Amazing service. The guy who is ex military with a sleeve of tattoos, was the best auto professional I ever talked to. He didnt try to upsale me, just gave me honest answers about my tires. Goddfrey was extremely helpful in so many ways. I stopped by to get an oil change without making an appointment and he was able to get me taken care of without an issue. He took care of my windshield wipers and rotated my tires for a reasonable price. I truly appreciate his customer service skills and my car drives brand new thanks to the man with the master plan. Made an appointment online the day prior and got greeted right away by Doug. He recommended a new set of tires at a valued price. Got the new set on in about an hour and a half. Highly recommend this location.

January 2022 Update: Recently came to the shop for some air in my tires and the manager, Dwayne, also checked my oil and topped it off. Great customer service! They are really honest guys. This is my go to shop whenever anything is wrong with my car.They have great customer service. I’ve gone here to get my tires and brakes serviced so far and they have serviced my car in a timely manner. They also have helped me with put air and hub caps on my tires free of charge. Turned the worst experience into a good one. Blew a tire late in the day. Put on the spare but it was almost out of air. Limped in to Mavis and they hooked me up. They were great to stay a few minutes more to help me. Was back on the road within minutes.
Went to have my tires rotated. I was told they could not rotate the tires. Very puzzled at this point. I have purchased tires from Kauffman/Mavis for many many years. The reason was given there wasn’t enough tread. After speaking to other location and speaking to more mechanics. I’ve decided to report the manager to the corporate office.On another incident when this Manager first showed up at this location: Pulled up, as he is smoking in the shop and then he approaches me after i got his attention. I asked him to please top the air off in the tires. He says “There is the hose”.This manager should not be with Mavis! I haven’t ever had someone with this reliable company act in this manner.Thank you
Shelly at Mavis was so helpful. I appreciated her professionalism and customer service. I was having a problem with my brakes. It was a simple fix and they didnt even charge me. It really meant a lot that they helped me with this problem.
Got a nail in the sidewall of a brand new tire I had gotten only a couple months ago unfortunately. Brought it in for a new tire and Ty at the front was super helpful, said he had to order one and could get it done next day. Just went to pick it up and certain circumstances left them short handed but he said they’ll make sure it’s done since they told me it would be today. Stayed a few minutes after closing to finish up with my car. Thanks to Ty for the help!

I swung by Mavis Tire tonight, twenty minutes before closing with the tire pressure warning light on, and their representative, Doug, quickly and courteously checked and filled the air on the spot. Series of frustrating experiencesI brought my car in for the rear brakes about a month ago because they were squealing. The brakes are now replaced and are working great.Then it was downhill from there.I noticed the next time I drove on the freeway that the car vibrated a little when I hit about 55 mph. The vibration was definitely new. So my wife brought it back in to ask about the vibration. They told her that (a) the car has 300,000 miles, so we should expect problems (but it had 300,000 miles before they worked on it, and it wasnt vibrating then), and (b) the tires may be out of balance, and there was no point in balancing because the front tires were due for replacement, and they would need to be balanced then anyway (remember, they had worked on the rear tires, not the front). So I got a quote for tires and they said theyd call me in a day or two when the tires arrived.About a week and a half later, I finally got the call that the tires were in. They replaced the front tires, then charged me about $50 more than they had quoted me over the phone. The quote was an all-in number, so the difference is not attributable to tax, shop fees, etc. I asked about the higher charge, but didnt push hard, and eventually just paid it and left.Then we noticed that when we drove the car, it was vibrating much harder and at lower speeds. So we brought it to a different location on Johnson Ferry Road. They said that all four tires needed to be balanced. They didnt charge me for the front tires because we had just bought tires from Mavis, but I had to pay another $40 to balance the rear tires. Overall, the other location was a much better experience, but I still had to pay to fix a problem that started only when a Mavis shop had worked on the car.And now its just back to the minor vibration, not completely fixed. At least I can drive it on the freeway without the car feeling like its going to fall apart. But I still have a hard time reading directions on my GPS because of the vibration.They get two stars instead of one because they did actually fix the brakes. But I will not be going back to the Piedmont Road location again, and possibly not back to Mavis at all.

