Awful service. Hit or miss on orders being right. Bad attitudes, no personality. You might not even get an answer at the order box. I absolutely do not recommend going to any McDonalds in Albany.
OMG. The fillet a fish was very dry & the double quarter pounder absolutely terrible Both hamburger patties was burnt….And you cannot call back to the restaurant the phone number is disconnected (that’s posted on the website and the receipt) now that’s REAL BAD!!!
When you can get HOT FRESH food, service will be better. Too many young people working here that dont care. Update store hrs & put closing x as whenever we feel like it bc last night, they closed @9pm (smh). Other xs its ABOUT 10pm; Im so confused. Ice cream machine always dwn. System is always dwn. Theyre always out of something. Lazy about taking ur order. Its just ri-dam-diculous. Its 4:30pm & they dont have sweet tea. Ok. Make some more smdh. Straight bs. These nuggets old, overcooked & look a mess. I almost threw up. They really dont give af how the food comes out. Will not eat here ever again. Waste of money.
1st time shame on you....went to order some chocolate chip cookies was told would be 15 min wait @ the speaker was in line for 20, parked for 30....2nd attempt ordered a LG fry why I could see the art work on the back inside of the fry box. Slow service, disappointed with purchase.
Ordered 2 of the same meals. On the receipt I paid more for one meal than the other. I tried to speak with the young man at the register 1st window but his conversation was to important on his cell. When I pulled to the 2nd window I asked to speak with the manager and she said why didnt you ask the 1st window, well I tried but his phone call was more important than my concern. Then she got ugly with unprofessional words and tried to back him up and I was wrong. I got frustrated and just drove off. I will never be back to that McDonalds again.
I went through the drive-thru for brunch around 10 oclock in the morning, I got two apple pies and a double cheeseburger. The workers at the windows were very rude, and my apple pies werent any good so I didnt eat them.Overall it was a bad experience, I wont be eating here ever again...
At drive thru, the gal at window was extremely rude- when we pulled up to the speaker, we could see nobody in front of us. We politely said,hello? (To let them know we were there & ready.) The gal snapped at us - cant you read the sign? It says we will get to you when were ready & dont just pull around or youll be told to come in or go round. Long pause,.. then we heard- are you there? Did you understand what I just said cuz i aint got time for no mess.!We couldnt back up and just leave as other cars were behind us. So we waited another 4-5 min before a different gal came on & asked of we were ready to order. Lol, we had decided to just go to cookout for burgers and only got 4 teas. ..Very disappointed in this visit- i can see why this store has a high turnover rate of workers. It may be awhile before I return as cookout does have better burgers and a huge variety of shakes...

My daughters little girl wanted a chicken nugget meal from McDonalds so there we were in the line to order it with sweet and sour sauce. However, they forgot the sauce so we asked for that and also asked about the apples that normally come with it. However, the young lady said that they were out of apples and just gave her fries. That was fine but a heads up would have been nice. Again, were at this McDonalds and you can tell that the young lady doesnt want to be there at the first five thru window or that shes upset with someone. She doesnt speak or do thank you. She handed me my card and closed the window. Do we even teach customer service anymore?
Food was fine. However, service was slow due to lack of workers. Drive thru overloaded and dine in having to wait for meals after keying in our own menu at self checkout.
I went there yesterday last night and the food was nasty my fries were half filled up and not warm just a little, and my cheese burger was nasty, to much ketchup, and they made it so messy and my chocalate chip cookies were cold, and both of the hic’s were watered down all the way wasn’t even a hic just straight water never going here again.
Rude service, had trouble with the order kiosk and received no help. Cold bland food. But the interior was clean
Just tried to go they the drive thru. She ask what I wanted. I said quarter lb meal. She very curtly replied we don’t have quarter lb Pattie’s. I said Big Mac meal then. She was giggling. I said a Diet Coke. She said “That it.” I repeated my order. She yelled THAT IT. I said yes Ma’am. She is still giggling. I drove away. Poor, poor manners. I’ll wait at Burger King.
Its tough doing Doordash at most McDonalds locations. Their doors are always locked, which is fine I then use the drive through. But then I get slack from the workers for not coming in. I know places are understaffed and its difficult for both parties, I just wish there was better communication about this issue.
The food was good but the only drink they had was sweet tea, they were out of ketchup, they didnt even have coffee for breakfast. I have definitely had a better experience at McDonalds before. Maybe it was a delivery truck issue and they will get it sorted out soon.

