This was wonderful! The dude making our order was awesome! I would give him 10 stars if I could! I believe his name was Ashton...not sure I spelled that right. Store was clean and it was very friendly atmosphere. The only complaint I have is the girl who was working that day was rolling her eyes at the customer while he was telling her what to put on the crunchwrap. I mean she acted like she hated being there. I was so thankful I had the dude.
Don’t go to this Moe’s. Chicken was cold, “salad” was one handful of lettuce. They were out of chips! How the hell do you run out of chips??? The three teenagers working didn’t seem to care about anything but the conversation they were having with their friends. No toilet paper in the bathrooms, no napkins in the lobby. Just terrible!
We visit Moes an embarrassingly large amount, I have been to all of them around me. This location though...It needs some straightening out.Staff didnt say their famous welcome to Moes They didnt even greet us at all actually, didnt look up at us (though only in line) just kept working on what I assume are web orders. I understand they go first but you should at least greet your customers and acknowledge them.Thennnn they used the same spoon with bacon(previous order) as they did for tofu. That made me cringe.I likely will not come back to this location, luckily Acworth location knocks it outta the park usually though.Besides no greet, and using meat spoon for tofu... it was good food. Thus 3 stars and not 1 but 3 stars and not 5 either.
My husband and I were Door Dashing today and had an order for this Moes. The store was closed due to their system had crashed. We knocked on the door and they let us in anyway since our DD app had what the customer needed. They were kind and helped us be able to get our customer her food. My husband and I really appreciate them helping us out today.
Used the online app for Moe’s and chose curbside pickup waiting outside for over 10 minutes when I arrived after attempting to call over 10 times with the line being busy EVERY time and maybe 4 people inside ordering... I finally went inside with all 3 of my kids and got my food myself the manager was making food and did not even attempt to ask if I had everything I needed.. when I got home realized they did not make all of our nachos the right way at ALL the quality of the food was HORRIBLE!!! I will be going to the one in Rome Ga from now on. Please if you enjoy fresh food Do NOT visit this location!!
Absolutely love Moe’s but I’ve been to this location a handful of times and I’ve never had a good experience. Dirty place, poor ingredients, and a staff that clearly doesn’t care about the customers. My last visit I finally decided I’d rather drive 25 minutes to the next closest Moe’s than ever go here again. Waited 30 minutes in line... with only 4 other customers ahead of us. They supposedly didn’t have all of the ingredients we wanted, though I got the strong impression they just didn’t want to put any on the grill, and they didn’t even give us the free chips until we asked. Once again, I love Moe’s, but don’t waste your money at this location.
The service was terrible. Got a gift card as a Christmas present nobody knew how to ring it up. While standing there waiting on the manager to ring it up our food got cold.Apparantly she didnt know how to ring it up either.The restroom was horrible looked like someone had gotten sick and it wasnt cleaned up. We were the only customers in there. We ate the cold food anyway. It wasnt pleasant at all I wont be back. Went up to counter to get a lid for my food and was told by the manager I was going to have to wait until she got done with the register. No customers were in there but there were 4 employees standing around talking behind and beside her doing nothing and nobody could get a lid. So we just left I threw the food away. Like I said I wont be back. Lazy staff all with attitudes.
Normally my service here is excellent! However… On October 27, 2020 at roughly 12:45 PM I came in to order my usual and a co-worker’s order as well and the gentleman starting our orders was very rude and rushed. He was rude with a customer just before me as well. But when I got to where I was about to pay after being rushed through my order, I was speaking to the lady who was cashing me out and explaining to her I need to speak to a supervisor about him and his attitude and she told me that the lady working with him at the other end of the bar was his general manager and I did not feel like she would be somebody out could talk to you about him because she was just as rushed and rude. And they were not packed or very busy as far as customers in person. And when I was asking if there was anybody over her I could speak to just to have a friendly conversation to address that they should not make their customers feel rushed while ordering. She was explaining to me that there was nobody else I could speak to and while we were having this discussion she did not hear a lady asking for a fork. At that time, instead of just handing the lady a fork and asking us if everything was ok with us, the general manager scolded her in front of me and other customers saying that we were just chitchatting. I was very taken back at her accusation and I explain to her that we were not having a simple chitchat that I was trying to get a hold of a supervisor to speak to about one of her other employees at which time she did not even try to speak with me on that matter she herself had a attitude. I normally come into this establishment once a week because the customer service here has always been top notch. However I will be taking my business elsewhere because of this general manager and her attitude. I will not put names out there because that’s going a little far in my mind but if you’re reading this you know who you are and I hope you understand the influence that you have over customers and their ideal of your customer service. I will not be coming back to this establishment because of her. The cashier did a wonderful job and I had excellent customer service with her.!!
I placed a 3 entree online order tonight for my family & I. $33 total. We picked up and brought home and noticed the entrees were not marked with numbers or a description. So we had to guess which was ours. (We all ordered stacks and you cannot tell what’s on them from the outside). 2 people got the wrong order. It was all a mess. You’d think for $33 , someone could mark a “1,2,3” on the aluminum. Foil or something to distinguish the 3.
