Im looking forward to this upcoming season Mr Blank, Terry, and Arthur are making the type of changes that makes we want to see the games in person this year. I believe this season is the one you have to come to the stadium and be apart of in person so you can feel the energy and be apart of history!!! We are on our way to greatness!!!!
Visited here for the weeknd concert this August. The stadium was more than I expected, First off it is the largest stadium I have visited for a concert. It was well organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the vendors had great food options available that were not overly priced, they have multiple hand sanitizer stations available throughout he areas ,and there bathrooms were clean with is always a plus, I had a very positive experience here and would definitely go back again.
My seat was in the club seating, which was definitely worth the price to sit there. The views were amazing, you could feel the cool air from the AC on you at your seat, the bathrooms are very clean, and staff was very helpful and friendly. They even waved goodbye to us when we were exiting the concert.
I finally got to enjoy one of Atlantas gems!. Falcon statue is impressive. I had club level tickets which made for an amazing experience. Clubs are at field level and you can walk out and see players 10 feet away as well as the game action. Definitely top notch stadium.
My first time visiting the mercedez stadium and it was great! Watched one of the atlanta united games, it was fun, plenty of places to buy food and drinks inside. The staff was super friendly. Beautiful stadium and very clean. I recommend parking at the red deck because you go one flight of stairs and you are right by one of the entrance gates. Its about $37 but its covered parking.
Came for The Weeknd concert 8/11/22 beautiful venue, clean restrooms, I dont know how other events are there but there were really no food stands, all I saw was nachos, beer, and water. I got two water bottles and was surprised that they keep your bottle top, no one wants to walk around or sit with their water on the ground with 1000s of other people around them. But overall I had an awesome experience!
Long time Atlanta Falcons fan. I was Im Gainesville Georgia for a golf tournament and had to stop by on the way back to Houston where I live. Took me 5 years but I finally made it and it was worth the wait. Would like to give a special thanks to members of the Mercedes Benz staff . They were very kind and helpful showing me around their house. Especially Miss Delphine who I included in my pictures.
Saw Kenny Chesney on 5/21/22. He puts on a great show along with the other performers. The stadium is fine, but its so big the sound is not as clear as a smaller venue. Plenty of food and drinks at reasonable prices. They opened the dome during the show. That was pretty neat.
Overall I had a great experience here but getting to the stadium was a nightmare. Parking was very difficult to secure and we arrived over an hour before the game. In addition to that the price was outrageous I expected a lot more order than I experienced when it came to trying to find a place to park but if we go again well probably just take the train because itll be much less of a headache. The tickets were a decent price, and I love the fact that the prices for the food, beverages and snacks were very reasonable. My expectation was that I would pay a lot more than I actually did, which was a plus. I will say one thing they could improve on would be to make sure that they arent out of so many things Like if youre offering six different beverage choices but you only have two available thats not good. Maybe this is circumstantial given how things are at this time but that was pretty much my only complaint about the food. As far as the experience during the game the only thing that I didnt like was when they did the drop from the ceiling our entire section was excluded. And it wasnt just like a few people it was like a whole portion of that side of the stadium. I think if theyre going to do things like that they should make sure everyone can somehow benefit from the event even if its random people within that section You shouldnt just skip the entire section hundreds of seats. Overall though I had a great time and I definitely be back.
Such a fantastic stadium! Huge variety in food options, and everything we tried was delicious. I also loved the free refills on soda! The jumbo-tron screen is incredibly cool. It is high enough that it doesnt distract from the field and it is a circle so it is visible from the entire stadium. This is a great venue to see a sports game or any other event! Must see spot in Atlanta!
