All the staff was great. They took care of my wife and I like we were regular customers. We did not have appointments and they still went out of the way to take care of us.
Vicky was very nice small statued lady but strong lol, she said I was like steel and I worked her we laughed about it she’s awesome wouldn’t want anyone but her by reading these reviews will return
We wandered in while on vacation in savannah and had the best massage of my life! I don’t say that lightly because I’ve had a massage that I measure all other massages too since and finally found someone who meets that level of expertise. Dominic is AMAZING! Cannot say enough. Just book your massage and relax!Also, the staff at the front Sydney and Kayla are so fun and inviting! You will not be disappointed!
This review is under my husbands name but his wife (Kenya) is leaving the review. Timothy is HANDS DOWN AMAZING!!!! If you need a deep tissue, he’s your guy. The ladies at the front desk also made an amazing first impression! Very kind, professional, and with a smile. I have been to many spas and I have never booked a return visit after my services, not because they weren’t good, I just never did. Milan Day Spa will get the rest of my needs for massages as well as everything else!
I had Steve for my massage therapist!! Best massage ever!! Hit all the right spots, perfect amount of pressure, felt like a cloud after! Highly recommend anyone visiting Savannah!! Sydney and Kayla out front were also awesome and fun and helpful! Great experience! :)
Did a couples massage here on our honeymoon. Vicky was my masseuse and she did a fantastic job. So relaxing and very gentle yet also firm. Dom was my wifes masseur and she said he was excellent and paid close attention to detail. We would definitely return if we are in town again.
LaToya Daramola is blessed in her abilities to deliver a comprehensive massage. She delivered traditional therapeutic techniques yet blended with lymphatic strategies. She comes with my highest compliments of the skills she delivered. Thank you LaToya!
Cayla and Dominic did a fantastic job! My mom had never had a massage before, and she was very pleasantly surprised! I had the swedish massage and she had the therapeutic. Then we both got the sugar salt back scrub which was incredibly rejuvenating. We highly recommend this place. Definitely ask for Dominic and Cayla! Thanks for an awesome experience!
My friend and I booked a therapeutic/deep tissue couples massage. We booked it over the phone and was told it would be $200 but they tried to charge us $230. After repeatedly having to ask for pressure changes, the masseuses did not adjust they’re pressure- leaving us in more pain than we had when we first got there. I asked my masseuse, Kimberly, twice for more pressure but she did not add any whatsoever. It felt as if she was just petting me. My friend (who normally likes deep tissue) was grimacing and was told by Steve that if she wanted lighter pressure that she would need to speak up because he “wasn’t a mind reader” and continued to be rude and not change his pressure. Needs less to say we won’t be coming back- I am not one to ever even leave a review especially a bad one: but this was unacceptable.
I scheduled a manicure -pedicure for my husband. I was a bit concerned because I didn’t get an email confirmation but about an hour before the appointment he received a text message. Alisha took very good care of him. I was able to walk in and get a facial. Jasmine was very knowledgeable and professional. My face is very happy.
Nice relaxing atmosphere! My husband and I went there for our anniversary. We just did pedicures since they were booked but it was a nice experience. The staff were really friendly and created a welcoming environment. Next time we’re in Savannah we’ll book in advance so we can get the full day spa package.
The staff was curious and knowledgeable. We opted for the couples massages.. I received the deep tissue massage and my wife got the therapeutic massage. We both were please with our masseuse. Cost were in line with going rates.. We will return the next time we are in Savannah, GA.
The girl at the desk ,Brooke , was useless. She couldnt find our appointments and then when she did it was the wrong time and date. She didnt act sorry at all and did not try to fix the issue. It was not like the pictures and looked dirty when you walked in. There was no manager on duty to talk to either at 4 in the afternoon! We found a better ,cleaner , cheaper place thank goodness with no help from them. RUDE IS NOT SOUTHERN! Thanks natural healing for the massage and great service unlike this place.
My husband and I visited Savannah for our anniversary, and based purely on online presence & reviews I selected Milan Day Spa as the location for our first couples massage. We had Vicky & Corinthia as our masseuses. The experience was so soothing as well as educational (knowing where Im tight & how to make it better even after massage). Vicky knew what my body needed and also honored my preferences for pressure level. Afterwards the receptionist prepared mimosas for us and we enjoyed them in the lounge. Just an overall wonderful experience!
One of the best massages Ive had! Definitely recommend if youre traveling through. They accommodated my bridal party and we had all loved the fruit/cheese tray and chocolates!
I’m not usually one to leave a negative review being that I am in the service industry myself. However my husband and I paid a lot for our couples massage and it was very disappointing and in my opinion not worth the price we paid. For $230 plus tip we expected premium massage from very trained happy therapists in a beautiful atmosphere, that wasn’t what we received. We feel disappointed and slightly taken advantage of. Won’t be returning.
My husband got a deep tissue massage. The women massaging him was using towels as pressure and was scraping his skin. He came out of the massage asking me if he was bleeding! Not what he expected.
The overall quality of our massages was nice. It seemed a bit short, like right when the masseuse hit the right spot, it was time to move to another spot, but other than that we really enjoyed our time there. The masseuses who worked with us were very communicative, attentive to our needs, and communicative. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
They are scam artists!! My fiancé and I booked the couples massage package that came with two hot stone massages, facials for us both and champagne with chocolates. Both our massages left us sore and stiffer than when we arrived, facials were okay but not great, had to ask repeatedly if we would get drinks or not. My fiancé got a gentleman’s mani & pedi, she sliced both his big toes with the file & didn’t trim any nails or Cuticles. When we get our bill and receipt they charged us for everything individually instead of our packages and when we called to have them fix the price and refund us for the extra money they charged us ontop of the 100 tip they added for themselves that we didn’t authorize whatsoever. We were told we would get a call back from the other and have yet to receive one or a refund even after calling them back again with no answers. This place is a scam!!
What a great experience at Milan Day Spa today. My wife and I both had the Swedish massages, facials and pedicures. It was fabulous, relaxing, and enjoyable. Cat Garrido owns a great establishment and everyone was so professional and friendly. Definitely will be going back!!!
New to Savannah after being in Houston 21 years and I’ve found my new go to place for a pedicure, facial and haircuts!! On my first visit Jasmine did my pedi and she was GREAT and very gentle! She did an awesome job and highly recommend her. On my second visit Alisha did a facial for me and a haircut both of which were AMAZING!! I will definitely be back for weekly haircuts with Alisha! So happy to have found one place for all these things and the place is nice and tidy and very comfortable environment. Thanks again to Jasmine and Alisha - you’ve got yourselfs a loyal customer now!
We are from out of state and made reservations weeks before to have a massage on vacation. We arrived early to find parking and walked 2 blocks to the spa. Then we found out they messed up the dates and time for a week after we leave. The receptionist, Brooke, did apologize nor seem to care or try to accommodate us in any way. We asked for a manager and her response was she wasnt in. We found a much better place not downtown. I wouldnt bother with this spa.
Called and arranged to have my daughter and her friend to go in for facials for her birthday was told a price and got charged way more than I supposed to. Called and spoke to Brooke to find out 27 dollar tips had been added she said but when I asked my daughter if they thought to tip she hadn’t and when she went to leave she asked if she needed to sign anything they told her no so they automatically added themselves 27 per girl and another 30 dollar transaction I didn’t approve and never did find out what that was even for! So it cost me 364 bucks for facials and was told by Brooke she would get with the owner and call me right back never happened! Don’t give them your card info they just do whatever they want !!!!
So easy to book online! We had a couples massage after days of walking all of historic Savannah - a perfect, relaxing way to end our trip. Will be booking another massage when we visit again!

