Super slow service. The workers were more concerned with gossip than clearing out the long line of customers inside and in drive thru
Well. I’m almost speechless. Apparently, myself and three other customers came during play time for the employees. Don’t pay at kiosk. You will be disappointed with your bonding time waiting for your food on the wall of shame. Nice to see employees feel they have all the time in the world to play and have fun.
Every time this comes up for review I have to remind myself that this is the only McDonalds that I do it to Intown okay I realize youre going to McDonalds in a small town but this one has the better service and its part of a gas station so I dont get it but this is where I go the line gets backed up sometimes but its also funny 4 hours a day so everybody knows that truly great place to stop when youre traveling easier to park a motorhome or a tractor trailer good options
Took 23 minutes to get food. Food was cold. Dining room was messy. Should’ve known better.
French fries were hot but had no salt nuggets were just cold no other way to put it at least the dogs didnt mind

Food came out hot n fresh,customer service was impeccable.
Had a good experience there. It was about 3am, and was driving home from out of state. Google maps showed me that it was open 24 hours. Once I got there, it was, and I was able to place the order and they had me wait for a few minutes so they could get the order together. They made it fresh so I was able to have hot food for the drive home. No complaints. Good service.

Me and my kids were on a road trip, and we stopped her for the kids to eat. I asked for apple slices and they gave us an apple juice. As usual, the chicken sandwiches were super sloppy and the veggies were centimeters from falling out of the center. However, the fries were hot, fresh, and crispy. They didnt forget the sauce for my sons chicken nuggets, which he was really happy about.
They are so understaffed and overwhelmed that theyve rarely gotten my orders right. But when i request theyre always super nice and fix it right away. The service is always kind and they clearly care but its clear to me that management/corporate doesnt care at all or theyd be offering higher wages and treating staff better to lower their turnover rate. Its a grueling job and 11$ an hour isnt nearly enough and the low wages really show.
Stopped here hoping for a quick meal. They have lack of manpower. We were directed to the kiosk instead of someone taking our order. We waited 12 minutes for our food. Asked for sweet tea and was given a cup with no sweet tea. Then went to sit down to fund nearly every place to sit down was downright dirty. The floor was disgusting. See photos.

My wifes chicken sandwich was pretty good and tender, my fish sandwich had a good taste, fries were hot and just a little bit salty for us, we dont do much sodium, over all service with the staff was quick and professional.

They always have fresh french fries anybody that eats McDonald’s nose fries they are old I mean being cooked for more than 10 minutes aren’t very good. I highly recommend this place their food is as fresh as you can get at McDonald’s
I used the app tonight to do a table order. I put in my table # and waited... and waited... and waited... finally left after 30 minutes. They didnt even call my order # if they had stupidly ignored what I wanted. I sent a message to corporate demanding a refund, since their staff did nothing. I spent it, but got nothing for it.

Its McDonalds. Service varies from location to location. I ordered a hot mocha to be greeted with a frappe then to be told I couldnt get a hot one. I sat in line 12 minutes to NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED. Folks call it back to them and make them repeat it to you....

We stopped here today at lunchtime while passing thru Waycross. The young lady at the register was running her butt off and was doing the work of about 3 people. She kept her cool and did the best job possible! McDonald’s is lucky to have this employee!

Clean place but the customer service was not very good, Ordered a specific type of sandwich. Was on the ticket of the type and preparation of the meal. When I returned home 23 miles from the restaurant, it was cold, rubbery, and NOT what was ordered. I ended up having to throw it in the garbage.
Horrible service here. I went in the drive thru and placed an ordered for 3 people. The girl clearly didnt listen and only got two of my orders . My mom even went to the manager and the manager was very rude to her and made her pay for her meal because it wasnt on our ticket that we placed the order. We will not ever come back to this location in Waycross Ga!!!

Our experience has been excellent. Even when there is a long line, they expedite and the line moves quickly. BUT its not just how quickly they get food out, its hot and fresh! Two thumbs up 👍👍
You would think with it having 2 drive - thrus and 10 people working it wouldnt take 45 mins to get through!! This is the slowest fast food place i have ever had to deal with! As far at the customer service...these people act like they dont even want to be there! They should be happy they have a job! Guess good service and decent time frames are a thing of the past!!

We went to the pickup Lane because we thought it may be faster. We have watched countless cars pass through the drive through. It took 15 minutes. Just go through the drive through.. No matter how long it looks.

