Joe and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. They stayed after closing and were able to replace my blown tire and get me back on my journey in a timely manner.
These guys are the best! When I stopped in,not only was I tired and stressed from having a blow out and riding on a donut from Virginia, lol....crazy right? I was told no worries, took it right in and fixed it! Awesome job guys......

Total incompetence. We ordered new tires, received a call that they were in. Took the car early this morning for the tire installation, was told it would take several hours. One hour into my wait they informed me that they did NOT have the tires. That it must have been a mix-up from their New York call center. Unbelievable. Waste of my time and gas money.
Dont think ur appt means ANYTHING here. Appt at noon.....3.5 hrs and not done. Oil change 2 tires installed. NEVER AGAIN!!!!Removed a star Total of 4.5 hrs. Service Manager refused to relay an ETA. So made him answer me and called him out infront of everyone. Then get on interstate and front right tire the newly installed one and 21 PSI. 35 tire requires more than twice that. Was this Malicious Mr. Service manager. 100 disabled Veteran gets treated like Garbage here and cud have killed me. Compensation offered $30.00 voucher to come back. 🤣 GARBAGE COMPANYDO NOT GO HERE!

Purchased 4 tires. Appointment was for in the afternoon but they called and said to drop off the next morning. Car was not ready until 4:30.Tire pressure varied from 29 to 41 (should be 35).Nuts torqued to 120 to greater than 150 (should be 95).
Just a shout out to Diane, Jayson, and Kendall for helping me out with getting my tire patched. They were very prompt and helpful. I didnt have to lift a finger! They put the tire back in my truck for me which is great for an older guy like me. Quick and easy experience. I will be back for all my tire needs in the future.
We had a great experience with the Mavis location. We were visiting our family from Atlanta and on our way out got a flat. Diane got us in and out within an hour and we were back on the road. We needed to get back home that day or else we would have been screwed for Monday (this all happened the day after Christmas might I add). It was truly a blessing and we appreciate the awesome customer service.
On January 14, I got a flat tire on my way to NC. I called the store near closing and Diane answered. I was trying to find out if they had my tire size. I explained to her what kind of car I had. She asked if they were run flat tires. I had no idea what she meant. She explained it to me and I said I didn’t think I had them. She was very patient with me since I was clueless. The next morning I got there at opening. Joe and Jason helped me. He told me it would be at 3-3.5 hours for the tire repair. I explained to them what happened and he said he would do his best to get me out. I had me out and in the road by 10:15. These three turned a bad situation into a great one. Thanks y’all so much for helping me get to my destination a little sooner.
I was stuck with a separated tire and Diane got me right in and taken care of for a safe trip back to Atlanta. They could not have been nicer!

We experienced a sidewall blow out on I95. Mavis came recommended by Dorsey Tire and boy are we glad! They had our special tires in stock, installed them quickly and had us back out on the road within the hour. Service was outstanding, remarkable in every way. We are certainly pleased that they were there ready to help us. Our living depends on our car and they went above and beyond to help us get back to driving. They were so sweet to our passenger, Diego, too. 5 stars should have a x10 multiplier. Thank you very much, Mavis, for wonderful service!
WONDERFUL service! We had to replace all four tires on our Mini Cooper, we received excellent service, and great prices compared to other places we received quotes from. Diane was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. We appreciate places that have good service and kind people that are willing to go the extra mile for others. (I saw her go out of her way for another customer there.). Will definitely be back!

I’m very thankful for running into this tire company. I was at a training facility in FLETC. We were locked down, and forbidden from leaving the base. Unfortunately I had gotten and needed a new one. Luckily when I called them they were nice enough to send me someone (Jason) to meet me at the gate, to take my tire and rim, switch it out for me and bring it back with the new tire. The whole staff has been nothing but amazing and very kind!
So thankful I found these guys!! Driving from FL to VA, I managed to drive over a screw about 10 miles from Brunswick, GA. A quick Google search lead me to Mavis Tires & Brakes! Jayson and his team were quite busy at their store, but they were able to squeeze me in, fix my tire, and send me on my way. Great little waiting area to spend time in while I waited. Seriously, if you are in the local area and need your car serviced or new tires (or a tire fix), definitely stop by Mavis - they truly were incredibly professional and so helpful in getting me back on the road. Everyone there was great. I had a screw in one of my tires and they got me in and repaired it quickly at a very reasonable price.
We were 10 hours into a 20 hour road trip when we needed to get our car checked out immediately. The team got us in at last minute notice, found there was no serious problem, and didnt charge us for the check up! Super nice and professional.

