2 double cheese burgers and a coffee. My number got called and my bag only had 1 burger in it. And no coffee. I was ignored for a out 5 minuets before i had to raise my voice to ask for the rest of my order. Which was sitting on the counter just out of reach.Poor focus around lunch time.
Ordered at drive thru and got my order incorrect I told them to get it right and was willing to pay for the items that were missing they told me I had to go to the drive thru or inside again so I gave them their food back and got my money bad customer service. Ended up going to a different one and they got it right great job on them
I’ma give this store no star cause the store manger Ana very rude and disrespectful she don’t need to be no store manager i will be calling corporate!I would give the store a 5 star if Ms Caymen was the store manager very respectful, she was very helpful but really disappointed once i gave the food back to get an refund
This mcdonalds is 24 hours, which is nice. The employees are very inattentive I must say. It seems as if they dont want to be there working and perhaps even more so that they are inexperienced. This has led to a feeling of the staff having no drive to make the business be efficient and successful. The employees definitely do not make me want to come back to this location. The play place in the restaurant has one light that works and the rest of the huge lights are not working and are buzzing loudly. They need to be replaced.
Sat at the intercom for longer than I would like for another car to pull up on the other side and they took their order so I moved to second intercom. Another car pulled into first intercom n they still took their order first. So someone needs to get the drive thru situation together. N after all that my order still wasnt right.
Second time eating here, each time the food came out unattractive. This time I was being polite but the woman taking my order seemed extremely rude and impatient when I only ordered two meals. My filet o fish meal I asked for a special application of tartar sauce, not only did I not receive it but my sandwich bread was ROCK hard and ugly. The woman at the second window (who took my order) gave me the wrong size drink, when I asked for the right size, she rudely snatched my drink from my hand and left without returning. So this will be my last time returning to this location. Wouldnt even give this place ONE STAR!
Ive been dining in at this walmart for over 15 years and ive never received such bad service i was denied an order along with another person the manager on aSite was not any help and the employees in charge of the customer service should not be in these positions not only did they your employee jeopardize a customers credit card info and valuable information she showed her true positiin in customer service in customer service i have video i will be posting on this matter and pictures of said employees they called police aswell and i conversed with the officer and stated that the employees were the ones who did refuse me service and i waited 30 minutes after i asked politely numerous times before hand to seperate employees and still did not have my order taken.
We waited 38 minutes for 4 small burgers and 2 large fries, we were told their card machine was down and they are only accepting cash at this time. As we pull around the back of the building a nasty smell rolls into our nasal passages and sinks deep into our very souls. Its the days trash, piled up waist high a few short steps away from our car as we pull up to the first window. Roaches are crawling all over the bags and it seems like the trash bin has also been over flowing for weeks! Call the trash collector to dump that bin already! As we waited in line, my father-in-law spend 20 minutes quoting an old episode of MTVs Beavis & Butthead. It was the Burger World episode, where the juvenile duo serve up some wacky antics. Seeing the trash pilled up along the side of the building remind him of them. As my father-in-law reminisced I couldnt help but be envious of Burger Worlds animated customers because at least they got their food in a somewhat timely fashion. We finally get our food and the lady at the window cant print me a receipt! Needless to say, we wont be returning to MCDONALDS in general.
Closed at 10pm for some reason, tried to order a big mac and they said that we had to wait for next shift to appear. Also when we got there at around 9:30, kids were playing in the playground. They knew food was for dine in but they didnt mention the closing time or that the playground was closed already. When we sat to eat, a worker saw my child and told her with signals that the playground was closed instead of telling an adult. It was confusing as to why my child was saying it was closed, so i went to ask someone. They said they closed the area at 9 and that the manager did not approve of anyone sitting there. So, we had to move to the inside. By this time it was already 9:50. Then they locked everything at 10am. Few mins later a man kept knocking on the door and no one bothered to go tell the guy that it was closed. I instructed the girls not to open or tell the man anything because he started to knock on the glass with the key. After like 3 mns of nonstop banging, he left. They mentioned they were shortstaffed by ughhh. We just wanted to eat. And the day before the cashier at the drive thru named India. Was with her attitudee omggg. She got the order wrong and when i corrected her she made noises w her mouth. I hsd a talk with the personnel at the other window and said she wsd having a bad day. I told her she needed to adjust her attitude because honestly there would be ppl that will tell her off ang escalade the situation. But food cane out fast and good.
I ordered to pick up atCurbside the waiting time too long. I refer to pick up by drive through faster. They should improve for curbside pick up. I tried many other fast food their always faster this location. Today 3/19 I am waiting at this location more than 22 minutes. I checked on my receipt time and the time they brought the food out.
Yesterday 10/23/21 at 12:00pm to be precise I had gone to this branch drive through and had a very bad experience at the drive through as the lady attending to my transition was very very very rude and arrogant . I have never ever had such a bad experience in any other place the customer service was very very poor . I would never ever refer this place to any of my friends or family as I dont want them to be insulted by the employees at that place . When I asked about an offer that was printed on the drive through chart The female who was on the counter insulted me by saying that the price on a particular deal has increased but McDonalds has not changed the printed price and if I couldnt afford it I should just not buy the product . I am not very sure but that female was also some senior person of that branch, the one on US 29 south . I request any senior authority to please make sure that their employees treat us customers with respect. And would like to request the senior management to please have a look into this matter. McDonalds as a franchise is a very good franchise but at this particular branch I had a very bad experience. I request the senior management to please look at the cameras on 10/23/21 from 12:00pm to 12:10pm and please take appropriate action on this person so she doesnt insult any other customers. I never eat McDonalds before because I never liked the food. but this time I made an acceptation for my girls and friends. Never again go to McDonalds. They charge you extra for your Condiments yeah 35¢ might feel like its much to others. But to me it is when I have 10 piece chicken nugget and a large fry but they dont use ketchup they want barbecue sauce it should be an option it should not be an overcharge.
