I’ve stopped here twice over the last three months (road trip). Both times I tried to order inside and it was a disaster. The first time I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order…. 10 minutes later the gentleman cleaning the lobby pointed me toward the interactive ordering station. My second visit when I walked there was a line for the ordering stations so I went through the drive thru.
Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had in Mc Donald. The staff doesnt care about anything. It took 25 min to get a coffee and a tea. I asked for my servers name and her colleague said no and walked away.Rude and unfriendly.
Going at 7am you would think yummy, fresh food. The complete opposite. I have never thrown out my Mcmuffin like I had to today. Biscuit was hard. I literally felt like I had yesterdays leftover sandwiches. I go to McDonalds often for breakfast, bit never again this location.
Super slow service and they dont care. Car line was out to the road, so went inside. 15 minutes to get a coffee and some nuggets. Then they forgot the ice tea anyway! Literally didnt say one word to me.
The service here was horrible. Stayed in line for thirty minutes and couldn’t get nobody to answer. We drive up to the second window and nobody was at that window and a man was just hanging out the window talking to the car in front of us
This is supposed to be quick eating but its more like a long waiting game thats if they dont close earlier than the time theyre supposed to close
I loved this location. Quaint for a McDonalds. Even has a small display cabinet for baked goods. Friendly service with a kiosk to order remotely instead of waiting in line. My hotcakes and sausage was nice and fresh. However my husbands breakfast sandwich bread was hard around the edges.
Sat in drive thru at widow for 12 minutes and no one acknowledged we were there. Two cars in front of us sat there longer then just pulled off without ordering because no one came on the speaker . McDonald have ALL gone down hill . It’s definitely not a “Fast Food” place anymore .
Honestly the service at this McDonald’s was pretty good the staff was great it wasn’t crowded they attended to customers quickly I really liked it

Ew....This is one the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! We order two happy meals and a ten piece chicken nugget with barbecue sauce (My personal craving) and sweet and sour. Well.. we didnt get my craving.. (It stunk..) Nothing is more the aggravating, but its to be expected on occasion.But, the cheeseburger in both happy meals tasted dry and old. The chicken nuggets were either old or undercooked. The overall outside of the building seemed dirty and the drive through windows were confusing. (Cant change that, though.)At least the employees were friendly..I would not recommend this McDonalds.. AT ALL!
Another establishment too stupid to use their roadside sign to announce to travelers their lobby is CLOSED!! Stopped and attempted to enter store to wash hands and order and they ate locked down.Unacceptable customer service.

Stopped at the super 8 hotel over night. Last night got 4 doubles and a fry. They forgot the fry. This morning ordered 3 breakfast burritos and 2 hash browns and they forgot the hash browns. They made both right but the inside is shut down so we have to wait in line again. The people are relativity nice but check your bag before you leave the window.

Out of salads, McFlurrys, Sunday’s, and pies. Does not have a ketchup dispenser, repeatedly gets orders wrong, does not have mats so they are using old cardboard boxes to soak up rain, repeatedly getting orders wrong, bathrooms are disgusting, I peeked into their storage room and it looks like a bomb went off. Would not recommend.

Had 100 score. Ordered 20 chicken nuggets. They were freshly cooked and hot. The best so far. Staff extra friendly. Traveling, but will always plan to stop at this McDonalds. This was a drive-thru order.

I stay visiting McDonalds. This is the go to place for my little ones. I also like how efficient the one in Grove City is. Even if theres a long line, theres never really a typically long wait. They do a good job of serving their customers in a timely manner.
After a few hours on the road, thought this would be a good pit stop, but we were wrong. Traffic to get over there was terrible, no dine in 🤬and the drive thru had a couple cars but never budged. They should take lessons from Chick-fil-A. Luckily seen a Dairy Queen and was able to go dine in and get great food and ice cream. Would not recommend this location.

The lobby was closed! No restrooms available. Are they nuts?! Needless to say, the food at McDonalds is sub par. When they come out with something new that sounds like they are really trying to get better, Im disappointed EVERY time! Also extremely sad to see chains going along with the plandemic BS. Greatest crime against all of humanity ever perpetrated. But if you havent looked for yourself to see what mainstream media actually is, I guarantee, you will swear IM insane.

