It was an amazing experience buying my new car with the Mazda of Roswell team! Our salesman Phillip was super patient with us, allowed us to do as many test drives as we needed until we could find the perfect fit for us. After we chose our car they didn’t have the color we wanted, so they went above and beyond to trade cars with another dealership so we could have the color we chose in a matter of 24 hours. Our closing process was very smooth and we are very happy with the purchase! Everyone in this dealership were super welcoming and nice to us. Their facilities are very modern and provide an incredible experience when buying our new car. Overall we are super happy we chose Mazda of Roswell to buy our new Mazda car!
Had a great experience, was well worth the drive down from Greenville, SC to buy the car Id been searching for. Jackson took great care of us and Basil in the finance department was easy to work with and got me a great interest rate. Ill recommend them to my friends and remember them next time Im in the market for another Mazda!
Tried to sneak all kinds of xtras into my paperwork and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Lied about the warranty coverage. Told me they would ship the car then last min tried to convince me to come get it. The finance guy Louis is a huge condescending weasel. Make sure u get everything in writing from day one so they can’t pull a fast one on you. Or better yet never go here. I wish they would have shown their true colors before they put the hard hit on my credit bc I would have walked away.
We worked with Brett Barker in purchasing my sons first car for his birthday. I was up in CT while he was in Roswell. Brett went out of his way to help facilitate this purchase. He is extremely professional! I recommend that anyone looking to buy a car in the greater Atlanta area start with Brett his team!
Where do I start?! I began my CX-30 journey with the biggest dealer in Atlanta, and that experience was just very subpar. No help at all.I reached out to Mazda of Roswell with my very specific ask that I could not find anywhere else in the southeast (that beautiful red exterior, white leather, and premium features). Tytiana answered every single question I asked, and when it became clear my ask was a daunting one, Aaron and Anthony quickly stepped in. Not only did they locate exactly what I wanted, but they went through so many hoops to get it (even transporting it from port in Baltimore!).Pricing was extremely fair. Louis (the finance manager) walked me through the process really quickly, and even made it fun. Paula walked me through the delivery of my vehicle, and showed me all the functionality of my new CX-30. Aaron had some tips and tricks up his sleeve for cool features, as well.I cannot recommend Mazda of Roswell enough. They did an exceptional job delivering exactly what I wanted in the smoothest way possible. I appreciate Tytiana, Anthony, Aaron, Louis, and Paula so much for the excellent work they do. Thank yall! I adore this little SUV!
My wife and I have bought a lot of cars and have never had a smoother experience. Great staff. Our salesman was Deanthony. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke to us with zero agenda, other than us being happy with our final choice. I live in Florida and will by my next car here, again.
Bad experience purchasing my vehicle from Mazda of Roswell. Negotiated a deal online with their online team. All I thought I had to do was go to the dealership, test drive, sign the paperwork and leave. NOPE - in-store sales thought it would be better to offer me a much worse deal and try to confuse me with numbers and counter-offers. It was very unnecessary as it only made me never want to do business with them again. I will not recommend this dealership to friends/family. I stayed as the car was a good deal at the price I was given online. I did end up purchasing the vehicle with the original offer. Wasted 2 hours going back and forth. Again, poor experience, wont be back.
My experience at this location was amazing. I had my blower motor replaced, along with some routine maintenance. The waiting room was nice, staff were helpful, and I found the communication used for diagnostics very useful, with a full summary texted with a video walkthrough and instant pricing. Definitely the best Mazda location in the Atlanta area.
I walked into the showroom sporting my college team shirt.Bahar acknowledged that by giving my school battle cry and I asked her if she was in sales and she brought Trevor over. Then when I said I was interested in the MX5 he just seemed to light up(he has one) and then we both knew I was not leaving without that car!Then here comes Aaron and Louis, who both have MX5s.I am toast at this point....and basking in the warmth.It was an enjoyable experience obtaining a car from these folks.Trevor even followed me home to leave my truck and bring me back to the store(in his MX5) so I could drive my new MX5 home.
Bought a used Audi SQ5 here, 65k miles. Less than two months of having it the engine and both turbos went. Zero assistance from team Mazda. After back and forth with management the best they could do was offer me half the $ I paid it on a trade-in towards a BRAND NEW Mazda that I was assured wouldn’t have any problems. What a joke. Stay away and buy somewhere else.
Aaron was the guy you need and have to ask for when coming here. He is a very knowledgeable and personable. As someone who has no experience with Mazda I needed someone like him to help me out. He gave me so much information about my vehicle and really fought to make sure that I ended up leaving happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend people to buy from this location and this will most likely be the place I call when looking for my next vehicle!
Mazda of Roswell was amazing. The process was so smooth and simple. Definitely the easiest time I’ve had dealing with a car dealership. No pressure, friendly environment, and they gave me a really really respectable deal on a car I really wanted. Xavier is a super nice and respectful guy that was always prepared with answers to questions I had. If he didn’t have the answer right away, he got back to me very quickly. We had an awesome purchasing experience with Mazda of Roswell! Aaron Gillison was very informative during the setup phase of our new car. He was eager to make sure we were comfortable with all the computer settings; as well as, knowing how to find them again. He also makes informative YouTube videos on all items Mazda, just in case you forget. He was very helpful.
Tyler was great and once again very helpful throughout the entire process. This is the second vehicle my family has bought from this dealership and was once again a fantastic experience. I have worked with Mazda of Roswell quite a bit. They have always tried to be accommodating and helpful. In my experience, they werent able to fix a mistake they made - which lead to some bad blood between the Dealership and I. However, they did offer advice and gave me practical steps I could take to sort it out. That being said, they are willing to work with their customers and usually go above and beyond.
From the minute I stepped on the lot, DeAnthony helped with my search for a new car. I found what I was interested in, the Mazda CX 5 GT and took a drive. DeAnthony was helpful and patient with all of my questions. He showed me every feature of the car I was driving. When I decided, yes, this is the car I want to buy he helped locate the color and features I was looking for. This took two days but he found the exact car I was looking for. The finance and checkout was easy with this new electronic system. DeAnthony told me to call him any time with questions. I may take him up on this as this car has so many new features i am not accustom to. Thanks for helping me find the car that will take me through my next decade.
Best car buying experience of my life. Went for one SUV and wound up buying a larger SUV for my family. The sales person, Tyler, took the time to let my wife and I decide on what best suited our family and never once pushed or rushed us. Tyler gave us multiple options and helped us settle on a dream vehicle that frankly we didn’t expect to be able to find or afford. The finance manager was awesome as well, assisting us in getting an extended warranty for a mere $15 a month (Costco price).This warranty added peace of mind and value to an already amazing purchase.
Ive been looking at Miatas for weeks and have been to 8 dealerships in GA in the last week. This dealership was the only one to shoot straight and not play games with my money. Angelique and Aaron were very good at communication and answering all of my questions. Louis was on it with my financing and got me the lowest financing Ive ever had! Every other dealership was trying to hit me with 18% or more financing and I was able to drive out in a fully loaded Miata for a fraction of that. The service has been top notch here and even when I was in a hurry to leave before my car was fully detailed, they said just come back and they will get it detailed when I have the time. Aaron showed me all of the ropes on this cool little car and we are already enjoying every aspect of it. Ive bought countless cars in my life and this was definitely the most enjoyable purchase and the smoothest. I cant recommend them enough. They have me as a customer for life! Great job guys.
Worst dealership i have ever been. The sales poeple and managers at this dealership are not transparent and does not care about their customers at all. They think like they are giving the cars to customers for free. They have so many hidden charges and they do not honor what they offer. I recently bought a car with zurich shield protection included in my deal and after i signed the paperwork they said they will not activate the warranty because they removed zurich sheild from car price. When i questioned them about why they did not tell me before signing, then they started telling me to cancel the purchase and walk away. The car also has scratches on the back and they did not do anything about it and when i asked them to fix it again they started telling to cancel the purchase. Why the hell they did not clean the car and show customer before signing the contract? After running credit check and everything, they started to back out from deal. Its kind of disrespect they show towards customer when they want things to be right.They just want money in their accounts and not customer satisfaction. I will never go to this dealership again and i never recommend this to anyone. Worst management. I thought of giving 0 star review but there is no such option. Never trust this dealership people.
Such a nice experience. The dealership is beautiful, the people are friendly, and no pressure. Trevor was very helpful throughout the process. Oh, and the cars are amazing. These are our first Mazda’s and we liked them so much we bought 2. Highly recommend this dealership.
Purchased a new car this week. Tyler was nice to work with. This is a sellers market, so they didnt offer me anything in terms of dealer gifts (not even oil changes) or free add ons. They did match my sell value that I received from somewhere else which saved me some time versus selling to one dealer then buying from another. Id say make sure you talk to all of the Mazda dealerships before making a purchase, as always.
My experience was primarily handled by Alex Tran in the service department. Alex is the man and he handled every part of my experience with care. Alex truly provided one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve ever had. Hats off to you fir being such a great guy Alex! I had a great experience with Mazda Alpharetta. Everyone went above and beyond for me. In fact my salesman came in on his day off to close the deal with me. Very professional and very knowledgeable about their products. This is the first Mazda I’ve ever bought and I’m extremely happy and recommend this dealer without a doubt.
Jackson was super helpful in our experience and very knowledgeable. We told him what we were looking for for our trade in and he made sure we got it! He even took our new car to the car wash down the street for us when the on site detailing was backed up. Basel was also incredibly helpful and speedy when it came to the financing while not being overly pushy on upgrades, etc. We had visited 4 other dealerships that day but Mazda Roswell knocked it out of the park with unparalleled customer service. Hats off to them. We will be back when it’s time for an upgrade.
This has been one phenomenal car-buying experience. Trevor is an outstanding salesperson and product specialist who was kind enough to allow me to test drive the mx-5 Miata, which I ended up buying. The entire end-to-end customer experience was exceptional from appointment set-up (Thanks Bahar!) to finalizing the documents with the finance manager, and I will highly recommend visiting this Mazda dealership.
Mazda of Roswell’s service department is top-notch. I went in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. The employees are friendly and helpful. The service is done in a timely manner and the waiting area is comfortable, clean and well-appointed. I highly recommend having your Mazda serviced here.
The rep assigned to me was great and the manager even spoke to me due to the unique situation with my car. I am not giving a higher rating because it took 3.5 weeks for them to figure out what was wrong and they did not keep me informed. Plus it cost $450+ to diagnose the issue, tighten a few screws, and replace a latch/switch. Otherwise everyone was very nice and they did provide a free loaner. I would recommend them in spite of my experience.
Alex was amazing help. Had my car towed there the other day because I have wheel locks on my tire with no key to get them off, this is after getting a flat. He helped me get a good deal on a tire. They sent videos on stuff I needed to look out for and informed me my break pads were extremely low and needed replacing. They sent picture proof to show how low they were too. Definitely deserves more than 5 if I could give it!! Great service too
I just purchased my second CX5 from Mazda of Roswell. The staff is knowledgeable and wants to make sure customers are satisfied with their experience. I had a couple of issues with my new CX5, and Mazda of Roswell resolved every issue with a satisfactory result. The true test of a dealership is the way they handle problems. I love my new car and appreciate the great service I received.
I had a great experience at Roswell Mazda. Easy to schedule and no wait when I got there, the intake was painless, and I drove off with a beautiful new loaner car. Receiving texts that I could text back to made the updates, information, and decisions fast and convenient. When I picked up my car, they had even washed it! My repair required going to the dealership, so I can’t speak to price because I couldn’t get a comparison. But the accommodating and courteous staff (thanks John Joseph!) and excellent service took the sting out of a pricey repair for sure.
I made an inquiry via Autotrader and had an email and text within 5 minutes. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day to look at a car that I wanted and Xavier was AMAZING. He should us the car, answered all of our questions, and the process fast and not hectic. Purchased my car that day. Xavier’s personality and professionalism was key. I would want him to be our salesman again when my husband gets a new car.