I’m all for waiting if there’s a long line but please make sure the staff is ready to help the customer out when it’s that person’s turn. I was kept being told that we can’t make this menu item into a meal and wanted to charge everything separately without explaining why it had to be ordered that way. I decided to leave the drive thru before I had not so nice things to say.
At the window the lady handed us our food and drinks then closed the window. We checked and noticed we were missing 3 apple pies. When she opened the window again we informed her of the missing pies. She went to inquire about them and was told it would be a 13 minute wait. So they knew the pies were missing and were just going to let us drive off without them??? Well we decided to wait instead or getting a refund, the lady seemed reluctant to give a refund. After 38 minutes no one bothered tocome out and give us the pies. We ended up going inside to ask about them. We didnt get the pies until 7:11pm. Thats a whole 50 minutes! Our soft serve cone was completely melted. We asked for a replacement and got the worst push back. We finally left at 7:19pm. This was a horrendous experience!!
Visited this place on 05-13-2017. First time i go to a packed Mcdonalds and the 2 cashier chicks dont want to ring up the orders for the customers. They would rather gossip and argue instead of attending the paying customers. Cashiers are extremely rude and dont own up to their mistakes and Management is worse for tolerating this nonsense. This location was also filthy! Random trash bins and ketchup(or blood) stains on the wall. Asked for a refund and got the hell out of this place.
SHIFT MANAGER WAS RUDE - an elder lady in Blue McDonald polo.I ordered on Mobile and chose curbside, drove to number 4, completed on the app. After more than 15 mins of waiting on 20 pieces chicken nuggets, my stomach starts growling and I couldnt wait anymore seeing too many cars passed and got their food. Then I saw notification saying my order was completed! Nobody bring any food out to me, how can it be completed?!?!I was skeptical about it because I saw another car left the curbside and get to drive thru earlier, maybe the wait is going to be foreverSoI decided to get into the drive thru lane, only 1 car in front of me, quickly I get to I talk to the cashier at the window about picking up my order. The blue polo lady take over, not saying sorry, she just saying someone go out there and I wasnt there!I told them I couldnt wait anymore, it been more than 15 mins,I suggest them: if you dont have anyone or too busy to bring it out, put on a paper telling customer to get into the drive thru, people cant wait for that longthe lady walks away did not want to hear it.15 mins ??? a busy Chick fil-a could do better!
Recently renovated, this store is very busy but they do a bang up job. The only thing I dont like about the place is that you are forced to use the automated kiosk for to go orders. Drive through you can expect a 10 minute wait daily during rush times (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Im never coming back, and i recommend you not to come to this place, for real is the worst McDonalds ever, they always gives the wrong orders or orders incomplete and when you ask the employees for your order they give you a super ugly actitud, i was being patient today but they make me wait too much so i when to the desk and ask a guy for my incomplete order and he was like ready to fight with the customer and believe me I HATE THIS PLACE.
This McDonalds site had always been the worst with cleanliness, service, and were almost never customer friendly. I decided to give them another chance since the building was done over and what a mistake that was. They appear to be clean, but their service is still the worst! Well. ..I went this morning and got a #2...for the forts time I was not missing my sandwich! Get home, and the sandwich is missing the egg 😏. There hasnt been a time where I have gone to this place, of the few times, and something is always wrong or missing. I have left VM every time and NOONE has returned my call. Completely unacceptable
If I could not put a star that would still be an overstatement. Almost every time we go to this location there is always an issue. Got in line to order at 9:30 around 10:00 we made it to the speaker. Thought maybe since it just got a little remodel, thats why the screen was out. Finally got to the window at 10:20 and they said they are closed and told us over the speaker which was not true. This location is opened 24 hrs.. Terrible place and terrible customer service.
Wow, this kind of attitude I have never encountered in a restaurant before! The staff was totally ignoring the dine-in line, literally coming in beside the cashier to grab some desserts and going back without even looking at the standing line waiting for service. The couple in front of me gave up and left. I came closer to the back kitchen and screamed EXCUSE ME several times for any attention and they were literally like 8 foot away and they never turned to even check whos talking. There is a serious managerial problem in this McDonalds that needs a prompt attention!!!
I’m giving them 2 stars because they were clean.Unfortunately that is the best thing about this McDonald’s. The staff is In another world entirely and does not pay attention to detail at all. I placed an online order 20 minutes before I ever showed up showed up I said I was there in the parking lot a good 10 minutes before I walked in. Once inside is still took them 20 minutes to get a very minor order together. Then she walked up and called me door dash when I’m clearly wearing a uniform for a retail establishment. I attempted to get my food from her she turned around and ran away and started putting stickers on the bag like I wasn’t fact door dash. I had to yell to get her attention because her back was to me and she was in another room right in front of me door dashing my bag up. It’s not very hard to look at people and see where they’re coming from I went inside just to save that staff having to walk in the rain today. Their service could’ve been faster and more detail oriented but it was not and it was disappointing.
This place is supposed be open 24 hours according to their website. The truth of the matter obviously a wee bit different. They were not open. Theyre website lied. Is there any corporation left that will not lie through its proverbial to either make more or just because they feel like it. McDonalds is a terrible chain..., And it remains so.
Eli (light skin guy with red hoodie that was taking orders) was rude. Yelling at an employee because I added an item to my order. Throwing stuff at him and slapping stuff out his hand. He also pushed him. I felt bad for the guy with braids that was working in window. He was really sweet and shouldn’t be treated like that. I witnessed all this while sitting at the window waiting for my stuff.
Worst service ever! Thought I would give this location a second chance. Big mistake. Drive thru line wrapped around building. Went inside instead to order. Stood at order counter for five minutes without anyone coming out to take order. Walked out. This location is the worst!!
