McDonalds on Washington Rd and Boyscout Rd needs to shut down their lobby and just have a drive thru. The only people that should be allowed to come inside is delivery personnel. They are stuck with trying to clear a drive thru thats wrapped around the building as well as impatient people like myself that try to go inside and order to beat the line. Only to be completely ignored by a stretched thin staff.
Probably my worst dining experience and the longest I have ever waited for food at a fast food place. The fries were fine but all 3 of our burgers were just haphazardly thrown into the box as if they didnt even care that they were serving the food to people. Speaks volumes that instead of talking about getting orders out they were talking about their marijuana dealer
Been waiting at the speaker for 15 mins nobody will acknowledge me, no one will take my order tried calling no one answers, so know I wait longer in this line to hopefully place an order... so disappointing..... 1 employee here, this man is trying his very best and I feel so bad for him. He was very polite and apologized for everything. Idk why management or owners would allow this. He needs a raise 1.3.20201 at 3:04am
Food was cold bread was hard and crumbly I ordered the big maC combo waited 10 minutes and it was still cold and dry patties tasted day old the person at the window was very rude laughing at us as we drove to the window I really didnt want to get the food after I saw her laughing because I just knew it was done incorrectly its not the restaurant itself its the employee who prepare the food no care in how they prepare your food I love Mc Donalds the one star is for the person at the window a d whoever prepared my food
The ice cream machine is always down but other than that the staff is always very pleasant and as prompt as possible. I appreciate a decent attitude and all of the employees that I have been in contact with have all seemed genuine. The food is always neatly prepared and hot. Overall I give 5 stars and would go there any day or night of the week and highly recommend that you do to!
What impresses me is when you call them at 3 a.m. to see if they are serving breakfast or (main menu) dinner, you get a FAX machine. WTH Ronald? Who is still using a fax?I wonder if I can fax them an order for contactless delivery . . .Clean McDonalds, friendly people, relatively fast.
This location is improperly flying an American flag. The flag is in between half-staff and full-staff. I spoke with managers about the issue, in person, on March 30th and April 1st. They said they would fix the problem. Nothing has been done. It is now April 2nd. I first noticed the issue on March 27th.Update: The Presidents half-staff order ended at sunset on April 6th. I drove by the location after sunset on the 6th, and the flag was at full-staff. Good on you McDonalds. Hope you get the half-staff positioning correct after the next order...Update 2: The flag position is wrong again! The Presidents new half-staff order went into effect on April 16th. Its now April 17th and this McDonalds locations flag is currently at full-staff. Its a disgrace to everything the United States of America flag symbolizes. I wish the flag would be removed so it cant be displayed improperly.
Long wait due to a large order in front of me. They didnt have the large order person move to service other cars. When I finally got the the front my coffee was fresh but my food tasted like it had been sitting in the bag for the 18 minutes I was waiting in line. So my logic is they put my food in the bag when I placed my order and it sat there for 18 minutes. French fries are not the same after 18 minutes of waiting to be eaten. I will remember this experience for my next visit.
Terrible service they forget my order after I was asked to pull over for my food 28 minutes later I got my food after I went in to ask about my orderNobody cared to even address the issue they just looked at me the manager did not come up front to ask me what’s going on she was hiding in the backJust terrible
Yall need to hire more employees on the weekends because the only people that are working are the managers at night. It took 30 minutes for me to get fries and a milkshake at the window. On top of that the milkshake that they gave me was all liquid.Update: RATCHET!!!!!
The worst. Employees are disengaged around this time. No customer care at all. The lady at second window hands me a bottle water with no words and after a minute passes asks me to pull up. I ask how much longer. No one know and then goes to say its going to be about 5 mins. I only had one meal. Its pouring as hard as it can. The worst experience ever.