This place is the best McDonalds Ive ever been too. I didnt know chicken nuggets are supposed to be crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. 😲 And HOT!! Im serious... my McDonalds nuggets are normally rubbery, luke warm and flaccid. Im from further south, though where mediocre used to be the norm. Now everyones moved on passed mediocre right into not giving a flying ****!! 🙄 Its nice to know someone cares about doing their job properly. Thank you Adel.

This McDonald’s is garbage; I live less than five minutes away but still prefer not to go here.The whole purpose of mobile orders are to “skip the line” yet the average time I wait is 30 Fn minutes! There’s no way the drive thru gets taken care of including cars that get in line after me and still leave after I’ve already paid. I have had to walk in numerous times to get my food.I ordered a Large Big Mac meal the other day and got a $1 cheeseburger bun, and a half of a large fry.This place is ridiculous.
I work just 5 miles from this McDonalds. It has NEVER got my order right. I work at nights and was there by 9:40 pm.they were staying they are close did not get the order right no sweet tea and most of all the boy that gave the order to me was very very rude. I do not recommend this McDonalds
Went through the Drive-Through to get 2 Caramel Lattes. They tasted watered down, so I went back through the Drive-Through again to place the order again. They made them again, but this time one of them still didnt taste right. So I went through the Drive-Through again. This time I just asked for a refund on one of them. I was told to pull forward. I waited approximately 10 minutes for someone to come out to give me a refund. I didnt order anything but 2 drinks. No apologies were given for any of these orders. Also, when I came back through to reorder at the pickup window, the lady would speak loudly to answer whoever was asking what I was wanting. Total time spent at this McDonalds was 31 minutes. My visit was on 12-3-20 from 12:54 pm to 1:25 pm.

It was pitiful. Unbelievably slow. Would NEVER stop at this place again. Ordered a sausage biscuit, large coffee and bacon egg cheese biscuit. I did my order on the kiosk. Took my receipt to pay for it. There was only one girl working the register, by the time she got to me (4 people were ahead of me) it took several minutes to pay for the food. I waited 32 minutes to get my order. This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had in a fast food place. I was not the only one upset. I just hope that they all post how slow and inefficient this place is. I had to give them 1 star simply because there is not a negative rating available
We stopped to get breakfast but changed our minds due to the filthiness of the bathrooms! It is only 8 in the morning and toilet paper and trash is everywhere in the womens restroom. Disgusting, cover off toilet paper holder and it looks like it has been sitting on the floor for awhile. Ive never seen a McDonalds like this, never.
Hit or miss with the ice cream machine. Usually pretty good about getting orders out correctly and quickly. Dont fret if theres a line, it goes fast unless someone has a huge order. Think you need a mask if you want to go inside. Decent mcds and the drive thru crew are always friendly
I’d give it a zero if it would let me.Do NOT STOP HEREWhoever owns this particular franchise location should be embarrassed. McDonald’s corporate should strip this owner of their franchise and sell it to an owner that will operate the franchise correctly.Twenty minutes waisted at the drive thru waiting for them to take my order. Nothing. Listed hours show they’ve been open for an hour. All the lights are on, workers inside but with the door locked and obviously refusing to take drive thru orders or answer the phone.
The customer service has never been the best. If youre in a hurry, dont expect fast service... I dont understand why the dinning isnt opened. The ice cream machine isnt broken... the employees are to lazy to clean it properly. I can only wish all the parking lots in town where kept cleaned!!!

On a positive note, the French Fries were better at this McDonalds in Adel than others nearby. The gentleman at the pick up window really shouldnt be on his cellphone while handing food to customers at the pickup window.
Worst mcdonalds I have ever personally been to. The first sign was the 5 people in line that left. The dr pepper didnt rTaste good, my fries looked old sad and cold I only ate 1. The burgers tasted like yesterdays. They should probably just close their doors.
There are two dead flies on my table like are you serious right now? A health inspector should close this place down its a disaster. Short-staffed and what I believe to be the manager is standing there telling people to order by the machines instead of helping either the kitchen out or taking orders herself. What a disaster.
Flies everywhere, rude staff, untrained and unprofessional. Wouldn’t let me and my wife eat inside, yet had employees eating inside. Took them 10 minutes to get my coke! Staff had broken and ripped gloves touching people’s food and not one employee was wearing their mask properly. When I saw the 83 health score I should have saved my money and walked out and went to a real restaurant.

