Mavis Tires & Brakes in other cities:
This place is awful. Had appointment for 10am. Asked about how long it would take, she said a couple hours. Okay no problem. Called at almost 3pm and was told it hasnt been done and they are gonna pull it in now. Are you joking 5 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Avoid at all cost. Not to mention they are more expensive then most. Would be no star if it would let me post it.
Steve was very helpful to my husband and I today. One of our car’s tires had exploded in the middle of the highway. We tried to use our spare tire but it was stuck and couldn’t take it out of the car. We managed to find his place, which was close by and he helped us with everything.
I live in Decatur, Ga and I traveled to this location for the great service that I received. It’s hard to find a place with great service and a price that won’t try to dig in your pockets. I really appreciate Bill for all of his help and assistance with getting my car back in the road.
By far the best. Im scratching my head as to why it took me this long to find them. I went in just for tires and literally had tires replaced along with front brakes, rotors and alignment all in the same day. Best prices around Dacula. The typical turn around for service like that is not same day so this was super convenient considering Im fixing to go out of town. Very communicative throughout the whole process. Ask for Breeze! Shes amazing :)BTW, this was the Auburn Rd, Dacula GA location. Im definitely a returning customer going forward
The service from this store is exceptional! I trust the staffs recommendations on what service is needed in addition to the regular maintenance that I receive from the location. The quality of work completed is top notch, and I have never been disappointed with the service received.
I just got new tires and an alignment from here and Tommy and the crew that was working there on Sunday 7/10 was doing a great job! It seems as though the previous manager and crew all quit the Friday before and left a huge mess behind, but everyone that was there when I was there was doing their best to accommodate everyone while also cleaning up the mess that was left for them.
Bought a new truck. Took it to Mavis for the first oil change and tire rotation. Best customer service ever. Came back for 2nd oil change. Couldnt get me in, no big deal. They were busy. Totally get it. The service guy convinced me to make an appointment for the next day 3pm. No problem, drop it off at 3. Know they close at 6, the wife takes me to pick it up at 5:45. Truck was never moved. Apologies, Apologies ect ect. Tried again today just left the store at 5:05. Walked in and the man said sorry not taking any more work today. Never even asked me what I needed. I will never be back. How do you go from amazing customer service to trash in 3 months? New management? Employees?
I live in Lilburn GA, and I always drive an hour out of my way to come to this Mavis Tire! I’ve had tires, breaks, shocks, and oil done here and I can say… Bill, Kyle, Dustin, and the rest of the team do fantastic, quality and honest work! I will continue to come to this very reliable Mavis Tire!
I would highly recommend NOT using this tire place. I waited 5 HOURS at the Dacula location for new tires for them to tell me the tires I ordered A WEEK before my appt were not in stock. My car was in the shop for an hour before they came in to tell me they didn’t have my tires in stock. And then said it wasn’t their fault for them being out of stock. When I told them someone should have looked the min I checked in the excuse was that the system didn’t say they were out of stock.
Started off as best customer service ever. Brought my new truck for first oil change and tire rotation. In and out amazing service. Brought same truck in for second oil change, too busy. Couldnt get me in. No big deal, the guy convinced me to schedule appointment for next day at 3 oclock. I did, dropped it off. Had wife bring me back at 5:45. The truck did not move. Apologies, Apologies, ect, ect. Went back today at 5:05. As soon as I walked in the door the guy said we arent taking any more work today. Never even asked what I needed. Ran me off. Thats it for me. Never going back. From 5 star service to no service in 3 months. Management? Employees??
I visted Mavis for the first time due to low tire pressure. The customer service was top notch. They took care of my problem in a timely manner. The price was reasonable an they made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be back an also reccomend them to all family an friends.
I don’t recommend this store , I made an appointment and dropped off my car at 10am , didn’t get worked on until 3pm .They call me at 6pm to tell me they don’t even have the tires in stock, when setting up the appointment they said they’d have the tires ! Very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. Wasted my time and gas and for what , also wasted money for a rental car for what ?
Mavis has an excellent staff who prioritizes customer service above all else. I ordered tires from Amazon to be shipped to and installed by Mavis. Not only did they take care of me completely, but they also prioritized my service since it could be completed in a short amount of time.In addition, I was told that I needed a new tire pressure sensor because Id used Fix-A-Flat. The gentleman there told me to purchase the sensor somewhere and bring my car back and hell take care of installing it for free. And they did just that. Excellent service all-around!
This Mavis tire is great thank you DustinI came here for a screw in my tire Dustin informed me it would be about a hour and a half. Then offered to do a quick check to see if it was leaking the screw was like 1/4 of an inch he pulled it out and I was on my way now thats we need more of true customer service thanks so much Dustin.
Hubby needed to get tires ASAP. He called around to get quotes, and Mavis prices were very competitive. He expected to wait a long time since he didn’t have an appointment. Mavis managed to get him in earlier than expected. Very courteous and professional. Kept him posted on the status of the vehicle.
I had a flat tire right before your store closed in Dacula. Dustin and his wonderful crew, Steve and Kyle waited for me to bring my truck in even though it was after hours just so I could get it fixed first thing in the morning to get back on the road again to do my job!!! Starting with Devon, the first assistant manager I’ve worked with here, and now Dustin (trained by Devon), I’ve been nothing but impressed with the outstanding customer service!!! These people are very hard working and always treat me like family!!! I trust them to always do their best to take care of all of my car needs!!! These guys get my highest ratings!!! Keep up the excellent work!!!
The customer service was extremely friendly. We had an issue with the tires I ordered online compared to what I wanted, but they helped us get it corrected with no problems. Dustin, Bill, and Steve were friendly and professional and the technicians were nice and quick.
This was my 2nd time using this Mavis location and they are the best! The manager & front office staff got me in an hour before closing for 3 new tires and an alignment with 3 other cars being serviced at the time and with a short staff. The manager was even helping his team get the work done. Highly recommend.
I returned as promised. 1st took my daughters Subaru Forester in on Fathers Day and as promised they had the tires we picked out and did a wonderful job installing them. Then about two weeks or so later, I took my wifes Ford Flex in for new tires. Not only do I feel like I received great service and wonderful prices, they took a little extra off my wifes tires showing me how much they appreciate my business. It is real nice to know when you have a place you can trust to give you a good deal along with great service. One day I will again return when my truck needs tires, may be awhile but I will be back. Meanwhile I recommend this location to everyone... Thank you team Mavis!!!Great service! They replaced valve stem and helped me put my spare tire back under my truck at no cost. I will be back to get tires on my wife & daughters car in couple of weeks. Thank you again for your help!