My husband and i had a couples massage scheduled thru our bed and breakfast inn. Vicky and Dom did our massages and they did a wonderful job!! The salon was very nice as a very accommodating!
My friend and I went today for the max relax which included a 90 minute massage and a facial. We arrived about 30 minutes before our appointment (as instructed) the place was very clean and relaxing. we ended up waiting about 10 minutes before we were greeted and got sent to the upstairs lounge to wait for our service to start. We ended up starting about 20 minutes late due to the esthetician arriving late.This was our first time getting massages and facials so we really didn’t know what to expect. The overall facial was great except where she was massaging the scalp with her gloves on which wasn’t very relaxing. Not to mention, my hair was knotted up. Lol (btw I’d recommend doing the facial separate from the massage because it takes away from the relaxation of the massage)The massage was good, I wished there would have been some focus on the shoulders and the neck (wasn’t touched at all) the main focus point was the back and legs .... so I would recommend being vocal with what you’d want.They definitely stop at the 90 minute mark! Lol I feel it was a little over priced for the experience.
Excellent customer service, lovely space and noticeable results from my services. I will be back. Alisha is amazing at what she does. My facial was absolutely transformative. She paired products well to deep cleanse my pores and calm my redness. Alisha also washed and styled my hair into pretty little banana curls after my massage! I’ll spend months trying to achieve that look at home. Lol My massage with Steve was excellent. He really knows the body and has that healing touch. The space was very clean and quiet. I had the good fortune of meeting the owner on my first visit and she is a warm and lovely person. Meeting the owner of a small business really makes you want to support the business if that person is nice. I love spas, love taking care of my skin and can be quite particular about the experience and standard of care at spas. Milan Day Spa really made me feel happy and cared for from start to finish. Not a hint of snobbery. Delighted...
Ladies, if you are looking for a way to pamper yourself, look no further than the staff at Milan spa! I was in town visiting and went to get a mani pedi. Jasmine was awesome! Go for the full treatment and get the ultimate. I mean, who doesnt love a massage and a parrafin treatment to make your toes silky? Then, a few days later I had to go back and get my haircut with fairy hair strands added. Ok, I am 68 but they are fun and just make you smile when you see them sparkle in your hair. Alisha helped pick out the right color to compliment my hair. Already have people asking about it. The entire staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable even during these restricted times. I say just do it ! The owner, Cat, even made a trip to the supply store to get some product that they had just sold out of. She knew I was from out of town and even offered to ship it to me. I say first class all the way and will definitely be booking appt again when in town.