This place was a Godsend! I experienced an emergency situation while driving from FL to VA, encountered some road debris that I couldnt avoid in my Mustang. Got towed to this location and they were packed, it was basically like a min 5hr or next day service wait time. However Mike the customer service rep at the front desk said he would try to get my vehicle looked at sooner since I wasnt from the area and was passing through and he was able to get my car seen within the hour.They discovered it was the actual rim that was bent, I so wish it would have just been the tire ugh! Im super glad I got towed to this location though because the staff was super helpful in trying to assist me. I ended up having to stay overnight and Diane and Roger helped get me to the hotel and Jayson another tech helped pick me up from the hotel.I literally just needed one rim and the one shop that had one that could fit my car would only sell as a set and they wanted $1700 for it and there was no way I was paying that especially to them(they have terrible customer Service btw Rent a Wheel I would NEVER!). But Jayson came through big time and he was able to fix the rim without it breaking, put a new tire on and I was able to make it safely back home TODAY!!! Luckily I was only 1hr and a half away!I dont even want to think about what my experience would have been like if I had gone to a shop that didnt have thoughtful and kind people. Even though this experience was a pain in the rear Im super glad that at least I was in good hands. Thank you MAVIS IN BRUNSWICK!
I reviewed awesome service with this business every was kind and helpful through the process of fixing my tire! It was fixed in a quick manner. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to get my tire fixed promptly!! I would definitely recommend using Mavis for any tire needs!!

I have never had such a good experience w car repair. In my book, they are perfect. The new Manager is amazing as well hes the one that I felt with. Very welcoming atmosphere where you feel comfortable as well as your kids the even have a special room section to keep them a little occupied:)
I found a nail in my tire on a Saturday and it could have really ruined my weekend plans. They were very busy, I had no one to pick me up so I had to wait on my vehicle. So most of the customers had problems (of course) but the staff was very professional and approached every customer’s need with a sense of urgency. My problem was resolved very quickly and while I waited I noticed every customer was being cared for with a high level of professionalism and care. I can’t recommend them enough.
My wife and I are visiting St. Simon’s Island for our honeymoon and last night we found a nail in one of my tires as we were leaving the beach. We went to Firestone first this morning and they first said it would take 2hrs but once he saw my tire he said it wouldn’t be until tomorrow because they didn’t have the tire. He suggested Mavis and glad he did. We told him we were visiting and we had an appointment at 11 so no rush. Jayson, who was assisting me, said they would do their best and try to get me out as soon as possible. I told him no worries if it doesn’t work and to let us know if he can’t. The mechanics were true to their word and got us out of there in 45mins. Greatly appreciate the service, speed, and understanding. I would definitely suggest and recommend this place, as well as make this my first place to go. Thank you!
Mavis tires was very helpful with my situation. I was turned away from several places because many tires shops were appointment based. Mavis took my car and change my tire that same day and offered excellent customer service. Jayson was a representative and super supportive when helping me with my car!!!

These guys are awesome. Im crazy busy and I finally had a Saturday where I could get my tires replaced which was a good thing too, because those puppies were bald. They busted their backs to get my car in the shop when I didnt even have an appointment, and I even forgot to give them the key to my anti-theft lugnuts, but they held my place in line long enough for me to get back over there and get it to them. Awesome dudes over here.
Very disappointed with this location! I was visiting my daughter in Brunswick and ran over something that became lodged in my tire. I went to the shop Monday evening but they were full and asked me return in the morning which was fine. I woke up to a completely flat tire but have a pump so was able to get to the shop. Upon arriving I was told it would be two hours so I left my car with them and returned 2 1/2 hrs later to find my car still not touched. When they finally pulled the car in they obviously thought I didn’t know what I was talking about because the tire wasn’t flat at that time. My vehicle never went on the lift and I never seen my tire taken off the car however 10 minutes later they assured me they had removed said item and fixed it. I outright questioned if the object had been removed and fixed and again he assured me it had. That was a LIE!! I had to drive back to Columbus and the tire continued to lose air all the way home (had to stop and get air twice). When I got home I inspected the tire where I had told them the object was located to find it still lodged in the tire!! Thank God I made it home without a blowout or getting stranded on the road! I took a photo when I got home. I’ll be headed to our local Mavis in the morning and asking to file a complaint because you can’t just tell people they are good to go without even examining the tire. Adding air is not enough when someone tells you they have something in their tire, need it repaired and are driving that day on the interstate!!
Im beyond thrilled to write this review, because my experience here made a very long day, a day I will NEVER forget. I was traveling from the Mountains in North Carolina to Florida and the air pressure in my tires was not reading right. When I tried to fix the problem, I ended up making it worse. I was recommended to Mavis and hobbled there on my spare from a gas station down the road. I explained, the best I could, my situation, and these amazing guys squeezed me in, checked my tire, got it back on, and reset the air pressure on my computer, so that I could get right back on the road. It was so nice to go into a place and not just be treated like a number. They treated a passing stranger like someone who had been going there for years. As nerve wracking as it was to be having tire issues on a 800-mile road trip, it made the last 400 miles so much better. I felt well taken care of, and Im so appreciative.
This company is helpful and ethical which is rare. If they cant do it, theyll tell you where you need to go. I always try to give them the business 1st because of this and mostly they have a great manager that works very hard every time I go there.
After waiting for tires to come in we were told to be there Saturday morning at 8 and drop our truck off. We explained this was our only way of going. We were told to get a Uber or we could wait in lobby we could use their free wifi or bring a book to read or they had motorcycle magazines. When we arrived on Saturday we were the 2nd people in line to check in. The gentleman knew we were going to wait and saw us walk to the chairs and sit down. After about an hour our truck was pulled into shop and about 30 min pulled back outside. We waited thinking they had to do paperwork and would tell us it was ready after about 45 min my husband finally walked to the counter and asked about it. We were told the tires were NOT there and the truck they were on was about 30-45 minutes away. WE WAITED .after an hour my husband asked again and was told they were not sure where the truck was but he was making his was there and running on schedule. At this point 3 hours plus of waiting and BAD customer service we asked to leave and my husband asked for them to contact us when the tires were there they said it would be Monday or Tuesday and they would call us. Well fastword to 2 weeks and still NO CALL. WE WILL NOT GO BACK !!! And do not recommend them to anyone.
I made an appointment on Wednesday this week for brake service at 10 AM. I got a call from Marvis Tires and Brakes early at 7:50 AM asking if I can be there at 8:00 AM. Obviously, I can be there in 10 minutes, so I ask if 8:30 is okay. They said they cant, and they suggest 8:30 on Thursday. I am happily okay with it since I make the appointment online and they might have not had it their system yet. Got my car their on Thursday at 8:30, checked-in, and waited for THREE HOURS. No one told that I was inline for service until I ask. They should have let me know that they dont have enough people to get it done. I wasted 3 hours for noting. They reschedule my appointment again on Sunday. I would be happy to reschedule, if they told me little earlier that they are very busy. I wish they had respected others time more
I was told by the dealership I needed 4 tires. Brought my car to Mavis and the tires were more than good. Thank you Diane and the staff saved me $800 I didnt need to spend. Definitely going to go to Mavis every time.