Thanks so much for the excellent service! Devon was a HUGE help and made the process for my tire installation as quick and easy as possible. He’s second to NONE!! I will definitely be coming back when my car needs servicing again! I will be recommending them to all my friends as well! Thanks again!
Devon was great! He seemed happy to help me with all of my questions and concerns about my vehicle and I definitely didn’t feel like I may of been getting taken advantage of price wise as some places do. I’m glad he asked about my windshield wipers as well because that’s something I always forget to get replaced. Great service and great service experience!
I meant to do this earlier, but I was out of the country. I am very disappointed on my visit to this location almost a month ago. I had gone to have my brakes checked. It took them approximately 2 hours to check my brakes; in which all 4 tires were taking off. Well the information was provided to me on what was needed, but the reason for my review is because not one time did anyone mention the condition of my tires. The name of your company is Mavis Tires & Brakes; so if you took off all 4 tires off, why didnt you notice the condition of my tires? How? Why? No I couldnt physically see it myself, because it was from the inside; not on the outside. I was driving around with the possibilities of my tires blowing on me. Thanks Mavis! I would have had more respect or even provided you with an outstanding review, if you would have said maam Ive checked your brakes, but while I was putting your tires back on I noticed that they needed to be replaced NOW. Instead of me having my brakes down with you all, I decided to go somewhere else. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST YOU ALL TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I put many miles on my Subaru with my day job and playing music gigs in the evenings. After 30k miles, it was time to replace my factory installed tires. I called three places before calling Mavis, I liked the customer service I received on the phone right away. Very professional and competitive pricing. I went with 4 Goodyear Assurance, All Season tires. Super smooth, quiet and well-handling tires. This Mavis location is very helpful, knowledgeable and expedient.
This place deserves more than 5 stars! They able to order the tire I needed and had it for me the next morning. Steve was very helpful, to get my car finished by the time I requested. Devin at the front was very helpful in getting the best price for me. Overall just great customer service, will definitely be back here for any car needs in the future!
Dustin was AWESOME!! Was originally scheduled for 12pm, I called two days before my appointment to see if I could schedule it in earlier in the day and without a problem they scheduled me in for 8 AM. Very fast and professional service! I was in and out in an hour! Definitely recommend this place they are very professional!
Great experience! Had a tire blow on the interstate while traveling through town on a busy holiday weekend. Devin was the best - friendly, honest, and made sure I got back on the road the same day. No high pressure, but evaluated the other tires and recommended replacing another tire than was showing similar signs as the one that blew. Thanks for a thorough job well done and service with a smile! If you are anywhere near the Dacula area, go see Devin and the crew at Mavis Tires and Brake!
Beyond pleased with the service and hospitality of this Mavis location. Eddie the representative that assisted me was pleasant to work with. His passion for his work shows and was able to get me back on the road quickly. I had purchased 4 new tires from Discount Tire on Thursday and Saturday I had a nail in one of the tires. I went to several shops that turned me away or were closed on Sunday like Discount Tire. Eddie did not hesitate to take me in. He got my tire fixed and won my business for all my cars. This location was also clean and had a friendly environment. I will only be getting my tires replaced or serviced at this Mavis location from now on. I highly recommend everyone to visit Eddie.
Everyone was polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The store manager greeted me and was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed of the cars status throughout the process and came across as a genuinely nice guy that knew his job well. I was, and still am extremely happy with my visit. Not only will I continue to take my cars to this location. I will be recommending this location to all my friends and coworkers. I normally dont take the time to right reviews or take surveys... But these guys nailed it, and deserve it. (FROZEN435i)Follow Up: Original post above was a 5 Star... Then I found all the issues I didnt know about when posting that review. I brought the car in to replace all four tires do to them being mis-matched and one wheel having a slow leak. Turns out one rim was bent, not there fault, I bought the car used. But no one told me... The bent rim was the cause of the slow leak which was part of the reason I was changing the tires. But thats only the beginning. After the service, I still had a wheel leaking air, but a different location then before. While trying to fill the tire I noticed it was the wrong size tire for its location(staggered wheel setup). Thats when I realized they installed the fronts on the rear, and the rears on the front. But wait! It gets worse... The front and rear rims are physically different sizes and offsets because its a staggered setup. They installed one front tire on a rear rim, and one rear tire on a front rim. Then they put them on the car in the wrong locations based on tire width. And performed an alignment like that! Or so they say... I wasnt given a copy of the alignment results so who know if the alignment is good. I find this unbelievable! Long ago I worked for Porsche as a tech. If I would have done this I would have been fired. But then again... I knew how to do my job correctly. Meanwhile... Ive reached out to Mavis Tire corporate to get this resolved. I will update my review accordingly once all this has been resolved.
Today I was in Mavis Dacula for the change of the tires of my truck, when I arrived I noticed a detail that caught my attention and that is the one that when I arrived I said 2 times good morning, and I did not receive a response from who was attending, then I heard his name, Steve. I indicated that I had bought the tires and the service through Amazon, Steve looked for and coordinated to do the work. When they had already raised the truck, I noticed that the rear supports had been placed in the wrong places, I took a photo of that and located the information on the internet and I found a video in which some specialists showed where the supports should be placed in a 4runner, I showed this video to Steve and then I showed him the photos that I took and in which it was evident that they had placed the supports in the wrong places, when Steve saw the evidence that I showed him, he only told me that they had always done it that way , that is, they had always placed the supports in the places shown in the photo, that means that they have always done it wrong. I am surprised with the stubbornness of this person who not only does not know how to deal with customers but also does not accept that he has made a mistake and does not have the humility to admit it and correct it, I think that it hurts the Mavis company. when I was leaving I told him: have a nice day and he didnt answer. such a person should not serve customers.
Devon was EXTREMELY helpful and informative when it came to the service needs of my vehicle. It was very refreshing to get great customer service and honest professional opinions from an auto service facility! best experience Ive had at one in a VERY long time! Big thanks to Devon and the rest of the team in Dacula! Ill be telling all my friends and family in the area to go there for any service needs or concerns. Thanks so much!
I showed up without an appointment this morning to get a new tire for my minivan. The service was excellent and done fast. I was in and out under an hour. Every time I come to this location, I am treated with excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Keep up the excellence.
