I met Shawn (the Mgr) from Mavis Tires when my car randomly died at the Kroger parking lot (located next door to Mavis) a few weeks back. My key fob would not work. I wasnt able to unlock my car with the key thats located inside the fob unit so I ran into Mavis to see if someone there could help me open it. Shawn was amazingly helpful and went out of his way to help me. He spent 20 minutes with me trying to troubleshoot my car situation. It was a battery issue on my hybrid which needed to go to the dealer but he spent time with me and tried to help me identify the issue even though he didnt have to do anything. I truly believe in the power of strong customer service and Shawn proved that.
MS. MELISSA and her crew are very caring and timely when providing services. I didn’t know who to turn to on a Sunday with a flat tire, but Mavis Tires was there for me on the ready. Come by and support this local business!!!
This is the place to come to for tire repairs. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend patronizing Mavis.

I went in to replace the two front tires but upon inspection I needed all four tires replaced and I was concerned about the cost and the management actually did all four with a $200 discount and he even went ahead and replaced two wipers and my front end alignment at no charge which was really above and beyond what he needed to do. I highly recommend this Mavis tire specific location. I will definitely be back
The staff was great! Shawn was absolutely fantastic. He is very professional and thorough and made quick work of a tail light problem. The store manager Stevenb was fantastic as well. Their location is clean and the service is great. I never leave dissatisfied. I will definitely bring my vehicle back if I ever have any other issues.
I came into this location to get my brakes serviced on my Mazda Cx-5. I was very pleased with number 1 customer service simply because the staff was friendly with my toddler. Number 2 Steven and his team managed to give me the full treatment for a very small price. Very shocking, yet I left satisfied. My time and money was very well spent here! I will be visiting again.
Arvin is always super helpful! He gives the best recommendations and really helped me when my car was making weird sounds! I highly recommend this Mavis and any Mavis he works at!

Arvin is a God amongst the rest of the local car shops putting everyone else to shame. Hes always helpful in diagnosing and getting you back on the road. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with mechanics. They couldnt figure out the problem so they replaced a few things, and when they still couldnt figure it out, they called someone to come help from another Mavis. On the way home, realized they replaced the wrong axle. Kept charging for part after part because they couldnt figure it out. Kept trying to up-sell wipers, and anything else.
Im so glad Mavis is in my neighborhood, for they not only provide excellent service and products (tires), but help when I need them: be low air in the tire, oil change, or even replacing my headlights! When I replaced my tires they helped me navigate through products that are good quality and reasonable prices. And the staff is very helpful.

Great Service! Needed a quick oil change and tire rotation before heading out of town. They fit me in this morning and had a quick turnaround getting the job done. They even went ahead a fixed one of my tires that had a nail in it. Will continue to use this shop for all of my vehicle needs.
We had a travel trailer tire go flat. Eddie took the time to diagnose the problem (bad valve stem) and fix it, for a very reasonable price.I truly appreciate Mavis Coleman Village
Today I got my tires changed for the first time since my accident. The location was super clean & the front staff was amazing. my front two tires were without tread & my car shook A LOT 😬. Santiago was super helpful & informative through every step of the way. After the tires weighted & switched, there was no shaking; smoothest ride I’ve had in months 🤗 see you in a few months for my back tires 😊

PSA . Mavis just settled a class action lawsuit. Just google it .Read notes left on the accountThis location here is one of the worst . Cants or won’t diagnose issues like wheel bearing being bad . Attached is a note that was put on my account by a different mavis location .MAVIS AS A WHOLE IS WORTHLESS AND A WAIST OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY . The Coleman village location changed my calipers break pads and rotors all at the same time a week or so later went back because the there was screeching when I break. They claimed it’s because everything was new and there was “dust” coming of the break pad they cleaned it and said it should work . A week later issue still there that’s where they claimed it’s my fault because I drive too much and break too hard but agreed to change out the rotors . Again a couple of weeks go by and the issue is still there . Went back again and the manager refused to do anything . Meanwhile I went to a few different stores trying to fix the issue . I was told to leave the store and go somewhere else . I was told that because of paper work issues and corporate not reimbursing a particular store for the part that I should go back to the store that originally did the work and the excuse they use is “ I don’t know what the other mechanic did so I can’t fix it “ was told multiple times that it’s my fault because I brake too hard . It wasn’t till I made it to the location on east Cobb that’s where they finally figured out it’s wheel bearings. You would think thats good right they multiplied all the good they did by 0 by quoting me an estimate of $1100 just for the front wheel bearings .Angel the district manager for the Coleman village location did speak with me and did agree to refund the price of the rotors which he did and I accepted but he didn’t mention anything about the caliper or the brakes.Watch them leave a response asking me to call them to resolve this issue .
Eddie, the man in charge that day, helped my girlfriend and me out by working with us to get the most affordable price for the services we needed to our car. A true professional. He helped with an affordable price and they took care of my car tune up fast and efficiently. My car is fixed with no issues! Great service and professional help!