I told someone to get me McDonalds, because I was craving it he comes home and my fries are very hard like the fries have been out for hours or someone dipped them back in the oil . I asked the guy what McDonalds did he go to he said this location I already knew it was going to be this location AGAIN. They always mess something up there has never been a time where they did good .
The Lilburn McDonalds has been alittle better since their remodel. They are still less friendly that they should be and their new dining room, which looks very nice is consistently dirty. Not filthy like before but just dirty like it is not checked on frequently. This should not be happening at a newly remodeled location.
Even by McDonald’s standards this place was abysmal. The service was slow. When I was placing my order the cashier refused to repeat my order when I had requested it, stating “don’t worry I got it” with an attitude. Well he did not “have it” the order was incorrect, cold, and probably lowest quality I’ve ever had.This isn’t just the one time, a similar scenario to this one has occurred multiple times, please avoid this McDonald’s.
This McDonalds is brand-spanking-new and seems to be suffering a bit when they get busy. I got lucky and when I explained I was on a time crunch was given my food quickly, but in 30 minutes their drive-thru hadnt moved an inch. Im sure its just growing pains, but it wasnt a great lunch experience.
The young lady working the drink station in drive thru on 4/03/21 at 2:30pm SUPER RUDE!!!! I will NEVER GO BACK! She let me and my husband sit at the window for 10 mins with an attitude over bbq sauce we paid for! We tried to show the receipt she walked away! Talking trash over 2 sauces!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I am very disappointed.
Ordered a large fry and they acted like they didnt charge me for it and made me pay extra when id already paid the amount for the large fry but received a med. asked for 3 small frys only got two they acted like it wasnt charged but again had charged me for the full amount to begin with. Incompetent service and people and was overcharged for what i already paid for. Basically over paid for bad service.
There Customer Service continues to be poor and extremely slow at this location even after the recent renovation.The young man bringing completed orders to the counter, took off his mask and started yelling out the contents of the order (not the order number) directly over an open bag of food.I was appalled.
The food was okay. The service was rude. I asked for a large iced latte. At the window, i asked to make it light ice. They asked me to pull up. When the latte was brought to me, it was a medium hot. I said that this is wrong, i asked for a large iced latte with light ice. She then rudely said well then thatll make it hot. After waiting a further 10 minutes w/o a correction. I went inside. The service person was gossiping about my order to a coworker, saying that they werent going to make my order. When I came up to the counter, asking for my large iced latte, they turned to me and looked shocked that Id dare interrupt them. Then when I asked for a manager, the member faked being a manager to avoid addressing my legitimate complaint. I have worked for a different Macdonalds location nearby, so I knew that they were lying. I expected better service than this.
This is by far the worst service I ever had I was in the drive thru for five minutes i even said hello is someone there? But I didnt get a reply then the employee said to me to stop yelling at him because he wouldnt get my order then I told him I wasnt yelling at him he said then that he wouldnt take my order and if I wanted to fight him I should go inside the lobby he is lucky Im not a Karen by far I wouldnt order anything at this restaurant ever
Man, cmon. I dont know why I keep coming back knowing Ill get disappointed with the service. The screen never works so I only hope that my order is correct because they never repeat my order back to me. They never give me ketchup. The attitudes of all the highschoolers are terrible. They dont care at all. Discipline and attitude need to be held accountable, especially at this location. Especially now during this pandemic when you have a limited occupancy, I expect things to move more swiftly. There is no effort from these people to get the line moving. Usual wait time in the drive thru is a minimum of 15 minutes. Havent even tried to go inside and order because its probably longer. Management needs to get their employees heads straight.
Person at drive thru was very rude.. sign outside letting you know the car detector was broken.. sign also stated to say hello.. said helloooo and the girl came in and told me, yeen gotta be yelling. Didnt yell, just did what sign said. I drove off. The place supposedly getting renovations, but it looks run down.. well never go back!
I just left there and got home.. I had to get out of my car at the parking lot after not receiving my French fries and go in to get them. THEN I’m all the way home and I give my 3 year old her kids meal... and then I see there’s NO JUICE BOX in the kids meal. THAT IS ALL I ORDERED was my child 1 4 pc chicken nugget. Tried calling to complain and maybe get a free one and there number is out of service. Pretty upset!!
I know it’s funny I’m giving a McDonald’s 5 stars but just when I’d lost all hope in customer service I drove thru tonight for a quick dinner fir the kids and the guys that were at the windows were.both very friendly and the food was hot and fresh and right!! The guy in the drive thru couldn’t get off of his phone long enough to comprehend my order. Then couldn’t work the cash register one handed. Phone was in the other hand. Once again this has to be the worst McDonald’s in the entire corporation. Horrible place. Drive to any one other than this one. Plus it takes forever to get your order that they only accept cash for. Very suspicious. Yes. Cash only and you get no receipt. Extremely disappointed once again with this location.
My visit last night did not lend a good experience. The wait inside was extremely long (out of the ordinary). The area behind the counter was unkempt. I have visited this McDonald many times before with satisfactory results, it was definitely an off night for them. The team, nor the Manager offered their customers apologies for the very long waiting times. Im hopeful my next visit will yield a better experience.
There was a very long & slow drive-thru line. After waiting at the speaker for 3-4 minutes, I finally said, Hello, is anybody there? Someone responded and I asked if I could place my order now. She said they were waiting on more buns to be delivered. I asked if I could get a big mac? She checked and confirmed they did have those buns. When I got to the window for my order, I was informed the Coke Zero wasnt working properly.
I ordered food for 6 of us. My grandson had a concert and he wanted McDonalds. The order took forever, I went in the store because they gave me the drinks, told me to pull up they came back with a happy meal and said have a good day. I said I ordered 35.00 worth of food. By the time I got the rest of my food everything was cold. Not happy with McDonalds.
