of that I had the most amazing nights sleep last night! She was so friendly, helpful and because of her not only will I continue to shop there but I will make sure to send all my friends and family!! Thank you so much Ann!!

He patiently showed me several options and explained my options in detail. He was very knowledgeable about the different beds/options. Delivery was offered within 2 days, which is fantastic! 2022-03-18I had the best experience at the Mattress Firm in Bethlehem GA! I took the time to let Wallace do his demonstration and Im glad I did. I truly learned what I needed to look for when laying on the mattresses that would help my back and hip. I havent slept well in 10 years or more. I always bought with price in mind instead of comfort. I went with comfort this time. I spent more than I had intended but if I sleep better and wake with less pain its worth every penny!I also have 4 months to be sure! Dont wait, the sales on on now, go see Wallace! 2022-04-22The young man greeted us as soon as we stepped in the door. He introduced himself--Wallace--and made us feel right at home. He was very informative, knew his products, asked good questions to determine our needs, and was very thorough to make sure we understood the differences in various mattresses. He treated us like family, and made sure we were going to be happy with our purchase. Wallace is a real asset to this company.

2022-06-29Overall was okay. When we first got there we were greeted when we entered the store. The gentleman working asked us what brought us in and we told him we were upgrading our bed. He automatically put us on the most expensive bed in the store and asked how we liked it. He asked if we were shopping for comfort and we said we were but wanted to keep our price under $1,000. He argued with us saying we didn’t want comfort solely based on the fact we don’t want to break the bank on a mattress and box spring. He then took us to the back corner of the store to try out the cheaper ones that are just stacked up against the wall. Thankfully we found one we liked and it was on sale. The gentleman had us come and sit by the desk so he could ring everything up. While waiting for him to ring it up I was just wandering around looking at everything else and this is when he said “you can’t afford that”. Once he got it all rung up he just assumed we were going to pay for it right then and there; mind you is came just over the $1,000. I asked about financing, since I had seen it one the website. He then started asking us multiple times if we are sure we wanted to make this purchase; making it seem like we are making a bad decision with what we chose. He asked a couple of more time not after that and added we could spend more with our credit limit. I understand he is probably working off commission, but if a customer finds what they want and told you a budget don’t pester them about if they want to do it or not. Like I said overall was okay. Needed to get a new mattress and don’t have time to shop for one. Most likely won’t come back or recommend to anyone else.

2021-12-21Wallace was amazing! He took his time to show us around the store, was knowledgeable, and in the end helped us pick out an awesome mattress. We have had our current mattress for 16 years and it was beyond time to get a new one. We looked online and almost made a purchase but are so glad we went in and laid on the different mattresses. Knowing what we know now if we would have only gone by description online we would have hated the mattress we chose. Go in and let Wallace get you sleeping on your perfect bed.

2022-07-05Wallace and “Deeznuts” were absolutely amazing!!! Went above and beyond to help my husband and I get what we wanted(needed). Hesitant at first because of our previous visit we had before - put that behind us and went in and so happy we gave them another chance!!!! We got everything we wanted and then some 💯 we were in there for less than an hour , too.Also, delivery guys were fantastic as well!!!! Overall we’d give them a 10/10Thank y’all !!!!! ☺️As long as they are there , we WILL be back .