We had been out of town and heading for home, we stopped at McDonalds/Flash Foods in Waycross. I decided to indulge myself with a Big Mac combo. Sad to say but mine was dry and my fries were luke warm. McDonalds are known for their excellent! We must have picked a bad day to eat there.
Explain to me why you cant complete an order. No double quarter pounder with cheese. Such a basic job and still cant get it right. McDonalds hires incompetent people. Done with.
Went to drive thru last night in unmarked police car. Ordered quarter pounder under the special of getting a second one for $1. The lady rung it up and 5.73 was displayed on screen. I then pull around to window. I was wearing my normal duty uniform. I had 5.73 in my hand. A second lady walks over and speaks briefly to the female before she opens the window. Upon opening the window, she told me my total was over $9. I told her she said 5.73 at the box. The lady stated “that’s before taxes”. I took my money back and left. I will never go back

Staffing at night is awful. Ice cream machine is always down in the afternoon, seems like a problem with summer coming. Mobile pickups take an eternity and make sure you check your bags! (Dashers especially!)
Worst service EVER! Took them ten minutes to acknowledge me at the speaker. Then 25 minutes to get the food after being asked twice what my order was. I never recieved my drink. Meanwhile someone got rear ended in line behind me which turned into a all out screaming match. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
It was a hot mess, The staff was arguing in the kitchen, All of us customers said there and listened to them arguing. The sandwich tasted old. This was far more of the worst encounter of McDonalds that I have ever experienced. But this does not speak for all locations of McDonalds. Just this one ,That I would never go back to. Couldnt find a place to eat so we stopped by to see if we could eat there without waiting 2 hrs to be seated.The red shrimp fried was good .husband got potato soup it was also good so all and all a good place to eat
When you get there you are automatically intimidated by the drive-thru line, so you go in and the front cashier is only doing the drinks no matter how slow they are and how much business they have. But Im only speaking about the night cashier. They get my order wrong, actually they give me spicy chicken sandwiches when I asked for regular McChicken and it tastes nasty, they never work as a team the one time I did get a burger it was old and had a random piece of meat attached to it. However Im a McFlurry fanatic and that machine stays up till 12. Also there is one or two workers there that actually try their hardest and it shows. One of the night workers name Robert and one of the day workers whom I dont have a name for.

Probably the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever visited. The staff was super friendly but 11 minutes for a sausage mcmuffin at 6:00am at a 24 hour McDonalds is kind of a long time. Since there were 3 other employees cleaning, the place was spotless, trust me, I had plenty of time to inspect.

The service was finally fast, buy kids happy meals had literally 6 fries and instead of apple slices, they were given the diced cinnamon apples that are for sprinkling on oatmeal.
Manager tried his hardest to keep things moving, took care of anything personally up front. Employees whining though about why they didnt show up for 2 hours, or at all the day before, backed the kitchen up about 15 minutes. Hope they resolve the issue, food was unusually fresh, one of the better locations of the chain

Went through drive-thru the other day and ordered 2 quarter pounders, 1 Bigmac and 3 small fries. When I got to the window and got my order I quickly checked the bag and noticed the Bigmac wasnt in the bag, so I showed the receipt and kindly said its missing the Bigmac. The young lady looked at my receipt and huffed an attitude when she turned around to grab the Bigmac like it was an inconvenience for her. Sorry I paid for it so I want it, the drive-thru wasnt even busy so there was no reason for that attitude. Now I will admit this McDonalds is usually really good with fast service and friendly staff (most of the time) I do go to this location a lot because its the closest most convenient to me. However this was the first in awhile that I had an issue like this. Who knows maybe the young lady was having a bad day (Lord knows Ive had them as well) still thats not an excuse to huff attitude at a customer especially when I was kind about it. On another note did McDonalds change their sweet tea? It tastes nasty now like theres zero sugar and a watered down sour taste..
Too much attention on the drive thru, not enough on the dining room....even with social distancing a dozen plus people waiting for take out orders???...NOT even during a lunch rush. This is not the first time either. Need to work on service....
Slow, I know there isnt allot of drive thru services open late. But why not how someone with more training. The lines are so long. And usually the order is wrong and then another 15 minutes or longer to figure out if u ordered fries or not