Amazing customer service and wonderful website. We started by making the appointment the evening before the services needed (about 10 o’clock at night), and the page is super friendly user. In the morning I received a call early to confirm, unfortunately I was asleep and did not take the call. Upon waking up I called the shop and Diane was awesome on the phone making sure we knew we were ready to be taking care of. Upon arrival to Mavis tires and brakes at discount prices, at 600 Mall Blvd., Diane was the person that took care of us with a smile. We mentioned to her that we live in Atlanta and we need to go due to the weather and she made it happen. Jonathan (Tech) and Jason (service manager), were prompt to make sure we were out and ready to go in only minutes-i know it sounds incredible, but literally “MINUTES”.From customer service to the actual service I gave 100% great review to the shop, the employees and of course the managers
Not at all friendly. When you call them you are speaking to a call center not someone from the store so when there is an issue you are told Im sorry but you were talking with the call center not us so you will need to take up the issue with them. Probably will not go back there again.
Jayson and his team are fantastic; I was in town visiting family and had a vehicle emergency. Called them up and they were extremely helpful from the moment I called. I was at the shop within 13 minutes; showed them the issue, Jayson was wonderful and I enjoyed talking with him and his team. They did a great job! Total time there was under 2 hours. That was great considering what they had to do! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would be my regular auto shop if I were a local!

We were headed home to Virginia on a Sunday afternoon with our travel trailer, and we blew a tire on 95. Upon inspection, we noticed the second tire had belts showing. These tires are only 2 years old and should have lasted. I called around every where trying to buy 1 tire and have it mounted so we could make it home no one could help. We stopped by Mavis and a very nice lady, Diane helped us. She had us in and out in 20 minutes. We are so grateful. Great Service.
Got a screw in my tire on the way back from Savannah yesterday, was able to get an appointment today, and in less than two hours had my tire patched and alignment complete.Not only was the work quick and awesome, but the customer service from the ladies up front, Diane in specific, and the gentlemen working in the back was amazing.10/10 recommend for anyone in the area!
Very Disappointed with the service rendered here. Went in to get a couple new tires and an oil change. We dropped the car off before they opened with an appointment time of 8am. They didnt call until 3 oclock to say that the car was ready. When we arrived to pick it up we were informed that they forgot to do the oil change. They asked if we could wait another hour or so they could squeeze it in. Took it to the quick lube place and one of the new tires was over pressurized by 12 lbs. and the other was 10lbs low of pressure. This is not a place I would ever recommend, to anyone!

I went and had some new tires put on at this place, I was told 1 price, and then at the appt time, after drop off, I was told they didnt have enough of the size tires I needed. So I had to upgrade to a higher price tire. I wasnt happy about it.but watcha gonna do at this point. So at the time of payment, I definitely was experiencing sticker price shock. It was $100 more than I was expecting. But I have tires.the customer service was nice and I am sure I probably will visit again.

Took my car to Mavis because I had a nail in my tire. It was Sunday so I was grateful they were open. I was lucky because after removing the nail the tire wasnt leaking so they didnt charge me. I will be taking my car there for service from now on. I appreciate their honesty and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them. I forgot the name of the lady that helped me at the counter but she was super friendly with me as well as the rest of the customers.