First off, yall wanted to tell me that my promo code for $10 off didnt want to work. Thats a big problem when we are already have a situation.Second of all, when we receive our food, we receive cold fries with salt on it! We asked for no salt. Im not sure if yall have a problem with me and my orders because this is not the first time people have messed up our order. Im tired of it. I dont understand what the issue is to make the food correct and not cold and old. The fries taste like they have been sitting there for hours like they were the very first fries that were put out there in the morning time. Either fix it or we fix it. And you wouldnt want me to fix it for yiu. Thanks.
This McDonalds is a hit and miss. The staff are cool, but their ice machine in the lobby has been broken forever. It shoots ice on the floor so you always have to stand and splash around in melted ice cubes while getting soda. Sometime the food is fresh and sometimes its dry like desert rocks. The owner should really get that ice machine fixed, but then again it supplies and element of danger so its kind of fun! Be careful!
I really dont want to give him a star at all because this night that we stop by here was the night we was coming from Putt-Putt from my granddaughters birthday party and we wanted to get a couple of items. But everything that I asked for they had nothing they didnt even have straws for the drinks. They had no strawberry pies. The fries were cold. I asked for the manager to come to the window and I asked her what was the problem you mean to tell me Im getting a drink and I cant even get a straw she said its not her problem she do not do the truck so she has no control over whats in the store. I think yall need to check on your management. The management needs work.
Took a minute for someone to take my order over the intercom, then when I got my Frappuccino, there was caramel all over it and got it all over my hand. I had to pull of just to clean my hands off before hitting back on the road. Good thing I keep water and extra wipes in my vehicle.
Online and on your app your store is open 24 hours a day. On October 3rd 2021 you did not open until 5:58 a.m. when I place a mobile order your store took my money. however you said you were having technical difficulties on your end and could not see my order. My problem with this is simple. I showed up at 5:30a.m. to buy my wife breakfast. At this time she is hospitalized due to covid, pneumonia and being pregnant.. I was charged for my order but you insisted you couldnt see it on your computers. I showed you my code to pick up the order and even showed you my credit card was charged. Then you said please park over in spot #1 Ill bring your food out. I said ok. I waited there for fifteen minutes and watched car after car after car get theyre food with no problem and you still didnt have my food out. I had enough. I walked up to the door and it was locked. I got back in my car drove around to the drive thru again for the 4th time because they keep telling me that they cant see my order. Now its 06:21a.m. I asked for my money back at the window. Now the manager is standing there and says my name. Your Kelvin with the mobile order? Yes I am. Oh honey I got your food up at the front counter I was just about to bring it out too you. I said thats comforting to know you thought about me after all this time I been waiting. Please give me my food now. Im leaving a nice little email for your corporate offices to talk to you about. She didnt apologize or anything. I said I hope you have a better day. If I ran a business like how you are running this one. Id be out of business in no time.
My Monday was going great until the girl in the back dru thru lied about having any H C orange and when I get to the window to pick my food up the other girl says they do and I have to get back in line for a drink when the line is long. Thats poor customer service. No smiles or thank u . They need to do better.
(UPDATE)Yet another visit of waiting 30 min In their drive-thru and had just barely made it to the speaker. For an order that was already placed! Served one customer every 10-15min, inexcusable for fast food. GET IT TOGETHER!Never has the same procedures or hours. They close or open and have the lobby open or closed when they feel like it. The manager that works the second shift Im assuming not only has the worst attitude but doesnt do her job at all. Gives out wrong food not even checking. Highest canceled delivery rate and simply doesnt care. Good luck trying to call if you have an issue. With the exception of a few good employees and the gentleman that works 3rd usually running the entire restaurant himself basically, hes amazing. The entire operation is poorly ran. Worst in the area. Also no gloves or mask are worn.No wonder they cant keep employees
This was the Crispy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich I was given on 09/27/21 at the Washington Road McDonalds next to Cookout. As you can tell its old and burnt which means that it was reheated probably. And this isnt the first time Ive gotten a sandwich like this!! So this is what I spent $5 on? I immediately threw it in the trash. I know McDonalds can treat customers better than this. Why would anyone sell you a product this poorly made & charge you $5-$7 is beyond me.