Worst drive thru ever. After I waited for 10 minutes just to order due to people cutting the merge line and a driver not pulling all the way up so I could order my food had to shout out the window to tell them to pull up further. Then I get up to the pay window and the cars in front of me got their food and left before my money was even taken. Then I get to the pick up window for my two drinks and two biscuits they had me my drink ready and asked me if my order was the biscuits I reply yes and could I please get grape jelly in the bag they then proceeded to tell me to pull forward. I informed them that I would not pull forward I waited long enough. Then another employee tried to tell me to pull forward I said no I either wanted my biscuits or money back. Then she wanted to tell me I have to come in to speak with the manger inside. Mind you my 9 month is in car and a cold day. Their excuse the biscuits needed to be rewarmed what in a microwave I got one of those at the house. The second employee then turns around and says let me get those biscuits and hands then to me. I then left after being irritated and noticed I did not even get the jelly in bag. The biscuits where not worth it.
Did curbside pickup so I wouldnt have to go inside. After a 20 minute wait I decided to go in and check. Was told that one of the items I had ordered they didnt have so I had it replaced. Quick and easy fix. The hash browns looked like they had been at the bottom of the fryer and my 2 iced coffees, 1 of which was supposed to be hot, were luke warm and tasted like cigarettes according to my wife.
I went through the Drive Thur Tonight on Oct 26,2021 at wrong 8:30 pm. I had several sandwiches to order but the girl told me before I ordered that I could only order 2 meals and when I ask her Why She told me because they were short on help and they didn’t have enough cooks to prepare sandwiches. Ok When I got home with my 2 Chicken Sandwiches I couldn’t even eat them. The Chicken was so hard you couldn’t even chew it. The bread was hard and they had nothing on the sandwich. Just Chicken and Bread so I had to throw it in the trash because it wasn’t worth eating. Then I had ordered 2 Apple pies well they were so little maybe two bites and they were so hard I had to throw them in the trash and get back out and go to Wendy’s which the food was excellent and I could order more than 2 sandwiches. I don’t know what happen to McDonalds they use to be so good and the Apple Pies were bigger and real soft and delicious. I won’t be going back to McDonalds anymore because I have to order more than 2 Sandwiches and don’t won’t to have to throw it in the trash. This McDonalds needs serious help. Are they are going to lose a lot of customers.

The worst McDonald’s in Albany Georgia the Girls working drive thru at 2:15pm needs to be fired or go through work ethics because it is clear to see she does not have any.. The attitudes shouldn’t be as bad as they are when you clocked in on your own and accepted the job on your own.
Don’t expect to get food after 10 (or whenever they decide to close for the night). They have no issues with letting customers sit in the drive thru line at 10:30 with all the lights on and no signs stating they’re closing early. I sat 10 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. Nothing. I only figured out they were closed by asking somebody taking out the trash. A complete JOKE.
The staff there are always amazing . The food is always the same. They just need to keep the tables wiped down.
The food was pretty good. The customer service could have been better. I asked for a mango pineapple smoothie and the person said they werent making those at the time.
Someone needs to teach the staff how to change out the drink machine properly. Cashier said that they didnt have any tea and the Coke and Sprite were both flat. After a new soda concentrate is attached, it must be flushed out.

Go figure. For weeks I have been trying to get a mocha frappe. Its not that the machine isnt working, the cashier said were not using that machine at the moment...when will any McDonalds use it? Then I asked her at the window why theyre not using it and she told me no one knows how to clean it and the water pipe has been dispensing dirty water. Just pure laziness it sounds like.
This McDonalds is always very nice and if the lines a little slow theyll sometimes give you your order in front of the other ones so you dont have to wait. So that is nice and even though it doesnt have room for a long line it does move pretty quick. You have to be a little careful getting in and out with the road so close but its a normal McDonalds enjoy!
Awful!!! I have come on multiple occasions in the morning for breakfast during theyre hours of operation and they doors are locked! Breakfast is drive-thru only on random days. This is not during the pandemic.This is a poorly run and operated McDonalds. I do not recommend anyone eat here.
I would give it no Stars, saw the drive thru line kinda long, decided to go inside. It was only two people in line, I made three...the Manager (in black shirt) takes one order and walks away from register and started bagging food... No gloves, no hand washing, no hand sanitizer. I wait for a few minutes see the drive thru line down, decides to go back to that line... Get to the menu board wait 6 minutes no answer... Like what is going on. They rude, do not greet people, and one of the employees came and shook a customer hand and went back to cooking... I do not like this McDonalds.
Its a clean McDonalds. No more no less. The indoor playground is nice and the room does not smell like some other indoor play places.
Went to get food with my friend. He put in an order via the app. They voided his order because they were short staffed and then he never got his money back. Never returning to this establishment again. Rude customer service and the workers were laughing when couldnt get our order.