Best spa ever!!! Cat is not only amazingly sweet but the best waxer I’ve ever had!!! She did it so great with barely any pain!!!!Steve.... he was the one that gave me my massage, if you are a tense person and need some knots out of your shoulders and back.... I highly recommend him! He not only very entertaining but he made me feel so much better!!!!And then lastly Jasmine.... she did my nails and once again amazing! Great personality and great work!!!!This place has the best customer service ever :)

Great experience for hubby and I. The reflexology by Steve was amazing and my hubby thoroughly enjoyed his Swedish massage by Deborah. She was able to help him with a troubling shoulder. Location is perfect from riverfront hotels. Also can shop or enjoy refreshments nearby. The young lady working at front desk was pleasant and professional. She made us feel welcomed and checkout was a breeze!
Had an amazing experience! My sister, my mom, and I got short and sweet facials and signature pedicures. Brian was great at the front desk, and kept us entertained any time we had to wait. He provided us with champagne and chocolates. The facials and pedicures were perfect. We were completely relaxed and pampered. Amelia, Betsy, and Emily were the ones who did our facials and they did a fantastic job. We live in the area, and will definitely be back!
Back in April I was able to visit the spa shortly after Georgia reopend and had one of the most amazing experiences Ive ever had getting a back massage. Steve knows exactly what hes doing and is a master of his craft. A few weeks later while visiting a close friend I was talked into getting a facial so I figured I would come back to Milan Day Spa for second round. Ive never actually had a facial so I wasnt sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the entire experience. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel special. If you have the opportunity I highly recommend visiting Milan Day Spa.

Me and my husband went for the first time last year. I was pregnant so we couldnt get the couples massage. The only massage I could have was only 45. Min. Long and my husbands was a hr and 45 so he set up for me to get a pedicure while I was waiting. After my massage was done I went down stairs and they said the women got sick and left for the day. Didnt offer anything elsa nothing just sorry you wont be charged for that. An I had to wait for my husbands massage to end.
My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and booked a couples massage. I cannot compliment these ladies enough. Kelly was unbelievably wonderful she was my massage therapist and Tasha was my husbands massage therapist. We definitely recommend both. The front desk help was also very helpful with setting up our massages. We will be back on our next visit.
Just had a massage with Kelly! I have had a lot of body work, and she was by far one of the best massage therapists. Very professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The front desk team was also great. Will be back next time we visit Savannah.
So I was referred by the concierge at the hotel I was staying at, when I arrived I was expecting to get a profesional service done to my very long hair, instead I was taking care by a super young girl ( nothing wrong with that) she really tried to work with my hair and she was very sweet !!!! My problem was that the owner & 2 more workers were sitting right across from us and saw her struggling with my hair and never offered help!Also, you should be advice when you call or at least giving the option to choose your level of service 1 to 5 , they do that at high end salons and for the price here I consider this spa within that category ( but they are not ) !!!!My hair looks okay but by no means was what I expected.I know everyone deserves an opportunity to learn and practice and I am all for it ! Only if I knew I was going to be a mannequin for training.If you want Profesional hair services, do yourself a favor and don’t come to this spa. I paid $60 & left a $40 tip by the way because we are living in such a hard times and I couldn’t be rude, I just would have appreciated some honesty ahead.
Sidney is amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and my husband and I have been coming here for years for amazing massage and facial treatments. You won’t be disappointed.
The receptionist started out nice but became rude and sarcastic very quickly and even made me set an appointment to come back 3 hours later to get my toe nail polish fixed that got smudged during my massage there ! (I am tourist and transportation is not that easy) We asked for a pedicure and she assumed we wanted the cheapest one- so my toes still have tons of dry skin on them (this is even after I told the lady doing the pedicure), I expected a much better experience. I did love the massage therapist- she was like an angel. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice as well. I never write reviews, but my first impression of this place, via the receptionist, is worth sharing.
My boyfriend and I went in for a couple’s massage. We both had the aromatherapy massage and mine was WONDERFUL. I had Kelly and she was so gentle and precise. Her demeanor was so soothing. I definitely enjoyed my experience. My boyfriend did not enjoy his experience as much as I did. He liked the actual massage, but not the vibe she conveyed during our time. There is a certain ambiance when you go in. It’s very calm and relaxing and whenever she would ask him to move a certain way, she used a far too loud speaking voice and seemed frustrated with him. While she has magic hands, it definitely broke the vibe. I think her name was Elizabeth, but I’m not certain. However, Kelly deserves 5 stars. She was amazing!!! And if I go back, it will only be for her!!! Highly recommend.
Just had my second deep tissue massage from Will at Milan Day Spa and am riding on a cloud of muscle relaxation. So good!! I am continually impressed by the costumer service, professionalism, and high quality products that Milan Day Spa continues to deliver every time I visit. I have gotten massages, facials, spray tans and have been equally impressed with everything they offer. Perfect place to relax and take a break from life for a moment. I always leave feeling refreshed and serene. Super sweet employee s too!
I’ve been living in Savannah for three years and I have LOVED this spa since I moved down here. They’re employees are beyond knowledgeable. I got the absolute best massage from William. I got the best hair cut of my life here and yesterday I just got the best balayage of my life from Emily. I 100% trust this spa and all of its employees. They are magic. I don’t usually spend time writing reviews but I honestly have never found such amazing hair stylists / color stylists and massage therapists. Can’t wait to try their other services too!

