DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. The older man working customer service told me to “shut up” (not joking) upon speaking a few words to him. After ignoring me for about ten minutes, it was evident I wouldnt get help, I eventually left and he... followed me out to my car?! One of the creepiest experiences in recent memory. Please go to the marketplace boulevard location instead, much cleaner, kinder, more attentive staff (plus they didn’t tell me to shut up & didnt follow me to my car afterwards)
Tatiana was such a big help when I came in to get my tire replaced. She made sure the transaction was quick and easy. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Came to mavis to replace my tire and wipers , Tatiana helped get me the best tires for my car. I needed additional work and was worried about the price and the price was reasonable tatiana kept me updated on my progress and was very friendly . Tatiana at the front desk have sold me several tires Atlanta potholes have ruined….I’ve had shocks, struts, axels, brakes, rims replaced…always good friendly service, always good prices, work is done in a timely manor, and only use them for tires brakes and suspension work…highly recommended …

UPDATE: The new manager Rafeal is a novice at best. I spoke with him in regards to a refund that was promised to me because of all that I went through with my air conditioning and it still breaking. This man asked me for my card to return the amount, he then CHARGED MY CARD and went on to tell me that it would be versed as quick as it was charged. Why is he the manager? The way he spoke to me, kept me on hold. Have ZERO customer service skills and acts like he doesn’t respect women is beyond me. I’m pretty sure this store will suffer under his manager. Mavis you all have failed. He has zero charisma and doesn’t even try.Bo and Tati were AMAZING!!!!! I’m excited to be able to get back on the road! Great job 👏🏾

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Dropped my car off, only for them to tell me almost 4hrs later that they where going to still need another 2 hrs on a simple Oil change. which I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t call for an update, who the hell takes 6hrs to change oil??. Save yourself the trouble and go to the pep boys around the corner or really ANYWHERE else. Also, look how they leave the phone off the hook during operating hours, and no it’s not on hold

Deceptive pricing practice. Online reservation price for four tire replacement at this location was over $200 less. According to front desk attendant, website uses New York pricing and thus didnt include an upcharge for the labor of install.I received a call to confirm my appointment yesterday and none of this was brought to my attention until I arrived today with this ambush-style upcharge.Sadly, this probably works on most people who take time off to bring their vehicle in on an appointment. Buyer beware.
I had my car serviced at the Mavis Tires and Brakes located at 10815 State Bridge Rd, Alpharetta Ga 30022 and I received excellent care. From the moment I walked into this facility I was greeted with a smile by the gentleman Bo. He was very professional and accurate with all my accommodations. He was very knowledge of the service I needed. The work was quick and the whole team kept me updated about my car as I waited. The entire facility including the bathroom was clean and neat. My car rides like it just received great car service!!! If you’re looking for a car service facility you can’t go wrong with this Mavis location. Bo and his team take pride in their facility and work ethics and will give you nothing less then 100%!!! Awesome job team!!!

The manager Shawn, leads his team with diligence and virtue. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, he informs me of other issues that my car is having and educates me on why the issues are occurring with patience and clarity. Even with his low staff and hectic work environment he steps down from the manager position to get hands on with his team so they can all accomplish there goals! The guy I talked to was great and very nice. I initially went there for an oil change and also asked to check on the rear brake pads. They mentioned they were dealing with a higher volume than normal so it would take a few more hours which was fine by me. I received a call and they said they checked out my car and will do the oil change, replace the rear brake pads, and said something about my battery and how they can replace it. They quoted me at ~$350 which I said ok because I trusted their expertise even though I wasn’t quite sure about the battery replacement. Better safe than sorry, right?A bit later I get a call saying my car was ready and I went ahead and paid the price which ended up being ~$420 which I thought was odd but figured it was labor fees. After I paid, they handed me the invoice which had everything they serviced. I didn’t check it till I left, but they did a brake system flush that I did not ask for that added $79 to my total bill. I had already had this done earlier this year and they did not mention their intention to do this during this visit. Also, I spoke with some friends and colleagues after the fact and they mentioned I do not need to get the battery changed unless it dies regularly or there’s a charging issue, which I had not had any issues with the battery. You can blame my lack of knowledge about cars, but as someone who is paying a service from trained professionals, I would have hoped they would be more honest and informative about what is actually wrong with my vehicle rather than trying to scam me by paying for more services than required.I learned my lesson and will be having a male friend assist with getting my car serviced since it seems men get more honest service.
Worst place in town to get your car fixed. The manager is a liar. He adds extra costs to the repair. They put wrong size tires on my car. Constantly trying to add extras without asking if it ok. The only reason why they have some good reviews is because they pay 10 dollars if you do a review on the spot. There were other customers there complaining about price deception and poor repair. Stay away from this place.