Car makers do the incredible, they engineer, they design, they test, they scrutinize, they improve, they break barriers, they invent, they save lives, they make memories, they do just about anything and everything when it comes to technological feats. Just think about what the automobile has become. Well, thats all fine and dandy, it really is. Its jaw dropping to say the least. But, without the individuals who convey all of that to the buyer, the car and all that it is made up of doesnt really matter. What matters is the level of comfort one has when engaging in buying a car because they trust understand it. If youre a Mazda fan, you know just how amazing they carmaker is. Today in 2018, there are so many brands to pick from, so why buy a Mazda? Thats very easy... Aaron Gillison. This guy lives, eats and breathes Mazda. He is so amped up about the carmaker it shows in every way. He owns them, he loves them, and most importantly, he knows more about the vehicles that probably anyone anywhere other than the engineers who create them. Id venture to guess he even know more than those guys. His approach to sales is so real and honest theres not a doubt in my mind hes anything other than the real deal. This guy is just about the biggest asset Mazda could ever hope to have. He has his own website that is dedicated to his love for the brand. Ive never met anyone so passionate about what he does, the product he sells and his method of conveying that to the buyer. I have bought a few cars from Mazda of Roswell and hes always there doing his thing in the most professional manner possible. I refer people to him all the time and hear the same opinion. Most adults would rather go to the dentist than negotiate a new car purchase. Id have to say that my experience with my Phillip and other salespersons very positive. I came is with a quote from another dealership and he came back with a better deal. I appreciated the no BS back and forth approach. I was also actually looking to purchase another vehicle for my spouse but after my experience with the finance manager Basil we are defiantly thinking twice about it.First issue:I was provided the link to complete the credit application. No one followed up with me after 24 hours. So I call the number on the automatic response email. Instead of telling me that my application was not processed yet he proceeded to run my credit while on the phone with me. How do I know? Because I received alerts while talking to Basil.Second Issue:During that phone call with Basil I was told that the process of picking up the car would take no more than an hour. We arrived at the dealership at 9:30 and did leave until 11:45.Third Issue:After politely declining the service contracts before Basil started his spill about additional add -on packages I was still asked at least 3 different times. He also continued to leverage the contacts by providing a decrease in my interest rate. I declined again. The entire interaction with him gave me shady finance manager vibes. I know that he has a job to do but if I decline at the beginning of our interaction you should respect my wishes and keep it moving.Fourth Issue:He let me know that he was doing me a favor by providing me with the lowest interest rate. Which is the purpose of me completing a credit application with Roswell Mazda.Suggestions:If you go to this dealership dont go when you have other appointments scheduled because you will be there longer than you need to be. Id also suggest you bring your own financing from the bank because they will try to leverage the lower interest rate for adding service and extended warranty contracts. As we know service contacts will only cause you to be even more upside down on your car loan. DONT FALL FOR IT!
Traded in my 2020 mazda3 for a new 2021 premium plus.My contacts was Xavier. He got me an extremely generous offer for the trade in. What I loved was that I felt zero pressure to buy throughout the entire process.Everything including the pice agreement was done over text.Went in the next day to checkout the car. After I decided to buy, they offered to do paperwork over email and deliver the car along with picking up the trade it, so that I didnt have to spend time in the dealership.Absolutely painless process from start to end.
I traded my 2016 Mazda CX-5 for a 2021. Our salesperson Phil and the finance manager Louis are exceptional. They made this a very easy deal and worked hard to get us the best deal and rate on the car we wanted. This is actually our 4th car from Mazda of Roswell. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. The service department is also a five star department.and I can attest to the honesty of their service. I would not take either my wife’s Miata or my new CX5 anywhere else for service or buy anywhere else as well. I strongly recommend this dealership, Phil and Louis. I have bought at other Mazda dealers in the past but nothing as great as Mazda of Roswell.

