I purchased a Bentley from Adam Merlin. I flew to Atlanta and was greeted on a weekend at the store. I was treated very well. The car had been prepared and was pristine. We drove and then agreed upon a price. The car was represented to be perfect, and unfortunately we found as few things that were unexpected. Mr. Merlin paid for the repair of all the things I found, after the sale, with no coaxing on my part. I have never had such an experience with any car dealer in my 70 years. The ethics presented here are above reproach. I am still astonished. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat. And I recommend him without any restrictions. Quite simply: the best. Restored my faith in his profession. Cannot say anything else higher than that.
My last 4 cars have been purchased at Merlin Auto Group. When walking in to the dealership it feels like you are walking into someones home and you are treated that way as well. If Merlin Auto Group doesnt have the car you want, Adam will find it for you. The entire purchasing process for me takes 15 minutes and I am on the road again. I feel like part of the family due to the service of every individual working there. They all smile and are happy to show you around. I boast about this dealership to all my friends. You arent going to drive up, have some guys walk out to your car with a cigarette and ask you what are you here to look for You pull up to Merlin Auto Group and walk in a beautiful building with a waterfall being the first hello. They have a gorgeous amount of inventory and all their cars are inside and very well taken care of. For me, its kind of like a kid going into the candy store. I have never walked in to say hello and left without a new car. Lastly, the restrooms are beautiful and clean and they even have mints in the bathrooms.Merlin Auto Group is top notch and I will always purchase them.
My wife and I bought a previously owned 2005 Mercedes E500 from Merlin Auto Group in October 2013. The car was (and still is) in excellent condition - both esthetically and mechanically - it feels brand new. The staff there was helpful and courteous, the paperwork got taken care of, and everything went as smoothly as one could want. It could not have been a more pleasant car buying experience. I will buy there again for my next car, and I continue to recommend Merlin Auto Group to all my friends and colleagues.

I purchased a Porsche 997.1 4S from Merlin last weekend. After reading the glowing reviews online and knowing they had the car I was looking for, we drove down to meet with Meagan. From the onset, she was a delight to work with. Very accommodating and kind. The car was as described and a deal was struck. Mark was kind to show me what exactly the car was capable of which I’m sure he knew would seal the deal. While waiting on paperwork to be completed, Molly, who works the front desk, made sure we were comfortable and chatted at length with us.We left the car there overnight and returned the next day to pick it up and leave my other vehicle as we were going back downtown to meet with friends for the day. Mark advised that I could certainly leave my vehicle there and offered to store in the back if we would be there another night. One call to Adam asking for my dream car was all it took - 1 week later I was a proud owner! Everyday I climb in to my sweet Land Rover I think of the great experience I had at Merlin Auto Group. Recently had to have some minor body work done after a little side-swipe incident - Vance Wells got me in immediately, gave me a detailed and really reasonable estimate for repair and had the work done in a few days. The paint touch up and wheel flare replacement work was exquisite - my LR4 looks brand new again! LOVE this team