I made an appointment on Saturday morning to have a tire repair done and they were e able to take me on Saturday. I called about wait time prior to going in and was told they would get me up right away. Once I arrived my vehicle was up on the rack within 10 minutes. The manager was super we friendly, helpful and communicative. He kept me posted through the whole process even while dealing with some difficult customers. The waiting room was clean and well spaced. My only negative was that the first WiFi allowed me to connect, but didnt allow internet access, but I had cellular service so it wasnt that big of a deal. Im really glad theres a Mavis in my neighborhood now as I used to always drive to them.
I’ve been to Dacula Mavis Tires and Brakes many times now and am a loyal customer all because of how well the manager Devon took care of me on my very first visit. He’s now at the Grayson location and I’m sure is rocking it over there. He’s left behind a great crew, however, in Dacula, including the manager Bill and his workers Steve, Dustin, and Kyle (from another location) who have helped with flat tires, dead batteries, etc. Mavis Tires is always the first place I call whenever I have car trouble.
We have had to go twice in the last three weeks, once due to a faulty plug on a tire and yesterday due to a nail in another tire. Both times the service was very quick, the price was as quoted, and I received excellent customer. This past time I had my kids and they were so kind to them!
Went to get an oil change yesterday, they were short staffed and had a lengthy wait time , regardless I had to have my oil changed. Spoke with Devon and made an appointment for later in the day. Devon was very professional and took care of everything with out hesitation. Will definitely be back thanks to him!
I never take the time to ever review businesses, good or bad. I will make an exception for Mavis in Dacula. They provide online service appointments. (Great Idea). They offer free Brake Inspection and Evaluation. (Great Idea). I show up right on time for my appointment. I walk in and notice (1) person waiting in the corner on a small high top table. There are (2) other customers walking around and (1) customer came in after me. (Perfect). There is someone on the phone with a customer and they are arguing about a scheduled appointment time. (Great, my expectations have dropped to the floor). Another employee shows up and stands next to the other employee and makes a special announcement. ( Everyone has to wait at least 3 hours to be seen ). Great, so know my 3:00 pm appt is 6:00 pm. Keep in mind, not a single employee has made eye contact with me or the customer that came in after me. No one has asked ( How can we help you? ). Suddenly I realized my appointment time doesnt mean anything. After I asked about that, 1 employee said ( Im just being honest bro, we got too much work and we cant stop to look at anyone else ). So I make an appointment in the slot offered, leave work to get there on time, and get totally ignored and told my time isnt important. I guess there is another location of Mavis in Dacula across from Del Rio. There has to be from the great reviews I see. Customer No Service is King at this location. Save your time and money and find a shop who actually cares about your business. Oh BTW, I guess I had to give (1) star at least to post this. Trust me, there are no stars here.
My first visit here was this Saturday 10/10, originally just for an oil change, actually ended up needing to replace 2 tires, replace front brakes and engine filter. All of this was done in under 90 min and I did not have an appointment. I felt that they were honest and priced fairly as well as being very fast. I will be having both my cars serviced there from now on.
Made an appointment for oil change and a balance + rotation. Showed up at app. Time, was checked in , and sat in the waiting room for 2.5hrs.... not once was I (or the 3 other customers) approached by the sales staff with any explanation. Wasnt going to bother with a review, but I just got an email about rescheduling a missed appointment... They didnt even check me in right. Used this location as NTB and service was always spot on. 2* b/c its still a fair price, but then a lot of places are.
9/14/2021 I took my car in for an oil and filter change. The service great as usual. It was not super busy and I got in and out. I will keep returning because they are convenient and trustworthy. The price worked for me also! I will be returning soon for breaks. Keep up the good work!
I had brakes and tires put on when the store was NTB and had no issues. I recently went to have one of my tires looked at because it was loosing air. My husband went Saturday and they said they were too busy to look at it to please come back on Sunday. I went back Sunday and they kept my car for 3 hours. When I returned, they said that they had checked all 4 tires and they all looked great. The next day the same tire was low. I went to Honda MOG and the tire they said was great had 3 nails in it. Thank goodness nothing happened!!
Decent place to grab some tires. As for service, they are order takers, and will give you what you ask for. I used to use the NTB at this location, and they would ask several questions to diagnose the problem. Since Mavis has taken over, I came in thinking I needed an alignment, so they gave me an alignment... with a discount. Approx $90 later, I was given a before and after which showed my alignment was fine. I took my vehicle to the dealer, and my issue had nothing to do with the tires nor alignment. Im running smooth now, and will probably just pay more and go to the dealer in the future.
I had a nail in my tire, and I went to Mavis tire on Auburn Road to get a plug. A simple task I even told them where the nail was. They took off the wrong tire wasted 45 minutes of my time before I realized they had the wrong tire off. I told them several times when I went in which tire it was, there should have been no reason to take a different tire off had they listened to what I said. Don’t ever go there, horrible service and I don’t think they have a clue what they’re doing.
Scheduled appointment for tire rotation and oil change for 9am. Arrived 8:54am. 1 of 2 available Service guys checked me in. No other customers awaiting (no cars in parking lot) and Techs working on just 1 truck in bays. At 9:24am I went to service area to ask about my vehicle as it was still in the parking lot. 3rd person (mgr i think) said very sarcastically she had to have a corporate staff meeting and they would get to me. I told her I could go somewhere else with better Customer Service! Im 57 and thats the 1st time Ive ever walked out of a business due to poor service.
They charm husband for a service that he didnt need, just because he came in saying he wanted an alignment but their computer says he doesnt need it. They performed the alignment and charged him for it anyway. Made me feel like they took our money for a service we didnt need.
AMAZING customer service is an understatement!! I went to this location twice and was not disappointed!! I was hesitant of going to get car services on my own. However, they helped diminish that fear of the woman in a car shop stereotype. My first visit consisted of getting 2 new tires and an alignment. They listened to my concerns and took care of it. I went a few days after and Pete took care of helping me with my other 2 tires. Not only that, he took me out to the shop and GRACIOUSLY showed me what was going on with my front tires. He explained everything in terms that I would understand WITHOUT sounding condescending or belittling. I really appreciated and valued the fact that Pete took the time to break it down and tell me what the next steps would be for my car and safety. This is a person that genuinely cares about his customers and their safety!! This is my new car/tire shop!! Hands down the best and Im beyond happy and satisfied with their work, ethic, and customer service!! Thank YOU!!
