I had service done on my Lincoln MKX today at Patton Ford Lincoln. Very pleased with my service.From the moment I entered the service department Taryn Jones ( long brown hair) greeted me with a smile, she is very customer service oriented. I appreciated her professional demeanor. I also spoke with Al in sales and he transferred me to speak with Bill. Both men were professional and very customer oriented. So refreshing. Thank you.
Getting someone on the phone is like trying to pull hens teeth. I actually went up there to make sure they werent being held hostage. They will bombard your phone and email if you give that info to them. Service department is on their schedule and will get back to you when they get around to it. They are friendly just not fast. Their work is good but not great. Overall, if you dont need your ride for a day or two or just want an oil change youll do ok.
My sales person Joshua Lee was unfailingly courteous, prompt, forthcoming, and pleasant to deal with. In my first experience purchasing a vehicle remotely he and rest of the staff at the dealership made everything proceed smoothly and quickly. Joshua went so far as to work on his day off to ensure things were lined up for the pre-purchase inspection and eventual pickup by the transport service. Highly recommended.
Mike Patton was superb in helping me buy the perfect car for my young adult son! In particular, Dave our sales guy was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product sold! Everyone was very honest in negotiating deals and answered all questions concerning the car and financing. The extra touch I appreciated was delivery of our car right at my front door! My son was very pleased to get his first car offering low mileage and great incentives! Since our purchase, Dave has followed up with us and has been available for any needs concerning the car. Im very happy with my purchase and would choose Mike Patton for my next vehicle!
Marcus Jefferson provided the best experience i have had buying a car yet. He was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I hear all the time how people spend hours at the dealership but the experience I had here was the fastest that I have ever had. Plus he was able to work with me to get the best deal possible. My car was towed to LaGrange Ford on May the 3rd because it wouldn’t start. When looking to see what was wrong with the car, the transmission module was bad in the car. The part was on back order which is understandable, because there has been a shortage on many car parts. When the transmission module came in almost 2 months later, all of the sudden there was an electrical issue discovered. You just can’t convince me that this wasn’t known from the start when the car wouldn’t start. They told us the part needed was not on back order so they would have it in about 3 days. After the electrical issue was fixed, they then stated that it needed a new wiring harness, again this part could have been ordered and the problem could have been discovered way sooner. Last week we got a call that they had ordered the wrong part for the wiring harness and needed to re order. Our car is under warranty, and yes you are reading this right… they have had our car for 3 and a half months and still it is not fixed. As I stated before, I understand the first part being on back order, but I feel as if they have not told the whole truth, and have been putting the car on the back burner so they don’t have to fool with it for now. It is absolutely ridiculous that our car has been in the shop for 3 and a half months. Just a lack of integrity, communication, effort, and hard work in my eyes. If your car is at maintenance, you need to call non-stop for updates because it seems like they will do anything not to work on your car if you are not on top of them about it.
When I bought my car, I had a great experience but some of the underlying issues my car had were not discussed nor made aware. Two days after I bought my car, I noticed issues with the power-steering. Turns out the power steering had been an issue before and was a known issue too where a recall was available but whoever tried to fix it before placed shoddy after-market parts. Therefore no recall fix can be done. Tried to let this dealership know something was wrong with the car and they said it was out of their hands. Moral of the story I guess is to get the warranty....
Supreme personal service best dealership I have ever experienced. Rock solid maintenance staff who know what they are doing and do it with exceptional craftsmanship.I like this dealership and it’s staff so well that I just bought my wife a new car here also an as always I receive great friendly and personal service. These people are just great to work with. I highly recommend asking for Marcus if you are looking for a new Ford and shout out to Javier in finance these two are rock stars!

I’ve bought 5 cars in the past and this was far by the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! Marcus Jefferson was my salesman and he went over and beyond to meet my needs. I was very impressed! Bought a used car had a few problems. They said they would take care of them witch they have. Not sure how well its going to hold up. I should have payed more attention to the tires two were below the wear bars ( my fault) but should have never sold this way. Ill look better next time.