I door dash and I arrived an hour before they closed the shift was turning around customers saying they were closed & refused to give my door dash order claiming they were close this isnt how a business is suppose to be handled when I arrived at the window the lady at the window was rude and closed the drive thru window in my face without giving an answer as to why my door dash order was not prepared I had to call my customer and tell her that they refused to maje her order until one worker came out with order after being confused as to why they are saying they are closw Im just a door dash driver theres no need for hostility when Im just working.
It’s Saturday and they’re open 24 hours right? Apparently not. These people just turned away 3 people including me in the drive thru line at 6 am! If you can’t serve people then why are y’all open? I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions because Im allergic and add Mac sauce. The burger had onions on it and no Mac sauce so I looked at my receipt and it says no onions add Mac sauce only thing that was good was the drink
Absolutely terrible, been living in Albany my whole life and this is definitely the worst one here. The food doesn’t taste as good as other locations and they take forever in the drive through. It’s not even rush hour and I’ve been in line for 15 minutes just to get 2 mcchickens. If you want McDonald’s go to the one on Gillionville/Westover
My food took almost an hour to get and then it was cold by the time I got it and we hardly ate eat .. I know this world is crazy right now bit we need to treat each other with kindness .. Im highly disappointed ..
They always give me my order wrong! They always forgot something...I used to give a lot of complaints to Miguel my friend and neighbor. But it was impossible those employees has their mind on the moon.
Dont normally frequent McDonalds, but stopped in for breakfast.This changed my mind.Had the sausage and egg biscuits with milk.I have to say that I was quite surprised with the food quality.Excellent for the cost and portions adequate.The help is little less to be desired as the manager helped with orders, but assisted professionally.I will recommend for breakfast, not sure about the burgers. But, I may just try.
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe the drive thru sign board said $ 4.99 for the meal only thing asked for was large sweet tea order came to $7.87 and got no cheese on sandwich and half order of fries .
The customer service at McDonalds is just horrific. Attempting to pay at the first window with mobile pay can be excruciating because I, the customer has to assist in training the employee how to set up the verifone to expedite mobile payment...when they actually listen...SMH🤦♀️. Lets not discuss the confusion of order taking to getting what you actually ordered. Sadly, I continue to patronize McDonalds because of economical price points, mobile coupons and convenience. Im hoping that one day the owner will actually read the reviews and make necessary adjustments to his staffing and training for the better, but until then Ill satisfy my cravings for rudeness, confusion and incorrect orders.😅🤣😂
Always out of burritos. Literally,every time Ive gone. Im done giving this mcdonalds, my money. My family always has huge orders for them. But, the only thing I personally ever want is those burritos. I was so happy when McDonalds announced it was an all day menu item. Not here though, even during breakfast hours theyre out.Edit: theyve now removed them from the menu, at least. But it makes no sense. Considering the McDonalds right down the street has burritos.
Breakfast at this location was very fresh. The coffee was exactly how I ordered it and the egg McMuffin fresh and soft. I will be back 😁

Ok so I have been reading these reviews and most of them say we not friendly and we need to learn from chick-fa-la. So first we actually don’t be rude because we have certain rules to follow we are not the white folks who wake up all happy and be so happy to take your order we say hey how you doing and take your order and meet you at the next window. Second when it comes to the ice cream machine for y’all information we clean the machine every day well really every hour and when we say the machine doesn’t work the machine REALLY DOESNT WORK. The machine be needing new parts. Third when it comes to drive thru and only one speaker is being answered that means only one speaker works so that not our fault if you still defined to go over there and wait. When it comes to food and you’ve been waiting for like 30 mins or something we are waiting on your food to get done cooking. Some of you people gotta understand that we are the busiest Mcdonald’s in albany so we be trying to go as fast as we can and do what we can do for you. Also when it come to having the wrong food sometimes we pick up the wrong burgers by accident if there is no label on them so to end this off if you wanna say something bad about a. mcdonald’s that you don’t work at understand what we have to go through everyday.
Poor - didnt put cream and Splenda in large coffee. No straw for diet coke Wouldnt put sausage pattie on a sausage biscuit. Not very friendly.