I had a slow leak and expected a nail in my tire. These guys took it off found a nail on the interior sidewall in place the spare on. As my vehicle was new, they suggested taking it to the dealership for the warranty and did not charge me for any of their diagnostics or work. although they did not make any money off of me this time, they have earned my future business.
The whole team was amazing! I had a flat tire and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Steve has the BEST customer service I’ve ever received at an auto shop! Come here for your tire and brake needs for sure!

I cant not give the staff and team at Mavis enough credit, gratitude, and thanks for their amazing kindness, integrity and understanding.My brake system had failed on my vehicle and I couldnt begin to imagine how I was going to get it fixed. My fiancé called Mavis and Scott was very kind and worked with us. When Eddie saw that the problem was worse than imagined, he called me, listened to our situation and made sure my family and I were safely on the road again. Eddie ad Scott have been amazing and I will always, always recommend their services to anyone in need of brake work and amazing service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I brought my car in to have the wheels rotated and balanced and have my alignment checked. I had to wait a little while but when I came in to pick up the car Jamar made sure I was taken care of and left happy. More importantly my car drives like new! The folks here do an excellent job!

Wonderful experience, Eddie at this location assisted me along with his associates and they managed to get me 4 new tires that were absolutely needed , one having a bolt in it and gave me an extremely fair price. Assisted me with getting in touch for finance to get the vehicle safe and good to go again. Even stayed after hours to make sure the vehicle was complete . Highly recommended this location and ask for Eddie.

Im really happy I ended up coming here. This is the best car repair shop Ive been to in the area. They are people friendly, quick & excellent with the prices! Tile helped me out specifically and He was super chill. I admired his approach. He wasnt pushy nor upselling. He was very trustworthy, empathetic, professional, & knowledgeable. I left the shop feeling relieved & more aware about my car.
The guys there were working hard to get things done quickly and well. They removed a monster screw from my tire and were really nice too.

I had the best experience at Mavis in Roswell!! I came in thinking I had glass in my tire. Rebecca was extremely pleasant from the time she answered the phone and all through the process while they checked my tires. Shawn was also super helpful and let me know there was actually nothing wrong. They made sure to set up my tire pressure equally just because and sent me on my way with no issues! I’ll definitely come back when I do need a tire replacement!!! Greatest customer service!!! :)

I had an excellent experience with staff today. I was able to get get my brakes, axles, and tires done in a reasonable time. They we’re able to work with my needs and went above to find KD dicounts to get the price lower! Definitely would recommend anyone there. Thank you!
Purchased new tires online and had them installed at this location along with an alleged computerized Wheel Alignment. A follow up with my dealership for maintenance a week later showed the alignment to be off. Followed up with this location to check and they swear the alignment is fine but give me no paper work to confirm. Simply went to the North Point location for another opinion where they confirmed my dealerships findings and corrected the issue (good thing the warranty for the work is good at any Kaufman Location). While the tires and work were priced well, the fact that I got the run around to get a simple issue addressed is unfortunate. I would avoid this particular location . . .better off using the The North Point Location.