Tonight my daughter had a flat tire outside of our grocery store. As I arrived to help her change it, Josh drove up and offered to help. What a wonderful blessing he was to us! I recently had shoulder surgery so I was going to need to just talk her through it. He had her tire changed in no time and was so professional and nice. I know he must’ve already had a long day at work and was probably ready to be home, so his generosity to help us out in the heat meant so much. My biggest mistake ever has been doing business with Mavis. I Purchased at set of 4 tires last year at the 11136 State Bridge location. During the appointment, I was informed that the brake pads were at the end of their life and a bunch of other issues that the car had. I declined to do any additional work and only wanted tires and alignment. When I left the store, the car had an awful noise that led me to return and the manager said those were the brakes. NOT TRUE. While balancing, the weights were placed right in the caliper’s path. The noise went away and 6,000 miles later, I went in again to rotate the tires and again I was told that the brake pads were gone and that the back tires needed to be replaced, so I told the guy go for it, I purchased them 6K miles ago and all of a sudden there’s nothing wrong with the tires. The noise came back again after rotating and the solution was to put the tires back where they were, so no rotation was done. Last week, one of the tires started losing air so I made an 11AM appointment in the other Mavis store 10815 State Bridge hoping that everything would work and boy was I totally off reality. Store Manager called at 9:00AM to confirm the appointment and when I got there, waited for 35 minutes and nobody saw my car because the technician was not there. I left. Please if you have any appreciation for yourself, DO NOT EVEN GO TO MAVIS. Totally unprofessional staff, unhelpful and unwilling to make it work. I so much regret having purchased anything from these guys.

I had my truck towed to this shop the evening before. I arrived the next morning around 9:35ish… the young man who called me to the desk never introduced himself, but rather commenced to tell me the tires that were suitable to my price range, and that he would get that taken care of for me. I’m thinking immediately, and he never mentioned anything about a wheel alignment. I was there for four and a half hours, while sitting there I saw signs that said alignments were free, so I was thinking it was something that came with the tires. When Keith came in he asked was I getting an alignment and I said I’m not sure, so he checked and said, I was. It was not until I received my bill that I saw the charge for the alignment. At this point I was not the happiest camper because of my wait time. Also, after three hours I was told I needed new plugs or they can repair them. I settled for the repair, I just wanted to get out of there, nonetheless, I was still there for another hour plus. I strongly would not recommend this shop.
I came into this shop called Mavis Tires & Brakes after having a long night prior to having major complications.I was stuck with a flat tire , on the side of the road and waited until 4 am just for Triple AAA to come help me.Bringing my car in to this shop was a good idea. If it wasn’t for Shawn with his great customer service and awesome attitude when helping me, I probably would’ve been still panicking.He was able to get a technician in sooner than I expected and I left with a smile on my face.Definitely come to this location!!Shawn & Keith were a pleasure and they also will make sure your needs are met 100%.
I waited 18 weeks for my vehicle. 18 weeks. I dropped it off initially for a power steering pump that cascaded into mavis damaging the subframe of my vehicle. I was offered a rental car ONLY AFTER 8 weeks, and finally when they claimed it was repaired, I asked if they would send the car for a second opinion. They agreed and then refused. Shockingly when I came to pick it up, the car did not even start. They washed their hands of everything. When the new shop received my vehicle they found that the transmission dipstick was just missing AND there was no transmission fluid in the vehicle whatsoever. Look, I trusted mavis with my only source of transportation, what I use to get to work, to survive, and in that whole time, until it was time to pick up my repaired vehicle they never reached out. I had to initiate all communication for any updates. Through all of this, they have been through multiple general managers and regional managers. I used to come here regularly but now, no longer. Ill make the hike to a reputable company. I had faith when Angel took care of me before, but I in good conscious cant anymore.
Called and spoke to a kind man who was able to quickly assist me without any run-around. He informed me he had the tires I needed. I offered to schedule an appointment however he informed me I could come right over. I didn’t get his name.When I arrived to the store the man I spoke to on the phone had left the location and was returning soon.Whomever this guy in front of me is claimed to be a manager. THIS GUY was very disrespectful with every detail of his communication. I declined as much interaction with him as possible and informed him I would wait for his coworker to return. I waited approximately 1/2 hour. Then went to Discovery by Tire.This location apparently has no problem with their management being significantly rude to its customers with no real desire to assist anyone.
This was my first time coming to the Mavis but it will not be my last!! I came at a very inconvenient time and Bo squeezed me in the schedule and was very efficient about getting my oil change. I even receive more information in regards to my car needs .Tatiana reassured me everything will be taken care of and they kept their promise definitely will be returning!!!