The finance team was very commitments to finding me the BEST deal...so go see Louis when finalizing your purchase. We traded in a 3 year old CX-5 for a new CX-30. Trevor was great sales person. Not pushy at all and spent lots of time with us going over all the features of the car. Then when in finance going over the numbers, Louis noticed we still had gap insurance paid with the trade in and applied to the car lowering the monthly payment! We much appreciated the honesty and cannot recommend Mazda of Roswell enough. Great people and great cars. Thank you!!!
Chris was awesome!!! He was personable, professional, attentive, and patient. When I asked So tell me something about Mazda he impressed me by giving a very detailed history about the company as well as everything I needed to know about the model I was interested in purchasing. I was apprehensive about going to a traditional dealership to purchase my next vehicle, but Chris made it a pleasant experience. So I would not be inconvenienced, he personally delivered my vehicle to me and took the time to review all of the features and amenities. I checked a few local Mazda dealerships and was disappointed with the lack of knowledge and professionalism they presented. Chris and Mazda of Roswell are a cut above the rest.
Mazda of Roswell was the greatest experience that Ive had from a car dealership. I took my daughters vehicle in for an inspection and I was given the friendliest service ever. The advisor provided me with a video that showed me everything that was discovered during the inspection. This dealership really has integrity and goes above and beyond to take care of your vehicle.
I have had amazing experiences at Mazda of Roswell. Even though I didn’t buy my Mazda from this dealership, they have taken amazing care of my car. I was very impressed by my last visit. They were very thorough with suggestions for my car and even sent me a video from the mechanic with recommendations so I could actually see what needed to be done and why. Thank you John and team for taking care of me and my CX-5.
First if I could could post zero stars I would. But I have to let people know the sales team here is trash. They lost my business when the sales rep didn’t want to work with me on getting a good deal. He would rather storm out of the room to avoid a negotiation. In the end their car is still sitting on their lot and my new car from Riverside Toyota sitting in my garage.
The people at Mazda of Roswell were just fantastic people to deal with. The sales person, Alex Kantor, was nothing short of delightful and the most caring person I have ever bought car from. The way he handled himself from start to finish was graceful you we got this sense he cares for his customers. Their customer care specialist Ms. Paula Thompson was also extremely personable as she and my wife had a great conversation on raising kids and her past work experiences in life. You can tell she is an awesome lady! Let me not forgot Louis Safdie, the director of financing. He too was amazingly personable and very helpful in helping us get the best financing deal ever. He too was willing to share his life story, which was very fascinating and interesting to hear. They do a pretty good job most of the time. I bought my car here and have gotten work with their service department a few times. Every is always very friendly, and they usually do their best to make the customer happy. I have only had a handful of issues. For example, when buying my car, they told me I could write a certified check to be paid out later. I had been in a car accident and was waiting on my insurance money to buy my next car. I went to the dealership, ready to purchase the car with my certified check, and after fiddling with the machine and trying to make it work for an hour, they finally said they couldn’t accept a certified check for anything over a certain amount (I don’t remember the minimum amount). My check was well above that amount, and I wasted a 2 hour round trip plus over an hour at the dealership when they could have just told me upfront that they wouldn’t be able to accept the check (we had spoken extensively about the amount the check would be for and had clarified that they would be able to take it before making the long trip). One other issue I had was when bringing my car in for an inspection/repair, they needed to take my car for a few days, so I asked ahead of time if they could have a loaner car ready for me. They told me they would have one, so I drove alone to the dealership. When I got there, they didn’t have a loaner car available and acted as if our previous conversation had never happened. I had to call someone to come pick me up. This also happened a second time when I brought it in, and I asked ahead of time for a loaner car, and they said they would have one ready. Having been burned before, I called the day before my appointment to double check they would have one ready, and the person I called acted as if there were no notes left mentioning I needed a loaner car. The second person I spoke with was able to get me one, but it was frustrating to have to ask twice and worry about it not being there. For the most part, though, they have done well. Everyone there seems genuinely nice/friendly, and they have been very helpful in other ways. I worked a lot with Aaron when buying my car, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable - and not at all pushy, which is much appreciated in a car salesperson. Besides the loaner car issue, their service department has been awesome. They are usually quick, informative, and are always ready to answer questions/do what they can to help.
Darius helped my girlfriend and I find the perfect car for a great price. He made car buying as seamless as possible. The entire staff at the dealership was professional. Darius was able to be professional and personable at the same time which is a skill that is extremely valuable.
It was my first time buying a car at a dealership so I went in having heard my whole life that car dealerships are out to scam you and take your money lol. That was completely not the case! I got an amazing used car at an AMAZING price! It was extremely straight forward and simple. They didn’t push me to purchase anything I didn’t want and I got to take the car to an outside mechanic who said the car was in pristine condition. I’m sure there are dealerships out there who will try to take you for a ride 😉 but Mazda Roswell is not one of them. Thank you Wesley and the whole team. I love my car!!!
The actual worst place to purchase a car. I had just renewed my tags the same week that I purchased my new car. We had told Chris that we would be transferring the tags. Today, my mom in a different state received a new tag in the mail for my car. Now, she must pay for shipping AND the renewal fee was a waste of money as I was still charged the cost of a new tag despite telling Chris literally multiple times that we would be transferring the tag.I purchased my car & was handed the keys with 20 miles left until empty. Chris said he was going to cashapp me. I have yet to receive even a message from Chris. The car was dirty, & it was not cleaned at all despite waiting an hour.Aaron will not return any of my messages. They do not listen. They create unnecessary stress. They refused to give me temporary tags. They lied about when they would begin processes or when they would mail stuff out.Every single person who works here is incompetent, & I cannot, with a good conscience, ever recommend someone interacts with a single employee of the Mazda of Roswell.Update: I did not have the wrong number for Aaron, because he admitted receiving my messages. He said I was wrong about everything & hung up in my face.
This is my first Mazda, I went in because I was referred to go see Aaron but he has a new position at the dealership outside of sales, so my salesman was Jackson. Both men were great Aaron the great guy he is still helped with my purchase and also went with me on the test drive showed me all the features which I was blown away by because I didn’t look all that up when I was searching for a car. When we got back from the test drive Jackson went over more features and I was sold, I didn’t even test drive the original CX5 I came in to see and we were in and out which is what I really liked, we Love our new edition looking forward to getting the CX9 next!!
Bought a new car recently, and brought it in for a general inspection. First time having my car looked at in years as I usually do all of my car work myself. Inspection was very transparent as they texted me a link which included a video of them checking brake pads, tire tread, etc. so that I could see the actual measurements. Overall a great experience.
My customer service experience was great when purchasing the vehicle. The bad service occurred after the car was purchased. My numerous phone calls were ignored when trying to contact the finance manager. He was always unavailable and I was told he would return the call. Annoyed I inquired about someone else assisting me and I was told that only he could help. This went on for a month with no calls, text or emails. This was totally unacceptable. I finally reached out to Zurich Insurance company (that was contracted by the dealership) pertaining to my Gap coverage. They assisted me the same day and assured me that they would handle the situation themselves. The next week I received a refund check directly from the Mazda dealership. The finance manager never gave me the time of the day. I will never give them my business again!
From the moment you walk in, You are greeted in a very warm and welcoming manner. I had the pleasure of being assisted by J. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and provided some of the best customer service I have ever had at any dealership. She took her time, worked with me and insured that I got everything that I was looking for in my car purchase. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had at any dealership. Just purchased an used BMW X3 there. Tyler Duffy was my salesperson and did a great job assisting me with the whole process, also Chris Bourlakis was very helpful and the Basil Uqdah the finance guy was awesome as well. Very refreshing experience after spending a week dealing with other dealerships and being a victim of several bait and switch deals.Mazda of Roswell was very honest, low pressure and fair throughout the whole process. We recently dropped off our vehicle at Mazda of Roswell for an infotainment issue. The Service team analyzed the situation, replaced the required hardware, no questions asked, and called us with the news that the vehicle could be picked up. The team then followed up later in the day to make sure everything was working as expected. Great service as far as we are concerned.
The car repairs were fine and I was given a complimentary oil change as promised when I took delivery of my car. My only issue was lack of communication. No one informed me that my service and repair would take longer than estimated and no one called or advised that the car was ready. I had to chase the service team down for information.
My CX5 is my 2nd Mazda and Id trusted the service of both for over 10 yrs to a single Mazda dealership that had treated me and my vehicles well. So you can image my concern when I recently relocated to GA and I had to find a new dealer to service my car. I checked ratings of dealers near my new home and decided on Mazda. of Roswell. And the service on my first visit for an oil change and tire rotation exceeded my expectations. When I arrived for my appointment, I was checked in immediately. They stuck to completing the service and did so under the 1 hour even after adding one minor thing to the service appointment that my CX5 needed. There was ample staff on hand at checkout to pay my bill. While I miss the relationships Id built at my former dealership, I am happy with the quality and efficient handling I received at Mazda of Roswell. The only downside is that you are not near anywhere convenient to find a decent snack or cup of coffee which would be useful for any longer service appointments.
Came in for a test drive since I need a vehicle and am ready to purchase. The CX-5 turbo really caught my eye online so I wanted to see how it drove. I initially called on Oct 28th and the lady said she would let me know if they had any turbos in stock and call me back....I never got a call. So I called on Saturday the 30th and set up a test drive for 10/31. The saleswoman asked what features were most important to me which I thought was odd since I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to see in person, and drive. Any questions that we asked she didnt really know and so when we went for a drive my husband asked what type of engine does this have and her response 4 cylinder and thats it. She wasnt trying to sell us on the vehicle at all. She wasnt informative and the whole experience was lack luster. This vehicle is not out of the running however if we purchase one, it wont be from this location. Maybe train your salespeople better oh and also the inside of the test drive cx5 was filthy so obviously they arent cleaning or disinfecting daily since we got there when they opened.
My Mazda 6 was taken here to see if it was fixable. Sadly, the cost to repair the vehicle would of been more than the car was worth. It had a good run, being a 2010 with 191,000 miles on it. Connor was my go to while my 6 was in the service department and he was super helpful.This was my first major purchase. From service to sales or finance the team at Mazda of Roswell is simply the best! Aaron, Louis and Bell all made the car buying process painless. Aaron is highly knowledgeable and showed me things I never knew before. Bell was great as well! Louis did my financing and it was so easy.The best part about the team, is they follow up with you to see how everything is going and to make sure you dont need anything more.Overall, my car buying process was the best I could of hoped for. Mazda of Roswell now has another lifetime customer!