The young woman working the drive thru ordering system was excellent. Kind, easy going and deserves the only star this location deserves. New chicken sandwich was horrible. Fries tasted old, like under the warmer to long and expired. Tea was mediocre at best. The whole point of McDonalds is food, and that is where they are severely lacking in the entire process. I was there at 7:00 p.m 3/22/21
Went threw the drive thru just to get sent to a parking spot we sat over 10 minutes. Guy came asked us what our order was I informed him he was missing 2 hash downs he kept the bag walked around to the other cars went back inside came back with the same bag and with the same missing two hash browns. Said hed get them then went inside never seen him again . Just ridiculous whole store of staff but barely any work being done
My boyfriend and I ordered there a few minutes ago, we asked for our order to be cooked and they tried to give us cold fries, we asked for sauces to be put in our bags and one of the employees tried to charge 64 cents for sauce that we haven’t got and STILL haven’t been received. I will not recommend to go to this location I would prefer you go to the McDonald’s on walton way the employees are very polite and they give what you ask for.
Waited 17 minutes for an unsweetened ice tea. When finally got to window 3 people standing at window laughing. 3 minutes later one finally turned around and asked if we had unsweetened ice tea. It seems talking with work mates more important than customers. 8 cars in line behind us. When we pulled up there was only 3 cars ahead of us.
The only reason for the 3 stars is they ended up giving me a refund and I didnt ask for it. But it took about 15 min of waiting (the first time) to get my order only to find out that it was wrong. When I turned around and went back the same person that gave me the wrong order argued with me about it and then told me to pull up and they would fix it. 30 min later right before I snapped lol someone came out and asked what we were waiting on. The person hadnt even told them anything about fixing our order. So it took about 45 (the second time) to get 2 ham, 2 chicken nuggets, and two medium fries. I might could understand lunch rush but this was 1230am-130am when this happened.
This McDonalds is always claiming they do not have Strawberry Cream Cheese pies.. I have tried to get a pie on 3 different occasions. Getting a pie here is just like the process of the ice cream machine... always down. I also ordered a Large Tea w/ no ice. The tea was hot tea. I always order my tea this way and it is cold from other McDonalds with no ice. What’s the problem? I’m done with this McDonalds!
Most dysfunctional group of people Ive ever met. Oh, and they were all high on something so that was fun as well. Made me late for work because they had to retake my order 4 times (it was one meal) and then they still got it wrong and made me wait in the parking lot. Gave me wrong change aswell.
Terrible customer service. Staff act like they never saw me standing at the counter. After a few minutes I asked if someone was taking my order, a worker came to the counter and said they dont take orders inside the store. Completely ridiculous and rude. I did not give them my service that day and I will not be returning. Anyone who has problems with this location should report it to the store and put it on Google reviews. Maybe management will start giving customer service training to the staff.
So I was there yesterday about 9:30 in the morning. The drive up line was really long so I went inside. There were a couple people standing around inside waiting for their orders but I stood there for more than five minutes before I was acknowledge by an employee. Several people walked in after me and we all went unacknowledged. Finally someone took my order (all I wanted was a drink and came in because I though it would be much faster than waiting for the long drive up line) and then no one still got my drink. I literally waited more than ten minutes for one drink. The restaurant was clean but the service was awful!
I usually avoid this chain in general. Early mornings, you run a high risk of getting profoundly poor service. Ive literally sat in the parking lot waiting for 45 minutes on an order after paying just to be told they didnt have the items I ordered after pulling back around. Never got a refund, either, since I paid with a card. I generally have had bad experiences with McDonalds, but that story is nothing compared to other locations Ive sporadically visited over the years. What is so sad is that I can tell most of the workers here are good people from other visits that went much better... but the handful of rude and incompetent ones ruin the whole experience. I think if management tried a little harder at night and early mornings, issues like the above wouldnt happen. Final verdict: hard pass on this place unless you have no better option.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I dont like having to give negative reviews, but it is honest to do so. I came as normal customer, I was just visiting the town, and walked in and ordered inside. Part of my little order was a coffee. I got the small coffee but they didnt give me any sugar and cream, nor a stirrer. Well, after being in my car, I come back inside , there was none outside on the counter, so I ask for cream and sugar but forgot to ask for the stirrer too because I had my head distracted, the guy didnt even ask if I needed that either. Anyway, long story short, I had to go back twice to be able to fix my coffee to continue my trip. It was aggravating, one should get everything that is needed from the beginning, thats all to it. Not attentive service.