These people never want to work in the morning on the weekends. They either dont answer the beep on their headset or say they dont have anything ready at almost 6:30am 😒 they remind me on why I dont care for McDonalds like that to begin with back when I use to work we came in between 5-5:30 am to make sure transferring to breakfast goes smoothly now I guess they just dgaf 🤷🏾♀️

The employees were kind of rude. They did not act like they wanted to serve you or do anything. They looked upset every time you asked for anything. The food was not fresh and was cold. When asked to replace it one woman was very kind and nice while the others were just plain rude. The cashier at front counter did not have a good attitude, gave rude looks, did not ask if we needed anything, and just didnt do a good job at all. Lastly, Id went there because my 2 year old daughter wanted to play and it was supposed to be her fun thing because of the rainy weather weve had for a week or so. The kids in that area were very disrespectful and very bad. There was children too old for the play area that were hitting the younger kids in the face and just beating on everything. They kept blocking the entrance so the little ones couldnt play. They were running through the restaurant area as well. They were just hollering and acting like the entire restaurant was an outside playground with no respect for anyone. The parents were not watching the kids and I believe some of the kids that came in were just dropped off with no adult supervision. The employees should have handled this situation by asking the parents and kids who were acting badly and not following the rules to leave because the paying customers with kids had to make their kids leave because it was unsafe situation. The customers inside without kids were even upset because the older kids taking some of the younger kids running and screaming through the main area. It was just horrible environment all around. Now Ive been here before and not had this problem. The only complaint I usually have is the lack of respect and good customer service from some of the employees.
Its beyond laughable at this point. The saving grace was the polite young man working the second window. I truly hope he runs for cover. The toxic crowd in this joint are sure to spoil his pleasant disposition.
Fries continue to be cold even after requesting well done the first time. After receiving the new fries I noticed how hot they were but the catch this time were they were refried and much harder.
To many teenagers seems like they are working without enough supervision. All the items are not in the bag, you ask for something fresh you still receive Whats already been sitting out and have harden, most time the little girls have an attitude.

Combining 2 visits in 2 weeks, since I wasnt going to post for just one bad visit, but felt I had to now. Horrid drive thru lines. One side will flow the other side is neglected. Mix ups on orders at window. Dipping sauces left out of order. Shake machine not working, meaning it hasnt been cleaned. Soda was mostly all carbonated water. Credit card machine not working and the kiosks inside are filthy germ covered messes. Apathetic employees abound. And that concludes my last two visits in the last two weeks.PS - the fries were on point though.
Ive given this restaurant several chances to get it right, but it hasnt happened. This McDonalds continues to be the worst restaurant, with the absoblute worst customer service. Management should clean house and start over with employees who understand that they are in a customer service occupation.

I refuse to visit this store again. I gave 1 star because there is 1 nice young girl with braces. I have been there multiple times where I just left the drive thru. There wasn’t a car in front of me. I sat waiting for over 5 minutes and wasn’t addressed. I have started to wonder if I’m refused service because I’m white. It has just happened too many times when the restaurant wasn’t busy. I have also made a point to be extra thankful, etc. to try to show them the customer service they haven’t shown me!

Customer service is usually lacking. Several times, there has been no one manning the drive thru in the evening. All the lights on and employees inside. If they are indeed not open at 10:20 on a Tuesday, then their hours should be updated to reflect their actual operating hours.
My cousin and I visited last night through the drive thru. Our food was hot, but the French fries were hard(overcooked), My crispy chicken was overcooked, quarter pounder was overcooked and our buns were hard. The customer service was great and friendly but the food was not. I would not recommend this McDonalds.
One order can go so wrong. The employees dont speak English. They speak ghetto. I got a sweet tea not an unsweet tea. My double cheeseburger only had one patty. The fries were cold and the woman working the cash register could not even pronounce any word in such a way the it could be understood.

Was pretty bad as always never get the order correct. Pancakes and bacon and I get pancakes and sausage. They dont even sound alike and she repeated my order correctly back to me. So long McDonalds I have finally had enough wrong orders and the milkshake machine never working. If only there ice cream machine worked a third of the time. I wish they didnt make it so obvious that the real reason behind the ice cream machine is that they are so lazy they just tell people its broke because they dont wanna clean it. Very dissatisfied. I ordered 2 sausage egg cheese & biscuits, bacon egg cheese biscuit 2 hash browns & 2 med chocolate shakes. But I was missing 1 sausage egg & biscuit. When I went to the counter they showed me just 1 sausage & biscuit was only order. I know I told them I wanted 2. Then I stood at the counter for a long time before they took my order. When I got the order it was a bacon egg & cheese biscuit. I told them that was not I ordered I ordered sausage egg & biscuit. They threw that in the trash can then I got the sausage egg & biscuit without the cheese. So I got it & left while all this was happening my 2 milkshakes were in my hot truck melting. So I not very happy with my visit at all.