Only because I cant give 0 stars. This place is the worst place in Bartow County. I paid for my food and dumped it. I didnt ask for a refund or anything but this place is absolutely filthy. We even cleaned our own table before we sat with hand sanitizer. Never ever will return. Probably to any Moes
Do you like to order food and then prep and heat it up at home? If so, this is for you. I ordered at 3:10, expecting that I would have to wait as all delivery is slow right now, but it didnt show up until 5:40, and stone cold. Not to mention the avocado peel in my guacamole. Called the restaurant, they were very surprised, shifted blame to delivery place for long wait and cold food, until I told them I ordered through their app. Now waiting to hear back from the district manager. They were very nice on the phone, even if they were bewildered and confused. Apparently, no manager was available.
Employees were not friendly, food bay was dirty, food containers had food from other containers mixed in,serving sizes were purposely made smaller than usual including the scoop of queso that I was charged extra for, the white meat chicken I had asked for they said they didnt even have anymore of, there was not a fresh set of gloves put on between orders, the didnt have any salsa in the cold bay, the drink station was dirty and sticky. Moes you need to do better. Your empolyees treated me like I shouldnt have even been there to spend my money. Next time Ill drive further to a better Moes
A couple months ago I ordered catering to be delivered at 11:15-11:30 today For a shower I was hosting . I received a call at 9:40 from Moe’s personnel asking if I could pick up catering because their person couldn’t deliver. So disappointed. The only reason I ordered catering from Moe’s was to have the food delivered and set up while I prepared for guests to arrive. Won’t order from them again. But I did save the $60 I was going to tip!
If I could leave no stars I would. I called the Cartersville location twice today to place an order for my office. I was purposely hung up on twice after only stating I needed to place an order. On the 3rd attempt we asked if they were having phone trouble. The same guy said no then put a lady on the phone. After asking what we needed she said you can place it online. I said no thank you and hung up. Our order was very simple, two fajita kits. Both the guy and the lady was rude to us from the start for no apparent reason other than they simply did not want to take our order. We placed our order with the Acworth location instead and was pleased. So Acworth got our $110 order instead of Cartersville. They will never get our business again!!!
This place needs an inspection, training and new management! The last few times I went to this Moes about a couple months ago, the staff were yelling at each other in front of customers, cussing and not even caring that there were 15 of us watching them. That didnt bother me as much until I went in today, and the women serving my food grabbed all of our food with gloves on, which was fine until she proceeded to use the same hand to wipe off the counters and then dig back into the food condiments with the same hand!! I was so disgusted about the cross contamination going on! Also chips all over the counter, food all over the floor. Very dirty!! I will not be going back until an inspection or at least TRAINED staff are handling the food. I used to love this place and its just getting worse.
Ordered through door dash and some items were missing, Ezra, the main man, held his integrity and was completely upfront and honest, and that there spoke volumes. Will definitely keep coming back! Ezra, thank you again. Honestly and politeness are hard to come by, sorry for being that guy again. Keep up that great work!!
Worst service the last 2 times we have ordered. They do not update there doordash at all to establish they are out of something. As they have no steak or beef this time and the last time we ordered, they were completely out of rice. Will never be going back. And filing with doordash against moes loose menu
Food tasted great, but the line workers didnt have much of a sense of urgency. I literally spent 20 minutes in line. In all fairness it was during a promotion time, but I only had 5 people in front of me. I had to eat my lunch on my way back to work instead of sitting down and enjoying myself.
Ive never been to a Moes that was dirty until today. The food trays were dirty, most of the tables were dirty and the restaurant had a musty smell inside. There were only two people working when we were there so thats probably why. It was around 6pm on Monday so I expected more people working as most Moes do. A couple of more people came in when we were almost done which was around 6:35. The food itself was just ok. The meat and rice both my wife had was just luke warm. Usually its hotter. I would normally get the carnitas but I got the steak instead because there was only a little bit left in the container and it was dried out. Where was the manager at? I would definitely not ever come back to this Moes.
This is a Moe’s I go to frequently after my workouts. The new manager put together my home wrecker and it was the size of their small burrito. When I asked for her to re make it she said they’re “retraining” everybody to make it that way and refused to re make it. The other girl working even laughed when I showed her how it looked. Do not give this place your money.
Super Bad experience tables dirty, no Tea only drinks they had was Coke an Sprite why have a machine with all the drinks an have only 2 drinks thats crazzy its the first time that I walk in to MOES an they dont scream Welcome MOES no steak for my Burrito only old dry chicken Whatt Happen MOES?
I have been a fan of Moes for a long time and it seems like this place keeps going down hill. Went today on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm (not a busy time). There was one couple waiting in line when i walked in the door. After being acknowledged with standard Moe’s welcome I waited 10-15 mins for someone to take the couple’s order in front of me. 5 mins later they took my order and had to heat the stack tortillas which took another few mins because they didn’t have on hand. At this point the guy behind me left. I was nice as it seemed like they were having a bad day, but then when I got up to pay and asked for a drink, what i believe was the manager told me all they had left were little kids cups. I said “you’re not going to charge me for that are you?” and he replied “well it is a kids cup, I’m not going to charge you for the full size drink....” Thanks a lot! I then went into the ladies room and there was a hole in the floor the size of a tennis ball full of what smelled like poop (assuming a drain). If i had heels on the heel could have fallen in the hole and broken my ankle. When i pointed this out to the kid cup “manager” he said that “that was something that he can’t control” .....??? Seriously? Also, the stupid AC ventilation system runs directly over the waiting line area and constantly drips condensation on customers in line and on tables where people are eating - my shirt got wet. Will not be returning here soon especially with Willy’s right up the street!