Waited in Drive through after I paid the bill for an additional 10 minutes then they delivered cold fries to my car☹. I parked on the side walked back in the store and asked for hot fries. Manager walked over took my bag started taking additional orders from the line, walked outside to talk to another customer, came back continued to take orders then he came back to me and returned my order with hot fries......poor customer service
Mcdonalds is also a great place to dine in or take out. You have a lot of good varieties to choose from. The prices are very reasonable. This is a great place to grab some hot breakfast, coffee, lunch, and etc. I hope you all give it a try and enjoy it. Have a good weekend!!!!
I came to eat today with my two boys. The renovations have made this place awesome! A very clean area and large room with a new kids indoor play and the updates make it feel like a 5 star restaurant. Manager walked my food and even got my straws! Thank you we will be back!
I just stop by did a walk in I only wanted a cup of coffee with sugar and cream on the side the young lady in front inform me I can’t get with cream and sugar on side they had to put it in and that was the only way I would get my coffee I told her I have stop at many McDonald’s and had it like that so I left without Coffee .
Fast food? Dont come here and ask for breakfast 7:00 in the morning they are out of gravy mix by the way they open at 6:00 so what does that tell you lazy and it all starts from the top at all costs stay away from this establishment hate to be negative but the truth is the truth
This is the 1st review Ive ever given. This is the worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Sadly, I work in this area so this is the only McDonalds nearby. Every time Ive ever been here, theyve either not given me all of my order or they overcharge me for things I didnt order... Unless you have 35 mins to spend in the drive-thru or feel like being ripped off, I wouldnt come here.
Stop by for breakfast and the service was as expected at the drive-thru. The food was delivered relatively quickly, was not stale, and the restaurant got the order right the first time ... All pluses at a fast food drive-thru. However, the cashier was curt to the point of being rude, which which cost the restaurant a higher rating on this visit. Its fast food and its a chain, so I dont expect the same as I would at other establishments. I would give this place another try if Im in the area and need a quick bite.
This is the second time I’ve gone here at night and the food was horrible. I ordered a cheese burger that tasted like it sat all day. Dry meat with unmelted cheese. Last night tried it again, ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was dry as if it sat out all day with fresh toppings. I’m so done with this place. Don’t go there at night!
I went through the drive thru tonight around 10:30 PM and ordered a 6 piece tender and fries. The tenders seemed like they had been sitting for quite a while very hard not very warm at all and hard to chew....the fries were extremely hard and cold I couldnt even eat them. I paid $10 for my food I was hoping for a nice hot meal from McDonalds which most of us really like going to its a pleasant experience with great food. But tonight was the complete opposite of that...the staff was very helpful and nice but the food was absolutely horrible there is no other word for it.I really dont like leaving bad reviews but this was a complete disappointment to me...
This has got to be the SLOWEST McDonald’s in Augusta. I don’t know if it’s due to a staff shortage or if the employees and management just don’t care but the wait times here are ridiculous. Drive through...30 minute wait...dine in...30 minute wait...order ahead on the app....30 minute wait and then I STILL had to go through the drive through to get my order!
Last 2 times there, each with 2 items and each time 1 of the items was incorrect. Both were mobile orders and this time I went inside to get it corrected. They didnt remake the sandwich, just added another patty. Sandwich was cold and the cheese wasnt melted. Wont be back.