LIED TO ME ABOUT THE CONDITION OF MY BRAKE PADS. SENT ME HOME WITH UNSAFE BRAKES.Probably one of the worst experiences Ive every had at a tire shop. I went in to get my oil changed and brake pads checked for squeaking. I made an appointment online only to receive a call saying that there were no appointments available, but I could drop my car off in the morning and pick it up three hours later. So far... not horrible.At the end of the day, I still hadnt received a call to pick it up, so I phoned in and the man I spoke to told me that it would be done soon. After I arrived to pick it up, I had to wait for ANOTHER HOUR. In the end, they changed my oil but didnt change my brake pads. They told me I was at 70% and the pads would be fine until my next oil change. But, on the way home, I heard grinding and knew something was wrong. Im at Brakes 4 Less by the Walmart and they just told me my rear brakes are METAL ON METAL.The carelessness and incompetence at this Mavis is a joke.

I called twice and talked to the call center and person in store and was told that my appointment was on a Sunday and that the tires were in stock. I was told by both people this. I show up that morning and I was told I had no appointment and that they had no tires even in the size I was told about were in stock. Not to mention the rude service as well.
Had two flats at same time, called to check they had size and Diane had it ready by the time I got there me out fast with a smile. Excellent!
I would like to take a couple of minutes and tell everyone what an incredible experience I had with your store. I had just drove 7 1/2 hours to get to Brunswick to see my sister who is dying in the hospital there. Within an hour of getting into your town I had run over a huge nail and tire was going flat quickly. I pulled in and the parking lot was full. I went in and the nice guy told me it would be a FOUR hour wait! I almost broke down crying. I explained my situation to him and he kept assuring me that he would get to me as soon as he could. I sat there fully expecting to wait the four hours, I has no choice. Within a few minutes a guy came and got my car to replace the tire!! I was in and out within an hour. I have no idea what the guys name is but the receipt has Operator #6671 so hopefully this number is his. Tall guy with big blue eyes. Your store saved me that day and you will never know what that meant to me. I was able to make it to the hospital for my sister and made it back to Alabama safely. Had a great experience at Mavis and also had great customer service. They were willing to squeeze me in for a tire fix when they were busy, and offered to put the tire back on for me. Overall great experience and the tire looks great! I was also give the tire fix at zero charge, was truly a blessing!
I was very impressed by the service I received. I was on a tight schedule and they replaced two tires mounted and balanced at a great price in a very respectful time. They informed me of potential issues my vehicle could have and what I could have done to prevent issues. I will most definitely be returning for any brake or tire related purchases in the future.

We had to take the car of a friend here while they were visiting. They had a problem with a tire. They were taken in immediately because they were soon leaving. They were incredibly helpful and friendly at Mavis and we will certainly use them ourselves if we have a mechanical problem.
Had a flat tire with a broken valve on Saturday morning with a 12 hour drive ahead of us, and the tow truck recommended bringing us to Mavis. They were able to put in a rubber valve and get us back on the road in under one hour even though they were slammed. Jason was very transparent and helpful!
Ive had all sorts of experiences at different tire shops. I have even worked at Service Shops in all positions from a tire tech to a store manager. Mavis Tire in Brunswick has by far exceeded any level of service I have ever received. Diane and Jayson went above and beyond to find my tires and the attention to detail was amazing. From making sure I got exactly what I was looking for to being sure I got the best price they could give me, it was a terrific experience. I always tell everyone to make sure you have a guy, when it comes to car service. Someone you can just trust is looking out for you. Its not always easy to find but I have my guy now inside the doors of mavis tire in brunswick!
Regretful encounter with these folks reminded me what a lousy business this is. Overpriced and unprofessional. Would never step foot inside the door of one of these stores again. You will probably end up regretting it if you ever decide to invest in a set of tires with these folks. The worst tire experience I’ve ever had. Never again..

Traveling from NC to Fl got a flat on our trailer. After putting the spare we looked for a place to fix the tire, just in case we get another flat. Mavis Tires helped us in less than 1 hr! Michel was very friendly and polite. Highly recommend them!!!
I needed a tire patch and went down to my usual tire place, but they were just too busy and turned me right around. After the third attempt they still wouldnt see me, so I tried mavis and I am so glad I did. Though they were busy too but they fit me in and now they have a new loyal customer!!
Employees are very helpful and try to work with you the best they can. They are upfront when something is not in the store, and will give an exact date of delivery. I had no costs that I was not told about. My car was done in the expected time they provided me with.

We were traveling from West Virginia to Florida and had a tire blowout near Brunswick on the day after Thanksgiving and was towed to Mavis. Although they were very busy they worked us in and got us back on The road in a short time. I would like to thank Jason and Will who were very professional and couldn’t have been nicer to complete strangers. They are a credit to your company.