Terrible experience! We set up a couples massage with our friends for our vacation weekend and the lady on the phone told us to be there at 1:15. We arrived on time and sat in a waiting room until 1:45. Two ladies came in and took our friends to the back to start their massage. Two guys came walking out next, which we requested a male and a female massage therapist. One of the guys had on a t shirt, gym shorts and knee socks with no shoes? He looked like he just rolled out of bed. They said they got a new system and they are having problems, so that was the reason for the two males. We then went down stairs to talk to the lady at the computer after we decided to not do the massage. She said well like we got a new system and like we dont have a male and female massage therapist until like tom morning. She then said I could give you like 15 percent off. We respectively declined since the point was to have a couple massage with our friends at the same time and due to the workers looking completely unprofessional we declined. I dont like excuses about a new system and if we are the ones to be impacted by it then take responsibility and stop blaming a computer system and make It right. We usually dont write reviews, but it was ridiculous. We went to Spa Bliss down the street and It was amazing and so relaxing.
I’ve had a lot of massages in my life and none like what I had with Vicky today. She was incredible! I’ve been having buttock and leg pain that no one could figure out. Vicky knew how to address the issue and worked hard to make me feel better! I can’t recommend her enough!
My husband and I made a walk-in appointment for a couples deep tissue massage while on vacation, and it was the hands-down best massage that either of us have ever received. Our massage therapists - Veronica and Elizabeth, were incredible! Not only were they professional, but Elizabeth was able to get knots out of my muscles that Ive had for months, and Veronica even put my husband to sleep! We plan to visit Milan Day Spa again the next time we are in Savannah.
My wife was running the Rock and Roll Marathon this weekend so we decided to take a few days and explore Savannah. Since she was running 26.2 miles we decided that a massage would be a good thing to put on our to do list.We booked a couples massage at Milan Day Spa. GREAT choice, the therapist were the best. They were very professional at their craft. We would highly recommend this spa to anyone wanting a massage.
I had Steve and he gave an amazing, incredible massage. Really knows how to work and stretch the right muscles, with perfect amounts of pressure. Highly recommend him!
We had an awesome experience at Milan Day Spa on Broughton. I treated my friend to a couples massage for his birthday and they executed very well. I must say that we were 15 minutes late which I was really nervous because some places have an attitude. We arrived and they treated us very well. We had to fill out information sheets which they took into consideration and spoke with us about our areas of focus for the massage. I had Sarah and I can not recall the name of his masseuse. Both where great. Sarahs hands are extra soft which was perfect for my desired pressures. I like that she checked to make sure her firmness was appropriate a few minutes into the massage. Although we where late they absolutely took their time and give us great customer service. The price was absolutely fair. They give you the full alloted time from hands on to hands off.I would definitely recommend if you are ever in the Savannah area even if there is no special occassion.
This was my first massage at a full spa. My husband and I went for a couples massage for our anniversary. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The ladies were very professional and nice from start to finish. No one had a bad attitude. We did not feel unwanted or uninvited. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing, the entire place smells so good, and it was not loud or chaotic. I actually booked a group session that very day for me and my closest friends. The two ladies, Cathy and Chelsea, that did our massages were great. Very knowledgeable in their job, gentle, fun, and welcoming. They did not rush us or push us to the side at all. They treated us like we were their only customers. They talked to us, and answered our questions without making us feel like we were bothering them. We tipped them very well, because thats the treatment we wanted. This place took advantage of me. They noticed my age and my inexperience to facials and made sure they found ways to add on their add-on experiences but only, I did NOT know they were add-on’s. She went though a whole list of things she was going to do, making it sound like it was routine and she was just being courteous of my inexperience and wanted me to feel comfortable with the routine of treatment. Little did I know that most of those things weren’t routine but instead were add-on’s that put my facial bill at almost $200. I am mind-blown that a basic facial turned into what to did. Especially considering our party was told over the phone that the facial was $70. That’s what I went in expecting excluding tip. I tipped the lady fairly well too just to realize that she preyed on me. It was disheartening to find out no one else in my party that was older than me even remotely got asked about any sort of add-on.
I had a mens facial witn Alyssa. It was great. The place is spectacular, yet very inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive. The products were great. Can not wait to get my next hair cut there.
I want to share my pleasant experience with Vicky at Milan Day Spa! I booked a 90min deep tissue massage because I had extreme muscle pain on my shoulder. After the massage, I felt my shoulder is very lightness, and painless because she was paying attention to my body condition and found what I need and want. She provides high-quality service. All the staffs are nice, the atmosphere of the store is luxury and relaxed. If you consider massage in Savannah? 100% recommend Vicky at Milan Day Spa!
My husband got me a gift certificate for our Anniversary which a year later I finally used to get a brazilian since its about to be beach season. I had only had a bikini wax once before at a different salon and I was not really happy with the amount of pain and the types of wax they used. I went to Taylor at Milan and she did awesome! 100 times better than the first wax I had, she was extremely professional and very quick.I also got a facial that day again with Taylor. She was very knowledgeable of my skin type, the products, and very attentive to my concerns and issues. I will definitely be booking appointments here in the future and I would recommend Milan over some of the other Day Spas in the Savannah area.Very happy with my experience. I cant wait ti try some of the other services they provide.
This has been my go to salon for over 3 years. The massages are excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable. I usually go in for a mani/pedi and was sad when my normal technician left, but the last time I went in I had the pleasure of meeting Amelia. She is fantastic and great at putting people at ease and can make great conversation on a variety of subjects. She is gentle and very thorough.
Friendly staff, welcoming environment, the best manicure I have ever had! My fiance had his first pedicure and loved it! Jessica was amazing! This place is a must if you want to pamper yourself while in Savannah!