We dropped off our car in the morning for 8:30 appointment, it was done in a couple of hours and check out was quick and easy. The clerk was courteous, explained all the charges and made a few jokes! No complaints.

I got my car there for a simple serpentine belt replacement. After taking the old belt out rendering the vehicle inoperable, they said the dont have right tool and kept the car there for another 3 days. Horrible experience and unprofessional management who kept coming with ridiculous excuses why they couldnt fix the problem. I will never go there again. Please keep out and find a honest mechanic elsewhere.
This location has some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Rashawn and Bo were both very professional explaining what the issue with my car’s brakes and tire were and then fixing both in a very timely manner. Will definitely be coming back for any future issues my car may have!

This is the only location I’ll let touch my car!!! They’re going to get the job done with no questions asked. I never had a problem with these guys at all. I bring my car and I’m out within 45 minutes to an hour. These guys work fast, and they’re good at making sure your paying the right price !!!! I advise everyone to come here and try this shop out. I went there today with a donut wheel on and a huge nail in my “real” tire. The gentlemen their were so nice and so fast. They not only repaired my tire but put it back on for me. They were very helpful. Shawn was very professional. Thanks I will definitely come back and refer you.

I was told that I could get a tire here. I get to the location and the guy states that he has the tire but he is not going to be able to get the tire on today. I had one tire that needed to be replaced, just one. It doesn’t take all day to put on a tire and the place was basically empty. One thing the pandemic has taught me is that people are lazy and gone were the days of good customer service. This is beyond me!
This place was great!!!! I went in with basically a dead car battery and within 15 minutes I had a brand new one, a small discount and was on my way. Will definitely be going back with all future car needs.
Man I don’t know where to begin. This has been hands-down the greatest experience I have ever had at a store! From the moment I walked in the door I was kindly greeted and asked what I needed. All the staff members were so knowledgable and helpful and answered all of my questions! A gentleman named Bo had the biggest impact on me he was just so friendly and kind and made my experience that much better! He actually made me feel so welcomed that it was as if he was one of my real friends in life! Just an outstanding experience I must say I will never go to another tire shop again this is the best and my favorite shop! I highly recommend everyone start doing business here as you will not be dissatisfied!
I walked in and didn’t know why my car was shaking . So I went to the closest auto shop to check it out . Right when I got to Mavis the employees were very welcoming and respectful. The employee handling my car was named Reshawn . He was very comforting and easy to speak too . He figured out the issue with my vehicle and didn’t hesitate to start working on it . 30 minutes later my car was back to normal and driving better than ever . Definitely recommend going to this location if you want high quality service and treatment. 10/10
Stay away from this place!!! They tried to rip me off! Please read this before you go to their shop.I put my car there last Saturday to request a alignment because my steering went to right a little bit. Then I also be requested a tire balance later. Ok, by end of the day, I paid $122 and picked my car up. My car started to go left a lot(They said it’s all set!) Then I dropped my car there on Sunday morning to let them double-check. When I called them on Monday, they said the car is ready to pick up. But when I arrived there around 5pm,they said they didn’t do the adjustment for my car because My out tie rods are bad, and They charge $414 for replacing that. What?? I said no, and I would go to another shop to double-check my out tie rods. Today I went to another shop, they said I don’t need to replace the out tie rods and they did a alignment on my car. Now my car can go straight again. The mechanic said maybe the reason my car went to right a little bit is because one of my tire need to be replaced. I can’t help to think maybe my car didn’t need a alignment at the first time.I don’t know how they got a 4.5.So please stay away from this place!! Thank you!

Josh and Keith were very friendly and helpful to do a tire check for low air. All tires were good, and Josh explained other options why sensor light came on for me to monitor before having dealer check.
They quickly identified my brake/caliper issue after a shop right around the corner sent me home squealing following a brake inspection. The general manager Bo went above and beyond to take care of my issue in a timely matter. This is my new go-to shop for all of my auto needs. I highly recommend this location. Their customer service was exceptional.

I purchased two new tires on my car a couple of months ago from mavis at another location. One tire started leaking air and it was the tire stem. They fixed it for free and reset the Sensors for me with no problem. I will return here simply because the customer service was awesome.