This place is a joke! I went there on Saturday to maybe get tires put on my truck, they didn’t have any in my price range but i was given a best price quote for 4 other tires which by the way was an added extra $200. I drove home and thought about it on the way so I called the store and told them I wanted to get the tires and when can I come in and have them installed, they said they would have to order them and the soonest I could get an appointment was Wednesday morning at 8am I agreed and they took my information but i said i had no other vehicle so I would have to wait for the truck, i was told no problem, they open at 8am. I get there this morning and wait for them to open and was asked if I had an appointment, I said yes 8am, just like the 6 other people that were there for 8am appointments also. i was then asked if i was leaving the truck, i said I have to wait for it because i have no other vehicle and if I couldn’t get it done now I would go somewhere else . 30 minutes go by and my truck is pulled in and put up on the rack, another 40 minutes go by and someone comes to me and ask what tires im supposed to be getting. I show the the business card i was given with the tires and price and im then told that they were sorry but they only have 2 of those tires but they have 4 of a different type. I told them to get my truck off the rack I will take my business elsewhere. Why take my information? They never verified the tires were there for my appointment ? And why wasn’t I called to tell me this ? With so many businesses failing because of Covid you would think mavis tires would be thankful to still be open and want to keep every customer they are able to have. I will never even consider them again for any tire business and I will be sure to tell everyone I come across to stay away from mavis tire.

While visiting the Golden Isles area for some R&R, we noticed a drop in tire pressure in one tire. I Googled tire repair and Mavis Tires & Brakes on Mall Blvd in Brunswick was the location closest to us. What a great experience! After becoming a widow I have had to learn how to do certain things my husband took care of. I needed tires and brakes so I visited the only place of service I have gone to since my husband passed. My only sibling is 16 years younger than me and when I shared the expense info with him, he said go to Mavis Discount Tire in the mall area. I did and got tires, front and rear brakes for half the cost of the other place. Jenifer is the Store Manager. She bent over backwards to help me. I talked to her around noon. She said can I keep your car and I will call you with more info and charges. She called me and we agreed on charges. At 5pm Jenifer called to say we made your car safe and it is READY!! Jenifer and Diane are wonderful and the techs did a marvelous job. I will never go anywhere else.

I had a power steering pump failure while visiting my Brother and they fit me into an already busy schedule, did the repair and sent me on my way. Jason Barber, General Manager, did an outstanding job accommodating my needs.

Called their call center to order tires and make an appointment. Got tires ordered and set an appointment for 8am. I made sure I asked about how the appointment time worked. They told me my truck would go in when the first bay opened after I dropped off the truck.Sounded good. The shop in Brunswick called to confirm my tire order, and I asked if my appointment was set. They said I didnt have an appointment but they would schedule me for 10am. Okay, a little later than I wanted but okay. Get there at 945am, dropped off truck and keys. An hour and a half later I drive by to see if its about done. They hadnt started. I asked how much longer and they said they had not finished with their 8am appointments. I asked how the appointment time worked and they said it just means they will finish my truck sometime today. This made no sense and I knew someone was lying to me. Got my keys back and went to Duckworth tire. Mavis will not get any of my business.
I had a late after noon tire emergency and Jayson took my car in even though they were very busy. They did an extraordinary job in caring for my car in a timely and professional manner! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!
Best price in town. Drooped car off in the morning. They called me every time they found something that needed to be fixed/corrected. They never pressured anything on me and was so kind and polite. They were amazing for us! I had a family emergency that I needed to leave town immediately for and they went above and beyond for me. Jayson was great and said that the moment the tires were delivered they would get my car in. Before the truck finished unloading the car was in and tires were being dismounted. They were also the cheapest place in town but they price match if they arent. They really helped alleviate some stress during a very stressful moment. I know where the rest of my tires will come from! I definitely recommend them to anyone.
I had a low tire pressure warning. I filled the tires with air and that didnt seem to help. I soapped my tire and yep i had a puncture. Drove over to Mavis. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager said i had 2 punctures in that tire and both were repairable. They got it done relatively quick and inexpensive. They also had a kid friendly area which helpped entertain the little one. I would recommend them.
Made an online appt to have new tires put on, called afterwards to verify appt and to see about adding an alignment service to order. No problem ! The gentleman was very friendly and said it would not be a problem. Go there the very next day to have tires and alignment completed, and they tell me that they tried to call me, even left a voicemail. First, the lady said they tried to call me because my appt was at 3pm, they close at 5, and they wanted me to come earlier. Then she proceeds to tell me they only had 3 out of the 4 tires that I needed, and that they would not be able to perform the alignment because they are backed up and close at 5. I showed them on my phone that no one tried to call me, certainly did not leave a voicemail, and that they should have told me that when I called to confirm the day before. I was leery about going here after reading the reviews from the start,but they were the only ones who supposedly had the tires I needed without having to order them. I will gladly wait for Duckworths to order the tires and pay a few dollars more to get exceptional service. Do better Mavis !
I took my vehicle into Kauffman tire yesterday because my tire pressure light came on. I had no idea why being that all the sensors had the right tire pressure. I met with Jennifer who was very informative from the beginning letting me know it will be a few minutes before they could get my car on the lift but not too long ( By the way Jennifer had such a great attitude and really helpful). I left came back about half hour later those folks over there had me all fixed up. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my tire at all. They made sure I had air in all 4 tires and reset my pressure light. They didnt charge me a dime. I have a 4 hour drive back home. You dont have good customer service like this these days anymore. Its very rare. Thank you all for caring about my safety a little ol stranger passing through. Definitely will use them again if Im in town with a problem.