The facility is amazing and definitely is a great place too watch a game. The food is good quality at family friendly pricing. No knock on the stadium, but the parking areas are sketch unless you shell out a large amount to be close. We were in a secured lot and still returned to a smashed out front window. It didnt take away from the facility, but so your research before parking
Even a couple years after it was built this stadium is a masterclass on how to do sports. With its huge capacity, beautiful views of the city and a great view of the field from almost anywhere, atl does it correct. Food prices are very reasonable compared to other stadiums and the variety and Availability of beer it top tier
What a fantastic venue! There are really no “bad” seats in the stadium; to be honest, some of the best angles to watch a football game are not in the most expensive, close-to-field seats. I sat in upper deck, corner, and had clear views of the game. I was there for Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. It’s great there being a huge circular screen to either watch the game from TV view, or take in a huge play via replay.I took MARTA to the stadium, highly recommend because traffic even a half mile from stadium is a parking lot. Vine City Station on green line is the closest. When leaving stadium, quickest way out and to MARTA is exiting through The Home Depot Backyard. Luckily there are clear signage to guide you.Concessions are very reasonable priced for a stadium. Basic burgers and hotdogs $5; bottled water only $2. There are pricier options but still good prices. I bought a chicken sandwich (not CFA) and for $9 it was really good. There are standing tables throughout each level concourse for eating food.
BEAUTIFUL PLACE VERY NICE AREA, SOUND SYSTEM WAS GREAT, JUMBOTRON WORKED AND LOOKED WELL, THE SECURITY GUARDS WERE EXEMPLARY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY IS DEFINITELY ON POINT, BATHROOM WAS LOCATED RIGHT NEAR THE ENTRANCE, THE CROWD ON THE WAY OUT WAS A HASSLE BUT THAT WAS TO BE EXPECTED,JUST MAKE SURE IF YOU ARE NOT USING THE PARKING LOT ON LOCATION OR YOU ARE JUST WAITING FOR PICKUP LET THEM KNOW WHICH SIDE OF THE STADIUM YOU ARE ON , AND REMEMBER YOUR PARKING ZONE, RED OR ORANGE, TRAFFIC AFTER EVENTS ARE ENORMOUS...
One of the best stadiums we’ve been to. Me and my wife had an amazing time at the Coldplay concert it was a really hot day but the ac was great even with the roof open. Also the food was good and it won’t cost you an arm or a leg everything is really cheap as for as stadium’s food goes. This is our 3rd time here and it never disappoints!
Went for the Chick-fil-A bowl! Beautiful facility! The security/ticket area was smooth operating. All the employees in concession areas were fantastic! Getting food and beer was a dream compared to other football games we have encountered. The roof was open and it was a beautiful night. Leaving was easy and all the police were so helpful getting us across busy streets. Look forward to coming back
Such a beautiful stadium for fans of any football team. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for parking near the stadium. Other NFL teams need to step up their game when building a stadium. This place has it all. Great food especially. Love the view of the skyline too from our seats.
One of the best stadiums I have ever been in and there is almost not a bad seat in this arena. I enjoyed the SEC championship a few years ago and just went to a Atlanta United game this past weekend. We were in one of the suites and I think this was the best experience. All you can eat and drink. How do you beat that. Well you dont I think. Loved it and will be back again.
This experience exceeded my expectations on every level! So many food and drink options to choose from, and all at reasonable prices! The temperature was perfect and the atmosphere is fun and energetic. Lots of charging stations for devices. 5 stars and more. Dont delay this experience anymore! My family and I will definitely be back again and again.
I and the family always have a fantastic time when we come to the stadium for events. We are here for Atlanta United matches and the occasional Falcons football game. We have even picked up a few Alabama Crimson Tide games. The seating is fine for a stadium but the real sweet part are the concession prices. They cannot be beat as far as stadium prices go!
It is such a beautiful stadium. Its huge! A lot of food options. Easy to navigate around the stadium. There are elevators, escalators, and ramps available. There are a lot of restrooms. The restrooms are stocked with a lot of toilet paper and hand soap. The stadium seats in the 100 and 200 concourse were roomy enough for plus size people (3xl to 4xl). The 200 concourse seats, you could lift up the arm rest except for the seat at the end of the row. The stairs in the 200 concourse was not as high so it was easy on the knees. The stairs in the 100 concourse are higher so if you have knee pain expect some pain.
My employer set up an outing for an Atlanta United game. This stadium is so beautiful! And there are many concessions/food venues there that are NOT expensive at all. Insaw a comment in which someone was complaining about the sound system, but we had no problems. The sound was perfect and the excitement of the fans was so loud and energetic! I was all for it! Made me become an Atlanta United fan (until Calif get a futbol team lol)! The customer service there was awesome as we parked, at the ticket acceptance, and at each food concession we went to. Definitely plan on going back!