Mike Patton ford is by far the absolute nicest group I have ever had the pleasure to purchase from! They were not difficult at all with my haggling and were very easy to communicate with and when i told them what I needed they had no trouble finding a way to do exactly what I wanted so i got an amazing deal on a great car from the best salesman ever and I will be going back when I purchase another! I took my Ford Escape there for a check because my temperature gage was running high and the technician looked at the vehicle did absolutely nothing add coolant and charged me over $100.00 for this service. Two months later I was having the same issue. Thinking they already new my vehicle. After doing a pressure check they found a small leak in my lower radiator hose. They called me back with an estimate of $740 dollars I called a tow truck and had my vehicle towed somewhere else. To add salt to injury they called me $140.00 diagnostic to release my vehicle. I always use Ford dealership for my maintenance on my vehicles but they have lost a customer for life. Good by Mike Patton Ford.
My current experience was very good. Elizabeth was as usual, courteous, efficient and friendly. She ensured that all aspects of the maintenance and work on my truck was up to standard and there were no problems. My concern was that I noticed that none of the staff wore masks or protective coverings. During these times of pandemic and Covid-19, it seems that businesses who state and claim to have their customers safety and satisfaction as their main priority have a strange way of showing it. I couldnt wait to exit the service counter area due to my uneasiness. I am one of those at risk persons and really must be careful as to how and where I go and who I come in contact with. This is my main concern in my efforts to keep myself and my family safe.
Jimmy, Stacey, Quentin and Javier where all great! They all worked hard to get us the payment we needed and made sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. We had gone to many dealers and had had many bad experiences before coming here. The whole car buying experience at Mike Patton was great! There was no pushy sales guys, no hurrying through anything. I was recently at Mike Patton Ford to purchase a new Ranger for my fiance. Stuttering Dave Hamby met us and I couldnt have been happier about the service he gave us. Dave really worked hard along with the finance department to get us into the truck we wanted at the price point we needed. The overall level of customer service at Mike Patton For was fantastic and I cannot say enough good things about Dave. Ask for Stuttering Dave when you go and hell take great care of you.
Recently (1/2020) bought a truck for an early birthday present for my son. We met salesman, Joshua Lee. Joshua presented options for our purchase, followed through timely with every question we asked. No hassle whatsoever; very straightforward. Also, demonstrated excellent customer service as we had to bring the truck back (we live about 45 minutes away from the dealership) for a spray in bed-liner. Josh knew when we were expected to arrive and met us up front. He did the same the next morning when we picked it up....and had a Ford hat waiting for my son! Took a picture of him with his new truck.... We felt he really went the extra mile to make this special for my son. Would recommend Joshua Lee.
I rated a 3 out of 5 because MP Ford did really good & then really bad!First the really good. I have a 2017 Ford Fusion Energi. I started to work on Monday and when I entered the car no dash lights came on which told me the car was not normal. After pushing the start button several times, the car finally started. I limped into your dealership at 8:30 on hybrid battery power alone without an appointment. Told them to check both batteries. They replaced the small engine ignition battery and I was on my way to work by 10:30. VERY GOOD!Now for the bad. I was told by the service writer that there was a $129 inspection fee that would apply to the repair if made. I was then told that the battery would cost $175. I approved. Then I was told the car was ready but after they replaced the battery the car still had a communications code so they had to re-program the computer so they had to add a little more to the bill. When I checked out, the bill was almost $300! That was NOT a little more by my definition. When