Millers Ale House in other cities:
It seems the Sunday kitchen crew isnt the strongest. Gotta love a kitchen that doesnt wear gloves 🙃In my opinion this isnt the best place to go if u care about yourself. The bar is great 🥰 .. the food is what brought its value for me down. My steak had flavor but no salt.the salad was just a clump of chopped up veggies. I get the idea of its in a fancy area but really 😒 we can do better.i love my steak well down extra char.. I hate med.. the bartender never asked my preference. N if u follow me I always get my steaks done the same way. They were good on the drinks n making me feel comfortable. But kinda neglected. They had TVs on everywall n a great amount of space. Great music n atmosphere.. all in all Ive had better 😕
My wife and I visited Millers last weekend and sat at the bar. Josh the bartender was awesome. He was easy going and we enjoyed talking with him. My wife mentioned she likes rum, so for our second round he made her a delicious concoction of rum and fruit juice. I’m not much of fruity cocktail guy, but this was GOOD! Definitely recommend.
I placed a Doordash order from Millers Ale House. I ordered a well done Cue Ben Burger, photo attached (receipt & what I received). The burger is mid-rare, far from well done. I cant even eat. Just placed a new order with a second restaurant, so I can enjoy my dinner.Update: John Hodge contacted me, provided an apology, and worked to rectify this experience. Greatly appreciated.
Came here for dinner before a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. We sat at the bar. The bartender took great care of us. It seemed to us that the staff all got along great and really enjoyed working there. Our salad and bacon bleu cheeseburger were both outstanding, as was the calamari appetizer. Well definitely be back.
Been coming here for over a decade and the service and food are just as consistent as day one. First of all, come hungry. It takes a huge appetite to knock down the 35 fried shrimp dinner. Prime rib sandwich was awesome, and the fresh made onion rings were a great accompaniment
I quit going to my local Ale House due to quality (even before covid) on vacation decided to try this one. Now know its a company wide issue. Ordered zinger mountain melt. Came out burnt and so old there was no meat in the tenders it was dried out like it had been refried. The cheese was not melted. Sent it back and still got burnt but had a little juicier meat. Dissatisfied with 5 little tenders on a very large mountain of fries.Secondly I ordered sweet tea...he said he had to make it. When he brought it I knew something was wrong. It tasted straight like coffee. I told him he said they dont serve coffee.....I insisted someone taste it. He came back and said and employee used the machine to make her own personal coffee and another employee said people had been complaining all day about the coffee taste. Hmmmm...maybe check and clean the machine? Server was friendly about everything and they did give us $5.00 off the bill for the trouble 🙄
This place needs alot of help!!!! First we get there and we get sat right away order some waters and an order of mozzarella sticks, those took 25-30 minuets for a small appetizer to come out. They were cold at best. I didn’t want to say anything to the manager at the time because my buddy and I just wanted to get out of there. Also y’all need to clean your floors they were stickier then the floors of a candy factory. I saw a lady step and come out of her shoe. Our waitress was great and that was the only saving grace of the meal.
Not sure what happened staff wise but they were short handed and you could see the stress level was high,BUT that entire staff worked through it really well. The manager was really good helping everywhere he could from tables to grabbing drinks. The bar tender Carley was good and attentive. I had her recommend my dinner and it was really good and worth it. The dessert was good too. The way she managed her bar and interacted with the patrons and coworkers was very pleasant.
My friend found a bug in her salad. The manager came over to assure us that she made the salad herself and there were no bugs when she made it as if we would lie about a $6.99 lunch special. Its clear they arent washing the produce. When we requested the check we then had to wait 15 more minutes just to pay. Very disappointed in the experience we had here today.
Well we walk in at about 8pm. Stood at the hostess both, worker walked by but said nothing. A local guy walk in and he approached a worker and asked whats the deal, do we seat ourselves or what? We all ended up at.the bar placing Togo orders... Now I must say the people were nice and the food was really good. Just dont see customers standing at the entrance and walk by.
Disappointing.Even though not even 1/4 of the place was full, everything was extremely slow. Slow to sitting, and a long wait for the food to came out. Before being shown our seats, others that were waiting to be helped came to complain about the slow service they were also experiencing. The only good service was our waitress. But she could only do so much while we waited on our order. When the food did come, I had to point out there was things missing from my plate… it was fixed but still, what I ordered was bland & basic. & later asked the rest of the party about their orders, all said the same. That it was bland.
With it being Friday, my wife and I were looking for a fish dinner and decided to try Millers Ale House pub style fish and chips. I ordered online and was going to do a curbside pickup, and my order was projected to be ready at 5:30 p.m. When I got to the restaurant, at 5:20, I clicked on the button in the email confirmation to let them know that I was there. 20 minutes later, with no response, I clicked on the text message confirmation and replied Im here, and 8 minutes later, I decided to walk in and pick the food up myself. The gentleman I talked to said it was being bagged up at that time, so even though it was a few minutes delayed, I was thinking at least it would be hot and fresh. Boy, was I wrong. The fries were cold, they forgot to put in tartar sauce for the fish, which my wife specifically asked about and was supposed to be included. As I write this, I have the food in the oven warming up to an acceptable temperature. To say Im disappointed is an understatement.
This place has changed drastically in the worse way. They can’t seem to keep employees including the management staff.Today I did an online order for cajun chicken pasta and I asked for no tomatoes in the pasta. When I got back to work, I opened my plate and tomatoes were hidden under the noodles. It was already bad enough when I picked up my order, I wasn’t properly greeted. The lady behind the counter with pink and blue hair just pointed to the bag without greeting me or asking my name. It was like she just assumed who I was. She definitely needs Customer Service 1:1 training. Additionally, I was charged $1 for extra alfredo sauce. Then I had to wait 10 minutes to get the sauce.I have ordered from Miller’s Ale for quite some time as this place is very close to my place of employment. However, as I mentioned earlier they have made drastic changes for the worse. They continue to mess us orders with requests such as mine. The fact that I’m allergic to tomatoes and couldn’t enjoy my meal is ridiculous. To make matters worse, when I spoke with the Manager Will, he was not empathetic and seemed to care less. He insisted on explaining the Cajun chicken pasta is made with marinara which consists of tomatoes and gives the pasta a red tint. I explained to him those details about marinara sauce are not listed on the website. He failed to acknowledge that so I asked what’s the process to return the food and get a refund. Sarcastically, he responded and said I didn’t need to come back and proceeded to process the refund based off of my Online Order Number.I won’t be back as I’ve had too many negative experiences at this point. I’m very disappointed as this place is convenient to where I work and I enjoy the food. However bad customer service turns me away.