Sent my mom to the Mavis in Dacula and for the first time ever I didn’t have to listen to the entire conversation. She wasn’t pressured by Devon (sorry if the spelling is wrong) and he EDUCATED her on what she needed without making her feel like she was forced to buy something or fix something. This was supposed to be a quick tire change but now she will be taking her car there for all her needs! I appreciate you and so does my mom!
Pete and his team gave excellent customer service. I had a set budget for tires on my older Sonata, Pete was able to give my a great price and got me in the same day. During the installation, I was told of improvements needed, but was not pressured just to make the extra sell. It is a very comfortable environment and great service. I will recommend this shop to Family and Friends. Thank you !!!!
My son was on the phone and scheduled an appointment for this place and everything was fine till he arrived. He arrived as he intended, just for new break pads and he was told on the phone they had a 99$ special going on. He then got there and they told him to wait and have him sit as he would be next on the screen. He then asked them and they told him they would not except his service unless he changes not only his break pads, but much much more and the price almost reached 800$ So he took his business else where and went to advanced auto parts, got what he needed and left home and fixed the situation on his own! I cant believe he also wasted about an hour and a half of his time!!. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! NEVER COMING HERE!!
I was in a rush and needed new rear brakes pads and rotors. I asked if they could me in and out, they ensured me they do their best. I am not joking I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was impressed how fast they were, like a pit crew. I used Mavis before and will use them again.
I have been going to this location since they opened. Pete the GM is always up front and honest with what my vehicles need. Never offering or suggesting services that are not needed like most shops to bring the bill up. They always stand behind their work and if something is not right they make it right without hesitation. One of the guys in the garage, Tony, is awesome guy. Always takes the time to discuss what he finds when looking my truck over. Could not ask for a better core team. Hope to keep coming to this location for years to come. Thanks guys for taking such great care of my vehicles.
Just moved out to Dacula and needed a tire balance and rotation. Not knowing any place around here I called Mavis tires to find out about wait time and pricing. The person who answered the phone told me to come in right away and took my info to sign me in. When I went in someone greeted me and told me to wait in a room for someone to help me. I stood in front of 2 employees that were working on the computer for 45 minutes without even being spoken too. They appeared to be busy but not a single person let me know anything. I finally left and went to Pep boys where I was helped right away.
Awesome service!! I called at 7 am when they opened and told them I needed my front replaced. I actually had an extra tire and told the I needed the new one mounted and balanced. They said come by after 10. I showed up at a little after 10 and they took my car right away. I was out within 30 minutes. Thank you guys so much!! And, the quote of mounting and balancing my tire was 35, but they only charged $25!
Let me preface this by saying I own a trucking company and have been buying tires and having tires serviced for over 40 years. Ive had passenger vehicles serviced here with complete tire replacement on 3 vehicles when it was NTB. Today, I experienced a bolt in a tire that required a simple removal and patch. My tire was on a light truck equivalent to and the same size as a Ford 250. The management came out and said we cant fix your tire, we dont have the lug wrenches. I told them I had the wrench and would remove the tire myself...I just needed it patched. The manager turned and walked away saying take it to Pep Boys. Mavis has lost ALL my company business, and I will be taking my tire needs to the commercial tire company that handles all my big rigs...at least they will accommodate me for the smaller tires while NEVER leaving me stranded on the side of the road. No need to reply to this Mavis...Im never coming back.
After giving a 1 star rating I was asked to do the same as everyone else and go to the website to describe my experience, however you are only allowed 1000 characters and this experience required much more than that.We took our truck there for new tires. We knew ahead of time that we needed new lugs because some of them are bad, but they try to tell us that they checked the alignment and it needed that and a new battery. Alignment was just done a few months ago and the battery is fine. Also, they try to tell us that new lugs will be $10 each for the ones that are bad. We can go to Auto zone and get them for under $3 each. What a rip off!!!Called and told them not to do the alignment because we are going to take it back to the place that did it a few months back. So when we get there to pick the truck up we ask for the paperwork showing how bad the truck is out of line. They tell us that they didnt check the alignment, (but they clearly told us they had checked it earlier) that they could tell by the wear on the tires that the alignment was off. When we talked to the sales associate and said that was the way the tires looked before they were aligned 3 months ago, so of course the tires look to have worn unevenly, and asked why they were going to do an alignment without checking it. Before he could answer, the manager Pete (who I have seen from other reviews seems to have poor customer service skills) comes from the back and says we can tell from the tire if it needs alignment, no one is stealing your money and walks out into the shop never to return. We never questioned whether they were stealing our money. I find it to be bad customer service on the managers part when the customer and the sales associate are having a conversation about the alignment and the manager comes out of his office and butts into the conversation, being rude then walks out into the shop without waiting for any response to his remark. I would highly recommend not using them to anyone else. Had zero stars been an option, that is what I would have given.
I was extremely impressed with Mr. Chris, who professionally and courteously introduced himself to me. Great place to take your car for tires, oil change and other repairs. Again, thumbs up 👍 to Chris whod really impacted my decision in getting oil change in my vehicle today, Jan. 18, 2020.
Today was a pleasant experience for sure!I believe they really stepped it up in EVERY DEPARTMENT when they switched from NTB to MAVIS.I was in the middle of a jam-packed day and on my way to a training class when I heard something in my tire, figured it was a rock. It was a huge bolt!Google nearest NTB because of my warranty I had on my tires and went...The team greeted my dog and I upon entry and immediately started taking my info. I explained how late I was going to be to the class and they took my truck back immediately to patch it!I was in n out quickly and was treated great!Thankx guys!
The manager, Pete, offered a great quote on tires for my Mini Cooper S (more than half the dealer price)! He did not have them in stock, but picked them up from another store and completed the service very timely. I recommend them highly! They are very professional and I appreciated the quick turn around! I will have all of my work there from now on!
The stuff us very nice and the Service is wonderful and I would recommend them to anybody for tires brakes or even flat repairs or just to go by and have your tire pressure check to. I went back up there to where the service desk was and asked him if they would check the rest of the tires and the air pressure they did that detector fix my tire did a very good job plus he let me see what was in the tire
I went in because I had a screw in my tire. Pete, the manager, took care of me. Any other place wouldve tried to rip me off and tell me I needed a new tire, but not this guy. Turns out the screw was just stuck in the treads, so I didnt need to buy anything, but Pete treated me like I was buying a whole new set of tires. Is been quite a while since Ive experienced this level of customer service. I will definitely be back!