Ive always received friendly and attentive service at this Mavis location. James is especially helpful. Its my go-to place for oil changes, new tires & wipers, and other regular maintenance. They also do good brake work and other repairs. Highly recommend!
My sales associate was James and his customer service and professionalism was Top-tier! Not only was the service A1 but The prices are amazing compared to other tire shops in the area! Also if you dont have an appointment, you can still get service and the wait was not long. I recommend using Mavis Tires any day!!!

Eddie, the store manager, saved me $90 when I went to get a supposedly faulty tire pressure sensor replaced. Turns out it just needed reset. Also have had my brakes done here and service was great. Highly recommend
A few years ago I stopped taking my car to Ford... they are just terrible. Someone recommended Mavis and they have always been excellent! At this location, Eddie is phenomenal! Always giving the best service and extra helpful! Plus he speaks Spanish (my English is fine but... when it comes to car parts I get lost!) which is an additional star for me! Highly recommend, reasonable pricing and very professional. Again, EXCELLENT! Thank you!
Convenient location, honest, customer-focused and great service & value! On my prior visit, they got backed up and I had to wait quite a bit longer than usual. While it wasnt a big deal (I just continued working in their lobby area), Eddie gave me an IOU for a free oil change on my next visit. I just applied that today and, not only did he give me the oil change for free, but also provided tire rotation & balancing at no charge this time. That reinforced my opinion regarding their honesty & integrity!

I took my Camry in for new brakes (at an excellent price) and afterwards they kept making noise. Took it back to them 4 days later and they did a very thorough job looking for the cause of the noise. Turns out it was an entirely different problem. Not only did they not charge me for their efforts but kept me informed through every step. These guys are awesome and you’ll never find a better place for customer service! I’d give them 10 stars if it were possible. From the manager to the mechanics - all around great guys!
I went in for an oil change the other day, and I felt compelled to acknowledge Shayan and Fransisco as their service amazed me. He greeted me with a lot of warmth and I felt assured that my car was in great hands. Their service is efficient and I will be coming back. The oil change was so quick! On top of that they helped me get brakes for such a great price !

James did a tune up on my Toyota Corolla and matched the price of my regular mechanic since my car needed it immediately. He did a good job at a fair price. Also, he jumped my car off after I had left my lights on while working all day in the center, he was courteous and seemed happy to assist me which I appreciated greatly. Please think of Mavis Tires and Brakes and James for your automobile maintenance and concerns.
Eddy and James were very very nice and helpful! When my mom and I were looking for a last minute place to fix her car, they welcomed us to come in an hour before close to fix everything my mom needed! If need be, I’ll definitely be back if I ever have to get a service on my car.
The service was excellent. Eddie the manager went over and beyond to make sure the service that we received was exceptional. We applied for the credit card and got approved and didnt have to spend a penny out of our pockets. We got an oil change, all around brakes, windshield wipers, and four brand new tires. Joy at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly. The technicians in the back were all great as well, I really appreciate you guys help with everything. The customer service and expertise is phenomenal here. Not only did they help a single mom of two out, they helped educate me a little more in my car so I would be safe and know what to look for in the future. George in sales was awesome! He was super helpful on the phone, gave me all my options, walked me through all the pricing and warranties, and helped me to find the nearest store that had my tires in stock for a speedy install.To boot, When I got to the Mavis store in Roswell the customer service was equally amazing… The technicians were super nice, they gave me all my options, double checked everything to make sure that everything I ordered was correct. This is the only tire shop I have been patronizing after moving to Georgia. Both of my visits in October 2020 and in February 2021 were top notch. The prices were reasonable and transparent. James provided detailed explanation of work to be done and estimated price and completion time. Great service, highly recommended.
I found a nail in my tire as I was dropping my son at a birthday party. I drove straight to Mavis to get it patched. James and his team got me all fixed up and out the door in time to pick my son up from the party! Great, speedy service!!

