Mavis immediately helped me with my tire. I got a nail and they took action and gave me air to last the night. I was able to return and get a patch the next day. Great customer service and friendly staff!
Love this place! I had a nail in my tire and they repaired it super quick. I was in between classes and was worried I wouldn’t make it back in time. This was during the lunch rush hour and they were still super fast! I don’t know much about cars and they were also super informative! I highly recommend!
The staff at Mavis tire has always gone above and beyond. This recent set of staff has really made me and my family feel at home every time we come in and I get a fair deal on service. Which I appreciate says everyone seems to want to overcharge. We like Mavis but I really love this location on East Cobb Drive.

Replaced a difficult to replace battery in my Audi Q7 that others would not. Fast service and great quality.
I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this Mavis location for service.I recently brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting a few hours, I received a call saying the service was done, during which the mechanic mentioned throwing in a new pair of wiper blades. I told him that would be great, but declined the attempted upsell of new brake rotors.When I picked up my car, I was charged $40 for the new wipers (not a big deal even though it sounded as if theyd be free - I needed new ones anyway), and an additional $40 for a TPMS and battery check, which I never asked for or agreed to. I didnt say anything about the battery check charge while in the shop, because they had given me a nice discount on the oil change and tire rotation. Still, this struck me as somewhat of a shady practice.The first time I used my windshield wipers was on the way to work a few days later. My drivers side wiper popped off the shaft while on the highway, rendering me unable to clear my view on the way to work. Fortunately it lodged itself under the wiper blade shaft, so I was able to reattach it after I made it to work.I will not be returning to Mavis due to the poor service quality and consistent attempts to obfuscate service pricing.
The people who work here are really kind and you can tell they love what they do. Always giving my car back in better shape than how I left it. Definitely a good place for car repair!
I came into Mavis for a check up on my tires and Eric really helped me out! He advocates for you and is on your side. Really helpful and friendly employee. Would recommend asking for him 10/10!
Ive come here for brake replacement/repair and an oil change, and both times the staff has been helpful, honest, and up-front. The brake work did take longer than I anticipated, but in general, great customer service!

They were open on Sunday and put a new set of tires on at a reasonable price. They patched a hole in my new tire a couple of months later and charged me $20. Patch is holding up well. I believe they have all new staff now.
Strange noise when I was driving down the road. They took a look and discovered a spool of wire wrapped around the wheel of my work truck! They decided not to charge me for my visit today, were quick, efficient, and professional. Super impressed with the work

I made an online appointment for an oil change and to check the battery.When I took it in, they assured me the battery was fine, but that it needed rotors, pads, flush. I wish I had declined that service now.Bottom line, battery was not fine. When the car continued to start sluggishly over the next few days, AutoZone checked the battery and within 5 minutes, showed that the battery was basically dead and needed to be replaced. I also had it checked at another location, so I had 2 separate places confirm the battery was shot.The car is running great now, thanks to the folks at AutoZone.By the way, I asked Mavis multiple times about the battery and was assured it was ok. I have to wonder if they ever checked it.

We ended up coming here after another store turned us away. Robert let us drop the car off even though they were very busy. The work was completed sooner than we expected and the price was more than fair.

Oil change took a little longer than I was hoping for but when I got two new front tires they had them in stock and got them put on the day of. Thé alignement was perfect and fixed a “popping” issue I was having when turning.
Robert was very helpful, got a great deal on some tires, he also helps with maintenance on my cars, soon we will be back to get my GF some tires on her BMW X4 as well.
They helped me as quickly as they could with a full lobby of people , no appointment , walk in with a flat tire . They made it happen and got me home, able to get to work . Didn’t need to drop my car off overnight 10/10

Be very careful. Simple brake pad swap can get you big time. I understand maybe rotors needing changing but boy they went deep. 2019 Yukon they wanted to do everything. Starting off the conversation based on miles you need new struts new shocks, transmission fluid flushed brake fluid flushed air filter and new wipers. Hmm wipers were replaced a month ago. I think I am good swap brake pads only. Oh wait rotors are warped you need those. Nope I am good hard pass. Took to another shop rotors not warped! Be very careful as the upswell quota here is strong!

Update:A brand new tire (installed a few months ago when the initial review was left) blew up on a highway, there was no cell phone service, so had to take the car to the first place saw: Discount Tire. They installed a new tire. When I reached out to Mavis to honor the certificate that was purchased through them, they refused. It was disappointing. When I called Discount Tire and explained the situation, they offered to discount the price of certificate and a price of labor just as a nice gesture. Lesson learned- stick with Discount Tire for all tire needs.Initial review: Came with a nail in a tire and was in and out in less than an hour. Purchased 3 new tires in the process. Great service, very competitive prices.