My husband and I pulled up to the lot, we was standing outside and there were several men looking and didn’t want to approach us. They walked upDirectly passed us to the causican lady and one white guy went and got the African American salesman he was great. My husband seen a vehicle online priced at 42,000 when we got there it went to $43,779 they rushed the buying process, didn’t put any effort in selling the vehicle, racial profiling and wasn’t good energy. They took the car up to 46,000 the next day after we didn’t buy. Josh was great salesman. The team at Mazda the WORST. They let 50,000 walk out the door because they refused toLowered the car to the price on the internet they advertised a 1,000 cheaper. Horrible stay away. Worst first impression for a car lot in Roswell.
What a great experience from the moment we entered until leaving the dealership.I scheduled a 2:30pm oil change for my 2007 Mazda CX-9 and had made arrangements with Paula Thompson to take a look and test drive some certified pre-owned vehicles.My husband and I arrived at 2:05pm and was greeted at the service center with a smile by Charlie who did a thorough check of my vehicle and an oil change. While my service was being rendered I spent time with Paula and DeAnthony expressing my desires, going over the benefits package, identifying cars that peeked my interest, test driving several and finally coming up with a car that I agreed to purchase. Though the car is still going through the certification process and the finance lender I will use (i.e., we have multiple choices) is undecided; I am pleased with my decision to purchase and confident everything will be completed to my satisfaction. We left elated and highly satisfied after spending over four hours with a professional, knowledgeable and customer focused staff!
Tytiana and Anthony were superb! Paula, Customer Service, treated me with such disrespect that Ill never recommend this dealership. I had questions on my SUVs Cruise Control and she was more interested in sending me txts & making sure I answered a survey than in my safe usage of my new vehicle. We purchased a car we found online at this dealership. Had we not gotten a decent deal and already spent several hours at the dealership on a Saturday we would have gone elsewhere. We came to an agreed “out the door” price.The salesman knew that the title for our trade in was electronic with the state of Florida. It wasn’t until we were to meet with the finance manager that this was a problem and additional money would be required.The misinformation, lack of follow up and overall poor customer service has definitely made this car buying experience one of my worst.
Easy in, Easy out. Made an appointment, was checked in with a very professional service advisor, and sat in an open and inviting waiting area. The restroom (mens) was spotless, bright, stocked and was decorated tastefully.Each and every staff member I met was friendly and looked me straight in the eye as they greeted me with a smile. The showroom, where the service waiting area was located, was impeccably clean and welcoming. I was free to wander around inside or out on the lot.Im very happy to have purchased our CX5 here and very satisfied with the Service Department.
I purchased a car 3 weeks ago at this dealership.1. Although we were completely ready, settled on the car, and had a very short test drive, it took us three hours to get out of there. Our sale person vanished for a good 1 hour and no one knew where he was2. We provided our GA licenses 4 days after the purchase (cause we moved from Texas) but we still havent received our registration or any updates on it. They just keep saying they are working on it.3. The price ended up being much higher than the quote they gave us4. Ive been passing around between 5 different persons whenever I ask about anything.

I set an appointment with Niyata for a car, and Chris hrlped me. He was very attentive and had the car ready. I had a great test drive with my wife, and he was able to answer all of my questions. I was very pleased with the deal he gave me, and even added a free oil change! Over all, it was a very good experience.
Buying a car is usually an exhausting experience. However, my experience at Mazda of Roswell was fantastic! I cant believe how quickly the whole process went. From the manager to our sales woman everyone was upfront, friendly, and really easy to work with. We are so happy with the purchase of our Lexus and will definitely be customers again.
Horrible customer service. My daughter called yesterday and inquired about a vehicle at which time she told them she would be there today. Brett text her this morning and asked if she would still be coming today. She told him yes and explained that we were almost 2 hours away and were on the way. While we were on the way, he text and told her the car just sold. That is not how you do business. Why reach out to make sure the customer is coming and then sell the car while someone is on a 2 hour commute there. Never once were we told we could put a deposit on it to hold it so it wouldnt sell out from under us while on the way. That is not good business.
Great experience all around. Xavier in sales was extremely patient. His follow-ups never felt salesy or pushy. He worked hard to get me a car at my price point. Im very happy with my purchase. Grateful for his determination and composure, and his managers (Linwood) negotiation.I also loved the overall spirit of camaraderie between the sales agents. Xavier worked with another agent to assist with a technical question when he couldnt figure something out. Loved it! Highly recommend.
We visited several dealerships and Mazda of Roswell was by far the most comfortable experience. We compared several vehicles and actually bought a different model than we expected thanks to the patient, helpful service we received. We received a thorough orientation to our new vehicle, an introduction to a welcoming service department, and setup and configuration of everything from the Mazda app to the memory seats and audio settings. If Mazda keeps making cars this fun to drive and a buying experience this enjoyable, we cant imagine going anywhere else. Not bad for a dealership. We all know buying a car is such a frustrating and tedious process. At-least the guys at Mazda in Roswell understand this. They are polite about their negotiations and actually studied about their product. I bought a Cx-9 and I live in Bremen, Ga. I would say it’s worth the drive and would send anyone I know looking for a Mazda to this dealership.
Great experience buying a 2009 Lexus GS350 here. My sales agent was Jackson Sentell. Him nor any of the staff was pushy with the sale. The Car was in pretty sweet condition. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 start is because of the $699 dealer fee. But i was able to negotiate a decent purchase price including the fee, and they delivered it to my house at no additional cost. I’m happy with my purchase. In two weeks I racked up over 300 miles on the car with no issues. I would definitely recommend them.
I am new to Georgia and live near Mazda of Roswell. I took my Mazda CX-5 there to get a remote key fab starter on it due to the discontinued Mazda Mobile start. Alex was the person who assisted me along the way! It was quick and efficient and he continued to communicate with me during the process. I was given a car to drive in the mean time also! Great place, communication was effective and it was done within a day!
For my first ever dealership experience it was great here! From the preliminary stages of searching Leslie stood out from the other agents at different dealerships. She found a way to get me what I wanted in a way I didn’t think was possible for me, and she followed up but not in the annoying way. When I finally arrived at at dealership they were ready for me! Jackson greeted me and guided me through the whole process, when we went on the test drive he even adjusted the seat perfectly for me! Lastly but certainly not least, Louis in finance was absolutely AMAZING! He was like a straight forward no bs wizard, he totally understood me and my personality, he clarified many things that I wasn’t totally sure about, and he totally pushed everything through and sealed the deal! All of those things made me feel even more confident in my decision. Overall every person I dealt with at this dealership went absolutely above and beyond to get me into the car that I wanted, everyone was incredibly personable and genuine and those are my favorite traits in people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Mazda!
Took my 3 for regular service a few weeks back and received a recommendation to change my cracked drive belt. Came in today for the drive belt change and was told there were more things to replace (spark plug, motor mount, brake fluid). Kinda flummoxed how the multipoint inspection during routine service didn’t catch these, but today they did...The service personnel were well mannered and explained all the items, but a bit wary to take my car back for service again.
My sales person was friendly and honest. I test drove two vehicles and narrowed it down to one. Financing was pretty straightforward since I had approval from my credit union. I loved that I didn’t have to do the whole back-and-forth negotiations since that tends to be the worst part of the car buying process. They gave me a great price on my trade and the car that I bought was in great condition and priced right. The only drawback is that it still took a while to see the financing manager to finalize the process but overall it was a good experience. I highly recommend them and will do business with them again when I am ready to buy another car.
About a month ago I purchased my 2020 CX-5 from Mazda of Roswell. DeAnthony was a great salesman and the overall experience at the dealership was top notch!However I later found that a $2,095 fee associated with an extended warranty was added to my purchase. I called up the dealership and was basically told that I Checked a wrong box when I was filling out my paperwork. I dont feel like I made any mistakes when doing my paperwork. I ended up speaking with my original salesman Deanthony and he was able to a assist with processing a refund on the warranty.Ill be honest I was not happy about the issue with the warranty coming up but my initial experience was so good that Im still going to give a five-star rating. At the end of the day they resolve the issue and most importantly I love my CX-5.