Brought my car here 4 times, I highly recommend this place, everyone that I have worked with are phenomenal. This last time that I was here Doug was the one helping me out, did a great job and my vehicle was taken care very quickly.
12 pm disgusting heat and tire pops while pulling onto highway. Was able to make it to Mavis literally down the road. The car came with horrible expensive tires, that of I ran completely bald. Tires had more fringe on the inside than I could believe I just knew I would walk out $800 lighter. God told TY to go on lunch break, and he listened! I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HIM AND HIS TEAM! I have been coming to this location for years when it was a Goodyear and then after NTB took over I continued. Basically it was a convenient location. However, this past Friday I got a flat and it turned out that all of my tires were in bad shape despite regular servicing. The warranty was with NTB and there seemed to be some complications with how to deal with it, but Mavis not only honored it, they ensured I would be a regular customer by treating me more than fair. To be clear I was going to take my business somewhere else. Instead I want to say thank you!!!Thank you Andrea and David!

Dewayne was fantastic!! Picked my child up from school & my tire just started running flat. Went to nearby QT to fill. Once psi to 25 I couldn’t get air to stop coming from valve stem. I panicked because everyone is closing at 5:20 pm Found Mavis .. Dewayne came right out to help. Stopped what he was doing and assessed quickly the situation. Quick tightening of my stem and now my tire is holding air. Just made my life easy so easy and safe for me and Andrew to get home on the cold night. Everyone stop bye and say hi or as Dewayne and staff for any questions on tire care. Great guys . I’ll be back. I can make it to the Hosp tomorrow am and cont to give great care just as Dewayne did for me and my family tonight . Did all the work for free. PRICELESS AND Caring goes for in life now.

Came in by chance to see if they had availability to do my oil change. I was literally in and out in about 30 minutes. The manager was super personable. Very nice staff. And they didn’t leave my car covered in oil like so many other companies do! So I appreciate them and their expedited service. My sister goes to Mavis all of the time and I can see why. I will be returning for my future oil changing needs!

Very unprofessional business. I Took my truck in for a routine oil change and the mechanic broke the oil plug off. While I understand accidents happen, the shop blamed the previous dealership for the oil plug being on too tight and refuses to reimburse the cost of the oil plug. My truck started leaking oil after they “serviced” it which would indicate that they should have replaced it. If you go here, just expect dishonesty if they screw up
Excellent service and very fast. Dropped my car off and went around the corner to have some lunch while they worked on it. They were calling me to say it was done before I even finished my meal!
I came to get a piece done that Sam’s could not do for me. I came straight to mavis and they helped me figure it all out. I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Godfrey, and he made sure to show that he was still helping me even while they were busy. I will be coming back if I have any other automotive problems.

I arrived for my appointment and the staff I interact with were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and addresses my concerns before starting the work. Even though they are currently understaffed, the completed the work in a timely manner. I have found a new place to address all of my tire and general car maintenance needs!
Update: 6/28 once again this location saves me from a unnecessary long wait and gave great customer service. Ty and Shelly were friendly and knowledgeable.2021- Today I received outstanding service in a crazy vehicle situation from GOdfrey and Brandon. They truly went the extra mile and were very honest and friendly.

Drove to GA to visit family. Tire signal light goes on. I got an almost flat tire in the rear. I stop by this place and they fix me up in no time flat (ha ha). Service was excellent!
Went for an alignment and oil change they did the oil change. Did not tell me they cant do alignment until after I came back to get the car.
I caught a huge bolt in my tire and barely made it in to the shop. Less than an hour before closing, but they changed the tire right away and I left within 30 minutes. Grateful for the professional and fast service.

This place is awesome! I arrived when they opened to replace my flat and they were able to replace my tire within a couple of hours while being short staffed. The gentleman at the front communicated to me that it might take a little longer but then he took care of my vehicle in a reasonable time! Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!

Purchased a set of tires from Mavis just before summer, got a competitive price and was happy with the purchase, so we went back to get a balance/alignment. Godfrey helped us out and did a fantastic job. Mavis has been very pleasant to work with.
I took a Ford Transit van intending to have 4 new tires put on in. They said their lift couldnt properly lift the van without damaging it. The manager on duty basically gave up after calling and checking 2 other locations to see if they could install the tires on the Transit. I told him I would travel to any Mavis location within 20 miles to get them installed but after calling just two other locations out of about 15 within that radius he gave up. VERY DISAPPOINTING! 😞 I HONESTLY DONT BELIEVE THEY ARE MOTIVATED TO SELL TIRES OR PERFORM CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! PITIFUL!