My husband and I tried this place out last night(Monday night) around 8-9pm. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our server Charlie was awesome! I order the 6oz sirloin and it tasted amazing. However my husband order the fillet mignon well done it came out rare. The reason I didn’t give four stars is because the manager came out and offered to cook my hubby a new steak to his liking himself but due to the time my hubby was ready to go home. They deducted it from our bill. Going forward we know to ask for the fillet butterfly or just order the sirloin due to the fillet size. OH and don’t forget to take home a pint of Capt Jack’s Buried Treasure, YOU WONT REGERT IT!!
I really dont like their carryout ordering system. A few days ago I ordered a late dinner. I had to call to ask them to change from one sauce to another. That whole process required an act of congress. I received my meal at my car and watched a very cold waitress sprint back inside before I could utter a peep( poor girl, it was cold). Upon checking the order I hadnt received either sauce. I also ordered a loaded baked potato. It came with cheese and bacon bits....nothing else. No butter,no sour cream. Just a dry potato with cheese and bacon. I tell you between the ordering process, the lack of a convenient way to add special instructions and plain old not getting what I asked for, really turned me off of this establishment. Thats a shame,as I frequently work til 10:30pm and would like to have enough confidence in them to order from them. Kinda lacking that at this time. Please please just let me call and speak to an actual person to place my order. If I could have done that ,2/3 of my issues wouldnt have occurred.
I tried to eat at Miller’s for my birthday on a Tuesday night. I arrived at 6:20pm and was quoted a 35 min wait. We waited an hour and 10 min and we still were not called. I asked and there was still 3 parties ahead of us. We left. I will never attempt to eat at this Miller’s location again. Last time I ate there in 2022, the food quality was subpar. The service and food quality of this Georgia Miller’s does not compare to the quality and reputation of the Miller’s I’ve been to in Orlando, Florida. I only eat at Miller’s in Orlando from now on.
It was a group of us. The only bad thing is that they could not figure out where to sit five people once they got that in place everything else was smooth sailing and the only reason that was a problem was because of social distancing which I appreciate it but the food out did all the service the food was excellent and we finally got a server that was excellent.
-Moving my 1 star rating to 2 stars, because of the received certificate. (IT should not have taken that many contacts, but I will give them a second fair chance. I will report back later.======================= Previous Review========- After 4 attempts at getting the manager to make it right, I have decided not to waste any more time with this establishment. Please read my information below as to why. Or better yet, avoid multiple disappointments by finding a place that actually does what they say what they will do.-------------------------------Previous Review ----------------------------------------I really was not impressed. The initial impressions of this restaurant was quite nice and the menu reflected a lot of interesting choices. I decided on the Pork Osso Buco, a baked potato and broccoli. It turned out that the restaurant was out of baked potato, the particular beer that I wanted, and they had no broccoli at all.I should have had a clue at that point that things were not going to go so well. I asked if I could have the Cesar salad that normally is $.99 more, for the same price as the appetizers that were not available. (I was told - sure). It did take a full 30 minutes for my meal to be delivered. The pork was OK, but not spectacular, the salad was limp but at least the beer was cold and tasty. The French fries were very good. When I asked for my check, I noted I was double billed for the pork dish, and I was charged the $.99 extra for the salad that was supposed to be free. The bill seemed high and I requested an itemized bill that did not originally supplied. You should never have to ask for an itemized bill.I told the server about the double charges who said she would fix it. Five minutes later, the server had not returned so, I called for the manager and explained the situation. No problem I was told. A few minutes later I receive another receipt (again not itemized).I asked for the itemized receipt, once I received it from the manager, I noted that the Caesar salad was still listed, but the extra entree was finally removed. So, I felt with this level of incompetence, a zero dollar tip was warranted. This is the first time in over 10 years I have left nothing for a tip.I hope they do better than this if they want to keep customers, there are simply too many other choices out there for this to continue.Note: I did reply to the website in the follow on. However only 1200 characters are allowed. 60 words are not enough to describe the snafus that occurred. (I suggest that Millers add for longer comments on their website).-------------------------------------------After a few months I am compelled to now give this company a 1 star rating (or less). I had many email messages back and forth with the manager regarding the issue that I encountered. I was promised on many occasions by the manager that they would send me a gift certificate so that my wife and I could give them another chance to prove themselves.I am still waiting after no less than 3 promises of a gift certificate. So it appears that not only is this company highly disorganized, they appear to not have any intention on living up to their promises. My recommendation: Avoid this place and find some place that is honorable.- I have more information. After 4 attempts and promises of a gift certificate to make up for the bad experience, NO gift certificate has ever been delivered. In my opinion, people who tell you things that are not true repeatedly have serious issues. I know that I had issues with their services and promises. You might consider my experiences before you chose to go to this place or chain. I was told 4 times that they would make it right. They have consistently proven that they like to make promises, but have yet to deliver on a single one.
This was probably the rudest restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Nine of us entered the restaurant in the afternoon and were greeted by a very unpleasant hostess. When we asked for a table where we could all be seated, she immediately, rudely, replied, “I can’t seat you!” when we asked why she, in a very condescending manner, responded that she only had one cook and they were shorthanded. At this time the restaurant was nearly empty. She abruptly left the hostess area and didn’t return. We left! I understand that we are in difficult times and there is a labor shortage, but that is no excuse for this kind of inexcusable rude behavior. We will most likely never return, but after an experience like this I certainly would not and would not recommend this place to anyone.
My mother brought me here to try for the first time. We sat at the bar. The bartender (the woman with arms full of tattoos and gothic makeup) was incredibly rude. We cancelled our food orders and left due to her attitude. It was extremely unpleasant and un-inviting. Who wants to sit in an environment like that? We will not be recommending or returning to this business. We went down the street to Pappadeaux where there is some respect and decency
Again, your restaurant closes at 11. I get there before 10 and you say its a 30 minute wait because your kitchen is backed up. Instead of letting us wait the 30 minutes for it to be 10:30 with 30 minutes left to eat, you tell us to leave. Terrible customer service. I will neverReturn to your place again. Ridiculous!