We had such an amazing time watching the SEC Championship game here! The stadium was incredible! Beautiful, clean, and safe feeling! The food was delicious and the bathrooms were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the Mercedes club room. The staff though… let’s just say common sense isn’t so common.I brought a translucent, clear purse to the game. You could clearly see all of its contents yet I was told I either had to throw it away or take it back to my vehicle. The last worry on my mind when coming into this stadium with three ~$1,500 tickets was to worry that my purse was prohibited. The worker sat there and watched me take my contents out of the SEE THROUGH purse and put them in my husband’s jacket pockets (non-transparent clothing, for the record) and daughter’s little clear purse so I wouldn’t have to Uber back to my vehicle. In retrospect, I could’ve simply folded the purse and put it into my husband’s pocket before the game, but what angers me is that this rule makes no sense! Does the stadium have a problem with translucent clear purses for some reason or are they actually concerned about the possible contents of it?! Let’s be real here…Outside of the idiocy, this overall experience was incredible, but perhaps the stadium should consider hiring competent staff or making competent rules.
Simply put, there aren’t many stadiums better than MBS. Everything about the whole experience is worth it: the wide variety of dining options, the large screen rings around the interior, the cool LED light performance and of course, the electric energy you get from attending a major game here. It is a state-of-the-art and a pride of Atlanta. They also did a really good job with the signage to ensure easy navigation around the stadium. The staff is always friendly and happy to assist you get where you want to be.The Falcons suck but I don’t have to remind you of that. Come watch Atlanta United or any other team play, it’ll be worth it.
I have been here plenty of times for multiple events. Sporting, or concerts. The way covid protocol is handled is with a machine that they make you walk past while it checks body temperatures I believe. Its pretty fast in that regard.Food and drinks are cheap which is always a plus! Also fun sculptures outside the building that are fun to take pictures with.
We had a great time here at the stadium watching Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints game. This is my first time at the stadium. We enjoyed ourselves. Maybe the NY Giants will play Atlanta Falcons here at the Mercedes Benz stadium. Sorry Falcon fans we are not Falcon fans but came to watch the game anyway but the stadium is beautiful 😍
Great place. Was ther for Ga tech football game. Great people flow. Lots of friendly staff and business owners. Great signage . Bright lighting where needed and bathrooms great. Average food . Full variety and options.and you can have food brought to your seat. Great facilities and nice staff
Really love the stadium and the fact they dont gouge the fan at the concession stands. The only area Mercedes-Benz Stadium can improve are few entrances to the facility and the massive lines that form prior to the gates opening. This has been an ongoing issue in the six Alabama games Ive attended at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Other than this issue, the stadium is a world class venue.
The Mercedes Benz Stadium is a good place to go to watch events that happen in Atlanta. You can attend sporting events and performances. It hosts games for soccer/ futbol by Atlanta United and football by Atlanta Falcons. This is a good place for families to attend events together or experiencing a fun day or night with friends.
Stadium is great! Love ❤️ it! But shame on administration! Today after Corky Kell football game was only one carousel-door opened! Everyone touch it and the huuuuuge line was moving so slow! Then, after some people shouted “open the gates!” They opened. Shame on administration and organisation of the game!
ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS STADIUM!! We visit this stadium several times a year, to watch Atlanta United play. The stadium is always clean and tidy, when its sunny and cool, they open the Stadiums dome and let the sun shine in! The staff is always super friendly and of course, there are loads of food and drinks to choose from. From Chick-fil-A to hot dogs, pizza and pop corn and just about every type of drink you could ask for, from bottled water and soft drinks to Wine, Jack Daniels, loads of different flavored Ciders and more! You can even rent a Super Suite and be treated like a VIP with All-inclusive Food and Beverage, private restroom and your very own In-suite personal attendant. There is also the MERCEDES-BENZ CLUB & DELTA SKY360 CLUB, with Acess to the On-Pitch Patio, Private Lounge Seating, Private Bars and Restrooms, Up Close Access to Player Walkout (with Delta Sky360° Club Only) the AMG LOUNGE & TRUIST CLUB, with All-Inclusive Food & Beverage, Access to the On-Pitch Patio, Private Lounge Access, Private Bars and Restrooms and Up Close Access to Player Walkout (Truist Club Only) A club dining area called HARRAHS CHEROKEE CASINO CLUBS, with All-inclusive food & beverage and lets not forget MOLLY BS, that opens 90 minutes before kick off, with buffet-style appetizers and mains, then delicious desserts for the second half. Plus, the bar stays open until 30 minutes post-match!!! Just visit the Mercedes-Benz Stadium website for more information. And of course, with weather permitting, there is always the pregame get-togethers, for fans, in front of the stadium, on the lawn, in FAN VILLAGE and down below, across the street from the stadium, where there is always music, tailgating and fun activities for everyone of every age or just hang out with fellow fans. Its GREAT fun and always a blast, each and every time we visit this Arena!!!