First problem was we called State Briidge store to make a reservation. Didnt have it. Told me go down road 1 mile. They didnt have it. So, we started again at 2nd store. Made purchase no problem but told them I had a spare on and to put new tire on old wheel. Didnt so it. Came back next day and they still have me sitting her. Its been 2 hours, they are not busy as they continue to take walk ins. If you make the mistake then prioritize me to quickly correct it. You are killing my Sunday for no reason for your mistake.

He was by himself since his tech didn’t show up because of illness but instead of waiting he went ahead and did the rotation himself.He also used the steering cover during the service and I saw him provide a face mask to a customer who showed up without one.Great service experience.

Had them check a flat tire, they tried to have me do several hundreds of dollars of repairs, that were totally unnecessary, I told them to not do anything and I’d pick it up, when I drove it home, it started making a noise and my mechanic told me it was not one, not two, BUT THREE HANDTIGHTENED LOOSE TIRES. I could’ve done serious damage to my car or myself, so I will never return, and suggest you stay away.
They did such a good job with my car! It was fast, cheap, and the staff was super friendly. Ask for Michael if you go. He’s the best, and he will make sure everything is done right!
Brought a tire into the Mavis Tires and Brakes location at 10815 State Bridge Rd to have it repaired. They were very friendly and very professional.Came back for the tire in a few hours and it was ready to go - no charge.Will definitely return when I need new tires.
These guys will take great care of your car. Their prices are great and they will get you in and out as fast as possible. Everyone there is extremely helpful and I would recommend this Mavis shop over any other one.

Great customer service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I purchased new tires and got a great rate. I left and then heard a small noise, went right back and they fixed the problem immediately.
Apparently it takes 1.5 hours to take off the defective tire and put on the spare so that they can then fix the defectove one. I offered to take it off myself and drop it off but no only the tech should do it and I cannot just drop off the defectove one so they can fix it later. Would never comeback. Also talking to their friends in the driveway is more important than attending to customers so you know where their priorities are.
Love this location! Anytime I have an issue, they serviced my car efficiently with quality work! Shawn is a wonderful manager and really knows his information. Big thanks to everyone at this location!
Mavis provided a very professional experience. I appreciate how transparent the Manager was with my cars brake issues. Trust is important to me, and I was pleased that they honored my previous NTB warranty. I recommend their services.
Ive been to several Mavis locations over the years and this is by far the best. David and Alan were both super helpful and knowledgeable with my vehicle. They were both very efficient and conscious of my time frame and got me in and out for an oil change.

I live in Buckhead and bypassed many different tire shops to come to this location. Ty took great care of my car. He assisted with helping me find a tire within my price range. I will continue to bypass other tire shops and get my tires serviced with Ty bc he really took the time to take care of myself and my car.

Excellent service. Visited twice for leaking tires on two different cars. My first time was after another competitor told me the repair wasnt possible. This location fixed the tire and the cost was a lot cheaper than anywhere else. On my next car, it wasnt hard to choose them again.

Had to get a flat repair and left with a flush and a deal on an alignment. If you need anything i highly recommend asking for mike the service manager. He showed me what was wrong with my car and compared how it should look which made me comfortable that he wasnt just trying to upsell me. My car is actually driving alot better and ill be coming back for new tires soon. I trust these guys.

They even took me home (about a half mile away) while my car was being serviced and then came and picked me up when it was done.Further reasons why all of my car service work is done at NTB.————-Still great service (two years later).Very convenient and helpful.Had a check engine light come on. This time it was not a lose gas cap.

To fix flat tire took them 4 hours.I did use this shop when it was NTB, it was much much better.Had some unpleasant experience once this place become Mavis.Now Im looking for some alternative, will never step back there.

These guys are great. Fist time customer at this location. Came in with a loose hanging support bracket on my daughters car. They fixed free of charge in addition to checking fluids, battery and tires, all on a very busy Saturday morning at the shop. Highly recommend
Where do I start? When it comes to great service, this is the place to go. The staff is superb, and I wondered how this could be so. My answer did not disappoint. When I met Bohan, and learned he was the GM of this establishment, it all made since. Had a great experience with fast time . Was told my car would take around 1:30 to be done and they had it in and out in half the time. Way overpriced for just an oil change, and they didn’t offer tire rotation, etc. with it. Didn’t replace my oil change sticker or reset my oil life tracker. Will not be returning.