It surprised me to find a McDonalds that was so dirty. As I stood in line a roach crawled across the floor. This got me looking and sure enough there were ants, roaches and other bugs. I tried to report with my receipt number but it kept failing. Yes, I was hungry so ate my food. Its been 2 days and I am still alive and not ill. The people were polite and everyone was busy. The owner needs some cleaning people. The place was very busy both drive through and walk-in. The bathrooms didnt look dirty but I wasnt inspecting. I stopped there around 930pm on a Tuesday. I hope the owner sees this and takes action. The people eating and working there deserve better.
It never fails this location should just be closed and replaced with a food chain that really understands Quality And Customer Service. I have never went to this location without having my order all screwed up and this is my neighborhood McDonalds. I. Just so tired of the cold food incorrect order and over cooked food this is just ridiculous why have all day breakfast if it wont be cooked fresh and accordingly Ill just continue to go to cookout like I should have.
Not the best customer service at drive thru or dining in. I dined in before the current renovation began. The cashier had zero personality and the tables were dirty and one of the crew members behind the counter kept scratching and patting her weave, but did not step away to wash her hands.
Ordered 4 food items from this location one of them being fries.The Fries were not included in the order. Walked into the store to get the fries I paid for. The staff shift through my bag getting their bare hands all over my food and then proceed to deny that I ever ordered fries. Placed order on Happy meal no apples with meal had to get those and chicken nugget meal no sauce had to get that too. And cashier asked if wanted apples and sauce. I noticed other customers that were there way before us, been waiting 20 min. for there meal, there were 8 people waiting for there wrong or never received orders. Its just unreal on how many orders they screw up at this location for the time were there. They need to work on there services. I want be going back to this location.
The woman who took my order and my payment was very nice, upbeat, and pleasant. I had to pull up and wait for my order, which was brought out eventually did not have cutlery or ketchup. So I went back into the store to get it myself, upon entering the store I walked to the counter and said Excuse me twice before anyone acknowledged me. When I asked for what was missing from my order, the woman at the register got an attitude and took her time getting my cutlery and ketchup. This McDonalds is the worst!
I ordered a chicken mozzarella tomatoes sandwich, whatever the new sandwich was. I got extra sauce since last time it literally had a drop. Its slathered in sauce, both sides. It had no cheese. Two bottom buns are used. I got a ten peice nugget as well and they tasted old.
So the new special buy one and get one for a dollar apparently stops at a certain time at the Washington rd location. The employee actually told me that after a certain time they dont serve fillets but all the fryers are up. I guess they only want to serve certain sandwiches. Every time I go to this location they are always out of something or the machine is down. Please save yourself and go elsewhere.
Brittany and David (managers on duty 6-7-19, evening shift) were horrible!!! Made us wait in the drive thru with only 1 car infront of us on a Friday night for 15 minutes because they did not have fries cooked and refused to compensate us on our $4.89 order when we complained about the outrageous wait! I asked why she did not make the car infront pull forward and she smirked and walked away with the McFlurry that she never gave me...she just handed me back my money and that is all. Never have I ever had such a bad fast food experience. These two clearly take no pride in customer service and cannot run a restaurant (who doesnt have fries ready on a Friday night at prime time?!!) Corporate will be called and whomever owns this particular franchise please know these two employees of yours will surely run your business into the ground (review your videos around 9:00pm and watch how they handled previously loyal customers...never again will we visit this restaurant)!!!
I was taking a vacation with my friends. We stopped there for lunch. It was extremely loud, extreme loud laughing and playing. Dirty tables, we actually took a rag from the counter and cleaned our own table. The lady who took my order was pretty rude. I ordered and asked for water, she slams this child size cup on the counter for me. I just took the cup and left. There were 8 in my group. She was rude and very impatient to each of us. This was August 31, 2018.