Milan Day Spa was an excellent experience for my wife and I. We made this part of our honeymoon trip and not only were the masseuses great at their job and the massages were fantastic in a great environment, they were also extremely informative for future massages and gave us plenty of extra info for things to do while in town. All around great experience.
Ive been going to Milan for over 6 months now and it never disappoints. This weekend I had the best ultimate pedicure- Kaye gave a very soothing massage and the hot stones were a wonderful dynamic and well worth it! The massage encompassed my toes, heels, calves, & balls of my feet. I also love their massage chairs which you sit in the entire time. Best pedicure in town.
I had a birthday massage on Monday, it was amazing. Erica is a miracle worker, she got me to relax and enjoy the moment. For the first time in a long time, my mind was blank, I was not thinking about my to-do list, I was thinking about nothing and it was so relaxing! I cannot wait to be back, I am trying to figure out how to fit more massages into my schedule!
This was by far the strangest massage Ive ever had. My husband booked a couples massage for the afternoon of our anniversary. Our appointment was for 4:15. We arrived to very friendly staff and a clean, quiet relaxing facility.My issues were with the massage experience in itself. They seemed to be running a few minutes behind... no big deal. We filled out paperwork in a quiet lounge area while we waited for our room. At about 4:20-4:25 we were given our room and given the opportunity to undress and get comfortable on the massage tables.I would estimate that our actual massage started shortly before 4:30. My husband throughly enjoyed his massage and felt his masseuse did a good job. I did not at all enjoy my massage. I do not remember her name, she was a petite, bubbly blonde who was very sweet. She spent more time running her fingers through my hair, creating a greasy, knotted mess of my long hair, than she did actually doing the massage. She also spent an awkward amount of time playing with my wedding band on my finger. I was so distracted by this that I sat up, mid-massage, and asked her if she needed me to take them off.My massage was not at all massage-like, but more just like her rubbing lotion all over me. I was booked for a Swedish massage, which is generally light handed but she barely worked on me at all. I left with all the same tightness and knots in my muscles as when I arrived.What really teed me off was that she told me my session was over at 5:05pm. I paid for an hour massage and barely got 40 minutes. My husbands masseuse was so thrown off by my masseuse finishing the session early that she was mid-leg rub when she just awkwardly folded the blanket back over him and told him we were done. We were dressed and out of the room by 5:10.When we got downstairs to pay, I couldnt even appropriately tell the manager/owner who took our payment because my masseuse was awkwardly standing there after escorting us downstairs. I left angry and frustrated rather than relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of our anniversary.I cant say that I dont recommend this place because my husband enjoyed his massage but I would really not recommend whoever did my session. We are not local so we will definitely not be returning.
Kelly is amazing!!! I have only come here for a massage from Kelly and have never gotten any other service here. I can highly recommend Kelly to you if you are wanting a massage. My neck and shoulders hurt regularly due to my teaching job and she does a fantastic job making me feel better. The waiting areas are clean and I always feel welcomed.
My Husband and I enjoyed a couples massage at Milan Day Spa, while in town on our honeymoon. Judy and Cynthia were our massage therapists and they were so wonderful. Cynthia gave me a deep tissue massage that (and I do not say this sort of thing often) was downright transcending. The nail techs and receptionist were all super sweet and the environment was pretty, southern chic. From the pink painted stairs to the attentive staff Milan Spa is a find and a half!
My experience was terrible with this place they charged me an extra fifty dollars without telling me before hand and weren’t organized in any way with there “policy” then proceeded to charge me for an appointment that I did NOT book or plan in any way then refuse to give me my money back DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Had a spa day here today. While the facial was off the charts amazing and the massage was great (minus the person who came in the room in the middle of the massage to rummage through a drawer for far too many minutes... Not the therapists fault) this is NOT the spa day experience you would hope for. I was expecting to come in and put my stuff in a locker and slip in to a comfy robe, be offered a warm cup of tea or glass of flavored water, have quiet, dark ambiance while listening to soft spa music. Instead I was told to walk up the stairs, have a seat on dirty furniture and wait for my therapist to get me. Once again, not the therapists fault...If you want a spa day... Look elsewhere. If you want to pop in for a facial or massage and dont expect any type of experience... Knock yourself out!
My walk-in appt resulted in the BEST Swedish massage Ive ever had! Therapist Kelly was very professional and welcoming to this first time visitor to Savannah. My only regret is that this gem is 1500 miles away from home.
I was sexually assaulted by a male masseuse at this establishment. The owner swore to me that they had never had an incident with this person before mine, however I later discovered through a pervious Yelp review that this was not the truth and that I was put in a dangerous situation that could have been prevented.On a girls weekend in Savanah a friend booked all 4 of us to have massages. We were supposed be in the same room as we had scheduled couples massages but my male masseuse did not show up until 25 minutes after our appointment time so he brought me into a separate room by myself. I had seen him much earlier in the waiting room and he offered no explanations as to why he was so late to collect me and why I was not being brought into the room with my friend as we had arranged. Half way through my massage I felt his hand run across my underwear as he moved to work on my other leg. Shortly after I felt my underwear being removed and I immediately jumped up to discover the man’s head in between my legs as he attempted to perform oral sex on me. I yelled out and he looked up at me and responded that he thought what he was doing was appropriate. I demanded he stop and then tried to remain calm and did not alert him that I was going to report him as I was in a very vulnerable position half naked in a private room with this man and in shock from what had just happened. I left the room before any of my friends finished their massages and told them what had happened as soon as they came out. My friends reported the incident to the manager and owner as I walked outside not wanting an encounter the employee who violated me. The manager was appalled and immediately called the police and I returned to the salon to report the full story. The owner told me she had never had an incident with him and that he was a very highly regarded masseuse. She actually called him back in to tell his side of the story with me there which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was also pointless because he had nothing to say. The manager informed us that they were aware that the man had bipolar disorder and that he had been acting strange that morning but they had received no complaints about him so they had allowed him to take clients. They could not explain why he had been allowed to disappear and then take me into a separate room when I should have been in a couples massage with other people present during my massage. After my incident, the man was let go but it was a year too late. I have now discovered a Yelp review from January 2017 stating a similar account of sexual assault involving the same employee reported to the owner who had only put the masseuse on “probation”. She chose to keep him on her staff knowing he was capable of sexually violating her trusting clients and did not disclose this information of the prior incident to myself or the police. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had and it was a direct result of this owner not doing her due diligence and protecting her clients.
I cant recommend Milan highly enough! I had my hair cut, colored and styled by Emily. Wow is all I can say I felt so amazing when I left, I dont think Ive ever been so pleased with my hair. From the moment I walked in she was taking care of me. I had an idea of what I wanted from pictures but Emily made it work for me, she didnt rush me and took her time to listen to my ideas. I highly recommend Emily!! They also offer military discount
AWFUL. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I flew in from out of town, had been up since 3:45 am I made an appointment for a manicure, pedicure and massage to relax for the day, at 12:30 which was going to rack up over $400 in services. The salon knew I was coming in from out of town and I was going to be taken care of The nail tech was 45 minutes late. I walked out! How can you be 45 minutes late for an appointment?! If someone is going to be spending that kind of money the least you can do is be on time! I canceled all the services and went down the street to polished nail bar they were amazing!!