I asked why they did not tell me beforehand to get my approval, I was told, Im Sorry but the technician proceeded to do this 1 hour task ($129) without telling the service writer so I took $30 off the bill. When I reviewed the bill, there was no $30 discount, there was a charge for the battery & installation charge that I approved; a battery tray I did not approve and a $129 labor charge I did not approve plus to add insult to the fictitious $30 discount there was a $9.98 shop supplies charge which I know is a % of the bill but in this case I know they did not use any shop supplies to change a battery and could have been waived as good will but was not.I had to go to work so I did not have time to debate these issues but I knew I would be asked later so here is my thought. MP Ford has a good customer caring business ethic which sometimes does not make it down to all employees. This is not offered because I want any consideration. I hope this review helps you to improve. Thank you for getting me back on the road on time.
Communications with Service Desk is great. They keep me informed. The mechanics are top shelf. They fix what needs fixing and inform me of things coming down the road and about things that do not need fixing.I recommend Mike Patton Ford as a honest and quality driven business.Tommy Hill
Hello my name is Santrice, I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot from Mike Patton LaGrange Ga. Marcus Jefferson was an outstanding salesman; careful to consider and take care of all of my needs. If I could give this pitiful excuse of an establishment zero stars I would. David, the “sales manager” at this theft shop will spit you absolutely any price that you want to hear, just to quickly jack it up when you go to sign the papers regardless of what you agreed on with him. Mike, the sales staff that helped us originally seemed nice but be aware that these sales associates only run from their desk to David’s office as he has his feet kicked up on his desk. Seems to be a lot of “misunderstandings” between the staff and their customers, especially when it comes to their dollar bills. There is not one thing about this experience that I would recommend to anyone, EVER. Save your time & money. Avoid Mike Patton Ford like the plague.
Very happy with the new Ford F-250 I purchased from Mike Patton Ford. This is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Mike Patton. I have been pleased with the service provided each time.This is not like your typical car dealer experience. The staff provided top notch service and they were determined to get us in the vehicle we wanted.Quentin in the finance department took the time to explain to me my financing and payment options, which made for a stress free experience. Went to Patton Ford looking to lease a new truck. Before we even got out of our vehicle, Marcus Jefferson greeted us with a smile and asked if he could help us. I said yes. Went and sat down and told him the type of truck I wanted and he found one, went over the details and was very professional. He was very concerned that we had what we wanted, with finances and features. We settled, paper work signed and left with a beautiful Ford F150. I reccommend if your interested in buying or leasing, you ask for Marcus Jefferson. We went to other Ford dealers and they didnt seem interested in helping us. I highly recommend Patton Ford. Recently I was in the market for a 2020 truck.My experience at Mike Patton dealerships was outstanding. A Mr. JORDAN MCCRAY first assisted in looking at a Ram Big Horn. He then on his own suggest a look at a F150xlt. A Mr. Marcus Jefferson was introduced as the salesperson. His presentation was very low key with plenty of knowledge pertaining to the F150xlt. I would recommend both Mr. Jefferson or Mr. MCCRAY as persons to deal with if anyone is in the market for a new vehicle.
Amazing sells and service. I bought my truck here back in January and was shocked to find out they were truly honest people. They were upfront and and answered all my questions. Jimmy was an excellent salesperson to work with. He was friendly and very good at his job. Buying the truck took no time and we were back on our way home. Service department is top notch as well. I drive over an hour just to get my truck serviced here because the dealership need where I live are just penny pinching for everything little thing.