Came in from out of town to visit family when I ended up with a bolt (and nut) through the tread of my tire. I limped over to the shop to get it patched and they had my car on a lift in minutes. They quickly assessed that due to the size of the hole I would need a new tire. I decided to replace the tire elsewhere to take advantage of a road hazard warranty, but they put the spare tire on and topped off the air before sending me off at no charge!
Had a very good experience at this location.The day before going to this location i had a horrible experience at a nearby location and was left with my vehicle in a near non-driveable state. The next day i brought my vehicle over to this location and Dwayne, the manager, heard my situation and was able to get one of his technicians on it right away. I was prepared to have to drop my vehicle off, or be turned away because it was nearly 5 p.m. by the time I made it there after work. But i was immediately brought in and taken care of. They told me what all my vehicle would probably need, but got me patched up well enough to get back on the road and drive home. And since i had just gotten the service done the day before at another location, they did not charge me a dime for the service that day.Highly recommend this shop for fair and quick service!
I took my Mazda there for an oil change and back brakes. The dealer stated I needed new back brakes. Godfrey and his team looked the car over and stated there was not a thing wrong with the brakes but I did require new windshield wipers. As the windshield wipers are 4 original I was good to go with an oil change and new wipers. They were efficient and it did not take 3 hours for an oil change as it did at the dealer. I will be back to see them in the future for my Mazda.
Mavis tires is awesome! My dealership was backed up and not able to get me in for my regular oil change. I went to a 10 minute type of place and my car stares to leak fluids and smelled like something was burning. I turned into the closest mechanic which was mavis. They took me right in and checked my oil and put my car on the rack to check everything. I’m so appreciative of them taking me right in and checking things out. They’ve earned a new customer!!!!!
The folks at Mavis tire are amazing! This is the only place I take my car. I live in Nashville but I always come here when I visit my mom. They are honest, trustworthy, and never try to upsale me.

I went to Mavis for a tire repair and had a great experience. I did not have an appointment, but I still received prompt and courteous service from Godfrey and his team. There was no attempt to upsell anything or convince me to buy a new tire. I will definitely come back if I need another tire repair.

Was in the area for the NLCS, and got a flat. Lug nut shells swole and were too big for lug wrench. Used my roadside assistance to get a tow there. They did not have a tire my size, but got the lug nuts off, put on my temp spare, and gave me lug nuts for the wheel all free of charge. Then told me places to go to to possibly find a tire my size.They were the nicest people you could meet. They are interested in providing quality service for customers and just plain good people. I highly recommend them.
I have used this location for brakes and rotors which was a great experience. I’m back because I have a nail in my tire. Godfrey and team were able to work me in at the end of the day and quickly repair my tire. I’d recommend these guys for any tires or brake needs.

Had a great experience getting 4 new Toyo tires. Called mid-morning on a Monday, received a quote in minutes (best pricing after looking around other East Cobb locations), and scheduled to drop my car off Tuesday around noon when the tires would be delivered. There was a delay with the delivery but the team at Mavis still got my tires and alignment completed for me to pick up before closing that day! Would recommend going here for friendly and fast service at reasonable prices.

We came in because we had a flat tire.I was traveling with my family on the highway from Chicago to Florida. When our tire pressure light turn on. We didn’t know what it was at first but knew something was wrong. We pull to the side and saw the flat tire. We googled search tire shops and came across this location.The assistant manager Reyna was so nice, friendly and made me feel welcome. She did everything possible to help us out as soon as possible and send us on our way.
Dontà was a huge help this morning. Although short staffed and a garage full. He was transparent and assured they would take care of my vehicle. He was very pleasant and I am very pleased with the service he provided!

I went in for what I assumed was my brakes needing to be changed but was pleasantly surprised to know it wasn’t that. They were not like many other places that would’ve took my money anyway, but informed me of what I actually needed. I definitely would come back.

I used to go here and was pretty satisfied, but with the new brand, ownership and staff lately I have been quite disappointed. I feel like the level of customer service went down as well as the knowledge of the staff. Final straw came yesterday when I brought my car in for a look at a punctured tire at 11.30 am. Was supposed to take 1.5 hrs so had myself picked up by a family member. Got a call 3.5 hours later. (“Tire can’t be repaired, needs to be replaced, looking at $225+ tax.”) I was suspicious and wanted a second opinion. So picked up the car without repair/replace. Brought the to another shop down the road. Got a call back within one hour. “Sir your car is ready. We patched the tire and it’s good to go. $24 please. Needless to say that I found a new home for my tires and brakes!Update: I received a call from Mavis today (1/14) which was nice and they explained the policy and promised to make it right. I will give them a chance on an oil change.