One thing I can say is that they are very thorough and its refreshing. My sister went to this location for a flat repair on her Hyundai Sonata and the Store Manager LV and his staff was extremely good at explaining her vehicle to her I had to do a review on her behalf, I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism that was displayed for something so simple it let me know that no matter how big or how small the job is every customer is important. Finding a good mechanic is like having a good physician and they are just that physicians for vehicles. Appreciate you guys, thanks for everything.

This was a great experience all around. On my trip back home to Orlando I got a flat. LV the manager was a class act to me and everyone who came in. They tested my tires and found the issue immediately. Unfortunately, It ended up being a more than just a patch. No haggling, new tire at a great price and superb customer service. Much improved!!!Last time I was here, the oil change and tire rotation took a bit longer than usual. Yesterday they were mounting 2 tires and alignments. They said 1 hour and 30 min, but after mounting the tires they ran out of time, and I couldnt wait and had to bring it back today. The manager was one man short yesterday and they gave me a great service today (Thanksgiving weekend). Im going to keep them for a long time!!!

First let me say that this place has amazing customer service. It is quit refreshing to say the least. I was always leery when it came to getting my car serviced because I always felt like the mechanic was going to try and sell me something I didnt need because I am a woman. The store manager LV was patient in explaining to me the problem I was having, but to go step further the the staff were just as patient and this made me feel at ease. I felt now this staff really does have my best interest at heart, they not only tried to save me money and but made sure the problem was resolved and that was nice. I left feeling safe driving my vehicle and without worry because I knew that if I had any issue that they would take care of me. Thanks team NTB keep up the amazing work and I will definitely be back.

I have been bringing my cars here for over 10 years. The service has been great. Recently, my car was in for an oil change and tire rotation and I noticed some minor damage that had occurred during the service. I brought it back to the shop and L.V., the manager, investigated and determined that the damage was the fault of one of his technicians. He immediately gave me a choice of getting the damage repaired at a shop of my choice on his dime, or a very nice discount on a set of new tires. I feel like L.V. takes excellent care of his customers, and NTB is a great place to bring your vehicles when they need service.

Its really interesting because I read reviews to determine if I am going to patronize a place, and I am always amazed at the bad review because they are also a determining factor. One thing I can say is that this place has amazing customer service and hands down the best experience I have had in service industry. I didnt feel like I was getting ripped or taken advantage of because I am a woman. LV is God sent and he knows his craft. I am glad that I didnt allow the few negative reviews to deter my decision, they are truly amazing. My car was driving rough and not knowing much about cars I figured I was going to spend hundreds of dollars, but to the contrary it was just a simple tire rotation and alignment and with my car is back driving smooth. This NTB location is AWESOME!! LV and Carlos are always so helpful with my needs at any given moment. I have been coming to this location for many years and have never had any complaints what so ever. Their honesty with my vehicles are always just that...HONEST!! They work with you on what your needs are at the very best value and never try to sell you something you dont need. I came to NTB after my car died on me while driving (bless it), and after several trials and error the guys here got my car in running condition. I came for follow up service as well, and the customer service was amazing. Shawn (Service Manager) was extremely helpful and the rest of the team is so friendly.

I have never been to NTB before, but I was very impressed with this location. Levore was the associate that helped me, he was very thorough, and honest. I always expect to get priced gouged at tire shops, not at this place. Typically I am reluctant to take my BMW anywhere besides the dealership, however these guys know what they are doing, and I will definitely go back to this location the next time I need tires. They also did the work very quickly, I was expecting to spend the whole afternoon there, but nope, in and out.
Im new to the area and had to give NTB a chance since there are none in Michigan, that i know of at least. I read some online reviews and chose this store to see if there good reviews were deserving and to much to my satisfaction they were! Im so glad I passed up three other NTB stores to get to this one even though the others were much closer, the customer service was good considering how busy they were! The sales rep Chris, was extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable he gave me the information I needed to make a wise purchase on tires! The manager Greg was extremely helpful and accommodating by help getting me to price point i needed! The mechanics in the bay area who worked my car did a great job as well, I have no idea who worked on it but they did good job! Needless to say when my friends and family need to buy tires I will be sending them to these two guys, they make a great team!
When you visit out of town you get very nervous when something happens to your car. I was referred to this place and without even reading reviews which is something I normally do I went and it was the best decision. This place is awesome I wish he was in Florida. I have never met a more honest mechanic. LV thanks so much for taking care of my car needs and getting me back on the road safe.