Waiter was high out of his mind. Forgot we had ordered food, brought the water twice, mixed up our drinks, etc, etc. We got a good laugh about it at least. The garlic broccoli had zero garlic. The salmon was the only restaurant salmon I have ever disliked. The chicken alfredo had almost no alfredo. The cheese fries had about 1/3 the cheese you would expect. Everything was expensive.I dont think Ill be back.Their Philly Cheesesteaks are good, at least.
This place is usually really good. They have a great Zinger mountain melt that my wife usually orders. I get the 35 shrimp a lot. It normally comes fried. Today I was actually disappointed. I asked for my 35 shrimp to be NOT fried and when they brought the food my order looked pitiful. I counted and there were 23 shrimp on the plate and the Coleslaw that comes with it was in a tiny container. It was about 2-3 bites worth of coleslaw. You can see the size of the coleslaw and shrimp relative to the fork size. And its an average fork size. They are usually pretty good to give you about 35 shrimp with the order, but 23??? Thats 12 less shrimp. Thats 1/3 of the total order! Thats just not right. Is it because I ordered it not fried so I got less? That doesnt make any sense either because you are not using fry batter to fry it so I am actually saving you product and money so why give me less shrimp? If anything I should get more shrimp because you arent using batter. It just doesnt make any sense. But on a yummy note, their Captain Jacks Buried Treasure dessert is AMAZING! Its a definite must have when you visit Millers Ale House! And this location sells it in ice cream pints(?) to go so you can enjoy it at home too! They got rid of Captain Jacks Nutty Brother a while ago which was also amazing... Hey Millers, bring back the Nutty Brother!
My hubby & I live in Sandy Springs, so sadly we tend to forget about this place. However, we just ate there and the service & the food are still spot on! We order the meatloaf every time. It is DELISH. Also, give the 35 shrimp, Cajun chicken pasta, tex mex chicken nachos, sirloin, prime rib, salmon a shot. All are awesome finished with the Captain Jacks Buried Treasure for dessert.
We went not too long after they opened. There were only about 4 other couples in the restaurant, but it took us 10 min to get someone to serve us. There were 3 other employees who walked by us multiple times, so that was very irritating.Once we ordered, the food came out quickly & hot. Good was good, not great, but good.Definitely wouldnt recommend if youre in a hurry
Great service, great food. Ask for fries before your food and you usually get 2 orders. Good place for a beer, or to watch the game. Theres billiards so you can have a few with a burger and hang with the boys. Not really a good place for a dateRevisit after 4 months:Changed my rating to 5 stars from 4 stars, and I love this place. Its got great deals going, great place to have a beer with your bud, watch the game, or just pound a half rack. Good food, and better service! I was served by DJ, and he did a very good job! Frequent and friendly table touches, loved the experience! Will be back!
Would give no stars if I could. I was literally at a table when I watched a young lady find a cut up BUG in her salad! After vomiting the woman was so shocked and the other young woman with her lost her appetite. The chef promptly came out to imply that the bug just “flew” into the salad. Yeah ok. Clearly the bug chopped itself up too. She then asked the other young lady why she wasn’t eating her food anymore, Ummm hello?? The other lady just vomited, I lost my appetite as well! She then implied that these women would not get a free meal out of them and makes a huge deal about the 6.99 lunch special demanding they pay. (They never said they wouldn’t pay but you would assume they wouldn’t make someone pay for a disgusting roach salad.) As a white woman even I could see this chef was a complete racist. I even tested this theory by sending my dish back. She immediately accepted it without a complaint and even sincerely apologized AND I didn’t have to pay. But the women who were served insects and treated poorly couldn’t even get the salad comped…Literally DONT EAT HERE. Needless to say I won’t be back.
In a post covid Im always checking for safety measures. I wasnt able to go in but they do provide a curbside service and although their staff seems to be required to wear masks, they are not wearing them properly. Also it took an extremely long time to bring out our food because even with us calling in they essentially forgot my husbands order leaving our food to grow cold. With the premise that our food was cold , 35 shrimp for $13 was a pretty good deal. The shrimp sets you in the mind of popcornshrimp which was still pretty good. If youre just looking for a quick(maybe not quick but convenient) bite to eat ,something like bar food you could grab a bite here and still have a pretty good tasting experience but it wouldnt be my first choice.
Great food and service!!! We came in for my birthday and the general manager, Wally, came over to our table and offered us a free dessert!!! He was very kind, generous and did everything he could to ensure we were happy and well taken care of. The food was delicious and fresh. Thank you for making our visit so incredible!!!
Food is AMAZING. Curbside service...?? Ehhhh not so much on this day. After waiting 15 mins after my designated time, I called. Instead of listening to me, the employee complained about the rain. This i walked inside and grabbed my own bag. Perhaps it will be better next go round. Great salad tho! Lol
This restaurant is really nice, I like the attention, the food is good, and with many promotions for different days of the week, on Tuesdays children eat for free. I recommend the Zinger mountain melt chicken wings and the delicious Captain Jack dessert, I love them! I go here whenever I want to enjoy a good time.
I came here with a group of friends and it took 10 minutes for our waitress to get our drink orders....then it took another 15 minutes for her to get our food order. The whole time she had a nasty attitude. A guy in our group asked what came on a specific sandwich and she snapped back and said its on the menu. Everyone heard how rude that came across. We asked for some napkins and she grabbed some out of her pouch and slid them at our table. Just extremely poor service. To be fair, there was a fight being aired and it was busy, but we came to have a good time and she ruined the whole mood of the night. I gave this place 3 out of 5 because this was the only time we had poor service. Hopefully changes will be made.
For a Friday night the place was empty and hostess gave me a 25 minutes wait. Asked hostess again after waiting 30 minutes how much longer and did not have any idea when. Very upsetting since were from out of town and hungry. Left to search for another place for my family to eat.
Atmosphere is lovely! Server was friendly.Lot of TV screens if want to drink few beers alone or music is fine so that you dont have to scream to our partner while talking.Lets talk about beers. Nice craft beers on the menu. Good american ales, IPAs with some selection of fruity beers too. In pictures, new belgium fat tire, kona Longboard Lager & marathon 26.2.Food is good not great. It can be improved. In pictures, zinger flatbread and Mediterranean flatbread.Restrooms are clean.Going back? Definitely for the beers and some snacks maybe.
The place was not very crowded we were able to sit immediately. We ordered two appetizers the hot pretzel and mozzarella sticks the mozzarella sticks were hot and very good the pretzel was your typical soft pretzel nice and large salted and it come with a dip both were good. I got a hamburger and a loaded baked potato, the other person got fish and a loaded baked potato. The food was typical bar food the hamburger was cooked well the cheese and the bacon were both good. The fish was battered well and was tasty. The waitress was very kind and attentive which was Im sure hard because I think she was the only one in the restaurant at the time so we greatly appreciate it her. Hope you all enjoyed this. Enough said..
