I have used Metro Power in the past and.was very pleased. So naturally when I had a breaker that kept tripping i called them. Charlie Knoll was sent out to my house. It was a difficult trouble shoot trying to find the source of the problem but he kept searching. In the end he found the problem which was 12 underground. A short in the line. The repair was made and all is ok. He was courteous polite and great to talk too. I will keep using Metro Power in the future. Great Job Charlie!!!
Came and solved the problem in my home pretty quickly. They worked with tenant and provide me with updates throughout.
They worked on the issue with my plumbing in a tideous manner . They were also very polite and respectful.
This is the best company! They dont gouge you on cost. Come in get job done done quickly, while doing a great job! I have used them for everything, power and plumbing! Even my husband trust them to do the job without him saying he would do it, now this impresses me the most! No job to little! On speedial!

We called the after hours emergency line because we had water filling our bathroom floor from the bottom of the toilet and backing up into our tub. They said someone would call us back. We NEVER received a call back. Very unprofessional in my opinion!!! Don’t waste your time calling them for an emergency.
Need more plumbers! Called the other guys end of last year. Same problem occurred and MetroPower Plumbing came to the rescue. They dug deeper and found the real problem. Otherwise, I would have had reoccurring visits and extra spend troubleshooting other potential issues. Thank you!
Update: Aug 22 2020 for Plumbing services.Received a refund for the entire cost of the service visit (approx. $80). My dissatisfaction was possibly an isolated incident, but was warranted in my situation. I have friends who have received very good service from this company and cite that was the reason I selected this company in the first place. I appreciate receiving the refund and acknowledge that this company pays attention to customer satisfaction. Thank you.Completely dissatisfied with metropower plumbing. The technician who addressed my plumbing issue was unqualified to properly assess my plumbing issue (in my opinion) and gave false advice for a fix that could have cost me hundreds of dollars. Not only did they fail to resolve my plumbing issue... they charged nearly $80 to simply remove my toilet and cover the hole. Worse they didnt even bother to follow up with me to address another potential fix. This resulted in my effort to seek another plumbing company for the fix. I also had intentions to use metropowers electrical service, but after how I was recently treated, I no longer wish to employ this company for anything. Use at your own risk. As a final note, the plumbing company who came behind metropower plumbing resolved my issue in about 40 mins for less than $90. ($80 of that being the standard service visit fee)
The pressure line to my hot water heater burst. I tried to call local plumbing companies to fix the problem. No one had availability. I called Metropower at 7:30 pm. They put me on the list for the next morning. The technician called @ 8:15 am. They arrived @ 8:30 am. Davis and David assessed the problem, suggested the best way to solve the problem and not only replaced the pressure line they replaced the hot water heater. I am totally satisfied with Metropower. They are very professional, respectful and efficient.
They came to unstop my sink, the plumber turn the water off undid my sink said he had to go get a part and left. Then call back saying he wasnt coming back nor would he be back the next day and I needed to find someone else to fix it.
They were very helpful and fixed the problem expeditiously. I really appreciated the service and the quality of service.
The serviceman was very thorough and checked every possible socket to find the faulty connection. This is the second time Albany Electric has helped my household and both times we were very satisfied.

We have used Albany Electric as a commercial electrical contractor for almost 13 years and have been extremely satisfied with their services. They have excellent customer service, always respond and complete service requests within a timely manner and provide quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them as an electrical contractor!
This is COVID-19 time in Albany, Ga but I had to have a leak stopped that was causing mold in our main bathroom. Several companies I called said they would not come into the house. We have self-quarantined since this started but I definitely understood their concern. I contacted HomeAdvisor online and they recommended MetroPower Plumbing. I called them since I have had good experiences with other companies HomeAdvisor has recommended. They told me they would come with safety gear on and work on my problem. They came with masks and gloves and made sure to stay at least 6 feet away from us. They were professional, found the problem and had it fixed in short order. Our plumber was Kirby and I dont remember his assistants name but we were very pleased.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. MetroPower provides outstanding service and I will definitely use them for any future electrical needs.
Get a second opinion. Horrible inspection skills. My wife called them to fix the flow of our kitchen faucet (silt, hard water deposits) ... previous plumber they sent was great. Fixed it in 20 minutes and let us know that we probably wanted to invest in repairing our water softening system ... The recent visit (new plumber from MetroPower Plumbing) ... talks my wife into replacing 2 shower heads, doesnt fix our kitchen sink and says it needs to be totally replaced and charges her $800 ($200 each for both shower heads) and says we need to replace both water heaters ... when I looked at Lowes those shower heads are $80 each ... tells her it would take 3 hours or more to replace our simple filtration system. We called another plumber .. they fixed the kitchen faucet in 20 minutes and said if we buy the replacement softener system it shouldnt take him more than an hour to install ... and the other plumbing company will flush out my 2 water heaters ... We called and complained but MetroPower Plumbing wasnt very customer service friendly ... beware.
It is never pleasant needing a plumber, so when you need one, it sure helps to have a good one. Albany Plumbing employee Justin identified our plumbing problem quickly, explained the problem to us and showed us the problem, and fixed it quickly. The costs for the parts and service were lower than I expected.

2022-05-04Called on behalf of a client and they were able to get out to see them at last minute of the day. They do charge overtime for such calls, but that is normal for businesses such as these. They will get you seen about fast, quick and in a hurry. These guys run a truly professional outfit.

2022-06-23They came out to replace a wax ring and snake out my drain. They were very professional and thorough. They cleaned up after the work and left in an hour or so. Very happy.

2022-06-06The work was done and I paid (5/26). The bill was out of sight! The guys who came were nice; but not sure of their knowledge. I did find a mounting problem after they left.I called the office and spoke with Joseph explained that I needed an explanation of my bill and he said he would look over it and call me back.....which he did not!Called him back after couple days...he did not answer, I left messageI called the office and asked who was the Mgr I needed to talked with him because Joseph has not returned my calls. She sent my call to Richie..he did not answer. I left a message. Also told him one of the toilets was not mounted correctly. He never has responded; but he told the guys who came to go back and reseal etc the toilet. They came the next morning and it was fixed in 30 min or less.My bill was almost $800 and I just don’t see how that is possibleI had originally just asked for an explanation....they still have not called.I’m totally overwhelmed and disappointed

2021-12-13Requested some outlets installed at our church. It was not a big job, so it took them 2 months to call back to do the job! If you have a small job, dont call Metro Power! I used another company that came out within 2 days!

2018-09-04This is the company to call when you need it now and done right the first time. Other companies could not come right out to install my mothers waterheater. Thankfully for us metropower was the one to come right away. They sent Scott Sumner, The most professional plumber I have met to date. Not only was he Very communicative as to when he could be there to initially assist with shutting off and stopping the leak he also came back after lunch after we purchased the new waterheater and was ready to work. The finished work was very professional and efficient, Installing new piping and cleaning up the area. A Work of art. I wish I could post A picture here to show you. Overall I am Very pleased with our experience, and will call and ask for Scott at Metropower next time I need a plumber. GREAT Job Scott!

2012-08-24I recently used MetroPower for an electrical issue that I was having in my home. I cant say enough great things about this company! From the time that I called in my problem to the time that the job was complete, it was just an overall wonderful experience. They came at a time that was convenient for me and went right to work. The electrician was dressed in uniform and was so professional in how he handled the job. He kept me updated on the work that he was doing and even vacuumed the work area when he finished the job! He was sure to thank me for my business and I thought the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be using MetroPower/Albany Electric again in the future. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