We were traveling from Pensacola to Charleston SC on a Sunday and our front passenger tire separated. I found this shop on Google then nursed the car 4 miles and arrived 1 hr before closing. They had absolutely no problem getting us in and back on the road. The crew even stayed a few minutes late just to make sure our car got completed. And one heck of a price. I did tires for yrs and I guarantee no one can beat the price given to us.
My grandson went to this place only to have them take a tire off of a rim and put it on another rim. They not only told him that he had 4 very bad tires and they couldnt do that but also said he had a nail in one none was true!!! Tires were almost new that he had on there and they came from Mavis!!!
The place I typically had tire service is no longer open in town, so I took a change going here. Jayson and his crew wee very helpful and took care of my issue quickly. Im glad to have this new place to go when I need new tires.
Jayson, David and I forgot the name of the woman there who helped us this past Monday were life savers! It was 5:48 pm and we were driving on a spare to get home to Florida. I called to see if they could take us in to patch our flat tire and Jayson said “ bring it in... we will wait for you.”The relief I felt! I asked how much and he quoted me $19.95 plus install. I said I got that.So we get there 16 minutes later and i somehow ask if my tires are warranted. The lovely lady looks it up and sure enough, kauffman tires just bought out sun tires and my tire was under warranty! I didn’t end up paying anything! I did feel bad for David having to stay later for us and all I had was $6 to give him. Jayson was kind and I am VERY appreciative that he stayed open so we could get home safely... especially with my 5 month grand baby in the car. If you want to be treated honestly, fairly and cared for... This is the place! Brunswick is lucky to have these people.

I sent my daughter there to have her rear brakes done. When our dealership said she needed rear brakes done immediately. The service tech Jason advised me that the brakes did not need to be changed they just needed to be cleaned and adjusted. I give Kauffman tires 10 stars for being truthful and honest. Although the employees were nice I was quoted one price and once services were done I was given a much, much, higher price. Because they were tires I couldn’t say “take them back”, so I was stuck paying the inflated amount. I won’t be a customer again and I hate that, but I can’t afford to be overcharged again.
These people are absolutely amazing! They had my aftermarket tires in stock (which never happens anywhere) and they did a great job with working on my car. They listened very well to everything I wanted done and ensured it was done the way that I asked. I will be referring many people to them as the years go by!

Worst place to buy tires, this must be full of fake reviews. They’ll make you reschedule over and over again then finally tell you it will take them several hours because they do not manage appointments whatsoever. Take your money elsewhere and don’t work around someone else’s schedule when you’re spending a thousand bucks
Had 2 tires replaced on the front of my F350 Dually. Got good service at a good price. They were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Couldnt expect any better from this type of business. Their facility was modern, clean and very welcoming to customers. Very professional type establishment unlike some of the auto shops one might encounter with burly bearded backwoods looking dudes dressed like they dont care using profanity and walking around with cigarettes hanging from their lips. Im glad places like Kauffman (soon to be Mavis) still exist. Keep up the good work and thank you for your service!

This is my second time at this location with my other vehicle. Staff was professional and site was clean as before. Due to Covid, limited on number of customers allowed to wait for vehicle so I recommend dropping off and picking up when done.

I had a bad tire on my fifth wheel trailer while traveling north from Florida. Called at 7PM to check if they had the tires I needed in stock. They didnt but ordered them in for early morning delivery. I arrived next day at 8:30 and the tires were already there. It was easy to get my 40 ft trailer in there lot. They replaced two tires. They were better quality, deeper tread for same price I paid for tires at home. Got me on the road in an hour and a half. So happy I plan on stopping here next time I need tires.

I stopped in Sunday Aug . 25 to get a flat tire repaired. I drove over to Brunswick that morning to switch vehicles with my son. Upon a arrival I discovered the car I came to get had a flat tire. Jayson Barber initially told me itd be three hour wait but after building some rapport with me he decided hed work me in between jobs. As it turned out I needed a new tire. I highly recommend Mavis Tire and this location in particular!!

The dealer didnt have a replacement valve stem for my RAM 1500. It would take two days to get it and I would need an appointment. Kauffman not only had the valve in stock, they had it repaired in about a half hour. GREAT SERVICE and price!!!!!! So much better that the place that sold me the truck

First off I’d like to say the employees who work the front desk are always courteous and helpful. I had purchased a battery in may 2019. Just today Feb. 19th I noticed it was leaking battery acid from the seems of the battery. I called up there and they said come on in and we will take care of you. Thirty minutes later and I was out the door. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and the problem was fixed. A+ guys.