Mike Patton auto and the crew did a great job getting me the car I wanted. Walked in with a wild request and they had no problem finding me exactly what I asked for. Took a few days to get the car in from across 3 states and through the auction process. But once it was here the buying process was speedy and easy. Got me a great rate and my payments are close to what I wanted. Glad to be a part of the Mike Patton family :)

I purchased a vehicle on 8/12/19. The buying experience was good. However, after I purchased the vehicle I started loosing faith in Mike Patton Ford. First issue was that I have owned the new truck for right a month. My birthday was coming up and I needed to purchase the tag for the vehicle. I went to do so and found that the dealership never registered the vehicle and it ended up taking me two trips to the tag office before I finally received my plate. This took 3 phone calls to the dealership.Second issue, I received a letter in the mail from Mike Patton stating that the letter is in regards to a recent application for finance and that it “either means I was denied for financing or that I may have a different interest rate”. I once again called in and could not reach my salesman or anyone to get clarification on this letter. Several days later, I called back and spoke to the salesman. He stated that someone hacked into their computers and that’s what the letter is in regards to. He said that he would find out for sure and embrace back out to me. No one has as of today.Third issue. I received a call from the Bank of which I had my previous truck financed through. They stated that the payment is late. I explained that I traded the vehicle in a month ago. They replied that I need to reach out to the dealership, because they have not paid the truck off yet. I once again have called in with no luck.I have been trying to call and get clarification on everything and I have not been able to speak to someone to get answers to my questions. I do not recommend using this dealership. I only regret that all of these issues started occurring after I sent in the dealership survey. I will once again try and attempt to call someone to get answers.
I was at Mike Patton Ford today for routine maintenance check. I could not have received any better service. Everyone was very professional and work was finished in a timely manner. I was even welcomed by the salesman who helped me with the purchase of my 2018 Ford Edge, Jimmy is great.
Customer service was absolutely great! Kenny took care of us and kept checking on us because the service was taking longer than expected but the reason for the 3 star review is because the pricing in the service department on the website was way off from the price I had to pay (like triple the price). My wife was the one who took my vehicle there so when I got off work I got on there website to do the text thing and ask why the price didnt match, waited an hour with no reply(besides the automated one) so got back on the site and text I figured I wouldnt get a reply. Then received and automated one that said they were now closed .
This is where we brought our Dodge Journey, at Mike Patton. We went there to find out what options they had for Ford Transit. They were just great. It was a pleasure working with Amber. She was very patient. She answered all our questions and presented us with excellent options. We were not quite ready to buy yet and we want to make sure we get the right model with the features we want at the right price. But, thats where we will go when we are ready. Thats a dealership I can easily refer anyone to. They also had complimentary snacks and water, and a kids play room
My sales representative Michael Smallwood was very helpful and knowledgeable. I explained to him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he didnt waste any time by showing me all options available. Worked with many dealerships and this was by far the best experience. Friendly and honest sales staff. Was also very knowledgeable about cars on lot and they have good prices. This is a place I would highly recommend to my family and friends. Ask for Mason- he is great to work with. You do not feel like just another person on the lot here.
Michael Duke went far over and beyond any service Ive ever gotten from any salesman in the auto industry. He was a perfect gentleman and finally found the vehicle I was wanting. This is not my first transaction with the Mike Patton auto family, but it was my smoothest and he made it very easy enabling me to get the product I wanted with all the credits he could get me. Mike had us in and out within 2.5 hours- from identifying the vehicle we wanted, credit options (their creditor beat mine), test drive, paperwork and delivery. Phenomenal experience from when I walked in the door through the follow-up phone call to make sure everything was still good. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the southwestern Georgia / southeastern Alabama area.

On 3/23/20 I made an appointment with an associate of Mike Patton Ford to have service performed on my 2018 Ford F-150 Black Widow edition truck. I explained that I needed three services performed on my truck – 1) Oil Change and Filter Change, 2) Warranty claim for door latch freezing in cold temps., 3) Moonroof popping when opening and not closing on one occasion. The person I spoke with made an appointment for 8:30 a.m. on 3/24/20.On 3/24/20 I arrived at the Mike Patton Ford Service Dept. about 8:15 a.m. I spoke with a gentleman upon arrival. The gentleman did not know I was coming and asked how he could help me. I told the gentleman that I had an appointment and since he was not aware of my appointment I proceeded to tell him about my three service items. He said they could change the oil and filter, he then said they would not do anything on the door latch warranty claim unless I was having problems (this seemed ludicrous to me being that Ford instructed me to take my truck to the dealer to get it fixed), I told him I had experienced an issue with the driver’s side passenger door latch a couple of months ago when it was very cold. Regarding the moonroof, he said they would probably not be able to work on the moonroof because they would most likely not have the parts to fix it and it may take a while, etc. I was disappointed but left my truck anyway, I was told that I would get a call letting me know when the service was completed on my truck.I returned to the dealership around 2:50 to see if the service was completed on my truck.I had a coupon for $24.88 for Oil and Filter Change, top off fluids, and multi-point inspection. I was charged $51.00, I questioned the charge and told the technician that I had a coupon for $24.88. We walked back inside to see the paperwork, my coupon was stapled to my paperwork inside. He said that my truck needed 9 quarts of oil so that was why the cost was higher. He said that they knocked off $10 for the discount. I asked to see the invoice and he then said that they rotated my tires which we discussed, we did not discuss but that was ok, he said that was $5. I then started looking closer at the invoice and started calculating the cost in my head and he then says they can knock off another $5, bringing the total down to $46.00. Even though I thought I was still being overcharged, I went ahead and paid the $46.00. I then got to my truck and noticed that they did not rotate the tires, the reason I knew this was because one of my rims is damaged and it was on the rear passenger tire when I arrived and it was still on the rear passenger tire when I left. I also noticed that the paint was chipped off the inside door handle, which was not chipped when I took my truck in for service. There was also grease left on the console.In summary, being that we live in a small town, I always try to use local businesses whenever possible, however due to the extremely dissatisfied service received at Mike Patton Ford and the fact that I have completely lost trust in the dealership, I will not be returning to this dealership for any other service or any other future vehicle purchases.
Had an awesome experience from the On-Line department to the Ford sales team. We were looking for a dependable used car and found one on line, they directed us to the sales team where we purchased our new car. This was our fourth car purchase from Mike Patton they have always gone above and beyond in meeting our expectations.