They are serving spoiled food! Go through the drive through and you’ll have AT LEAST 10 flies on each car from their dumpster area. I can’t imagine how many people they are getting sick! On top of that they weren’t even giving away the right orders I got someone else’s spoiled food.

I was traveling through and went in during covid. The ladies had the lobby open , had people coming in and out then I went in to order food and use the restroom. My mother followed behind me with my son using a Walker she got all the way to the door (shes a cancer patient) and the lady locked the door on her and said they were closed. They locked me in and had no idea I was the bathroom. Thats how folks get robbed etc.. it was not safe not to mention the discrimination against my mother so on a scale 1 to 10 I give them a -10 . Ive never in my life seen seen people so hateful. I was upset nevertheless. I just couldnt believe they would do that to an elderly cancer patient. When they allowed everyone else indoors.
Horrible. Worst service ever. While we got our food and was waiting for the coffee, we witnessed one of the crew members take the pot now full of blue water (cleaner) pour it out and start a fresh pot of coffee without rinsing the pot out. They seemed upset that we would even question them about this. Their attitude when we asked about the machine cleaning solution was horrible and their reply of oh, it is safe, was unacceptable. We walked out and left without our purchased coffee and went down the street for a fresh cup someplace else.
9/12/19 at 1600Beautiful newly redesigned/renovated store lobby and restrooms however; they were very dirty. The store overall smelled bad. The tea wasnt soured however the entire drink area was dirty with spilled liquids. As the Store wasnt not busy someone shouldve been out cleaning.
Im pretty sure there are health regulations about fully cooking the food before you hand it to the customer. 🤬 We waited in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes, for half cooked food?!? Are you kidding me!?! Oh, and the girl at the window apparently had an issue with handing me TWO drink carriers FOR 6 DRINKS!?! If you dislike your jobs THIS much, find another one. Will NEVER eat here again. Every time we go through McDonald’s it doesn’t matter what you get even if you get a drink they are either going to make you sit in the line at the window and wait or pull up, as the food is ALWAYS COLD. Service is very rude, very slow, and unprofessional. We sat at the drive through waiting to order for 20 minutes with NO ONE else ahead of us; just because the drive-thru worker was laughing and cutting up with another staff member. Once she finally came on the headset to take our order she was laughing and cutting up so much I had to ask her to repeat our order back to us because we couldn’t understand her. She then proceeded to be rude and snappy, snatched the money from my hand once we got to the first window and never said another word to us.

Recently visited the restaurant while traveling with family. The restaurant wasnt allowing dine-in but did allow patrons to use restroom. My family member along with other female patrons complained the ladies restroom was filthy!!. This lack of sanitation is totally unacceptable especially now in the mist of a pandemic! Make you wonder if other areas in the restaurant are not being properly sanitized 🤔
This McDonalds is undergoing dining room renovations so despite 4 separate orders, we went through the drive-thru. The workers were so nice & patient as I got individual orders from 5 kids in my car. And every order was correct!
The food was cold, and old. The fries were hot. Fish sandwich was cold. I went back and got one that was cooked