I Went The Memorial Drive Location In Waycross Ga On Today, I Ordered A Double Fish Filet With Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, and Add Pickle. Not Only Did I Not Receive My Lettuce Nor Tomato or Pickle. But Its Very Colded. I Called Inside The Restaurant To Speak With a Manager. She Told Me To Come Today And They Will Fix The Problem As Long As I Have My Receipt.I Did That, My Sandwich Was Still Wrong. I Waited A Few Hours Later To Go On The 3rd Time and The Problem Was Still Not Corrected. The Young That Was At The Window Taking My Order Was Rushing Thru My Order And Didnt Get My Order Right From The Start. Ive Had Several Problems With This Location From Past Experiences Til Today.Same Problem. I ❤ McDonalds But Its No Excuse For Not Getting The Right Service and Food Correctly... Customer Service Needs To Do Better.

I have always like McDonalds but this location, the double quarter pounder was so greasy, i had to hold it over the table so my clothes would not drenched in fat grease. Fries were great and hot. The staff, not friendly, to busy running around and into the flash foods next to it. They did not bring our cups to us, we mobile ordered and when we asked about it, had been waiting 20 min, the person next to us they wanted to help but they were waiting for food too. Cashier got snotty. 2 stars is a bit much of a rating, its for the fries.
As far as a McDonalds goes... It was quick, the order was correct, and the food tasted as good. Given the location and how busy it is, I think the staff do an excellent job at serving the customers!I used the drive through and the only area of concern was the office from the drive through itself. I think they need to power wash the driveway.
Ever since new owners took over it has gone downhill..service is terrible..had 1 car in front of me and left after no movement in 20 min. Tonight I sat at speaker for 10 min and Noone took order so left again. Will never go back
Food was great. Customer service wait time is not good. They had one register open with a line of customers. You may pre order using the kiosk machine. But I dont quite like it. I prefer talking with the cashier and getting feedback. This McDonalds has plenty of customers and a 2nd cashier is definitely needed. They were so busy with orders from the front counter and drive through that the tea and napkin containers were empty. If youre pressed for time, you may want to stop somewhere else.

Both store in Waycross, Ga are very slow and disrespectful, also use ugly languages. They stand up in group talking instead of seeing to the customer. No one want to go there anymore.

I went here Saturday night for four mcchickens.. I got three regular mcchickens which was dry and one hot and spicy mcchicken.. I went back and asked for the mcchickens fresh and I ended up puking all night. I had to go to the hospital twice yesterday because of this. I was running a 104 fever and slept all day pretty much was passing out.
Slow service. My wife went they the drive thru to save time. A simple order of 7 McDoubles. They had her park and they brought the food out 26 minutes later after she called them at the 20 minute mark to ask where the order was. They’ve been consistent with lousy and slow service every time we have been there. It’s the closest thing to us, but it’s still faster to drive across town to get fast food. I highly recommend somewhere else, they have had slow service every time I have been since they opened.

I ordered on kiosh, but it got my order wrong. The only person that acknowledged me was the manager. Everyone else didnt speak to me or ask me what I was waiting on, but the manager that was working in the line with the cooks. He apologized after I waited for my mishaps in their store. This is literally the quickest McDonalds drive thru that I have gone through. You see the lanes and you are a little confused as to how they are able to move quickly but, they do & they prefer you to have your payment method ready when you get to the window and I think that helps them with excellent customer service!

Got 2 orders of chicken mcnuggets using the drive-thru. Very nice cashier informed me to next time request the 2 for $5. deal on the nuggets so I would save money. She had gone ahead & given me the deal. I was surprised to see the savings was $2.! The nuggets were okay; nothing to jump up & down about, but edible. Had they been really yummy, I would have given 5 stars. McDonalds accepts credit & debit cards, which I find to be very handy as I dont normally carry cash. This McDonalds is connected to a large Flash Foods convenience store which also sells gas. Good combination for those who are traveling, including truckers - they have a spacious separate area for big trucks in the back & have diesel fuel. The manager of the Flash Foods is my friend, Carl. If you go there, tell him Michele Walker said howdy.