We came here and it was awful. I had a coupon for my birthday and they wouldn’t let me use it, every meat was burnt, and they were out of almost every drink. I believe that this is completely unacceptable. Every time I tried to ask one of the employees for something they constantly interrupted me. I will never be coming here again, and I advise you to do the same.
Use to go to this location 3 or more times a week and loved it. The food has consistently gotten worse with smaller portions. Thought I would stop by their after work and give them another try. I went to order when the employee informs me they are out of steak until the truck comes tomorrow. I will not be back anytime soon. Dont waste your time or money on these guys. I highly suggest stopping by Willys in cartersville. Food is much fresher, better tasting with bigger portions
Just left this location. I am not from this area so when i come up here to visit twice a month, this is my highlight because i love Moes. However after today, i will not be going back. I online ordered too, so its kinda hard to screw it up when its written in front of you, but i guess i stand corrected.I ordered steak nachos with queso and chips and a large drink. The nachos have no steak on them at all. Not just no steak but no meat. So i paid the extra money for meat and got none. Then i got the queso but of course, i had no chips at all. They almost didnt even give me my cup to get my drink but i remembered and had to ask for it.Im super disappointed and now wont even get to enjoy my dinner.Good job Moes. You just lost another customer.
The place was dirty and there was only one person working. I went on a Saturday afternoon around 4 and theres no reason why one person should be working in the place be as dirty as it was. I want go to this Moes again. On a nother note I am a vegetarian so they do offer that you dont have to put meat on your food.
Worst Moe’s ever. Went there yesterday and the employee making my burrito had just been sweeping. I had to remind him to change his gloves. He then did not know what size tortilla to use for a Joey. When I got the burrito the end was exposed out of the foil and the contents were falling out. I had to ask 3 times for salt as well. Worst Moe’s experience ever. If you are in Cartersville do yourself a favor and go to Willy’s instead.
Aside from the restaurant being out of almost everything and wouldnt replenish until the next day, there isnt much thats Whole30 compliant. So I wound up with lettuce, guac, cucumber, grilled peppers and olives. It was enough to be filling but just so disappointing after looking forward to having their food.
My son ordered a burrito on line and when it was delivered it wasnt the meat he paid for. He ordered steak and what was used looked and tasted like pork. I called and the guy that answered the phone argued with me. He said he made the burrito and it was steak. Not sure when it became ok to argue with paying customers.
Worst Moes ever! This is the 3rd and hopefully final time my family will visit the Moes in Cartersville.The tortillas were stale, the steak and chicken were burnt and the vegetables were pureed not chopped. Unfortunately this has been consistent with our other visits.
Great experience! The burritos taste fabulous and the best part is that you can decide what you want to put on it yourselves! The only bad things were that the portion sizes were bit small compared to other restaurants such as Subway, other than that, great restaurant, and great experience!
Honestly past few months seems like the beans and meat are so old. And now they put much smaller quantities of meat in your burrito. wish it could go back to how used to be. we ate there every other day. now just maybe once a month if we are just wanting to get a flavor for it.
Had an online order and my dad picked up some food while he got the order. They left out one of the online order meals and some queso, we called and they said they’d replace it and give us extra queso. We drove all the way up there again and they still left off our queso. Super annoying and probably won’t go back here again.
Lack of communication between the line crew. While ringing me up they charged me for an extra though it was included in the menu discription and assured me that I was wrong when I tried to explain it to them. After I was seated I returned to the counter with my receipt when the employee at the beginning of the line who took my order backed up my claim. I was issued the difference in cash.
Second time in a row the close talker pastry bowl was stale and old. No crunch just rancid.very off putting. Not even browned just pasty white.inedible. And when I showed it to the staff they didnt say a word just looked blankly back at me. I just threw it away. Im afraid the moes at this location doesnt care about food any more.When they made my friends crunchwrap thing, they just plopped it on a dirty grill, right on some old onion tailings and junk.Try somewhere else
Out if just about everything including soda drinks. The only reason I go here is because my kiddo like it just because its moes. Out of guac, out of steak, out of this and that and this... EVERY.... SINGLE.... TIME.... want Dr pepper? Always out... Want coke? Always out... Sprite? Nope... Plenty of hi-c though!!!!
The Moe’s in Cartersville is terrible. It’s pathetic. Moe’s corporate should shut it down. The service is horrible. The new owners must not care about quality and service. I just bought my wife a taco salad and I threw it in the trash and got another one from Las Palmas.
Ive been coming to this location for a long time and lately the whole experience has gone downhill. The staff acts like they are bothered by you, they are almost always out of one item or another and the place is filthy. Seriously, the condition of this restaurant is bad.