If you have an appointment don’t bother thinking you’ll be seen right away and in a timely manner. I unfortunately didn’t have a means to drop my car off and return to pick up later, so I had to sit for almost 3.5 hours to get two tires put on. It took them 1.5 hours to even start on my car and I had a 1:00 appointment. Two tires put on should take no more than 30 minutes.I’ve been to Mavis several times and several different locations, would not recommend this location. What is the point of a business having an appointment schedule set up if they are going to have someone wait for hours before their vehicle is even looked at?
Godfrey the store manager was very professional and absolutely amazing. It was quick in and out. I absolutely loved my experience, most of all my price and will continue to do service here.
Reina provided great customer service. very professional and helpful, kept us updated throughout, and had us leave with a smile. the team does great work, happy with the price and work. very happy with Reina, the first and last person to see gave us a great impression.

They were very patient with me. I called several times while they had my car to ask questions and even had family members on the line with me to help and not once did Godfrey the manger get upset and or show that he was irritable from my calls. I was in a tight situation with needing my car and they stayed after 5pm so that I could get my car. I would recommend them to anyone!!
My experience was extravagant! The staff is extremely professional and kind. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Gave me great insight of what my car needed. Took great care of my car. The manager and staff were amazing. I was totally taken care of, even though I was just delivering someone elses car for service. I really appreciate the help and care given to me during my long visit. I was there with a car that had many areas of neglect and I only addressed brakes, rotors, shocks,and fluids.

Team is very friendly and tries to help. Tire prices are good. But things have changed since the NTB acquisition and I had to finally give up on them when they failed to balance tires on my truck after three tries and then on another visit, advised me they didnt have the proper tools to allign my wifes cars wheels(even though she had a 3 year allignment program with them) Just couldnt take any more. Too bad - nice guys.
As a new customer to this Mavis location, I was extremely impressed with the customer service and efficiency of it’s crew. Donte Corbett was especially helpful during the entire process of having new tires installed on my truck. I will definitely be returning to Mavis for my future vehicle needs.
Mavis Tires & Brakes is very professional and the price is very reasonable.I have my calipers installed at another store but I heard some metal to metal sound under my car in a month. I stopped at Mavis Tires & Brakes for service and help. The front desk Reina welcomed me warmly and was super friendly. The technician David tested my car and found the root-cause immediately. He found one of the bolt on the front right caliper is missing. David and Isaih ordered the part and fixed both front calipers in 30 mins, and double checked it is safe. Thanks for the professional service at reasonable cost. Will definitely come back to this store in future.

Stopped in today with a tire with low air. Everyone was friendly and helpful even though they were pretty busy. They were unable to find a problem with my tire even after checking it thoroughly. They put my tire back on after confirming it was holding pressure and did not charge me for the service or their time. Very nice experience.