Dropped off vehicle for recall service. I love Mike Patton, bought my first car from there, but the customer service I received was far below acceptable, the representative was extremely rude and showed no courtesy whatsoever, very disappointed. I know we all have bad days, but to be so discourteous was truly a shame.

My truck was unsafe for driving, this team got my truck back to being safe to drive and made sure I had everything I needed, performed repairs needed and kept me in formed. I recently went in to get a 30k mile service done at Mike Patton Ford. I have bought my last 3 vehicles there and they have been the only people to ever touch my truck. I scheduled the appointment for 8:30 am and they told me it would be an hour and a half to two hours. So me and my son went to eat breakfast and hang around until 11 thinking that it would have surely been finished by then. However, when we arrived they told me that they had to pull off of my truck to work on a sheriffs car that had came in. I was fine and understanding and asked how long it would be. I went to check on everything and heard one of the mechanics telling that they had not even touched my truck that it would be next. I was calm until this point when I realized that they had lied to me in the first place. The service manager tried to smooth over the situation but I wanted my truck and wanted to talk to someone over him. I tried to talk to Britt Gilmore, the General Manager over the dealership. When I went into his office I was trying to tell him the situation (and of course I was upset at this time) and he told me If you would hush for a second... and that was what did it. I told him, I would hush whenever I get ready, and he told me that, we dont need your kind of business.With that being said, I will never be going back to the Mike Patton Auto Family. Regardless of the situation and how mad I was, you DO NOT ever treat a customer the way I was treated. I was lied to by them and then insulted by the man who was supposed to fix it. It is sad to see a long standing relationship come to an end like this but I will never be back.

The service was very professional and the sales as well as the finance section were absolutely customer friendly. Good test drive route. Every question was answered. I purchased my truck from Mike Patton. Over the weekend I had a engine misfire error which required service. On Monday morning, I showed up at 7:30 without an appointment because I had to travel out of state and needed transportation. Fortunately, there was a TSB for the issue and I was on the road at 8:45. Elizabeth and the service staff are always willing to accomodate.
Car buying experience great! However having serious issues trying to get my tax payment overage they are holding. Several calls over the past week and zero response. This is theft regardless if someone forgot to mail it. Next call Monday will be to the State Attorney General office. Hate that it has to come to this.

Purchased a used car here and wont make that mistake again. While everyone was nice and easy to work with, the car I purchased had a problem from the get go that they refused to fix. While I know that used cars are sold as is, this car had a leaking sun roof which I obviously couldnt see before hand since it wasnt raining. They delivered it the next day and I noticed it but thought it was from them leaving the door opening during delivery since it was pouring ran at the time. Rained again two days later and notice the headliner was wet again. Their response was basically that I should have purchased a warranty, which from my previous experiences wouldnt have covered a seal anyways. Wont purchase from them again.