Its McDonalds, cant have normal expectations. Customer service is awful because one person is doing all front end & drive thru while another one stands there & watches the employee. Training is lacking too, literally seems like someone just walked behind the counter and put on a uniform
Zero stars, cold food that we did get , we got charged for 52& and not any chicken nuggets and big mac and fries missing, they hung up after they finally answered the phone calls from 4 days of calls, told me they were bought out??? Have no clue what they mean, but they were rude and they didnt offer any information about our missing food
I just rode through the drive thru for hot cookies! $2.16 in change I gave the sweet attendant. I told her to count and make sure, and she said I trust you! :) Happy, Happy I was! A smile she had on. Then I get to the next window and was ask to pull to the side because they cookies were in the oven. I ask how long since I just ran down the block from work. Two minutes she said, no smile but I pulled to the side. I mean two minutes, 4 hot cookies! My cookies arrived, still no smile or a thank you :( but I have 4 hot cookies! I get back the office to share my bounty.... I have two cookies :( KLB
I basically only come here really late at night or really early in the morning (2am or later sometimes). Theyre a 24 hour McDonalds, so you can expect a lunch and dinner rush. Its almost always in your favor to use the drive thru, since the workers are relatively efficient and tend to do a good job at making sure your order is accurate and served fresh. I pretty much only ever order breakfast sandwiches, which they also serve 24 hours. During some holidays they may close early. As far as McDonalds go, despite being in a pretty busy spot off of Washington rd, they do an okay job at serving their customers well.
I wish there were a negative rating to give, twice in the last 7 days, I have stopped for breakfast at 4:55 AM and been told by the person who finally answers the Drive-thru with the Response Sorry Sir the system is down and I Cant take your order. Sounds like a LAZY Employee to me. What a waste of time and effort to stop by this location early in the morning.
Nobody at the counter when I walked up, and the one person that was in eyesight was on her cellphone. Once she spotted me then proceeded to just walk up to the register without speaking (I had to speak to her). Poor customer service and no ice in the machine. However, the remodel was nice.
Extremely bad service from the start. Shameka F. said she was the shift manager and was very rude. Told me to use the key board if I couldnt wait. Very nasty attitude and a disgrace to the fast food chain. She should be working at a car wash and not dealing with the public.
I prefer to stick with the drive thru here. Ever since they got the kiosk put in, it takes a while for someone to even acknowledge you standing at the register. No hello or Ill be with you shortly. I feel bad for the seniors coming in because alot of them dont know how to use the kiosk and theyll be just standing there until someone finally decides to take their order.There are two ladies that are Great everytime I come, Leslie and Stonetta. Very sweet ladies and great customer service! I wish there was more workers like you two😊
This McDonalds is just plain dirty!!! The mens bathroom floor was cleaner than the restaurant. As me my wife and kids pulled up there was a older woman smoking in the small glass section of the play area. Im a smoker my self and couldnt deal with the smell and didnt want my kids in there. Most of the tables were dirty and sticky looking. The manager needs to step it up or have this place cleaned or it will be shut down.. the staff was pretty nice and not so busy I dont understand how not one staff member couldnt have went around and cleaned up some. I definitely wont be coming back to this McDonalds. But I will do a follow-up to see if the cleaning status has changed. Arrived Dec 28th 2017 @ 10:25am
McDonalds at Washington & I20I hate to give 1 star, the food is about the same as any other McDonalds, but the staff...not friendly, the restaurant...not clean, and the counter with condiments...empty. it took forever to get our 2 10 pc nuggets and a happy meal, and when I had to go to the counter to ask for fruit punch bc all that was coming out of the fruit punch dispenser at the self serve was water, 2 employees, one of which I believe was the crew leader or something (since he had on the button down shirt) looked at me and walked away. I was the only person at the counter, it was about 4 oclock on a Tuesday, so not crowded. Then when someone finally came to help and I asked for fruit punch, she looked at me like I was crazy and pointed me to the self serve. I told her it wasnt working and handed her my cups, to which she abruptly replied well, now Im going to have to get you two new cups anyway so I have to throw these away. It seemed like I was putting her out, when another customer came up to ask for fruit punch and she rolled her eyes. The play area is nice for the kids, and I must say it was really pleasant when we first got there as my friend and my kids were the only ones there. They are 12, 8, 6, and 6. But later a young man came in, quite big, quite rowdy, and obviously a teenager. He was with someone who had a child playing. He proceeded to climb all over things, scare the kids, and call my son a punk for no other reason than he was in the Playland, sitting at a table with us, eating his food. He worried us and another parent there, but there was never anyone from McDonalds that came to tell him he was too big to play. The Playland at this store is directly in front of the registers, so it can be seen and even if not, he was loud enough that they should have noticed. So...as much as I liked that this McDonalds was not crowded, which works well for a playdate, we wont be stopping by it anymore. The more crowded ones are likely managed a lot better, cleaner, quicker, friendlier and seem safer.