Awful experience. I opted for the convenience of a large chain. Was able to pick and order my tires online while setting up an appointment which was fantastic and very easy. However, it was all down hill from there. Arrive on the day of my appointment, the technician is with an other customer, which is fine, but I was not greeted and my presence wasnt even acknowledged. Finishes with the customer, doesnt say a word to me and goes in the back for a few mins, comes back and finally decides to acknowledge me. No big deal, but I think it does say a lot about the type of place being run. Anyway, I was there for four new tires. The technician asks if I need an alignment once the tires are installed. Since I thought my alignment was fine, I said I would pass. He strongly recommended I did the alignment since I was getting a completely new set of tires. I figured it cant hurt and its better to be on the safe side, so I agreed to the alignment. He then says to me, oh well Im not even sure our alignment guy is showing up today. Really? You are called Mavis TIRES and brakes and you dont have someone available at all times to do alignments? And you dont even know if he is coming into work today? After you talked me into the alignment? Whatever...I got my tires and everything was fine for a couple days until my critical tire pressure light comes on. I check all my tires to find one of them was almost 15 psi over the pressure specified by my vehicle. So I thought that was why my light was on. I released the pressure until it was back to 32 psi with a tire gauge I had in my car. Still cant get the light off, even after finding the reset button. So I took it back for them to look at. I figured I could get that alignment while Im there, crossing my fingers that the alignment guy decided to show up to work that day. He did. Long story short, they had my car for almost 7 hours and couldnt figure out the sensor (even changed one of the sensor light batteries). Couldnt figure out the alignment. They tried the alignment three times! And finally, at 9:30 at night, I get a call that they are having issues with there computers and thats why they couldnt figure out the alignment. The guy wants to drive my car to a different shop to look at it. I obviously tell them no thank you, and that Ill be picking my car up the next morning. I pick my car up, the light is still stuck on and my alignment is so out of whack you would not believe it. My steering wheel had to be 30° to the left for my car to drive straight. They acknowledge all of this and tell me to go to another Mavis and that they would take care if it. Yeah right. I will say the man that helped me on my second visit was much more professional and very apologetic and didnt charge me for any of the work. But the whole experience was a disaster. On top of everything they stained my upholstery on my drivers side and my steering wheel was sticky and filthy. Probably putting their oily hands on everything. I basically took my car to this location and got it back in MUCH worse shape than I took it in. I ended up taking it to a smaller independently owned tire shop. They fixed everything in less than 3 hours...why Mavis couldnt handle a simple alignment is absolutely beyond me. So if you want an experience similar to mine, by all means go here. But I would absolutely recommend against it.
I resorted to using Mavis Tire when my regular mechanic retired. I took my car in, everyone was awesome and so friendly. I received a call letting me know what was wrong with my car and what it would take to fix it. I was pleasantly pleased to hear that they were able to find my parts quickly and get me back on the road. When it was time to pick up my car, I was running late and called ahead to see if I could take care of things over the phone. Guess what??? They waited for me to get there (an hour). They knew how important it was for me to have my vehicle for work. These guys are so awesome. I will be sending my other cars over for them to take care of. Go by and check them out. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great shop where the guys are not afraid to actually FIX things while most shops only know how to replace parts! I have been driving for 44 years and have dealt with many shops. Steve is one of the best mechanics I’ve ever met - knowledgeable and skilled, and unafraid to tackle a problem and solve it. Godfry and Brandon, the managers are courteous, helpful, and willing to work with you. I highly recommend this shop for anything related to tires, brakes or suspension.

This location was fantastic before Mavis took over. I made an appointment online which I have done before without an issue. Two days before my appointment, I got two emails simultaneously. One said my appointment was rescheduled and the other looked to be confirming it. I called and was told I have no reservation in the system, so I made another appointment for the same time. The people were nice but it took over two hours for an oil change and getting two new tires put on. I used to be out in 30 minutes. Several employees working the front computers were not wearing a mask despite being in close proximity with customers and each other. The employee who drove my car to me also didn’t have a mask on. The previous employees seemed very honest to me and would tell me when I did not need something done yet. I felt like I was being told to do a lot of things I did not need. I asked to have my AC checked and was told they didn’t have the machine from corporate to do this. I was told I needed a new tail light which I agreed to but it wasn’t done (I wasn’t charged for it). I asked to have my hatch back looked at since it doesn’t always open and was told they would look at it and they did not. I was told I needed a tune up for almost $600. When I started my car the oil still said it was low despite paying for an oil change. They said it was just an issue of resetting it but I’ve never had that issue before and I worry it was not actually changed.
The Manager at East Piedmont location was helpful and provided excellent customer support. The team did an excellent job. I will return and definitely recommend.
Brought my car in the Monday before Thanksgiving with a flat, expecting to have to wait all week for a replacement, but Dewayne and the folks at Mavis on E Piedmont took care of me and got me in and out in a flash. Same day service!