I waited in line just so they can tell me they do not sell breakfast all day! Which is a big lie because I have come other nights and ask for the same items and have no problem at all. Employees seem to get lazier at this locations. I tried ordering ice coffee, ice cream and their machine was broken supposedly too. Ended with a cheese burger that’s wasn’t even made correctly. They gave me club for top and bottom. This was at drive through on February 19, around 9pm
Don’t go to this McDonald’s past 9pm, they seem to not care to speed up the progress inside when you can clearly see a long line from both drive through window to the edge of the McDonald’s Entry on LawrencevilleHwy29. Majority of the time they have food fresh but the timing is just ridiculous as you can see constantly vehicles leaving the line for long waits.
Sat at speaker for 4 minutes w.out being greeted while listening to conversations had between employees. Got rude attitude by person taking my order through box but great face to face customer service at the windows. Order was correct and quickly made though our made fresh to order burgers and nuggets were cold.
They need new staff lol. I was in the drive through forever. I go in with no line INFRONT of me ready to order at the cash register and everyone makes eye contact with me and just completely ignored me after. Stopped to get my son a chicken nugget happy meal with a sweet tea. Get home I have a hamburger no fries and Sprite. Return with my receipt and the manager named Alicia( no one would give me her name) was so rude to me, cursing and telling me to do what I need to do after asking for her name and the number for the owner. Because i wanted to make another order. After walking outside I met the actual manager and she gave me her co manager name and my meal for free.
Ive been trying to call this place for a while about my order and cant get anyone to answer. I just read through the reviews and immediately regret ordering food from this restaurant. I should have just driven to the one on Five Forks. The one on Five Forks is almost always good! I just hope the food I get from here is clean enough this time that I dont get sick and not like the other reviews I read. I wont order from this restaurant again. Im actually glad they didnt answer the phone, because thats the only reason I checked the reviews!
If I could give this place a zero I would. I got cold fries, the ice machine was not working in the lobby, the ice cream machine was not working, all the employees are rude. Then I ordered frappes and they put the wrong toppings on top. The playground is dirty and smells like pee. This place is dirty and needs serious help. I live 2 minutes from here and I would rather drive 15 minutes to another McDonald’s then go here. I won’t be back.
I don’t understand this new generation of teenagers. 2 young men were working the first window at the drive they. The young man was obviously rushing my order and never repeated it back to me. When I asked could he repeat my order that was ATTITUDE given. And he read the order out to himself basically because I couldn’t hear a word he said! Fries weren’t fresh and items that I ordered weren’t in the bags. Only to be told because they were out. If that was the case why didn’t you say this before you COMPLETED my order? I mean come on , you guys have NOTHING but time since the inside of the stores are closed! YOU WOULD THINK CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE BETTER BUT ITS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE!
Honestly I give this place zero stars! I came in Dec 23 to order a Quarter pounder w/cheese and the person at the register was extremely rude. I asked for her name & for her manager. Unfortunately she was the night time manager. I politely let her know that she has awful customer service and she rolled her eyes at me. As I sat back waiting for my order, I watched her rudely turn down walk in customers at 10pm when the store clearly states closing is 11pm. She never once apologized for any inconvenience, instead with a nasty attitude told customers, “I ain’t gonna take no more orders at the front & you can go thru the drive thru but it’s gonna be a awhile before we take your order”. Not only was she rude but so was the other staff member taking drive thru orders and slopping burgers together. Again as I sat back waiting maybe 10 mins for my burger and fries (that were cold and stale) the guy slopping burgers made a nasty and offensive remark clearly heard by me and my niece. The guy used fowl language and both him and the “manager” basically let it be known they don’t care about their job. Unknowingly to my knowledge while in the restaurant my niece recorded the audio of this night and it is full proof of how nice and calm we were compared to the way we were treated by the staff. Not only will I never do business with this McDonald’s, I’ll never allow myself nor any family member to do business with any McDonald’s industry. Out of all reviews that I leave, sadly this is my first bad review!! My disappointment won’t stop at this review. I will make sure my voice is heard!
Stopped here on my way home from work. Had to wait a little for my food but that was fine but When I got home to eat the food it was incorrect! So I called to let them know and who ever answered was number one talking to someone else while I was speaking and then dismissively stated we’ll bring it back. I live about 15 minutes from this place and I just went through traffic to get home from there and am not going to go through more traffic just to have my food corrected with an attitude. So I paid for something that I didn’t even get smh well I will not be making any pit stops here anymore!
Worst Mcdonalds around! Rude employees, long drive thru lines and even going inside employees including managers are rude. The orders are always messed up and you don’t want to take it back due to being worried what they would do to your order. Ordered 20 nuggets for my kids and 2 large fries. Paid and then was told at the second window oh she only charged you for 10. I asked the boy to ring up the other 10 since the previous window repeated my order correctly and he told me I had to go back around! Why? Because y’all messed up?! Not good customer service. Today I tried again. I saw the long slow line and only wanted 2 drinks so went inside. There was no tea for the lobby and the sodas machines weren’t carbonated right. Couldn’t get anyone to help me get tea from the drive thru area including the manager. Once again today nothing but attitudes. This place needs to be shut down or bought out. They need to let the entire staff go and start from scratch. Won’t be returning ever even if my life depended on it.
Honestly, I would give this place a 0. A lot of things to complain about this McDonalds. Number one, they literally turned on the heater inside in the middle of late summer. Number two, they had a promotion where if the cashier didnt suggest the tenders, they gave you 4 pieces for free. But the cashier didnt suggest the tenders. However, when we asked for the tenders, the cashier lied saying that he suggested it. There were literally three people around me, and each of them said that they didnt hear him suggest the tenders. The service is trash here. I wish this place went out of business. Also, the price is overpriced compared to other McDonalds. Never come here.