It was a real pleasure watching a game at this perfect stadium. The seats were very comfortable. The food was very good for a stadium not too over priced! Everyone was friendly. The vendors outside the stadium were a little creepy. It was a real treat to watch a game in a domed stadium. LOVED it
Definitely a world class stadium/arena. Transportation to and from the stadium is very easy with Marta, the food and drinking options within the stadium cover many (if not all) the bases and the field visibility is good from most of the places. On that last note, if you are seating higher within a section you may have to count on the folks in front of you to stay seated if you want to see the game (good luck). All in all definitely an experience that I recommend.
This is the nicest stadium Ive ever been in. The retractable roof is really awesome. The floor level concessions was really a nice surprise. Its got a club atmosphere almost. Lines are very short down there. If you go, try to get on the ground level or first level seats to get access. Coldplay concert was phenomenal. Im really glad I picked that stadium for the show and not an outdoor venue.
My husband and I went to Atlanta 2 weeks ago to see Metallica (yeah!) at the Mercedes Benz stadium. This was our first visit there and we were so pleasantly surprised! They have a strict clear bag policy unless your purse is a certain size or smaller. If you bring a bag larger than their specifications (as I stupidly did, forgetting the required dimensions), the event coordinators had a bag check trailer outside of the stadium where they safely store your bag and give you the option of emptying your contents into a handled clear bag if you are not comfortable leaving your belongings in the trailer with your purse. They also provide you a numbered ticket for easy bag retrieval after the concert. This process, both drop off and pick up was super fast. Wherever we bought our tickets from (don’t remember if it was Ticketmaster, but not sure) also allowed the option to add our tickets into my husband’s Apple Wallet, which made entry a total breeze. The event staff had many stations open so that all we had to do was scan our tickets from the Apple Wallet and we were through the gates in seconds. Entry to the stadium was also extremely quick and easy (which made the line to get to the stadium go relatively quick, we thought). Multiple food and drink (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) vendors were strategically placed, but expensive!! There were also mens’ and womens’ restrooms right near where we were sitting, which was very convenient. I don’t know anything about the mens’ restrooms, but the womens’ (at least at the 114/115 entry had the sweetest lady in there all night keeping the restroom clean and stocked full of toilet paper and paper towels. I was amazed! The only negative I can think of is that there were not many merchandise places to make purchases. This sucked. Also, the sound system was horrible. I don’t know if this is a product of the stadium’s design or the sound producers (I doubt this is the case because, I mean Metallica!!!!) Oh, even though the stadium was almost fully packed and the dome was closed, the stadium’s HVAC system was so good that it was even cool inside throughout the night. Best concert experience regarding the facility we have ever had.
Dont get me wrong its a wonderful stadium BUT its not really made for music concerts unless they really need to make sure sound checks are done because whomever perform there especially if your seats are basically way up there its going to sound extremely muffled & echoey to a point you cant understand whats being heard at all clearly etc. I was there when some big name acts performed & it was not really clear to even hear what was being said.Ive been to other stadiums and had not sounded as bad as this has. I also dont know if it was the setup or what but the very top screens Id figured theyd have them on to also see the performances like normal events are supposed to be etc but those monitors werent even on at all except for when anything has begun!! Overall nice stadium but not a great experience.
We did the Rolling Stones Concert and it was well received and a great time had by all ....The Zach Brown Band opened for the Stones and it was my first time seeing them, so that was a treat...They did their version of CDBs The Devil Went Down to Georgia and Queens Bohemian Rhapsody....Both were quite good
This place is excellent, and very affordable in this day of age. Every single worker, from the security agents, to the greeters, bartenders and traffic coordinators, are very professional, polite and patient. I dont come here but maybe two times per year, but the bar level of satisfaction continues to rise and exceeds expectations everytime. Whether youre on a date night, family night or with coworkers, every occasion will be pleasant, memorable, and most importantly, safe. Cheers!!