There were people waiting to order and several waiting for their orders to be filled. Staff was focused on drive through and counter customer were not acknowledged at all. Bad day for this McDonalds.
This was just a terrible McDonalds experience. The bathrooms are through the store it is attached to. It was uncomfortable to have to go through the store for restrooms and then they were not very clean.The wait time for receiving food after it was ordered was ridiculous. We had fries and two double cheeseburgers and waited 10 minutes. The fries were cold. There were flies and the restaurant wasnt clean. Some of the staff were rude or aloof.It was also really hard to get in and out of. Some kind of weird entrance and exit that just had you going the wrong way. The lack of urgency really delayed us on our drive.
I dont normally rate McDonalds but it appears that the complaints from 2 and 3 years ago have been dealt with. Possibly the place has been refurbished in the meantime, because the bathrooms were fine and functional (at least the mens room.) The place does not deserve a 1.8 rating. The service was good and the facility was at least average for a fast food place.
We stopped in early on a Sunday morning. We havent been to McDonalds in a while. However, to my surprise the egg mcmuffins were amazing. The English muffins were crisp on the edges and the eggs were hot and delicious. The hash browns were fresh too. What a delightful staff too. As we left the manager wished us a beautiful day. We would definitely recommend this McDonalds!!
This is the worst restaurant Ive ever been to in history! Idont know who the manager or managers are but it is clear that they could care less about this store. Ive given this particular store numerous chances to get it right and every single time I go, I get more and more disappointed! There is one thing I can guarantee, that I will never go back to this McDonalds! Every time Ive gone there my order is wrong. Tonight when I went, I ordered two big macs and a medium fry. When I got home, I had two big macs with only one piece of meat on each big mac and the fries were barely half full,let alone cooked!!! Instead of remodeling this McDonalds, they should have just shut it down completely! Still the same trash!!!
I was very dissatisfied!I ordered a strawberry sundae with nuts, they said they didnt have strawberry so I got Carmel then they took my money to tell me at the second window that they didnt have any nuts!I just feel like I should of been told this before I paid!

Newly remodeled. Nice grassy area out back for walking your dog. My husband said the restrooms were not very clean which is unusual for McDonalds. Perhaps they had new staff.

Slowest staff of any McDonalds Ive ever visited. I assumed that since it took so long to get my food, it would be well made. No such luck! My burger was barely pieced together.
Stopped in for a bathroom break and a coffee. Barely could do the bathroom break. The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. After looking at the dining room I decided to pass on the coffee. Most of the tables were dirty despite there being nobody there eating (at 5:30pm on a Saturday). There were also chairs upside down on three tables. I’m guessing I was there at shift change, because there were a bunch of person hanging out talking in the dining area all wearing McDonald’s shirts. While I don’t have a problem with that, one of them did light his cigarette in the restaurant before going outside.All in all, I would have been better off stopping by a tree for a bathroom break.
Worst service Ive even seen. I have been here over 5 times hoping they were just having an off day. No... every single time I go through the drive through it is incredibly slow, my order is messed up, and the cashiers act like you are a bother to them 100% of the time. I worked in fast food most of my life Im not speaking from a place of ignorance. I would give no stars if I could.
McDonalds often makes mistakes in our orders. They are so busy focusing on getting you through the drive through quickly too many mistakes are made. I often have to drive around 2 times because they forget something the first time.