First they charged me for mcflurries then when they didnt have a working machine refused to give me a refund. I mean they said they will not give me a refund. My nieces unfortunately said a mcfrappy ok and the staff instantly left the window listening to kids instead of the adult. Also this was at 9:30 on offering kids coffee drinks.I let that go then today they make go to the second window to order even though their speaker worked. Then then said drive back around and go to first window which had no one there. They then proceeded to give me a get it off line look when they handed me my bag though I was missing my mcflurries and then I find out they missed my apple pies. I should have left when they sent me back around, but I was trying not to make it a big deal.Last I tried calling and no one answered the phone. I cant even get someone to look into the issued. Theres an Arbys and Wendys across the street this isnt the only choice.
Waited 28 minutes in drive thru. Received wrong drinks, missing fries, ordered hotcakes got no butter or syrup. Ordered cheeseburger happy meal and got nuggets. By far the WORST laziest employees ive ever seen. Shame on the managers who run this place. Will never go back here
Closed when supposed to be open 24 hours. Last time here the customer in front of me at the drive-thru was given half of his food and he had to come back and bang on the door for 10 minutes before somebody was willing to come deal with him. Mrs Wanda or what ever her name is has no management skills what’s so ever she has a 24 hr McDonald’s and is not open 24 hr because she states she is the only one there.....well if your the manager you first need to have people to manage and if you thank you can manage a store by your self at night you can’t!!!! obviously you need some help you can’t even manage your self...... nasty ghetto attitude and she needs to learn how to work instead of ride the clock thanks have a good day I’ll definitely not be going to this location.....
When I arrived the line was very long which I expected...its McDonalds and some things can move kinda slow. I ordered a large french fry and a sausage mcgriddle. The lady over yhe intercom just seemed so unenthused. She repeated my order back to me and says pull up. I immediately said excuse me she says I said pull up maam with the snarkiest attitude. I pull up anyway and I get to the cashier window and the cashier asks if I order a large ice coffee and I told him no. I let him know what I ordered again and he said that he did not see my order. I had to replace my order with him. After my payment I pulled up to the next window to receive my order. I watched coworkers playing around while I tried to wait patiently for my order. A young lady finally came and repeated my order to me that I ordered a medium fry and a sausage mcgriddle. I said no maam, I ordered a large fry and a sausage mcgriddle. She said well maam he charged you for a medium. I proceeded to tell her what I originally ordered at the box and by time I got to the window the gentleman had to retake my order because it was not in the system. She said it was OK and went back to get my large fry. Needless to say my fries were cold and hard I was highly disappointed. The only thing that was luke warm was the sausage mcgriddle. I then noticed that there wasnt even a score in the window for their health inspection. It was after 8pm and I had had enough. I just politely drove off in all my disappointment.
I visited on 6/18/19 around 4:30 am. The lady who took my order at the drive-thru & the young man who prepared it then brought it to me were very attentive. When the female brought my coffee, she actually asked me if it tasted okay, did I want her to add more cteam/sugar. The young man who brought my food saw me struggling to sip the coffee because it was so hot & asked if I wanted him to put a couple pieces of ice in it (which I did). They both wished me a good day as I was leaving. I wish I wouldve asked them for their name so that I could acknowledge them personally. Its not often you get such pleasantries at a fast food restaurant especially @4:30 in the morning so I wanted to thank you both again
Not just the worst McDonalds but the worst fast food restaurant around. I go here almost daily just for the sweet tea while Im at work. I never order food because it always takes 10-15 minutes to get your order. I decided tonight to get a bacon McDouble. Once again 10 minutes to get it and it wasnt even what I ordered. And their employees think theyre entitled to $15 an hour? For what, to make 4 burgers in that time?
I love McDonalds, so Ive seen a bunch of different ones. This one is by far the worst. Food is either cold or burnt. Workers are rude. And today the coffee machine was broken (hot and cold, apparently) and I heard the workers talking and saying that theyre not gonna pay to fix it.I also sat there and WATCHED A THEM HANDLE FOOD WITH THEIR BARE HANDS. I just left. Im not eating here, or dealing with the rude people.I I wont be coming here anymore. Ill drive 5 minutes down the road to the one on Jimmy Carter.
At drive thru for 15mins only 6cars ahead then had to wait 5 mins additional for the fresh fries!! Called in as I was waiting in drive thru was told “doing the best we can”TOLD DRIVE THRU TIME 20MINS!! WITH ONLY 6CARS AHEAD!!!!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!No apology at window a about delay!!
This location is always slow and has poor customer service. I tried using the McDonalds mobile app with curbside pick up but the quality of service was just as terrible and my fries were burnt. Dont eat here, there are several other fast food or causal dining options near by who would appreciate your business and deliver better quality customer service.
Quite literally the WORST McDonalds on the planet. I mean that. If I could give this place 1/2 a star I would. I keep coming back because its the closest McDonalds. They have NEVER gotten my order correct not to mention the average wait time in the drive thru is around 10 minutes.Those reading this, call the corporate office and report this store. Girl in red shirt was swearing and throwing stuff at employees! This was definitely the most unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And the managers just let her do it. And not to mention at the restaurant was filthy! I don’t recommend anybody go to this place.
I went through drive thru and put in my order i paid and went to the second window the guy gave me a bag and i told him thats not what i ordered he replied with and i quote omg! What did you order? So i told him i was waiting so when i got my full order i ordered a large coke along with it and he gave one of the cokes that was put on the side and it had a used top on it....

Or it will definitely result in a food inspector coming out to this place to see what they’re serving people. See uploaded photo and video of the food we were served today and the old country lady with the gold ball sized knot on the top of her head is very rude.. not to mention the uncooked burger that’s completely pink inside, stale fries and tea that tastes like coffee.Horrible service!! Teens are busy horseplaying at the back window that they can’t get your order right, no receipt paper, sat st the window 30 minutes waiting for my order and it’s still not here. The young man Marquavious was very helpful however the rest of his team are complete idiots. The lady finally come to the window and ask would I like a refund and I told her no, I just want what I ordered; 6 McDoubles, 1 double cheese burger, 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large sweet tea.