Thank you Desmond for great service and a wonderful experience at Millers!!! We had a large party of seven and Desmond was handling so many tables quickly and professionally! He was attentive and brought us separate checks with no issue. Food was hot and tasted great. Overall great night out with friends with excellent service! We will be back!! Excellent place to watch sporting events.
Millers Ale House is no longer a choice restaurant to dine at. The customer service is not special. It felt as if everyone was working for a paycheck and customer hospitality was not in them. Possibly the wait staff were new, but they were not warm and happy to seat you or serve you. The cook burnt our daughter chicken, and they tried to cover the chicken with cheese and flip the burnt part to the bottom. Sadly, their portions are smaller, but their prices are higher. They would not do a sauce split for my husband even though he wanted to buy 12 wings. (6 wing in one sauce and 6 in another sauce) In the past, they would do this to please the customers and make the experience to the customers satisfaction. Now its their way or the highway; you can only split the sauce on your wings if you buy a 24 count. They were slow bringing our daughters intial platter, and it was burnt when it was finally brought to the table as I said previously. It took forever to get the meal cooked again. So, the entire family did not get to eat together. The server did not give us utensils or small plates when they served our appetizers. When we asked the server for utensils, they said they had no dine in utensils because the silverware was in the dish washer. So, the fix was to give us plastic to go utensils though we were dining in. Finally, they never offered anything to compensate for our wacky weird dining experience. We had to tell them how we would like to be compensated. We recommended that they give us a dessert at no charge since the server was aware that our children wanted a dessert earlier. They agreed to give us the dessert for our troubles. They did not give us a hard time with giving the dessert to us as compensation for subpar service. Basically, it was not a good dine in experience at all because we had to participate in asking for mostly all of the basic items and watch them each step of the meal. When you go out to eat, you go because you want to relax and have the server cover all of the specifics. Bottomline, Millers Ale House is not as good as it used to be; its service and food has slowly been taking a turn for the worse; now they have hit rock bottom taking advantage of their customers by reducing their meals but charging higher prices, providing subpar customer service, and making changes that benefit them and not the customer at all.
First and last experience at Miller’s Ale House. The picture I took was exactly how it came from the kitchen. Does that look appetizing to you? And the amount of fries looked like someone had already picked through them. One of the pieces of the fish and chips was so foul-tasting I thought I might be spoiled. I was afraid to eat anymore. I told the server I thought the fish was bad, and he asked if I wanted to see the manager. I told him no, but didn’t offer anything more, so I paid for it and left.People in the booth next to me both ordered the meatloaf, and neither finished theirs either. This is strictly a “me too” pub-food place. Outside of the bad experience, there would be absolutely be nothing to bring me back.
Chicken wings were fine but the fish and chips was awful(mostly batter that was soggy). Kind server but I didn’t get a single refill. Also, they are guilty of false advertisement by putting up posters of the UFC 271, and despite verbally confirming that that will be streaming the event, they never streamed. Personally wouldn’t go back again.
We ordered the Cajun pasta and it was a water down red sauce with a hint of a creamsauce. It had a few dark pieces of some sausage. The toast was so hard I could barely bite into it. We also ordered the 35 shrimp dish, doescome with a ton of shrimp but they were over cooked. The shrimp arrived quite on the dark brown side. We use to come post pandemic and was glad to see it still open. But was quite disappointed in the food quality. I ordered some alfredo sauce for my pasta, she gave me blue cheese then finally the sauce came but it was a water down half and half not alfredo sauce at all. You could literally look and see,yep thats wrong. We left and I doubt we return. I actually raved at how good they were and was taken aback by how bad they were on this visit. My waitress seemed lost as well. Had to keep asking for the same items. I hope they improve, it was a good spot prior to covid.
Not sure what happened to this place in the last 2 years or so.But it has drastically gone downhill .The staff appear to be mostly militant and angry .The Manager did come and check on us several times , and appeared to be doing his best , but his staff were just missing the mark .Our waitress was more concerned with her cell phone and gossip with other females rolling silver than she was with our table .I believe our food just sat in the window ready to be delivered to our table for quite sometime before she actually brought it .I had to raise my hand and shout to get her attention several times.
Awful service. Left with 3 of our family without getting food served to the table. Hair was found on the salad ordered. After the 3 who got their food had eaten the waitress gave us 2 of the meals we had not gotten in to go boxes. The salad was never replaced. We were there 1 1/2 hrs and will never return there. Millers is one of our favorite places to go but the one in Alpharetta by North Point Mall leaves a lot to be desired. Our bill was almost $90 for 6 meals.
Rating it 1 star bc I cant give it 0. From start to finish, bad experience. We were the only customers and werent greeted for 5ish minutes, and another 10 to be seated. We were given dirty dishes and utensils, one of our starters was wrong/burnt. Had a very unattentive server who we wouldve told our issues but they ghosted our table. After having empty drinks for almost 15 minutes, we had to order new drinks bc they were out of tea for the night (2.5 hrs remaining in service) that came in greasy cups, that we had to send back also. Then our entrees came and all were undercooked and had missing items.* The manager did offer to make it right, but we were just done.* 3 of our group got sick with food poisoningVery unlikely well be back.
Dropped in after a job and had late lunch, our server was pleasant. The place was pretty much empty with few people at the bar. I ordered a Fat Tire Ale, then ordered our food , my friend ordered the steak and shrimp with potatoes and broccoli. I ordered the Mahi Mahi sandwich, our order took quite sometime to be delivered to our table. Being that few people were in the restaurant, wondered why it was taking so long to get our food. When it arrived hers seemed fine, but my sandwich was probably the worst fish sandwich I can remember. Dry was an understatement. And flavor? None existent! Then found the sandwich had only half a piece of fish, Plus ourserver did not check on us at all, only to bring the bill, which by that time was too hungry not to eat part of it. We mentioned my issues, but not really have a response, only a scant Oh! Im sorry, then dropped off the bill. Needless to say not returning, and by the looks of it were not the only ones. Too bad , we had past good experiences , but this place on a Friday was very disappointing.