I got to order I order a sausage and cheese biscuit and my boyfriend 2 Breakfest burritos well we go to make our drinks I get a coke and its nothing but water and bubbles and my boyfriend got sweet tea and it was nothing but bubbles we go to wait for our food and the lady throws our bag on the counter and says heres your food then she asked want any jelly I said no mam then I say well I would like some mustard she throws it in the bag and I said thank you (I was aggravated but keeping cool) and she just walks off well I bite into my biscuit and theres a black hair I will NEVER EVER GO BACK! Horrible service and a very nasty place it needs to be changed or shut down!
For the second time this week, I had to wait 10 minutes for a parfait. A PARFAIT. The same morning crew was there both days. This morning, the girl comes to the window at the 7 minute mark. Asks me to pull up just like she did the first time. (The first time I still had to go in and get my parfait after she said she would bring it to me.) I told her that I was not going to pull up and proceeded to tell her both situations. She turned around acted as if it was an inconvenience to get what I already paid for. She then told her manager that she needed a parfait though she is very capable herself. I pulled off fuming. The other 3 days that I have gone for my parfait were wonderful with a different crew. The manager with a very happy attitude greeted me at the window as I pulled around with my parfait. Now, she knows customer service!!! Boo on todays crew!
The associate or the food prep did not pay attention to detail. One of my items was not done properly because they confused it.
The quality of the food that I was served, bacon egg and cheese sandwich, is lousy. The egg was overcooked and a tiny piece of something brown is what is supposed to have been the bacon I guess. I was hungry after having traveled for several hours and this was the only restaurant opened in the area, during the traditional break fast hours, so thats the only reason that I stopped here. I should have just kept on driving until I found something better.
I didnt actually eat here. I was going down the interstate at 11 pm and needed a place to sleep. I couldnt go any further safely. On this exit was mcdonalds, two gas stations that were closed, and a waffle house. I found a parking spot and slept for an hour undisturbed. There wasnt anyone walking or driving around so was safe enough. The spot was well lit, so I could see clearly around me.All in all I was satisfied with the place.
Machines were out of ice, out of sweet tea, most tables were filthy, management repeatedly asked staff to clean lobby without any effect. This was all during low traffic with staff even ignoring customers at the register for several minutes before asking for order.
The restaurant was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there were flies everywhere in the restaurant when trying to enjoy our food. The bread to one of the burgers was hard. It makes you nervous to eat somewhere when they cant even keep it clean, it makes you wonder how the area where your food is prepared looks like. Also, the drink station had a bug crawling near the place the drinks come out of. It was not up to standards when it came to cleanliness.
You know. You’d THINK that McDonalds would let you know WHEN ORDERING that they are OUT of CONDIMENTS!!! Instead of taking payment and THEN waiting until you get to the window to pick it up... to say “oh by the way...”. And when you say that would have been nice to know WHEN ORDERING... they simply shut the window in your face and IGNORE YOU. RUDE!! Unprofessional and LAST trip to THAT location in ADEL!
This McDonalds is on my way between Georgia and Florida, it is a new and welcomed addition. The ladies working here were so friendly my husband and I both noticed. Our food was 100% delicious, perfectly made, hot, just a delight.
Dropped in for lunch on my way back to Canada on Feb 27/15. Staff were very nice and service was good. The restaurant is in disrepair and the franchisee is obviously not keeping things to McDonalds standards. The washrooms were filthy and smelly. The hand blower in the mens room was taped together with electrical tape. Who would have thought you would see that in a McDonalds? I will make a point to never stop there again! Submitted a complaint with Head Office and all they said was that they took these things seriously and were sure that the franchisee would investigate. I doubt it since he/she is the problem in the first place. Eat there at your own risk.
Restrooms not stocked toilet paper soap towels part of the seating area was it used for storage!Our order was wrong. How can you screw a meal when ordering by a number. Asked for a side salad got a bowl of just lettuce. My dressing options were ranch or Southwest. We are coming back from Florida. Had to use the restroom and decided to get some food. Do not stop here.
This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They NEVER get your order correct in the kitchen. You cannot stand in line without seeing disgruntled customers coming back in from the drive thru or the dining area. It is absolutely ridiculous to get everything you didn’t ask for on a sandwich. I mean seriously? That’s an intentional act. I will not be eating here again. I would rather starve.

We were stopping in for a quick breakfast as we travelled and that is not what we got. It took forever for them to take everyones orders and multiple people came back with missing items including myself. All the drinks that are not carbonated were completely out. And our sandwiches were all cold, hard, and dry. What we were expecting to be a 15 minute stop turned into a 45 minute disappointing trip. Also the cleanliness of the restaurant was terrible. All garbage cans were over flowing and the bathrooms were unbearably disgusting. This was confusing to me because we came around 8;30 am? How is it so dirty in this small amount of time. Oh and to top it off, the experience with the WI-FI did not work. When your travelling out of country and the only way of communication is Wi-Fi, then stopping at a place with free WiFi that does not even work is very inconvenient. Note to anyone dont go to this McDonalds.
This is literally the worst establishment in history. The people that work there are slow and incompetent, or either do not care at all about their job. I understand this is McDonalds were talking about here but they are so awful. I know the managers there and its under piss poor management, thats why its so bad. No one makes the employees do their jobs so nothing gets done, orders are ALWAYS wrong no matter how simple, and you WILL wait 20-30 mins EVEN IF YOU ONLY ORDER A DRINK.