The team at Mavis is amazing!! They go above and beyond to make sure you are being taken care of. I had all four tires replaced here a little less than a year ago, and just had a flat tire repaired. They made sure to do additional checks-free of charge to ensure everything was in working order. I walked in to pick up my car and was greeted immediately, and when they went to check on how everything was going another worker came out to make sure I’ve been helped. Great customer service, and very friendly employees! Hopefully I won’t have any car troubles anytime soon, but if I do I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ethan the new manager is amazing.My wifes car broke down while I was traveling for work and I had it towed there. Ethan called me and said he would further check to see the true cause of the problem.Ethan took the time diagnosis the problem and determined that the engine was blown.After consulting with his peers, he learned that the 2013 Hyundai Sonata had a recall on the engine for what he believes caused my problem.Ethan sent me the information he obtained so I could contact Hyundai dealership to get my problem resolved.I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be bringing all my business to Ethan and his team!!!

When 5 other tire places told me they could not help me because they were under staffed, this place helped me. I had a flat because of a nail in my tire and it just needed to be repaired. I dropped it off yesterday and went back today. They had repaired the hole, put it on for me put my spare back where it belonged ( I have a truck) and checked the air in all the othe tires.When it came time to pay Rafael said just give us a good review .I will be back. I was out running errands when I must have run over something as I had a leak so bad I could hear it. Fortunately I was close to Mavis tires so I pulled in. I was on a time crunch as I had to get back home for a conference call meeting. Within less then an hour I was back on the road with a new replacement tire at a great price. Raphael and his team really took care of me.
Passing through town on our way to Florida and were in need of a new battery AND we got a nail stuck in the side of our tire. With our trip off to a rocky start, Mavis sorted us out within an hour, was incredibly helpful, and was outstandingly kind when other service centers were unable to help us with out rearranging our vacation plans. Thank you Mavis! Manager was fantastic to work with.

Very honest place. I purchased a used car for my son and during the pre-purchase inspection (done somewhere else) I was told that the alignment needed to be fixed. I called Mavis and they got me in the same day. They put the car on the rack and it didnt need any adjusting at all. They even showed me the computer so I could be assured. They could easily have taken my money, but they didnt. So nice to have an honest shop I can trust.
I take my car here for everything. They don’t recommend more than what you need.

I took my car in at 5:15 on a Friday because my tire would not hold air. I pulled off the interstate twice to add air. They immediately checked it out, fixed it and sent me on my way. Thank you for your great work.
Staff was very friendly and took the time to explain to me what was happening and my options. I didnt feel like they were just charging me for random things and they even changed my wipers for free! Waiting area was clean and they completed the work faster than anticipated. Mostly leaving the review because the staff had on their mask the entire time and that has not been my experience with other shops Ive visited during the pandemic. Excellent customer service!

This place is excellent! My battery went dead at a nearby shop and Katelyn came over immediately with a battery box, jumped the battery, and had a new one installed as soon as we arrived. Everyone was polite and professional. I was back on the road is less than 30 minutes. They just earned a loyal customer.

After work I found a bolt in my tire. Jolini, at Mavis Tire sensed my desperation and took my car right away to repair the hole. He was very kind and friendly as well as professional. Thank you for saving my Birthday dinner, Jolini!

Kayla and Mike were great. I brought my car in and had a hole in my tire. They fixed the hole which was under warranty and did a few other things that didn’t cost much. They are my go to garage ever since I became a new resident in Roswell this summer.

When I call I reach the pleasant voice of Kayla who you want to hear early in the morning. Service provided from Antwan & staff always superior customer service. Tell you upfront the issues.. I called and they said come on in, I was 5 minutes away. Travis said it would be about an hour, they had the tires in stock. he explained they 2 types of tires and price difference. gave me a great deal on the up grade tire, balance & alignment. Reese and Rafael at the East Cobb Dr location (next to the post office) were friendly and professional. I would recommend giving them a try for your next car service needs.
I went to get an oil change and tire rotation and the guys working in the back did a full check up on my truck. They were able to find the grinding noise i stated when braking. Thankfully, they where able to help me with my brakes and even brought me back to show me other things on my truck i didnt know were wrong. Its hard to find good service for my truck especially from people who know what they are doing. When it was all said and done, i will be going back to let them handle all of my work going forward.