This place is horrible we went this past Saturday to eat. The dining room was disgusting. The playroom was even more gross. Not a clean table in their. We even saw fake hair in the floor. This was 4 in the afternoon. The employees were rude and were laughing and playing while the place looked this way. We asked someone to wipe off a table and no one did. We left it was really bad. I have never seen a McDonalds like this.

Been sitting in line (post order) for 15min. Got to the window and they argued for another 3 minutes about whether they had an order for me. When I produced a paid receipt, they looked at it and handed it back to me, only to go back to debating what happened to my order. Finally they came and asked for my receipt again so they could “make my food”. Are you kidding? The service is terrible and all 4 people standing in the window seemed completely clueless about what was going on. 25 minuted later, I’m still waiting but have plenty of time to write a review.

The service was awful to the core 😕. I was very disappointed !I will never eat at a McDonalds n Albany, Ga. They have children running the restaurant on there personal phone cussing dont get your order right and sell you very Old food check your food before you leave the restaurant. The Quarterpounder bread was like carbon with apiece of meat my dog wouldnt eat it.No more McDonalds for me !

It is the worst experience, I live in this town. I have been here a total of 4 times and every time the service was slow, the people were annoyed with being there. Then after sitting in the drive through this last [and I mean last time] for 15 minutes I was told their card machine was down and I could have been informed of that before I ordered and waited another 10 minutes to get to this window. Maybe its just coincidence that everytime I go there its horrible but that would just be foolish to say if you ever went there yourself!
Got our order wrong. Even after we said it at window because we questioned what it was due to price... Can say it was clean n friendly they just didnt listen. The manager caused the confusion he was in to big of hurry to help the young man out.
Almost every time I get food here it is either cold or wrong. I ordered there sweet and spicy tenders and they barely had any sauce on them, the chicken wasnt covered on half of it. Poor execution and poor management.

Slow had to park to get food , all food parking places were filled waiting while we waited on our food . Something must have broken. Probably not their fault but aggravating.
When I pulled up to the Waffle House there were six employees outside sitting on their butts when I went inside there were only two employees I literally had to step over one individual employee to even get into the door there was nobody in there that were busy we were the only customers and it took almost 45 minutes to cook two meals the one meal was nowhere near cooked or even resemble what I asked for the other one was okay the service was non-existent the food was mediocre about the best thing out of that whole experience whats the fountain drink and it was excellent but also very small especially for the price I paid I would not recommend this place to anybody Im sorry to say sincerely Ben Brooks
Worst service ever! Unprofessional and Disrespectful. Manager has no sense of professionalism. Employees in the back throwing stuff at eachother and Manager refused to address that a speaker is down in the drive through. Then came inside after 10 min in drive threw line. I stood in line after telling manager of the problem with the speaker then I get to order and she says this machine only take cash and refused to open a machine that takes the card. No manners no Professionalism place is the worst McDonalds Ive ever been. Cant bepassionateive they arnt on You Tube for the horrible customer service today is 10/26/18
The service I received this morning was very rude and very unprofessional. I will never visit this particular McDonalds again. The drive thru service was terrible. No Good Morning, No Have a Nice Day, No Receipt, No Napkins, and not even eye contact. Moreover, I had to wait two to three minutes for some to come to the window to take my payment, then when she finally arrived she acted as if I was disturbing her...truly a sad day in the world of customer service. I would not recommend this McDonalds to homeless person. I will continue to travel to Burger King for breakfast at least I am greeted and treated like a customer!
First time here I placed on online order and it was like I had asked a caveman to explain string theory. All I had was a 10 piece mcnugget meal and 2 pies for dessert. Well they didnt have any pies, would I take a cookie instead? Sure, chocolate chip is fine. Oh they are out of chocolate chip but they have oatmeal raisin. OATMEAL GD RAISIN?!?! No thank you. So I got a milkshake and when the employee handed it to me she left a giant drip of chocolate syrup all down the side of the cup. Asked for buffalo sauce and ranch, got honey mustard and bbq. Meanwhile the employees are literally screaming across the restaurant at each other about if they can give me a refund or not (they didnt, despite me asking repeatedly for one).Just attempted to go here for a second time after a movie. Google says they are open 24 hours but when we got to the drive through at 11:45 we were completely ignored for 5 minutes (not even a sorry we are closed recording). When I pulled up I waved repeatedly and got ignored so I finally knocked on the window and in a super rude tone the woman standing closest yelled we closed!!! I yelled back through the window because they wouldnt open it to just talk to me asking what time they closed and she said midnight. I told her it was 11:50 and she shrugged and turned her back to me.This mcdonalds is garbage, if you are deciding between eating here or out of the dumpster at the oyster bar across the street, go with the seafood.
This is the rudest McDonald’s I have ever been to. You are completely ignored by staff and forced to use the kiosk if you eat inside. Watched people ignored leave. When the managers did interact they were snarky and and impatient. Not coming here again.
Lousey. Asked 3 times for a plain hamburger with pickles and onions and 3 times they got it wrong. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to get it wrong. Finally said forgetbit!
Went to McDonalds for dinner they force you to use the kiosk that takes you 20 minutes to order your meal and they dont have the Egg McMuffin or white eggs after breakfast. If I had made a big enough stink and they rang me up at a cash register I could have gotten the eagle mcmuffin. The people were ok. But between the time getting my extra cheese my has brown was stone cold. Will not be going back to this McDonalds again. Hope they get their act back together.
My food was cold. The play area is not sanitary for kids to be playing. Its always nasty in the whole restaurant and the employees are not friendly. The employees need to learn customer service and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
Ive been collecting kids meal toys for over 35 years so when I heard about the 40th anniversary toys I was excited. I went to my usual restuarant and talked to Deanna. She understands and I thank her for putting up with me. I got my toys!! Thanks again Deanna.