Staff is extremely rude and not welcoming at all. They will cut you off while ordering, they dont look at you half of the time almost like theyre daydreaming, they dont smile, and NEVER say thank you. The food is good but the service makes me want to throw it right back into the drive thru window. Do not recommend.
Come to this location for a good experience with fast food!Quarter Pounders with cheese really do taste freshly made. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Caramel Latte. We I got to the pickup window I was asked to pull forward as they didnt have the order ready. A couple of mins later the associate came to inform me that they were out of whole milk and asked if I was ok with non-fat milk which I was fine with.They were very professional & had my order ready in a jiffy! Well done!
Very rude, charged me twice the menu price for breakfast bc it was before 5am, but they werent serving anything but breakfast. Only accepted cash, wouldnt give me a receipt and both employees made statements about being ready to leave and even rolled her eyes like me being a customer was a problem. Need new night shift staff here, worst McDonalds employees Ive ever encountered
Please do not eat here !!! 2x I just pulled up to just use the restroom the females employees DO NOT WASH THE HANDS AFTER USING THE BATHROOM. I SEEN THIS FIRST HAND !!! You sup to wash your hands in bathroom before leaving it & in kitchen at the sink they have for employees in the back before returning to workstation !!!
Took order then decided they don’t take credit cards or debit cards . Just cash. Thought it was funny . That I had no cash . Would of thought this should be posted or announced earlier in conversation . People in drive through not told and at register inside . Good way to make your day slower and lose customers .
This is the worst service I have ever experienced from a fast food business, I drove all the way across town because there the only McDonalds open 24 that I know of. The employee took my order manually said he could not ring it up, then he had no idea what he was charging me, I order 2 food items , one large coffee, xtra cream and sugar, after some time another employee comes hands me a small coffee. I told him its supposed to be large, he said nothing. Came with one bag of food and said if that was it. So I checked the bag and half of my food was missing. I later came back with the second bag. That is not why Im taking my time to write all this, the I was not given my correct coffee it was black coffee no cream no sugar there is nothing that this store can do to compensate me for my lost time. The manager should bring me my correct coffee to my door, for allowing two rude ignorant employees to represent McDonalds.
They got my order wrong last night, just as they usually do 95% of the time when I go there. I dont understand why they cant get orders right. I go there because they are the closest place to go to when I get off work in the early morning. The managers really need to do more observing of their employees.
Staff and management seem a bit confused about what is appropriate. Food is okay and the customers usually arent too obnoxious... Though I was called rude here for speaking with a nurse about my medical condition :p WiFi isnt great but they do have it... Id honestly like to spend more time and money here while studying, meeting friends, and playing my Nintendo games.
I saw a kinda overweight light skin dude with short blackish brownish hair picking his nose in the back will he was flipping patties or whatever so I tell the cashier she said thats Micheal heridia and that he does that all the time.I was surprised I said does the manager know she said naw and he would not care. I was disgusted and I walk out. Do not eat here
This is the worst place I have ever gone to. Not just for Mc d. For any kinda place. I would rather eat at a gas station then this horrible location. The employees are rude, slow and cant even put a order together. Everything I ordered was wet. I ordered breakfast at 12 mid day. That means everything should of been fresh as far as cooking. But some reason im sure I got sum stuff that was left over from morning rush. This comment isnt the end of this im going to call corporate about this location and going to get this place shut down.