The worker shortage must have hit this place harder than anywhere else. The workers played not it to see who would have to seat us. The seats were crazy hard and hurt even the meatiest of butts. That is a real problem because youre going to be sitting there for a while. We saw our server 3 times over the hour we waited for our food. I never got a refill so I had to eat my food dry when it finally came. The food was ok. Nothing special. We couldnt get out of there fast enough.
I used to love this place, and Ive been disappointed too many times in the past year. This time we stopped in for lunch and watch football, our loaded fries were barely loaded and the bacon was overcooked. The server was lackluster, made it difficult to ask for simple items like an extra plate and napkins and messed up the order a few times. My salad wasnt great, a few sprigs of decent lettuce qnd a bunch of badly cut yellow iceberg. The chicken was good!.. but the big red sandwich was way too spicy for being mild. Then we got rushed at the end, we were barely halfway through and were given our bill. AND now its $3.50 for a drink! Not again!
The food was great! It was hard to pick because everything sounded delicious. Our server Josh was awesome too. Hilarious and inviting and very helpful answering our questions. The staff seemed like they enjoy each other and working there. Will definitely come back again.
Went with my wife and daughter today at 2p. Waited at the hostess stand for 5 minutes and nobody paid any attention to us. Wife went and inquired about the hostess. The chef is the only one that seemed to care and asked around. 5 minutes later we decided to leave. Place was 90% empty too. I know I know. There is a labor shortage. This was just a customer service shortage. I called to speak w the manager when we left. Got put on hold and then they disconnected us. Called back twice and nobody ever answered. By this time, we were already at Buffalo Wild Wings and decided to stop caring. Those who work there don’t care. Why should I? Used to LOVE this place
We had a fantastic experience at Millers Saturday night during the Braves game. First, this is an awesome place to watching sporting events, TVs everywhere- not a bad view in the house. We could tell they had a limited wait staff, but everyone was hustling. We were greeted quickly: drinks came out quick too. Cant beat their $11.75 pitchers of Margaritas or Blue Long Island Ice Teas! Food is consistent! At the end of the night, we complimented our waiter for providing great service and found out he was the Asst. Mgr. He knew they were short staffed and with the Braves playing they expected a large crowd, so he came into work to help out! Darius was doing it all! Loved this story and we will continue to support this business because of this work ethic!!!
Fastastic service and amazing deserts! Great happy hour with a variety of drink specials makes this sports bar great to enjoy a drink before/after heading over to main event or top golf. Hand breaded chicken tenders called, Zingers, will fill you up with a greasy goodness and satisfy your sweet tooth after with the buried treasure cake for dessert. Cant miss!
Average LOUD sports bar, Average food. Way too bright for a restaurant, wear a hat. Also, in their defense, they were understaffed. The bathrooms were pretty gross. If you go there, ask to be seated outside. Our server was really adorable and hard-working; she was clearly overwhelmed, but still managed to smile.
Worst wings ever! Soggy and tough. Lipstick on my glass. $40 for wings, a caesar salad with no chicken and a coke. I feel abused. I rated 1 star because I couldnt rate a zero and the waitress was nice. In fact, the only good thing about the place was the waitress Cindy.
Man this place has really gone downhill... the food was mediocre at best. My French dip was inedible. It was just hunks of fat. Our server was delightful though and was clearly new and working hard. Thats why Im giving it 2 stars. This used to be (10+ years ago) my favorite bar in the area and we would visit multiple times a week... Im not sure if I will be back.
Burger was good.Service sucked. The server took over 10 minutes to bring water. Looks like they use food runners but its not working like they think. The server walked past our food on the order up line a couple of times. Took over 5 five minutes to get the bill and almost 10 mi to get the receipt.
Arrived before 4:30, and the server that was training a new server, let us wait almost an hour before taking our dinner order. I am sorry for any patrons that have somewhere to be within 2 hours. We watched our food sit in the window more than 15 minutes. (Long enough that they cooked new fries) before a different server brought our meals. Our server than walked up to check on us and was so offended that we were not happy with her service that she never came back. The host ended up taking over our table and insisted that we have a dessert. We didnt want the dessert, we wanted hot food and an an hour and a half of our day back. They were not busy, the server just didnt care.We made the drive to Millers since we are from Florida and love the place. My wife even worked for an Alehouse down there. I hope there are more employees like Todd working there then the trainer we had serving us.
I ordered a pizza flatbread and the cheese on it tasted like dirty dishwater. I know that sounds weird, how can cheese taste like that? I asked myself the same thing. It was extremely salty too. Not only that but the entire breading underneath was mush. It was like someone dropped it in water. I couldn’t endure the taste and just threw it away. Waste of 40$ On my DoorDash order.
We used to live in Orlando, FL and used to worked at Universal Studios. There is an Ale House across the street where we would all gather after long days. The Ale House to me is synonymous with good times, and family. We are so happy to have found that there are some here in the Atlanta area. The service was great, both the server and her trainee were very attentive, my wife has Celiac Disease so they have to he sure to communicate with the kitchen. The food was as great as I remember. Will definitely be back. Thank you for bringing a little of our old home to our new one.
We were in Alpharetta, waiting on Top Golf(2 and a half hour wait), saw this place and stopped in, not knowing anything about it. We figured we would just grab a bite, couple of beers and kill time. Could not be more happy we did. The was, hands down, the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at any restaurant. Desmond(the general manager) met us and sat us, he was incredibly nice, funny and pleasant the entire time. He checked in on us several times. Our waitress, Cindy(I hope I got the spelling right) was beyond amazing. The food was perfect, I had the Pub Fish and Chips and the table had 2 orders of the cheese fries, drinks were great and atmosphere was awesome. We almost chose to just stay but wed have to forfeit our game at Top Golf we had prepaid for. If Im ever in the area again, for any reason, I will make sure to make this a stop. Both Cindy and Desmond thanked us for coming in but Id like to say thank you for having us. It was a real treat to eat and drink there.
Went to this Miller Ale House for the first time. The last time I went to a Miller Ale house it wasn’t so pleasant. Khal was our waiter and he made our experience worth the drive! I absolutely loved his personality and responsiveness. The manager also came out to check on us. The recommendations were spot on and they even bagged our leftovers and put it at the front for us. Customer service was impeccable! Will be bringing my family!
I called in a last minute pick up order 20 minutes before they closed. (Which I usually wouldn’t do because I am in the industry) Derek, the bartender, was very nice and assured me it wasn’t a problem at all. I love their wings they are very meaty and tasty. This is my go to wing spot!