Get a written estimate of work with an indication that repairs are not authorized until after the final estimate is ready. Write on the initial work order, any repair not related to diagnostics must be approved. Location did a top notch job on tire repair service in the early morning and then botched a $340 auxiliary battery replacement for failing to provide estimate and obtain customer authorization on the same day for a battery that ultimately ran $110 with a 3 year warrantyTechnician replaced battery without providing an estimate, without obtaining authorization on parts replacement and without testing the original battery prior to performing the work. Follow-up with service manager on cost estimate was an indication that the work was done and was $340. When inquiring of the Service Manager if the service light was still on, he indicated that the the vehicle would need to be taken to a dealership. This indication was provided without checking with the service technician if the service light turned off after the service to ensure the original issue was resolved. These were some rookie mistakes and there are some take-aways for the service manager to have this go better in the future:1. Run the final estimate from the service technician by the customer before doing the work. GA law requires at a minimum verbal authorization this to prevent strong arm practices for automotive repair. This provides a better experience all around avoiding he said / she said scenarios that cause negative customer experiences and escalation.2. Do diagnostic check to ensure parts need to be replaced.3. Follow-up with the service technician to ensure that he or she does not have the sheer exuberance to perform the work prior to putting together a final estimate and getting customer authorization.4. Set the expectation with the service technician that the repair should not be performed until the final estimate is approved by the customer.5. Do a post-repair check with the technician to ensure warning console lights or messages are cleared if possible. If not set the expectation with the customer. This is the only way the customer knows if the original issue is resolved and the vehicle safe to drive.
The staff was great and very friendly but we came in for two new tires to be placed in the front of the car and they took us in right away which was great but shortly after they came out telling us we needed brakes meanwhile we just had new brakes put on a few months ago so we went a looked and they seemed fine to us, as we were leaving they were admit about us getting the brakes done asap as if we werent going to be safe in the vehicle. So we took the vehicle to our regular mechanic (35+ years experience in dealerships and owning his own shop) and he said our brakes still had a ton of life left in them. Its just disappointing bc it felt like they were just trying to get more money out of us when it was something we didnt need. And they left the new tires on the back after asking for them in the front and for the old tires to be changed to black wall out to match, which wasnt done either.
Great service and friendly folks is my experience at this NTB. The manger, Pete, is friendly and knowledgeable........and is hair is impeccable, although I think it may be a weave....too perfect.I will always bring my vehicles here. The waiting room area and service areas are always impressively clean also.
FRAUDS AND THEVIES, stay away from this scam shop. I gave them my Jetta to repair. It had the check engine light on and I needed it off so I can pass my emissions. They just took my money and neglected to tell me the reason why my engine light was on they couldnt repair and I would have to go to another shop. Why would I pay two different shops for one problem when they should of just let me know from the beginning they couldnt fix it. They wont refund my money or fix the problem. I was better off going to the Hispanics. I reported this business to the BBB. Very dissatisfied customer.
My husband and I took his Mustang GT in for tires, balance, alignment and a new battery. My husband is super particular about his car, so when Kenny let us know about a power steering leak, my husband was upset. They showed us the problem, ordered the part, and we picked up the car the next morning (we were in later on a Saturday). Kenny, Pete, and Seth were great - this is the only place we will be going to for our vehicles now. Excellent customer service with good prices!
I hesitated to go here because they are ALWAYS slow and it has taken hours to get an oil change and routine check of my car. But they did my brakes and I dont want to pay for things elsewhere that are covered by warranty. Today they did my oil change in a little less than an hour....I think it could have been done in 30 minutes max. The young men working in the service bay wander around and talk to each other a lot or look at their phones. Im not saying dont talk to your coworkers but get some work done. The excuse I got was we know we have things to work on and its hard to get good help. I say fire those that arent doing the job and move to the next candidate. At any rate, thats a poor excuse.
Checked in at 1pm. Was told at that time it would be only 45 minutes for an oil change. . Went and had lunch. Returned an hour later to see the car had not even been moved. An additional half hour passed before the front man was asked why the delay. At that time the car was then moved into the garage. Your facility will not get recommendations when you take two times the promised time to deliver.
Dropped off car on a Sunday night told them what needed to be done they told me they could do it then called Monday they said the price was more then initially told but I understood so I was okay with it then Tuesday I called and was told the best tech had to leave early and would start on it first thing in the morning Wednesday afternoon I gave a call to check up on car and hopefully pick it up and was told they didn’t touch the car never do service here again
I went online searching for tires for my 2012 Toyota Camry, found a reasonably priced set ($378 all included with promo code) and made an appointment for 2:30 on Sunday (11/17). Upon arriving I was automatically quoted $460 for the same tires even though I had everything saved from the online system saying $380. I was told that didnt include installation, even though it clearly says Includes tire and wheel installation, TPMS...) on the final page. We get the price sorted, I hand over my keys, and take a seat. I wait a hour, car hasnt been touched. I walk next door and have some food, another hour, come back car still hasnt been touched. I finally just get my keys and leave, I cant be mad at a company for making money and being busy.I return Monday (11/18) and the manager from the day before was nice enough to get my car in straight away. Then comes the SAME $460 quote from the day before, this time it was something about the $380 only being basic installation... Well, Thats all I need, I dont need all that extra. This time, my tires were installed in about an hour and a half at the price I was originally quoted. The only complaints about today that I have is that I didnt appreciate them trying the same trick for an extra $80 up-sell as the day before, and if youre going to have large windows looking into the bay from the waiting room, you might want to tell your techs to not smoke and vape in front of said window when you can see the new tires on your wheels just sitting on the ground for 25 minutes when all they need is to be put on the car so you can leave.I will give them a 2-star because I did EVENTUALLY get the tires I wanted for the price I was quoted, but I had to come back 2 days in a row, and wait almost 4 hours. Maybe someone else will have better luck, but I most likely wont return to an NTB for future purchases or services.