So I needed an emergency oil change before an unexpected road trip. I normally just take it to the Toyota dealership but they were all booked and I was pushed for time. Stopped into this location and I’m glad I did. The staff was super helpful and got me in and out in a timely manner. I knew I needed new tires, but with coronavirus, that’s just a big expense right now. The awesome technician told me about a program they have that’s 90 days same as cash and then helped me find some good affordable tires! Not only did I kill 2 birds with one stone, but I got it spread out in an easy payment plan! Thank you for all of your help James! You’ve made me a Mavis customer!
Came in because my check engine light came on. Staff was super friendly and the assistant manager James was very helpful checking my system. Luckily the issue was not serious and a cheap fix. Very grateful to find a center I can trust not to milk me for money. Many auto repair centers take advantage of women, but definitely not my experience here. Will definitely be returning with any car issues!
The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond. I came here this afternoon in a bit of a hurry to fill up a 7 gallon air tank and was pleasantly surprised when Rebecca offered to help me out free of charge. Thank you all so much for saving my day!
THE BEST service!! I got my tires here a few years ago and went in with a nail in my tire yesterday, when I was supposed to be headed back to school an hour earlier. Eddie helped calm me down and promised he’d do everything he could to get me on the road within 30-45 minutes. He kept his promise and I was on the road in 30 minutes with no problems. Joy and Eddie are AMAZING and I will definitely be taking my car here again.
I have been going to Mavis location for a few years now and Ill never go anywhere else! Every single staff member Ive work with has been kind, courteous, and quick to smile! They always do a great job on my car and have very competitive prices. They also do a great job of explaining things thoroughly without being belittling (something that can be hard to find as a woman in the car industry). Do yourself a favor and take your car here!

I brought in a quote from discount tires for 4 tires to have an alignment, mount, balance, and oil change. The assistant manager James beat discount tires quote by a mile. The customer service was excellent and even exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend all women that dont trust a mechanic shop or tire shops to go see James. Being a woman I typically avoid auto service shops because I feel like I get taken advantage of but this was not my experience here ! James assisted me with my car and he helped me with everything, explained what I needed and why , all without charging me an arm and a leg. He actually was able to get me good deals and even apply for financing for less upfront out of pocket costs. I’m new in town so I don’t know if it’s just Georgia or if everyone is friendly here but the customer service was unmatched! I believe I found my new car service home! Thank you guys
Joy and Eddie were amazing with helping me with my cars issues, they were very personable. I have to inform people that Mavis came through for me in a BIG way. I was late and went to start my car and click..dead battery. I was going to call USAA but that would take awhile so I knew Mavis was up the street and I told them my problem. In under ten minutes Francisco came driving up with a new battery! Talk about good service. He was a pleasure to get to know and did a very thorough job and I had no cash for a tip but told him I would for sure buy some tires and oil change when its time. I highly recommend Mavis at Coleman Village. I was/am very grateful to everyone involved!
I brought my gas powered electric generator to Mavis today. Two small flat tires on the mobile frame and both were totally separated from the rim. They inflated both tires with their “Cheetah” and didn’t charge me a dime to do it. They don’t even sell these type of tires, but we’re so helpful to me. Such great service!!! Will definitely be back when my Jeep needs a set of new tires.

Mavis has a lot of damage control to do with their stores in the area after they bought Kauffmann, and Ive had a few bad experiences at a few of them. But THIS store is good! This crew showed up for work when lots of workers arent, and they fixed my tire leak very well. He showed me how the old patch was done incorrectly, and reinstalled a new patch the right way. He double-checked that my tire no longer leaked and I was on my way.We spent some time talking about people not working and how bad that is for the country. Youd have thought this must be an older crew, but nope...these guys are in their 20s and 30s. This store is not really convenient for me, but Ill drive to get reward those guys with my business.
This location went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. Not only were they fast and efficient but they all exemplified the true definition of customer services. Eddie, the store manager made sure all of our needs were addressed and also made sure that my service for our country was acknowledged through the overall total. From the front staff all the way to the back service department. WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED!

Recently got my two front tires changed here. Very quick and painless, in and out in less than 2 hours. The mechanic Shayan was very friendly and knowledgeable snd helped me pick the best tire in my price range.
I was mislead into thinking I was getting this great deal on my oil change, but really just kind of felt played and was charged $60 on account of them using full synthetic, which I did not ask for. Apparently, they knocked $20 off bill, without that I would have paid over $80!I’m not one for leaving negative reviews, times are tough for everyone and we should all be here for one another, but the gentlemen behind the desk was keen on me leaving five stars, and made sure I completed a five star review before telling me what I was actually being charged.Not cool, man, not cool.