I called the Northpoint location earlier in the day to make sure there was something gluten free/safe for celiacs. I was told on the phone that it would be fine, no big deal. Upon arrival the server told me they have nothing gluten free on the menu whatsoever. Management ignorant about kitchen requirements needed to safely serve those with celiacs disease, therefore this restaurant is unfortunately very unsafe for people with celiacs and likely any other restrictive dietary condition
First time coming to this specific location and it was a much different experience then what we are used to in Florida. For starters, we ordered soup as an appetizer and 20 minutes later all of our food came at once. When we ordered, he asked if I wanted fries for my side, I said sure. This was the first time we saw the server, so we couldnt even ask where the soup was. Then when we received the food, we asked for two extra sauces and he said ok. Well, he forgot the sauces and we had to ask again. Then, our water glasses were empty and we were almost done eating by the time we could get his attention to even ask for more waters. It was also extremely cold in the restaurant and the outdoor seating area was cold. Then when we got the bill, we were charged for the fries (which he made it seem they were included) and for the sauces.
My pal has pushed this restaurant on me for some time now, and I finally pulled the trigger and went for it. I am so glad I did! They have an excellent and diverse food menu with yummy sides and an excellent beer selection!I sat at the bar and they were highly accommodating and even spoke beer for a bit. Overall great atmosphere, clean and well-decorated restaurant. I look forward to frequenting this restaurant for lunch and a beer to get me through the rest of the grind.
Just sat down for a beer and some lunch and was very excited to try out the place. The bartender was very kind, but when I presented my ID, she was told by her manager that they would not accept it due to some bites marks from my dog. All dates, numbers, information, etc are clearly visible on the license, and I have never had this ID turned down. I’ve even had the ID scanned before. Honestly, this is absolutely ridiculous, and will never be coming back.
Ask for TODD!! If every person had just a bit of the same characteristics as Todd the world would be a better place. He made our experience so amazing! Will definitely be recommending this place solely because of his outstanding, amazing, excellent service! The food was awesome too 😋
Not very busy at all but service was very slow. We were A large party but were patient. Called ahead for Outdoor seating they said there was plenty then said it was full when wer got there. Fine. Drinks Took forever. Fine. She Took our order, they were out of several things with an already limited menu. Food took forever and came out in stages. Couple orders were Messed up. Chicken Philly not like it was described on menu. After everyone else got their food they disappeared without giving the 6 year old hers. Finally came Out and said no hot dogs and gave her chicken fingers. Never got checked on or got Refils. Came back to give us check.
This is my first time posting a negative review. I understand being short staffed, but the hostess after sitting for 20mins and no server coming to our table and took our drink order. Then she proceeded to advise they were out of a most items. We waited over an hour and a half for our food, and my order still did not have what I ordered. When I asked for the check and then advised I hadnt received my brocolli, she brought it in a sandwich bag and said I can take it home. I said no thank you. Hopefully things will get better once their new staff is trained 🤞
The sweet potato fries were worth the 90 min wait but how slow the service was seemed to be because of lack of staff due to covid. Hope they hire more staff soon. The rest of our food was meh not big enough portions for the price. I wouldnt go back but I would order the sweet potato fries TOGO.
Great atmosphere and wonderful customer service. Food was delicious. We sat in the patio area and enjoyed the appetizers and fish. The hot pretzel was huge, soft and delicious. D had the fish and polished it off and our non fish eater even gave it a try with no complaints. I enjoyed the pot stickers as my meal.
We arrived waited ten minutes for our order to be taken which is fine but then waited 25 minutes for an appetizer to come out which was completely burnt. We sent it back and waited another 20 minutes before finally getting up and just leaving. The only part that was full was the bar the tables were mostly empty so it wasnt as if they were busy. Atleast that would explain the delay. Will not go back and i do not recommend this place which is sad because I use to enjoy their food.
Brad is the best server Ive had in years, in any restaurant. Friendly, attentive service and able to help with lots of customization and special requests. Food was served quickly, in the proper order in addition to being hot and tasty. Drinks were well made, and the beer was cold. Will be back soon and request Brads section again!
First off Josh & Derek behind the bar are awesome, great energy and super friendly. Being a big guy I have issue with portion size, not here. Very satisfied. Creole Mahi & Shrimp with grits for $17 would feed 2 normal eaters. Not being s big fan of corporate places, this is one to put on your list to try, especially Alpharetta!
Worst experience at a Millers Ale House. Party of 4 and we ordered drinks and waited for 20 minutes and still didnt get drinks. The restaurant was not busy at all. I stop in the location located in Mcdonough, GA every week and NEVER have had any issues, even when it is busy. Very disappointed.
THE WORST EVER. I love millers ale house. Everytime we travel we find one and LOVE IT. This place HORRIBLE. The bartender was a joke, he got mad at my wife because she asked for salt on her margarita glass. Then never came back to take our food order. Basically he wanted us to leave. So we did. STAY AWAY. If I could do negative stars I would.
I go to this place about once every two months, it always seems busy and if you want to talk to a stranger the bar will do the trick. Food is average from my point of view, but they do have great beer choices. I saw a couple eating lobster the other day and that actually seemed pretty good as well as decent value for a whole lobster. The decor is a bit on the dated side and some surfaces seem a bit sticky. Local games are well attended if you want a buzzing atmosphere.
This place has completely gone downhill. We waited almost 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to take drink orders. Not crowded at all. Our server, whose name started with an S and is a city in Georgia, finally came and took our orders. We ordered food and drinks at the same time. She forgot our drinks a couple of times, straws, and sauces. She seemed to be trying to get off worked and we felt as though we were inconveniencing her by being there. When we asked for checks she came back every 2 minutes to see if we signed and collected them. Even before we were done eating and drinking.Would not recommend this place anymore. The table behind us had to speak to the manager. We should have.
When we came in to ask if you have Gluten-free options the front host had to go ask if they did, which is great to ask. I was told no they have no options & every few years, I pop in to see if they have ever gotten smart to put any one the menu. The is still no.... I dont want a salad 😫 I can make at home
The atmosphere and staff are top notch! Was having our car worked on at Malcom Cunningham and we got hungy, walked in an was greeted with a smile and a very pleasant hostess that seated us and said Warren will be right with you. Food portions were great and the price for lunch was within normal range. For it being the first time ever stepping foot into the establishment ,we felt like we were family and very valued. We will take the drive for dinner.Thank you for the great service, friendly faces and experience.Keep up the good work!