This location never fails to disappoint. Each visit has had issues of some sort — only carrying sausage and hot cakes on their breakfast menu, not having salads at lunch, ringing up extra items on orders, rude service when trying to correct their mistakes, and now, today, only accepting cash... this place really needs to rethink its management.
Theres no such thing as the customer is always right anymore. Nowadays you get a forced smile treated like your being there is an inconvenience most cashiers are young and more interested in gossip than how they could be more welcoming and the beef patties arent even 100%beef
Waiting in the drive thru for 13 minutes for 2 cups of coffee is a bit much - had to keep asking at intercom anyone there?? Get to the window to pay - no one is there and no sign in window saying proceed to next window - coffee was good, though, when I finally got it!
The McDonalds on the eastside of Albany Ga is the worst. I was standing a the register waiting for someone to take my order and each and everyone of them ignored me. (No, Ill be there in a minute) nothing!! I brought this up to the owner whom was in the restaurant at the time and he said, You standing in front of the register means nothing to me. So, since I work hard for my money, Ill go elsewhere. My time didnt seem important to any of them but its very important to me. BYE!! Your ice cream machine was down too much for me anyway

Well I dont know where to start North Slappey location has went down hill. First starting with food being cold or something missing now poor customer service. It didnt bother me much for the ice cream/frappe/milkshake machine to always be out of order but today I went thru the drive thru window to see if I could finally get a frappe and was greeted nonprofessionally and rudely I ended up just leaving and going to Burger King. Next time Ill just skip these other steps and go to Burger King.
Coffee was fixed JUST the way I like it! The girl who gave it to me returned my thank you, instead of saying, youre welcome, like some at the ones at the other McDonalds would say.

Most everybody likes McDonalds Foods. This particular location had the standard McDonalds food but lousy lousy customer service! They cannot understand the concept of getting 8 cheeseburgers 4 large fries and 1 sweet tea. I was feeding 3 other people besides myself! Im the only one that wanted a drink.
It was awful. I waits d in the drive thru for 15 minutes and there were still four cars ahead of me. My third bad experience there. One other time the wait was long and the other time the girl kept repeating my order over five times and kept getting it wrong. All three times I ended up leaving nag going somewhere else. I am done with McDonalds.
Never had a truely great experience here. Either they cut me off while ordering, or they doing my food out the window without a chance to ask for condiments. 7 out of 10 times I wind up being parked, and 3 out of those 7 times I sit for 10 minutes and have to go inside any way. No friendly attitudes, food is rarely warm, I wish I could this location negative stars.

Be prepared for the mystery chef special. Just this morning, I Ordered 2 sausage McMuffins. Was asked at the window if I had 2sausage biscuits. Order was corrected. Received 2 McChicken biscuits. Girl at first windows was very nice. Girl at second window was the exact opposite. Will review again. Unfortunately this is the closest McDonalds to me. Always a pleasure.