I had lost my 2006 F250 pickup two weeks prior. I found a comparable very low mileage 2004 F250 at Merlin Auto Group. I met Jeff Burg who showed me the vehicle. The vehicle was in like new mint condition and priced appropriately for the year, maodel and condition. Jeff and Adam were very easy to work with. I had a wonderful experience buying my car from Adam and Meg at Merlin Auto Group! Malcolm and Wade were great to work with, They checked the car over for me and had it race ready.I let Adam and Malcolm know what I was looking for (Porsche, year, color etc.) Adam said he would find something within 60 days. A 2009 Audi R8 Manual transmission which is hard to get. Especially with low miles and one owner. I purchased the car of my dreams in October from Merlin Auto Group a Velocity Yellow 2010 Z06. My salesman was Jim Jordan and we closed the deal, without Jim ever seeing my trade (just pictures) When I arrived to see the 2010, it was as represented. The transaction was seamless. My car was delivered to me and my trade was picked up at my home. I thought that was the perfect client experience but I was wrong. After I drove the Z06 I discovered a slight ticking in the valve train and I discovered that I had an issue with one of the valves. I was very disappointed with a vehicle with 1200 miles had issues. Out of haste I sent a scathing email to Jim about my auto. Adam Merlin asked me to call him the next day. We spoke he was disappointed about my email and told me if I would have contacted him he would have made it right. He sent me a check to cover the cost the next day. He did not have to do that In my 28 year career at a large regional bank, I have dealt with many automobile dealers. Not once have I ever heard such customer service. I bought my 2008 Toyota Prius over the internet from South Korea without ever seeing it in person until I picked it up 3 months later at Merlin Auto Group. I would have never considered such a move without the honest and supportive role Jeff Burg played during my purchase. A million dollar experience. Im an active duty enlisted Soldier and Adam at Merlin Auto Group made a childhood dream of buying a Ferrari come true. Adam worked his financial magic and his team treated me like I was a rich high roller. They went out of there way in every aspect of my buying experience, complete with a tour of the coolest high end cars, from Rolls-Royce, Bentley Lamborghini and best of all...Ferrari. Ive dealt with a lot of big dealerships across the country throughout my near 20 years of military service and I certainly would not recommend any, but Merlin Auto Group is in a league of its own. I would highly recommend Merlin Auto Group to anyone. Even after the sale Adam mailed me extras for my Ferrari, something a big dealership would never do. Dealt primarily with Meagan L. She was very patient, honest and very friendly. An absolute pleasure to work with. Recently, we bought a 2006 Maserati Gran Sport from Adam Merlin. We spend six months in California and wanted an auto somewhat different. From the moment we saw our car in the showroom, it was love at first sight--and hard to believe the car was seven years old. Adam made certain the car was for us by taking us for a demonstration ride and showing us the cars features. He couldnt have been more patient and, even more important, knowledgeable. Then, with us still fully committed, he insisted we try the car ourselves for a few days to make certain we were still happy with it. The actual purchase was a celebration, not a chore. But, how to get the car to California? Adam took care of everything and, within a week or so, our car was delivered there. Merlin Auto Group is hands down the best car dealership on the face of the Earth. My family and I flew in from Chicago to pick up a mint condition 1983 Mazda Rx-7. The car was exactly how I dreamed it would be. We were greeted by a man named Jim who was only interested in the best interested of the customer, not shoving a set of keys down our throats. He let us test drive the Rx-7 which had no issues except the ones specified by the ad online. We purchased it and drove it home to our house in chicago and it ran like a champ. But they had some beautiful cars that we were interested in but didnt want to impose and ask to drive. The folks who run the place took the time to pull an Aston Martin out of the showroom for us and let us drive it, and even though we werent interested in it when we walked in we loved it when we left. They also arent the type of people to try to fight you on the price on the window sticker, they will work with you to set up a deal that works, they also wash every car they have often and maintain them. 10/10 would do business with Merlin again. hope this is a helpful review guys.

Compared to other high-end car dealers I have visited in the past few years (particularly in DC and GA), the difference at Merlin is significant - no pressure, no thinly veiled questions to try to gauge your salary, no hovering, no lack of trust. Although I didnt buy anything (this time!), the experience will definitely bring me back. Not only are staff available to answer questions when needed, but customers are given the run of the place so that we can stroll through the showroom and grounds, as well as visiting the mechanics in the shop out back. Overall, I spent over an hour with Jim, Chris, and the Meghans...a truly positive, rare, and memorable experience. Thank you!

I bought a Lexus LX470 there two and a half years ago. The car had a great carfax history, one owner. Its a 2000 model, it was like new when I bought it and I still love it two and a half years later. Merlin has some great cars.

2017-01-11Ive purchased over 25 cars in the last 20 years and this was by far the best car buying experience I have had! The group at Merlin are car lovers; they truly understand those who view cars as so much more than getting from point A to B. Working with them felt more like I was adopting one of their children than buying a used car! I was delighted to see professionals who are just as particular and meticulous as I am. When it comes to expensive luxury or exotic cars, it is a significant investment that warrants a lot of concern. Merlin was very patient and thorough when addressing my questions (quite promptly I might add) and I never once felt pressured to buy. There was no condescension at any time during the process and they went the extra mile--and then some--to make sure I was confident in the car I was buying. I have absolutely no reservations about even buying a car sight unseen from them in the future. They have definitely made another customer for life! If you are looking for the holy grail of car dealers, look no further. Finally a business model built on trust and integrity which focuses on making sure the customer enjoys the experience at least as much as the car theyre buying. I have always been skeptical of car dealers, but what has consistently drawn me back is the trust I have in Merlin Auto. Ive never felt like a sale or like I was being taken advantage - instead, I felt like my personal needs were being attended to. Adam carries an inventory of high end used vehicles that are in premium condition at very competitive prices. When he doesnt have what we are looking for he has always gone out of his way to find a vehicle that suits us. He and all of his employees really go out of their way when it comes to the customer experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone.

2017-12-23I have purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime and my recent purchase at Merlin Auto Group was by far the best I ever experienced.I had decided to trade in my sports car for an Toyota SUV. Before going to Merlin, I spoke with multiple Toyota dealerships and none of them could figure out how to value my sports car as a trade in. It was very frustrating and discouraging. I called up Adam at Merlin Auto Group and he asked me to bring in my car. He inspected the car, made me a very generous trade in offer on the spot and said he could get me the Toyota SUV I was looking for. After Merlin made a few calls I had a better price for the car I had been negotiating on purchasing for several weeks and a very fair trade in value for my car. Time to get the deal done.....The next day my new car gets delivered to my place of business with a big red bow and my trade was picked up. The whole purchase took 10 minutes. The transaction couldnt have been any easier.I will be referring all my friends and family to the Merlin Auto Group going forward and will certainly be returning.