First time visiting this location. I was there to watch college football and have a beer or 2. I ordered the Cobb Salad. It looked great upon first look but when I looked closer I noticed the chicken was not fully cooked. Bartender immediately apologized and took the plate away. Kitchen manager also apologized. I did enjoy the overall atmosphere of this location. Great conversation and beer was ice cold.
Millers Ale House is usually pretty good, but as of lately them dont seem to care what comes out of the kitchen (to-go orders). I ordered the Mountain Zinger, chicken was great sitting on a bed of over cooked, burnt greasy fries. Horrible, I called to inform them twice, but unable to speak with manager. I was informed they were very busy and she may be in the bathroom. I wish I could upload the photos of the pile of burnt fries...Never again...
I’ve been to this restaurant about 6 times already in the past 3 months and have not been disappointed once. I typically get their fish and chips lunch special because it’s a great price and tastes delicious! The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They have lots of TVs to watch various sports games, news, etc. while waiting on your food. The service is pretty fast too. I was in and out just around an hour which is great for a sit down restaurant. I’ve been to several sports bars in the area that were VERY VERY slow getting drinks out, getting the food out, getting the checks out, collecting the checks and then bringing the checks back. I would totally recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back again soon. I always go out to lunch with about 4-10 other coworkers every Friday afternoon for lunch. If we like a place we add it to our rotation; this is one of them. Keep up the great work guys!
I called ahead for a Togo order. It wasn’t ready so I went to the bar and ordered desserts Togo. Bartender was friendly, service was fine there. I went to drop the desserts off in my car and it started pouring rain. I ran inside to pick up my order from the lady at the Togo station and she said I couldn’t even pay without a mask. Now, that would be fine, but I was literally just in there for 20 minutes without a mask and had been in the door several times. The food was sitting there and she wouldn’t let me pay. She also wouldn’t bring it to my car so I could pay. It was pouring rain or I would’ve just gone back to the car. She was rude and disrespectful. I am all for wearing a mask, I wear one everywhere but this employee was the only one to inform me of the mask rule. As I watched my food sitting inches away from me getting cold. I offered to tip her more to bring it out to my car then and she still said no, very rudely. The manager did call to have me come pick it back up but I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
Drove an hour and a half mainly to go to top golf but decided to eat here beforehand. Ordered wings paid extra for all flats little to no sauce but skin was very rubbery. Biggest reason for bad review is beer was 11 dollars each Ive never paid that much at a restaurant maybe at a stadium or concert but not eating out. Would have appreciated if server had said something in regards to price as menu stated $5.95 & 8.95 saw nothing about $11 so between being disappointed in food and way overpriced beer was a little angry at the bill. Very doubtful Ill give them any more business.
Great staff. Perfect atmosphere for large group togethers. Sports bar theme on one side with pool tables where on the other side of the establishment there are booths. Good place to watch a game with friends. I give 4 stars because they had a drink special one night and my party felt the bartenders were under-pouring. Other than that, it’s a great place and I’ll come back.
We ordered three appetizers for our table and they all came out at different times. We would have one almost finished before the next one came out to the table. Took a while for our main entrees to come, and when they arrived they were lukewarm. We had to ask our server for to go boxes more than once. The server took my daughters food and threw it out, even though we had asked for a box for it. After running my card for payment, I had to ask for the type of receipt that you can add the tip, total it and sign for it, as that wasnt what I got back with my card. I have been to this restaurant before and it was great food and service. So, maybe they were just having an off night.
Its a pretty typical sports bar, serving fairly typical bar food. I dont mean this in a bad way. The bar food is good bar food.Unlike many of the sports bar chains (Im talking to you, Taco Mac), this is not mediocre food at high prices, its good food at low prices. Also, its typically not terribly crowded. Waitstaff has always been friendly and attentive. You dont walk into a restaurant like this expecting fine dining. Framing this with a reasonable sense of perspective, the food is great at the prices are excellent. Its never tough to convince me to go here to eat.Make sure to try the ribs at some point. Remarkably priced and very decent.A note to Ale House: Guys, whats up with the onion rings? I would have loved to mention how your onion rings were literally the best on earth, but you guys tinkered with the recipe a couple years ago and ruined them.
The food and service was great. As we excited our vehicle, the manager opened the restaurant door and hollered to us asking if we had our masks. I hollered bank and said, we sure do! We proceeded to put our masks on while walking toward the ramp to walk up to the door. There was an itty bitty step at the bottom of the ramp and my daughter tripped, her shoes flew off, and she fell. The manager walked down to help, we got inside and saw that his bartender wasnt wearing his mask properly nor were some of his employees. We were there celebrating our sons birthday, we were able to enjoy our dinner but our daughter left with a scraped elbow and a scraped knee. I had to request an accident report from the manager, he finally brought one over to our table for our daughter to fill out. He said that someone from HR would call her within 24 hours, they never did.
Terrible customer service. Ordered take out to try and support a restaurant during a pandemic. Food was given over an hour late and cold. Spilled sauce all inside of packages so food was completely soggy and couldnt even reheat due to be soaked in the sauce. I tried to speak with a manager about the situation but woman who answered the phone said the manager is too busy to deal with customers. Ashame when you go out of your way to leave a larger tip than usual due to a pandemic but receive cold stale soggy food and manager is too busy to resolve the issue. Will never go back and have never wished a business close down but due to the way they treat people it would be well deserved karma!
This place is a great one to go to if you are looking for a bar and grill. They have lots of TVs and a great drink selection. The waitstaff is always helpful and on top of it. I was a bit disappointed in my food the last few visits. I thought it might had been just a fluke, but it seems the quality isnt what it use to be.
Absolutely great staff and excellent food! I was there on a Saturday night when a UFC fight was on and the place was packed. I was at the bar placing an order and had already been asked by four staff members if I was being helped. Really great service especially since I used to work in the food service industry and know what great customer service looks like😁!I ordered the turkey burger with mushrooms and onions and seasoned fries. I got it with the blackened seasoning and Swiss cheese. It was one of the best turkey burgers I have had in a long time. I recently had a turkey burger at Red Robin’s and it was so disappointing. This burger was not overly done or lacking in flavor. If you are in the area Millers Ale house should definitely be a place to consider visiting.