I was moving back to the US from abroad and in rather urgent need of a car. I am beyond grateful that my search took me to Mazda of Roswell. Phillip showed me the car and walked me through the process of purchasing it and getting a new driver license and tags in Georgia. The process was so smooth and he could not have been more kind or helpful. The incredible service did not end there.My new-to-me Mini Cooper experienced a slight hiccup four days after purchase with the original battery giving out. Even though I bought the car as-is with no guarantee, Phillip, Linwood, and Callie Noelle were so kind and gracious. They all helped resolved the issue.Overall, everyone at Mazda of Roswell is as friendly as can be. They treated both myself, my parents who came to help me move, and my dog so wonderfully. We had purchased our car from this dealership a little over 2 years ago and that process went smoothly.This review is to directly address the issues and disingenuous service with maintenance plan that was sold to us when we purchased the car. When we initially purchased our Mazda CX5, we figured that it would be best to get our car serviced at the official Mazda dealership because we believed we would receive the same level of quality and ethics that the Mazda brand stands for. However our experience has shown that maybe its time to consider other alternatives..My wife works around Roswell and typically brings the car in for routinely services such as oil changes that are covered by our maintenance plan. It is really difficult to find appointments as you have to schedule 3 weeks out so we had discussed the possibility of canceling our maintenance plan. We completely understand, especially with these unprecedented times. However the main reason for canceling is the technicians.The technicians aggressively try to sell replacements and services when they arent always necessary. We understand that parts need to be replaced and respect genuine advice, however the technicians exaggerate how serious problems are in order to get us to make a repair/replacement. It comes across as disingenuous and underhanded.The technicians provide a report that lists everything they have inspected marked with green/yellow/red to indicate the condition of said part. On 1/26/2021, my wife took in our car in for a routine oil change. On our last service, our report looked fine and everything was in the green zone. However for this service, the technician had told my wife that most of the parts in the car were in the yellow and red zone. He told her that these things need to be changed right away and offered to repair and replace everything. My wife told the technician that its pretty incredible that so much stuff skipped the yellow zone and went straight into the red zone. The technician tried to explain that it starts of in the yellow and goes into the red but our previous report had everything in the green.Some of the items on the report were credible such as the air filters which we could do ourselves and we told the technician. The technician was extremely pushy and tried to sell us the service. The technician then tried to charge us for the full service itself despite having our registered maintenance plan in the system. The technician also didnt provide the service report at the end of service as is typical. She asked for the report and the technician said he didnt have it. My wife pushed for the report so we could get it cross referenced by another technician and the technician pulled the report out of the trash. To our surprised, a lot of what the technician had verbalized to my wife that was Yellow and Red was actually green on the report.My wife and I had already discussed canceling the plan due to the difficulty with getting appointments scheduled. This event pushed us to cancel the service plan. That same day, my wife spoke to Charlie (the same person who sold our car) and asked to cancel the service plan. Charlie told me wife he went ahead and canceled the plan and we should receive an email sometime next week (date of appointment 1/26/2021).Today (3/11/2021) we noticed that we never received a prorated refund for the service plan. My wife called the dealership and spoke to a really friendly and personable representative from the accounting department. She mentioned that there was never an attempt to cancel the service (strange..) but will go ahead and process the cancelation today.Between the technicians and Charlie telling us he canceled the plan (when he didnt) we are left with negative views towards this location and a little into Mazda as a brand itself. We understand that mistakes happen but I have zero tolerance for deceit.
I have used Roswell Mazda 5 times for our maintenance requirements for our Mazda CX-9 since NOV 2019. We usually get a very competitive price with their managers special with Mazda-trained technicians performing the service. It also has the benefit of recording the maintenance history of the vehicle in one location while getting a very reasonable price for an oil filter, oil change and tire rotation. Service is within the hour and the department provides a detailed analysis printout of the vehicles condition. The staff is friendly and efficient. Wifi and coffee (and other drinks and snacks) are provided during the wait. In less than 2 years, weve driven from Georgia to NE Nevada and back, twice. Not only is our CX-9 an exemplary vehicle with maintenance check marks still all in the green, Roswell Mazdas service matches the performance and quality of the CX-9. We are extremely pleased and comfortable with the vehicle purchase and service from Roswell Mazda.

I purchased a new CX-30 yesterday and couldnt be more pleased with my buying experience. Chris Bourlakis was super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made negotiating a breeze. Louis in finance walked me through all the paperwork and explained everything clearly, and was also a pleasure to work with. I bought my first car from Mazda of Roswell 16 years ago, went back yesterday for my second, and will definitely visit them again next time Im looking for a new car.
Overall a good experience. Great salesman (Phillip). Finance people gave a fair price for my trade. However I was unable to make a deal because the vehicle failed my mechanics inspection. The car I wanted looked flawless but wasn’t flawless mechanically. So I left feeling like I wasted my time.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this dealership. They have great reviews from many others, so maybe these guys I dealt with just had a bad couple of months. It happens to the best of us. There was some dishonesty or just lack of attention to detail when they sold me a Miata with a torn soft top. And when I tried to take care of it, the general manager at one point sent me 7 text messages that were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They were also very much unwarranted. It’s a shame that it led me to call my lawyer, just in case. But, they did give me my money back. I hope that this is not the norm, and from the other reviews, it doesn’t look like it is.Update: They never sent me a Bluetooth device I bought for the car. They did send the tag back that I had just gotten from the DMV. Just another frustration. I’d rather buy another Bluetooth device than to deal with these guys anymore.

The entire buying experience was great. Julia was very responsive, professional, helpful, and not pushy at all leading up to our visit. She made sure the car was ready to test drive as soon as we got there. After-hours online chat personnel is very helpful in answering questions. Chris assisted us with the test drive, questions and ensured that everything else was taken care of. Purchase paperwork was quick and the cars documentation (incl. for the new vehicle check) was great. This is a very large Mazda dealership that is currently being remodeled, which didnt interfere with our client experience at all. Due to their scale they seem to be able to have excellent pricing and selection.

Worst service! Asked for price and APR and told I have to wait until I bring my wife(because it was under her name). She is 9 months pregnant not easy to move. I brought her here anyway. Then she was asked to sign even she did not know the price and APR yet. Then there was another 30min wait and I asked for price again and was told to wait another 10min just to know the price. Then I was fed up with what these guys were doing and I asked for the last time with a little higher tone. And then someone yelled at me “blabla~” And that’s it. I still do not know the price of the car wished to purchase. What kind of service is this? Like Mazda, not this dealership.
Rich was amazing. He was new to the dealership, but you wouldnt be able tell because he was very knowledgeable, and answered most all questions I threw at him. He was very personable, and made the whole experience better. Aaron and DeAnthony were also great. They went out of their way to fix any issues I had, and I really appreciated them. Never buy anything from this dealer!We bought a car online from them. We live in Utah. We even paid more for it because they went on and on about how awesome it was, one of of kind, paint job by hand, awesome sound system, ... They said it only had 15k miles because it had been a show car even thought it was a 2004. They said as a deal, they would ship it free to us. We were not sure about it and didnt want to fly there just to look at it so my husband asked a manager to drive it and really look into it to make sure it was as described. Long story short: we paid for it and had it shipped to us. It was not at all what we expected;One of the two amplifiers were cut off completely and laying in the trunk.They removed the aftermarket stereo and claimed to have rewired it tot he stock stereo. There is sound but none of the front speakers are hooked up and the only sounds comes through the subs. Estimate so far to repair the sound system is in excess of $2,000.Best of all, after we drive it to operating temperature, and turn of the car, it will not start for 30 minutes until the engine cools down. After our mechanic took a look at it, come to find out that the cold engine compression is only 90psi and the operating temp compression is 50psi.It needs a new engine!Its been almost 6 months now since we paid for it. Weve tried numerous times to talk to someone about the engine and helping us out. We finally got the word that we bought it as is so thats it. NO HELP NO CARING. The run around galore. I have spoken to an attorney where we live and he said we would need to retain an attorney in Georgia since they would know the laws out there better than here.So now we have to get a new or rebuilt engine to put in it. Rebuilt engine costs $2600.00 plus we have to use our core to ship to them. $1500 in labor or we can purchase an already rebuilt for $5700.00 or a factory engine from Mazda for $9,000. Either way on the low end we are out another $7,000 or so for this care that we purchased in good faith.The ultimate of messed up. I have purchased things and even cars via the internet before, but this one is the worst ever.
My oil change was quick and the facility was clean as always , but once I started driving it started showing that my windshield washer fluid was low . I literally drove out of the dealership and my invoice says that all fluids have been topped . I don’t know if I can believe everything else has been done as shown in the voice . Also , they do a complimentary car wash every time and that was not done either . All in all , not something i expected from you guys considering how happy I was with my past experiences .

Cost of parts for brake vacuum pow and switch were $200. Cost of service $700 for a total of $900. Could have been $750 but the service person said they thought the vacuum power was the issue, but couldnt be sure unless they ran diagnostics which would cost an additional $150. The diagnostic checks should be free for a person that has bought two cars from you and is in the market for a third.With this kind of full charging, I am inclined to find another place to get my current cars fixed and less inclined to buy another Mazda from you.If your service team had told me that, because I am a long time customer, diagnostics are free, a value of $150. I would have felt a like a valued customer and inclined to bring my cars in for service and to buy future cars from you. Now its just the opposite. I feel like you are trying to get every penny out of me you can on service.
Showed up on a Wednesday to check out a pre owned vehicle and asked for a pre purchase inspection. It was late so they pushed it to Thursday. They then wasted the entire day detailing when I repeatedly told them I was ready to buy I just need the inspection done. They pushed that until Friday and then as I am headed there for my appointment to go to the inspection they tell me they have someone with a deposit. Poor business and customer experience if you ask me. No respect for my time. Don’t ask for Tyler.