HORRIBLE!! Been here several times and Ive waited 20-30 mins in the drive through line each time. Just recently went to get a Diet Coke and regular Dr. Pepper came out. This could be harmful for a diabetic! No sign was posted to let customers know. I notifed the manager and got attitude from her. She couldnt leave her post for 30 seconds to put up a sign, but could allow someone to potentially get hospitalized due their sugar getting to high. This could cause death to someone who is severely diabetic. Never going back to this location!!
Dont go inside to order, it takes FOREVER. They ignore you at the counter and favor the drive through. There was a long drive through line so I went in to order. Before I got my order every car in the drive through plus that many more had been served. Too bad I cant give it zero.
From the moment I walked through the door, attitude, attitude, attitude. I mean you cant even engage these people in pleasant conversation. They still give you attitude. My children came to tell the employee that there was food and soda scattered around inside of the play structure. They all acted as if we were asking them to build us a new one. The manager hesitantly sent one of the employees in to clean it. She went and cleaned around it, but never actually cleaned the food out of the play structure. The manager is just as rude, unpleasant, and nasty as her staff. There was a teenage girl hanging out next to the register play fighting with the cashier. They were mocking and teasing a parent who came to tell them about another little kid that was bullying her child inside the playplace. I know that they cant control what other kids do, but to do that in front of another customer was totally unprofessional. Finally, there was a mistake made with my order. When I asked them to correct it, the worker tried to negotiate with me, insisting that she made it right the first time. When I asked them to remake it, they stood there and discussed her (me) as if I was not even standing there. They probably couldnt get my order right because they were more focused on play fighting and telling jokes about customers than making orders. Your jobs are pretty simple. Do better! My family spends a lot of money at McDonalds because its something cheap for the kids to do on the weekends but this McDonalds will never get another dime of my money! Trust me, stay far away from this one. Its unfortunate too because their playplace is a really nice one, but definitely not worth the headache. Smh
App is a complete failure. Ordered and checked in. Waited 10 min. Everyone in the drive thru ordered and got their food ahead of me. Order was wrong twice and then the employee brought my fries out in the container. No gloves, no bag, just straight outside in the paper fry container. Total and complete waste of time.
I dont rate businesses 1-star but this McDonalds really just sets the bar low for SLOW service, Its so slow that Im currently writing this review as I wait in line with 5 other cars waiting their order and 4 ready to order. Have been waiting for approximately 30 minutes for 4 McChickens and 2 drinks smh. Never coming to this McDonalds again.
This location is always horrible & snail pace slow every night. Horrible service, could barely understand worker over speaker, was told an apple pie would take 13 minutes but waited in line over 20 before just pulling out & leaving. While waiting in line in drive-thru, watched a drug deal go down in the parking lot w/ a male employee at a car parked on the side. Hadnt been here in a long time due to bad service & food...nothing has changed, actually its way worse. Who is running this craphole?!
Havent been to McDonalds in over 10 years, today reminds me why. Went in for lunch and asked the clerk what was included on the quarter pounder, he had to look it up. Received my order and the hamburger was just above room temperature and very salty. My diet coke was some cherry flavored concoction that was gross. Will probably be another 10 years before I visit another McDonalds.
Service was extremely slow, I waited 30 minutes for a McChicken and medium fries, there was only 2 cars in front of us. I was there around 10:30pm. The back door was also open, these welcomes unwanted visitors and it looked very dirty in the back... food was not good either.
Had a long day and was really hungry. Went to the closest McDonalds at S. Hairston. Rd. & Redan Rd. Dont waste your money there, its the worst of the worst! They were closed and probably for the best. Yes I drove way out of my way to go to the Covington Hwy & Memorial Dr. McDonalds and once again they came through with flying colors, a fresh sandwich, frys and a Hot Fudge Sundae.
Well to start the drive thru parking lot is full of potholes the girl at the window of the drive thru had a really bad attitude because i ask for ketchup this particular place has the worst customer services still had to wait 10m for my food to come out but the worst part was that because i was rushing to get to work i did not check my bag and as expected i got the wrong meal. I eat here all the time since its usually the only thing open besides waho and ihop. That being said, I ordered the number 1 meal(big mac meal/not fancy at all) and was less than pleased. I drove home after ordering my food only to find out when I got home they completely discombobulated up my order. The big mac is supposed to come with a bun in the middle. None was found. I drove 30 minutes back to this location for a refund and one of the employees looked at me as if I were a retard. She said, Boy you dun already ate everythang!. I told them they messed up my order by mismanaging their signature meal(the big mac meal) and I quickly told them I wanted a refund. One of the employees said he could make another one, but if he could make another one the right way why didnt he just do it the first time? The guy telling me this was not the cook fixing the burgers so I ignored him. The manager did not warrant a full refund even though I brought the food back with the receipt in-hand. She said, I got dis. and only refunded the burger and not the whole meal. Honestly customer satisfaction should be first priority but these monkeys were laughing and in all honesty, looking down on me. This location is a bad place to eat when you go during the night-shift(when all the monkeys are working). I will NOT be eating here again under any circumstance. I would rather starve.
Very disappointed in this location. They advertise online and at their physical location that they have 24 hour drive thru service but that is not at all the case. The drive thru was closed at 2:40AM when all the signs at this location say open and 24hrs all around the building. There were 2 employees inside one man in the back at the drive thru telling me McDonalds was closed and one female at the cash register inside that I was able to see. I pass this location every night at the same time and its always open and for the first time when I actually crave and want to eat here its closed. Very bad management and marketing false advertisement. I the customer and Im sure all the other customers that were there that were being told We are closed while passing the drive thru felt like something was wrong and confused as to why even Google says this place is open 24hrs and its obviously closed. So in writing this Im hoping the owner sees this so she/he is aware of their store being closed and losing profit without notice and/or without their consent to close all operations.