I was told to go to Milan Day Spa for a Birthday present that my man booked for me. The representative that booked my appointment was apparently busy or new to this job. The booking time was incorrect. My man was called and the representative stated that I was 15 min late for appointment which was at 1130, but my man booked me for 130, so they had me down for the wrong time. The length of time for the massage was incorrect. I was told it was a 60 min deep tissue massage w/add on, but the booking was suppose to be a 90 minute deep tissue massage w/ armothetapy and sugar scrub add on. The message that I received, felt as if I just received a rub down with oil. When I got to the register, the host had the wrong card number on file from when the appointment was booked by my man. He had given the representative his CreditCard but apparently the representative but in the wrong numbers, so I had to use my own credit card and pay for my own massage for my birthday instead of my man paying for it because he was not there. For expensive that this place is, the service was horrible. The only good thing that came out of this Spa Day was the glass of wine and chocolate cupcake I received for my Birthday.
I received a 60 minute massage from Tim and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Tim was very professional and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The staff at Milan was very approachable and made sure all my needs were met. I will be returning again.
Great place. I recieved a Therapeutic massage for 90 minutes with Elizabetha and she was great. I had pain in my upper shoulder region and my feet, focused on those areas, and everything else that needed attention. Very professional business, treat you great, and youll leave feeling new. I would recommend and advise people to gp here for a great massage.
I booked the “Just for Two” couples massage for my husband and I, and was disappointed in the services provided. The massages were amazing and the therapists were so kind, attentive and I would give them five stars. However, the package “came with” champagne and chocolate treats. We literally had half of a glass of warm prosecco and 1 piece each of gas station chocolates. We were told we would be in a relaxation room prior to the massage and afterwards. The room we were in prior was a “community waiting area” and the room afterwards was a busy hallway. Was expecting lockers for our things, private room, robes, etc. For the money paid, definitely not worth it.

