Uneducated, & unorganized opps, from security to whse. And this company is preferred delivery for McDonalds....Might want to drug test lumpers & require a breathalyzer before they start working....5am appt & were still sitting in line to chk in..... Unbelievably poor srvc.

Has few doors that you should beckup on blind side, so please be helpful and dont just watch.
Dont deliver here. If you are late your screwed if you are early you are screwed of you are on time you are screwed.basically avoid this place and try to send a message to them that its not ok to waste peoples time.
THE SLOWEST LUMPERS YET! 4 hrs in door before opening my doors, and now over 3 hrs waiting on paperwork. Dont be in a hurry here!

Very tight yard for backing but other than, I have no complaints.

God help you there, unprofessional, you cant reach them on the phone, and they tell you over and over the same thing that they will call you back. So fur, one of the worst places...

5/16/20 checked in at 5am unloaded and out at 6am with a full trailer
Stay away from this company if you can. Slow slow slow basically you have to spend whole your day in here to get offloaded

2022-09-07Gives me a shiver down my spine when I find out that the lumper is Capstone‼️☠️ they are very slow and with that your 14-hour window runs out, they work by the hour and not by load, so they take time to justify the service, its across the Capstone network! I already missed appointment to get load because of them, I dont blame the employees, I blame the system that is not efficient 😵

2018-07-11Got here 30 minutes prior to my appointment, got right in and unloaded...they do give their drivers priority over outside drivers...but that is to be expected...was in and out within an hour! Lady at the gate was courteous, and with all the trucks backed up, and coming in and out, she kept things flowing good! This was around 5 - 6 am! You know, if you dress like a Trucker...and conduct yourself as a professional driver...you would get in and out as quickly as I did! Just saying!

2018-08-03I arrived on time the line was long because they only had one person at the guard shack. Other than that they were very friendly great people all the way to the lumpers. In and out within a hour! Great job!!

2018-05-21I was late on delivery for two hours, because shipper loaded me late and time out was singed on BOL, but they didn’t care, it was Friday morning and they told me to come back Monday. Good job, I wish I canceled this load before it was too late.Don’t come here.

2019-12-12Terrible place to deliver! Arrived on time and nearly 3 hrs later still waiting for paperwork for the unload. Other deliveries that pay lumper fee in and out quick! Very unacceptable. Hope I never return here.

2019-07-30Dont deliver here or make sure you have at least 5 hours to waste. This place is so slow...2/27/19. Here again on 4-5-19, fast unloading ,and now going on 4 hours waiting for my phone call and paperwork. Dumb lumpers!

2017-10-27Most rudest people you can ever meet. Or unless they hate chicanos. But dang rude security gaurd she has nothing but attitude problem guys inside are lazy. One of the guys was making sure the funds on the comdata card was available he was purposely putting $2000.00 dollars n said I dont know why its not working first of all dude the lumper check was made out for $135.00 aint no two zero zero zero zero zero. Ugh worst place Ive been to. Oh and apparently they dont accept deliveries on Wednesday... So dont bother going early youll have to wait a day or two depending on how lazy they dont want to be...

2017-01-302 1/2 hrs past my appt. time before even getting in front of a dock. Not in it just in front of it. Probably another 4 hrs to get unloaded based on other trucks still here. What a joke!!!