I have no complaints about the place, I get my car serviced here and thus far it seems that their work is solid. If I have any questions they are properly answered and my concerns are resolved.The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that Ive come to expect to see the interior of my car slightly dirty (I assume dirty mechanic hands touched the interior). One time is okay, Ive had it happen twice or thrice now. It is not a big issue, it is always promptly resolved, but from a customer satisfaction perspective I do have to dock a star for that.Aside from the above complaint, theyre fine. I go in, get my car serviced, I go out. This is what I expect and this what I get.
It was an extraordinary experience by my wife and me.Every single person is very cooperative,thorough with their tech specs.I have to mention about Anthony, Leslie and Tyler who did a great job from showing the car,explaing the specs,test drive till buying the car.I have to mention about the finance dept of Mazda ofRoswell.Finance gentleman was extremely helpful in explaining every documents we signed and flexible.Eventually we end up buying 2 cars from Mazda of Roswell at one go.Thanks guys for all the help!!
Negative experience with sales - sales person not clear on what total cost of vehicle meant.I was looking at purchasing a preowned vehicle and came to the dealership for an initial test drive. Due to some imperfections of the vehicle, we waited a couple weeks and did more research. After sales team reached back out to us, we provided them with a firm offer of what we wanted to pay for the total price of the car based on our research. The sales person replied in writing saying they could meet our deal and the total price of the vehicle would be $xxx amount. We felt good about having this in writing and placed a deposit on the car as we live two hours away and could not come in to the dealership then. The next day we drove to get the vehicle and the sales rep greeted us acknowledging that we had driven a distance to come get the vehicle. After an hour of being at the dealership, we were provided with a print out sheet showing the cost we had agreed upon PLUS an additional amount for a down payment. The amount of the down payment was never discussed or agreed upon prior to coming to the dealership (it was an amount I submitted via a third party site month prior and before even coming to my initial visit to test drive the car). In the end, the sales person stated he didnt realize he needed to clarify that the total price of the car didnt include the down payment amount. The sale ended there and there was no offer for us to speak to a manager. Overall, we were extremely displeased that the sale ended over a sales person not understanding what total price of vehicle meant. Adding an additional price of down payment clearly effects the total cost of the vehicle, which he felt was not something he needed to clarify. Even when discussed the discrepancy, he did not understand that the total price of the vehicle was MORE after considering the down payment. Misunderstandings can happen, however we felt this was such an elementary misreading by the dealership that caused great inconvenience on our part with no offers to reconcile or discuss other options. Buyers beware as were unsure if this is honest mistake or sales tactic.
Very professional and friendly atmosphere I went twice this week to help and purchase a vehicle. They were very thorough and took the time to give me the best deal that I could seeing that I’m a single mother with a teenager. Chris was super nice and cool knowledgeable about cars Clevelin the general manager was great took time to just chat with us. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a good car deal and really nice family people.

I love this dealership!.. I have another dealership closer to my home, but I drive 35 minutes, to Mazda of Roswell... The staff is friendly and very helpful. Theres coupons for services 😀 on the website... This dealership tells me the services that I need and dont need... Unlike other dealerships come to you with an estimate of $900 of unnecessary items... Mazda of Roswell has never done that... I will remain a loyal customer as long as I drive a Mazda...
Great experience here. DeAnthony was very helpful in finding us what we needed, and wasn’t the typical pushy salesperson. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything, and he took the time to let us see all the different options in our price range. Finance was also very helpful in finding us a loan that worked for our budget. Overall pleased with the customer service we received here.
Too bad there are only 5 stars!Anthony Faber is one of the most knowledgeable and laid back car consultants I have ever dealt with. I say consultant because he did not try to sell me anything, he just listened to me and went to the ends of the earth to get my dream car. I wanted VERY specific things: a Mazda 6 with manual transmission, satellite radio, fog lights and heated seats. Oh yes, and red with a light interior. Thank goodness Mazda has dealer installed options.No problem! They found my car in FL and had it brought up. AND I got a good deal.The process was effortless. It took longer to clean the car than to do the sale.WOW!!!Great job guys! I am picky and you surpassed my expectations.
Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with Roswell Mazda. We have been Mazda owners for over 10 years and are actually looking forward to purchasing another soon. But after this experience, it won’t be at this location. The communication has been ridiculously poor. We were not called and updated about our vehicle and when I called...associates were either rude or never called me back at all. I am extremely disappointed that my business was apparently not important to this dealership at all. Maybe they just had a bad week...My advice is to try the Marietta location instead.
Quick service with no hassles. J made everything easy with no unnecessary texts or emails and was on the ball getting us in and out. Even though I handled getting the requirements over the phone beforehand, we spent only about an hour test driving and getting the paperwork all signed before driving out of the dealership. Cool tabletop with the financing manager minimized handling of paperwork which reduced touching. J even gave me a pen to sign a form wipes clean with a sanitizing wipe. Glad I dealt with them and other dealerships can learn from them.
We had the most incredible Lee simple low pressure buying experience today with Olajuwon “Juan” at Mazda of Roswell. We chose to go there because they had the largest selection of the CX fives that we were looking for. And we knew what we wanted and every step of the way you listen to what we wanted and never once pushed on us anything else! He made sure that we felt confident in our purchase and didn’t push this when we were starting to second-guess the color! Finally when we said our financial goals, he worked with us to make sure we got there, once again not pushing us at all! Basil in financing was also so easy to work with and when it came to the upgrades they always try to sell you at the end was informative and not pushy! (See a theme?) The whole process from start to finish was just two hours! We couldn’t recommend Juan, Basil and Mazda of Roswell more highly!

Bought a new CX9 in May. Brought my new car in for first maintenance check. When I made the appointment I told the service specialist what I needed. In a nutshell... could not get my vehicle in for ten days from when I called...dropped car off went to pick it up all that had been done oil change and rotate tires. Oh did I mention it was going to be 65.00 dollars. Nice on their part to wave the charges...but they were suppose to check fluids etc. New car you would think they would have put a better foot forward to garner my future business. Unless it’s warranty work find another shop.
We drove down to Mazda of Roswell to look at a used CX-9, not expecting to conclude a deal that day. But Trevor got us what we needed on a trade-in and made it happen. We left happy in our new-to-us CX-9 with a great deal both on the purchase price and the trade-in. This was easily one of the easiest car leasing/buying experiences I’ve had. The people are friendly, not pushy at all. I appreciated the professionalism and the genuinely nice staff. I was dreading the finance manager meeting expecting to be up sold a bunch of stuff and that did not happen. It was also a high-tech contract experience-almost everything digital on a super cool screen that is done on the desk. Really nice! Highly recommended dealership. The best Mazda dealership in GA! It felt like I went to every dealership in the world until I found one that is always kind and helpful and trustworthy! Everyone is so friendly and the dealership is even beautiful! John, the service advisor, is SO helpful and wonderful to speak with! I live 40 miles from this dealership (there is another 2.4 miles from my house) yet I continue to go here to get the best service! Highly recommend buying/servicing your car here!
I had been taking my car to the Dealer I purchased it from. They were not quite as accurate when it came to measuring tire tread and brake lining. The paperwork from the last visit showed that my brakes were in the yellow zone, so I made an appointment to have them replaced. My appointment was cancelled because of the snow storm, so when I called to reschedule they gave me an appointment very late in the day, so I declined. I paid a visit to Mazda of Roswell which is on my way home from work to schedule an appointment. They said they could take my car in right away. WOW. never expected that. (Divine Intervention). After they checked it out they told me I did not need new brakes, I still had ~10,000 miles of driving left, all I needed was a brake flush.(More Divine Intervention) Thank you Stephanie Johnson and Mazda of Roswell for your complete honesty, integrity and excellent customer service. You have a new customer.I am tempted to mention the name of that other dealership, but will refrain from that type of bad press. The dealership treated my family and I great during our car buying experience. We were looking at getting a compact SUV and DeAnthony our sales representative did a fantastic job taking us out on the test drive and explaining all the car options and functions. There was no pressure or hassle to purchase the car and he was very respectful of our time and didnt try to keep us around. After going to four other dealerships and testing a bunch of cars brands we decided on the Mazda CX-5. We did all the negotiations using email and text messaging and compared Roswells offer with other Mazda dealerships around the metro area. Roswell was upfront with the cost and once we saw that all the other dealerships either had the same offer or a higher offer we told Roswell we would buy it from them. Deanthony and Louis (financial manager) had all the paper work ready when I walked in and had me out of there with my new car in under an hour ( I was able to apply for credit beforehand on Roswells website to speed up the purchase process). Entire team was a pleasure to do business with. This is our first Mazda and we are really happy with the value we got from the car (ton of features, but not inflated cost).BTW they did the little things like entered our home address in the Navigation system before we picked up the car.
Great deal on a used Toyota Camry. The Staff at Mazda of Roswell were truthful, prompt, courteous and efficient. Amazingly enough, the actual drive-out price was less than I was quoted when I first inquired about thecar. If I were in the market for a Mazda, I would definitely try this dealership.
TL;DR? I got exactly what I wanted, within the budget I set, and had a great experience thanks to the service of J. Wilson. Only one negative, getting to finance took a bit and I was in a hurry but all worked out.--To be honest, I didnt want to deal with a dealership initially. I actually ordered a car on Carvana, a platform was that supposed to save me from the stereotypical bad dealership experience. That fell through, in company with a frustrating lack of human interaction and customer service. I stopped by Mazda of Roswell because I had been years ago when my parents were in the market for an SUV. I was happily surprised by the stunning facelift the location had been through, tons of new tech, and a generally cool place to be. Way cooler than most dealerships Ive been to, good energy as well.Staff were friendly as ever, I wasnt stalked but was given attention when needed, and ended up in the care of J. Wilson. Seriously, I had a great no nonsense experience:I gave my budget. We chatted on options to meet it. Took a test drive (she even braved the road with me teaching me to drive manual for the first time). Bonus points for the fact she was genuinely a car person, and we had actual conversation about our experiences with difference cars, past jobs, and off roading spots...Once we confirmed price, there was a chunk of waiting for finance to see me. This couldve been better. Some form of communication from anyone in the dealership on a timing wouldve been nice. This is something I think everyone dreads. The actual signing of papers was super easy and enjoyable, but the waiting game...not so much.Ended up with an incredible 2020 MX-5 Miata, leased. The model and trim I got was well beyond what I was expecting to do, and I wasnt up sold - price just worked out. Couldnt be happier.Anyone in the market for a Mazda needs to visit this dealership. If I know anyone in the car market, Im definitely recommending a few Mazda models and this location.