I mean come on almost every time I come to the McDonalds in Adel something is always wrong with my food, no sauce or napkins. Possibly all three of those things. Could it hurt to make sure the tea isnt sour and you clean the tea container out. Customer in South Georgia can tell when tea has been sitting out to long and sour or when you didnt clean the container out because you are to lazy and pour the tea in the dirty nasty container and not a clean sanitized container. Thats absolutely nasty and very unsanitary.
Customer service was nice, slow, but nice. However, NASTY!!!! NO CLEAN TABLES, STICKY FLOORS. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT MEAN SQUAT WHEN THERES MORE FLIES IN THE RESTAURANT THAN CUSTOMERS. PARKING LOT WAS FILTHY. We travel 75 N and 75S frequently. I will NOT stop at this McDs again. We will travel another 10 miles to the other one for cleanliness.....
Nice clean place. The bathrooms can be cleaned uo a little but, but besides that its a nice place. The staff is not that friendly. There was a lady sweeping and gutting people with the brook, bot sure why. Also the greeter at the door was oddly creepy.
Very slow. 27 minutes wait from getting there to getting my food. Cant get anyone to take my order for 10 minutes
Food is always cold and looks thrown together. Not all staff seem like they are there to serve the guests.... the attitudes from the staff is what gives you this idea. I mean come on..... a little smile and friendly attitude goes a long way.
This cannot meet the standards that the McDonald’s brand is trying to uphold. Dirty. Slow service. The iced tea container is uncovered. The dining area is really dirty. The temperature inside was about 85 degrees. It was all around an unpleasant experience.
Food is old nasty and stale, they never give you sauces even if you pay extra and its on the receipt. McDonalds can actually taste amazing if you go to the right McDonalds. This is not it. Get your McDonalds from Valdosta or Nashville never get it from Adel.
I live in Adel and EVERY TIME I get breakfast there, they somehow manage to mess up my order.....EVERY TIME!!!! Lunch, dinner, every other time I go is fine.....its always breakfast. I went today and got 2 burritos and a water.....not difficult at all. Got to work and my receipt showed I asked for no cheese.....I never said that. One burrito had cheese, one didnt. Even the easiest order still managed to get messed up. I dont know what goes on in the mornings up there but that crew really needs to pay attention.
The cashier was very rude. She slammed our cups down on the counter. If that is kind of service that have then I wont be back. Mop and nasty mop water sitting out in the floor. Dirty tables, trash not empty., dirty cleaning towel on a table and drink area was dirty .
Would not take my breakfast order even though I arrived at 10:34 (4 minutes past 10:30 cutoff). After ordering what I didnt want, I asked nicely for some dipping sauces and apparently ketchup is free but dipping sauces are $0.35 cents each. They dont charge for dipping sauces at any other McDonalds Ive ever been.
By far the worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Took fifteen minutes to get our order, cheeseburgers and fries, restaurant was not busy. Food was cold when it was finally arrived, bathroom was more fit for a meth deal than using the toilet, but at least I didnt have to wait for it. If youre on 75, do yourself a big favor and wait for the next stop to try your luck. STAY AWAY - YOUVE BEEN WARNED
This was the SLOWEST McDonalds I have ever been to. I was traveling and could really use the restroom but lobby was closed even though it was 25 minutes after the posted opening time.
We were traveling through the area and stopped for lunch and gas. The staff was friendly and the place looked ok however before we left we used the restrooms and there were maggots crawling across the floor.
Employees were very rude. They acted like I was interrupting them.
Sent my husband to get something quick. He comes home with everything. Give our almost 3 year old his chicken nuggets and what do we find. Three cookies.Who puts cookies in the 4 piece nugget box.Do you have any idea what it takes to convince an almost 3 year old that even though it was in his bag he cant have them??I tried to call back and of course no answer.
Horrible service! Was in line for approximately half an hour. To me, its worth getting better quality, and probably just as fast with the wait, to go to a different location rather than use this one. Love that McDs has breakfast all day though.