I went to the McDonalds on Lawrenceville Hwy by KROGER... each Time I have gone. I asked for Sausage Mcgriddle. I was told we dont have that at this location. I ask are you sure because I have gotten it multiple times at this location. I proceeded to ask for a Sausage egg mcmuffin. The person working the Window yells at me to hurry up.. She had a bad attitude. I dont write reviews but they have lost me as a longtime customer. I am highly dissatisfied and hope someone with McDonalds read this review. I always get same thing but they give me wrong order each time.

I just had to go check out those two for $5 fish fillet sandwiches. They are not quite as good as they used to be and a bit sloppily put together. The bun was a bit dry and there was only a small amount up tartar sauce. All in all I would say they were just mediocre.
Worst McDonalds out of all of them. Just too many issues to list. From dirty dangerous playplace that is always in disrepair to taking payment then outtright refusing to fill the order. So now Im sitting at an appointment with a hungry 6 yo and cant cancel it or I will end up with a no show fee.Im so tired of calling corporate about this location and never seeing any change.
It took an half an hour for the food to get ready. They did not bother to let us know and are chatting with their friends from the outside. When we get there they wanted to give us the cold food and we asked for a refund. The lady literally cursed us! They are a bunch of Gettos and avoid at any cost.

Worst experience ever... First I was little leery going to the drive through because 2 guys was standing near drive through. One guy had short deeds or twist and was dancing and jumping in the air. As I got close it looked like they guys work there. I then pass them and drove to tole dress thru. The young lady said can I take your order I replied just a minute about 30 seconds later I asked for a #8, and received no reply. I then said hello and still no reply. After the 3rd hello the young lady said are you screaming hello when you just told me to give you a minute ... Wth I replied yes I just ordered did you get it and she said Im waiting for you to order with much attitude. I then drove away... That was my 1st and last time at that location. Absolutely no customer service skills. Just terrible.
There was a hair on my fries the cashier was very slow to take my order, the manager was the only one who looked like they were in a rush. Workers moved at a very slow pace, took a while to get my order inside on a slow day. When asked if they had started my order a few minutes into waiting they said they havent. I like McDonald but this was a poor experience
Worts mac donald i have ever been .I bought 3 combos they only gave me 3 packs of ketchup oh! an napkins they only give you 2 what ever they aint spending in supply to keep customers happy they spending it in employees that are just goofing around in the back.i hope never have to go back to this mac donald even though they have a lot of employees it takes them a long time to give the food .
I just came through the drive-thru and ordered a SEC McGriddle meal with a small caramel frappe. I get to the window and the cashier says $10.79 I looked and said there’s no way possible... then she stated that the McGriddle was 5 which doesn’t even sound right but what ever. Been in line for 20 minutes and cant leave because of the curb. Now person at the intercom says, come to the last window to place your order. There are 4 cars ahead of me placing orders at the last window and waiting there until they get their food. Now its been 25 minutes and 2 more cars ahead of me. Will be contacting corporate. Ok, so after I wrote that, i got to the window and ordered a mcdouble and a sausage biscuit. Paid. Waited another 3-4 minutes just to be told to pull ahead. Now its been over 30 minutes. I waited at least 5 minutes more in this spot before i put my car in park and walked in for a refund. I said i would like a refund. They said your biscuit is coming right up. Again, i would like a refund please. Then i asked for the manager. It seemed to be her, but she didnt have a name tag on so i am not sure. I told her that i was waiting in line for over 30 minutes. Her response, really? As is i was lying to her. I had to wait to get a refund because they were ringing all the orders, inside and out, through 1 register. Then i heard one of the managers say, i told you not to take them off of the drive thru. Dont know what that means. I wish there was a way to post a picture of both my sales receipt and refund receipt to this review so you all could see that from the time i ordered to the time i got a refund was 13 minutes. Making my total time around 45 minutes. Absolutely incompetent. No apology, nothing.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could!! The inside was closed so my 7 month pregnant daughter goes through the drive thru- she orders a quarter pounder with cheese with NO onions( she’s allergic) she gets one with EXTRA onions, so no she can’t pick them off she can’t eat it! So she goes around again and they try to get her to buy a new one!!! After they finally gave her a new one, it was a dam Big Mac with onions on it!!! I get that mistakes can be made , but this was pure laziness and incompetence!! And it’s not the first time! It’s like they are punishing her for forcing them to actually work and do their job!! I ordered 2 boxes to f chicken McNuggets 20 pcs each and 3 large French fríes. When I got home my chicken McNuggets where missing. I call them but after 20 minutes of been calling a guy answered the phone just to hung out. I need my money back. Worse place. I will call corporate and let them know.
Only putting the 1 star bc I wanted to write a review. Terrible service every time I go they get something wrong. Usually just order a coffee and some chicken nuggets for my daughter but it takes forever for them to have it ready and usually give me the wrong order. They really have to change management here.
This evening, as has been the case for many in the last few months, we go to the location on Lawrenceville Hwy, Lilburn, GA. The order is the same: 3 plain cheeseburgers. Most typically there is a very pleasant person at the drive-through window. She is sitting... smiling... welcoming. For all the grief Micky-D gets, there is no doubt that the training... and the eagerness-to-please by of the vast majority of their employees... is equal to Fresh Hot Fries, Cold Coke and Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Most of you know that I mean. Great location. ****** Thats 6 Stars!
Manager very rude. Employee got my order wrong took my money put it in the register and walked away without giving my change. I pulled up to the next window with a disgruntled manager arguing with me about what I ordered I simply told her that I ordered what I ordered and the employee got it wrong and took my money and put it in her register after I told her it was wrong. Also I havent gotten my change back. I dont recommend going to this McDonalds very poor service
The worse service ever, they take forever to cook your food, unfriendly, rude, they want to close the dining room earlier than expected, I dont know which is worse the drive thru or dining room. Restaurant is always dirty. They need a new manager ASAP. Giving one star because theres no option for 0.