Heard a crazy noise when I would brake. Gotta admit, I was nervous to find out what it was. This place was amazing! Eddie was fabulous in getting me in at the last minute due to the corporate service center incorrectly scheduling me on a different day.Since it was going to take most of the day to get my tires replaced, Eddie was kind enough to drive me home & pick me up so I could have a productive workday.Exceptional service and a quality job done.
I was immediately greeted by James behind the desk even though he was already helping a customer. He quickly finished with the first customer and was polite and friendly in asking what I needed. In our conversation I found him to be experienced and knowledgeable. He was a new face as I have been to this shop before but I felt more confident in the services to be rendered thanks to James. He is an obvious asset to this business.
I stopped in with low tire pressure when several other shops turned me away. It was 530 and they close at six. They took it a no questions asked. Discovered it was nothing more than a loose valve stem. Fixed it for free and had me on the road in no time. Great service! Thank you very much.
Great service! Bought some new wheels for my car, and needed new tires. They put the new wheels and tires on, and kindly advised that I also needed an alignment. Most of these places are just trying to hit their bonus, but Mavis truly shows a new type of customer service.
Came thru with needing to repair one tire, knowing I had to replace them, James was very knowledgeable and efficient in educating me about proper tire etiquette and talked sense into me to stop procrastinating in getting my tires replaced. I needed to hear that and especially with cars, delaying the inevitable is generally a bad idea. I appreciate his efforts to help me out getting tires replaced and financing options as well. This is a GOOD tire retailer and a better tire store experience.In general, Im not a fan of tire stores, as I always feel like theyre trying to sell you more than you need/want, over charging and lacking the expertise to effectively complete the job, ... BUT NOT AT THIS STORE. The manager demonstrates a knowledge of the product, as well as a general interest in providing the best service, at a reasonable price. I RECOMMEND, if you need tires, then go here.
I scheduled an appointment at 9:00am on 02/21/21 (a SUNDAY)to get brakes and rotors replaced. James was very helpful and knowledgeable in servicing my need for my breaks and rotors. I wasnt able to get the other staff member name but he was very professional as well. Great customer services at this location.
I walked in needing an oil change and was surprised by Eddie who said absolutely we can. I honestly thought they were going to tell me no. Was in a hurry to get out of town caught a flat on the way to the airport did my research and ended up at the 890 Marietta hwy Mavis location. My man TIle was extremely courteous and very understanding of my time sensitive situation. He got my tire changed and car aligned in a very timely manner. Also gave me a sweet warranty on all of the work done today. I definitely recommend this Mavis location for all of your car care needs!
They did a great job replacing all the old struts on my 2013 Toyota Camry and the spring, etc Eddie helped me up front and another guy I didnt catch. His name though. My service ticket was opened by operator 6381 is what my receipt says . Great service, will be back, I recommend 😃👍 🚗
Our SUV recently had a flat tire and we took it to Mavis for a new one. The particular brand of tire we needed wasn’t something they readily kept in stock and Mavis had to search high and low to find a replacement. It took a few days but Eddie and the Mavis team came through and we were on our way. I had been a customer at this location from the Kaufman Tire days so it’s great to know that I can continue to count on Mavis for all my tire needs. Thanks Mavis!
I was there today and it was great! Im the type of person who never knows whats really going on with the car 😅 James was super helpful and patient, explained exactly what was going on and how it would be resolved, I was worried it would take too long to do it because I have a 5 month old baby at home, but it was actually fast, and affordable! They respected the use of mascara all the time that I was there, and that made me very calm. I really recommend Mavis Tire Supply in Roswell 👍🏾 when you have a nail in your tire and a baby every help is wonderful.