My recall job was great. The oil change I had done cost me money. Had a flat and couldnt get the lug nut off. Reason my lug nuts were stripped. The man at Ford Garage did it. I took them in showed the manager. No I wasnt paided for them. My tires got placed at another store . For that reason. Women can change tires .but 2 grown men could change those tires. Couldnt break those lose. I will not let them touch my tires again.
Purchased an experienced ford escape. Grant Grace was my sales consultant. Grant was attentive, supportive and involved. I met Dave Hamby when I bought a car from the dealership where he previously worked. I have to tell you he is the best salesman ever! He is so well-informed, but not pushy at all. I always dread buying a new car but, for the first time in my life, the experience was actually pleasant. He asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for and really listened to my answers. I had a lot of questions, too, and he knew most of the answers; if he didnt, he immediately researched the answer for me. Mike Patton Ford is lucky to have him.
Took my 2018 f150 in to service some warranty issues, left it with them for a week! They fixed the minor issues and told me everything was done when I drove it off the lot I realized they did not fix the engine noises I specifically requested them to work on! Salesman was a liar. Told us they wouldnt treat us like the other dealers and gave us the same crap answers we got at the other place, and we had to drive an hour and a half to get there after he lied to us on the phone. Would give negative stars if i could. Work with any credit my butt.

2022-02-01I work for Walmart bout a car from another dealership it was used on a Friday I was coming back home on a Wednesday called to mike Payton ford talk to a guy in service was told I could drop my car off anytime and to do an inspection on the car to see if it was a good car or needed things to get fixed would cost me 135 dollars and had to leave it there first thing in the morning and would be able to come get it later that afternoon so my day off which was Thursday took it up there got basically that I had to make an appointment even though I asked and then got told that there was only one guy that works there and that he didn’t talk to me and that it would cost 146 or 148 and that he didn’t talk to me so I said well I guess I lied and didn’t talk to a guy there even though I asked the person who answered the phone I needed sevice for ford so I went to rivertown ford in Columbus ga and they got me in and took care of anything that was wrong with my car I will never go to mike Patton ford ever

2021-11-10Do not waste your hard earned money! I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Avery Anderson (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!) I was told at the time of purchase that they’d do a full diagnostic to make sure there’s no problems with the vehicle. A week later my check engine light popped on. Had to have it serviced and it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. I should’ve gotten my money back then, but I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt! 3-4 months later my car broke down on me. My car acted like it didn’t have any power to it or like it didn’t want to drive. My rpm hand started idling and I noticed the temperature gauge started moving while an 18 wheeler was behind me. I could’ve died trying to pull over to the side of the ride. I PULLED OVER IMMEDIATELY, BECAUSE I KNOW DRIVING ANY FURTHER COULD CAUSE MAJOR DAMAGE! I had the vehicle towed to the dealership. They did a diagnostic. They called and said they’d need to do a tear down to get to the root of the problem. So I took maybe three days to think it over but before I could give my consent, I get a voicemail back saying the service manger (Josh Smallwood) went ahead and approved the tear down. Once they did the tear down they called to let the warranty company know about it needing a head gasket replacement, the warranty company superior protection plan said they believed them so they didn’t feel the need to send a third party investigator. Once they diagnosed a head gasket failure, they then replaced the head gasket, turned out that wasn’t the problem. WHICH I ALREADY KNEW! Now they want my warranty company to pay for the cost and labor of the head gasket replacement. They also still want to replace the engine. Which came out to be $7,000. My warranty company didn’t want to cover the head gasket replacement, but they’d put it towards the engine replacement. The warranty company and Mike Patton are trying to twist my words and blame me for my car over heating but if that was the case, why didn’t the head gasket replacement fix it?! I was basically SOLD A LEMON!! I never received a loaner vehicle through out this whole ordeal. I’ve have to pay cabs. I’ve talked to the GM Corey Vaughn and I’ve also talked to David Watts (the COO) to make him aware and I still havent gotten any help! It’s been 7 exhausting months of me still trying to get something done, while still making my payments on time‼️‼️