Very disorganized when first getting to the concert. We finally got in the doors and headed to our seats but was directed to go get a wristband. The line for wristband was right in the entry way. There was mass chaos. No definite line. Just lots of people trying to figure out what was going on.The concert was good. Seats were great. The physical seats on the floor are tie strapped together. That makes for sitting very squished. The Stadium is very nice. Overall we had a good time.
We attended a small event hosted at the Benz. Getting in, parking and getting out were a breeze. Buy a parking pass. It is worth it. Otherwise the venue was clean, well managed and modern. Only two comments. The chicken based fast food chain on site doesnt have value meals. Every thing is Ala cart and a little pricey. $8 for their signature sandwich is a bit much. Plus the other food vendors were not selling their family friendly priced hit dogs. Otherwise it was a great time.
Stadium is really nice, the seats are comfy. The food is reasonably priced, I really expected it to be insane for drinks and snacks. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful even though we were not fans of the falcons 😉. The fans were also very respectful, good vibes in Atlanta. Come check it out. Although Im not a Falcons fan, I gotta say the bird nest was popping, I wanted to hang with that whole section! If you are a falcons fan traveling in, you need to be in that section or near it lol. #partyspot.
The Kanye West album release was awesome. I havent been to a concert in years but I definitely felt like it was worth my while. It was the perfect venue for an amazing show. I appreciate him coming to Atlanta and giving us a piece of that. The theme was original and the message was clear. And as always we got the same old big head Kanye as he humbled himself, such a unique balance I must admit. I will definitely be going to Future shows at the Mercedes-Benz stadium. I havent been there in a while due to the pandemic and I was kind of skeptical about social distancing but mostly everyone was wearing their masks if they werent distancing, at least on the way out when the crowd got thick. The top of the stadium was open so we werent in a closed in area which was great. Big ups to Kanye West and Mercedes-Benz for a good show
Today I was in the benz for the experience..Didnt really care about falcon Practice..So I walked around..It looks like a better Georgia Dome with more restaurants and bars in it..The stadium seats are kinda small though..but overall, its a nice stadium and yall should have a good experience there.
I love the Mercedes Benz Stadium. I love the whole environment. The food is good at a reasonable prices. There are several locations if you need your phone charger. One thing that is new about the Stadium is they have a new policy on bag sizes. So, ladies if you have a big bag you wont be able to bring it in.
That place is beautiful! Parking was a lil pricey for an exhibition game but thats expected. Unless you park across the street walking can be a bit much. They enforce the purses rule. Only clear bags or you have to check in your purse with the portable lockers. Once you enter you cannot leave and get nothing from your vehicle. Make sure you enter and exit the same gate or it gets really confusing at night and you will be lost! lol
I wish I could break this down by topics. The stadium itself, is a 5, but everything else is barely a 1. We went to a concert there recently. Fifty thousand plus people and there was NOBODY directing traffic. It was a nightmare. We bought a parking pass at North Gate 1, which is right beside the stadium. There are NO signs to tell you what is what. Stopped and asked somebody that seemed to work there, he didnt even know where north gate 1 was and didnt even know what we were talking about. They had barricades on the side roads so you couldnt get back to the main road after the concert. GPS was no help because it just kept redirecting us to the road we couldnt get to! We ended up involved in a wreck that night. I spoke to a lady that lived in one of the low income houses in the neighborhood and she said its like that all the time and nobody does anything or cares because it is low income housing. Come on Mercedes-Benz, I think you can do better!!
Spent my sons final marching band experience here at the Benz! Corkey Kell event. I love this stadium. The staff is always polite! The amenities are clean! The prices are decent and affordable. Hopefully, I will be back in the future to watch the Falcons play or with my sons college band. Very nice place to didnt an outing!
The stadium itself is a beautiful piece of engineering. There isnt a bad seat in the place. There is a fair amount of decent food and drink options. I didnt love that the escalators shut down after the match, and I found there wasnt enough information/signage for parking, which would be helpful. Overall, the experience was really a 4.5 rounded to 5 stars.