I went in for an oil change and to patch a tire, but I left with a patched tire and new wipers instead. I really appreciated how these gentlemen made their own assessment of what my car actually needed and communicated that to me, instead of letting me pay for a service that I didn’t need yet and not making me aware of a new service that I may want to consider. Had no idea what tires I needed or that my steering need an alignment. James at this location hooked it up with better tires with longer warranty at a lesser price than the folks down the street. Easy in and out with no problem. Highly recommend.
These guys were kind enough to work me in to have my brakes inspected on New Year’s Eve even though they were close to closing time. They let me know what I needed to have done with my brakes and set an appointment for me to come back on Tuesday as I was leaving town on New Year’s Day and would not be back until Tuesday. They went ahead and ordered the parts that I needed for my Tuesday appointment so that they would be ready when I brought my vehicle back for the work. “Eddie”, the service advisor was fantastic and I will definitely consider coming here or in the future for other work to be done on my vehicle.

I found a screw in my tire on my way to the store. I popped into the tire shop to see about a repair or replacement. Unfortunately due to the screw being too close to the wall, it was unable to be plugged. They were able to find me the best deal on a new tire and went to work right away on my service. The staff is very friendly, and the store is very clean. I mentioned my car was overdue for an oil change, and they were happy to get that done for me as well. I really appreciate the prompt and efficient service to get me on my way. Will definitely be back for further needs.

I came in today due to a nail in my tire. After 5 mins I was told that it could not be replaced or patched. James was helpful and patient as I was freaking out about the cost, and time it would take to fix. Of course I arrived at 5:20pm and they close at 6pm. 😩😩😩Nevertheless, everyone was very helpful and I was out of there by 6pm. If you are looking for a tire place with excellent customer service, look no further!

I was in town on Sunday for my grandsons birthday party and while traveling my tire light had came on flashing. I had stopped at a service center on the way to the party and they had put air in the tire. I was still very worried about traveling home which was a couple of hours away. I stopped at Mavis tire in Roswell, Georgia, and the young technician that waited on me was great. He checked all of my tires again and even checked the sensors. He listened to my concerns about traveling and really put my mind at ease. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him properly. He went out of his way and I really appreciate that. When I went to my local tire place at home this morning they were very dismissive and seemed unwilling to listen and then found a screw in my tire. I have since found out there is a Mavis Tire in Warner Robins now. I will be going to them next time. Good job on your staff, Mavis Tire. And good job to this technician that realized that not everybody understands about tires and sensors and taking the time to explain. Thank you.

I had a really great experience yesterday and this morning. The tech who helped me was Kevin. He was friendly and helpful. My son and I stopped by with a car he just bought for what I hoped was a quick question. We were tight on time and didnt have an appointment, but Kevin made our concern and our schedule his priority. I went back this morning to follow up. I was prepared to leave the car and wait for an estimate and evaluation. The store manager, Barrett, took the time to explain that what I thought was a big concern was really a small thing. He fixed it quickly for free, showed me what he was doing, and answered my questions. It was a fantastic experience. I was a long time customer prior to the ownership change. This was my first time there since that change. I will continue to come back, as the service today couldnt have been better.

Headless tire pressure and fill my tires but then it went down again the next day. Took my car by Mavis at this location and they checked my tire found a nail that hasnt popped into the tire fixed it filled it with air and Sydney on my way. At no charge.
Even though I arrived close to their closing time I was warmly welcomed by Joy who ensured me I was going to be well taken care of and was. Josh and the team worked very fast, looked out for things I was concerned about AND other things in the general area that could’ve been a concern in the future. I’ve been to another location previously and the customer service I got there compared to the service I got here is night and day. I would definitely recommend anyone coming here no matter the distance — it’s worth it.

Awesome service. Had a slow leak and they took it off the rim and cleaned it, put it back on the rim checked it and had us back on he road. I’ve been buying tires from them for fifteen years (Kaughman previously) and have always been satisfied. On this occasion I did not tell them I was a returning customer and expected to pay. Had a great experience here. I called close to closing to ask what there price would be for a tire for my car and was expecting to come in tomorrow but they were very generous. Told me to come in right then. James and Tyle the manager was great. Tyle even offered an oil change too. I only waited about 15 minutes and James gave me a gatorade while I waited. I pulled in to the parking lot and the engine oil light came on in my BMW. I went into the store and asked about oil and the employee at the desk called a mechanic and it 5 minutes I had two quarts of oil in my engine - no charge. Beautiful service. Thank you

Bad start to the day...flat tire before I even left the neighborhood. Managed to drive to the nearest repair shop (Mavis on 120). Unfortunately, it was 7 in the morning and store didnt open til 8. So I waited and used the oppty to make an appt online. Luckily, James arrived at 7:30 and was kind enough to let me wait inside (much appreciated since it was 30 degrees outside). Great service and would certainly recommend to all.