I decided to get new tires for my car here. Ive been to other shops in town that made me feel stupid. Kauffman is awesome! Jennifer helped me, & she rocks!!! She met me outside and we looked at my tires together, she asked questions explained things and found the right tires for my budget. Ill be back for sure. They were really busy, but they got my car done in about an hour for 4 tires with aligner. Its been about 2 weeks with my new tires and Im super pleased and am recommending Jennifer and Kauffman Tire to everyone I know.
My mother made an 8am appointment. They said it would be done between 2pm and 3 pm. We returned at 3pm and they hadnt even touched the car. I never had issues when they were Kauffman. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.
I recently had my breaks repaired at the Brunswick location. I am very pleased with the quality of service and work they’ve done on my car.
Called a 912 number at 1:50pm, got an appointment set up for that day, got off work early, drove up there only to find out that they didnt have my appointment on the books or my tires in stock. Guy said there was nothing he could do but he could sell me a set of tires for 70 dollars more than the quote I was given over the phone. Turns out the phone goes to a call center in New York and they set me up for the wrong shop and then tried to blame me for calling the wrong number, even though when I called back the same number after i left they know magically knew the store I was talking about. Was extremely disappointed, needed tires that day cancelled an appointment at another shop I had special ordered tires and told them to cancel the order and ended up driving home on the same tires. Not happy with the place. Lost my business before they even got it. If you call make sure theyre setting you up at the right place is all I can say.
We were driving home to Florida from Tennessee and noticed our front tire was going flat. We pulled in to see if they could fix it. They took it right in, patched the hole, balanced the tires and washed the van for FREE. They had a nice waiting area and the workers were friendly and helpful. We discovered that we have a Kauffman Tire about an hour from our home. You can bet we will be visiting them the next time we need tires!

Brett, Jenifer, and Terry went above and beyond! I got a flat tire at 5:30 the day before a holiday. I called them at 5:45 and they stayed open late to replace my tire. They were very gracious and knowledgeable--they treated me like family even though Id never been there before. I would highly recommend this place!!
I noticed that my steering wheel was around the 10:30 to 11:00 position. The truck wasn’t pulling to the left or right. However it was driving me crazy not having a straight steering wheel. Being in the automotive field as a 30 year career and 40 plus years as a manager I’m no stranger to the working components of a vehicle as well as the traits of a seasoned manager.When I first arrived at Kauffman Tire I was greeted by a very polite woman that listened to my concerns. My truck was pulled onto the alignment rack within minutes of my arrival It wasn’t long until I meet the service manager, he spent several minutes doing his best to convince me of how talented and experienced he was in the automotive world. Then he laid the bad news down on me. He began to tell me the reason why my steering wheel wasn’t straight was because my truck had a worn out lower passenger side ball joint. I knew he was trying to pull a scam. The truck had only 2000 miles on a completely newly rebuilt front end and the steering wheel position has nothing to do with the ball joints. We went into the shop where he proceeded to push in the up position under the tire with a pry bar. Then he pointed out the movement of the suspension. It didn’t take a surgeon to know that the suspension is going to move if enough pressure is applied. He suggested that I do the other side as well since one was bad both were more than likely worn the same. In a real world that’s true, however in his world it was a made up scam repair to the amount of $720.00 after the alignment. I then proceeded to tell him my experience with vehicles and ask very nicely if he could just put my steering wheel back to the 12:00 position. His story changed and he politely told his service tech to align my truck.Time to pay was even better, the very polite woman that greeted me earlier turned out to be the manager. She said most pick up truck alignments were $129.99 but she was graciously giving me a discount and only charging me $79.99. If that’s not a scam please pinch me and bring me back to reality.Now for the next chapter with this bad experience. I left with my truck not only with the steering wheel still in the same position but now it was pulling to the right. So I decided to contact corporate and share my experience. She typed everything I said and told me the District Manager (Roy) would be contacting me. As promised he did within minutes. Roy was extremely polite and promised to make things right agreeing with me that ball joints don’t cause wheel position issues. He was very concerned that I had been treated this way and vowed to make it right. We agreed on meeting the following week at the Brunswick store and he would personally align my truck.Well that day has come and guess what? Good ole Roy left me high and dry with an excuse that he would be riding with his boss (Stephen) today and couldn’t make it. Please keep in mind I’ve already been driving for over a week on brand new tires that were being eat up by a blotched alignment. This did not go over well with me, however he was adamant that he would get to my truck at a later date. During that conversation I made the comment that I would be with him during the entire alignment simply because I had lost my trust in Kauffman Tire. That’s when good ole Roy showed his other side. He continuously bashed and talked over me accusing me of attacking his character. This couldn’t have been the furthest from the truth. For a manger of his position to take anything personally is totally unacceptable. Once Roy took a draw for air I finally was able to ask Roy since he was going to be riding with his manager to please have him call me.Stephen called me very promptly and ask how he could help. I explained everything to him and his response was one that only a well seasoned manager would come back with. He ask what can I do to fix this problem. My answer was absolutely nothing other than refund my money. Once trust is lost all is lost.
They were very quick, helpful, and professional! We blew a tire on our camper while traveling on the interstate, so we decided to replace all 4. They had all 4 in stock and were outside waiting for us when we pulled in! Great service!
My son, his wife, his mother-in-law and his two children (2 and 3 years old) were traveling and had a flat tire. They were able to air it up enough to get it to this business but could hear it leaking out. My son explained he had his family in the van, he just made it to them and now its flat and he doesnt have a spare tire. They told him Sorry. Thats it. I own a repair shop and understand being busy but when a family is broken down you do what needs to be done. Absolutely no empathy.
I do not recommend them for an tire alignment i took it back once after i paid 80 dollars and they told me there was nothing wrong despite two other business giving papers showing it was out of alignment i called corporate many times and always got a different answer the last time i faxed them my proof and receipt when i took ot elsewhere and now after 3 months i have no refund and have not gotten a answer. They definitely don’t act professionally. And the guy told me a alignment is needed every 6,000 miles which is complete bull i also felt like may they didn’t take me seriously because i was a women alone with young kids
Very happy with Mavis Discount Tire. I took my van 2 times to Walmart and was told that my sensor light was wrong. They said that my tires were fine. My husband would put air in the tire and the light would go off. A few days later the sensor light came back on. So, I decided to bring my van to Mavis where they FINALLY got to the bottom of the tire problem. There was a nail in my tire! So, I have to give them an A+ for finding the problem. I recommend them highly. I will never go back to Walmart with a tire problem.
Bought 4 new tires at a great price from the awesome customer service Rep - Diane.She is the reason why I actually bought from Mavis, she was a pleasure to deal with.
Tires was reasonably priced. They will even price match. They put 4 new tires on my car and changed the oil in less than hour. Brought a second car in without an appointment. Had 4 news tires put on. Was out in less than hour.
Went to 10 different tire shops in the last two days, no one could help me or had the time to mount one tire. The customer service and awesome techs here at Mavis were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road safely. Thank you!