Reason for 2 stars: Delays and rudeness.I was on my way home from work last night, around 11pm. I originally went to the drive-thru, the line was quite long, about 8 cars. None of which were moving. I made it to the order speaker, which I was told after about 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker already One moment. I sat there about ten more minutes, saying Hello? Is anyone there? With no response. I decided to cut out of line and go inside instead.I found no line inside, no one seemed rushed at all. So I went to the kiosk and ordered a double cheeseburger, fries, a drink, and an apple pie. I took my receipt and sat down. Another thirty minutes passes by before I ask if they have my order. To which I was told We accidentally sent it out the drive-thru.. itll be a few minutes.At this point, it has become midnight, and I have to be up in the early AM to go back to work. I ask if I can cancel my order and receive my money back. They tell me it is almost done, and that this is not necessary.About 12:04am I finally receive my order. No apology, no excuse, just a silent clerk handing me my order. I go outside and notice the drive-thru is now empty. It would appear they decided to service the entire drive thru before serving me.I get home, and get ready to eat. Only to find the french fries arent there, my burger is a sloppy mess, and my apple pie is cold and hard.This was a quite displeasing visit. I do not believe I will return to this Mcdonalds. Instead, I will use the one by the mall.I have not returned to Burger King in over 2 years because of the same issues.

The service was ok, the women forgot my cup (everyone forgets) the ice machine was messed up so you had to ask for ice from the employees. The bacon egg and cheese bagel was satisfactory.
I have gone twice in the past two days and both times I sat in the drive-through for about 30 minutes after ordering before receiving service the first time and the second time before I decided it was enough and left.

Absolute worse!! My team & I just literally left there. It took 30 minutes to get an order-one order. I walked back inside to see what the problem was-no one was working with some enthusiasm. It’s not the best job but please don’t have customers waiting 30 minutes for two burgers. I asked for the manager-he was sitting down the entire time & did nothing. Not even apologize for the inconvenience of waiting. Lazy & unprofessional.
It was very busy with an extra long wait...but completely understandable...They had a youth sports team there, a bus and the looks of a whole army Reserve unit to serve...I give the crew and management props for maintaining a very smooth service to all the customers in such a short time...

Got 2 cheeseburgers and a 6 piece mcnugget with BBQ sauce. Got one cheeseburger one crunchy regular burger and 5 mcnuggets and no BBQ. And they want to get paid more 🤣🤣🤣🤣

It was a very hectic place. It was understandable that an order would get confused every once in a while, when that happened the manger would take care it. He would not only replace the item in question but also offer something else also.
The McDonalds attached to the Flash has definitely gone down hill. Sweet tea tasted old and my burger was raw in the center. Wont be back anytime soon.
I waited 30 minutes for my meal. Let that sink in, 30...minutes. The dudes in front of me got a refund because it was very slow. The one gave me my food and did not even apologize for the wait.
Terrible service! Waited 20 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers without any changes in the way they come. There was plenty of staff just standing around doing nothing. It appeared the person in the kitchen area was struggling and finally someone went to his rescue. Really disappointed!

They constantly mess my order up by giving me the wrong food or leaving several pieces of my food out. And my husband called to complain about how he cant eat his pancakes without syrup and they hung up on him. Mostly rude service and awful quality of how they bag and send my food out. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Love their breakfast, and occasional burger through drive thru. Staff USUALLY friendly, but they NEVER give napkins. They will straight up lie to your face about yes napkins in bag. Big clump of onions, or either mayonnaise drips on clothes, reach for napkin & there isnt the first napkin,. COME ON MCDONALDS, I DONT THINK THEY TAKE $$ FROM YOUR CHECK IF YOU GIVE CUSTOMER COUPLE NAPKINS.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 basic mcdoubles and a chocolate shake. Then they hand me me a cup with an inch of chocolate syrup on the bottom of the cup covered with vanilla and say its how theyve been serving them all day and that its fine.
Unfortunately the young people they are hiring do NOT have good social skills, dont know how to properly keep a store stocked or clean.They are TOO busy keeping up with their school mates instead of attending to customers.

Customer service is horrible. Just set at the drive thru for 5 min with no one asking to take my order I even drove around and come back to it thinking it was an electrical problem. Not my first bad experience with this restaurant But this will be the last!

Today (12-23-2018) I went through the drive-thru and was asked by the McDonalds worker to pull up because my order was not ready. I noticed a car in front of me also pulled up to wait for their order. There was an SUV that was behind me that also pulled to the side to wait for their order. In total four vehicles/customers were waiting on their orders. So here is a question - why in the world would you even run a drive-thru if youre having to always ask your customers to pull up and wait? That defeats the entire point of a drive-thru at a fast food restaurant.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 Big Breakfasts. Asked for extra syrup/butter. Got back to hotel and had 1 syrup and 3 butters to use for 2 people. Wasted $10. Worst McDonalds ever.