2021-12-06I had a really good experience here at Mavis on Marietta Pkwy next to canton st in roswell. I called in and they said they had guys waiting for work so come right down. Steven helped me out and really gave me his personal input on what i should do with my balding tires and tire alignments. I went with new tires today because of the deals they had. on top of that my oil change was due and they discounted that as well. He was a no BS kind of guy which was really refreshing. they were super quick too. will definitely be coming back for brakes/tires/alignment service needed on my car in the future. 6/5 stars for me.

2022-06-04Excellent service at this location. Fast, friendly, and so helpful and responsive. Needed to use my road hazard insurance on a recently replaced tire that was damaged in a high construction area near home. I was able to conveniently drop off my tire to see if it could be patch at 5pm Im the afternoon and come.back first thing in the morning to have the successfully patched and tested tire put on. So easy and it meant I didnt have to sit there for an hour or more. I highly recommend this location. Great staff and great service!

An not only did my alignment go quickly like Usain Bolt, but I was also educated on why my alignment was off and what couldve caused it.Ill certainly be coming back to install my HFP suspension.

2022-03-22I took my car in yesterday to get new tires as well as an oil change with their $35 deal. They were super friendly and it was done in a timely manner. On my way home I noticed a scraping sound. When I check it was my skid plate that was hanging off on one side. My skid plate is now destroyed with holes in it. Now after thinking I got a deal on my oil change I have to spend more money to get a new skid plate and hardware (which is priced from $100-$350) .

2022-01-07FRIENDLY, fast, and convenient service... I called about a slow tire leak and was told theyd see me on a first come, first served basis. I showed up prepared to wait. They came and got me within 15 minutes and had my tire repaired in another 20 or so. I was very happy with the customer service I received in the office. THEN... I got 5 minutes down the road and saw that the repaired tire was showing 39 PSI and my other three were (and had been, for as long as I could recall) at 29. I turned around and went back to tell them the one tire was reading high. (Turned out... it wasnt high, the others were LOW!)The guy who helped me seemed a little confused by my statement (now in hindsight, I know why) but without missing a beat he asked me to pull around to the service bay for help. At that time I was still confused about which PSI was correct, and had been expecting someone to take out air from the repaired tire. I was even more confused then, when they started adding air to the other three! I asked about it and this nice young man very kindly explained the recommended PSI for my tires and vehicle without treating me like a dummy. It was then I realized that the guy up from had someone inflate the other three tires I had not even asked or paid for them to service! All that to say, I drove out of there with way more than I expected and cant wait to give them more business.

They quickly pulled my car around to the side and replaced my headlight bulb in under 10 minutes!!! This was some of the best customer service I have had anywhere in a long time. I will be back! 2022-07-07I would not recommend Mavis tire to any family or friend. I took my care in on 7/5/2022 for an oil change. When I picked up the car, they told me they went ahead and replaced the windshield wipers and charged us for it (without asking). It was a small amount so I wasnt worried about it. However, an hour or so after leaving the shop and into a 4 hour road trip, I noticed that one of the wipers was missing and a major storm was coming. We had to stop at advanced auto and purchase wipers. In addition, we checked the engine and there was residue all over that had spilled and not cleaned up from the oil change. My husband called and noted that we were disappointed in the service and we would not return (not asking for money back or anything) and the guy just said ok. No apology or even offer to refund us for the wipers that were never put on. Not to mention, my husband took his ford fusion in a few months back for an oil change and the guys forgot to replace on of the screws on the brush guard. It ended up dragging on the highway and parts starting flying off the under carriage almost causing a major accident on 85. We had to stop and get zip ties to hold the car up until we could get it back in to be fixed. Needless to say, we will never return nor will we recommend this place to anyone.