Probably the best place I’ve shopped for tires in town so far. The people we’re really nice and helpful with everything that I needed. They had the tires I had ordered, ready to go when I are for my appointment. They finished everything within about an hour. A really great shopping experience.

Had to get a new tire out on and they couldn’t even install the rim properly, it was coming out the day I brought it home. Super disappointing to pay $106 dollars for yall to not even install the tire correctly

2021-11-26Absolutely amazing!!! Came in with a bad tire and they squeezed us in. Told us it would be 3 hours until they could get it done. Sat here for 30 min and they took our car on back! Very quick and amazing people here!!!! Very friendly as well.

2022-05-20The most amazing mechanic shop I have ever been to. The customer service from Joe and the other gentlemen that was working was so sweet and personable and made my wait fly by. They were able to look at my car and get a serious brake line issue fixed as soon as possible as I had a trip to Alabama the same day. I will definitely be using them going forward for all my car needs!

2022-02-18I expected that it would be a pain on a Friday to get my tires and alignment done but from the 2nd ring as I called Mavis tire, I was greeted by Mrs. Diane, the kindest most helpful person Ive talked to from any auto service company. I expected this process to be painful but after she gave me details and to come on in, I made it there, she had a big smile and was very quick with getting me set up to get my car worked on. The service techs were also very nice and helpful and werent acting as if I was a bother, like how most other techs at other garages act. All in all, Mavis has changed my outlook on experiences and what to expect, in relation to auto care services and expectations. I will NOT take my business anywhere else besides Mavis from here on out. 5☆s!!!!

2022-05-14My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. & they didnt finish until 2:09 p.m. I was told that they only had 1 technician working that morning, but another came in around noon or 1:00 p.m. The guy working the front helped me out by providing me with a charging cord so I could work while I waited. The labor prices were HIGH & customers are charged for every little thing. But my car rode so much smoother once they finished.

2022-06-27The staff at Mavis Tire in Brunswick, GA was amazing!! We were returning to Tampa, FL with our Girl Scout troop from a weekend trip in Savannah when our tire blew out on 95. The gentlemen at Mavis were kind and extremely fast and efficient. They had a new tire on our vehicle and back on our way in less than 30 minutes. They were lifesaver!!

2022-02-27I was driving across country, my oil ran out, and my car was stalling on a nearby highway. I was lucky to have been in this team’s hands. They took me in right away when they had many cars to work on, explained the process throughly, had me in and out quick, and were empathetic to the situation. 10/10 with service, speed, their knowledge, and kindness!

2022-07-08Horrible service. My wife dropped her car off first thing in the morning, letting them know she would be traveling back home the following day. While she was there waiting to check her car in one of the workers ran out to check another car to be sure they had the right tire. So my wife assumed they had done the same for her. Unfortunately they did not. Instead they waited till every other tire store in town had closed for the day and called us to tell us they couldnt get a matching tire for two more days. They also refused to mount a different brand of tire in an emergency situation. They were rude to us when we refused to accept waiting an extra two days. They then backed my wifes Mercedes up over the parking curb and left it unlocked overnight.Lucky for us the car was not damaged and FIRESTONE was willing and able to mount a tire of the right size today to get her home on time. Sadly i have purchased 2000 dollars worth of tires from the local mavis near home in the last week and can honestly say i will never spend another dime at mavis tire.Do yourself a favor and drive right past this place. The folks at Firestone are kind and polite and willing to go the extra mile to help a stranded motorist.