Boy if I could give this place a 0 I would. Were they very nice? Yes they were cordial/friendly. However my very first visit to this location I came in to get a set of tires. I come back hours later to pickup my vehicle. Pay for everything and drive off notice some noise from my vehicle... I think to myself , oh I must have to break in the new tires. In the reviews people did state a bit of road noise the first 1k until they are broken in with this model. Well I get home grab my lunch and head in to work on the way to work my steering gets tighter and tighter. And there is this grinding sound coming from my front end and it’s pulling to the right. I contact the manager Pete ( great guy very friendly and inviting), he immediately apologizes for inconvenience but ask me to bring car back in. I come back in the next day to have them look at it and Pete proceeds to tell me in the best and most calm way possible the tech forgot to screw my darn tire on my left front all the way. So I was riding with a tire that was almost completely loose and could’ve came off at any moment. He apologized again and ask what can he do to make it right. I said get rid of all the labor charge and service fees just charge for the tires. He stated he couldn’t do that after mind you they could’ve caused serious damage or harm to me or my car. So I said alright how about a discount of 75 dollars he says he can do that and apologized again. I mentioned no worries these things happen but make sure that person is reprimanded. He said he would because that could’ve caused me to crash while traveling to work and back. 🤔... Mind you I work downtown, and drove to and from in traffic. I mentioned to him help me out on the next service inquiry. (Discount). And so begins the next issue I go back to get my tire plugged due to a nail being located in the back right rear. They call me after some hours to mention my car is ready I go to pick it up and they mention I owe them for two new tires. NOBODY called me to mention what was going on. My tires are only 2k miles into warranty. It’s supposed to be covered right. I assumed they did a simple plug since it wasn’t on the side wall or near it. They proceed to say no the mechanic took it upon him self just to replace and while he was at it to also replace the other side as well. Now I wasn’t made at the price I was disappointed nobody decided to call me the customer to inform me of what was going on and get an approval to move forward on services. Not to mention when they told me about the road hazard they never mentioned the charges for labor and other added items (not including the tires themselves). At this point I was very upset this location needs to work on team building exercises. They don’t communicate very well with each other or the customer from my perspective. They also need to be more transparent with their services offered. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Like I mentioned if you base business off friendliness then fine by all means go. But if you do an overall assessment of this location I’d rate it as needing big improvements.Thank you for reading. And remember this is my experience and perspective I just want others to be mindful of this location.
Great Service! Pete Bowbliss was wonderful!! My father took my vehicle in today for an alignment & new tires at the new store. We had been customers of the previous Lawrenceville location for years. Im so glad that NTB is still close by. Thank you Mr. Bowbliss for being so accomodating & wonderful with my father & my vehicle. Ill have to personally drop by soon to see the new place! :D Thanks again!
Bill recognized the significance of my Dads antique restored pickup and the fact that its not driven often. He wasnt satisfied with selling me their top of the line, 18/36 month Interstate battery (an excellent battery based on my research) for what I thought was an excellent price. No, he went and found a better, Exide 18/72 month NAPA battery, had it delivered in 15 minutes for an even better price. People like this EARN my repeat business. Mil. disc.THEN, I got home, found not only no battery protectant applied, but the hold down which was fine when i took the battery charger off this morning was broken, and front anchor nearly ripped off. Stay tuned.
Be warned, dont come here…I made a reservation for Dec 30, 2019 at 3pm to have an oil change performed. I showed up at 2:10pm, early for my appt, to find a pretty busy waiting room. On the wall, there was a screen that indicated that I was the next appt coming in. After Steve Horne attended to two people in front of me, now about 2:30pm, I indicated that I was his next appt for 3pm. He wrote me up, I gave him my keys, and I told him not to do the tire rotation. So the only item I was there for was a simple oil change. I went back to the waiting room where I proceeded to do some work on my laptop. As I am sitting in front of the bay window working on my laptop, my vehicle pulls into the center bay. It’s now 3:34pm according to my in-car dash cam. Time passes by… it’s now 4:15. The oil hasn’t even been drained out of my vehicle… but it’s up on the lift. By this time, I’m starting to fume. A 20 minute oil change is WAAAAY late and not a single person is working on my vehicle. In fact, they pull ANOTHER vehicle in on the far bay. All the while, my vehicle sits up in the air. For a simple oil change… Where is the Service Manager to be found you ask? Certainly, he’s keeping a watchful eye out for his customers. No, I find him in the office eating a sandwich. It’s now 4:20pm and I am demanding my car back. Steve runs into the shop area and says something to get some attention. I open the shop door and tell them that I just want my vehicle back. I mean, what’s the point of making appointments when CLEARLY there’s no attempt to keep them or prioritize them. This is for an oil change that should have taken 20 minutes. You took my car keys almost 2 hours ago and you haven’t even drained the oil out of my vehicle. As I am packing up my laptop, the technician walks over to the window where I am sitting and asks me if I can wait 10 minutes and he’ll finish it. REALLY?!?!?!? Now I’m even MORE angry. I’ve been there since 2:10, it’s now 4:20, and NOW it’ll take 10 minutes?!?!?!? I told the tech to give me my vehicle back and I told Steve that I’d never come back here ever again. You have a clueless Service Manager that isn’t watching his workload, techs that are not focused on getting things done in an appropriate time frame (also what the Service Manager should be directing), and a lackadaisical attitude toward your customers. NEVER AGAIN.
3/29/2019 - Stopped by this location before 7:30am to have a wheel balancing issue corrected from a different location, no appointment. Vehicle vibrates pretty badly at 75+ MPH. I explained all of this to the person upfront but he simply refused to work on the car, without leaving it, because they were backed up from the previous night and only had 1 person working in the bays. Wheel balancing takes 10 mins max for 1 tire and can be dangerous; you would think they would want to correct this issue immediately. Location clearly suffers from managerial issues and improper staffing, being behind before the day starts isn’t a good sign.Called up the Buford NTB and they got in me immediately. I would go elsewhere if you’re on a schedule.
This afternoon my step daughter had a tire blowout. My husband was stuck in a meeting and couldn’t leave right away so I went to the NTB nearby to ask for help. The General Manager, Pete Bowbliss went above and beyond to help me!!! Although he was very busy, he still made time to help me get the tire off and bring it back to be fixed!!!! I’m just blown away at the level of customer service I received!!! I know this isn’t standard policy, but he went above and beyond to help me out of a dire situation!!! We’ve always received great service from NTB Dacula, but Pete really set the bar high!!! Thank you so much!!!