2022-06-07Don’t know about eating inside but DO NOT ORDER OUT. They will screw up the order every single time. I told my wife before we ordered, “they jacked up the order last time are you sure?” And she said that it had been awhile and maybe it was better now. It not! Thanks for nothing Moe’s! Or more accurately, thanks for something, but it’s not what we ordered, and half the amount of food we paid for.

2022-04-12I had lunch here today and it was really good. I think they are short staff so just have patience with these people. The guy was very friendly and was trying his best to keep everything going smoothly and it was. I had the homewrecker burrito and it was delicious and fresh. Thank you for serving me.

2022-04-20Ive been to a few Moes in the past and this location is just like the rest, Very Good! I ordered a Carnita Bowl, and I must say, it was very flavorful! Moes definitely gives Chipotle a run for its money! Wish there was was a Moes in Boise,ID!

2021-12-21The staff were good! Food was just okay! I wish Moes would season their food items a bit. Heated items were cold and they ran out of a few items. There used to be a variety of sauces and salsa. Great location but much needed improvements!

2018-09-04The resteraunt looked dirty to me. Food on the floors, splashed on the glass sneeze guard, trash cans overflowing, the beverage and salsa area were a all a mess and this was at the slow time of the day. The employees were not friendly and the environment was unwelcoming. The food was still pretty good but its hard to give them business when things are such a mess.

2018-03-21I am not a big fan of Moes but my son enjoys a basket of nachos every once in awhile. The overall visit wasnt a negative experience.The chicken was tough and the place needed a good wipe down.I will say the medium salsa was great on this visit.

2021-10-30Just this Moes and the food was delicious. The restaurant was spotless.There were only a few employees working, but they kept a line of customers short, taken care of and was very polite. The tables were all wiped clean and floors swept up as people ate and left.No one was standing around looking at the phone or goofing around when they had a spare moment!Great food, great service, And clean atmosphere!We will be back!