This is a beautifully designed, state-of-the-art stadium. I like that it was designed to accommodate both the Falcons and Atlanta United. It is also a nice venue for concerts even if the sound could be a little better. TheDELTA SKY360 Club is very nice with easy access to food and bars.
Got my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine and it was such an amazing experience. The whole process was quick and super easy. The volunteers were super friendly and the stadium was very clean and beautiful. Top notch experience. Will try to take the kids there for a tour or a game once things with covid get better.
What an incredible venue! My first visit to the Mercedes Benz stadium was for a concert. I was impressed with the acoustics, concessions options + pricing, restrooms, and ease of entry. However, even for Atlanta, I was surprised by the challenge of getting to the actual venue in a timely manner. For the opening acts, the roof was closed and was opened before the main performance. Regardless of whether the roof was open or closed, I remained impressed with the quality of the sound. The concession stands were well stocked and well dispersed throughout the venue for easy access before + during the show. As to be expected, food + drinks were overpriced, but surprisingly, all pretty great options!I was also delightfully surprised by the state of the restrooms throughout the entire event. Big shout out to the sanitation team keeping the facilities clean + fresh all night long!! My family used different facilities throughout the event, and we were all impressed every time we entered. As for getting into the venue-Checking in is actually super easy and the lines move quickly! However, I am removing one star as I do wish there was an easier way to get to the venue. Even the artists commented what crazy hoops fans must jump through just to get to a show. Granted, were in the middle of a big city and I do understand the limitations of such. However, it is important to note traffic gets VERY backed up. Paid drivers that are familiar with the area are helpful, as traffic is heavy + wreckless at time, but even still, its quite slow moving. Next time, well make a resy nearby well before the show and walk over closer to show time. Also, a personal preference that does not affect my current review but could be helpful for others to know- I would not want to see a football game in the dome stadium. It is already so loud during concerts. Again, just a personal preference. Great venue overall!
DO THE TOUR! This stadium is so beautiful and immaculately kept. Inside, you get to see everything the stadium offers; including the locker rooms and the owners suite. It’s incredibly nice to view it without all of the hustle and bustle. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and allowed us ample time to take several pics. Oh and the artwork that is displayed is amazing. Will return. Definitely pleased.
Great venue...massive building for football, soccer, concerts etc.great views from any angle and any seat.a great place to watch the falcons, or atlanta united,or the Sec championship game.the Stadium is an indoor facility but has a retractable roof.lots of windows to let in the natural light.the corridors are wide and expansive.there are plenty of concessions at every level and the prices are very reasonable. Plenty of parking in the various parking decks and Marta is close by if you dont want to drive. The staff is very friendly and attentive.just a great place to visit.
I was here for the vaccine shot. Easy parking, and you could follow the instructions to wait in the line. Everything was operating in good order. We only waited for 20 minutes in the line before we got the shot. After the shot, you can sit in the empty stadium seating areas for 15 minutes to see if you have any abnormal reactions.
This facility is impressive. They definitely tried to make the game day experience enjoyable. I’m not a fan of the PSL approach but my family went to an Atlanta United game recently and I was SHOCKED at how affordable the concessions were. Traffic leaving games is great and you just have to time it and know what you are doing for parking/arrival. Great place for memories to be made!
Truly the most unprofessional experience I’ve encountered. None of the staff and security have any clue as to what is going on. It’s utter chaos trying to enter the stadium. Once you are eventually inside it’s 30 minute wait for food or drinks and it’s a 20 minute wait for the restroom and that’s for the men, the line at the ladies rest room looked like it was at least a 45 minute wait. This is not a stadium I would return to under any circumstances. I wish I could give it less than 1 star
I went to The Weeknd Concert (Aug 11, 2022). I had an early access pass they confiscated and wouldnt let me keep. When I asked why as I had seen other keep theirs when they went through, I was met with no answer as so why my identical pass was different.Could have been higher had they either explained why mine was different, or had let me keep it as they had let others keep theirs. Besides that the actual venue is well maintained and I enjoyed my time there. Just the staff outside not being clear about things or answering questions about it when asked.