Went in to see how much would be repair nail in tire . The guys looked at the car and said $40 .I asked him why it’s $40 when Discount tire did for free. ( discount tire wasn’t open on Sunday reason why I didn’t go there in first place)He responded to me THATS ALL THEY DO TIRES .This makes me think they are not really interested in customers who has tire issues. Just saying!!This was only my experience.
I had the best experience at NTB/Mavis Tire in East Cobb, Marietta GA. I woke up Sunday morning with a flat tire (nail in my tire). I called NTB/Mavis and scheduled an appointment for 9am to get my tire fixed. Kaytlyn and Kayla provided the best customer service. Kayla greeted me as I entered and pulled up my service order that was already in the system (since I called in). Kaytlyn repaired my flat tire and checked all my other tires to ensure there were no other nails; this was all done in record time! I highly recommend Kaytlyn if you need any car repairs!
Antwan and Kayla helped out a lot at the register while Lewis did a great job on my tires, power steering fluid, brake fluid, as well as even installing handles into my jeep for me! Much respect and a very excellent job
They where very wonderful. They where able to get my car in and inspected. Showed me everything that was wrong. It was great to know what qll i needed done right away and could hold off on till the next time. Will be returning when i need more work done to my car.

Brought my car in for a tire repair. I’ve used them when the store was NTB and didn’t realize until I drive up that they had changed to a Mavis. Friendly and quick service. One star off because the person up front wasn’t masked up. Otherwise good experience!
I came in with a flat tire as soon as the store opened at 8:00. I had another appointment at 10:00 and asked if they could be done in time for my appointment. The work was completed right away and they were very accommodating. The service was wonderful and professional and I will go back there anytime I need tire service for my car
Sebastian has been excellent every time I come to take care of my tires. I hate dealing with Discount tire due to they are to busy to be personal. I will be buying my tires here next time I need them

These are the guys! I’ve purchased all my tires from Cobb street location in Marietta for my family and I. Location is always clean inside out and the coffee is always fresh. Manger always gives me the best price and always takes care of my scheduled maintenance. I’m very impressed with how efficient this Mavis location is. I highly recommend and I’ll be back! I came for an oil change 2 weeks later and had the same amazing service. I’m very impressed!

2022-05-10Riding home from work and the tread on my tire flew off(unbelievable, I know) I made I to Discount Tires where they tried to charge an arm & leg in my time of need. Went to Mavis, the price was better, but still out of my budget at the time. The manager, Robert still worked with me to get a tire I could afford and in the end just asked that I give them a good review(which I was already going to do). These days helpful, friendly customer service seems to be a rarity, but not at Mavis. Even without a discount and emergency circumstances I’ll be purchasing my tires from Robert @ Mavis. Also I didn’t get every name, but every one was very professional and courteous, on a very hot afternoon.

2022-04-06This Mavis store visit was a great experience as it saved me $money & relieved me from hassle. I can trust these guys at this location to work on my cars tire needs and Im sure they can do it for you as well. On 4/5/22, I was driving & ran over a bolt on the road, took it to the nearest big brand tire shop immediately. The tech did a quick compound plug w/o patching it properly. I went to this Mavis on 4/6/22 and was helped by Robert, V, David, & Israel. Robert rang the ticket and got me accomodated. V has driven and owned rare 90s manual cars and I can trust him to drive the car to the garage bay without burning my clutch. David lifted my low profile car, got the wheel out and explained the proper procedure to me. V got the 265/35 R18 tire off of my 18×10 (after 2 other tire shops could not) and patched the tire properly. Israel mounted it back, made sure the wheels were torqued down, and V drove it out of the garage back to the customer parking lot.I can trust these guys at this location to work on my cars tire needs and Im sure they can do it for you as well.

2022-03-15Although they did not charge me for this, I took my car in for an alignment and asked if they could align it to the specs I asked for and they said they could. Had an appointment at 11:00 got there at 10:52 and didn’t get done until 12:45. And they then did not align the car how I asked them to and put it to what they recommend which I would have rather left it how I had it beforehand. And claim that on a stock 2003 Miata you cannot change camber which is wrong you are very much so able to and because of this I am having to redo the alignment myself. Don’t waste your time

2021-09-27I feel like I have such a long story that Im not even gonna tell it. I just want to make sure that I state the facts as of today. Angel, Reece and the team here at Mavis tires and breaks East Cobb drive location have put a smile back on my face and have stopped the 😢 tears.I came in with a persistent problem that they have been able to take care of, Im walking away a happy camper.I can state this as a fact not all Mavis Tires are made the same, management are not all the same, the team that works on your car are not the same.I have found the BEST team of people here that will stop at NOTHING to take great care of you.Please come and give them a try!!!

2022-01-28Mavis is a great place to get work done on your car. I destroyed a tire and rim hitting something in the road, and they were able to replace my exact tire, a discontinued BFGoodrich model, and get a new rim on. They even transferred my after-market tire air cap to the new tire, just showing they really care about their work. Angel at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding through the whole process.