I went in for an oil change, tire balance and tire rotation. They had the wrong engine listed (i have the 5.0 but they had V6 ecoboost listed) and milage (15000 more than my odometer read)on my paperwork which in turn caused the wrong oil to be put in my F150. I caught this and explained that i had read that the oil they put in my V8 was for the V6 and it could cause damage to the engine. 5W20 is what Ford says to use but they had put in 5W30. I know it doesnt seem like a big deal but Ford recomends it for a reason. They then pulled the truck back in and the tech couldnt find the full synthetic Valvoline (Which i paid for). I was then told they would have to put a synthetic blend in and i would have to come back tomorrow for the correct oil. I came back the next day for the correct oil change and found the tech putting in STP 5W20 full synthetic oil ( the cheapest full synthetic oil autozone sells) i paid over 70 dollars for the oil change for high quality oil. Not at all happy and will not return. I have taken my wifes car there and my truck for oil changes in the past and spent about 1500.00 on new tires for my F150. So much for you get what you pay for. I also paid for a lifetime allignment and will eat the cost and go somewhere else
I was waiting for over three hours to change a battery. After the first two and a half hours, I was told my car was ready. But it wouldn’t start. Apparently the new battery they installed was defective. Don’t they test them before installing? The customer service guy assured me they would put another battery in “and not charge me”. I had already paid for the first one. Maybe they should have offered to refund a little for the inconvenience!
I came to this store for a simple job request and I was treated quite rudely, with the employee being inconsistent with the reasons provided for why the job could not be done. I went there with an oil change request, but I was told because the dipstick was broken (it is one of the older vehicles I own), the staff there could not be sure if they put enough oil in. After having been told that, I simply and politely indicated that I know exactly how much oil the vehicle takes, given information provided from the manufacturer. The placement of the correct amount of oil shouldn’t be difficult, as every vehicle completely drains free of oil universally, when the plug is removed. Having indicated that, the employee then told me that simply because there is no dipstick, they would not change the oil, period. He then all but directly stated what he originally told me simply wasn’t true. He said that it was between “my life and his company’s life.” I politely retorted that this was a little bit melodramatic, and he stated I simply needed to get a dip stick from the manufacturer. That, of course, would not be possible, because of the reason I told him-we were leaving the next day to go on a road trip. He already knew this, and knew that this would not be an option, but said it anyway. The delivery was condescending and rude (I was bothered more by this than the obvious inconsistency), and I have to say you would need to have been there, but obviously this store doesn’t place a premium on customer service. Clearly, changing the oil out of the vehicle involves draining the oil from the engine, and placing a predetermined amount of oil back in. This is very simple stuff-especially when the exact amount of oil needed to be placed back into the engine can easily be determined and verified from the manufacturer. There are too many other mechanics around, and I will go elsewhere. For the record, I am sure this rating will generate a “response from the owner,” which will appear when one reads this rating. I am sure it will refer me to some kind of a website to contact them, and to provide further information. I have noticed this is the universal response from this company (look at the other examples of this with NTB when one gives a poor rating), with the verbiage oddly the same, so please don’t bother-not really interested in going to your website. I would also like to point out that many of their very high-ratings customers only have one or a very low number of total ratings, which looks a little-bit suspicious.Let me say that I take being a Local Guide seriously, and give a one-star rating for only the most legitimate of reasons. I strongly and respectfully recommend my neighbors to choose a different mechanic. If this review helped you, please give it a “like.”
Shady business practices, feel targeted because Im a woman!! On two different occasions this location told me I needed to replace something that had already been replaced or flat out wasnt needed. Actually told me I needed two new tires because of nails that could not be patched, there were no nails!! Never again lost business here for life!
The Manager(Pete) at the Dacula store was so unprofessional and rude cos I asked to transfer prepaid Alignment from one vehicle to another. He did not bother to check what policy I have and asked me to take my car. I left the store and went to Lawrenceville store(885 Marathon pkwy), where Nick Dima was so professional and courteous. He took time to check what I have, then realized my current alignment was expired. I ended up buying four brand new tires with another prepared alignment.
I am new to this area and was recommend to this location. The guys here are welcoming and expierence. I had the expierence of working with Kenzie, she understood what I needed despite my lack of knowledge and got my truck taken care of at an affordable price. She is an asset and I will be using her to manage my trucks maintenance from now on.
I took my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change. I asked the Service Adviser, Seth, to please have the Tech look at my brakes. I knew they would soon need to be replaced. Seth and the Tech, Luke, confirmed that I needed brake pads and rotors. After receiving the quote, I did my homework with a few competitors. I called Seth back (a few times) and informed him of my findings. He did his own homework and gave me a very fair quote in return. He also took the time to answer all my questions. Seth said NTB wants to earn my business and my trust, and they did. My car was repaired in a very timely manner. This new NTB location is great. Good job Seth and Luke.
BEST Customer Service & Staff in the Dacula area!!! Would not get my car serviced anywhere else. Fair prices and the employees care about providing the best service. Super management & Pete shows great concern to make sure that each time my family is there we are taken care of.
Visited the fairly new facility by Auburn Rd for the 2nd time looking for a tire that appears on sale when I did the search on-line. When I visited the store, they dont have the tire (Nitto Crostek) or in any store or the distribution center. This is the perfect example of bait and switch scenario if Ive ever seen one. Not blaming the folks at the store, they just work there but with NTB as a corp, they should not engage in such practices. This is the 2nd time Ive tried to give my business to this location. The 1st time, after waiting for an hour, the mechanic refused to work on my truck unless the lug nuts were replaced, for which they wanted $10 a piece, if you can believe that! Since I understand that these OEM log nuts swell, I went ahead and bought them from the local Auto part for $5 (imagine that!). My disappointment is not that they want to turn a profit, my issue is that this should be a fair transaction for both parties, customer and NTB. Drawing someone to your store for an alleged tire deal and then not even having the tire in the state of GA or trying to gouge the price of a log nut is just a disingenuous way to conduct business.