Purchased a 2021 CX5 from Trevor on 5-24-2021. I went to five other dealerships test driving different brand of crossovers. Although many were friendly, Trevor was different in that he didn’t pressure me; our test drive took the longest route; I didn’t feel rushed with him; when I changed my mind about the color that I wanted he didn’t make me feel like I was doing too much. So patient!! Also, we fell into conversations as if we had known each other for a long time and it felt genuine and not forced. A very down to earth, chill guy he is. I decided to purchase from Trevor because he didn’t run the typical salesperson pitch on me and because I told him what I wanted and he didn’t try to upsell me, instead he found a vehicle with the features I wanted and got me at the price point I asked for. I did not feel pressured by him or the finance guy at this location, and that was very important to me!
Great experience, worked directly with Clevelin Clay on my purchase of a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette. The car was exactly as described and the negotiation process second to none. Phil Alvim showed me the vehicle and provided the delivery process. He was another one of the fine employees at this dealership, starting at the recpeptionist and finishing with the finance manager who completed all of the necessary paperwork. My husband and I just bought a car and our experience at Mazda of Roswell was amazing. Greg was our salesman and Anthony came in to help at the end. Greg was amazing from start to finish. He was so nice and we felt that he really cared about our needs. We felt that he wanted to provide us with the best service possible and he succeeded. I leased my new 2020 Mazda CX-5 from Mazda of Roswell. It was my second consecutive lease at the dealership and I cant say enough about the personal way they handled my needs, especially Mark Krohn, our brand ambassador. Mark listened to what we needed, knew that we were previous customers and made us feel special, which is much more than what I could say about other dealers and their people. Mark had the exact model and color that we wanted ready for a test drive. Most importantly, he was interested in who we were not just what we were buying. He offered to come to our house if we had trouble understanding some of the features and followed through when we had trouble getting the garage door opener set up. And Mark was just one of several people at the dealership to treat us well. Several people remembered us from our last lease and treated us like family. Awesome, caring dealership.
I currently take my Mazda 3 there for service and the service team frequently tries to save me money. Recently when I went in the service I selected called for changing the spark plugs. The service rep looked up my vehicle service record that was at another dealer to see when the last time the spark plugs were changed. Turns out it was recently so, they did not perform the service. Saved me $100.Now over the last two weekends I was new car shopping and I decided on a new Mazda 6. I worked with Robert Fine at Mazda of Roswell. Talk about service with a smile. Robert was very friendly, service minded and not pushy at all. Once I had made the decision we started the pre-paper work. I had some scheduling conflicts for date or purchase and pick up however Robert made sure all of the paper work was in order and that my car would be ready when I was.So now I have two Mazdas that will always be serviced by the friendly people at Mazda or Roswell.

She was very pleasant to deal with. The finance person gave us all the extra warranty options, but was not pushy. Had an amazing time at Mazda of Roswell, I came in almost close to closing time and was able to get my car traded in and get into a new car so quick and convenient, everyone that helped was friendly and have to put props for Xavier for getting me in the right car and working the best deal for me. There was no pressure when buying my car and would explain anything that I needed. It was a bit of a drive for me, but would definitely come back here to get another car down the road. A company is only as good as it’s sales people. Nothing happens until a sale is made. They don’t need finance guys, receptionist, a service department or managers if they don’t have good honest hard working sales people. Deanthony Mitchell exceeded my expectations. Everytime I called he answered. He ran down the answers to my questions while I was still on the phone with him. No waiting, phone tag. Best compliment I can give is I would hire him and refer him to a friend 100%!
I went and bought my first car here, a CX-5 Grand touring with the premium package! Everything I wanted in a car. I got it for an excellent deal and Tytiana and Basil were a joy to speak and work with. Personally I was nervous about getting pressured but that didnt happen at all. I would recommend a Mazda car and this dealership. 😁

He was thorough in explaining the vehicle to me, including little details I would not have known about with out reading the owners manual. I’m the type of person who hates going into a car dealership and feel obligated and pressured into buying a vehicle. That was not the case with Mazda of Roswell. I never felt rushed nor pressured into my purchase, the way car buying should be; effortless and easy. Hunter did a stellar job with helping me with the needs and wants that I wanted in a car and made my experience very pleasant. 10/10 would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to check out this dealership, you won’t be sorry! Though I wasn’t able to find the specific vehicle that I was looking for since I wanted a used vehicle, but the service I received here deserved a great review! After purchasing 7 cars over the years at this dealership, I am a true Mazda fan, my last experience was one I will never forget in a very negative way. Besides being blocked by one of the floor personnel trying to hustle me during my initial contact on purchasing a used vehicle, the situation took an even greater turn for the worse. I was interested in a particular vehicle and some of the personnel were very pleasant to work with. The individual that initially blocked me I refused to work with. I did not purchase the particular vehicle in question but instead purchased from another dealership as I was not purchasing a Mazda at the time. I had a trade-in where I was assured that I would get a refund on Gap and warranty. Long story short, after weeks emails, calls and one very heated discussion with a finance manager where I was berated and told that my check would not be cut at a particular time since the overriding issue for accounting was cutting paychecks, I discovered after 4 weeks that the dealership had never put in for my warranty reimbursement. It took weeks of my time, my contacting the warranty company personally and my following up in a very aggressive way to get the job done. This was no small amount of my money this dealership was essentially holding since they never filed for my reimbursement as they legally are required to do. Additionally I was told by the finance individual that he never received my email of the forms just to be told a week later he had, no consistent story could be given and I was continually told just to wait, and wait. Return phone calls were also never made as promised.Long story short, I would advise to always buy a Mazda but to NEVER buy from this dealership. I believe that the reason I did not get my warranty filed was since I backed out of a purchase, otherwise this situation would be due to a complete lack of consideration and knowledge of the job as it should have been done by finance. Again, 7 cars over the years here but this dealership has become the epitome of shady used car salesmen...