Great service. Note for massages there is a large flight of stairs to go up and no elevator. Only bathroom is downstairs. Just want people to know, as we took our mom and had to help her up the stairs. Other than that everything else was perfect and relaxing.

I have a couple of bulging discs in my neck, which cause tremendous tension in the traps and arms. She is the only one who provides relief, and tips to keep it at bay. Always a great experience!

Well.... so I had two friends come down to Savannah from Atlanta to spend a few days for the new year. We all decided we wanted to spend a whole spa day together and found this place with amazing reviews and we were super excited about coming here. I was so excited to show my friends how beautiful and fun Savannah was. So we arrive New Years Day and walked in to get a feel for the place and it was a beautiful place BUT we stood in the lobby for a good 5 minutes before the two workers talking there with no customers there at all finally acknowledged us. When they did acknowledge us all the said was that they were already booked for the day. (Thats fine. I understand that. We did come in on a holiday with no appt. I get it I am a dog groomer and deal with the same thing) but what I do not get is why she was extremely rude about it and did not offer us any other appts available for the next few days or let us know pricing or give us anymore insight to the business other than a rude we are booked for the day and goes back to talking to her coworker after five minutes of just standing there looking like idiots because we were so excited and ready to spend some money. Luckily we found another spa place willing to take us and did a great job and had very sweet ladies working there. I will not come back to this stuck up business. I was so embarrassed and they obviously do not need the business.

My girlfriend came here for a haircut, at first the employees seemed friendly however she walked out nearly in tears. After my girlfriend denied the hair specialists recommendation for getting shampooed, she turned passive aggressive and not only did a terrible job cutting her hair, incapable of cutting straight with too many uneven cuts to count, the entire time the hair dresser pushed and pulled on my girlfriends head/hair and aggressively brushed through her hair hurting her scalp. Scrolling through some of the other reviews, just dont go here for any reason. The employees are passive aggressive, throwing in out of place comments intended to embarrass the customers. This is not what customers pays for.
Not a fan of this place anymore.Every person I went to for pedicures eventually ended up leaving, which happens!But on Valentines Day I had the displeasure of dealing with a hair dresser that was at the front desk checking me in.They told me I was 2 hours early for my appointment, which was definitely incorrect. But they insisted I was since it was in their system. Its also the system that hasnt notified me of my last four appointments, so go figure lol.Yes I was a bit frustrated, but having the hairdresser telling me to relax and I dont know, I dont work the front, so I dont understand this system was a real doozey, especially when she was snapping back at me, but had no idea what was doing.Ive moved from Savannah, but I know when I return I wont be going back.
Never showed prices. Therefore ask before hand. They add a 20% gratuity which is excessive. I had a mani and pedi( no plastic cover), she filed my nails to the skin, didn’t remove cuticles well. Please don’t go, I had to go to Envy nails and add another 35 worth paying dollars to my $120 bill at Milan Spa. Upon asking name and number of manager they refused to give it to me.
Had a few days to myself while my husband attended some training classes in Savannah. My parents were keeping our 6 kids so I focused on some serious me time. I booked a mani-pedi on Wednesday and a massage and facial for Thursday. All services were beyond AMAZING but the best part was after checking out and saying goodbye to my new friends until next time, the sweet spa receptionist pulls out a bouquet of flowers and a box of assorted macarons. Complete with a note that said, All mamas need a break! Enjoy yourself. WOW. What a special treat for me and what spectacular customer service. I truly walked out the door feeling 100% refreshed. Will be coming back. Thanks guys! Yall did a number on this Mama and it was much appreciated.

I have been coming here for several months for my wax sessions --love them.I asked for a stylist that is great with color, came in for a consult, and then scheduled an appointment.I have to have my hair colored every 8 weeks or so due to grey. I brought in a few pictures, talked about how it was fading too light at the ends, and that I would like a richer brown overall with a few natural (lighter brown) highlights.She turned me around, my hair was blonde on the ends. I panicked and was nearly in tears. She kept asking me if I wanted 7 on my hair or go to 6. I am not a stylist, numbers mean nothing to me. This was making the situation worse, all I wanted to do was scream--just fix it!She put on one darker shade, dries it, it is still entirely too light. So we color it for a 3rd time. It is still not what I wanted to pay $200 for. I left there very unhappy and disappointed. I am afraid my hair is ruined now. It looks like I tried to color it at home.I was hoping to find someone local to color my har-- striking out right now. I now have to go back to my old stylist, several hours away and have her fix my hair. I paid $200 to have my hair messed up. Not good.

Booked an appointment online through Vagaro where they accepted my appointment. Drove from Ludowici to Savannah for a 10am appointment for my wedding to get a spray tan. Was told they don’t use that website for booking.. The staff just looked at me like I was crazy. Asked if I could come back tomorrow?? I said no. I already wasted an 1 hour 30 mins getting downtown. Waste of time and money for gas. No one said sorry. They just talked about their booking process and how they have new POS system, which isn’t my problem. There was only one person in there filling out paper work. I don’t see how it would’ve been an inconvenience for them to have done the service which doesn’t take more than 20 minutes to make up for the inconvenience of the money and time I wasted coming there.
Ben did a great job with my deep tissue massage! He is great! The tension in my back and neck felt so much better after the massage was over! Id recommend Ben again!