This is by far the ABSOLUTELY WORST McDonalds that Ive been to. Upon arriving at the drive-through at 9:49 pm, there was no greeting at all. I mustve said hello?! five times before someone answered with a Go ahead with your order. Yeah, Im sure thats what great customer service looks like.I then proceeded to place my order of two egg and cheese biscuits (Im a vegetarian). There was no total given. Instead I received a You can pull around to the first window. I arrive at the window to only be given a total of $8.29! How does two biscuits add up to such a price thats more than an entire meal? The cashier couldnt explain it to me, so she went to get the manager. The manager came and gave me a total of $7.49. At this point, Im completely over it. However, being curious, I ask them how they came to that price instead of the usual price that I get charged at other McDonalds ($1.29 per biscuit). They have no clue and give me this excuse that that particular McDonalds was privately owned. That was a huge joke within itself.I hopped back on the interstate to drive 10 minutes away to a different McDonalds. I happily received my biscuits at the correct price. Go figures.Do yourself a favor and just pass on this McDonalds... Its piss poor and by far subpar.
This location has very nice employees, but is absolutely trashed. Why is it so dirty if the dining room is closed? Gross.Most places dining rooms are open, why is this one still closed?
Restaurant itself is pretty nice but location sucks. It is a pain trying to get into and out of this location with the way traffic and the road is. Restroom is nice. Food is normally served hot. Cashiers are normally fairly friendly
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! This is the worst McDonalds I have ever had the displeasure of eating in. Staff was rude. Menu signs did not work. Bathrooms were not clean. Worst of all was there was flies buzzing around in the dining area. Not just one but several. Had I saw the flies and the bathrooms prior to ordering I would of went somewhere else.Wife ordered a fish filet with cheese and it came with 1/4 of a slice of cheese on it.By far the worst McDonalds we have ever ate at.
Im guessing because it was just opened they werent experienced. Iced coffee was colored water. Out of some other ingredients. Although Staff was pleasent. Maybe will become better in time.

We ordered 2 big mac value meals both big macs had no cheese or pickles. I was so hungry and ate it. I did complain to a worker she said she was sorry and gave us 2 free pies.
Burger bun burnt to the point of being crunchy, burger meat was cold , dry, and had an off taste, cheese was very cold, and my drink was flat, diluted, and room temp. Granted, Im sure the Thursday late night workers arent exactly the A-team (or even B-team), but I was still surprised at how every item in my meal was significantly below McDonalds standards. 0/5 for food, 5/5 if youre on a diet and need a reason not to eat.

Unfortunately had to sit in the drive thru for quite awhile but it was a Saturday morning. This McDonalds is also just iff the I-75 North exit so really busy. Staff were very pleasant.
My children absolutely love McDonalds and it doesnt matter what McDonalds for any one would do. However, the one in Adel never lives up to the standard set forth by others. It never fails, and we eat there quite a lot (especially in the summer), they will always get something in my order wrong. Getting one or two things wrong wouldnt be such a big deal if it didnt happen everytime we go there, and if they didnt always have to redo the order two to three times each time its wrong. Some say we should give up on McDonalds and if it wasnt for our kids, we would.
This was my worst fast food experience, ever. No joke. The staff were slow, rude and inattentive. Waits were ridiculous and the order was screwed up. My order took almost 30 minutes, and there were no weird substitutions requested. The manager on duty was rude and unapologetic about the poor service. I will never stop here again. Horrible!

I have ALWAYS enjoyed McDonalds, since I was a young child, ..im 58 now, I still stop by once in a while, usually to pick up a couple of sausage biscuits for breakfast while on the road, happiness can be as simple as a MC Ds,... goodness on the road.
The staff was rude. Our food took forever to come out and when it did they fought us about our drinks they forgot to give us and they didnt even give the kids their toys for their happy meal. I would never ever stop here again! Worst service Ive ever had in my life.
By far one of the slowest McDonalds I have been to. I would agree with many of the other reviews; more staff then customers and mixed up my order. I did give them 2 stars because the cashier did apologize for the mix up and slowness.

Place is awful 7 times out if 10 your order is wrong. The ice cream machine is always down! And we pull up to drive thru sit there for 5 mins then they pop up and say sorry our drive thru closed like wth how can that be was the window physically broken?

The last three times Ive been through the drive thru here the person on the speaker is talking to someone else while Im trying to give my order and they always ask me to repeat it. Every time something has been missing or prepared incorrectly.
Got here at 11:20. They were still there, but they said they were closed. The sign says that they are open until 12 am. Fast service, order was accurate. Looks like it was recently remodeled, and has a strange layout. Only complaint was that there was an unusually large number of flies in part of the dining area.
Cheesburger was not even warm, nor the cheese melted, fries greasy. Frozen coffee good and service was fast! But if traveling, u cant go back to get it right😵

Went to get ice cream and the girls in the drive thru advised that they don’t sell ice cream. We asked if the machine was down and was rudely told the machine is broke for good. Can’t say I’ve ever heard that before. Maybe they need a new career!!
Im giving this place two stars and not one simply based on the last experience which was acceptable. The previous times Ive went to this spot - it was absolutely horrible. My family goes to Nashville if we want McDonalds because of how awful the adel location is.