Came here immediately after my driver side low beam light went out. I was going to come back on the weekend to get my high beams put in, but after talking to Rebecca she assured me she can go ahead & take care of it ALL & at a VERY reasonable price. My car would not start and I could not jump it. I needed a new battery. I called NTB (located about three minutes from my home) to see if they could send someone over with a new one and install it. Their service was terrific. LV came over with the new battery, installed it very quickly, and then we did the paper work, and my car was back in business - all in less than sixty minutes after I placed the original call.
Got my 2 tires fixed up and they did the alignment for free ! The people there are nice !

2021-11-20How this place has so many 5-star reviews is beyond me.A few months ago, my girlfriend took her Nissan here for a regular alignment. Ever since then, there is a noise in the driver-side rear tire with every rotation. We took the car back so they could check it out. After a full day sitting in the shop, they said they cant recreate the sound, so there is nothing they can do. We both hear it constantly. Its been months, and the sound has only gotten worse. We dont know what to do about that.Im here at the shop right now (probably a mistake) to get a rotation for my personal car. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. After two hours, nothing has even been done to my car. I asked the gentleman up front for an update, and he said he would check-in for me. Since then, my car is actually on a lift now, but he has not come back to report any kind of update to me. Thats weak. My time is very valuable, so for it to be wasted like that is just disrespectful.In good conscience, I can not recommend anybody come here, and I will not be coming back for any service in the future.

2022-06-18Tatiana and Cleveland were very helpful when i had a tire that needed to be replaced. They have a kind staff and clean facility. Everyone was welcoming and helped me figure out what would happen with the car and tire. It was a quick and easy process and I will definitely be returning if I have any other future tire problems

2022-02-18I was very thankful for Bo and Sal. I came in a little late and during a rush but Bo managed to handle the customers as well as make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Bo was also able to breakdown the full description of the brake job I needed and reassured me of his crew’s work. I will definitely be coming back for all of my vehicle’s needs!

2022-02-28Back in July 2021, I purchased a set of tires from a Mavis tire location less than half a mile away from this location. This said, I had multiple installation issues which resulted in damages to my car. Most noticeable damage was to the lug bolts which now cannot be removed or torqued as the result in addition to extensive cosmetic damages to 5 of 20 lug bolts. When I contacted the Mavis customer service center, I was referred to a manager (Bo) down the street because the down the street was no longer employed by Mavis. Fast forward 9 months later, and 8 visits later after no follow up calls or attempt to resolve - the Manager (Bo) at this location offered my 5 mismatched lug bolts for me to install on my own! What a ridiculous offer considering that it was damaged by Mavis and no ownership was taken into consideration. He tried to wash his hands and get me off the lot. Be warned, you may be subjected to this when you get your car serviced here. Also just know that they are literally hiring people off the streets so they can get the cars out. As my only option, I have escalated my issues to a regional manager for resolution. I will let you know how this turns out. Pictures to follow soon. 2022-06-12Tatiana is by far the most honorable/empathetic woman that I have had the opportunity to deal with in this industry, potentially any industry. I personally have never met a more down to earth woman, who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, professional, but also manages to make you feel right at home. I had an emergency and had to stop in on a Sunday, and alongside of the crew outside, they were able to efficiently get me out of my situation, and back on the road. No bs, just kindness and efficiency. Unfortunately in this world people like her are hard to find, so hard that I couldn’t help but make a review. I went in to get three tires changed and i couldnt have asked for a better experience for such an unfortunate circumstance. 2022-02-05I have been going to this shop for over 14 years. My first experiences were not so great years ago. However it has gotten better since. Yesterday, I went there to service the spare tire in my wife’s cars. I dropped the tire to pick it up later on. Tatiana was the person who helped me at the costumer service desk. She was very helpful, communicative and responsive. They handled problem very well and fixed the tire properly for a small fee.You never know how important spare tire can be until you need to use it. Only negative thing I would point is that there was lot of static on their phone line when I got the call from the store. I would address that issue because customers can get aggravated if they can not hear you well over the phone. Overall experience was great.

2022-05-29C Brothers around the corner tried to rip me off by telling me that I needed $1,000 worth of brake rotors that I didnt need for my Toyota... I took my car here for a second opinion and they said that the industry standard is to resurface brake rotors with a machine that every shop has called a brake lathe. This shop unlike christian brothers actually measured my rotors and told me that there was plenty of thickness with my rotors to resurface with an automotive brake lathe.Thanks for being honest and not over charging me by $1,000 because I need that money to feed my family.
