Leesa and the Mavis crew were a Godsend to me on Sunday. I came in a bit late (which could not be helped in this instance), but I was met with both patience, courtesy and professionalism by Ms .Leesa. Ms. Leesa, the Service Dept Mgr was outstanding in every way!!!!!! Wearing her Svc Hat plus the Vacationing Store Managers Hat, she was able to change gears on the run and complete a no hurry task of installing 4 Tires in a rush, due to a change in circumstances on our part. Ms. Leesa handled all details with a SMILE on her face and a very POSITIVE attitude, rarely found in the retail world these days. They did not balance the tires, lost a hub on two different installations and the window shield wiper fell off. Pay customers to give them review. Employee told me give them a 5 star.

Terrible customer service. Bought new tires and paid to balance and align, they didn’t do either. Car was dangerously out of line when I immediately took to a more trustworthy location. Cannot believe they would put new tires on, charge for a full service, and allow a car to drive off the lot shaking that badly. Will not return here, and a warning to others, they will give your car back for you to drive even if it’s not safe.
Kaelin was friendly and super efficient. He and the team there was able to fix my issue and have me back on the road asap.

The staff here was excellent today. I had to get sent here from another Mavis because there mechanic was too busy. Luckily Vincent was able to get me in contact with Wayne the mechanic right away to voice my concerns with my car. Thankfully he was able to diagnose my car with a defect in parts on a job done to my car in March. Antwain was able to order my parts and they will do the work to my car on Monday. Super thankful for them squeezing me in because this was an hour before they had to close on New Year’s Eve!
Vincent Provided great customer skills. He is a reasonable person that is extremely smart. This company should be grateful to have him. Plus he’s cute as hell.

Worst service ever. Bought 2 tires. Only customer here and it took them over an hour. They did not even rotate the tires so I had to have them do it again. Lazy, incompetent work.

Horrible I mean horrible customer service and dependability. I had a suspension system installed, upon driving the vehicle off the lot I heard popping and clicking noises. I returned to Mavis a few days later, only to find out that most of the staff had quit. After a second inspection of the vehicle the Mavis employees could not diagnose the popping and clicking noises. I brought the vehicle over to a different shop and discovered that the struts were put on the wrong wheels. RH on the left and LH on the right. When you see this location just keep driving, you will be dealing with a revolving door of dishonest people that have no moral compass or sense of urgency.
My experience here is a bunch of joyful customers that trust me and allow me to perform service on their car, when your car is not here it is my duty to make sure when you come back it is cleaned and waiting on you, I really can’t reiterate the gratefulness for each and everyone’s trust... I came from out of town to make sure my car was good to go for the way back and I was happy with my service. Especially with the customer service from Lance and Veronica. Car issues can be frustrating but their upbeat energy reassured me I was in good hands. Thank you 😊
I had new tires done a month ago. When I left the store my tire pressure was at 80 psi. It actually blew my tire gauge apart when checking to see if that was correct figuring that was too high. I then used my tire pump since my gauge broke and it read the same. Once I was able to get my tire pressure to normal, I started to hear a rattling sound. I went to another service provider to get my oil changed and asked them to see if they heard or saw anything. They stated something was in the tire between the rim. I took it back to Mavis today at 11AM. I had to call at 5PM to find out if the problem was solved since I didn’t get any call from them over the six hours. They attempted to charge me $108, saying that was half off, as two of the tire pressure sensors were broke. Well, this wasn’t an issue until I had the new tires put on the car. Needless to say they never contacted me prior to performing service, never notified me of the problem or cost. I never agreed to any service being done on the vehicle, I never signed anything, never said go ahead and fix it, nothing. Just wanted them to check to see what the problem was. I ended up not paying as I made it clear that was unacceptable (sorry to the gentlemen who was on the other end of it). Steer clear of this place. Absolutely horrible experience.

Justin took very good care of me. I stopped by today on my way to work to get my tire pressure checked because my light was on. I was so impressed with how nice and professional Justin was in helping me! I really appreciated the time he took in explaining what I needed done and will be back soon to replace a battery that I now know needs to be replaced and could leave me stranded! I highly suggest coming to this store, so nice!

They were also so nice and made us feel comfortable as if they were welcoming one of their own family and friends. The service was excellent and at a very fantastic time and not to leave out their prices are affordable and well worth getting your car tires maintenance by these guys!! They are highly recommended and we will be returning real soon! Thank you guys! Now let’s see how our traveling is going to be so much better this weekend after having our tire replaced and mounted! 2021-12-27Honda Carland quoted me $500+ for two new tires so I went here for a second opinion. They got me in quickly without an appointment and I ended up paying $110 for one new tire instead of two. See Antwan!

2022-06-18I have been to a lot of tire places in my 56 years and have never had service like I have at Mavis Tire on Alpharetta Hwy in Roswell. Leesa Morrow, the Service Dept, Mgr. is simply delightful! She was so kind from the moment I walked in, was so nice to work with and did her absolute best to get my tires ordered as quickly as possible!!

I came in to get an alignment and I was out in less than 30. I know Ill be needing another one in the future and I know where to come back to. 2022-06-23Leesa really helped me out if a bind. My car’s tread was really bad and had been rejected by fleet recently and I needed my car quickly. She was able to do what a few shops couldn’t and got approval for 4 new tires which had been rejected by the fleet company before. She is very nice and got my car out of the shop with the best tires On the same day. Go by and see Leesa at this location.

2021-07-25Great service, very friendly and fast but efficient. I made an appointment came in about 30 mins before my scheduled appointment time and they still went ahead and started in my car and was done in no time. Before my car had the shakes when I get up to about 75mph but now it’s a smooth ride all because of there fast and quality work. Very satisfied customer!

2022-04-26Shipped 4 tires from Tire Rack to Tires Plus. Had an 8am appointment. 2 hours go by and was told that they didnt have the proper equipment to install my tires due to the size of my rims. I immediately called Mavis and was told they could do it with no problem. They took my car in without an appointment.