Came here for lunch on a Wednesday and it wasnt too busy. However, upon entering we had a hard time finding a table that was clean, and the entire time we were there we did not see anyone clean a single table. Condiment packets and trash were left on the big table beside the play place and almost an hour later no one had picked them up, even after an employee walked right by it. The heat in the play place is cranked up and it was stifling, all of the kids were red and dripping sweat even though they were not playing hard. The staff opened the exit door to the play place but there was no cross breeze so the heat didnt dissipated. The drink machine and napkin dispensers were covered in sticky residue anf there was water and dirt covering the trashcan and floor behind the toilets in the womens bathroom. Wont be back here.

2022-06-13Ordered through the mobile app while my children played on the playground. It gave me the option to have the food delivered to my table so I chose that . 20 minutes passed and I still have not seen my food . So I go up to the counter and stand another 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. I told them the situation and their response was “oh I didn’t feel like walking over there” . Very poor customer service and lazy employees. One of the worse McDonald’s in the surrounding area . Columbia and belair McDonald’s is probably your best option

2022-06-08Would have gotten a 1 but the women mopping the floor was very nice. Order was served wrong. Then the workers argued about it to figure out whos fault it was. Womens bathroom was FILTHY. One stall was broken.

2022-07-14Do not use curbside pick up here. They never brought out my order. I went inside to ask what happened and no one came up to help, even though the drive through was not busy and there was hardly anyone inside. Finally went through the drive through and they had me pull off to the side. Finally got my food 35 min after arriving.Go to any other store if possible.

2022-03-07Ordered from Grub Hub they served me undercooked food. My burger was not fully cooked if I get sick from eating undercooked hamburger meat. I will be reaching out to my lawyer and file a lawsuit against them. Called up there someone answered the phone and didn’t say anything.

2022-07-16This McDonalds has gone downhill for several months now. Almost everytime I come here, now, theres a problem. Last time, I just ordered a large coke and they gave me diet coke and the manager with a rude attitude tried to argue, and play dumb with me about it. Today, I came at 11:11am and ordered 2 large fries and a large coke. I was told to pull forward, theyll bring them out. Nearly 30 minutes had passed and some light skinned girl with glasses and braces was bringing food out to another customer and not me and wasnt even acknowledged, not even a little bit. So, I went in and asked them whats taking so long? They all simultaneously forgot about me when I believe they did that purposely. Needless to say, I will never come back to this location again. Nothing but sorry workers(mostly) and sorry incompetent managers.

2022-04-28Took forever even with ordering through the mobile app. Order was 100% correct, but all the food was cold like it had just came out of the refrigerator. Even the fries were still cold/frozen in the middle.

2022-04-02I wouldve given them 5 stars but I went there yesterday morning 25 minutes before breakfast was over & they werent making breakfast anymore! The cashier said they had sold out of breakfast. The breakfast menus were still up but they were only serving lunch! 8 more people came in to order breakfast while I was waiting for a burger & were turned away. Its not that they were out of breakfast food - they had already put it up & wanted to get an early start on lunch. I wonder how the owners feel about them doing that? Is that policy or do they even know?

2022-07-07Waited 25 minutes total from the time I got in drive-thru line until I got to pick-up window. I was told they had shut their frappe machine down for the night. Why? They are supposed to be open 24 hrs. This was from 10:30p -11p. I asked about another 24 hr location and that was wrong it closed at 12. The one I was at also told me they close at 3a not 24hrs. This is always an awful McDonalds to go to. Poor service, attitudes and out of things, esp at peak times when they should have plenty.

2022-05-27Sat waiting for over 20 minutes for Nuggets…. Tried calling - no answer. This has got to be the WORST McDonalds I have ever gone to.I just watched them bring out an order to someone who showed up after I waited 18 minutes, I am curious how someone hasn’t called corporate to fix this mess.

2022-05-29So what time is the lobby supposed to close? I know cant stay open forever but it was 3:00 and they already started locking up the lobby. It always seems inconsistent as well.