After changing our oil, the workers did not put our oil cap back in our car. Due to this unprofessionalism our car has been leaking oil since. If i could rate this place a 0 i would. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I came to Mavis close to the end of the day on a Friday. Godfrey and his team were able to schedule me for a tire repair quickly and completed work that other facilities probably would have said was not possible because of the place where a nail went in. The other day I came into the store with a tire issue after just leaving the dentist. From the time I walked into the door, Marlo was very hospitable, eager and willing to assist me! I told him my issue, he came out to look at my car and reassured me that it was a small issue they could be taken care of in no time. After putting air in my tires when the low tire pressure alert first came on and seeing it back on two days, later I was distraught. Marlo not only eased my mind and took care of my issue, but he also gave me info about cars and Atlanta roads in general, it made me feel better about the whole situation. I never really noticed the store before but glad I did on this day. I would highly recommend NTSB and will definitely be back if necessary! I took my car in to this shop. The customer service provided by Greg, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I am not a car person and had recently bought a new car, so this was the first oil change. Greg took the time to explain the types of oil that could be used and gave me advice on how to keep up with proper maintenance on my car. Needless to say, he was awesome, the rest of the staff was friendly and I am very satisfied with the service provided to me at this shop. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be back in the future!

They got me in and out in no time. Godfrey was a godsend. I couldnt get the lugnuts off this morning so I was able to plug until I could get here after work. Isaiah was able to get the lugnuts off.

If I could give them zero stars, I would have. I went in to get a flat tire fixed. When I was told it wasnt possible, I asked about replacing all 4 and was told it would take 4 hours. (I had looked them up online and saw significantly cheaper prices so I decided to leave and schedule my appointment online....for 4 days later.) I show up to my appointment to be told they cant do my tires unless I were to leave my car overnight? UH, NO. He then tells me he has to check if they even have the tires I had reserved. What is the POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT? Its supposed to set the priority for service. I get that you may be short staffed because of Covid-19, but then have the courtesy of calling the customer to explain/reschedule. But no, I was made to drive over on the emergency tire to then have to leave. Ridiculous.
The service was excellent. I asked for special care with my BMW due to the fact that they have plastic jack pad/points that, if the lifting is done improperly, can be crushed or damaged. I asked them to use the adapters that I supplied for them and they were more than willing to accommodate my special request.

Of course during a busy week, my battery decides to die on me and it was corroded. Thankfully Mavis Tire was able to replace my battery and get everything working again in a short time frame.
Avoid new owners Mavis (took over from NTB). They did not perform the work they claimed and waited 1.5 hours. Due to vibration in my tires, I requested tire rotation and balance which was included for lifetime when I purchased all new tires 6 months ago. They told me everything was good to go. The issue still existed and when I took car to dealership, they said the tires had not been recently balanced - no new weight positions and everything inside wheels was still covered with road dirt (no finger marks from handling the wheels). I will not be going to Mavis ever.UPDATE: credit to them they finally fixed the issue but it took a lot of time and follow ups.

2022-06-23Came in today for an oil & filter change as well as a tire rotation. I dealt with Ty and he was great to deal with. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and back on the road to do some more work. The waiting area was clean and organized - most importantly it was kept nice and cool on this hot day. 2022-06-24Came in to get brakes done on my Lexus. Went to 3 different shops before I found this location. They’re the only place that told me Yes that they can do it same day without appointment. Ty the manager was so cool and made me feel at ease. I just moved to Marietta from Macon so I’m glad I found a home shop for both of my vehicles. : )

Her tone on the phone was pleasant and inviting and she was even more enjoyable in person.Doug, the gentleman who assisted me with the vehicle, was exactly that, a gentle man! He was equally informative as he was witty, and was extremely helpful. 2022-06-24This place is the best. Working with Ty makes me not want to get my car worked on anywhere else. Ty understood my concerns, listened to what I said and was able to deliver on his service recommendations while not leaving me feeling like I got ripped off. Top notch pricing with top notch customer service. I went to Mavis with my brakes grinding and I ended up getting my brakes and rotors replaced. It only took about an hour and a half which is dramatically faster than every other shop I’ve worked with before. If you want good service, go to Mavis and ask for Ty!

2022-06-20I had never been to this Mavis before but decided to stop by since it is closer to my house than the other. I walked right in and spoke with Ty. He was super nice and took care of me right away. They pulled my car around and got to work. The service I received from Ty and the other employees was incredible. Everyone was very friendly and I will definitely start coming here when I need service instead of the previous Mavis!

2022-02-02I stopped by Mavis T&B (Piedmont Rd) yesterday to get some help with a non functioning headlight. I was greeted by the manager, Doug, who was ready and willing to help (which I was happy about because it was near closing time). They took my car in immediately and solved the problem. 2022-04-14I was driving in to work this morning and my tire light came on. I wanted to make sure that I did not have a nail in my tire before getting onto the highway.