It is a McDonalds I got the bacon double Brewhouse I guess. It is rather large but I did not like the flavor. The people at the window were friendly courteous and very customer service oriented

Slowest service ever. I made it to tifton from there 15 mins faster doing the speed limit than the service I got. The line was wrapped around to the entrance when we finally received our food.

They forgot the toy in the kids meal. i ordered a regular cheese burger nothing special but it only had ketchup on it. the cashier was rude and was too busy with his phone to care about what was going on. never again.

2022-06-28I should have known better than to try a McDonalds again. This place embodies why we rarely eat at McDonalds. They dont have enough staff to have the dining room open, but do have enough staff to have a guy wander around the parking lot pretending to sweep for the 20+ minutes it takes to get food in the drive through. The burgers were made correctly and were fresh, but the fries were cold.

2022-02-21Arrived at 7:54pm. Staff was smoking outside front door and said dining room closed. They went inside and locked the doors. I ordered mobile curbside at 8:01pm. I waited 20 minutes without food. Drive thru appeared slow but moved. I left without my food and no way to cancel order. I will never return.

2022-07-10I live in this town so McDonalds is a go-to place for me! My kids love it so Im here all the time! I must say some of the staff isnt friendly nor welcoming! SOME (this one particular young girl)doest greet you to make you want to come back. She just stand at the back window, take your money, give you your receipt, and doesnt say anything....just closes the widow. It be small things like no napkins or dipping sauce left out of your bag but other than that, Id rate it about an 7 1/2

2022-06-10They DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS. I ordered 3 different meals and repeated my order twice before pulling around to the window to pay and my order was still messed up. I got all the way home and was missing a sandwich and one sandwich was completely wrong. I asked the manager at the window if everything was correct and she said if she put it on the receipt then its in the bag. This place is ridiculous even management is lazy!!! I will not spend my money here ever again

You are right on the interstate and know people want to stop once.Used the drive thru to order 2 deluxe cheeseburgers. They were RAW inside! Bright red raw. Didnt realize til we had left. Gross. 2022-05-22On our way from Chicago to Florida, stopped for breakfast with my wife and 3 kids. I ordered a big breakfast and it came out with 3 quarter size chunks of egg. I returned to the counter and asked “is that all the eggs a BIG BREAKFAST comes with” the lady at the counter said yes and walked away.I’ve had big breakfasts at my local McDonald’s, ma’am, that is not how the eggs come. I left it at the counter so they could reuse it for their next order.

2021-11-29Somewhat ok service, but not a clean place. Regret coming after 8 months not eating out. Fryers we’re not working thats what two of the employees told me. It seemed like the fries were dipped in oil and then put in microwave. Appetite lost, after seeing dirty window and flies. So sad and very disappointed that this is not a place to eat after all the renovation done.…..came back for review…no changes, nuggets were stale ate one gross, the meal was not good again, to bad food goes to waste. Cold meals stale fries and nuggets, even the drink was not good. Waste of money, I’m not coming back soon.Breakfast passes sometimes though. I don’t recommended lunch or any meal after breakfast.

2022-07-05McDonalds as a whole is going down the drain, but this place has to be the worst Ive ever been. Walked in the door no welcome at all. There was 1 person ahead of me. It took me 15 minutes to get a #7. When I did get it I was told they were waiting on my fries. There was 15 orders of fries sitting under the light boxed up. So while I wait on my fries my burgers are getting cold. And yall want 15.00 per hour! The only reason for the 1 is there is no 0!!!

2022-04-06Service was fast and they has Szechuan sauce! The McNuggets tasted a bit dry and hard though. Not sure if theres anything that can be done about that though. All in all it was a drive in order so I really appreciated the fast service. 😇