This was my first visit to this particular stadium 🏟 and we absolutely loved it. The facility was spotless and the staff incredibly polite and hospitable. It may not have been a win for the Falcons yesterday but it was certainly a fan for my wife & I. We cant wait for another opportunity to visit the Mercedes-Benz Atlanta Stadium.
Awesome stadium. Went for a Luke combs concert. Great view of the stage from the first level. But for an NFL stadium I didnt see any Lombardi trophies when I walked in the entrance. Youd think spending all that $ on the stadium the team that played there would win. Guess no #gosteelers lol
The food is nice, the stadium is nice, but I brought a completely clear bag that they wouldn’t let me use because it had a “metallic sheen”. It was not possible to hide anything in it because it was CLEAR. Stupid rule that’s just there to inconvenience people. Clear is clear.
Update....stadium continues to deliver during Atlanta United games....great GameDay experience!Truly unbelievable Stadium experience! The large-screen ribbon makes multiple views accessible to any fan in the entire Stadium (A huge differentiator from Cowboy Stadium). Also have to come to appreciate the quality of food and beverage options available (and the value available to consumers).
The address is parking right access the street the closest one. 20.00. Well worth it. Beautiful place. Jehovahs witnesses there weekend of the 17th-19th. Beautiful and friendly people we are. So many different countries we are hosting this year. The International Convention. Its also happening in 25 other countries. Jehovah is good to those who serve him wholeheartedly.// 2022 Grayson High v/s Marietta. Grayson did what they do. Go#99
Amazing stadium, havent been to a Falcons game yet but have been to many Atlanta United games. The facility is amazing and fixes many of the issues with older stadiums. There is easy entry with nextgen security scanners, plenty of bathrooms, and inexpensive food. My go to are hotdogs for $1.50.
As an Atlanta United season ticket holder, I have been coming to this stadium since it first opened. We have set multiple attendance records at these games with over 72,000 people in the stadium at a time. It is always well organized, the people who work there are ALWAYS friendly, food options are diverse and full of local favorites, drink options are good, club level and on field patio are incredibly unique experiences. The only downfall are the acoustics but they seem to have found a way to manage them after a couple of rough first concerts. Saw Beyonce and JayZ here with no issues at all.

2021-12-27This has to be one of the most beautiful stadiums I have ever been in. Everything is so nicely done and accented. The food choices are incredible and the prices are equally impressive. I got a burnt ends with Nachos for $9and I couldnt even eat it all. The alcohol and beer prices were also modest and reasonable. I cant wait to make it back for more games and great food!

2022-07-04Had an amazing time! This place is awesome. Security was doing there job. A lot of walking as this place is the size of probably 3 football fields. You can see whats happening on the stage. There was a 360 panoramic screen as well as single individual screen. The whole production was a phenomenal experience and cant wait until the next convention.

2022-04-18Coolest stadium I’ve ever been to. The art installments are amazing, and there’s a lot of them. The circular screen in the middle of the dome is incredible. There are also lots and lots of drink and food options throughout the stadium. Easily accessible on public transportation.

2022-01-03Clean, easy to get around, food and drinks were reasonably priced. All employees were friendly and helpful. Acoustics are awful. Too loud and impossible to understand. Parking is awful. Many separate small lots and way over priced. Should have built a parking deck like the Aquarium did and charge more reasonable prices. $50-100+ dollars to not park in the mud is ridiculous.

2022-06-12A man made marvel, went to this place to attend a concert. The area was large enough to accommodate a large flow of people, the seatings were good. The sustainability aspect is written all over the place from the opening roof to glass glazing.A luxurious stadium, that matches what Mercedes - Benz is known for. Will visit again 👍

2022-01-23Fun time at the game. Stadium was very cool, easy to navigate. The concessions also did not disappoint despite their lofty expectations. Very reasonable prices, good selections, and tasty all around.

2021-12-12$1.6B and it shows. Wish it was less waiting to get inside. The lines through security and ticket check are still too long especially with digital tickets.Once you get inside though, its a great experience. Definitely cant miss the scoreboard. Its a sight to see. Though if you are seated in the upper deck, you may need some ear protection from the speakers. Good sight lines and amenities. Good restaurants, but wish there were more veggie choices. All in all, a good way to spend a day.
