2022-02-20I had an excellent experience. Ashanti and Cantrell worked really hard to help me transfer my number and from Metro, may I add. They were very kind and helpful. I hope and pray something good is in store for them at Metro by T-Mobile.

2022-02-01My first visit to Metro by T-Mobile....the Cordele, Georgia Store was December 2nd or the 3rd, 2021. The ladies were very professional, friendly! I purchased two-(2)-phones.I must also say they know the T-Mobile business.A+CUSTOMER SERVICE! ALL of my interactions have been extremely excellent service! God bless you ladies!

2021-09-22If I could give them a negative star then I would. Someone by the name of Michelle answered the phone. She was extremely rude! Her customer service is awful! Please do better. She needs extensive training in customer service.

2017-03-08If it wasnt for my kids needing phones I wouldnt use their business. Long story short I simply went in to look at phones and it turned into an argument with the manager who butted in a conversation that had nothing to do with her and as I was talking to her associate she got in that conversation about the policy that had already been explained to me. She was very rude and confrontational and even told me to get out of her establishment and she would give me the number to call corporate. I dont like to call corporate on people but she best believe she will here about this.

2018-07-14I would have gave 5 stars if it wasnt for some stuck up employee. She dont speak, dont wanna work, just sits there and collects a check while playing with her long ass weave. Smh. Nevertheless I spent $200 in this store and the CSR that helped me was very helpful.