This McDonalds is that a Exxon station on Corridor Z in Waycross Georgia its been a little place but service is pretty good even though they had a lot of people a lot of times gas pumps or lined up they have good gas prices restaurant was fairly busy but still about time I went to the other side where the convenience store is there and got me something to drink they had my order ready so it was a overall it was a decent place to go clean people friendly for fast food not too bad at all I just got me a triple cheeseburger I got my dog a double cheeseburger you seemed like this better not like man but its a McDonalds you know what you getting
We stopped at two locations for McDonalds 1 on one on 82 and 520 the other one on US 1 and 23 the one on US 1 and 23 was terrible nobody even came to see what we wanted at the drive-thru and two cars went through and that was it on the second speaker the one on 82 the service was quick we went through the drive-thru there and pleasant they were very helpful there at the drive-thru

Friendly location. More often quick than not. Never had a problem with the food, besides wrong orders which happen at a pretty standard rate. (No better, no worse than other places.)

This time I was not happy with them taking 30 minutes to get my food,grant you it was around 1am in the morning still no excuse, the apology i got came from the person in back who was making my sandwich so I did feel a little better there and that speciality sandwich was tasty, front staff acted like it was a morgue and they were zombies, no pep on their step.
This mcdonald’s smells horrid. the staff give you an attitude and they mess up your order. the first thing i noticed when i walked in was a freakin tarter sauce on the floor! period blood in the bathroom . disgusted..
This a easy in and out place. Located next to a busy highway but, next to an intersection that now has walk ways. Plus wi fi! Its also connected to the flash foods from the inside so you dont have to brave the heat to go next door for other meal options or supplies to take with you.

That place was crazy slow.... Took 32 minutes to get a quarter pounder with cheese and fry... Looked like they had a lot of workers.... Not sure what the problem was.

Who in their right mind would put ketchup on a chicken sandwich? By the time I discovered this was several miles down the road. Also was in the drive thru for around 15 minutes. Rude when I approached the window. Horrible experience all around.

We had a really nice experience in this McDonalds this time. The staff was friendly, the service was very good and my grandkids had a terrific time in the play area.

This facility is clean the service is friendly and fast and I absolutely love their steak egg and cheese breakfast bagel . I do not understand why you cant get that breakfast sandwich when you get further north but they dont have it so I look forward to coming down to Waycross where I know I can get one and good service.

Never the best or friendliest setvice, but food seems to be pretty consistent. Guess i eat here when im on Burger King and Zaxbys overload. Really wish they could hire a condistent staff.
Needed a quick cup of tea. It was fresh and plenty of ice just how I like it. The service was on point.

2022-03-28Went to the register to order and pay cash. Was to I had to use the Kiosk tell them no I was paying with cash and they had to open register was told to sue you as the chaos I told him no and had I left. Really needs to work on customer service attitudes. I understand there’s a pandemic and not that many people are wanting to work but do better with what you have management really needs to step it up and make these people work and act like they want to have a job.

2022-03-19Sat in line between 20 and 30 minutes just waiting to place my order. Vehicles backed blocking the driveway in and out of the Circle-K store parking lot. While myself and about 10 others wait to place an order three employees walk outside to put trash in the dumpster. One dolly of trash that could have very easily been handled by one employee. Then when I finally make it to the window to pay for the food I ordered the cashier working the window was in the middle of a video call with whom she advised was her daughter. I finally got to pay for the meal after a few minutes of waiting on her to finish her video call and had to wait another 3 minutes to have her ask me to pull forward and they will bring me my sandwiches. After another 7 minutes my sandwiches were brought out to me. THIS IS A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, it should not take over an hour. You can go inside a Longhorn steak house and eat a full meal and be back in your vehicle and done in less time.

2022-04-02Slow. No customer service. Understaffed. Focus was on drive-thru, we were walkin. Kiosks did not work properly. Dirty. No toy in the happy meals. Kids liked the nuggets, but wanted 6 piece, kiosk did not give that option.

2022-06-05Long night starving seen a show in Charleston Sc and every 24 hour McDonalds was not open. Got off and on interstate and hwy a dozen times to no reason, bread trays in drive through and this one was “our system is down we not taking orders right now”