Horrendous customer service. I brought my car in two weeks prior to today, I had just purchased it, and I wanted to work on resolving a tire/wheel related vibration. To qualify myself, I am an ex Bridgestone Master Certified Engineer and have a long family lineage in the automotive retail industry from the executive to shop level. I was a Tire Kingdom Store Manager, Store 90, 95 103, and 105 in Florida, A Kauffman Tire Store Manager, Big 10 Tire Store manager, and so on.That said this lope from low speed to high speed vibration is what we were going to chase with this NTB in Dacula, and on this visit, whatever tech had attempted to work on the car, must have given up at the first and only, wheel they tried to touch (left rear) on the car because it was claimed that the lug-studs were too tight to remove any of the wheels from the car. They called me to pick up the car; informed me they couldnt remove the wheels.Ok fine, I pick up the car and take it home to then proceed to immediately jack up each corner of the car, one wheel at a time and each wheel came off by hand with no over exertion except that left rear wheel. I took a 2 foot breaker bar and loosened the lug studs without issue and corrected that situation myself. I have no idea why they gave up so easily.Next comes visit number two, two weeks later today (Id been busy) and the abomination that this place is. I bring the car in again, the same gentleman that we had dealt with before takes the key, I remind him what it was there for, he says no problem, takes key, and hell call to advise on whats going on. We leave. It is 10:15am.At 3:00pm I have not heard anything and decided to call the store. A younger sounding gentleman answers the phone, introduction all fine and then things go south. I simply say, Hi, I am calling to check on the status of our car. The person on the phone then says, The status of your car?... and then proceeds to laugh... status? he asks again while still laughing. At this point I am not only completely floored and baffled at this ridiculous response; in a moment of trying to ascertain how to handle this obviously horrendous customer service situation, I then say, Im not sure whats funny, but I have not heard from anyone there about our car, we dropped it off at 10:15 this morning nearly 5 hours ago and Im not appreciating you laughing. The person on the phone then responds with, Well Im just a guy in the shop with a bunch of other guys Me, Ok, I want to speak to the manager Him, Hes already gone Me, How about who ever is at the front counter? Him, Look, either you just tell me what car you have, and Ill find out whats going on or you can just come up here and get it yourself. He then hangs up.I called the corporate office immediately, discussed the situation with someone in real time and I immediately drove up to pick up our car. It took a call from the corporate office to the district manager to also waive whatever charges they thought they were going to charge me for. It occurred to me, that because they never even called me to discuss what they had found, let alone try to correct it, that I had better not be expecting to pay anything at this point due to this horrendous customer service, but also the complete failure to sign a work order, or be informed and given an estimate of services. It continues to gets worse, as if it couldnt. Not only unable to tell me what they had found, I could see immediately in the parking lot looking at the car, that the left front wheel was damaged due to a stick-on weight applied to the inside of the wheel in an attempt to do a dynamic wheel balance on it. You CAN NOT do that with this car and its wheels. When they pulled the car out of the shop, the wheel weight jammed into the caliper and left a huge gouge in the wheel where it drug the weight. To top it off, nothing was fixed, the problem still exists. They will never lay a finger on any of our vehicles again.

2022-03-25This is the Mavis tire in Dacula,Ga.It previous ly was called National tire.Mavis performed an oil and filter change. They took me in a few minutes before the appointment time. The service took about 45 minutes to complete. The location was very clean and the staff was very friendly.Tgere was also a customer lounge area where I was able to work as well as watch my auto being service. The price was similar to a quick oil and lube place. All in all it was a great and fast service experience.

2022-02-19This Mavis is fantastic, Dustin is awesome! Such great service. Matthew at the call center got me scheduled to have my tire checked for a leak due to a nail. There was a 2 hour or so wait but it cleared up around lunch so I drove over and walked in where Dustin at the shop then helped me determine what’s best. He said would be done by 3pm. So I dropped off my car and my vehicle was looked at and done within 2 hours at 1:30pm. Quick same day service! I ended up not needing any repair thankfully but Dustin and the staff were incredibly nice, professional, and courteous. Clean facilities too. I will be coming back here for my vehicle service needs.

2022-06-15I took my car here even though it isn’t my usual “go to” place for car stuff and had an absolutely amazing experience! Bree who works in the front was so nice and welcoming and did everything she could to help with the whole process as I came during my break from work. Brent who I believe is the new store manager was also amazing and kept me very up to date on what was happening with my car and all of my options + pricing. It makes me really happy to find such a great place close to me especially since there are other Mavis stores near that my family and I have had absolutely terrible experiences at. This place is definitely worth a shot if you’re looking for a new place to take your car!

2022-04-02Honesty and integrity speaks a 1000 words. I can’t say enough about my experience this morning having Mavis check my brakes. I came in thinking I was in need of brakes and possibly rotors and a bill$ as well for the servicesInstead what I received was an honest diagnosis that possibly a rock had lodged in between the pad and rotor causing the grinding sound.I am so impressed with there honesty and integrity. I could have been told I needed brakes and rotors and would have accepted the diagnosis.Thank you Dustin, Bill Waters and especially Kevin May the technician who thoroughly examined my car as well as the rest of the team at Mavis Dacula for running an honest shop.If you’re looking for a true diagnosis don’t hesitate with this team for an honest diagnosis.

2022-01-26I needed to have my tires rotated and balanced, but they claimed that they did not have a record of my license plate or of a purchase of tires by me. I definitely bought my tires there. Apparently, somebody did a bait and switch on my tires and sold me tires that were not listed in their inventory. Therefore, they did not put my information in the computer. They tried to charge me for the balance and rotation, but someone came in and said dont charge her. I am sure its time I need to have my tires balanced and rotated I will have the same issue. I should be able to go to any Mavis and have that service done, but I dont think I will be able to do that in the future.

2022-02-27Came here after the Mavis Tire in Suwanee couldn’t help me. Dustin spoke with us over the phone and said he could fix my brakes for me when the other location couldn’t. He has updated me throughout this time, and been very nice and helpful. He was able to do my brakes for me with no problem. Will be returning to this location!

2022-05-22This Mavis tire location on Auburn Road in Dacula, GA went above and beyond, which is very rare these days. I was experiencing one of those days, you know, the kind of day when it’s around 5pm and you have a flat tire with a nail in it. Just returned from a 100 mile round trip and you barely make it home. It’s Saturday evening, so you know tire repair shops are closing and are closed on Sunday.I arrived at this Mavis Tire location, informed the front end personnel of my situation and they said, no problem. I said, I know you’re about to close and I really appreciate this. He said “give me 30 minutes, as you can see we have several customers waiting for their cars to be completed and we will make sure they are before anyone goes home for the night”.I sort of stood there somewhat amazed, as this is not typical in today’s environment.I must say, this was one of the best experiences that I have ever witnessed. Kudos to the entire staff!!!!

2022-04-19This location is the best place to bring in your car for any kinds of services! I brought in my car for an oil change and it was so quick. The quality in the products used were incredible. I am definitely going to be returning again when my service is due! I will recommend them to friends and family.