03.30.2021- Reduced menu since my visit three weeks ago. Unfortunately I have to make a long drive to come here and did so for the fish & grits. Im tired of reduced covid menus were items like mushrooms and higher end ingredients are no longer on the menu. I can get plain basic pub fare a lot closer to home. Hope this helps the owner more than it hurts the customer base. I wont bring the family back until normal returns.Three weeks ago.- After enjoying Millers in my hometown Destin, Fl, traveling to Orlando and enjoying Millers there, Im not surprised that I enjoyed Millers Ale House in Alpharetta, Ga. The prime burger was excellent and they made it juicy and medium-rare just like I like it.
Had a great experience, I wish they had significantly more beers though for an ale house they have less then your average sports bar. Buttt good choices. Service was absolutely amazing. Host station was a bit awkward but the server made up for it. Food was great too! Big spot, plenty of room for parties, lots of TVs.
My friends and I visit this location frequently! Our last visit started off shaky but ended so wonderfully. When we were first seated, it took awhile before someone approached us because there was confusion on which server had our table. My friends and I were a bit frustrated as the restaurant was pretty empty at the time yet we had to wait for someone to approach us. However, the assistant GM was there and quickly apologized for the inconvenience and definitely made it up to us! She made sure we were taken care of and did us a huge favor. She exemplified the true definition of an awesome customer experience!
Terrible service. We sat at our table and waited for 10 minutes before I asked the hostess to take our drink order. Appetizer took over 40 minutes to arrive, which ended up coming out with our entrees! My sandwich came out with no sauce as it was listed on the menu. Food was mediocre! Server at least took the appetizer off our bill.
Came for Trivia Tuesday and had a great time. Good selection of beer on tap and different food specials to save you money every night. The breaded chicken wings I got were gigantic. Usually I can eat 20 or more, but 10 at Millers had me stuffed. My server Julietta was amazing and is the reason I got the wings. Highly recommended for the food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service.
I absolutely loved this place. I only am giving them 4 stars because of the long wait to get your food. You can’t be starving if you’re planning to eat there. The plates are amazing and the customer service is always great. They will check on you oftentimes and always in a great mood.
Been going to ale house for years and this has to be the worst experience Ive ever had. I think the main reason for this horrible time was our server Gustavo. We came for the McGregor fight and chose to sit outside to be away from big crowds due to covid. After about 20 minutes he finally came by and we asked for waters. After we got them it was over a hour before I had to wave him down to get some food orders in. His response after a shrug as if we were a inconvenience to him was Oh I assumed you just wanted waters all night (one of our waters was empty for 30 minutes by the way) . He was visibly reluctant to come over and service us. When we finally got our food we still didnt have napkins or silverware and i had to go searching for it inside. Then our dirty plates sat infront of us for the rest of the time even after he brought us the checks. I will probably never go to this location again and Ill tell others of what happened to warn them to choose elsewhere.
This place is just a good clean environment with good food. The staff is unbelievably attentive. Never an empty glass and dirty dishes are taken away quickly. The manager, Greg really takes ownership of Millers by making sure your evening is enjoyable. BTW, try the Captain Jack dessert. Although youll curse the scale, youll thank me.

2022-01-10My wife and I wanted to try some place we haven’t tried before and this was right around the corner. We were greeted when we walked in and seated just as fast. Our waitress was nice but could have checked on us a bit more throughout our meal.I rated it 3 stars due to the following: The nachos weren’t anything like the picture, the chicken was on the bottom, lacked any flavor, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. My wife ‘s fork when she unwrapped it had food stuck in between the spaces. The Mac and cheese was gritty and the oil was separating. My wife had to cut the ends on both side of the celery due to each piece having black/brown ends.I can see this place being good for college kids or if someone wants to drink and doesn’t care to much about how the food taste.Sadly, we shall NOT be coming back.

2022-01-13Decent food, good menu and good service.Tonight was our second visit separated by a few years. 😂 We met our builder and had burgers while reviewing house plans.Service was very good and what I especially liked was that our server left us alone when we got down to the business of the meeting. It wasn’t overly busy so we weren’t keeping her table blocked so it worked out very well.We all had burgers and fries and I didn’t see much left on any plate so I’m going with very good for what we had. The surprise of the meal were the fried jalapeños - very tasty and surprisingly addictive.

2022-05-18Friendly service, good food, and lots of choice on the menu.Went in for lunch and got the mashville hot chicken sandwich, it was sweet with a little heat, not overly large which is great for a lunchtime meal, but if you want large they always have the mountain melt. Good food, quick service and friendly staff.

2022-04-23Decided to try a GA Millers Ale House since the ones we frequent in FL are so good. Met my husband at the one in Alpharetta by my job for dinner. Not busy at all for a Friday(pics). Ordered steak salad for myself. As you can see in the pics there wasnt much to it. Actually thought it was a side salad or maybe it was a deep bowl. Neither were the case. Barely any green. Asked for salad to be remade and 10 min later, Im still waiting as my husband eats. My husband asked for ketchup that I ended up having to go get because server never brought it. Now over 15 min. Smh not good service at all. One thing I found in GA that isnt up to FLs par. 20 min & still waiting on a salad ..... Exactly 28 min later they bring the salad. Smh

2022-04-03It was okay. Got half rack of ribs for about $17. I didnt like the taste of the BBQ on the ribs. I didnt want fries so I requested Ceasar salad for additional $2.99. I only took a few bites out of that salad because it was not fresh and not enough dressing on it. It was my first time here but I dont think Ill come back because the food did not amaze me.

2022-02-25I ordered a medium well ribeye, that what I got. Also as 2 sides I ordered Cesar salad and mashed potato. I got the salad but instead of mashed potato I got broccoli. I asked for the mashed potato and one of servers Ashley which is super busy with all the work orders around the bar. Called Kreisler the other server which got mad at Ashly infront of everyone (super unprofessional). Then Kreisler went to the kitchen I got me the worst microwave heated mashed potato. With all that at the end they billed me for everything.I would say the food could be ok but the management is bad.

2022-05-31Very good! Found on Google. Food was great and enough for dinner too! Calamari and mozzarella sticks were perfectly cooked. And our hostess and waitress was top notch.

2022-06-24Got the Jerk wings and they were absolutely incredible— definitely some of the best wings in Alpharetta. Great beer selection. Will definitely come back again.

2021-12-21Weve had the Ale House a couple of times before, just different locations. Stopped by the one closest to us for lunch today. Went for the Black & Blue bacon cheese burger topped with white American cheese, blue cheese crumbles and bacon with a side of fries. Its a cold rainy Tuesday, so the place had very few people dining. The burger was good well and tasted great. Not too big and not too small. Millers is a good regular spot to hit pretty much anytime.
