These ladies are amazing and my coach, Meredith Stewart, has been a God send!!!!! This program is awesome and you prepare real food yourself and that is one thing that makes it super easy! The protein drinks and puddings are so delicious!!My weight loss has been consistent and I couldn’t be more pleased!!! 20 lbs and 25” down!!

The encouragement that you get from your coach is awesome, that is my favorite part of this, my coach Amanda! The plan is not hard to follow for me and just making sure I get to each weekly appointment and get my protein drinks from them, which are delicious, its not a bad program. And having a year if maintenance is fantastic too.
From the day I walked into MRC of Columbus, I knew I was in the right place. The LIFESTYLE CHANGE is easy to do. The constant support and encouragement is wonderful. I love my coach and my nurse. This is the first time I’ve honestly had the best results and it’s due to a wonderful program and awesome people who work there.

Great staff! Very knowledgeable about the needs of the patients they serve. Menu instruction is always on point and classes are taught monthly that help you reach your goals. Worth the cost and very affordable. Best thing is the support you get from not only your coach but the other coaches on staff as well. Every scale and non scale victory is celebrated! They can help you too.

I have been using the program now for about 3 months and have lost 35bs. The team there is very friendly and focused on your individual needs. Know that it isnt all fun and games when people mess with your meals, but once you get used to it you are feeling more energetic and happy with yourself ☺️.Thanks to all of you my smile is back and I am ready for the next 15 lbs to go .....
For those of you who are struggling with hormone fluctuations and stubborn lbs, I just want you to know there is hope! For years I was prescribed multiple medications from physicians and became very frustrated as my symptoms were not improving. I went to Metabolic in Columbus and discussed my issues with them and quickly learned they are extremely knowledgeable regarding challenging weight loss and hormone issues. I am 35 years old and thought my hot flashes and night sweats would never resolve, and was praying that I would be able one day to have another baby despite trying for 2 years. After my hormone test, they suggested products especially for me which I faithfully did for 2 months. Not only do I believe in them, I am pleased to announce I am expecting that miracle baby in April of 2021! Thank you Metabolic of Columbus, I love what I do and love what we stand for!

I wanted to share my journey with MRC in hopes of encouraging someone. Three years ago I had a cardiac arrest at 44 years of age. I was pronounced clinically dead, but I had some determined first responders that weren’t willing to accept the data being given them by their machines. Miraculously through their diligence and God’s providence my heart decided to beat again. I was in a coma for a week and my life hung in the balance with family and friends heartbroken and not knowing if I would recover. Well I fought hard and came out of it with a significant amount of memory loss and 3 heart surgeries over the course of the next 6 months. One year later I was faced with the same situation ,but this time it was my 13 year old daughter. God decided to call her home and it has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. I packed on a ton of weight. I just didn’t care. I didn’t want to live. I was hurt and broken and self destructive. This past April I landed in the hospital again and almost coded again. I scared everyone including myself and I made a promise to God that if he’d help me I’d do all in my power to get healthier. I made the decision in May to join MRC. This has been such a life saver in so many ways. I’ve lost 30 lbs. in 3 months and am on track to lose more. Meredith has been my biggest fan. She’s so supportive and encouraging. I’ve never had such weight loss success. This is a wonderful program with awesome people to advise and cheer you on. It is so easy to follow. MRC saved our lives! MRC is truly a place that will teach you the right way to eat and get your health in check. In 2015 I had a major operation where my pancreas was damaged. Recovering was not easy. I developed a severe case of reactive hypoglycemia. My sugar levels would drop in the 20s on a daily basis. 2022-04-12Everyone at metabolic is so friendly and down to earth! They do not talk at you or make you feel small. After every appointment I feel stronger mentally and physically going into the next week. There plans are so unique, I’ve had great success as long as I follow their directions! So far I’m down 15 pounds, and is looking forward to loosing another 15!!!!! Don’t hesitate sign up today!

2022-08-26I started going in March of this year and to date I have lost 40 pounds. The program uses food from the grocery store and you make your own meals. The people there are very friendly and I love going there. Try it.

2021-03-29I have never been able to stick with healthy eating but I’m on month 2 of Metabolic. I love the ladies and the program. They are super encouraging and have taught me the tools I need to lose weight. I’ve just completed month 2 and I’m 10 pounds down and over 15 inches lost. This program definitely works!!