The staff was VERY unfriendly! I ordered coffee with cream and sugar and was given black coffee with nothing in it and no cream or sugar in a bag. The coffee cup was sticky and dirty too! If you hate your job, get another one!!!
The food was okay. It was the staff. Only one person smiling. There was a misunderstanding about my order, which was handled, but the facial expressions from staff was not acceptable, including shift manager. Need to in-service staff on customer service skills!
If you want your order wrong or if you just cant get enough raw fast food cheesburgers or if you enjoy paying for food and not getting it or if a wait time of 20 minutes or more is your favorite way to pass a lovely evening, then this is the spot for you.
My favorite place to buy coffee. This McDonalds has no electronic order modules which is great for me. Its just south of a neighborhood Walmart, which another plus.They are always busy so the fries are always hot.
This mcdonalds told us to order from the machine, not at the register. I cant stand there punching in an order for 3 adults and 2 kids. She said oh well I can punch the order in. Why cant u just ring it up like a normal mcdonalds.

Order McDouble and fries. Was busy so the fries should have been hot and fresh, NOT.Stale tasting and cold like all McDonalds fries have been lately no matter which place you go. Used to be the best fries in Albany but not anymore. Person taking order and giving change had wet hands. To lazy to dry them off before waiting on customers. Hardly and mustard or ketchup on the burger.Wonder what it going to take to get franchise owner to wake up to negative comments?

Could consider LesGo Service and with a possible contract with LesGo Service, a local business could help another branch out as well as gain dependable transportation for staff as well as guaranteed business weekly from other local companies under contacts.

One of the better McDonalds in Albany for a quick lunch. employees are normally nice and can get a order right the the first time at lunch however if you go for dinner or late nite expect rude employees, a long wait and incorrect orders
I love McDonalds but this one gets out of hand especially when the male deputy is there in the weekends....he had me band for disturbing customers? Went twice in a 2 to 3 day span.... both times they dumped a bucket if salt on my fries .... 1st night I literally sifted them and it almost covered the bottom of my sink... 2nd time my burger touched my fries and that to became salty.
Because me and my boyfriend went and ordered McChickens and they didnt even give us our order! They gave us McChickens with only pickles! I didnt even know they came with pickles! It was nasty asf! I consistently find the quality of the food substandard! Lukewarm burgers etcetera! The service and personnel are somewhat better but nothing to brag about! If they werent so convenient and in such a prime location they would be in big trouble!
For some reason the drive through was deadlocked for 10 minutes. I started to leave but was curious why it took that long to get coffee. Person that took my money was rude and very non- chalet.

Had 2 wait a long time 4 our quarter pounders. They did not tell us it was cooking fresh until we complained the manager would not even address us or the problem. Customer service is very extremely poor food is ok.
Took a while to get through the line and when we were placing our order the girl taking the order kept telling us to wait and hold on after every thing we said, its not like we were talking too fast.. but then we pulled around and another girl handed us some drinks and kept us waiting at the window for a few minutes then without saying anything else opened the window and said pull into 2. So we did and at least 15 to 20 minutes later they came out and tried to give the car next to us a bag and it wasnt their order so they gave it to us and it wasnt the right order at all so we told them and they brought us 2 more bags full of stuff we didnt order.. but cant really complain we got a ton of food but only like 3 things that we actually ordered.
Im not sure who updates their Google business information but it needs updating. I go there thinking I can be a paying customers in the late hours just to find out that this establishment is closed. Kind of cool you advertise 24 hours and yet youre closed today. Another valuable costumer lost!

My food has been served to lukewarm when this is the start of lunchtime. The fries are never fresh or hot and neither was my burger.
Fries were cold and hard as a rock. Hamburger fell apart in my hands while trying to eat it because there was way too much mayo and ketchup on it. The fountain drinks were all fizz and it was a bad experience all around.
The food was good but the manager on duty for breakfast was very rude and belittling to the young lady that was working the cash register causing her to be upset. I will never come here again. It was not only evident to me but to other customers as well.

It is your basic McDonalds with very little else to say about it pro or con. All McDonalds do have at least one vegetarian item, the apple pie. I prefer the chocolate chip cookies though. I also like their shakes.

Drink machines are always broken. Went through the drive through this morning and the only choices were coffee or orange juice. I am boggled as to how this place is still in business.

Stop by McDonalds to get breakfast. I ordered a number one which is an egg mac muffin combo. I ordered it without cheese they said no problem. What I got was a an egg mac muffin with no egg and with cheese.
The drive-thru is consistently filled with trash. 8 out of the last 10 visits the ice cream machine has been broken or inoperative.
Fries was fresh and hot cashier was very courteous it was so enjoyable.