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. We recently bought the Mazda CX-5 Signature series, and the experience was terrific. We worked with Israel, who was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help us find the right car for our needs. No high pressure sales - it was great working with him. I should also mention Chris, who helped up with the new features (we upgraded from a 2015 Grand Touring model) - Chris was patient, and very very helpful. He knows the features like the back of his hand. Anthony also helped us choose the proper warranty packages to suit our needs. Again, he is very knowledgeable. Lastly, we liaised with Aaron, who helped us into our first car, a brand new Miata in 2007. Since then, we have only purchased our cars from this dealership.Expect the best, because that is what the team delivers.
So Id moved away from this side of town and had to change dealerships. What a mistake because the service and quality of work I received yesterday while getting an expensive repair made me realized how much I missed coming the Mazda Roswell dealership! Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. I got a great car and was confident driving away that I got the best deal. Buying a car was made easy and stress free with this team. We purchased a new Mazda today from Phillip Aluim at Mazda of Roswell. What an incredible dealership!!! The sales person Phillip Aluim was helpful, very courteous and had a very broad knowledge base of Mazda products. The purchase process was a breeze, which was totally surprising. Phillip was helpful throughout the whole process. We sold an Mercedes GLC 300 which was giving us problems the whole time we have owned it and are excited to be driving a 2021 Mazda MX-5 Grand Touring Reserve. What an great experience.. Not impressed with the service department as no one can seem to answer a phone or pick one up to call back. My husbands car was dropped off yesterday and we were told we would get a call back by 10Am about the issue. They never called so I Have reached out several times and no one is even picking up. Not to me when I called to make the appointment the receptionist seemed very out of it and had no clue what was going on. I had to tell her a few times we have never been there and were new and she just kept ignoring it and asking for my number to look me up. When making the appoint she said she was making it for one day and then at the end did it was for a different day.
I cannot express how amazing the service team at Mazda in Roswell is. I am extremely grateful to have had my vehicle in their care. Nick, Connor, and especially Charlie were helpful, friendly, and caring concerning my unique situation. I would recommend their service to anyone. If you want your vehicle (and owner) to be pampered this is the place to go. Thank you so much guys of Roswell, Ill never bring my Miata anywhere else!
Update 1/11/2021: I unfortunately found myself needing to replace my new CX-9 only a month after purchasing it due to a total loss accident. Deanthony and Mr. Basil were awesome all over again lol. Mr. Basil walked me through everything and made sure my husband and I were okay. Deanthony made sure I was making the right choice in vehicle as he knew how happy I was with my original purchase. I will say it again, this is definitely my dealership for life. VERY happy with my new ride.11/27/2020: Great experience! Richard and Deanthony were very helpful and patient. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and didnt make it easy on them but they made my deal happened and I couldnt be happier. Mr. Basil in Finance was amazing, made a tedious process easy, quick and simple not to mention he worked his magic to get me the best possible rate. They definitely earned my business for years to come.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They found the exact car that I wanted and had it shipped to their dealership very quickly. I was in a rush when I picked up my car and they were extremely helpful in trying to speed up the paperwork process. They offered to put a bow on my car to take a picture with and gave me a goodie bag. I had a friend with me waiting and they made her feel welcomed and entertained her while I was busy signing paperwork. Did their best to find me a great deal on the exact car I wanted and didnt try to talk me into something else.
We had our best car purchasing experience ever with Hunter Wood. He was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to ensure we knew all of the features in our car and how to use them. The financial guru Louis guided us through the finance with ease, accuracy and professionalism. Everyone we encountered within the dealership walls are incredible people. Thank you Hunter and we will be back when we are ready for our next car.
The best car buying experience of my life. I guess this is what a new age car buying experience feels like. I was so pleased with my salespeople that I brought them donuts from Krispy Kreme a couple of days later. They didn’t irritate me or push me. Theytook time to find our vehicle of choice practically out of the transporting truck! Ben was new but he worked very hard to get our prized vehicle. Although Stephanie E was an experienced saleslady, she was not at all sly and pushy. She was very knowledgeable of her inventory of vehicles. She spent time showing us the features and functionality of the vehicle even after we have chosen it and ready to wheel and deal with our trade. Both made us feel like we were the only buyer in the dealership. At the end, there was not much negotiation. They gave us a fair trade on our vehicle within minutes. I was completely satisfied with the purchase and trade experience and I love my Touring!! This is my second Mazda and I have a feeling that I will be a Mazda customer for life, especially at Mazda Roswell! A rare buying experience!!!
Well, today 8.1.20 I went to look at a Porsche 911 (2006) convertible at Mazda. Worked with Leslie and Aron who where very nice. Here is how this dealer lost me as a customer. I went there after a detailed search and message in the morning that I would like to see and test the car. I was very excited it looked really good on the webpage. Leslie call right away and we agreed on a noon meeting. When I came I had to wait a little, no problem the place was super busy. Aron pulled up the car and it was very disappointing, not washed, not vacuumed, windows dirty. Seats dirty. Engine cover missing, front convertible lock mechanism cover missing, airbag warning light on. What can I say. Very disappointing. The team had more than 4 hours to wash it at least. Asking about $35000 and not having the courtesy to have the car cleaned, mention the missing covers / problems up front. Test drove the car, appeared kind of ok. But Wiper blades shut. Battery i think was on it’s last leg when starting the car. So with all of this I am very suspicious. To suspicious spending that kind of money. Well, that’s it, no sale. I had my checkbook ready. And don’t tell me when I point things out “we will review” and really “car is as is”. I felt like an idiot coming all the way with my wife. Too bad. Be careful buyers.

2021-02-03I was in a real bind after a hit and run driver totalled out my previous vehicle. It was a real shame as it was my primary means of transportation to my distant job. The team at Mazda of Roswell certainly helped me out of that bind with their top tier service.My dad and I were very well taken care of from the moment we walked in, all the way to our eventual purchase. Niyata was very professional though our email inquiries. Our salesperson Xavier was such a great dude! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. While I did have another vehicle in mind with a different dealership, my dad and I were confident enough in making our purchase here instead. And plus, I couldnt say no to the car! Shout out to the management to for helping us out with pricing.Ill have to keep Mazda in mind the next time Im in the market. Thanks again yall!

2021-04-14I am writing this review after buying a car from Mazda of Roswell.Customer service - 5/5They are super responsive. I got in touch with them via car portals. They got an appointment for me on a Saturday on short notice. They answered my questions throughout the process and they responded to texts and calls almost instantly.They gave me a good deal and honored it. They helped me with the financing even though I didnt have a credit score. Other financing companies lend at 9% to 14% for bad credit/no credit score. Louis was able to get me a decent deal at 6% interest rate (not the best but definitely better than many). Anthony was the sales representative who worked with me. He is knowledgeable and he was transparent.I am a non immigrant with no credit score and its been a year for me in the United States.This is my first car and I was skeptical about the buying experience I would have. I had a good experience. I didnt feel like they are getting me into a deal which benefits them and not me. They were customer centric.

2022-01-16What a wonderful place to visit for my car needs and service. I will surely miss my service advisor Nick but I so appreciate my new advisor John picking up the torch. This dealership is spotlessly clean and I can make a cuppa coffee while I’m waiting for my car connect to the Internet and I have a moment to relax. They send me a text if there’s any additional things that require my attention and there is so much professionalism and courtesy. 2022-07-09I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with the service department today. I purchased my car here in 2019 and I’ve been using the service department ever since. Today was an unpleasant and horrible experience. I called Tuesday because my check engine light was on. The service employee was rude, but I ignored it. Today I had to call to see if my car was ready, no one called me and it was ready. I purchased a maintenance package when I bought my car, apparently it had expired and I was never informed. Not a big deal but the man who helped me was abrasive and rude. He told me to never come back. I won’t. I’ll go to another Mazda dealership from now on and let everyone I know with a Mazda to never come here.

2021-09-11Mazda of Roswell provided excellent support. Tachianna and Louie were very nice and helpful to me. Last week, when I was looking at cars, Tachianna showed me some cars and when I found the one I was looking for, she kept me up to date on when the repairs would be finished and the car would be ready. Today both Tachianna and Louie showed me all of the paperwork I had to sign. And just like that, I got my new car! A titanium 2016 Mazda CX-5 Touring! I cant wait to do some more driving in it. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new set of wheels!

2022-05-12Where do I begin, this place was awesome! Me and my fiancé went through Toyota, Honda, and even other Mazda dealerships and none came close to this one. From the beginning Bahar was super helpful in understanding my needs and she even took the time to go over multiple options with me. From there, Xavier went through multiple test drives and questions with me and never once complained or made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Finally, Loo, the finance manager went through all paperwork with us and did a great job of making sure we understood everything again. All in all, a great place with great people. I’m now the proud owner of a 2019 Mazda 3 all becuase of these people!

2022-04-27They are very efficient. They video your car inspection pointing out all recommended services, and give you the option of accepting or declining each. In other words, they dont just tell you what they recommend, they SHOW you why.The only thing I was dissatisfied with, was the TV in the waiting room was on ESPN. Thats not my channel of choice, and there were 3 other women waiting. Id prefer the local news over ESPN.Well, I think Mazda of Roswell is my dealer of choice. I been to 2 others, closer to home, and wasnt satisfied with their service. My visit, and wait, was worth the 69 mile drive.

2022-03-31I wish I could give this place zero stars!!! Completely unethical and that doesnt even begin to explain how bad!i I was blatantly lied to by this dealership. I asked them 3 times if they ran my credit and theysaid yes, the also said I had been approved for 0.9% financing and the car was ready. I getto the dealership , and they hadnt ran my credit , then they said they couldnt get me the0.9% financing, but 5%. The put the wrong vehicle on the contract, a different one then Ipurchased, they then put over 3500 dollars in fraudulent charges on my contract. They havebeen completely unresponsive