I have a standing appointment every month for a brazilian, and I absolutely love Milan. Taylor and Cat are both efficient and detail oriented. I would and have recommended this spa to other friends and family. I have been to other spas downtown and Milan by far knocks the ball out of the park!

I could really have just cried when I saw my brows. The tech was very sweet but the wax job has destroyed my shape and bulk of my brows. She took off a quarter of an inch of my inner brow, . I am heartbroken that years of growth have been reduced to a 90s overpluck. WHYYYYYYYYYY!?
Awesome place for a break on Broughton. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and treats with a super friendly and competent staff, the massage was incredible (definitely one of the best I ever had). The place seems very popular, so I advise to book well ahead.
This place was tooo way to expensive and the service sucked !! I was on time to my appointment and still waiting 20 mins the pedicure took over an hour and the results were not professional! Then they tried to charged me to take off Gel even tho I was getting gel put back on ! To top it off there was a sign in the waiting area that said 25% off services longer than an hour , can u believe the lady ThAst checked me out would not even honor the sign and said it’s only on weekdays smh i will never go back

Really lovely place with great atmosphere! Went in for a bazilian and lower back waxing and I was in and out in a jiffy! My only complaint is that if youre going here for a brazilian for the first time, it is actually $75, not $65 like it says on the site. The lower charge is for returning customers who have had one brazilian wax done there before. I wish I had known this bit of information via their website before I was charged and not after the fact.Other than being charged extra, due to the misunderstanding, the service is very professional and their workers are very experienced. 4/5.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. ME AND MY FRIEND MELYNDA CAME FOR A GIRLS DAY, WELL MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT FROM MY HUSBAND, AND HER HUSBAND LOVES HER SO MUCH, HE SURPRISED HER AS WELL. WE STARTED WITH A MASSAGE. I HAD DEBORAH AND SHE HAD STEVE. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! DEBORAH WAS FANTASTIC. SHE REALLY HELPED MY TENTION, AND STRESS. SHE WAS WONDERFUL. AND MY FRIEND SAID STEVE WAS AWESOME AS WELL. THEN I HAD A FACIAL FROM JASMINE, SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY THE GREATEST. EVEN SPOKE SOFTLY, OMG SHE HAS THE SOFTEST TOUCH. SHE PUT ME TO SLEEP. 2022-06-19The masseuses were amazing, very professional. We did a couples massage and with it being our first time, we were both ended up very relaxed. We then did a facial and once again, there was a discussion of products before application and in the end, it was a great experience.The downsides, the interior needed updating, when doing a facial, we were separated into two different areas which was fine but that should not be a thing. Finally, at the end when we were given chocolates and mimosas, it seems we were dumped into the waiting room with some store bought chocolate and mimosas that were warm.Overall good experience but would not opt for the chocolates and mimosas again.

2021-09-11I had the ultimate manicure & it was so nice! I’m leaving with the softest hands & the prettiest nails I’ve ever had. Great conversation, mimosas & the most comfortable set up! Also was with a bachelorette party & got the fruit & chocolate tray! Would highly recommend!

2022-03-0890 min therapeutic massage + 30 min reflexology w/Dominic: I’m an exercise professional and have plenty of aches and sore muscles as a result. This was by far the best massage I have ever had. Dominic was very attentive and professional. He listened to my needs and did an amazing job. He knew exactly where to apply pressure and then to stretch. He was so thorough and meticulous, I could not have asked for a better experience. The place smelled great, was quiet and very clean. If I lived in Savannah I would be a regular.

2022-02-25It’s been a long time since I’ve thought about nothing. It was so relaxing that literally nothing but the massage and peace was on my mind. Vicky did great. She put the perfect amount of pressure and took her time to get all the knots out. The lady taking care of my partner was also lovely. We can’t wait to come back. Very professional !

2022-01-07Hilariously, I couldnt really relax during my massage because I had SO MUCH FUN with my amazing massage therapist. She was great, we talked the whole time. I really cant wait to go back. I highly recommend the aromatherapy massage and their skin care line.

2022-04-07Booked an hour long facial but received only 40 minutes. Jonathan came to get me to the room 5 minutes late. Then waited another 5 minutes from the moment I was supposed to take my shirt off until her got back to the room. The treatment was nice and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about the products. After 35 minutes of treatment he was done. Very very disappointing. When I pay $125 for a facial I expect to get the full hour. I will never go back or recommend the place to anyone.

2022-02-24I would not recommend the Milan Day Spa for a bachelorette party. It was a bit of a chaotic experience and not at all what we were expecting. This is not a relaxation room/cozy robe type of spa experience.Mixed reviews from the women on their spa services. The mud scrub is not a full body scrub, only the back FYI.Also, we purchased a $100 charcuterie board that was very low quality and probably cost $25 to make. It included ritz crackers, salami, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese and olives. I was expecting much more for the price! We also overpaid for the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.Instead of walking out the door relaxed, I left feeling like we were seriously taken advantage of.