Got there at 10:24am, wanted breakfast.... The menu board flipped to lunch menu while I was beginning to order. I couldnt order a Chicken McMuffin(not available), I cant order a Chicken Biscuit (not onbreakfast all day menu), I couldnt order a sausage McMuffin meal (not on breakfast menu)....I had to order a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin meal (and removed the egg). I was so frustrated after I ordered that we went somewhere else to eat. Ridiculous!
Asked to repeat my order. Have a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. This young man is not a person you want to have greeting your customers. And hes was very rude to his manager on duty.
My only complaint is that their ice cream milkshake slushie machine is ALWAYS not working.
So me and my sister went to get some grubs for our stomach and we order a 6 Piece McNugget Mighty Kids meal and a Chicken Select meal. So we pull up to get our food and when I open it, I question whether I was looking at chicken selects or some burnt mini part version of it. It was hard and gross. But the worst part was that they didnt give my 17 year old sister her barbie toy. She was all like Bump you! and so disappointed. Hopefully in the future they make up for their mistakes. But until then I give them 3 out of 5 Deformed Chicken Select children.

Location at North Slappey Blvd in Albany, GA has continued to go downhill. I regularly stop here because of the proximity to my Church. This morning they are out of Breakfast Burritos. Last week no Caramel Frappe because machine was out of order. One person working register on a Sunday morning.Out of date drink machine.Time to find a new Breakfast location!

Man the kids play area was a mess,no one had been at all.The restrooms over flow(not being clean) n I sat there to observe.They need to do a scheduling when cleaning process needed,thats makes a difference.But I enjoyed with the kids,I work in a restaurant so I dont mind cleaning up what needs to be,but its the point no one came to check or say maam Ill finish.But I had no problem with doing it.

They never can take cards bc their system is down. They are always out of stuff like “hamburgers” for real. And you know what’s coming next but that flipping ice cream machine has not produced one cone worth of ice cream since they opened I don’t think

2022-02-12We were traveling with our camper, so couldnt use the drive thru, and the inside dining was closed. The employees were so friendly and kind - they let me walk up to the window to order and were very accommodating with big smiles. Food was hot and delicious.

2022-05-20Awful! Went inside due to drive thru line was long. Ordered at the kiosk. Took 11 minutes to get my order. Ordered a quarter pounder, small fry and a large diet Coke. Had to wait to get my cup. No ice at the machine. Had to wait for them to get a bucket of ice. Went to get the drink and unknown to me the diet Coke nozzle was missing and I get sprayed down from the discharge. Ate in the truck and ended up with a double quarter pound burger. Good thing as the burgers were burnt, so I picked the better of the two. No luck. Dried out and no flavor, no ketchup either. The bun was chewy. Fries were saggy. Diet Coke was good as I needed it to wash down the burger. This was an $8.08 meal. What a disaster. Never again. Cant complain as it wont change anything. Bad service is now the norm, but usually not the food. Another shift in the dynamics.

2022-03-17Staff rude and not trained very well. Got 7 drinks and had to beg for a tray. Also got to where I was taking them and the Sprite or 7 up was straight soda water. Dont know if any of the others were foul or not. Took to staff at work and only one was bold enough to tell me and have me taste it. Had to throw away.

2022-04-20I went to McDonalds to get an ice cream cone. Never again. The ice cream put in my cone was a small amount & it was leaning on the side. I should have known not to go by there especially since the ice cream machine was working.

2022-05-22Food was good, however they didnt properly open our fry boxes and once we opened the fry box fully we had enough to only fill up one of our boxes...we where long gone before we checked but I will think twice before I go back to the location again. On top of that the frys was a mix of old soggy frys and fresh hot frys... 🤷🏾♂️.

2022-06-20We went by the slappy location and ordered our lunch proceeded to the 1st pay window Then went on to the unbelievable window to pick up our food l we check the bag and our chicken nuggets to make sure we had barbecue sauce there was none So we ask for the barbecue sauce the cashier said I had to pay for it so I told her it did not come in the meal so she asked for us to hand the bag back after my wife had already checked it she and another cashier and the manager put their Hands all in our food we ask for a refund he said he would give us a refund to pull up and lane one and wait and slam the drive-through window Then he refinded it in cash and not on our credit card we are not happy and we will never return

2022-04-17If I could give 0/5 I would. Purchased a McMuffin and a chicken biscuit, didn’t get half of the order so I tried to go into the dining room, but all doors were locked (no sign saying it was closed) so I went back through the drive thru, took 15-20 mins (only two other cars), just to be told ,2 mins after breakfast ended, that I couldn’t have the other half of my order so I just got a refund because I was fed up with the absolute stupidity that I had just went through. 2022-07-10Worse McDonalds I have been to..the manger the night I went was rude and acted like he could care less if we got our food or not. They also lock there doors at 5pm so they dont have to deal with anyone inside. The employees act like there manger. I waited over 40mins for my food in drive thru. Disaster place.