The absolute worst customer service in town. This place is a joke, and not to mention the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life, no joke. First, I will never spend another dollar at any McDonald food chain. Secondly, the management is beyond unprofessional. Remember the people you hire is a representation of your company. I understand this maybe a franchisee location still its a reflection of the entire chain.So, I decide to have a cheat day and buy me a large cold ice sweet tea. The young lady with the RiRi hair style proceed to hand me my drink. When I notice a Honey I shrunk the Kids ANT hanging from my cup for dear life. So, I politely ask for my money back. I dont need to go into details but the reaction from the management was unbelievable. Plus someone even had the audacity to ask WHY.Then comes the color contact wearing manager. Im looking like were about to have some type of dialogue,but I was wrong. She yelled to one of her employees give me $1.06 and she handed me my money. No apology from anyone. This place doesnt even deserve the one star that Im forced to give. Several times have I had several items missing, messing up entire orders, extremely long lines ( with only one person taking orders with a line out the door), extremely long wait times for food ( worst case being 30 minutes from the start my order and them being very angrily reminded that I still hadnt received my order with it still being wrong), and terrible customer service and management. This all comming from someone who used to work at a McDonalds, this place is the worst one Ive ever seen. There is no reason why this should be happening.
This location is absolutley awful. The worst service I have ever encountered in any industry. It has a prime location so the owner must not feel like service is important. I work a block away and go several times a week it is the only close McDonalds. The service has always been bad and getting worse.The staff is Ghetto fab and they speak to each other like thugs on the street. Why the unprofessionalism? Why does the owner put up with that? I know they are tearing it down to rebuild a new one...I just hope they rebuild the staff.
The order taker not only did nit speak English as her first language, she spoke fast and too close to the Mike. We had to make our order three times. The person at the pay window didnt want to honor the online coupon and then the order was wrong. McDonalds did it again, or should I say, still?

HANDS DOWN THE WORST MCDONALDS IN GWINNETT COUNTY!!! I lived here all my life and this is by far the worst one, parking lot filled with potholes that will knock your check engine light on if you hit it, takes 30+ mins to get even a cookie if you go through the drive thru and there suppose to be a 24 hr inside dinning location and most nights there doors are locked. 2022-05-15The girl at the window did not say anything when we pulled up to get our food-even after I greeted her. She just looked at me rudely and handed me the drinks with an attitude. She handed me the food with the same attitude. So, I took my time checking to verify that we had everything that we ordered. I told her “you should greet people when they pull up, it’s polite” in a polite tone. She rolled her eyes and still said nothing. I tried to call the store to speak to the manager but no answer. Customer service is lacking majorly. Also, the double-cheeseburgers were overloaded with ketchup & mustard at a ridiculous level. I will save my money next time.

2022-03-13I have had multiple AWFUL experiences at this location. Twice, I waited 20 minutes for my food at curbside pickup before going inside and waiting an additional 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Then had to wait for my food to be made because they bump the order before it is made or delivered. If I had been less patient or been in a hurry, I would have been charged multiple times for food that I never got. Consistently horrible service at this location.

2022-06-21Just left the drive through the whole staff is incompetent including the “manager” everybody is more concerned with proving a point these days than providing customer service to paying customers. I need to leave the drive through and come inside because the staff can’t do a simple job and take an order properly? Instead of an apology I get asked did she not read the order back? No she didn’t read the order back. Regardless of that, something was left off my order. If I wanted to come in that’s what I would’ve done in the first place. Kids in fast food and this is the result. No service just a point to prove. Also ended up having to go back inside anyway because I didn’t get everything. 👎🏾

2022-07-02Not my favorite McDonalds. This location is okay, but definitelynot my go to when I want McDonalds. Only if I happen to be in the area starving with short time to grab anything else. My reasons: This location is usually busy with a long line. The food is way over priced compared to other McDonalds locations in greater Atlanta/Metro Atlanta and yet the food is always poorly prepared or not so great. One time they gave me a quarter pounder with cheese with so much ketchup it was alarming. Another time they gave me the worst dry fries ever. Even after I asked for another order of fries as a replacement, they were still super dry and just awful. I assumed it was a bad batch that time as the last time I visited in June the fries were fine. But the chicken nuggets were instead this time super dry and they forgot to give me sauce. They even charged me for the wrong order. The only reason I didnt get upset about it is because the order I paid for was $0.25 less than what my order wouldve cost. Friendly/Polite employees though.

2022-08-08The girl at the drive thru window that wears the nighttime bonnet to work doesnt speak. At all. Even when asked a question just stares at you. She can speak because I heard her talking to other employees but customers..shes not going to speak. I understand they are probably short staffed but she needs to stay home with her attitude problem and bonnet. The food was fine.

2022-07-20The McDonalds on Five Forks is way better. This one is terrible. First they got my order wrong and charged me wrong, then when I politely pointed it out, simply looking for a correction I got a “no you’re wrong” over and over as I tried to explain I wanted the sandwich NOT the meal. Which I explicitly stated in my order when asked. I patiently attempted to explain this and show my receipt over and over and was extremely gracious with them. I just wanted it corrected. That apparently didn’t even warrant an apology.Finally they apparently understood what I was saying. They gave me a refund for the difference but the drive through girl wouldn’t even look at me and the manager couldn’t muster up a simple “sorry for the misunderstanding”. Mistakes happen but at least apologize and correct it.

2022-06-14Ok it’s hot and your ice cream machine has been down for almost 3-4 months. Not just yours have stopped by two other McDonald’s and theirs was down as well. If you don’t plan on selling ice cream take it off your menus. And just left only came for a sundae.

2022-07-19I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn’t spicy, it was drenched in mayo! And super soggy! This hasn’t been the first time either… not a good McDonald’s… find another one
